Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here, and I am back with two chapters of the story instead of one.

But before you begin reading, I want to let you know that I'm writing another fanfic in which Neo is transported to a different universe. You may try to guess what it is or make additional suggestions for possible crossovers. (And it ain't limited to anime franchises.)

That is all I have to say. Enjoy the chapters!

Outside Team K's Building

As Team K prepared, Team B wondered what Neo and Jun had in store. In truth, however, Shoji was pondering the possibilities while Shoto had other thoughts.

'Neo Valentina... Shikaku's top student, the first placer of the Quirk Assessment exam, and someone who passed through recommendations like I did,' Shoto assessed while recalling every moment where Neo used her quirk in the assessment,

He had assumed it was similar to Yaoyorozu, who used her quirk to create objects from her body. However, her quirk pales compared to Neo's since she can make inanimate objects on the fly, animate beings that follow her command, and shows tremendous control over the ball throw test.

There is still much to learn about Neo's quirk and capabilities, but that is put on hold when he hears All Might's voice: "Now, let's start the last indoor person-to-person combat training match!"

Shoji first entered the building and used his quirk, Dupli-Arms, to provide a proper assessment of the enemy. But finds something off as he tells Shoto the following, "There several noises from all floors and hallways, but they appear to be unsynchronized and well-hidden."

More of Shoji's Dupli-arms created eyes by his pods and wandered all over the open hallways near the entrance. "Perhaps Neo used her quirk as camouflage for her animated clones and caused enough noise to distract me."

"In that case, go outside," Shoto commanded and raised his right hand. "I know that Valentina was watching earlier, but I will freeze the entire building to stop those clones."

"Right," Shoji agreed and ran outside while Shoto placed his hand on the wall and froze the entire building once more. Afterward, he turns back to the entrance. "It's done. Let's go and find the weapon."

Shoji complies with Shoto's order. In their earlier match, the latter dismissed him since he didn't want to freeze the building with him. Now, he assumed that Shoto needed him as this match was serious with an opponent like Neo...

Monitor Room

Once more, All Might and most of the students of Class 1-A were shivering from the sheer cold that Shoto unleashed. But unlike last time, they try to brush it off as they focus on the monitors.

"W-W-Where's Neo-san and Jun-san?" Uraraka inquired, "S-S-Shouldn't they be defending the bomb they've placed on the first floor?"

"I don't think that's the case," Iida said. "Since Neo's quirk is capable of anything imaginable, that bomb on the first floor may as well be a decoy. The same goes for the other bombs on the other floors."

"Then there's the matter of Shoji's quirk," Yaoyorozu added. "Neo deliberately used it against him by creating animated shoes to run in patrols. Also, some of those shoes created visible marks that Shoto could assume had frozen a clone, while some broke without a trace left behind."

"Neo-chan's always about deception," Toru remarked. "It's why she's so good with magic tricks. One moment, you've assumed that she used her quirk and the next thing you know, she wasn't as she played around with her volunteers. I'm not even an exception to her trick.,"

Back to Shoto and Shoji

The two carefully examined each hallway and room for Team K or the weapon. From the first to the fourth floors of the building, they had found nothing. When they reached the fifth floor, they noticed that some sections of the halls weren't affected by Shoto's freezing quirk.

"Anything?" Shoto inquired as Shoji sprouted his eyes and ears and assessed their surroundings,

"Nothing, so we should proceed with caution," Shoji replied and stepped forward. "I'll take point."

Shoto sounded his affirmation and walked their way through the unfrozen part of the fifth floor. So far, nothing seems to be out of the ordinary...

...

...

...

They were close to the first room on the floor, and the two heard a voice from the front hallway, "Hey boys!"

Shoto and Shoji quickly turned to their right and spotted Jun throwing several small balls at the two. The latter resorts to using his large arm as a shield to protect the former and himself, but what they do is burst pink smoke over the hallway.

Shoji then waved off the smoke and quickly informed his teammate of Jun's charge. "She's coming!"

"Then get back, Shoji," Shoto said as planned, using his freezing quirk against Jun,

Once Shoji was out of the way, Shoto controlled the distance of his ice to only freeze the hallway. But Jun proved herself to be quick and lunged at Shoto to avoid the oncoming ice with claws stretched out.

