Notes: Hi folks. I still need to finish the 3rd part of the Xmas crossover (the Scarlet Canary Collection part) but I got this prompt here and suddenly inspiration kicked in and I had to pause that to write this one. This will be a 2 or 3 part short story, it will depend on how inspired I am to write it.
(If u guys have ideas, post them in the comments, if inspirations comes, I'll write it).
Important:
I changed the timeline of the shows for this story to make sense. Everyone is on Earth 1.
RATED M for a reason

Prompt by T_headoraEl: Can u write one where Oliver and Kara see each other again after their breakup. Make up a reason for the breakup. It could be cause of a misunderstanding or cause Oliver thought he was protecting her by doing it? Or that he thinks she deserves better? But the fic should be about how Oliver tries to get her back and gets jealous when he sees other guys hit on her? Please? Maybe their future kids have to go through a lot of trouble to get them together again? Like a mission?

82. Love me like you do Part 1
Kara had her eyes closed as she stood high in the sky, floating graciously, taking all the noise in. Cars, people coming and going, many people talking, some people kissing each other, dogs barking, all of that noise that could drive anyone crazy. Since she has developed her powers as a kid, she has trained to control them and she was really glad she was able to. It was like she could take one noise at the time, put them in a box and close it so she could pay attention to one noise. She did it and one by one was put away until she could hear that familiar sound.
An especific music.
She could hear it miles away and she let the music guide her so, in seconds, she stood on the roof of Verdant, the most famous nightclub of Star City. She felt something cold down her stomach, closing her eyes again, letting her memory take over her so she could experience the best and the worst of one particular night, when that song played right there at that club.
FLASHBACK
- I'm so glad you guys came! – Thea said as she hugged Oliver, Alex and Diggle as soon as she saw them coming inside her nightclub.
Winn, Felicity, Cisco, Caitlin, Barry and Clark followed right after.
- Great party, Speedy – Oliver smiled as soon as Thea finished greeting everyone.
- Thank you for inviting us – Alex said, looking around – Kara is coming, she said she's sorry; she just had this… thing to do.
- Oh… ok – Thea smiled knowingly. – Well, please come in.
Verdant was the nightclub Oliver owned after he came back from the Island last year, so he could have the base of his operations as the Vigilante of Star City, in the storage room. This way, he was able to have an alibi to keep his secret from the world. There was a balcony now on the second floor where people could go to chill and take in the beautiful city view, a VIP area with the entire comfort one could imagine.
Cisco dragged Caitlin to the dancefloor and started dancing excitedly in a way that made everyone laugh.
- I'm just enjoying some time off work, people! – He tried to yell but the music was really loud. – C'mon Caitlin, dance!
- I'm good… - Caitlin said as she laughed, moving shily
Oliver stopped at the bar to order a beer. He took a sip of it as soon as the bartender put it on the counter and turned to his right, just to see Kara coming inside with a beautiful dark blue dress, the usual glasses and her hair in a low braid. He stared at her in awe, but quickly recomposed himself.
- I've never tought I would ever see you having fun in a party, on a nightclub… - She said as she greeted him
- You should've met me before the island – Oliver said – Or maybe not… Not a good idea – He teased, laughing, making her laugh too.
- That bad? – Kara asked, trying to imagine the situation.
Kara met Oliver a few months after she had met Barry and his team but never had the chance to actually talk and get to know him more. There was a critical situation in Central City, with a weird speedster that loved yellow and she stopped by to help, finally meeting the Central City super hero. Before that, she had only heard about other heroes like Arsenal and Arrow from Star City, or The Flash in Central City on the news, and she was eager to meet them and maybe make some new friends, be able to talk about her day without needing to lie. It was refreshing to see more people caring about the world too and willing to do something to help.
- That awful. I was even arrested once – Oliver said – Not my best moment…
- Well, I guess we all have our stories from the past… - She stared at him, noticing the surprise in his eyes – Not that bad like getting arrested – she mumbled and laughed. – You know…
- You look great – Oliver said, noticing what came out of his mouth after he said it, feeling a sudden nervousness he wasn't used to.
- Oh, thank you. – Kara smiled, blushing – You too.
Kara ordered a club soda and drank a sip of it. She put the glass on the counter and stared at Oliver.
