Chapter 9: Paineball Deer Hunter
Last time on Total Drama Island. The two teams went by canoe to Boney Island. Dave broke his leg and Dj and Leshawna fell into quicksand. Dave and Sky got closer thanks to Idris, who arranged for them to leave together on the way home. At the end of the episode, Rodney was ejected because Scott had hidden his team's oars and accused Rodney of burning them. So, who will be eliminated by Scott and will Dave make Sky fall in love with him? Find out in the new episode of TOTAL DRAMA... ISLAND
After the introductory song, we meet Dave in the casualty tent. Chef enters.
"You can go now, your leg is healed," says Chef. Dave leaves the tent to join his team, but everyone is still asleep. Dave spots Chris's helicopter over the cabins, and everyone is awake.
"Ah, it's the police! They're coming! They've found me! They're going to arrest me! "Duncan said in a panic.
" The zombies are here! Everyone take cover! "Shawn says as he falls from his tree.
"Arche! My ears!" cried Sam.
"I am standing, sir," said Brick as he stood at attention.
Leshawna hits her head on the bed above her.
"Okey! Well, the other clown is really starting to get on my nerves." said Leshawna.
"It's true that he loves to spoil our mornings," Amy says as she wakes up. "Samey will heat the water for the showers," says Amy. Seeing that Sammy is unrepentant, Amy kicks Sammy's bed.
" Hurry up and heat up the showers. Not so hot this time, OK! "says Amy.
Sammy groaned and Leshawna looked at Amy strangely.

Is Samey or Amy the bad guy? I'm confused.

Dude! My ears haven't sounded like this since I played Guitar Sonde 3 on Pastation 4! (pulls out a GameGuy and starts playing)

Sammy entered the shower, fiddling with the switch, trying to set the water to the perfect temperature for her sister. Jasmine entered the shower and saw Sammy
What are you doing Sammy ?" Jasmine asked.
"Amy asked me to warm up the shower for her" Sammy said
You know that you aren't obligated to do everything Amy tells you to do. Stop letting your sister treat you like a servant, said Jasmine.
"Oh, she never treats me like this", said Sammy.
"Then do something," says Jasmine.
" What can I do? If I disobey her, she'll make my life worse than it already is," says Sammy.
"She's already making you miserable! She can't make things any worse," says Jasmine.
"Yes, she can," says Sammy.
The first person you have to defend is yourself! "Sammy is stunned by the unprecedented concern and sincerity emanating from Jasmine. An intimidating, bossy girl who used to take charge of her team. She's just shown Sammy something she's rarely had: compassion.
"I hope you're ready for the toughest challenge yet," Chris announces over the loudspeakers. "Breakfast in five minutes by the campfire.
As the 15 campers made their way to the campfire, Dave found his team.
"Hey, buddy," says Idris, congratulating Dave.
"How's your leg? " said Sky
I'm feeling pretty good," says Dave.
"Glad to see you back on your feet, soldiers," said Brick.
"It's true that with two legs, you're more useful," says Duncan.
"Thanks... I guess," says Dave.
Campers have arrived at the campfire
"Are you ready for today's MAXIMUM IMPACT EXTREME challenge? "said Chris
"YES SIR! "says Brick
« So catch!" Chris hurls a can of beans at the campers. He almost hit Sammy in the face, but Idris caught him before he could touch his face. Idris gave Sammy a smile that made him blush.
"It's your breakfast! "Chris said.
"No, breakfast is pancakes, eggs, bacon and coffee," Amy complains.
"Cool beans!" says Sam. Several campers look at Sam strangely.
"Today's challenge is about survival! We're going hunting," says Chris
Many of the boys were enthusiastic, but some of the girls and DJ were not so enthusiastic.
"I've been hunting kitchen rats with my grandfather since I was six," explains Scott.
"We're not really going to kill animals ? " said a panicked Dj.
"No, management won't let me," said Chris.
"So we don't kill anyone ?" says Dj
"Negative," said Chris. Dj was relieved. "This is the first ever paintball deer hunt. We'll go over the rules once we're in the forest.
BUUUUURRRRP !
"Sorry, beans make me burp," says Sam.
After finishing their meal, Chris led the teams to the edge of the forest, where there was a workshop containing eight extra paintball guns and a safe. The guns came in two different colors.
« And now, the rules!" announces Chris. In this game, a team of deer goes into the forest and tries to avoid being shot by the hunters. The hunting team has two hours to kill all the deer, after which the other team will be the hunters" said Chris
"Why not have hunters and deer on the team so that all teams can hunt at the same time? " said Sky
"It wouldn't be fair to those who prefer to be hunters, which I'm sure is the case most of the time," said Chris.
"Chris is right, your idea sucks," says Duncan.
"Why don't the apprentices dress up as deer? That way, all the teams would be hunters," explains Scott.
"Because the trainees are off for the day," explains Chris..
« So, which team goes first?" asks Gwen.
"The first-round hunters are the Killer Bass! Gwen, Dave, Idris, Bridgette, Duncan, Brick and Shawn take the red guns.
The Basses enthusiastically ran to the store and retrieved their paintball guns. Chris opened the trunk and pulled out orange safety glasses and green camouflage hunting caps.
"You also get stylish glasses and camouflage caps! Chris wore one of each to show just how fashionable they are.
"They're so cool, it's like being in the army," said Duncan.