Before she could reach him, Shoji resorts to a counterattack by punching Jun straight into her face. But the impact of his fist had shattered her like glass, and he soon learned the trick behind it. 'Valentina must've created a clone of Jun after she attacked us with that smoke screen. Since Jun retreated, it's safe to say that the rest of this floor is where they're defending the weapon,'

"Caught you off guard, didn't I?" Jun asked as she appeared from the east hallway. "Guess playing the role of villain has its perks."

Shoji readied his stance while Shoto planned to use his freezing quirk on the unfrozen part of the hallway.

"Especially when it gives you an excuse to fool around people," Jun said from behind, and Shoto whipped one side of his head to the opposing hallway and saw another clone waving her hand at them.

Neo's capability to create clones was one thing, but learning that they could mimic her voice was another. A major problem that neither of them was prepared for, especially when a total of five minutes had passed...

Monitor Room

"Seriously, Neo's Quirk is strong," Ashido remarked even as she shivered from the cold. "If either team faced her, I doubt we'll stand a chance, even if we're the heroes or the villains."

"Even if we can't hear their voices, we could already tell from their expression that they weren't prepared for everything she has against them," Kaminari remarked,

Everyone else seemed to acknowledge this fact and watched the screens as Team B conducted a plan against Team K. Well, almost everyone, as two of their classmates had their own opinion towards Neo.

Bakugo, after witnessing Shoto's previous match, was baffled not by the distance between her and himsel, but by how she countered the likes of someone whose Quirk was possibly stronger than his own. In other words, this match didn't affect his pride but a gap he needed to overcome.

Then there's Mineta, who appeared to be in his world after witnessing Neo's quirk in action. To physically copy and clone anyone down to details is a gift, or rather a miracle, any man or himself would die to have. The only tragedy here is that Quirk belongs to a short girl. Had it been a boy, he would've done everything he could to curry favor and explore every possible opportunity he could imagine.

But while he was stuck ogling about Neo's quirk, Jiro quickly noticed his slobbering and struck one of her Earphone Jacks onto him. Though he wanted to lecture him, her eyes were fixated on the screens like everyone else in the room.

Back to Team B

With two Jun clones by the halls, they couldn't risk any means of retaliation with unforeseen consequences. Attacking the clones respectively isn't an option, considering how they may possess Jun's quirk, and a clone's attack on Shoji is proof of that fact.

"Todoroki, you should go and find the weapon while I stay and fight," Shoji advised through his Dupli-arms,

"Are you sure?" Shoto questioned,

"Valentina's clones are amazing, there's no doubt. But when I broke the first, their overall durability is fragile as glass," Shoji explained. "Even with her quirk, I can handle these clones easily while you go and search for the weapon."

Shoto considered his plan, but not long since they were wasting precious time, and he vowed to himself that he wouldn't use his left hand. But when he considered the fact that he'd probably face Neo and Jun in one room, making his choice clear, "I'll leave them to you,"

"Likewise," Shoji affirmed and remained with the clones while Shoto ran across the hall in search of the weapon,

One of the Jun clones smirked as Shoji readied himself for battle and stated, "Not a bad tactic, and I recall from the grip test that you're about the same as a gorilla's. In other words, this will be fun.

Both clones showed their claws, and what would ensue was a battle between Shoji and Jun.

Meanwhile...

Shoto continues his search for the weapon but remains cautious of anything Neo might pull under him. Then, he comes across what appears to be a closed and unfrozen door.

He assumed a possible trap behind the said door and used his right hand to freeze the other side of the room. For good measure, he dropped the temperature to the point where he could potentially freeze Neo in place, regardless of where she was hiding.

Afterward, he pulled his right hand and kicked the door down. A few meters away, at the far end of the room, was the weapon covered with ice. Shoto glances around the room for Neo, then turns towards the weapon before. Certain that the room is frozen, he walks inside to secure the weapon...

...

...

...

Or so he thought when the weapon expanded and burst before Shoto's eyes. It also came with pink smoke and confetti that obscured the first half of the room, and then Neo emerged from the smoke itself. In Shoto's haste, he used his right side to create a wave of ice towards her, striking Neo in the process.

But Neo is a clone as she was reduced to particles, and the real Neo emerged from behind by camouflaging her body with the wall and holding what appeared to be the captured tape. Before he knew what hit him, Neo had wrapped him up with tape and securely kept his arms close to his body.

