Last time on Total Drama Island, a secret fan's poem led Sky and Sammy to meddle in other people's business, Dj accidentally knocked Dave out of a plane and sent him crashing to the ground. Shawn showed everyone that rodeo wasn't difficult to do, as evidenced by his performance. Bridgette proved she was a pro at capturing flags, but she didn't know how to keep them, leading her team to defeat. In the end, it was Bridgette who was eliminated. And now, let's see what's in store for our campers in this new episode of TOTAL DRAMA... ISLAND.
After the marshmallow ceremony, we find Sammy catching up to Idris.
"Idris, wait, I have something to show you," said Sammy.
"Okay, but hurry up. I'm tired," said Idris.
"Alright, check this out," said Sammy.
She showed the video to Idris.
"Wow... I can't believe it," said Idris.
"That's the truth," Sammy stated.
"Samey... I mean Sammy... I want to apologize for being an idiot and not believing you," said Idris.
"Oh... You know, it's okay, I'm used to Amy putting me through much worse," said Sammy.
"What a jerk. But now that I think about it, why did you show me the video just now?" said Idris.
"To be honest, I was too afraid you wouldn't believe me," said Sammy.
"Well, I believe you, Sammy," said Idris.
"Well... then I guess... I'll go to sleep," said Sammy.
"Yeah... see you tomorrow," said Idris.
After the intro song, we find ourselves in the cafeteria. Chris and Chef Hatchet stood by the door as the campers entered for breakfast. They didn't understand why they didn't see us at the table.
"No breakfast?" said Idris.
Chris and Chef just laughed.
"You look disappointed," said Dave, not understanding why Idris didn't see breakfast.
"Don't worry guys, there will be food in an hour," Chris declared.
They started laughing again.
"Why are they laughing, these two are idiots," said Scott.
Chris and Chef continued laughing. Now, all the contestants had returned and were sitting in teams.
"We congratulate the eleven contestants who survived this stage of the competition. You will all be part of the jury for the final show," said Chris.
"We are the best!" said Idris.
"Well, now, we are going to make some changes in the teams," said Chris.
The campers stopped applauding and listened attentively.
"Let's see... Sky and Gwen swap places with Dj and Scott," said Chris.
Gwen and Dj shrugged.
"See you later, I enjoyed being on the same team as you," said DJ.
Gwen just left without saying anything.
Sky and Scott had different attitudes. Scott was thrilled because he thought he could sabotage another team. Sky looked sadly at Dave.
"Wow... I guess I have to go," said Sky.
"Doesn't change anything, does it?" said Dave.
"Yeah... We'll still be... friends," said Sky.
"Friends?" thought Dave to himself.
"Farewell, soldiers, I won't forget your efforts for the team," said Brick.
"Thanks, Brick," said Sky.
The teams were now all in place.
"Well, what can I say about what the team has in common," said Chris.
"The Gophers all have girls, and the Basses all have boys," said Duncan.
"Exactly, we're going to have a challenge as old as humanity: the battle of the sexes," said Chris.
"Great, a simple challenge for us," said Duncan. Leshawna frowned.
"Okay, now onto the good news! This week, no one will be eliminated, it's a reward challenge," said Chris.
The campers all applauded enthusiastically. All except Scott.
Confessionnel : Scott
A reward challenge? What a waste of time.

"All right! First off! Sky and Gwen will move into the Gophers' cabin, and DJ and Scott will move in with the Bass. Once everyone is settled in and familiar with their teams, I'll announce the challenge. And then we'll 'grab a bite to eat!'", Chris said before talking to Chef.
The team left the dining hall. Four of them went to pack their stuff while the others waited.
As Sky packed her things, a great sense of sadness washed over her face.
"Are you okay, Sky?" Gwen said.
"Yeah. I'm fine, just disappointed that we have to switch teams," Sky said.
"If that's all it is," Gwen said, leaving.
Confessional: Sky
I didn't really lie to Gwen, if I switch teams I'll be far from Dave... " Sky said, blushing. "Wait! That's not what I meant, I don't like him... Let's just say it's a blessing in disguise.