I've always wanted to join the army. Only tough guys with great boots will... YAH! I don't know what that means, but it sounds so good

As for the howling groundhog, you're now a deer! continues Chris. He reaches into the trunk and pulls out some deer-shaped accessories. "Here are your antlers, your red noses and your little white tails!
"There's no way I'm wearing this crap," declared Amy.
"Take them off and your team will be eliminated," Chris warned, forcibly attaching a nose, tail, pair of eyes and glasses to the cheerleader.

I hate Chris more and more, he makes me wear this! (she shows the red nose and tail)

All right, Gophers! You have no right to leave the woods. You're ten minutes early, so make it count! GO " said Chris
The Gophers follow Jasmine into the forest where she gives them instructions.
"Okay guys, here's the plan! We're going to pair up and go our separate ways. It'll be harder for the hunters to catch us if we're not all together. Avoid muddy areas so as not to leave footprints" on the ground. GO! " said Jasmine
"But we have a problem, there are 7 of us, so one person will be alone," explains Leshawna.
"Sorry guys, I'll go by myself," says Dj as he steps out and imitates a deer.
"Problem solved," says Jasmine.
Scott gets his hands on Jasmine
"Jasmine, I'm not very strong, I could go with you" said Scott
"I'd love to, but I'll go with Samm-" says Jasmine
"Thank you, Jasmine", says Scott, taking Jasmine with him.

My next target is Jasmine, who is much smarter and physically stronger.

I'll go with my sister," says Amy.
"What! You want to come with me! " said Sammy
"Of course, I don't want the others to get involved with a loser like you," said Amy. Leshawna was still giving a strange look
Meanwhile at the Killers Bass
The Bass loaded their guns with paintballs. Each gun had a magazine that could hold ten rounds.
"I can't wait to shoot this," Duncan said, raising his gun.
"Totally agree with you, buddy," said Idris.
"I'm not looking forward to painting myself," said Dave.
"Oh come on Dave, it's just paint," said Idris.
"You're not a tough guy it's just paint," said Duncan.
"Leave him alone, Duncan," said Sky. Duncan rolled his eyes.

Duncan's right if I want to impress Sky, I've got to be tough, maybe I should ask Duncan for help, he'll teach me.

