The second Iida took him to the infirmary, Kazuhiro was knocked out on the bed. Iida left him there to rest until his next match. Some time passed, and it was already the second bracket. Unsurprisingly, Izuku was there wearing a cast after his round against Todoroki. Using his fingers to create pressure to knock out Todoroki's ice whenever they approached him was a good attempt. However, Izuku had his limits. In the end, he still lost, just as Todoroki declared.

It was painful to lose but, Izuku made it so far without breaking his body. To him, this was a big accomplishment. He'd have to thank Uraraka, Kazuhiro, and the others for helping him get this far.

"You didn't do anything reckless and break your entire arm. Luckily, your fingers will heal quickly," Revoery Girl commented. "Just rest here until you feel better."

Izuku nodded before heading to the infirmary cots.

"While you're at it, can you wake up Kimura? His match is up next."

"Will do," Izuku said. When he pulled the blinds, he was shocked to see Hatsume sitting on the ground next to a sleeping Kazuhiro. "Gah, who are you?!"

Kazuhiro groaned as he woke up. He looked up and saw Izuku. He said, "Oh, it's you, Midoriya"

As he tried to get up, Kazuhiro saw Hatsume working on designing new gear on her laptop.

"What are you doing here, Hatsume?" Kazuhiro spoke after letting out an annoyed sigh.

"You know her?" Izuku asked.

"That's right! He's my muse! My source of inspiration!" Hatsume proclaimed.

"What are you doing here? I hope that you didn't do anything to me when I was asleep," Kazuhiro said.

"I may be eccentric and weird to some, but I ain't a creep. I just wanted to show you my newest ideas based on your form from the last match!" Hatsume explained. She showed him some early schematics for some boots with wheels.

"You are insane," Kazuhiro said, causing Hatsume to giggle madly. He glanced at Izuku and saw his cast. "I'm guessing that you lost against Todoroki."

Izuku nodded and said, "Yeah."

"Looks like I have to keep up my end of the bargain and fight hard to go the next round. Not too hard because I'm going to have less time to recover. I'm not going to have less time to rest in between matches," Kazuhiro thought as he looked down.

"Your match is also coming up next," Izuku said.

"Shit, thanks for telling," Kazuhiro said as he got up from the cot. Hatsume quickly closed her laptop and followed Kazuhiro.

"Wait, I have more gear to show you! At least take a look at them before you say no!" Hatsume shouted as she followed Kazuhiro.

"How many times do I have to tell you that I'm not interested!" Kazuhiro snapped back.

"What an odd couple," Recovery Girl commented.

"Hope you're still pumped up because we're not slowing down!" Present Mic announced. "From Class 1-B, with saintly grace! Ibara Shiozaki!'

Ibara walked onto the arena as the crowd roared on. Her classmates were cheering on to support her.

"Show that bastard what Class 1-B is made of!" Tetsutetsu shouted.

"And from Class 1-A, it's the masked warrior, Kazuhiro Kimura!"

The crowd was louder as Kazuhiro walked onto the stage. He was the crowd-pleaser of the festival. He left a lasting impression during every single round he participated in.

"Unsurprising that everyone is cheering on that guy," a boy from Class 1-B said.

"How could you not? You've seen how he fought during the last round," the girl with the orange ponytail said.

"Or even during the cavalry battle. It's spooky to see how he can do," a girl with grey hair said.

"I wonder how he's going to fight Shiozaki," a bestial-looking student said.

After both fighters were on stage, Present Mic announced the beginning of the match. "Fight!"

Once the match began, Shiozaki grew out the vines on her head and had them close in on Kazuhiro. She wasn't going to give him a second to breath. He quickly summoned the Decadriver and a card.

[Kamen Ride]

Kazuhiro rolled under a vine before shouting, "Transform!"

[Decade]

After transforming, Decade summoned the Rider Booker and sliced through Shiozaki's vines. Shiozaki continued her attack on the Kamen Rider, forcing him to stay in position and fight defensively. Unbeknownst to Decade, Shozaki detached her vines and they burrowed into the ground. The ground beneath Decade began to crack before vines quickly erupted and surrounded Decade. He quickly summoned a Kamen Ride card, but Decade was wrapped around the vines before he could do anything.

