Dark Rising is my main Story, but I am still updating my other ones. Don't worry about that. But if you wanna support me, please read Dark Risings and leave reviews. They really help.
I am going to be writing an Intersting Female Oc... one named Kanade... Look forward to that.
It was hard to not be impressed by Ren. The boy did not have the genius of his father, but he was an amazing talent none the less. In mere moments he mastered the Tree climbing exercise and the Water walking. Absently, Hayate wondered 'I think it's because not only does he have less chakra than Naruto, who has the Kyuubi... he has much more balanced chakra since he is a reader. More Spiritually alligned chakra. Still, he is pretty amazing.'
At that exact moment, his student was moving through his Kenjutsu katas. He had decided, offically after watching the boy master the water walking technique, to make him a full apprentice and pass on his sword style. As it was, he could not have a biological child. Ren might be his only chance to pass on the Dancing Moon Kenjutsu Style. The boy had started to pick it up rather fast, not Sharingan fast but still fast.
'Naruto has the Shadow clones... maybe I should teach him those clones, his chakra is three times greater than mine... not a bad idea really.' Pleased, he walked over to his student. "Kid, I am going to teach you a jutsu, one that is dangerous due to it's massive chakra requirments. Shadow Clones, a real physical clone that can pass on the base line knowledge it possess. Naruto can do a thousand of them, due to his insane pool, but while you do not have his massive reserves as an Uzumaki you can still make at least a hundred of them max, though less so if you want to be effective in battle. Probably about... twenty?"
Ren frowned. "Is that now Naruto graduated?"
"Yes, he mastered that jutsu... after stealing the Scroll of Seals and putting down Mizuki who convinced him to steal it."
He was stunned to see Ren explode with rage and a frightening amount of chakra." How does he always, ALWAYS, find a way around actually working hard? I had to train my ass off to manage the clone jutsu and one just falls into his lap? It's so not fair!"
When the ground under him started to rak, Hayate held out his hands in worry. "Kid, breathe, you might hurt yourself tapping into so much power."
"I..." He breathed out, trying to focus. "I am just so tired of him getting so much handed to him. The world as much as it hates him... loves him. It's terrible and annoying!"
That made sense to Hayate, who kneeled. "Kid, I get it. A lot of us felt that way about Kakashi Hatake, Naruto's sensei. He has a Sharingnan, it was given to him during the war. He just could copy anything, no hard work needed. He is constantly late and just gets away with it because he was the Fourth Hokage's favorite student." He coughed, before smiling. "Now, let me show you this jutsu, and then you'll have sparring buddies if I am ever busy plus you can use them for D ranks."
Ren would master the damn jutsu in less than twenty minutes, proving again that Ren really was far smarter and more talented than anyone knew or realized.

Three Hours Later at Ren's Apartment
Though Ren was enraged by Naruto's AGAIN, getting away with murder... he was pleased to get the Shadow clones. It was an easy thing to realize it's value as a study tool. Three hours of sparring with the clones, he felt himself massively improve with his Kenjutsu. The katas were etched into his style and that was amazing. However the clear cut memories were something he knew would make him into a beast.
The moment the door of his apartment closed, he created One clone. "Go get me books and scrolls on anatomy, chakra control, history, any elemental manipulation and anything else you can but only up to ten books or scrolls. I also want you to grab a chakra paper." he would meditate for twenty minutes before his clone returned and he saw what it grabbed. The extra books were on conditioning, speed training, strength training, Elemental Theory and... the beginning of Seals. Then he made Nine more clones. "Read the books, I will be taking a shower. Whoever is left, make me dinner."
"HAI!"
And as they got it all ready, he would shower, eat a delicious meal and finally go to bed. The clones would dispel in the night, so when he woke up, he was far more aware than he was before and eager to get started with the days to come. It was his goal to continue to bolster his chakra, skills and knowledge. He would never become a loser like his brother, living on luck...
He would earn it all... and show the world that he mattered. This was his legend, the Legend of Ren!
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
I do not think Naruto is a loser, this is Ren's Perspective. Naruto has really, really bad and great luck... and I think that matters when his brother is being compared to that.
Love, your Ninja Overlord,
Mika.