"Listen up, soldiers, we're going to split in half, pick your partner," Brick said.
Duncan immediately paired Gwen because the two of them got along so well. Dave tried to meet Sky, but she pretended not to hear and paired up with Bridgette. Dave also wanted to team up with Idris but he'd already left with Brick so Dave teamed up with Shawn.
"Killer Bass, you have two hours to shoot all the deer," Chris said over the "GO" intercom.
The Bass group went deer hunting.
Then we meet up with Gwen and Duncan, who have been searching the forest for the Gophers, but haven't found anyone.
"This challenge is really starting to piss me off," says Gwen.
"I can't wait to use my weapon," says Duncan. As if a deity had heard Duncan's words, Sam emerged from a bush.
"Wow, life is really good," said Duncan.
"Stop talking and shoot him," said Gwen. The two fired at Sam, who managed to dodge a few bullets, but several hit him.
"Good job guys, I couldn't do anything right," said Sam. Duncan and Gwen congratulate each other
Afterwards, Amy and Sammy walk around too, until Amy sits down on a tree trunk.
"What was your number this morning? When I tell you to do something for me, you do it without making me wait. By the way, I'm hungry, go get me some chips," Amy says.
"Shouldn't we be hiding?" says Sammy.
"What did I just tell you?" says Amy. Sammy reluctantly leaves.
"Don't take him back to the barbecue," says Amy.

Okay, Amy is really starting to piss me off, but if I don't do what she says, she's going to make my life even worse than it already is.

Sammy arrives in front of Chef Hatchet's kitchen. She's hidden behind the table outside. Chef Harchet came out of the kitchen in his swimsuit and bathing cap. As he left, Sammy hit his head on the table. Chef heard a noise but kept walking, and Sammy breathed a sigh of relief. She entered the room and grabbed some chips. She headed for the glass, but Chef Hachette had already returned and Sammy hid behind a table. Chef Hachette didn't see anything, so Sammy took the opportunity to get out of her hiding place. She reached the door, but a wooden plank split so that Chef Hachette saw Sammy and ran to avoid being caught. She managed to lose Chef.
Once Sammy had caught her breath, she realized she'd done it all for Amy, the person she hated most. On the way home, she ate the chips she'd stolen. Sammy heard a noise coming from the bushes.
"Whoever you are, you can kill me. This day can't get any worse anyway," Sammy said, addressing the person in the bushes. It was Leshawna in the bushes.
"Calm down, Leshawna. So, what's the matter with you, why are you sulking? " said Leshawna
"It's because of my sister, she keeps ordering me around" said Sammy
"Wait, are you Amy or Samey?" asks Leshawna.
"I'm Sammy," replies Sammy.
"Sammy? I think your name is Samey," says Leshawna.
"No, my name is Sammy. Samey is the name my sister gave me to humiliate me," replies Sammy.
"That's really mean of her," says Lesha.
"She's making my life a nightmare. " said Sammy
"Look, I know it's hard, but you can't let her walk all over you anymore" said Leshawna
"I'm going to go to my sister and tell her I don't want to be her slave anymore" said Sammy
"Go to my sister, and show her that you're not weak" said Leshawna

I finally know the truth. I'm going to help Sammy get rid of his sister and it would be nice for me to have an alliance.