"Shiozaki entrapped Kimura in her vines! It looks like she has a tight grip on him!" Present Mic exclaimed.

"Heh," Monoma smirked. "How foolish. If he paid attention to the last round, he would've learned about Shiozaki's trick."

'I can't imagine him going out that easy," Tetsutetsu said.

After a few seconds of silence, Midnight raised her whip and said, "Kimura is unable to move, the winner is-"

[Kamen Ride]

"Huh?" Midnight paused as she lowered her arm.

[Hibiki]

Flames erupted from Decade's body as he transformed into Kamen Rider Hibiki. These flames burned through Shiozaki's vines. As the flames subside, Hibiki revealed himself. It was a single-piece body suit. It had a glossy purple material. Hibiki also donned red gloves and a single silver piece on his chest.

The helmet had a blank visor. There was a red frame around his face with protrusions wrapped around his face. Two silver horns poke out of his forehead, and an oni emblem is in between them.

"What a twist! Kimura transformed the very last second to escape a nasty trap!" Present Mic shouted.

"Maybe you shouldn't have underestimated him," the girl with the orange ponytail spoke.

"Dp you want you to want Shiozaki to lose, Kendo?" Monoma questioned.

"Of course not. I'm calling out your poor attitude," Kendo said.

"She got you there," a girl with dark green hair commented. "I wouldn't look down on the guy whose Quirk allows him to have so many flashy powers.."

"Hm, I wouldn't call it a Quirk," Monoma said.

"What do you mena?" Tetsutetsu asked.

"I tried to copy his Quirk last Saturday but nothing happened."

"So it's just a blank," a girl with grey hair commented.

"I know what blanks feel like, and that power certainly didn't leave a blank," Monoma said.

Back at the arena, Hibiki pulled out an AttackRide card and inserted it into the belt.

[AttackRide: Kigenjutsu Onibi]

Claws protruded from Hibiki's hands. Shiozakis sent more vines to attack Hibiki. The Kamen Rider used his claws to cut through the vines, making his way toward Shiozaki. He materialized an AttackRide card in his hand and inserted it.

[AttackRide]

Shiozaki tried to attack from below the ground. Hibiki quickly rolled back and pushed down on his buckle.

[Kigenjutsu Onibi]

A mouth formed on Hibiki's helmet and he began to exhale fire. He burned through Shiozaki's vine. Desperate, she encased herself in a thick layer of vines that protected her from Hibiki's flames. Hibiki inset one last card.

[Final AttackRide: Hi-Hi-Hi-Hibiki!]

In Hibiki's hand, he materialized the Ongekiko Kaentsuzumi, a tool used by Hibiki to perform his final attack. He threw it onto Shiozaki's thick vine wall. As it attached itself to the wall, it enlarged. Shiozaki felt the Ongekiko Kaentsuzumi attach itself to her vines. The sound of Hibiki approaching her shifted her focus back to her opponent. More vines on the side tried to attack Hibiki.

Hibiki quickly summoned the Ongekibou Rekka, a pair of drumsticks with an oni face on the tip of them. Flames ignited from them and he torched the vines approaching him As Hibiki reached the vine wall, Shiozaki had her vines burrow to ambush Hibiki from behind. Before they could attack him, Hibiki struck the Ongekiko Kaentsuzum like a drum. The sound not only stunned Shiozaki but got the crowd to quiet down.

"Sound Attack Stroke: Decade Style!" Hibiki shouted as he began to pound on the drums. The soundwaves produced from the drumming stunned Shiozaki in place.

"It looks like Kimura has Shiozaki in a stun lock! Those drums must be deafening up close!" Present Mic commentated.

"Hey, wait, isn't that similar to Jirou's attack?" Kaminari asked.

"Yeah, what the hell," Jirou said as she got up. "Get your own special move!"

