Emerald Beauty Awakens to the End
Izuku is running through another part of the large forest to look for the next special item on the list which he really needs to pick up the pace, he managed to find three more special items and there is only about fifteen minutes left on the clock until the exam is over.
"(Okay, I'm down to one item left though it's been really hard to find it just like with the other ones.)" Izuku thought looked through some bushes.
Izuku knew he couldn't fail this test, he would never allow himself to fail, not after all the training he went through from the help he got from Ghondor, Lanz, and Riku who gone out of their way to help him prepare for this very exam to become a member of Ouroboros which has always been his dream.
Something he's going to accomplish no matter what, a dream that would lead him to becoming a great hero who helps people with a strong smile on his face to assure them that everything is going to be fine because he is here.
"I'm going to pass this exam!" Izuku was determined.
Izuku kept on looking around to see if the last item is around here or else he'll have to look elsewhere to find it, but then he heard a roaring noise coming from somewhere close to him.
"Sounds like another monster, but I can't fight it right now. I need to focus on the exam and if it spots me, I'll have to avoid it the best I could." Izuku knew what's more important right now.
However, just when he was about to move away from the spot to get away from the source of that roaring monster.
"STOP! LEAVE ME ALONE!" A girl's voice screamed.
"(Someone's in trouble!)" Izuku thought gasped.
But he knew that if he were to go to the trouble now then it would be wasting more time for him in the exam and there would be little time for him to find the final item and fail the exam.
Despite knowing the risk, Izuku isn't the type of guy to run away from trouble when someone is in danger.
"(I have to go help them!)" Izuku thought decided to go help whoever is in danger.
Izuku charges to where the screaming was coming from at top speed hoping that nothing seriously bad has happened, but he should keep his guard up just in case it is something serious that he will need to face.
He jumps through some leaves and bushes to find himself in a small open area where he spotted a girl being attacked by a wolf monster.
"Stay back…" The girl tried to fend off with a staff, but she could only do so with one arm while the other is badly hurt.
"Hang on! I'm coming!" Izuku shouted as he charges at the monster.
The shouting got the monster's attention to turn its head around to see the boy and try to swing its tail to smack him away, but Izuku was able to react to this by parrying it with his sword and slide under the tail followed by a jump to slash at the side making the wolf monster stumble away a bit.
"Are you okay?" Izuku asked the girl.
"Y-Yes, I'm somewhat okay. But my arm is hurt from that Beta Hunting Wolf when it ambushed me." The girl answered.
"Don't worry, I got first aid kit right here!" Izuku quickly took out the first aid kit.
"Thank you, it was really fortunate that you come to my aid." Momo smiled.
"You're welcome." Izuku said, but he jumps a little when he heard the wolf monster howling.
Izuku quickly turns around to see the wolf monster pounces toward them and he blocks its attack with the side of his sword, the force pushes him back closer to the girl but he wouldn't let it hurt her as he manages to push the paw back and jump forward to slash right above the nose.
"Can you do the first aid yourself?" Izuku asked.
"I am familiar with basic medical care, so yes. But it's gonna be a little hard with just one arm." The girl answered.
"See what you can do. By the way, my name is Izuku Midoriya." Izuku introduced himself to her.
"A little odd to be introducing ourselves when we're facing certain danger, but it would be rude of me not to reply. I'm Momo Yaoyorozu." Momo revealed her name.
Momo is a tall teenage girl with a mature physique. She has long black hair, generally tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. Her eyes are big yet sharp, dark in color, and paired with short eyebrows set in a determined expression. She wears a single tight workout black tank top, long red workout pants, and white shoes. Breasts size: H-cup.
"Alright, you got yourself patch up as much as you can. I'll hold off the Beta Hunting Wolf." Izuku readied himself with his sword.
"But are you sure you can handle it?" Momo asked, feeling worried for the guy she just met.
"I have to try in order to protect you. If I don't then who will?" Izuku was determined to keep this girl safe from harm.
Momo was really surprised by the incredible courage of this one boy who doesn't even know her at all since they just met, but he is willing to go out of his way to save her from danger that she found herself in when she was about to finish this exam.
"Now, let see what you got!" Izuku charged at the wolf monster. The emerald jewel glows a little brighter.
The wolf monster howls in rage and starts attacking the boy with its claws that Izuku was able to defend and immediately counterattack, then it caught the sword with its fangs trying to shake it away, but Izuku refuses to let go and was tossed away along with the sword.