- I'm going to say hi to everyone else… – Kara said as she stared at the dancefloor only to see Caitlin looking mortified as Cisco flipping his hair, dancing really excitedly. – Is that…
- Cisco, yes.
- Ok… - Kara laughed, turning to stare at Oliver – I'll be right back.
Oliver nodded with his head and kept staring at Kara as she greeted everyone, and talked to a few of them.
He drank another sip of beer, as he watched Kara and Barry being drag by Cisco to dance with him and Caitlin as they laughed and had fun. He looked across the room and saw Felicity and Winn talking excitedly as if they were two kids sharing their Christmas gifts. He was really glad that at least for once, his friends could have some time off to fully have fun and hang out, and that he could finally let his guard down for a few seconds.
- A penny for your thoughts – Kara said as she approached the bar again after a while, sitting on a stoll next to Oliver.
- Nothing much… I was just thinking about how nice it is that the world isn't ending so we can finally have one night off.
- It is nice – Kara smiled and followed Oliver's gaze – Winn is finally socializing with someone that's not me, Alex or James, that's something huge – She joked – The same for Clark… I never see him just chill.
- Well, if there's someone that can help him with that, that someone is my sister – He said as they watched Thea showing Clark around – She also doesn't waste time. – He joked
- What do you mean? – Kara stared curiously at Oliver, finishing her club soda – Oh… She said as she noticed the look in Oliver's eyes – Well, maybe that's a good thing too, I mean… Clark suffered a lot after Lois had to go abroad. Maybe getting to know Thea more can bring some happiness. I ship it – Kara said laughing as she noted Oliver fighting a smile – C'mon, let that smile out… - She said as her hand went automatically to his cheek, slowly caressing – It feels good, you'll see.
Oliver was taken by surprise, feeling her soft hand caressing his skin and a familiar warmth took over him on the inside.
- It feels good – He said, showing her a soft smile.
- Oh, I'm sorry… - Kara said as she felt her cheeks burning, noticing what she was doing.
- It's ok. – Oliver said, noticing she was still embarassed – I meant it.
Kara nodded, feeling trapped in Oliver's eyes as she smiled back at him. Since they've met, she has gotten a short time to get to know Oliver and she had a hundred questions and a huge curiosity she kept hidden deep inside. She fought her instincts to not do something stupid because yes, he was handsome, and yes, he had a certain charm she knew only a few managed to resist, but she wasn't ready to pursue anything at that moment, but the rush of feelings she had inside was winning the battle.
- Have you seen the view from the balcony? – He asked as he got up, offering his hand to her.
- Not yet – Kara said
- Come with me – Oliver reached for her hand and she hesitated for a second and then held his hand.
Kara nodded and followed Oliver as she felt a wave of electricity going through their hands. She wondered if he felt it too. It made her feel goosebumps and a thousand butterflies on her stomach.
Alex and Diggle talked in a booth as they shared stories and experiences about being in a relationship with field agents like them. They saw as Oliver and Kara passed by, towards the second floor and Alex raised an eyebrown.
- Finally – They said in unison and laughed together
- I mean, they don't even try to hide it anymore – Alex said, laughing at she took a sip of her drink.
- Oliver tries to deny it when I ask, but he is not that good at giving excuses – Diggle laughed along.
- Felicity and Winn are also not waisting time – Alex nodded with her head and Diggle looked back and sad the pair kissing each other on their booth
- Ok, let's judge our friends – Alex laughed as they kept looking around and commented about everyone – Cisco is a great dancer, I had no idea and I'm in shock.
- Yeah, the guy has moves – Diggle nodded
Kara and Oliver reached the large balcony and the view from there was indeed stunning. It had a similar feeling from when she flew high in the sky, being able to see all the buildings and the lights, where she could have a feeling of freedom and peace.
- It's also quieter up here – Kara smiled – I mean I have super hearing and I can still hear the noise from down there if I want to but…
- I know what you mean. Well, I don't have super hearing, I don't know if I would be able to be so chill, but still… I rather be somewhere I'm sure it's quiet to talk to someone and be able to hear too – Oliver said, making Kara smile
- Do you miss it?
- What?
- Your life from before… all of this – she came closer, saying almost in a whisper – saving the world thing.
Her heart was definitely winning the inner battle because she couldn't even control her body anymore. Something made her feel deeply attracted to Oliver, she couldn't explain why, all she knew is that she felt comfortable around him and could spend hours just like that, talking to him.