Hibiki continuously pounded on the drums before winding the two of them back and striking the Ongekiko Kaentsuzum. The power of that strike tore through the vines and launched Shiozaki out of bounds.

Midnight raised her whip and said, "Shiozaki is out of bounds! Kimura moves on to the next round!"

Shiozaki's classmates watched as Hibiki transformed back into Decade. One of the boys commented, "This guy is good."

"He's spooky," the girl with gray hair said.

Outside, Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady spectated the match. The two rising heroes were interested in Kazuhiro.

"That was certainly… something," Mt. Lady commented.

Kamui Woods nodded and said, "He's a wealth of untapped potential. I'd like to take him under my wing to see him grow."

"I thought you'd be interested in that Shiozaki girl. After all, both of your Quirks are similar."

"Hm, can't I be interested in both?" Kamui Woods said as he crossed his arms.

"Fair enough. I can see why though. This year's first-year students are something," Mt. Lady said.

Kazuhiro returned to the infirmary to rest up for the upcoming match. His next match is with Todoroki so he needs to think of a way to counter his left side. As he entered the infirmary, he approached the cot he used.

"Oh, Kimura, you're back," Izuku said, surprised.

"I need time to rest before the next round," Kazuhiro said as he sat on the cot. He noticed Recovery Girl was absent in the infirmary. "Where's the nurse?"

"Something happened in the third-year stage that required her immediate attention," Izuku explained.

"It's kinda hard to forget that the second-year and third-year students are also having their festival games at the same time," Kazuhiro said.

"Most eyes are probably on us this year."

"No kidding," Kazuhiro chuckled. He looked at the television and saw that Bakugo was going against Kirishima. Kazuhiro was so occupied with thinking of a plan against Todoroki that he completely forgot about Bakugo. For now, he's focused on resting for his next match.

Izuku watched Kazuhiro in his spot on the cot. The green-haired boy couldn't help but think of what Kazuhiro blurted during their first round. That line was: "Seriously, you guys fought them?!"

Izuku knew Kazuhiro wasn't one of the students who got in through recommendations. That honor belonged to Todoroki and Yaoyorozu. The question is why was he surprised by the villain bots? His mind immediately begins to click things together. There are twenty-one students here, one more than the usual roster size.

"Hey, Kimura, I don't know if I'm intruding with this question but are you the extra student in our class?"

Kazuhiro tensed up. He had a feeling someone would catch on that All Might's excuse that the scores were too close was bogus. The fact that Class 1-B has one student is evidence of that absurdity. A part of Kazuhiro knew it would be someone who was an over-analyzer like Izuku.

"What gave it away?" Kazuhiro asked. He was going to tell him anything about his past. Kazuhiro was already trying to think of another excuse for himself.

"Well, it's when you were surprised by the zero-point villain bots during the obstacle course. I know that Yaoyorozu and Todoroki were the ones who didn't participate in our normal entrance exams so I guess that you didn't also get into our school normally."

"Yeah, I guess I got lucky," Kazuhiro said. "It was probably the wrong place, wrong time. I got caught by some heroes trying to defend myself and I guess someone at UA noticed and decided to take me in."

"That is lucky. Most people who use their Quirks without a license get punished by the law, no matter if they use it to defend themselves or not. Getting sent to jail or juvie is a guarantee that the person becomes a villain," Izuku explained.

"Sheesh, I have no idea laws about Quirks were that strict," Kazuhiro.

"It surprises me too," Izuku said. "Still, you never thought about becoming a hero with a Quirk like yours? I would've imagined you would try your hand at the exams."

"Always the mindful of the details," Kazuhiro thought. "I guess being a hero wasn't always something I wanted to do. All I wanted to do was just… be normal if that makes sense."

Kazuhiro was sure that his standards of normalcy were the same in this world. Izuku understood that it meant just being a high schooler trying to enjoy life.

"So what made you get caught ht

The results of the next two matches were unsurprising. Bakugo won against Kirishima and Tokoyami won against Ashido. Those two winners were the more dangerous students in his class, although Tokoyami was nerfed due to the event being held during the day With the second round of matches over, it's time for the semi-finals. The first match was going to be between Kazuhiro and Todoroki.