Next, we meet up with Brick and Idris.
Brick and Idris were walking alone in the forest, Idris walking normally and Brick trying not to make noise by tiptoeing. After a few minutes' walk, Brick spotted two Djs eating grass.
"Idris, I've found Dj, on my signal we'll shoot him," says Brick.
"It's okay" said Idris
"3.. 2... 1... SHOOT", orders Brick. The two men began shooting at Dj, but failed to hit him. They started chasing him, but he was too fast.
"Brick let go, he's too fast, we'll never catch him," says Idris.
"Never give up, soldier," said Brick.
"Okay, let's keep going," says Idris. The two men start to catch up with Dj and shoot at him, but he still can't reach them. Dj crossed a river with a boulder in front of him. Dj and Idris passed him with no problem, but Brick caught the rock in his balls.
After several minutes of chasing, they reached the edge of the cliff. Dj was trapped and didn't stand a chance, and as Idris and Brick prepared to shoot, they realized they had no ammunition left in their rifles.
"Then we're wrong," said Idris. Dj got angry. Both swallowed their saliva, Dj grabbed them by the glue and threw them off the cliff.
"AHAHAHAHAH," shouted the two. Dj watched them fall and walked away. Once they'd swum into the forest
"I have another plan, we'll split up to find Dj if you find him, call me," said Brick.
"Okay, I'll tell you," said Idris before leaving alone.
Sammy and Amy
Sammy arrived in front of Amy
"What took you so long?" said Amy. Amy looked at the bag of chips and saw that there were only eleven chips left.
"There are only eleven chips left in this bag and they taste like barbecue. Go and get me a few more potato chips," said Amy.
"NO," said Sammy.
"What? What did you just say? Apologize," said Amy.
"No," said Sammy again.
"Samey apologize" said Amy getting angry.
"NO. I'm tired of being your slave! So if you'll excuse me, I have a challenge for you" said Sammy. After Sammy left, a paintball, she hit Amy.
"Whoever you are, I don't find this very amusing," she said. It was Duncan and Gwen again.
After that, we find Dave walking alone, Shawn wanting to go off on his own. Dave had had enough and couldn't find anyone until he met Sky and Bidgette.
"Hi Sky, did you find any deer?" asks Dave. Sky asks Dave to be quiet and shows him that she has spotted Leshawna but that Leshawna has heard Dave talking.
"Thanks Dave for scaring Leshawna away," says Bridgette.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to," says Dave.
"Don't worry, he didn't mean to," says Sky.
"Yeah, okay, sorry Dave for yelling at you," says Bridgette.
"No, it's okay," says Dave
"Actually, what are you doing on your own," says Sky.
Shawn says, "I'd rather go alone," says Dave.
"If you want, you can stay with us," says Sky.
"That's right, I can come ?" says Dave.
"If you don't make our targets disappear" says Bridgette.
"I promise not to do anything" says Dave.

"I'm out of ammo, I'll go get some," says Bridgette.
"Okay, we'll get Leshawna," says Sky.
After that we find Jasmine and Scott walking in great awkward silence. Jasmine tried to break the silence
"So... Why did you come to Total Drama?" asked Jasmine.
"I need money to help my parents on the farm and why did you come? " said Scott
"I dream of building a wrestling school and a flower store," said Jasmine.

That's the stupidest idea I've ever heard.

After a very long walk, Jasmine and Scott came face to face with Dave and Sky.
"I thought we'd never find anyone," said Dave.
"Scott! RUN!" said Jasmine. Jasmine and Scott started running at full speed, trying to dodge the flying bullets. During the chase, Scott had an idea. He tripped Jasmine and pretended to fall, giving Dave and Sky time to hit them.
"Yes, good game Dave, I didn't know you could shoot that well," said Sky
"Thanks, you're a good shot too," said Dave
"THE FIRST ROUND IS OVER. ALL CAMPAIGNERS MUST COME BACK" said Chris from the intercom.
After about ten minutes, most of the campers were back at base. The Bass were ordered to turn in their guns and hats.
"I think everyone's here," said Chris.
"No, Brick's missing," said Idris.
"Dj's missing too" said Jasmine
"We're here" said a voice in the distance. It was Brick who had returned, he was out of breath. Dj wasn't tired and there was no trace of paint on him.
"You didn't touch Dj" said Idris.
"No, sorry, he's really strong," said Brick.
"Are you okay, Brick?" said Bridgette.
"Yes, just a little scratch" said Brick.
"Bass got to Jasmine, Scott, Amy and Sam. Bass scores 4 points" said Chris
"Well, now Bass will put on red-nosed antlers and white tails" said Chris.
"If you think I'm going to put it on," Duncan said.
"If you don't, your team loses," said Chris.
"Come on, Duncan, put it on," said Bridgette.
"No, I would never put it on," said Duncan.
"Duncan, if you won't do it for yourself, do it for me," said Gwen. Duncan looked at Gwen and said, "Do it.
"Okay, I'll do it," said Duncan.

"Gophers, go get your guns," said Chris, opening the gun case.
"Wow, these weapons are really elegant," said Scott. The Gophers teamed up with
The bass ran into the forest
"Okay guys, let me explain the plan. Each of you follows your own path to avoid as many hunters as possible, and also to avoid the end zones. Now that the explanations are over, you can go and hide. " said Brick
"Shouldn't we pair up? It would be easier to see the enemy," said Bridgette.
"If we team up, we'll be spotted quickly," said Brick.

"Dude, you only play video games, so you can't tell me you know how to shoot a gun," Scott said.

