Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here and I'm back with not just one, or two, but three chapters! More than what I've announced since November! But before you all begin, I want to let you know that I have things to say and corrected a few things about Neo.

Based on the reviews, I'll revise Neo's height from 4'10 to 4'60 since the smallest girl in Class 1-A is Tsuyu Asui, who is 4'11".

Neo's Quirk is not a Superior Version of Yaoyorozu's Quirk; rather, it's a Rare Quirk mutation like Cathleen Bate a.k.a Stars and Stripes. As for limitations, I'll think about how I work things out.

The OC that I'll be adding won't be a male character and I will NOT remove Mineta regardless of how many points you make about how annoying and perverted he is in the show.

I recalled a conversation regarding how much of Neo's Memories I should include. I've decided to add a few more, but I won't be specific about them.

That is all and enjoy the chapters!

Neo's School

After the student rankings were posted, the school held a parent-and-teacher conference for the deciding factor of every student before graduation. The ones doing the interview are representatives of various schools across Japan.

This may seem fine for the average student, but the top five ranking students receive a special interview with three principals due to the academy's long-rooted history with the East and West Academies.

The first is the principal sitting in the middle. A tall man of his late 50s with red eyes, long black hair, and a stream of grey hair on his left side. He wears a black and gray striped suit over a red polo shirt, hard-knuckle gloves, black and gray striped pants, and leather shoes.

The second is the principal sitting on the right. A young and slim woman in her early 30s with gold-yellow eyes, scarlet-red shoulder-length hair, and a small diagonal scar over her left eye. She wears a uniform, a crimson-red robe, a dark red bodysuit, thigh-high socks, and red heels.

The third is the principal of U.A High, arguably the one that stands out most of the previous two. He is a small stout creature with notable animal features such as a mouse's head, dog-like paws, and the thin tail of a cat, as well as a large scar over his right eye. He wears a white dress shirt, a dark red tie around his neck, a double-plated waistcoat, matching dress pants, and orange lace-up sneakers.

From left to right, these are Principal Kamira of Shiketsu, Principal Jeriko of Neo's School, and Principal Nezu of U.A High. Neo and her mother sit at the other side of the desk, and the latter wears a formal dress for today's conference.

"It feels nice to know you're well, Miss Valentina," Nezu said, "I trust that Riko is doing well?"

"She's fine, thank you for asking," Yukino replied, "And I trust you are faring well as U.A's principal,"

"Indeed I am," Nezu replied as he took a sip of his usual brand of tea,

Neo glanced at her mother and Principal Nezu since these two have some history together. It wouldn't even surprise her that Nezu holds her mother in high regard after he was potentially saved much like Riko's case.

"But pleasantries aside, it's time for this year's conference. Especially when your daughter, Neo Valentina, achieved the top seat of all her class," Nezu stated,

"And let's not forget her physical and academic performance in other fields as well," Kamira added, "Compared to the previous top students, your daughter holds the highest potential above all others that's barely scratching the surface,"

"As for her Quirk Assessment," Jeriko started, "Well, the records speak for themselves. But what's truly interesting is the reports I've received from faculty members and students. Regarding faculty members appearing in convenient places where mischief and bullying occur,"

Yukino looked at her daughter with a raised eyebrow, and Neo shrugged her shoulders then followed by an eye roll...

"Though the academy rules limit the students' use of Quirks within school grounds. I wish to express my utmost gratitude in minimizing these incidents," Jeriko said, standing up, his fist placed above his chest, and gave a quick bow before sitting down, "Thank you for all your hard work,"

Neo smiled at this but remained focused on today's conference. The rest of the conference revolves around the specific details of Neo's time here, and needless to say she is considered a prodigy above all other students.

Eventually, the real question from her principal is asked and the other two principals remain silent for Neo's decisive choice, "With everything you've learned and done here, we ask... Where will you go and what will you do next?"

Neo recalls the times she's been indecisive about her choices and the advice she's been given from her mother to her teachers and classmates. It took several minutes to gather her thoughts, but she begrudgingly included her encounter and conversation with Himiko Toga.

It may seem strange and wrong, but Himiko somehow conveyed a bit of support despite how grueling it sounds...

Once her decision is truly clear, Neo uses her quirk to make a small whiteboard, write her answer, and show it to the three principals, "Enroll in U.A. High, and go pro..."

"You wish to be a Pro Hero, if I may be so prudent. Why do you seek such an occupation?" Jeriko inquired,

As complicated as it looks, Neo writes down her response as she reminiscences her previous actions and shows it to the three principals, "To give the world a show they'll never forget!"

The three principals stared in complete silence, and the same goes for Yukino. But after a few minutes of silence, Principal Kamira snickered before bursting into laughter as she held onto her chest. What followed is Principal Jeriko, the rumored stoic principal of this fine institute, chuckling alongside Principal Nezu as the latter drinks a cup of tea.

