Kazuhiro watched as people stared down at Izuku with a marauding glare. Being worth 10,000,000 million points meant that Izuku was the goose with the golden egg. It's a guaranteed win if someone steals it from him. All eyes are going to be on him, which means this might be another opportunity to get himself noticed.

"You have fifteen minutes to organize your team! Good luck!" Midnight exclaimed.

Immediately, Kazuhiro went up to Izuku, who was desperately trying to get teammates from his other classmates. Fortunately for him, Uraraka went up to him and offered to join up with him. Kazuhiro saw tears pouring out of him like a fountain. He couldn't blame him since no one was willing to be his teammate.

"Hey, Midoriya," Kazuhiro said as he walked up to Izuku. "You got room for one more?"

"Huh, Kimura?" Izuku turned to Kazuhiro. "You want to team up with me?"

"Yeah, you're currently sitting on the golden ticket to the finals and I think I'm capable of defending us from those who want to steal it."

"That's great! Your versatility will add a lot to this team!" Uraraka said.

"You're right. Although there is one person I would like to include in our team," Izuku said. He turned to Iida and called out to him. "Iida!"

Iida turned around as Izuku, Uraraka, and Kazuhiro approached him. Izuku began to explain his plan to Iida.

"You, Uraraka, and Kimura will be the horses and I'll be the rider. Iida, you'll be in front and Uraraka will use her Quirk to make ourselves light enough for you to carry us and run. Kimura will be able to defend us from whatever side he's on," Izuku explained. "It's all I could think in the short amount of time."

"It's a solid plan but…" Iida fixed his glasses. "I'm going to have to decline."

"Huh, why?!" Uraraka asked.

"It's about of Midoriya. Ever since the exams, I've been losing to you. Don't take this as an insult, you're still a great friend but I can't see myself growing if I'm just in your shadow," Iida said. "Bakugo and Todoroki aren't the only ones who see as the rival. I will try my best to defeat you."

Iida turned around to join a team consisting of Todoroki, Kaminari, and Yaoyorozu. Kazuhiro was surprised to see that Iida joining their team instead of Izuku's. After some thought, it did make sense. The environment of Pro Heroes is one full of competition where people strive to be at the top. While Kazuhiro's aim isn't at the top, his goal is to gain the experience of being a hero so that could become one for his world.

"So, what now? We still have one more spot open and I'm pretty sure we can benefit from having one more person watching our side."

"Or our rider," Izuku said.

"Who are you thinking?" Uraraka asked. Izuku walked past those two and approached the key to their plan.

"Tokoyami," Izuku called out. The bird-headed student turned to Izuku. "We think you're our best choice for a rider."

Tokoyami looked at Uraraka and Kazuhiro as they walked up next to Izuku. He asked, "What makes you say that?"

"I believe Dark Shadow will be able to defend the headbands effectively if you were holding them. Combined with Uraraka's Quirk that allows us for light mobility and Kimura's offensive capabilities, we might have a chance to come out on top."

"I see. You have a solid plan, count me in," Tokoyami said.

Izuku and Uraraka smiled widely while Kazuhiro smirked. He sat down before laying back.

"Let me know when it's time to get into position," Kazuhiro said. "I need to rest up if I'm going to be one of the horses for this race."

In the upcoming stage, Kazuhiro needed to watch his usage of the Rider Cards. He couldn't be so open and loose with them as he did with Fourze.

A loud buzzer went off, indicating that the time for the next round had come.

"Oh, goodie, looks like it's time to get this party started!" Midnight shouted. Kazuhiro summoned the Decadrver and inserted it into his belt.

[Kamen Ride]

"Transform," Kazuhiro said as he pushed the belt together.

[Decade]

Kazuhiro transformed into Kamen Rider Decade. He took his position as the front horse of his team. Uraraka was the right horse and Izuku was the left. They both held up Tokoyami, the rider of the team.

One Kamen Rider card is out of commission, not counting Decade, it leaves only 21 more cards left.

"Hope everyone is happy with the teams they've picked!" Present Mic yelled. Decade looked around to see the other teams. He spotted Todoroki's and Bakugo's team. They're the most driven to win this competition and they're the most skilled members of their class. It makes them the priority group to avoid but that doesn't mean he shouldn't take the other teams less seriously. "One final countdown before we get this competition rolling! Three! Two!"