"You nerd, you're a fat guy who doesn't do anything all day," said Scott.

"Calm down, this really isn't the time to argue," says Jasmine.
"So, boss, what's the plan? "says Sammy
"The previous strategy worked, so we're not changing" says Jasmine.
"Can we change teams?" asks Sammy.
"If you like," replies Jasmine.
"Thanks," says Sammy. Sammy approaches Jasmine and asks if she wants to be on his team.
"Can we go together Jasmine?", says Sammy.
"I'd love to Sammy," says Jasmine, before Scott interjects.
"Jasmine's already with me," says Scott.
"Oh yes, she is. Sorry Sammy," says Jasmine.
"That's okay, I'll find someone else," says Sammy. Sammy asks Leshawna if she wants to go out with her.
"Leshawna, will you go out with me?" says Sammy.
"Of course, sweetheart," Leshawna replies. Amy looks at them with hatred.
""Wait if Samey reunites with Leshawna who will reunite with me," Amy said. She looked around and saw no one because Dj had already met Sam.
"Wait! I'm on my own. NO!" said Amy.
"Well, Gophers, you can go," said Chris.
The Gophers ran into the forest in search of the deer.
Sam and Dj
They were both walking around looking for deer. Dj didn't seem too happy about shooting people.
"Are you ok, Dj ?" said Sam.
"No, I don't want to hurt anyone," said Dj.
"Calm down, you won't hurt anyone. Just pretend you're in a video game" said Sam.
"Imagine if I shot an animal. No, I won't," Dj said, throwing his gun to the ground.
"You know there's very little chance of you hitting an animal" lied Sam.
"Ah well ?" said Dj.
"Of course, according to one study, there's a 1% chance you'll hit an animal," said Sam.
"All right then, let's go deer hunting", said Dj, who had regained his form.

Was I right to lie to Dj? I don't know, but at least he'll be up to the challenge.

I know Sam lied to me, but it was nice of him to motivate me.

Dj is motivated again and feels capable of beating anyone. In the distance, they spot Bridgette, ready to shoot him. Sam farts because of the beans he ate.
"Oops," says Sam.
Bridgette tries to escape, but two against one is almost impossible.
In the distance, Brick spots the action and, without hesitation, places himself in the path of the bullets to prevent them from reaching Bridgette.
"Brick? But why?" says Bridgette.
"It's my duty as captain, I suppose, now, fuiller" says Brick.
"Thanks, Brick" said Bridgette.
Bridgette had already taken a good lead, but suddenly she was shot in the back.
"Who can shoot with such precision? " Brick turned and saw that it was Sam who had fired.
"Well done soldiers, I can only bow to such talent," says Brick.
"I told you the players had a lot of talent," says Sam.
"That's why we're advised to play Dall of Cuty with a pistol," says Brick.
"If Scott were here, he'd probably be amazed at your shooting skills," says Dj.
"Thanks, guys," replies Sam.
Jasmine was up a tree looking for a deer but found nothing.
"Scott, you see deer on the horizon," said Jasmine. Scott turned and saw Dave, but pretended not to see him.
"No, I don't see anyone!" shouted Scott so Dave could hear him.
"Hey, don't talk so loud, you'll blow up our position," said Jasmine.
"I'm sorry. I'm not a great hunter," Scott lied.
"Look, it doesn't matter, you don't have to be so hard on yourself," said Jasmine.

Pretending to be a victim is my thing. Now Jasmine thinks I wouldn't hurt a fly, so now I have carte blanche to make my plans. HAHAHAH! Okay Max has really left his mark on me

After a few minutes' walk, Scott and Jasmine came across Dave again.
"Scott look, Dave's here," said Jasmine.
"I'll take care of him," said Scott. Scott fired at Dave but pretended to aim wrong. Dave ran but Jasmine and Scott didn't let him get away, he'd never run so fast, he didn't want to get hit by the paint but Jasmine was much too fast and she shot Dave in the back

(Dave had paint all over him) I hope the paint was bought recently. "I'm calling to say this painting was bought in 2012," Chris said over the intercom. Dave stood motionless in front of the camera with only one eye open.