Dave waited by the girls' door, which was pretty quick as Sky had just come out.
"Oh hi, Sky," Dave said.
"Hey, Dave," Sky said.
"It's been really cool being on the same team as you," Dave said.
"I'm glad we had the chance to... get to know each other better," Sky said.
"Yeah. Me too..." Dave said.
"Because I..." Sky started as Dave said at the same time.
"Excuse me," Dave said.
"I didn't mean to interrupt you," Sky said.
A heavy silence fell, and the two stared at each other with a hint of a kiss about to happen. Until Chris showed up and ruined their intimate moment.
"It's going to be a long day," Chris said, taking Sky by the arm and leading her out.
"I'll miss you," Dave said.
At the same time, Scott and DJ arrived and stumbled upon Dave with their suitcase.
"Hey guys, where can I settle in?" Scott said.
Meanwhile, in the Gophers' cabin
Sky and Gwen stood at the door, ready to enter. Sky had a smile back on her face, just to look happy.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
"Hi girls, how are you doing?" Leshawna said.
"Hi Sky, I'm so glad we're on the same team," Sammy said.
"You can have one of these beds," Leshawna said, pointing to the beds left by Amy and Izzy.
"What a warm welcome," Sky said.
"Seriously, thanks girls," Gwen said.
"My God, your hair is so beautiful," Sammy said to Gwen.
"Thank you, I don't do much to it," Gwen said.
"It's great that we're all on the same team," Leshawna said.
"Yeah, we can share our lives and chat," Sammy said excitedly.
"Take it easy, Sammy, she just arrived," Leshawna said.
"Sorry, it's just that I always wanted a sister who didn't put me down," Sammy said.
"No, no, it's cool," Sky said.

Okay, I don't talk much but I admit being stuck with them is pretty cool.

Meanwhile, in the boys' cabin
Scott and DJ were at the door, ready to enter as well.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
"The new recruits are here," Brick said.
"Great, love it when there are new students," Duncan said.
"Watch out, they might be zombies," Shawn said.
"Shawn, what are you doing here?" Idris said.
"I've decided to move in here for good," Shawn said.
"That's awesome," Idris said.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
In their discussion, they forgot to open the door for DJ and Scott.
"Go open the door," Duncan said.
Idris opened the door and let the new guys in.
"What's up," DJ said.
"What's up, DJ," Idris said, giving DJ a high five.
"Hey," Dave said, dejected.
"Welcome aboard, cadets," Brick said.
"Oh yeah, we're a 100% guys team," Duncan said.
"You alright, man?" DJ said to Dave.
"Not really," Dave said.
"Missing a team member?" DJ said.
"Yeah, Sky. If we're on different teams, how am I going to date her?" Dave said.
"It's simple, my brother. Show them we're the strongest," Duncan said.
"Guys," Brick began, "I know most of us have good friends on the other team. But that's what they are! The other team! Today, we're facing a battle of the sexes. A battle we will win! We're soldiers! We're survivors! We're heroes! We have intelligence, muscles, and courage on our side! No matter the challenge we face, we'll overcome it! Because we're a team of guys," Brick said.
"To the guys' team," Idris said. The boys put their hands in a circle.
"To the guys' team," Duncan, DJ, and Shawn shouted.
"Guys to the end," Brick and Scott said. Dave hesitated for a moment.
"...Alright. Alright, here's to the guys' team," Dave said, putting his hand in the circle.
"That's nice. I bet the girls aren't getting along that well.