Kazuhiro already had a perfect card to counter Todoroki's ice, and if he ever uses his fire there is another form that he could use. As he turned the corner, Kazuhiro ran into Endeavor. The young man gasped at the sight of the tall, flaming hero.

"Endeavor…" Kazuhiro muttered."He's even more intimidating in person."

"Oh, it's you. I almost didn't recognize you outside the mask," Endeavor said. "I was looking for you."

"You were?"

Endeavor nodded and said, "I watched your last two fights as well as how you did in the first two rounds. I have to thank you for pushing Todoroki to use his left side."

Kazuhiro clenched his fist. Endeavor reminded him that he was the one who traumatized Todoroki from using the other side of his Quirk.

"I thought that kid who won against that brainwasher was dangerous. After all, no one is capable of generating that much wind pressure except for All Might. In a way, those two are similar but the boy breaks himself after a single attack. You on the other hand are becoming a fan favorite among the pros," Endeavor said before he narrowed his eyes at Kazuhiro. "They're calling you the "boy with limitless potential". In a way, you've won them over like how All Might did. My Shoto has to surpass All Might. His fight against you will be a testing ground to see how far he is in his training so push him hard as you can."

"I'm not to this fight match just so that you could get a kick out of your sick method of overthrowing All Might," Kazuhiro said in a cold tone. "I'm fighting so that I could help become a better hero.."

In a way, Kazuhiro already accomplished his original mission of securing his spot in the hero course. He doesn't have to worry about anyone outside of the Hero course outshining him since he's already this far into the festival. With Todoroki's issues surfacing, he couldn't help but want him. While his parents were far less abusive than Endeavor, Kazuhiro understood what it was like to be under the pressure of your family. However, in a world like this, this issue's severity is tenfold since Quirks are thrown into the mix.

Kazuhiro walked past Endeavor and looked over his shoulder, "For his sake, not yours."

Endeavor watched as Kazuhiro left the hallway. He crossed his arms and said, "The kid has guts. Let's see how far he can get against Shoto."

"We're entering the climax of the tournament folks! Stay on the edge of your seats because this will get heated up, or in Shoto Todoroki's case, cold as the wind!" Present Mic shouted as Todoroki entered the arena. "Or maybe Kazuhiro Kimura will pull another unexpected trump card! Anything can happen folks so stay tuned!"

Kazuhiro entered the arena and stood on its other side. Present Mic shouted, "Go!"

Todoroki didn't move or send out any attack. He allowed Kazuhiro to transform first unlike Shiozaki

"Go ahead. I want you to fight to your full potential," Todoroki said. Kazuhiro decided to follow with Todoroki's request. He summoned the Decadriver and the Decade Rider card.

"Transform," Kazuhiro said as he inserted the Rider card into the belt.

[Kamen Ride: Decade]

Even after transforming into Decade, Todoroki didn't attack. The half-and-half boy said, "Pick any form. Doesn't matter. I want to prove to everyone that I will always be better no matter what you pick."

"Are you sure? Sounds like you're severely underestimating me," Decade said.

"I'm serious," Todoroki said.

"Alright, don't go crying when I beat you," Decade said as he inserted a Rider card.

[Kamen Ride]

"Woah, it looks like Todoroki is allowing Kimura to transform into any form he pleases with attacking. I don't know if it's honor or he wants a challenge!"Present Mic commented.

"Regardless of his intentions, he is underestimating that his opponent won't pick a form that will end this fight in an instant," Aizawa said,

[Ryuki]

Two light reflections of Ryuki merge into Decade, transforming him into said Kamen Rider. Ryuki sported a completely red undersuit with black boots and wristguards. On his left arm was a dragon-inspired wrist-mounted device known as the Dragvisor. It had a handle that Ryuki held onto. Ryuki wore a black chestpiece with two shoulder guards. The center of the chestpiece was silver. His helmet has a grill-like visor with the red eyes peering through it. There was a dragon emblem on his forehead.