- I don't think so… I mean, life was easier, I won't lie, but it also didn't have deep meanings and… I used to waste a lot of time and money in things that didn't actually make me happy. Now… - He said as he turned fully to her – even with all the fighting and crazyness Barry brought to our lives when we met – He teased – I'm happy.
- Yes, Barry brought us all together, and a crazy bomb dropped in your head, so it is beyond crazy – She teased him – I'm happy too. I just hope someday I can be fully happy.
Kara stared at Oliver and knew she was more than ready to talk about something that was bothering her for a long time now. Something told her that he would understand her perfectly.
- I'm always wondering if I can have it all… You know? Be Supergirl, have my job as Kara Danvers, be with my family and great friends… Maybe find love? I don't know, sometimes it feels impossible. Have you ever felt like that? Being Star City's protector and all?
- I'm not sure if I'm the right person to tell you this because I for one didn't believe I could for a long time, sometimes I still think I can't… But I believe that maybe you can have it all… It's a lonely life, I know, sometimes I doubt I could ever have a true and honest relationship with someone that could know it all about me and I would know everything about her and we would like each other for who we are, with flaws and all. – He said as he took one involuntary step closer to Kara - But sometimes, I try to be optimistic, even when life don't give me any good reason to, because I've started to believe that maybe what you're looking for has been next to you… The friends, the family, love.
Kara and Oliver stood inches apart from each other and Kara stared deeply into his eyes, taking in each word of his.
- I'm sure is the same for you – Kara said in a whisper
- Well… - Oliver said trusting his instincts and holding her hands – I'm sure you're right… I mean, you're standing right in front of me and…
Their lips touched and it was the most amazing feeling Kara could ever feel. It started slow and in a few seconds, it felt like there was no one else there besides them. His lips moved slowly against hers, taking the lead like it was their private dance. His hands reached for her waist as he brought her slowly closer to him. Her hands went up to his shoulders, one going up the back of his neck as she kissed him back, giving up any restraint she had left.
She wasn't expecting to be this attracted to him like she was, while his words went straight to her heart, making it beat faster than it was before. It was an amazing sensation she hadn't felt in a long time, and she didn't want the moment to end, but it had to since they heard a girl screaming not far away from there and Kara rushed to save her.
And for a really long time they weren't able to talk about what happened between them, and that was enough to make Oliver lose his sleep for a few nights, dreaming about that kiss time and time again.
END OF FLASHBACK
Kara's phone rang and it brought her back to the present. She opened her eyes and picked it up.
- Hey… Felicity? Yes, I'm nearby… Sure, I'll be there in a few seconds.
She hung up and flew fast towards the Arrow bunker, feeling a bit nervous, but her friends needed her help and that's what she needed to focus on.
She flew fast to the place Felicity said team Arrow was, and could hear all the fighting as she used her super hearing to guide her flight. She landed abruptly on the ground and acted fast, stopping in front of Sara Lance, the Canary, holding the bullet that was supposed to hit her new friend's chest, with her finger.
- Hey, Supergirl, nice timing! – Sara said, dressed all in black, with her mask and wig on, using her Bo staff to hit the face of one of the guys trying to attack Kara from behind.
Kara smiled at her and punched the masked guy on his face. Kara stared at him on the ground, trying to remember who he was. Oliver had told her about something he was facing with his team, some lunatic guy that were his former friend from the island, that has come back wanting to make him suffer, so he created a bunch of super soldier to take over his city. The mask that guy had on seemed familiar, and Kara turned around just to see Roy Harper, the Arsenal and Diggle being lifted by their throats by one single masked guy. Kara hurried, punching the guy on his stomach. Diggle and Roy fell in the floor while Kara grabbed the masked guy by his gear on his back and threw him across the street, far away from her friends.
- Thank you… - Diggle said, massaging his throat
- You're welcome. – She smiled, turning around to help Oliver next.
- She's awesome – Roy said, feeling his throat sore.
- Yes, she is.
Kara helped Oliver fight 2 masked men. They were really strong but she was stronger. She managed to block a punch by holding one of the guy's fist and with one quick push, she made him flew across the street and bump his back on the wall.