Meanwhile, on the girls' side
Scott would have never thought the girls would get along as well or better than the boys. Sky talked to all the girls about all the great people she met on the island.
"Yeah, my old team was pretty cool, especially Dave. Too bad we're not on the same team anymore," Sky said.
"It's okay. Now, it's just us girls," Sammy said.
"Yeah, and we can focus on the competition and not let the boys distract us," Sky said.
"I guess you're right," Gwen said.
"Okay, girls," Leshawna started. "We're going to fight the boys. We're going to show them we're not easy to fight, that we're not just pretty girls, we're fierce lionesses ready to win everything," Leshawna said.
The girls cheered.
Meanwhile, the boys were partying
The guys were partying, drinking soda, listening to music, and everyone was having fun. Everyone except Dave.
"What's wrong with you?" Scott said.
"Nothing," Dave said.
"Is it because you thought you and Sky were the perfect couple and now that you're on different teams, there's no chance of getting back together?" Scott said.
"That's exactly it," Dave said.
Scott teased him while the other boys stopped having fun.
"Hey, man, hang in there! Sky and Sammy are on a girls' team so no one can pick them up," Idris said.
"I guess you're right," Dave said before realizing what Idris had just said.
"Wait, since when do you care about Samey, she didn't break your heart," Dave said.
"It's a long story but long story short, it wasn't her but Amy who was dressed" Idris said
The teams gathered at the main pavilion and sat at their respective tables. Chris and Chef were waiting, but there was no food.
"It's time for today's challenge," Chris declared.
"And breakfast. Where is it?" said Leshawna. Chris and Chef chuckled again.
"You can stop," Dave said annoyed.
"Time to tell them," Chris began. "Today's challenge is the nauseating brunch. The meal served will consist of nine courses. To score a point, each member of both teams must finish each course. Never knowing if the next dish will be more disgusting than the previous one, or less disgusting, or equally disgusting," Chris said.
"Tell them what they'll get if they win, Chris," Chef said enthusiastically.
"The winning team will spend two days at a local five-star resort where they'll be pampered, eat gourmet food, and receive antibiotics for anything they catch from participating in today's challenge! The losing team will go hungry tonight. And will spend the next two days here. On Total Drama Island. With Chef," Chris said.
Chef waved his hand with a sinister smile on his face. The campers were scared.
"Wait a minute, Chris," Sky said.
"Yes, who is it?" Chris said.
"The boys outnumber us," Sky said.
"I fail to see what the problem is, the boys will have to eat more, so it's an advantage for you," Chris said.
Confessional: Dave
"I knew it was a red flag when Chris said antibiotics would be offered as a reward. And I really don't like eating questionable foods. But hey, antibiotics sound good! And if I want to impress Sky, I've got to show her I'm a fierce competitor."

The teams sat while Chef brought out several covered trays.
"Breathe deeply, boys, because it smells like victory for me and the ladies' team," Leshawna said.
"I'll eat anything," Scott said, pulling out a piece of dirt and eating it.
"Let's begin the challenge," Chris declared.
Chef lifted the lids off the trays, revealing several pieces of strange meat. They were purple in color. Several campers looked at the dish uncertainly.
"Awesome! Meatballs!" Idris exclaimed as he finished his plate in one go.
"Well... technically, you're right, but these aren't really special meatballs," Chris said.
"What do you mean?" Idris said, still chewing the meatballs.
"These are beef testicle meatballs," Chef said.
The boys' eyes widened in horror.
"Beef testicles!" Idris said with his mouth full.
Idris's mouth opened and spat it out.
"Ew," Dave said, turning green.
The boys looked at their plates and reluctantly picked up the meatballs. Dj had tears in his eyes looking at his plate.
"This is the hardest thing a man can do," Chris said sympathetically.
On the girls' side, it wasn't any easier. Sky was the one who had eaten the most, having eaten four. Followed by Leshawna who ate three, followed by Gwen who ate two, and Sammy who only ate one.
"Please, Sammey, go faster," Sky said.
"I can't do it, it's too hard," Sammy said.
"Say you're eating a hamburger," Gwen said.
"I can't just do that like that," Sammy said.
"Let's try," Gwen said getting up from her chair.
She grabbed Sammy and asked her to close her eyes. She tried to hypnotize her.
"Listen to the sound of my voice, what you're eating is a hamburger, a hamburger," Gwen said feeding Sammy.
Gwen's technique worked, all the girls were motivated.
"Come on, girls, let's go," Sky said.
"Come on, let's go! We're not going to let the girls win," Shawn said.
"He's right, our manhood is at stake," Duncan said.
The boys did their best, but only Scott had finished his plate.
Idris watched Sammy struggle to swallow her beef testicles.

It was too painful for me. I had to help her out a bit.

Idris went to see Sammy.
"Listen, Sammy, I know you don't like this but you can tell yourself you're eating candy or something you like," Idris said, giving the same advice as Gwen.
"Thank you... Idris," Sammy said.
Duncan gave Idris a dark look.