Dave was on the floor and not moving even though Jasmine tried to wake him up, he was still paralyzed.
"His team will do something to revive him," Scott said before leaving with Jasmine.
Duncan was walking alone, as were all the other members of his team. He was walking by a lake and got down on his knees to drink, but when he heard a noise coming from the bushes, he went to see what was there and saw a huge bear.
"Wow, I'm dead," said Duncan. The bear grabbed Duncan by the glue and Duncan punched it in the face. He let go of Duncan but was very angry.

Bear looked in the mirror and saw he had a bruise on his nose. He was very upset.

Duncan ran to avoid being caught by the bear with all that noise. Several Gophers and Bass heard the noise.
"What was that noise?" said Dj to Sam.
"I don't know, but it's scary," replied Sam.
"Wait, I recognize that voice. It's Duncan," says Gwen, emerging from the bushes she'd been hiding in and coming face to face with Dj and Sam.
"Okay, hurry up and shoot so I can go and see what's going on. No sooner has Gwen finished her sentence than she takes a bullet.
"Thanks," said Gwen sarcastically before leaving.
Duncan kept running but fell, and when he got up he saw that it was Dave who was paralyzed.
"Hey Dave, are you okay?" Duncan asked several times, but Dave didn't answer.
"Wake up," Duncan says, slapping Dave twice. Dave wakes up.
"Wow, what happened?" asks Dave.
"I know I found you on the floor," says Duncan.
"I see you've been massacred," says Duncan.
"Oh no, I know what happened. I was hit with paint in 2012," says Dave.
"So what?" says Duncan. It's not dramatic," said Duncan.
"Do you know how many germs are in there? NO! You don't know," said Dave.
"You know you're not a badass ?" says Duncan.
Hearing Duncan's words, Dave was shocked.

Duncan's right, I'm not a tough guy, but I can ask his advice.

"I know, but you could teach me," said Dave.
"No, I didn't come here to play teacher," said Duncan.
"Please," said Dave.
"Why do you want to be tough?" said Duncan.
"I have my reasons for wanting to be tough," said Dave. He didn't trust Duncan enough to tell him it was to impretionnai Sky.
"If you don't tell me, then I won't teach you," Duncan said before leaving.
Dave found himself alone in the forest. He started walking and Dave saw something strange on a tree.
"OMG this tree has eyes," Dave said in a panic.
"Don't panic, It's me Shawn. I converted from one end to the other to go unnoticed. I knew my culinary skills would come in handy eventually" said Shawn

Who can make tree trunk cakes ? Since when do beavers celebrate their birthday?

Bakers have always lived in the open and been a camouflage since the dawn of time. That's what the boss of the bakery where I work told me. I remember who told me that the pyramids were built by bakers.

Sammy and Lesshawna
Surprisingly, the two of them made a good team and were feeling pretty good. After a few minutes' walk they met Idris on one side and Sky on the other.
"I'll go after Sky and you go after Idris," said Leshawna.
"Okay," said Sammy as she took off after Idris. She ran into Amy, who wasn't looking for anyone.
"What are you doing Amy, we have a challenge" said Samm
"Under no circumstances will I take part in this stupid game" said Amy
"Fine, it's up to you, but don't come crying to me because you've been rejected" said Sammy. Amy had just realized that if she didn't take the challenge, she'd be eliminated before Sammy and that was out of the question.
"Samey, I've changed my mind and I'm going to help you hunt down Idris," said Amy.
"All right," said Sammy. The two of them chased Idris for a long time because they were so far behind. Idris had nowhere to go and no chance. Amy fired two bullets wide but Sammy hit him with one.
"Great Samey, there was nothing I could do," said Idris.
"You must have us confused, it was me who hit you" said Amy
"I can tell the difference between the two of you and I saw that it was Samey who touched me" said Idris. Upon hearing Idris Sammy's words, he began to blush very hard.

Wow, usually people hate me, but when I arrived on this island, some people defended me like Jasmine Leshawna and Idris (who blushed) but I don't think I'm in love with him. He's just really nice.