After he was captured, he gazed upon Neo, who was smiling as she whirled the other end of the capture tape. It didn't take a while for Shoto to assess the trick. She created a fake weapon with her quirk and hid a clone within it. Since the ice didn't freeze all the way through, the clone was safe, and I fell for the ruse after I went inside. The rest lies with the clone to distract, and for Neo to capture me from behind,'

If earlier conversation didn't prove that Neo was Shikaku Academy's Top Student, this was it. With the capture tightly wrapped around his arms and body, he lost the match, and Neo won.

Monitor Room

"No freaking way!" Kaminari exclaimed, "She caught Todoroki!"

"To improvise a fake weapon as a shelter for a clone against his ice, a clone's frontal assault as a distraction, and the use of camouflage to capture Todoroki-kun from behind," Iida assessed, "It certainly proves her ingenuity and skill outmatch that of Todoroki's, truly praiseworth.,"

"Shoji, however, is faring well against the clones. But without him knowing that Todoroki-kun's been captured, and the weapon is not on the top floor. Both Neo and Jun have met the requirements to prolong this match," Yaoyorozu clarified,

"Guess that means this match is over," Sero revealed. "She's seriously cool with that Quirk of hers."

Everyone else in the class agreed, and Bakugo only lowered his head until his bangs shadowed his eyes and his fist clenched tightly. Once the timer reaches zero, All Might brings up the microphone, "Time's up! Villain Team Wins!"

Back to Team B

After All Might's announcement, Shoji and Jun's clones stopped fighting, with the former shutting his eyes in acknowledgment of his loss. On the other hand, the latter walked up to him and patted him on the shoulder, "That was fun, Shoji-kun. I hope to face you another time."

"In a match, of course," The other Jun clone said with a wink, and both clones dissipate into particles,

As for Neo, she walked right in front of Shoto, bent down on her knees, and looked right into his heterochromatic eyes. After a brief stare, Neo gives a cheerful smile, tilts her head, and dissipates into particles. This caused him to gasp as Neo wasn't on the fifth floor either, and then he seemingly accepted his loss with bitterness in his mind.

Monitor Room

"Eh? Neo-chan wasn't on the fifth floor either!" Mina exclaimed, "That quirk of her's is seriously broken!"

"And if Jun isn't with her, too, where could they have been?" Uraraka inquired as everyone looked around the monitors for them. Even All Might, but in a more subtle manner...

Eventually, Hagakure spots the two on the first floor of the building, and it just so happens that they've camouflaged themselves with a large blanket Neo created and colored to fit their surroundings. This made her chuckle, as her friend's tricks had never been dull for years, and everyone else soon spotted the real location of Team K and the weapon.

"They've been on the first floor this whole time!" Jiro exclaimed,

"And here I thought that the weapon on the first floor was a ruse to lure them. It's safe to say that we were fooled as well," Iida remarked,

"Then all those footprints marked by the shoes that Neo made. Maybe she wanted them to head further up than to disorient Shoji," Yaoyorozu said. "And when Todoroki and Shoji noticed the unfrozen parts of the fifth floor. They've settled with the thought that the weapon is on the fifth floor and not on the second. Quite a spectacular plan of theirs!"

"That's Neo-chan for you! A Master Magician during middle school!" Hagakure cheered,

With that, today's class has reached its conclusion, and everyone, sans Midoriya due to injury, would gather at the gate exit of Ground Beta.

"Good work, everyone!" All Might praised, "We didn't have any major injuries other than Midoriya-shounen, either! You guys took this seriously. You all did a good job for your first training!"

"To have such a proper class after Aizawa-sensei's class..." Tsuyu remarked, and everyone was reminded of his class during their first day, "It's kind of anticlimactic..."

"We're free to have proper classes, as well!" All Might revealed, "Well then, I must review the results with Midoriya-shounen! Change and return... to the classroom!"

Right after he finished his sentence, All Might ran with incredible speed and left a gust of wind towards them. Everyone couldn't help but feel amazed by All Migh,t though few wondered why he was in such a hurry to leave...

But after that, everyone went to the changing room and returned to their usual schedule. Though Neo opted to nudge Bakugo's shoulder, and the latter turned to her with frustration in his eyes. She also made a whiteboard on hand, wrote down her message, and showed it to him: "If you have something to say, say it now."

His eyes twitched once, and he clicked his tongue after he looked away. Neo would only lower her arms after she dissipated her whiteboard, and then Bakugo only had to say this before walking ahead, "I won't lose against you, two eyes."

Neo wasn't offended by the obvious slang, but it felt appropriate for someone who amassed a lot of pride into a goal. Then, she joins up with her classmates and changes back to her uniform.