- It's ok, I got this – Oliver said as he used one of his tricky arrows to tie the whole masked's body, from head to toe, with indestructible strings.
- Oh… Ok – Kara nodded with her head, looking around to see if there was anything else she could do.
- Ah that's the last one, good job guys! – Felicity said over their comms
- How do you know? – Roy asked, not quite sure if they had really won the fight.
- I hacked the security camera of the store behind you guys – Felicity said – There's no one left, the Arrow just took out the last mirakuru soldier.
- Mirakuru? – Kara asked feeling a bit lost.
- Mirakuru is like a super soldier serum made by the Japanese on WWII. There were people after it when I was on Lian Yu…
- Oh… The thing that former friend of yours was injected with… I remember now.
Not long before Oliver and Kara had something going on between them, they were talking about things they went through in life that made them stronger and Oliver told her the story about Slade Wilson, and how he went from a friend to an enemy. She knew he was back for a while, but she had no idea the serum was also back.
- Yes. He managed to recreate it and then, he created an army of Mirakuru soldiers.
- Oh… I'm really sorry you guys have to go through that now… If there's anything I can help with, just call me and I'll be here. – She stared at her phone – I… I have to go now…
- Supergirl, wait… - Oliver said.
Diggle, Roy and Sara waved their goodbyes at Kara and Oliver and went back to the bunker. Kara stared at Oliver, feeling really weird, but she did her best to hide it.
- I wanted to say thank you – He started – For helping tonight.
- Sure, it's ok… I've meant what I said before – She smiled – Even if… we're just friends now, you can always count on me, if there's anything I can help with, I'm just a call away.
- I know – He smiled back – I appreciate it… and, if you guys need my team's help, no matter what, just call me. I don't have super speed, but I'll be there as fast as I can.
- Ok, you make jokes now… - Kara laughed – That's new…
- Someone told me once I should try to stop carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders and just smile more… I'm trying to follow her advices.
- Oh… She sounds smart – Kara teased, making Oliver laugh.
- She is… Smart… and beautiful.
Kara's heart jumped inside her chest; she wasn't expecting the conversation to take this turn so fast. She stared at Oliver, her smile fading away slowly.
- She says thank you – She said as she turned away to leave – I… I better go now. See you around, Arrow!
Kara flew away before Oliver could say anything else. He just stood there, alone in the street watching her fly away and disappear from his sight. He took a few breaths, and sighed.
As soon as he got home, Oliver went back to the bunker and found it empty. Everyone had left and he just decided to sleep there, in a mattress he kept there just in case.
He managed to save their home and Verdant when Isabel Rochev took over Queen Industries, thanks to Thea's help just in time. Since then, Thea was spending a lot of time in Metropolis, when she wasn't working at the nightclub, and Oliver just couldn't feel like going back to the Queen Mansion at that moment. It wasn't just the memories of his mom that haunted him; memories of Kara did it too.
After their first kiss, things went south pretty fast and they didn't even have the time to talk about it. For months Kara got busy in National City with her uncle and working with the DEO to stop the world from ending, something he was really grateful for by the way. They only got to see each other by the time he found out that Sara was alive, back as a blonde vigilante and in trouble with the League of Assassins.
FLASHBACK
Oliver ran after Sara when he realized she was going to do something drastic to get rid of the League and protect her family. He noticed before that the poison he had stashed was gone and he couldn't waste any more time. He found the antidote and grabbed it. He was ready to leave in his bike when a whoosh of air came around him and he noticed Kara staring nervously at him.
- Is everything ok? – She asked as soon as she noticed the look in Oliver's eyes.
- I don't have time to explain now; I need you to take me somewhere, because Sara's life is in danger.
- Oh, ok… Hold on tight – She said as she embraced Oliver, holding him close to her – Close your eyes – She said as she rushed away taking Oliver with her in super speed.
As soon as they got to the docs, Kara let Oliver go and he turned to stare at her, with desperation in his eyes.
- Just take this to Sara – He looked up and saw Nyssa near Sara, who lay on the ground looking like she was dying.
- No… more… killing – Sara said finding it hard to breathe.
Kara moved fast and took the antidote to Sara, making her drink it while Oliver fought Nyssa. As soon as Kara noticed she was safe, she flew to help Oliver.
- It's ok, - Oliver said – Protect Sara, she needs you.
- Are you sure?
