Of course, Angel can't be farther from being right. A large crowd of demons and sinners gathers around the tower where the Overlords meet to discuss Shilo's actions. They have signs and pitchforks as they yell and complain. All were angry and afraid over the event this morning.

Camilla tried to calm them down in front. She had never seen this happen before, not since the first extermination started. "Everyone, please, " she called out. "You must remain calm."

"Remain calm?!" A cat demon shouted. "There is a monster here!!'

"Look what she did to my husband!!" A shark demon yelled, pulling out a frozen shark demon trapped in ice.

"That bitch is a danger here!!" A sinner shouted, holding a sign. "She will freeze hell before the angels decide to return!!"

A hellhound roared. "I say we go and kill her before she turns us into ice statues!!" The mob all roared, agreeing with the idea.

Carmilla sighed. This would get nowhere if the crowd couldn't control themselves. She failed to notice Zestial was behind her as she did her best to get this under control. "If you will just—" she could barely get a word out as she listened to their complaints and insults.

"Silence!!" Zestial let out a loud roar, startling Carmilla and causing the mob to shut their mouths, not wanting to upset the oldest Overlord. Once the mob has gone silent, Zestial turns to Carmilla. "Wend on." He assured her.

"Thank you." Carmilla thanked him for stepping in. She focused on the mob, cleared her throat, and began her speech. "I know you are all scared by our newest arrival and the damage she has caused," she mentioned. "But I can assure you, we will bring her to justice. Stay indoors, stay in a large group, and keep safe." She advised them, and she heard them start complaining about her advice.

Carmilla and Zestial enter the tower as the mob's voices fade in the background, and the door closes behind them. Once they enter a room, the Overlords are all seated in their seats, Rosie being one of them. Zestial took his seat while Carmilla faced them, standing up.

She faced them. "I'm sorry for keeping you all waiting. Thank you for being patient," she began. "I'm sure you all heard about this new angel and this…power she displays." She snarled, hinting about Shilo. She grabbed a remote and pressed it as a large screen came from the ceiling and stopped. On the screen was a captured image of Shilo looking frightened while still in her new demon form.

"One of the sinners managed to get a picture of her," Carmilla stated, glaring at the image with rage. 'Now, this is no ordinary exorcist angel."

"She looks frightened." Rosie pointed out, having pity over the fallen angel.

"Suppose." Carmilla nodded, her arms crossed. "But with a power like that, it just proves she is a threat." She added, her attention left the image, looking at the Overlords. "Why is she here? What has she done to get fallen here, and most importantly, is she someone to be trusted?" She hinted at some unanswered questions.

She pressed another button on the remote, and two more screens came from the ceiling. They showed images of frozen sinners and demons in thick ice. "Over five sinners and five demons have been frozen and encased in a thick layer of ice." She informed them. "We tried everything to shatter them without causing death, even using fire to melt them. It barely worked." She added, grinding her fangs. "But we think the key to getting them free is the source. That angel."

The Overlords all whispered to each other, thinking it over. Rosie frowned, not finding it pleasant that Shilo was seen as a monster for just coming here.

Suddenly, the door slammed open, revealing Vox as he dusted his suit. He entered with a toothy grin on his screen face. He could sense the Overlord's eyes on him as he took his seat by Rosie. "Sorry, I'm late." Vox apologized for his tartness. "You know how running a company can be so busy."

"Vox." Carmilla spat his name on her lips, leaving a sour taste.

Vox grinned at her, arms open. "Carmilla! You're looking good!" He chuckled. He turned to Zestial. "Zestial! Sup!"

Zestial faced him, unimpressed. "Fain thee did manage to beest the one to cometh." He spoke, raising his eyebrow, and tilted his head to the left. "Wh're art they oth'ers?" He asked him about the rest of the Vees.

"Valentino needs to finish his movie, and Velvette is too caught up with her fashion line," Vox explained their reason, annoyed that he must come here alone while the others are out with their jobs. His grin returned. "So what did I miss?" He asked as he faced the screen, seeing Shilo's image. His eyes widen at the sight, taking in every detail.

So this is the fallen angel everyone is talking about and the Vees are looking for? Vox's screens changed to a wolf howling loudly as it changed back to his face. "Holy shit!! Who is that fuckable vision of beauty!!?" He gushed. This angel is an easy pick and theirs for the taking. He hoped that she was naive enough to trick. He spots Carmilla glaring at him, disappointed. "S-Sorry." He apologized.

"We were talking about a possible danger coming from this angel," Carmilla explained.

"You mean the fallen angel everyone and that huge crowd outside are bitching about?" Vox questioned her. Of course, everyone is. It is a very massive issue in Hell.

"Precisely." Carmilla nodded. "She has frozen ten unlucky souls and nearly turned the city into a frozen wasteland. She may be new and just banished from Heaven, but angels aren't open with demons and sinners like us."

Vox rubbed his chin, deep in thought. "I see." He mumbled. He looked up. "So if she is a danger here, why haven't you been looking for her?" He questioned Carmilla.

"If that angel realized who we are, she would use her powers against us." She answered. The last thing she wanted was to cause another panic for her defense after she last faced an angel. "We need to know her weakness." She added.

Vox leaned back against his seat. This is getting nowhere if they all sit down and let Shilo loose, and the Vees won't get their prize. "Can you use fire on her? I mean, she uses ice." He explained, hinting at some possible advantages they could use. "So fire and heat can make her so uncomfortable. It's not that fucking hard."