That was really nice of him, maybe we can be friends again. Or more," Sammy said, blushing.

"I can't do it," Brick said, giving up. Dj wiped a piece of his tongue with a napkin.
"It looks like the boys lost this round. The girls are the first to score," Chris said.
"Thanks for helping," Sammy said leaving.
"That was clever helping them. It just cost us a victory," Duncan said.
"I have the right to talk to whoever I want. Leave me alone," Idris said.
"Calm down, guys," Shawn said.
"You've ruined everything," Duncan said.
"I'm not the only one, Brick gave up," Idris said.
"You're kidding me," Duncan said.
BEEP!
Chris whistled to stop them.
"Are we here to discuss or to eat a series of disgusting dishes?" Chris said.
"Alright," Duncan said.
"Yeah, true," Idris said.
"Sorry, man," Duncan said holding Idris's hand.
"Sorry for everything," Idris said shaking Duncan's hand.
Confessional: Sammy
How do the boys make peace so quickly even though I'm sulking for... 8 minutes.

"The score is now one for the girls and zero for the boys. Let's try the second dish of the nauseating brunch," Chris said. Chef imagined
a tray "you like pizza" Chris said.
"I prefer hot dogs but I love it," Shawn said.
"Yeah, especially with pineapple," Brick said.
Everyone looked at Brick strangely.
"What did I say?" Brick said.
"Let's pretend I didn't hear that," Chef said.
"So you'll have no trouble eating this. It's topped with live grasshoppers with spicy jellyfish sauce and live anchovies," Chris explained. Chef unveiled the pizza and it was exactly as he described it.
"I hate anchovies," Sammy said.
"Great, I'll enjoy it," Scott said.
Chef handed out the portions to the contestants.
"This is really too disgusting for me, girls. I'm not going to eat this," Leshawna said.
"Come on, Leshawna, think about the nice pool and spa you'll be able to win," Sky said.
"It's inhuman to make us eat this," Gwen said.
"This thing is still alive," Sammy said.
"Come on, Sammy, you can do it," Idris said before Scott hit him.
"Don't help them," Scott said.
"Hey, don't hit me, man," Idris said.
""You can't let them win," Duncan said.
"Sorry! Sorry, I didn't mean to do it," Idris said.
"It's okay, soldiers. Now, eat your portion," Brick said.
The boys found the second course easier than the first. Scott had already finished his portion, which was normal for him. Duncan, Dj, Idris, Brick, and Shawn were eating steadily.
Sky and Gwen quickly ate their portion, and Leshawna hadn't started yet.
"I'm not going to eat this living thing," Sammy said.
"Okay, let's try something else," Gwen said.
"Even with hypnosis, it won't work," Sammy said.
"I'm not so sure," Gwen said pinching Sammy.
"Ouch," Sammy said with her mouth open.
While Sammy's mouth was open, Gwen shoved the pizza into Sammy's mouth.
"Wow... I barely felt a thing," Sammy said.
"Well done, that's what I call teamwork," Leshawna said.
The only boy who hadn't eaten his portion yet was Dave.
"Hurry up, wimp," Scott said. He was intent on winning since nobody would be eliminated.
"Uh... I really don't like eating questionable food," Dave said. "Wait."
Dave ran outside and vomited. He came back running but still hadn't eaten his portion.
"Okay, Dave, we're going to have to do this the hard way," Idris said.
"What do you mean the hard way?" Dave said.
"Before, my parents kept me on a chair, eating broccoli. I'm still traumatized by it," Idris said.
"I'm not sure I want to do it," Dave said.
"I'll take that as a yes. Dj! Grab him! Brick, you'll put the food in his mouth," Idris ordered.