Since when do we take Samey's side. Samey has to go but first the people who love Samey have to go so Samey suffers and for him Scott is the ideal partner.
End confessional
Leshawna chased Sky through the forest. Sky had no difficulty avoiding her thanks to her athletic skills, after a long run Leshawna decided to turn back as she knew she wouldn't be able to touch Sky.
"The challenge is about to end and I haven't touched anyone yet," said Leshawna. She heard noises coming from behind the bushes.
"I found a deer," said Leshawna. When she was caught up, she saw two sylouhettes but couldn't see who it was so she shot at them.
"Who did that?" said Amy.
"Oops sorry. I really should have seen an ophthalmologist before coming here," said Leshawna.
"Samey, give me your gun," said Amy.
Instead of giving her the gun, Sammy shot Amy.
"Then you're crazy," Leshawna said to Sammy.
"It looked so funny when you did it" said Sammy
"I forbid you to laugh" Amy stood up and shot Leshawna and Samm
"Now you're going to regret this" said Sammy and Leshawna. The three men continued shooting at each other before the intercom called.
"END OF ROUND TWO. PLEASE RETURN TO CAMP. IT'S TIME TO COUNT," said Chris.
Camp
The candidates arrived, Chris grimaced.
"Stealing from the chef's pantry! Eating chips in the forest. Getting attacked by a bear. Would you like me to tell you what I think of you? You really are undisciplined candidates. You're the king of waste! You're a bunch of losers. And frankly, I have to tell you... it was great. I loved it when you were shooting at each other! It's good reality TV," Chris said.
"Could you hurry up, I've got to go take a shower" said Dave
"Okay," said Chris
"The Gophers hit Brridgette, Brick, Dave, Idris and Gwen. The Gophers score 5 points. Victory goes to the Gophers" said Chris. The Basses were pretty disappointed but the Gophers were really happy.
"Bass, I'll see you tonight at the marshmallow ceremony."
After that, we found Brick and Bridgette, who had bumped into each other on the way out of the refecory.
"Hi, Brick," said Bridgette.
"What's up Bridgette" said Brick.
"I wanted to thank you for sacrificing yourself for me during the challenge" said Bridegette.
"That's natural, that's my role" said Brick
"I wanted to give you a reward for that" said Bridgette.
"A reward?" said Brick
She kissed on the cheek, both blushed.
"I guess it's better than a medal of honor" said Brick
"That flatters me" said Bridgette.
"Do you want to go for a walk in the woods with me before the elimination ceremony?" said Brick.
"Sure, let's go" said Bridgette.
This evening
The Bass was sitting. The candidates still had paint on them
"Les Bass you lost and now you have to eliminate someone and they're never coming back" said Chris
"The first person to be safe is... Duncan
"Gwen"
"Idris
"Shawn"
"Dave"
"Sky"
Brick and Bridgette, all I've got left is a marshmallow. Whoever doesn't make it will have to go to the dock of shame and take the loser's boat. Brick, you can go because your plans didn't work, and you, Bridgette, can go because you didn't shine in this challenge.

"Nobody?" said Killer Bass.
"Yes, we beat the ratings so I decided to eliminate no one" said Chris.
"Then why didn't you tell us?" said Dave.
"Because it's fun to watch you get stressed out" said Chris
"What a waste of time" said Duncan
Epilogue
After the elimination ceremony Dave caught up with Duncan to talk.
"What do you want?" said Duncan.
"I want you to teach me to be a tough guy like you," said Dave.
"I already told you no," said Duncan.
"What if I told you why you agreed to do it?" said Dave.
"Okay," said Duncan.
"I want to be a badass to impress Sky," said Dave.
"I see you want to show the girl you're a badass," said Duncan.
"Yes, those," said Dave.
"Uh... Okay, I'll teach you, but in exchange you'll never have to vote for me," said Duncan.
"Okay, I'll take it," said Dave.
"All right, your first class starts tomorrow," Duncan said as he left.

Author's note :That's it for chapter 9, no elimination because I didn't feel like it and also because I was at a dead end so eliminating no one seemed to be the right choice.