- Yes. – Oliver nodded.
- Ok – Kara flew back to Sara, taking her in her arms.
Quentin and Dinah Lance arrived in a hurry, crying. Kara nodded to them, and let Dinah hold Sara.
- She will be ok. I got to her in time.
- Thank you – Dinah said as she cried, holding Sara – You're an angel.
- You're… Supergirl – Quentin said, in a mix of shock and gratitude. – Thank you for saving my daughter.
Kara smiled and noticed a third person arriving just as Nyssa decided to let Sara go and freed her from the League. Laurel Lance stood there, watching all of them, incredulous and looking extremely pissed off. She helped Sara get to her dad's place to talk to her family.
Oliver and Kara stayed outside, waiting as they stared at each other in complete silence. Laurel's screams could be heard from inside, and then a noise of glass breaking against the wall filled their ears and suddenly, the door was opened and Laurel kicked Sara out of her apartment. Sara left and were hugged by Oliver and Kara on the hallway.
- I'm so sorry… - Oliver said
- Its ok, I deserve it. – Sara said, wiping the tears from her eyes.
- No you don't… - Kara said – This is a really complicated situation, but your sister will come around, just give her time.
- I don't think she will… She doesn't know about our vigilante activities, she can't know about my reasons and all…
- I know… I meant she will come around with the fact that you came back, and you had your reasons to protect yourself and stay hidden. Listen, I had a hard time with my sister when I came out as Supergirl. I saved her from an airplane crash, I was on TV, standing on the wing of the plane and then I flew away. My sister was livid; she didn't want me to go out and save people as a super hero, the things she'd told me… It hurt so much. But she understood later, and we figured things out. You will too, just give her some time to process it all.
- You can stay in the Mansion for a while… - Oliver said
- And if you ever need somewhere else, when you need some time away from it all, you can stay with me at my apartment in National City – Kara said – You're not alone.
- You barely know me – Sara said incredulous at how Kara could so kind and generous, with such a pure heart.
- I know. But I can tell you're someone who worries about your family and friends. I know you're someone really important to Oliver, and if he knows you and cares about you, it means you're a good person and now I know you're the blonde vigilante the news can't stop talking about and well… I have to confess, I don't agree that much with your methods – She laughed, nervously – But I can tell you're doing some good out there. And… - Kara said as she reached for Sara's hand and held it – It's never too late to get to know new friends… If you want to.
- Sure – Sara said as she hugged Kara – Thank you. – She completed, crying from relief.
Sara accepted the offer to stay in National City for a few days, she needed some time off so Kara took her there and they talked and shared their stories. Sara was in shock to learn that Kara was actually an alien from a planet that exploded and she thought that was really cool. Sara slept on the small guest room Kara had, and she decided to fly back to Star City, to check on Oliver. She didn't even bother to change, and it was better this way because someone could see her flying around as Kara Danvers and all hell would break lose.
As soon as she got to the Arrow bunker, she noticed there was no one else there but Oliver. He was shirtless, with black pants on, all sweaty and punching a dummy like he was taking all of his frustrations at it. Kara blushed as her eyes went through his scars on his chest, abs, and arms. She wondered how hard it must've been to go through so much and still be willing to fight for other people and protect the city like Oliver was doing.
- Hey – She said almost in a whisper, worried.
Oliver stopped hitting the dummy and stared at Kara. He grabbed a towel and dried his face and chest, letting it fall on the chair next to the computers. The sight of Kara in front of him, suddenly made all his current worries go away, at least for a while. He thought about the day they had and how grateful he was for Kara's help and the way she never hesitated to help those around her. His eyes kept going from her eyes, to her lips as he tried his best to stay focused.
- You came back – He said as he took a few steps closer.
- Yes. I'm sorry if I couldn't stop by before… A lot had happened in National City
- Its ok, I understand. Things have been hard around here too.
Oliver was deeply aware they had things to talk about. And he was sure Kara was also aware, at least her eyes told him that. He found it amazing how much she could say just by looking straight into his eyes. She gave him a soft smile that made his heart melt right away and he wasn't used to feelings like these. Her hand went to his cheek and she slightly caressed it, this time fully aware of what she was doing.
- I'm here now… - She said, taking her boots off and letting them on the floor, kicking them to the side.