Beneath his helmet, his eyes were forward, ready to move the second Izuku gave the signal. He may not be the rider but he's the most strategic of them all. One of them was a team that had the silver-haired boy from Class 1-B and the other was Hagekure, who was going topless to make use of her invisibility. Although that just made her male teammates nervous.

"One!"

"Begin!" Midnight declared. The other teams immediately closed in on Izuku and the others.

"Not, even giving us a chance, huh? Such is the fate of the pursued," Tokoyami said as he summoned Dark Shadow.

"Confronting them isn't much of an option! We have to run!" Izuku proclaimed.

"Not so fast!" a pale boy from Class 1-B shouted. He stepped on the ground, which began to liquefy. Decade and his teammates began to sink into the ground.

"I can't move!" Uraraka shouted.

"Midoriya, hold onto Tokoyami!" Decade shouted as let go of Tokoyami's leg. He summoned a card a Kamen Ride card. He inserts it into the belt.

[Kamen Ride: OOO]

Decade transformed into OOO and quickly inserted a Form Ride card.

[Form Ride: Tajadol Combo]

Medals flew around OOO before three red ones slammed into him.

[Ta-ja-dol!]

The lines of OOO's armor transformed into a single shade of red. Even his eyes were the same shade of it. The wings on the side of his visor were much larger, and his shoulder pads were wing-like. The leg pieces of OOO had talons sticking out of them. The chest symbol didn't have the typical three animals, instead they were all sections of a phoenix. On his left wrist was the Tajaspiner, a shield-like weapon with Tajadol's symbol printed on it.

"Watch your legs!" OOO shouted as wings popped out of him. Izuku saw what OOO was trying to do.

"Uraraka, make us light!" Izuku said.

"Right!" Uraraka shouted as she quickly tapped everyone.

Now that everyone was much lighter, OOO flew the group out of the ground. He managed to fly up and avoid the silver-haired boy's group.

"He can fly?! How's that fair?!" the silver-haired boy complained. OOO managed to carry the group easily with Uraraka's Quirk in effect.

"Jirou, now!" Hagakure ordered as OOO flew over the group.

"On it!" Jirou proclaimed as she extended her jacks to attack OOO and his team from behind. Luckily Dark Shadow swept in and knocked them out of the way. "Tokoyami!"

"Keep watching our blindspots, Dark Shadow," Tokoyami ordered.

"Got it!" Dark Shadow yelled compliantly.

"I didn't expect Dark Shadow to be able to watch our backs like that! He'll be able to see any attack from any direction!" Izuku praised.

"You made the right call to make me the rider. I can watch our backs more efficiently," Tokoyami said.

"Can you land soon?" Uraraka asked, getting a little nauseous from using her Quirk.

OOO nodded as he descended. He pushed forward his legs as he landed. Once he did, Uraraka released everyone and continued to run. Staying on the move is the only thing the group could do.

"Hahaha, this is going to be easy! This isn't going to be a fight, this is a curb stomp!" Mineta shouted. The group turned to see Shoji running towards them. He had his arms up, covering his entire back.

"Huh, that's Shoji. His team must be hiding behind his back," OOO said.

"That's where Mineta must be hiding," Izuku said.

Tokoyami looked forward to seeing the silver-haired boy charging at them. "We need breathing room! We can't be surrounded like this with enemies coming from multiple angles!"

Uraraka tried to to move her foot but it was stuck in one of Mineta's orbs. "Wha the I'm stuck!"

"It must've been from Mineta!" Izuku shouted as he turned to Shoji. A tongue flew out of the small opening on Shoji's back Dark Shadow managed to smack it away.

"They even have Tsu!" Uraraka shouted.

"That's not all!" Hatsume exclaimed as she popped her head out.

"Who is that?" Uraraka asked. OOO noticed that Shoji was wearing her Hover Soles as well, which explains his speed. Mei fired a net from the capture gun. OOO quickly aimed the Tajaspiner at the net and fired a fireball, incinerating it. He swiftly pulled out an AttackRide card and inserted it into his belt.