"Alright, let's see what you have," Ryuki said as he casually approached Todoroki.

Todoroki grits his teeth as he unleashes a wall of ice at Ryuki. The attack was sudden and quick. The attack wasn't as powerful as it was during his match with Sero.

"Woah, it looks like Kimura completely disappeared from the scene!" Present Mic shouted. Todoroki remained on high alert as he tried to walk around to investigate.

"What is it? Invisibility? Todoroki thought.

Todoroki tried to guess what kind of powers this form possessed. As Todoroki moved to the other side of the wall, he noticed Ryuki through the reflection of the ice wall. He immediately turned and unleashed another ice attack. However, there was nothing but air.

"What is this?" Todoroki said as he turned back to the reflection. He saw Ryuki jump out of the ice and attack with just his fists. He managed to connect knuckles against Todoroki's face before kicking him in the stomach. Todoroki was pushed against the wall of ice he created.

"It looks like Kimura turned Todorki's ice against him! How is he even doing this?" Present Mic shouted.

"It's the reflections…" Todoroki realized as he saw Ryuki running through the reflections from the ice.

Ryuki jumped from a higher position, performing a diving kick. Todoroki quickly reacted by turning around and kicking the Kamen rider in the chest. He quickly set his foot down and generated ice towards Ryuki. The Kamen Rider dodged the attack as he used an AttackRide Card.

[AttackRide: Advent]

A dragon's screech was heard out of nowhere as Dragreder flew out of the ice's reflection. Dragreder was the original Ryuki's partner, a red, metallic dragon.

"Looks like Kimura isn't fighting alone! This kid is full of surprises!" Present Mic said.

Dragreder blasted a fireball at Todoroki, who quickly created a wall of ice. The fireball blew up the wall, knocking back Todoroki. Ryuki noticed that Todoroki's ice side was covered in ice. The Kamen Rider noted the exhausted look on his face like he was reaching his limit. It was true as Todoroki could only use his right side before the negative effects of the cold kicked in. Unfortunately for him, he has no strong resistance to either element. To prevent any permanent damage that comes from the cold, Todoroki needed to use his left side to balance it out. However, Todoroki is determined to only win by using his right side, even though using his flames will help him continue to fight.

Todoroki stepped forward, generating more ice from his legs. Dragreder quickly swooped in and blew the oncoming trail of ice. Ryuki jumped out of the smoke with the Dragsaber, Ryuku's sword. It was a curved blade with a red handle. He swung downwards, forcing Todoroki to step back. He shot out a column of ice at Ryuki. The Kamen Rider's right hand was stuck in the ice.

Dragreder tried to sweep in from the side. Todoroki unleashed a massive ice attack, at the dragon, trapping him in ice. The dragon de-materialized as it reached the end of its time limit. Ryuki quickly summoned an AttackRide Card and inserted it into his belt.

[AttackRide: Shoot Vent]

Ryuki summoned the Dragclaw, a gauntlet that is a replica of Dragreder's head. It flew out of the sky and broke through the ice to attach to Ryuki's right hand. Todoroki tried to freeze Ryuki with a barrage of ice. Ryuki launched a large fireball to blow up the oncoming ice attack. The mist cleared, and it was clear to Ryuki that Todoroki was shivering and out of breath.

"Is it getting too cold, Todoroki?" Ryuki taunted. "Crazy how you're bragging about about defeating me with only your right side and yet you're the one struggling."

Todoroki gritted his teeth. This was out of character for Kazuhiro, he was a bit of a snarker but he was never this antagonistic with his taunts. He wondered if his change was because of his father.

"Did my father put you up to this?" Todoroki asked.

"No, although I did talk with him. He wanted me to fight you because he wanted me to push you to see you use your other side" Ryuki answered.

"I see, well, whether I win or lose, he won't have the satisfaction of seeing me use my flames,' Todoroki said as he threw out another barrage of ice.

Ryuki used the Dragclaw to blast an attack once more. Ryuki said, "I told your father that I'm fighting for your sake."

Todoroki paused for a second and asked, "What do you mean?"