"Alright," Dj said.
"At your command, sir," Brick said.
Dave tried to run away but Brick quickly caught up to him. He didn't even manage to get out the door.
"Let me go! You can't make me do this! My dad knows a great lawyer," Dave protested loudly. Brick shoved the slice of pizza into his mouth. He swallowed it hard, his eyes becoming like a baby's, and he hit Dj with his hand.
"Mama," Dave said looking at Dj and falling asleep in Dj's arms.
Confessional: Dave
It wasn't that bad, I did it on purpose because of the cameras, I don't mind eating tough beef." Dave's face changed as if he was scared.
End confessional.
The rest of the guys finished their slices.
Leshawna hadn't touched her slice yet.
"You know what, I don't intend to do this. This little grasshopper didn't do anything to me, I don't see why I should rip its head off," Leshawna said.
"The winners of this round are the boys," Chris said.
The boys cheered and shouted. The girls looked at Leshawna annoyed.
"What?" nervously said Leshawna.
Confessional: Chef Hatchet
I'm extremely proud of my next dish, I made it from scratch.
End confessional.
"Alright! Who's ready for the third course?" Chris asked. Chef removed the covers from the plates.
"Spaghetti! Well, with earthworms for noodles, snail slime for sauce, and furballs instead of meatballs," Chris said.
"You just swept the floor of your bathroom and put it in soup," Dave said.
Chef looked at him.
"Does anyone have a plan?" Shawn said.
"I know!" Idris said.
"Speak," Duncan said.
"Uh... I forgot," Idris said.
The boys facepalmed.
The girls hadn't touched their soup yet. Gwen had an idea; she went into the kitchen and came back with a funnel.
"Open your mouth, Sammy," Gwen said. She put the funnel in Sammy's mouth and poured the soup.
"Wow, I barely tasted anything," Sammy said.
"Great, Sky, you're next," Gwen said.
She repeated the trick with the other girls. While the boys struggled to take a bite.
"The girls win another point," Chris said.
They applauded.
"Gwen, you're the best," Leshawna said.
"Thank you, that's kind," Gwen said.
"But why show your talent now?" Sky said.
"If I had shown my talent earlier, I would have been the first to go," Gwen said.
"The scores are tied, five more dishes to go! Bon appétit."
Chef Hatchet ate several bowls of candy and stuck them together.
"Alright, this is going too far," Idris said.
"Shut up and eat, stupid," Scott said.
"I'm with Idris, I refuse to eat anything that comes out of someone else's mouth," Dave said.
"Me neither," Sammy said.
"Come on, Samey, remember the spa," Sky said.
"If you refuse to eat, you'll lose! And I'll make your life hell," Chef Hatchet said with a killer look on his face.
"Uh... Okay," Dave said in a frightened voice.
"I hate my life," Idris said taking a bite.
Despite Chef Hatchet's threats, Sammy didn't touch her plate, thus giving the victory to the boys.
"The boys have won, the score is three for the boys and two for the girls," Chris said.
Les filles gémissaient toutes.
"The fifth dish is! Skunk Shakes," Chris announced.
"A Skunk - what?" Sky said.
"We've extracted the juice that skunks use to produce that incredible smell and made shakes out of it," Chris said.
Chef distributed the drinks to all the campers.
"You better not let us down," Scott said to Dave.
"Dave, remember you're a winner," Duncan said.
Scott and Shawn gulped down their glasses.

I'm used to drinking this kind of stuff, during the apocalypse, we won't have water forever.