[AttackRide: Candroids]

Several cans materialized mid-air and transformed into various animals. There were pairs of eels and pteranodons. There was also one peacock and an octopus. The ptera Candroids, the pteranodon cans, flew up to the silver-haired boy's team and unleashed a deafening screech at them. It halted the silver-haired boy's teams to stop moving as they tried to bear the screeches. The octopus flew up to the front horse and sprayed ink on his face.

"Is this even legal?!" the pale-skinned boy complained as he was now blinded.

"If it's part of his Quirk, yes!" Midnight answered.

Mineta and Tsuyu began to attack from afar, blinding throwing everything they. The eels quickly flew inside Shoji's cover and shocked everyone, mainly Hatsume and Mineta. The support class student shouted, "What cute, little babies!"

The peacock Candroid flew down and began to cut through Uraraka's shoe.

"Sorry for destroying your shoe! We're in a tight pickle," OOO said.

"No problem," Uraraka said as she tapped everyone else. "Just get us out of here!"

OOO nodded before flying everyone out of the scene. They thought they were safe for a second, but Bakugo was in hot pursuit. He used his Quirk to launch himself in the air.

"Don't think you're safe, you masked bastard!" Bakugo shouted. The explosive teen managed to catch up to them. OOO looked over his shoulder and saw Bakugo flying towards them. "I got you!"

Just as Bakugo fired an explosion at them, Dark Shadow shielded the group.

"Woah! Bakugo has been separated from his horses! Is that even allowed!" Present Mic questioned.

"It's fair game as long as he doesn't touch the ground!" Midnight explained. Sero managed to catch Bakugo and reel him back to the rest of the group. OOO and his team landed safely.

"How are you holding up, Uraraka?" Izuku asked.

"I'll be fine as long as we do it in short bursts and we don't spam it! I need a moment to breathe," Uraraka said.

"Right, I'll try to limit the air time if that's the case," OOO spoke.

"It's been seven minutes since the match started. Let's see the points on the screen now!" Present Mic exclaimed. The crowd's roar turned silent as the projection displayed the scores of all 12 teams. "What an unexpected turn! Class 1-A isn't doing too hot! Other than Midoriya, the rest of the class is stuck at the bottom! Including Bakugo and Todoroki!"

OOO and his team looked at Bakugo as he was being surrounded by members of Class 1-B. The Kamen Rider pointed out, "It looks like Class 1-B figured out it will be easier to go after the others, using us as bait to surprise our classmates."

"Hunting the hunters, clever," Tokoyami commented.

"We can slip by in the chaos!" Uraraka said. However, their moment of reprieval was cut short as Todoroki and his team cut them off.

"I'll be taking that headband," Todoroki spoke with a cold tone.

"You think he's salty about getting third?" OOO joked.

Izuku looked around and saw that several teams were closing in on them. He proclaimed, "It's not just Todoroki, everyone is after us!"

"1.3 million volts!" Kamninari shouted. He unleashed a shockwave around him.

Yaoyorozu managed to create a blanket that insulated the electricity from Kaminari's attack. As for Tokoyami, Dark Shadow absorbed the attack for them. Todoroki grabbed a rod that Yaoyorozu made and stabbed it to the ground, freezing everyone that was shocked in place.

"It's scary how coordinated that attack was," Uraraka commented.

"Standing around isn't going to help! We have to move!" Izuku pointed out.

"Right!" OOO responded. He and the other horses began to move.

"We have a little less than three minutes before the match is," Tokoyami said as he glanced at the clock. Suddenly, an ice wall covered both sides, trapping them.

"We're trapped!" Uraraka shouted. Todoroki's team closed in on them

"Don't worry, I'll bust us out of here! Uraraka, hold onto Tokoyami" OOO ordered.

Uraraka nodded as OOO let go of Tokoyami. He quickly turned to one of the walls and aimed the Tajaspiner at the wall. He fired a stream of fireballs and managed to break through. OOO led the team through the hole he created.

"I should've known he would have a way to break through," Todoroki said. "He's full of surprises."

"Too many surprises," Yaoyorozu added. It didn't take long for Iida to lead his team out of the trap. They saw that Uraraka had her read as they were already off the ground.

