Everyone was back home and Cody was looking at his two axes some more, except for Barbie, who was sitting on Blitzo's bed in his own bedroom so that the siblings can have a talk together "So, you're having a heroin problem again?" asked Blitzo
Making a small growl, Barbie was not proud of it and buried her head into her legs. "Yes. I'm... fucking out of control with this stuff. I know it's not H-8 but it's still so addicting." then she felt like crying.
"And... that's why you come to me?" asked the male imp.
"Yeah, pretty much." she sounded ashamed of herself. "Normally, i wouldn't really... come to you for extreme help, but... this is a big fucking exception."
"But, i thought we're good now? Why do you sound so reluctant to come to me?"
"Because I feel guilty about all the times i treated you like horse shit."
"Hey! you know not to talk ill of horses in my presence." Blitzo said.
Barbie sighed and said: "Right, sorry. I forgot you're obsessed with horses."
"Well, i'm not obsessed with them." said Blitzo in a defensive voice. "I'm... in love with them."
"Whatever. Look, we're getting off-topic. How about this; I feel so bad treating you like bull shit after all these years. And i'm very sorry about it. I wasn't so sure of how i was going to face you just seeing how mom is still alive after that fucking accident." and a look of guilt appeared back on her face. "I didn't know if I deserve to ask your help about this."
"Barb," Blitzo scooted himself closer to her. "You're my sister. And I love you with all my heart. Remember when i tried to find you after you got out of rehab? If i hate you, I wouldn't give a fuck about finding you in that summer camp."
"True. True."
"I'd be like dad. And do i look anything like him?" Barbie gave him an unamused look on her face, and Blitzo realized what a stupid question that was. "On second thought... don't answer that."
"Cody tried to help me out earlier while you were gone."
"Really?"
"Yeah, he suggested a couple of things like chewing gum or drinking soda instead of booze."
Blitzo smiled at Cody's usual selflessness. "Good on him. That kid's like an angel... a fallen angel that has not been corrupted in any way."
Barbie smiled back to him and said: "No argument. Glad that kid lives with ya here. Though you should have seen how fucking feral he was against the dummy."
"Nah, i prefer not to think about it. You know he's been through so much in his young life."
"Right. But you gotta help me, Blitzo. You need to help me get over this drug shit going on with me. There's no way in Hell, no pun intended, that i'm ever going back to rehab."
"Come on, i'll make sure you never get back into that fucking shithole." Blitzo said. "Don't you have a place to stay at least?"
"Yep. It's a real shithole, my place." Barbie rolled her eyes. "But i do my best to get by with what lady Belphegor. Chunp change, but money is money."
"Uh-huh. Look, i think i know what you need to heko get past your problem."
"Oh yeah? What's that, Blitzo?"
"Since you are making up for lost time with mom? Spend more time with her, and, i know a couple of people who have jacuzzis. Come on, what's not to love about jacuzzis?"
"Right. But what if i... go through withdrawals?"
"Simple. I'll just tie you up in the heaviest, most indestructible kind of chain until the horrors end for you."
"Oh thanks a lot." said Barbie. "You always have fucking crazy ideas, Blitzo."
Meanwhile, in Cody's bedroom, he was looking at his two axes that Fizz gave him. The boy felt a little guilty from that outburst earlier against the Belmont dummy. He hoped that he didn't leave a bad impression for the Goetia prince and his daughter.
Wanting to get this out of his head, Cody sighed and for in the shower to clear his mind. Nothing like a warm shower to help soothe the mind, and felt the soothing drips of hot water best against his bare skin. "Cody?" said Loona from the other side of the door.
"Yeah?" Cody replied
"Are you doing ok?"
"Uh-huh. Just taking a quick shower to calm down."
"Ok. You know, Stolas told us what happened earlier."
"I figured. But I lost myself. Felt like an evil monster was possessing me to go crazy like that."
"No, it's fine, Cody. You just needed to get something out of your chest. That's all. Anyway, i'm gonna turn on a movie when you get out, ok?"
"Sounds good."
"And how about we join a nice hot tub again?"
"Sure!"
fifteen minutes passed and after drying himself off, Cody sat next to Loona on the couch. Barbie and Blitzo were present too. "so any luck?" Asked Looan to her adopted father
"Making some progress." Blitzo admitted. "I need a cup of fizzy cheese"
"What is it with you and cheese, Blitzo?" Asked Cody
"He's obsessed with that stuff." Loona pointed. "He even goes through cheese withdrawals when not getting his daily dose of it."
"Oh."
"Yep, Blitzo in a nutshell." Barbie rolled her eyes.
"So you guys are not mad at Stolas, are you? He was only trying to help me show off my ax skills."
"No, we understand why." Loona smiled.
"Too bad that wasn't the real Belmont." Cody rolled his eyes.
"Cody, come on. Don't let it get to you. You know uncle Boulder did it to save you."
"I know." Cody sighed. "Let's watch a movie."