Her eyes went from his eyes to his lips, torso, and back to his blue eyes. They moved towards each other at the same time and Oliver held her by the waist, practically slamming her body with his, giving her a breath taking kiss, much deeper and passionate than the other they had shared the first time. God knows how many times he had dreamed with this moment, where he could have Kara in his arms and never let her go. He couldn't hide his feelings anymore and even if he tried to, his heart would give him away because he could hear it slamming inside his chest, and he was pretty sure she was hearing that too. He smiled between their kiss as Kara kissed him back with the same want. They walked together, still kissing, and Oliver reached for her cape, taking it off and letting it fall as he guided her backwards until her back hit the wall. He trapped her body against the wall, teasing her with playful bites on her lower lip, chin and down her neck.
The bunker suddenly felt ten times hotter because Kara could feel her skin burning inside her suit. She wasn't expecting to feel any of this, and it was like Oliver could read her mind because his hand went to her back and he slowly unziped her upper bodysuit, kissing each spot of skin revealed, starting with her shoulders and moving to her collarbone. He helped her out of it and threw it on the floor. He saw her blushing and he smiled again, giving more kisses on her neck, bringing one hand to the back of her head and feeling how soft her golden curls were. Kara shivered, feeling his lips teasing her neck, going to her cheeks, until their eyes met again, their noses touching but their lips inches apart.
- I missed you – He said, staring into her eyes, feeling a bit nervous about admitting it out loud. He wasn't the guy who shared that much about his feelings, but Kara made his head spin and he couldn't think clear anymore.
- Me too – She whispered back smiling as she noticed he was caught off guard. – I'm just surprised as you are, but… I couldn't stop thinking about that kiss we've shared before… - She said as she lifted one of her legs, slightly rubbing it on his leg.
Oliver's hand went under her knee, holding her leg up as he gave it a soft push at the same time his lips attacked hers. He took his time, kissing her at a slow pace, but not too much, just enough to make her want more. Kara advanced, deepening their kiss, slidding her leg down his legs slowly, until her foot touched the floor. One of her hands went to the back of his neck, caressing his hair while the other went to his shoulders, slidding down his chest.
Kara felt his muscles contracting against her soft touch. She followed his scars with her fingers, as their foreheads touched again. His hands went slowly up her legs, to her hips lifting her red skirt a bit, holding the edge of everything she had underneath it.
Oliver started to pull them down her legs as his lips searched for her skin, reaching her cleavage, down her chest, to her abs. He pulled all that fabric down, kneeling on the floor, helping her feet out of it. He threw it all on the ground while his lips made the trail back up her legs. Oliver could notice her breathing a bit faster as he got closer to where she wanted him, but he just brushed his lips slightly over it as he followed the trail up, teasing and Kara saw pure want on his eyes, but also the patience to take it all in and enjoy every single moment. She had multiple chills down her back until he reached her lips once again, devouring it.
She grabbed the edge of his pants, untying it and letting it fall on the floor, his underwear following. He stepped out of it and held her waist, lifting her up. Oliver turned around and walked with her as she locked her legs around his waist. He quickly put her sat at the table in the middle of the bunker, standing between her legs, kissing her neck desperately, going down her chest. Kara shivered as his short beard scratched her skin. She held the edge of the table with one hand while the other held tight to the back of his neck. His tongue and teeth explored every inch of her upper body as he pressured his hips against hers, showing her what she was doing to him.
- I want you – She said, rubbing her legs against his.
- I'm all yours – He whispered to her ear as he bit the tip of it, teasing her as one of his hands was on her back, holding her in place while the other went back up, under her skirt.
- Good – she whispered back, panting as she felt his rough touch on her sensitive skin.
Their eyes locked in each other as it felt like the world had stopped for a while. She felt him slowly making her feel dizzy and on fire at the same time but couldn't take her eyes off his even if she tried. She saw him looking back at her with pure passion.
- You're mesmerizing – He whispered in a way that made her shiver and all she could do was involuntary move her hips in sync with his pace.