"If they fly, it'll be game over!" Kaminari shouted.

"We have less than sixty seconds. I'm going to have to pull a maneuver that will make me useless after I use it so I'm going to have to rely on you to defend me afterwards," Iida said.

"What're you planning?" Todoroki asked.

"Just trust me," Iida said as he took the position to sprint. The engines in his legs began to overwork themselves. "Hang on tight! Torgue over!"

Flames began shooting out of the exhaust pipes on Iida's leg. Iida cried out, "Recrioburst!"

Iida used all his strength to push his Quirk to its limit. It allowed him to gain a burst of speed, faster than anyone could react. Everyone held onto Iida as he flew through Tokoyami in a flash. Todoroki was quick enough to grab the headband. Iida managed to stop near the edge of the arena.

"Wait, he was so fast!" Uraraka commented. OOO gritted his teeth.

"Forcing me to pull out the last resort, huh, class rep?" OOO said. He let go of Tokoyami's leg, causing Izuku to act fast to regain the balance of the rider. He summoned a Kamen Ride Card and inserted it into his belt.

[Kamen Ride: Kabuto]

OOO transformed into Kamen Rider Kabuto. Several hexagons began to overlay OOO's armor and the Tajaspiner disappeared from his wrist. The hexagons form Kabuto's armor. It had a black undersuit with pieces of silver armor on his knees and arms. His chest piece and shoulderpads were red. His helmet was red and round with a singular, light-blue visor and a flat grey mouthpiece. A beetle's horn was attached to the chin of the helmet and it slid up to divide the visor into eyes.

[Change beetle]

"Tokoyami! Have Dark Shadow wrap around me as tight as he can! Uraraka! Make sure everyone is as light as possible!" Kabuto ordered. "Think you can last 30 seconds!"

Uraraka nodded with a determined expression.

"On it!" Tokoyami said as he had Dark Shadow wrap around Kabuto. Uraraka made everyone light.

"What're you planning to do?" Izuku asked.

"Iida is forcing me to use my trump card since he already used his with that burst of speed! I plan to return the favor!" Kabuto shouted as he formed an AttackRide card in his hand. "Just hold onto Tokoyami as tightly as possible!"

[AttackRide]

"Are you sure you want to go through with this? Kaminari is dangerous and Dark Shadow can't take another hit!" Tokoyami pointed out.

"That lightning guy is scary!" Dark Shadow complained.

"I won't give him a chance to attack!" Kabuto proclaimed.

Kabuto didn't activate the card just yet. He needed to get close. The beetle-themed Rider dashed towards Todoroki and his team. Todoroki looked over his shoulder. The fact that Kazuhiro changed into a completely different Rider meant that he had something planned.

"3!" Present Mic began to countdown.

"Turn around!" Todoroki ordered. Todoroki began to feel overwhelmed the second he saw Kazuhiro in a new Rider form. Kabuto jumps up in the air. His teammates held onto him like strings attached to a balloon. This overwhelming feeling got to Todoroki as Kabuto closed in, and flames began to produce from his left side.

"2!" Present Mic continued counting. Kabuto closed his belt, activating his card.

[AttackRide: Clock Up]

"On-!" Present Mic slowed down until he was so slow that his words were silent.

The world around Kabuto began to slow down as Kabuto was the only one moving at normal speed. At least, that's how he perceives it. In reality, he is so fast that the world has come to a near complete still. This was the state of being in Clock Up. He only is in his state for about twenty seconds based on his perception of time. Kabuto landed on Iida's shoulder and looked at the many headbands Todoroki secured. He noticed the flames on Todoroki's left side. This is the first time he's ever seen him use flames other than to warm up his body by using his other side.

"I must've done something to trigger him," Kabuto commented. He carefully looked through all of them and grabbed the 10 million headband. Kabuto could've easily taken all of them but he respected Iida enough to want to see him in the next round. Once he was done, he hopped onto Todoroki's shoulder and jumped behind them.

[Clock over]

"-e! And that's a wrap! In a sudden twist, Tokoyami's team captured the 10 million headbands at the very last second!"

"Huh?!" Todoroki's eyes widened. His team also had similar reactions.