Yukino giggles at the thought but doesn't object to such a goal, especially when it made three principals chuckle with glee.

After that, Kamira wipes a tear from her eye, breaths a couple of times, and staggered in her next sentence "Y-You want to give the whole world a show! That is by far the best goal I have ever heard! Then again, it suits a girl such as yourself. And it's a real shame that you won't be enrolling in my school,"

"Well I, on the other hand, am grateful to have you enroll in my prestigious school. We will be filling your name in the list of recommendations after you graduate from this academy," Nezu expressed with his paw raised,

"Then that concludes today's conference," Jeriko declared, "I wish you luck with your progress and future endeavors, Ms. Valentina"

Neo smiled before she and Yukino bowed after they rose from their seats. What comes next is the final days of this academy, then graduation, and finally her chance at U.A's recommendation list...

The Following Weekend

Neo and her mother spent the last weekend at the zoo. Again, they visit the pen where Riko resides and Neo becomes attached to her. The tiger even chuffed when Neo rubbed beneath Riko's chin.

Then Yukino strikes up a conversation between herself and her daughter, "So... Finally going to U.A? Huh?"

Neo turns to her and gives a nod before gesturing, "Though it seems selfish I'm going there for Toru-chan. But I'm going to give it my all for the goal I've set!"

Yukino giggled, then reminiscenced her late husband from Neo's smile. If he were here and alive today, he would've supported that dream of hers and it's enough to bring a single tear from her eye.

Naturally, she wiped it away and gently ruffled her daughter's hair, "You do that, Neo. But remember this well. Even though you'll be working hard under U.A.'s curriculum, always know when to live a little, okay?"

Neo blinked, then nodded her head once. What followed was her attention fixated on Riko, and Yukino focused more on her daughter's impending future. But deep down, she'll become everything her father would be proud of...

And with that in mind, she also included someone she's well-acquainted with...

Days Later...

Just as she decided, Neo took U.A. High's test for recommended students. When she arrived at the site, she found herself surrounded by the same people who had landed on the list themselves after the written exam.

Due to her overall size of 4'6, she couldn't help but feel intimidated by the towering candidates in today's test. However, she breathed, slapped herself on the cheeks several times, and pumped herself up for the upcoming practical test.

The one handling said tests was one of U.A.'s faculty members and Pro Hero, Present Mic. He was a tall, slim man with blond hair styled to make a spike going upward, a small brown mustache, and circular glasses. His attire was his hero costume, consisting of a black jacket with a very tall collar, upturned and complete with studs, shoulder and elbow pads, matching black pants with a red belt, fingerless gloves, and knee-high boots.

He also wears a directional speaker that obscures his neck since his Quirk revolves around his voice and headphones around his ears.

Neo's mother describes him as a literal loudmouth who shouts anything at anyone, whether they're listening or not. Regardless, she deems him a good hero, and Neo is curious about this man.

"Alright, everyone! The written exam's over! Next is the Practical Exam, and the last will be the interview! Are you ready!" Present Mic loudly asked and met with silence. But he wasn't bothered as he continued, "Okay! We'll be splitting you up into groups and when I call out your number, you and your competitor will walk to the exam site. Today's practical exam is a three-kilometer race, but it's a course you won't be able to finish if you just run. Use your Quirks freely to reach the finish line!"

It took a couple of minutes to get everyone sorted. When Present Mic called Neo's number, she would walk her way towards the site and the one she'd be racing was a tall girl with a mature physique with long black hair, tied into a spiky ponytail with a large right strand, and onyx color.

For the practical exams, she wore a light blue tracksuit with the sleeves and bottom hems of her trousers rolled above her knees and elbows. Neo's tracksuit, on the other hand, was pink and her hair was tied into a ponytail to keep it from going all over the place.

While Neo prepared herself for the run by stretching around, her competitor gazed at her as she wondered, 'Why does she look so familiar?'

Before she processed this though, the gate's buzzer caught their attention and both bent down to start the race. Once the light turned green, both girls started running and used their Quirks into the mix as well.

Neo made a pair of rollerskates and her competitor seemed to follow the idea. But how they created it was different as the former made them on the fly while the latter created them through her skin. They briefly glance at each other's skates, then focus onward with their race.

However, Neo would pick up the pace by using her Quirk to smoothen her lane and kick-off while her competitor was meters away from her, "So her Quirk doesn't just allow her to create things out of thin air. In that case,"

Through her Quirk, Neo's competitor created what appeared to be small rockets and attached them to her rollerskates. With a push of a button, these rockets were exhausting pressurized air instead of rocket fuel.

It granted Neo's competitor the boost she needed to catch up. But once they ran out, she had to remove the rockets as they a bit of weight to her rollerskates. Neo, on the other hand, was inspired by the idea and used her Quirk to create rockets from her rollerstakes.

Unlike her competitor, Neo's rockets appeared on her skates, used an alternative source of fuel that wouldn't run out, and there wasn't a delay in removing these rockets by hand as seen by her competitor.