Izuku groans in pain and gasps when he saw the wolf monster caught sight of Momo again meaning it wants to finish the hunt.
"Not on my watch!" Izuku refused to give up and got back up charging at the wolf monster from behind.
Izuku swung the Veiled Sword to attack at the right back leg making the wolf monster growls in pain.
"I'm the one you're fighting! Come and hunt me if you're not a scaredy cat!" Izuku insulted the wolf monster.
The Beta Hunting Wolf howls louder in anger from being called a cat is definitely something you should NOT say to any dog-like monster like that.
Now the wolf monster goes on attacking Izuku with more vicious strikes and moving forcing the boy on the defense, even when he is able to land a few hits that would only serve to make it angrier and knock him down with a paw strike.
"No, I'm not done." Izuku refused to give up as he got back up again.
The wolf monster continues the vicious attacks and Izuku keeps on fighting against it despite being outmatch in strength and reacting a little slow though it didn't matter to him as long as he could keep on fighting to keep Momo safe.
Izuku keeps getting knocked down to the ground by the vicious wolf monster getting a few broken bones, but he just keeps on getting back up no matter how many times he gets knocked down.
Izuku moves to the side when the wolf monster slams its paw to the ground then he impales his sword through that paw.
"This pain is pretty pawful, isn't it?" Izuku punned with a grin.
Izuku quickly pulls the sword out and jumps to slash right at the face to cut the right eye out of the socket only making the wolf monster roar louder and slams its remaining paw at Izuku sending him flying to crash against a tree.
He gasps with blood coming out from his mouth, that hurt a lot more than the other attacks.
"Izuku!" Momo shouted with shock and worry.
Izuku slides down from the tree with the wolf monster slowly getting closer and closer to the boy.
The cross green jewel fell out of his pocket.
"Hang on, I'm coming to help you!" Momo said, having just finished patching up his arm.
Izuku pants from the exhaustion of how hard this battle is and from how he's been pushing himself in this fight, but he would still keep on fighting no matter what.
"I'm not… giving up…" Izuku grabbed onto the green jewel.
"I'm going to… to be the hero… who will save others with a smile." Izuku forced himself back up.
"And I'm not going to let a big, stupid dog hurt anyone on my watch!" Izuku yelled at he charges at the wolf without picking up his sword.
Just then, the green jewel started to glow brighter and brighter.
(Monitoring Room)
"That shitty brat! He's going to get himself killed!" Ghondor was angered to see Izuku about to do something stupid.
"He even forgot his sword!" Lanz gasped.
"Not good! Not good at all!" Riku feared for the worse.
"Isn't there something we can do?" Sena asked, getting worried for the green hair boy.
"There are other Ouroboros members that are stationed within the forest to help only when it's necessary and force a candidate to give up the exam, but none of them are near enough to get to him in time." Mio cursed.
"I'm going!" Ghondor turned around and walk to the door.
"Hold on, Ghondor. I don't believe we've seen everything this boy has to offer." Monica said.
"No, the kid is going to die, and I have to be the bitch who save his sorry ass!" Ghondor refused to stand by and let something seriously bad happen to the kid.
"Wait, something is happening to Izuku!" Taion pointed at the screen, seeing the glowing green light.
"What is that?" Manana asked in surprise.
"Huh?" Ghondor stopped when she was about to reach for the door as she saw what was going on too.
(Back with Izuku)
Izuku finally noticed the green jewel he has been carrying around is doing something weird while the wolf monster is about to sink its teeth into his flesh.
The light grew brighter as a hand form from that light and suddenly a powerful force pushes the wolf monster away from Izuku with a whimper of pain.
What in the world of Aionios was going on, is the question Izuku is ringing in his head right now. He didn't think that green jewel he found at the beach three days ago would somehow be anything important like this.
The glowing green light dims down and forming into a figure of a person then the whole light show disappears showing what appears to be a woman standing in front of Izuku as she turns around to see him.
"I felt it, your strong desire to protect others and the will to keep on fighting for others. It had awaken me, you are the Drive I have been waiting for!" The woman smiled.
The young woman summons a sword from the same green light she came from, then she zooms around at such blinding speed while demonstrating her sword fighting skills before stopping in front of her Driver.
"My name is Pneuma, your Blade. And I am honor to be with you from now on." Pneuma introduced herself with a kind smile.