They heard a loud thud and turned around. Uraraka was too nauseous to speak as Tokoyami and Izuku were in shock about being suddenly on the other side of Todoroki's wall. As for Kabuto, he was on his knees, holding the headband before falling exhausted.

"Are we screwed?!" Kaminari panicked.

Todoroki looked down and saw his other headbands were still intact. Todoroki said, "No, we're safe."

"In first place is Team Tokoyami! Followed up by Team Todoroki in second! In third place is Team Bakugo!" Present Mic announced. "And in final place, what a surprise, Team Shinso!"

The purple-haired boy smirked at the announcement. He turned to his teammates, which consisted of Aoyama, Ojiro, and a boy from Class 1-B.

"W-We did it…" Izuku stuttered.

"What great speed," Tokoyami panted. He turned to Kabuto, who was lying flat on the ground. "I can see why he would save such a power for later."

Todoroki and his team were bewildered by what they just witnessed. From their perspective, they lost sight of Kabuto for a split second and he was suddenly behind them with the 10 million-point headband.

"I see, that form of his must've been speed-oriented," Iida said as he fixed his glasses.

"That doesn't explain how he got the 10 million points so easily," Kaminari said.

"You've hidden so well too," Yaoyorozu said.

"Kimura must've been so fast that we couldn't see him in the naked eye. Within that split-second, he managed to look through the headbands and pick the one he wanted," Todoroki explained.

"The upper limits of his Quirk. It's incredible," Yaoyorozu complimented. Kabuto was easily one of Kimura's deadliest forms with just how fast he is. However, the drawbacks were clear.

"Okay, but that doesn't explain why he didn't just take all of them," Kaminari pointed out.

"Either he just wanted to see us move on or it's pity," Todoroki pointed out.

Midnight approached Kabuto. She kneeled and turned him over carefully.

"Is he going to be alright?" Izuku asked.

"I'll be fine," Kabuto groaned as he lifted his arm, fingers pointing up before falling flat. "I just need to rest as much as possible."

"Hm, using such power can yield such drawback," Tokoyami said.

Todoroki continued to glare at Kabuto. The Kamen Rider proved him one thing and that's he's a wildcard. He carefully picked out what forms to use during their training and picked a small handful of forms to use. Kuuga, OOO, and Gaim were some of his commonly used forms. However, today proved that he had much more under his belt. The half-and-half teen had never seen Kazuhiro use Fourze or Kabuto before. He was even caught off-guard by OOO's Tajadol Combo, not expecting him to be able to fly. Todoroki hated to admit but he felt outclassed after this match. To add salt to the wound, Kazuhiro forced Todoroki to use his other half out of instinct. He knew that he witnessed him using the left side.

Author's Corner

And thus concludes the second round of the UA Sports Festival. I stole the idea of the "insert" character replacing Hatsume from May Your Heart Go Beyond by The OC Maniac. I felt Kazuhiro already fulfilled the role of the team's "gadgeteer" since he has the Rider Cards. Making him the front horse was because of this versatility. He wouldn't do much if he was on the side. That's also the reason why I wrote chapter 9 to be her formal introduction to the story since she wasn't going to get a spotlight in this version of the Sports Festival. Making Tokoyami/Dark Shadow the rider just made sense in my head since Kazuhiro was already a good frontline and Tokyami wasn't going to do much on the side.

Response Corner:

Raidentensho (from chapter 10): I was thinking about having Decade's personality be altered a bit whenever he transforms into a different Kamen Rider. As for implementing insert themes, I'm not thinking of a song for whatever fight goes on. I guess you could always play the insert theme whenever he transforms.

hoborider34 (From chapter 10): The reason Kazuhiro didn't transform into Kabuto or the other speed-based Riders is because of the 24-hour cooldown the Rider Cards have. He would rather save it for an emergency, such as securing his victory in the Cavalry Battle.

christianrajapaksa345 (from chapter 10): I hope this chapter satisfies your curiosity. Hopefully, you like the use of the Candroids as well!

KingKam (from chapter 10): I have plans for Diend to appear. He is a Decade-related Rider after all.

An0therName (from chapter 10): It'd be a very boring story if Kazuhiro one-ups the MHA characters casually. It's kinda the reason why I wrote his powers to be limiting.