The Overlords all mumbled, thinking over his suggestion. Carmilla can see the gears in their heads turning.

Vox grinned evilly; his plan was working. "See? Everyone here's agreed." He jeered. "If we want to keep Pentagram City from getting a blizzard, our best option is to find her. Maybe use an angelic cuff to block her powers?" He added, eyeing Carmilla.

Carmilla glared at him. "I vowed to never use those cuffs unless there is a chance of a life-ending incident," she hissed. She kept a unique pair of angelic cuffs in her place, only to use them in case a rogue exorcist angel started slaughtering sinners without Heaven knowing.

"And this, Carmilla, is a life-ending incident," Vox confirmed, standing up from his seat. "I mean, listen to that crowd." He snapped his finger, and the screen that showed the frozen statue changed into the angry mob of sinners and demons.

The mob roared and complained, waving signs and pitchforks in the air. Soon, they all began to sing. "All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up; the time is now. Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

Vox started strolling around as he sang. "Wide awake, the fever burns. Sweat it out, lay my turn."

"Can you hear the drumming? There's a revolution coming." The sinners sing their part.

Vox turned to Carmilla, grinning at her with his sharp teeth. "All this doubt is creeping in. Inside out, shed my skin."

"Can you hear the drumming? There's a revolution coming." The Demons sing along.

Vox stands in front of the room, grinning evilly. "I been waiting all my life to live when I've only been dreaming, give love when I've only been stealing." He sings to the Overlords, and Shilo's image shines over Vox. "Can't let time keep passing me by. Run down what I've always been chasing. Block out everything I've been facing, facing."

"All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up. The time is now." The sinners sang as they marched together. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

"Vile things that turn me on drag my dark into the dawn." The Demons sing together while standing around the tower. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

Carmilla stepped in. "My body aches; I'm bound in chains." She, too, began to sing. "But there's a fire in my veins."

"Can you hear the drumming? There's a revolution coming." The sinners raised their signs up high to see.

"Like every king who lost the crown." Carmilla looked out the window, seeing a silhouette of the hotel. "And all those years are history now."

The demons crowded together. "Can you hear the drumming? There's a revolution coming."

Vox turned around, staring at the image of Shilo with sinful glee. "I been waiting all my life. Run down what I've always been chasing. Block out everything I've been facing." He gently stroked the screen as if touching her cheek.

"All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up; the time is now." The demons stand together along with the sinners. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

"Vile things that turn me on drag my dark into the dawn." The sinners's voices are filled with anger. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

"There's a revolution coming. There's a revolution coming." All the sinners and demons sing in unison, tapping the signs and pitchforks to the ground in rhythm. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

Vox raised his hand, making everyone silent momentarily as he continued singing. "I'm rising up, up from the ground. From the bottom, can't hold me down, hold me down." His grin glowed as his left eye swirled. "I'm rising up, up from the ground. From the bottom, can't hold down, hold me down, hold me down-down, down-down."

"All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up; the time is now." The sinners sing while tapping their signs rhythmically. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

"Vile things that turn me on drag my dark into the dawn." The demons sing as pitchforks tap rhythmically on the ground. "Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

Sinners and demons sing all at once while still tapping their signs and pitchforks to the ground. Some have even used sticks to bang on the surface like war drums. "There's a revolution coming. There's a revolution coming. Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming." They sing their anger out. "There's a revolution coming. There's a revolution coming. Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there's a revolution coming."

Suddenly, Zestial raises his hand, causing everyone to stop and end the musical number. Once he is sure, all is quiet and still; he speaks. "If't be true we haven't hath heard any w'rd of h'r 'r of any attacketh from h'r, we shall bringeth the cuff." He proclaimed. If Shilo is caught harming another soul in Hell, it is required to use the cuffs against her.

Carmilla nodded, agreeing with Zestial. "Very well..." she softly sighed. She knew that they must be cautious and keep a close eye on the city. "Be on your best guard and report to me if you notice anything from the angel." She watched the Overlords nodding their heads, understanding what they must do. "You may all leave." She ended the meeting.

"Why, thank you, Carmilla." Vox chuckled in mockery. "Glad to be talking to you all." He stares at Carmilla, who is glaring at him, before she and Zestial head out with the Overlords.

Rosie gets one last look at Shilo's image and frowns softly. She can only bet she is safe with Alastor and the princess at the hotel. She was the last to exit.

Once the Overlords are gone and Vox is alone, he takes his phone out of his suit and snaps a picture of the image. He looked at his phone, grinning evilly. He cannot wait to see the look on the other Vee's faces when they see their new angel.

"Velvette will love this." He grinned, sending a copy of the picture to Velvette. He knows she will love her and wants to doll her up, too.

In her private room, where Velvette designs merchandise and her fashion line, she sits near her desk as she scrolls through her phone. She is bored and impatient. She would have agreed to come with Vox to the meeting, but she still needs a model, and with no information about the angel, she is stuck.

While scrolling, she received a text from Vox. "What's this?" she mumbled, curious to know what he had sent her this time. She opened the notification and pulled out a message with an attached file. "Look who I found." She read the text. She shrugged; it could be just a new company product, or he could have found something funny and decided to show it to her.

She opened the file, and the captured picture of Shilo's image from the meeting appeared on her screen. She pulls her phone closer to get a better look, eyeing Shilo's face and her body. Velvette slowly formed a grin on her lips. She has the perfect body and everything she wants.

"Well, hello, " she purred. "You are perfect as my model," she chuckled. She had found the perfect model for her line. Now, to see her and bring her to the Vees.