Pneuma appears to be a beautiful young woman with long, green hair tied in a ponytail and green eyes. She wears a silver tiara and a white, blue and green plate suit of armor with emerald green crystal-like ornamentation. She also has wing-like drones behind her back. Breasts size: K-cup.
"(Hold on… Did a beautiful woman really just appear from a jewel?!)" Izuku thought was in utter shock of what had just happened right now.
But then two words clicks in Izuku's head the most when this woman named Pneuma said "Driver" and "Blade" during her introduction. Those words felt strongly familiar to him, and he instantly knows why.
"No way, are you really telling me that you're an actual Blade? Like the sentient beings with powers and becoming connected to the ones who awaken them being partners for life!" Izuku asked in shock, wanting to be extra sure this isn't some prank.
"That's right, I am a real Blade, and you are my Driver. Ready to fight together!" Pneuma answered.
The howling sound of the wolf monster caught their attention as it got back up and ready to fight again for the hunt it was on.
"Looks like we're gonna have to get to know each other in combat. Get ready, it's coming for us!" Pneuma readied herself with her sword for the fight.
Izuku also realized that he forgot his sword and quickly look behind him to see the Veil Sword lying on the ground close to the tree where he crashed into, this made him remember the promise to never let that sword out of his grasp and he is not going to start breaking that promise today.

"Keep that wolf occupied just a little bit. I need to get my sword!" Izuku ran quickly for the sword.
"You got it!" Pneuma nodded, not needing to turn her head to look at her Driver.
The wolf monster charges at the green woman who deflects each strike with her sword holding it with just one hand and with ease showing that her own physical strength is stronger than it, and that little defense play was all Izuku needed to get his sword back and then move forward while feeling ether energy coursing through his body.
"(I can feel the ether, being shared by Pneuma going between us!)" Izuku thought knew this was a good thing.
Izuku comes in slashing at the right side then Pneuma comes in after to attack on the left side, then the two started moving faster and faster together slashing at the wolf monster in all directions. At one moment, Izuku tossed his sword to Pneuma for her to fight with two swords with a blitz slash attack.
"Go high!" Pneuma said, tossing the Veil Sword high into the air and boost Izuku to go after it.
Izuku grabs onto the sword then get into the position where the Veil Sword, which is a sheath of the real sword inside, becomes a gauntlet and let Lucky Seven come out as he glares down at the wolf monster that is on its last leg.
"It's time to end this!" Izuku declared, diving straight down to finish this beast once and for all.
Pneuma got herself in position right below the wolf monster while it's too late for the wolf monster to do anything with how damage its body is, she smiles for the big moment that is about to happen.
Then at the same time, both Izuku and Pneuma slice their swords through the wolf monster pass each other as he lands and she is in the air, and the wolf monster dies in two.

"Wow!" Momo was amazed.
"That was amazing, you did really well on our first try together." Pneuma smiled at Izuku blushing.
"Y-Yeah, it was pretty crazy." Izuku commented.
"Oh, this looks interesting." Pneuma picked up an orb that has a strange symbol on it. She may not know what this is, but Izuku immediately recognize it upon seeing this with his own eyes.
"That's it! That's the final item I need to pass the Ouroboros exam!" Izuku shouted, shocking Pneuma.
"Oh, so I take it this is important to you." Pneuma guessed.
"You have no idea!" Izuku smiled.
(Monitoring Room)
"I can't sparking believe it…" Lanz was shocked, as was everyone else in the room, that something unbelievable just happened.
"Huh, what exactly did we just see?" Sena was so shocked that she is very confused about this picture.
"I do believe we just witnessed the awakening of Blade right here in the exam!" Taion answered.
"Hold on, when you said "Blade", do you mean the ones that can pop out of those Core Crystals and turn into people with weaponize powers. The Core Blades?" Eunie asked.
"The very same." Taion pushed his glasses back a bit.
"Izuku Midoriya, I can see more of that potential now. Maybe Noah somehow knew about it too." Mio was amazed.
"I swear, that kid." Ghondor smirked, thinking the kid really did great though wouldn't say it out loud.

It looks like Izuku may have been able to pass the exam with what time he had left and not only that, but he was also able to awaken the other kind of Blade that is something very extreme and beautiful in the form of Pneuma that shows Izuku definitely has a lot of potential!