A couple of minutes later, Neo slowed as she closed in on the finish gate and decided to show off her acrobatic skills by leaping forward, relieving herself of her skates, and flipping through the finishing line.

"Number 48 wins with style!" Present Mic announced, then he watched Neo create a landing mat and give a victory pose, "And sticks the landing!"

As for her competitor, she arrives minutes later and learns of her loss after she stops to a halt.

'I've lost...' She remarked as she slumped her shoulders, 'And to another who's quirk is similar to mine,'

Before she laments any further from her loss, Neo walks over to her and taps her on the arm. What follows is Neo's smile of reassurance, and the two shook hands after...

But when they parted, her competitor had one brewing question in mind, "This may sound imprudent of me. But have we met before?"

Neo just gazed at her competitor, cupped her chin in thought, and tilted her head to the right. She blinked a couple of times as she stared at her competitor's hairstyle. Then she straightens her posture, lowers her hand, and smiles before using her Quirk on herself.

What was conjured surprised her, for Neo transformed into the child form of her competitor. Then she recalls an old memory from her childhood years, "Now it all makes sense... You're that girl I saw near the park,"

Neo nods as reverts to her original appearance, then she creates a small whiteboard with her quirk, writes down a message, and shows it to her, "That's me, Neo Valentina!"

Her competitor's response was a giggle, especially when Neo added a few small starts around her message. Then exchanges an introduction to her as well, "Well in that case, I'm Momo Yaoyorozu. And I'm glad to have met you again, Neo-san,"

Neo nods with added enthusiasm, but Present Mic intervenes despite the mood between them, "Oi! Other people need this site for the practicals! I like the exchange of names and sportsmanship, but do it somewhere else!"

"Ah, We're very sorry!" Momo apologized and firmly bowed her head,

"It's okay!" Present Mic assured,

Neo still kept on smiling, and then she and Momo left the site for the other candidates for the U.A.'s recommendation exam. However, they didn't stop interacting as Momo shared a couple of topics about herself with Neo and the latter likewise. Albeit in written messages since Neo is physically incapable of speech.

After the practical exams were finished, it was time for the interview phase. Momo and Neo planned to leave together, but Present Mic had something to say, "Number 46, Neo Valentina!"

Neo and Momo stopped when they heard the latter's name and turned to the Voice Hero, "You're well aware that after the practical exam is the interview, correct?"

Neo nods as she fully turns to him, and Present Mic continues, "Well, you won't be attending that, however!"

"She isn't doing the interview? Why?" Momo inquired while Neo remained surprised,

"Principal Nezu said so! After all, it's part of the standards from where she graduated," Present Mic explained, "So feel free to go home while we assess your overall scores in the written and practical exams,"

Neo didn't anticipate this at all, but it fills her with some level of pride when she's made an exception with the interview. Even Momo understood as she tapped Neo on the shoulder, "If that's the case, I'm grateful to have competed against you. Let's do our best when we get accepted, alright."

In response, Neo pumped her arms and nodded before leaving the site while Momo remained for the interview. What comes next is the outcome of her overall performance...

Neo's Home...

It was night and Neo passed the time by practicing her Quirk by conjuring small stick figures and creating what appeared to be a small town from materials she also conjured.

Then came a knock on her door and she turned to see her mother with a letter waving around her hand, "Look what came recently,"

With that, she and Yukino went to the living room and sat down while Neo did the honors of opening her letter from UA. She then pulls out what appears to be a small disk. She'd examined it closely and placed it on the table.

What comes next is the disk to go live and what appears is a holo-message from an unexpected proxy, more specifically a certain top hero of Japan.

"I am here as a projection!" All Might boastfully greeted, which surprised the two as he was standing close to the camera,

"All Might? How could that be, this is a letter from U.A High," Yukino wondered as she glanced at the disk and letter. Then she pieces it all together as she gazes upon the message, "I see... So it's that kind of reason,"

"You feel surprised by my appearance, Ms. Valentina. What you are looking at is U.A.'s newest faculty member!" All Might explained, and it's quite a surprise for Neo but not so for Yukino, "That aside, I shall reveal your overall score and performance from the entrance exam. For the the written exam, You've amassed a perfect score! As for your practical exam, you've aced it as well! It's no wonder Principal Nezu exempted you from the interview,"

Though it didn't feel important, Neo felt a bit sheepish especially when it was coming from the Number One Hero.

"You have passed!" All Might loudly declared, then he stretched his hand before her, "Come, Valentina-shojo. This is your hero academia!"

Neo takes a lot of pride as All Might passes her. For Yukino, she proceeds to hug her tightly as she enters the top academy in Japan. After their hug, Yukino stands up from the couch and calls for a celebration of Neo's acceptance in the U.A. High.

Tomorrow will be her first day, and she can't wait to see either Toru or Momo in class again...