The girls tried to drink the shakes as fast as they could, but the taste was so horrible that they couldn't manage it.
"Look, Sky, I'm a real winner. See how tough I am," Dave boasted.
"I'm trying to focus, Dave," Sky said annoyed.
"The winners are still the boys, they have a comfortable lead," Chris declared.
"Yeah, go team boys," Dave said. Idris grabbed Dave.
"Dave! Dude! What are you doing?" Idris said.
"What are you talking about," Dave muttered.
"No need to brag when they're losing. It'll make you look like a jerk.
"But Duncan told me to show I'm a winner," Dave said.
"He probably didn't mean it like that," Idris said.
"So what?" Dave said.
"Just show that you're a winner, but be cool about it," Idris said.
"Okay," Dave said.
The next dish consisted of flip-flops that didn't look very edible. The only thing that seemed edible was a smiling face made of whipped cream. The music started playing, and a fast-forward also began. The girls won this round because Dave recognized his flip-flops, which slowed him down.
The boys won the next round, which was a garbage soup. There were fish heads, banana peels, apple cores, dirt, and much more in the stew.
Finally, it was time for the final round. Both teams looked miserable.
"We're in the final course, and the boys are two points ahead. But since the girls are outnumbered, I'll give them one point," Chris said.
The girls groaned while the boys cheered loudly.
"That's not fair," Idris said.
"Yeah, he's right," Duncan said.
"Stop whining or I'll take a point away. I want to make this challenge a little more tense," Chris said.
"That's not fair," Shawn said.
Chef served the last dish and revealed it was a hot dog.
"Great! Hot dogs," Shawn said before swallowing one in one go.
"You think that's a good dolphin sausage," Chris said.
Dj was horrified.
"But dolphins are our friends," Dj said.
"It's not that disgusting," Scott said.
"How can you do this?" Dj said.
"Stop being a wimp and eat it," Scott said.
"I've given enough for this," Dj said.
"If you don't eat, we don't win," Duncan said.
"Get it together, soldiers, victory is near," Brick said.
Confessional: Chef Hathet
I bust my ass to cook dolphins, and nobody thanks me.
End confessional.
"And th winners are the girls," Chris declared.
"What!" said Idris.
"How did they get there so fast," said Shawn.
"While you guys were arguing, we ate," Gwen said.
"Look, this is the best thing we've eaten," Shawn said.
Dj gave Shawn a dark look, shaming him.

I'm not a villain, but Chris went too far by killing dolphins.

When did Dj become so intimidating, I thought he was just a giant pacifist.

"So what do we do now?" said Sammy.
Chris thought to himself.
"We're going to settle this by eating. Choose the best candidate from your team," Chris said.
"I'll go," said Dave.
"Dave, my brother. I like you, but you should step aside for someone else," Idris said.
"He's right, you're not very qualified for this mission, soldiers," Brick said.
"Well, okay," Dave said with a smile.
"I'll do it. I eat dirt every day," Scott said.
"I'll go," said Sky.
No girl opposed.
"It looks like the teams have chosen their champions," Chris declared.
Sky and Scott sat next to each other and waited for the tiebreaker. In the kitchen, Chef placed eight big cockroaches into a blender. Then Chris brought out a tray of fifteen shot glasses.
"Whoever can drink the most shot glasses of freshly blended cockroaches will be the winner! This surprisingly satisfying blend of eight different cockroaches is rich in vitamins for your balanced lifestyle! Chef went out and filled the shot glasses with a brown, gooey, stirring smoothie.
"On your marks, get set, go!" said Chris.
Despite the total disgust on Sky and Scott's faces, they both grabbed a first glass and swallowed the contents.
The second glass had the same effect as the first, although Scott was the least shaken.
The third glass made Sky tremble as she drank it, Scott drank it without too much trouble.
Scott began to take the lead, but Sky didn't give up that easily.
She took two glasses at once and swallowed them.
"Come on, Scott," the boys shouted.
"Come on, Sky, you can do it," the girls said.
Sky finished a glass she had in her hand, but she was paralyzed as if the taste had taken away all her life.
Scott grabbed the glasses and swallowed. Sky groaned and slumped into her seat, looking green, as Scott raised his arms in celebration, seeming to have finally been relieved of a terrible burden.
"Scott won," Chris declared.
The guys applauded and shouted. The girls just looked disappointed at Sky.
"The boys won, long live the men," Duncan said.
"Anyway, it's coming," Sky said.
She then vomited all over the table. Sammy then vomited, triggering a chain reaction of vomiting. For a few seconds, the contestants started violently expelling their brunch. Only Chris and Chef didn't vomit even though they were holding it back.

Eating all that crap without even winning. I've never been so angry.

Sunset
The boys are seen aboard a yacht. The girls are seen returning to their cabin.
"The guys are the big winners today, and it's off to a luxurious weekend! Meanwhile, the girls stay at camp, hoping to prove their strength another day. What shocking surprise awaits our campers next week? You'll find out! In Total... Drama... Island!"

Author's note: Hello everyone, I'm back with this new chapter. I know the way Sammy shows the video to Idris is a bit easy, but I've dragged Sammy's story out too long.