She closed her eyes, taking it all in as she rested her head between his neck and shoulder. He could feel her hot breath and soft delirious moans in his ear as she gave him playfull bites in between. Their foreheads touched and she opened her eyes just to see him staring lustfuly at her as he took in every single detail like the way her lips were part open as she panted, sometimes whispering things in moans he couldn't understand, and it all just increased his arousal for her. She was about to reach her high when he stopped, his lips making a trail down her entire body. As he reached her abs, he held her legs, helping her adjust them on each of his shoulders as he fully lifted her skirt and his lips attacked her abruptly, in the most insane way and Kara couldn't hold back anymore. She lay with her back on the table, trembling under his lips while she messed with his hair.
Kara held his hair, guiding him back up, attacking his mouth right away as he leaned forward, taking her right there, with no warning and making her dizzy, moaning out lout. She tightened the grip on his hair in the back of his neck while he kissed her neck. The feeling of his sweaty body moving against hers made everything 10 times hotter and when she felt his warm breath and heard his grunts near her ear, she completely lost it.
And he loved it.
Before she could take time to take a deep breath, he lifted her in his arms, making her cross her legs behind his back as his lips attacked hers once again. They stumbled on a chair and walked a bit more to the right as Oliver guided her to the mattress he had on a hidden corner of the bunker. They went down on their knees together, still kissing and Oliver moved a bit backwards, guiding her to follow him. He sat on the mattress with his back to the wall as Kara deepened their kiss, her knees touching the mattress on each side of his waist and he took her once again.
They moved roughly in sync as they kissed, devouring each other. His strong touch went up her inner tights, adding more fire to her skin and she rested her face between his neck and shoulder, muffing a scream as she trembled, going higher than before and feeling multiple chills down her spine as wave after wave washed over her body
- I'm here – He whispered back to her, adding more pressure making her hips move faster, following his rythm. – As long as you need me
There was something about Oliver that drove her crazy and she was still trying to understand what it was. So far, only he had that effect on her and she knew that she loved every second she had with him, she was far from done and he noticed. He felt her lips against the skin of his neck and he thought her stamina seemed to be endless because he could feel her skin almost burning against his touch.
Oliver was sure he had never met someone like her in his entire life. He also knew he would have bruises and be extremely sore the next day, but he couldn't care less, all he could think about was how good the feel of her warmth was, her strength, her skin pressed against his, her voice and warm breath on his ear making him feel things he was sure he never felt before.
After a few hours, they lay down side by side, finally exhausted. Oliver turned to his side and caressed Kara's face. She smiled, staring at him as her legs intertwined with his.
- That was… - He said, catching his breath
- Amazing – She said, earning a huge smile from him.
- You are amazing… - He said, reaching for her hand and giving it a kiss.
- You are impressive – She teased, making him laugh. – I came here to talk about that kiss…
- I wanted to talk to you too… And look where it got us – He said, laughing with her.
- Well, I regret nothing.
- Me neither – He said, staring serious at her. – I wanted to ask you something…I don't know why it took so long for me to realize…
- What? – She stared curiously at him.
- That I am deeply in love with you since the day we kissed for the first time. Before that, I was smitten, according to Barry.
Kara smiled, caught by surprise. She stared at him, caressing his cheeks as she thought about what he said. The true was that she was also in love with him. The day they kissed changed it all for her. At first, she tried to resist because she knew things were harder for her, she had no idea if she could try to have it all, but now… Things were different.
- You caught me by surprise, Oliver… The day we kissed – She said, still caressing his cheeks – You made me feel like I could have it all.
Oliver felt a deep relief wash over him. He wasn't sure about what she truly felt about him, but now things were out in the open. He smiled, his hand going to her back, caressing it.
- So… do you want to be my girlfriend? Officially?
- Hmmm it sound so serious – She smiled, making him laugh
- It's because it is. – Oliver said, giving her neck a kiss – I want to spend every night and day I can with you, like this… - He stared back at her, nervous about her answer. It had been a long time he felt like this.
- Of course I do – She said, giving him a soft kiss – Boyfriend!
Oliver smiled and they kissed, lifting the fire between them once again.
END OF FLASHBACK
Oliver left the bathroom, still thinking about Kara and all they had together. He shook his head, wondering how he could let her go the way he did. He dropped on his bed and closed his eyes, kicking himself mentally for the greatest mistake he had made in his life. He remembered the conversation he had with Barry a few months ago, when his friend kept reminding him he just threw away his happiness and one day he would regret it.
And he did. He regretted it, he knew he made a huge mistake and he had no idea how he would fix it, but one thing he was sure of.
He wanted her back.