"In a way, me and you are alike. We both inherited our powers from great heroes, however, the difference between you and me is that I embrace my powers," Ryuki said.

Todoroki scoffed at Ryuki's comment. He remained silent as he charged at Ryuki. The Kamen Rider traded the Dragclaw to the Dragsaber. He swung the sword at Todoroki, who dodged a few swings. He quickly encased his arm in ice and blocked the attack. He tried to punch Ryuki but the Kamen Rider caught his hand. Ryuki headbutted Todoroki before kicking him in the stomach.

'How can you be a hero if you're holding back!? Ryuki shouted. "I want to become a hero so I can protect others! Be a hero because I couldn't save the ones I cared about!"

Todoroki remained silent. He understood where Kazuhiro was coming from, however his grudge against his father overshadows his reasoning. He said, "My father's Quirk…"

"It's not his!" Ryuki shouted. The other stadium remained silent as Ryuki stared down at Todoroki. To the two of them, their classmates, and the audience, this whole event isn't going on. For now, it's just Ryuki and Todoroki. "Your Quirk is yours just as much as mine is! We both may have powers passed down but it's up to us to make it our own! Be the hero you want to be, Todoroki!"

Todoroki remained silent as he unleashed his flames at last. He allowed the flames to warm his right side up. Ryuki quickly covered his eyes with his arm from sudden brightness. The Kamen Rider's suit could withstand the heat that Todoroki could dish out, so he remained still as the fire burst in front of his face. The teachers and their classmates were surprised to see Todoroki finally using his flames. Endeavor had the biggest grin on his face.

The visitor took off his cap and wiped the sweat off his forehead. He asked, "What kind of game Decade playing?"

As the flames subsided, Todoroki walked out of them. He said, "I thought you determined to win so why are you trying to inspire me? I'll entertain you because I want to become a hero too."

"Shoto!" Endeavor shouted. He began walking down the stairs. "So you've finally embraced your Quirk! It all starts now! With my blood pumping through your veins, you will surpass me and fulfill my ambitions!"'

Endeavor awkwardly stared down at Todoroki as his son remained silent.

"I don't know your intentions but whatever happens next is on you," Todoroki said.

Ryuki smirked beneath his helmet as he inserted a Final AttackRide card into his belt. He said, Come at me, Todoroki!"

[Final AttackRide: Ry-Ry-Ry-Ryuki!]

Dragreder flew out of a reflection from a debris of ice. Meanwhile, Todoroki began to heat his left side for a massive attack with his flames. Ryuki jumped into the air as Dragreder circled him. He flipped around into a diving kick and his dragon partner breathed fire into him, igniting the Kamen Rider in fire and launching towards his opponent.

Todoroki blasted Ryuki with a large rave of fire but he cut through it with his kick. He widened his eyes as Ryuki pierced through his flames. He quickly erected a wall of ice but it didn't matter as Ryuki kicked through it. The Kamen Rider's kick landed on his chest, launching him at the wall.

As Ryuki transformed back into Decade, Midnight announced, "Todoroki is out of bounds! The winner is Kimura!"

His classmates sat in silent awe as the crowd burst into a thunderous cheer. They knew that the match would go either way since they, along with Bakugo, were probably the more powerful students in their class. They didn't expect Kazurhio to push him to use his flames.

"This kid managed to beat Endeavor's son," a Pro Hero commented while staring at the No. 2 hero.

"He's certainly going places if he's outpacing a Pro's kid," another said.

Meanwhile, the visitor gave a little chuckle at Kazuhiro's performance during this match. It was an impressive fight.

"Is there anything this kid can't do?" a citizen asked.

"Seriously, can't imagine the type of Quirks his parents have if he's able to pull this stuff off," another commented.

The visitor has been overhearing the conversations around him. He's been learning about this world little by little. One of the interesting topics that he picked up was the discussion surrounding his Quirk. A part of him wonders how long he could keep up this charade because sooner or later Hundred will come for his power.

Decade approached Todoroki, who leaned against the wall in defeat. Now that the fire subsided, he saw that Todoroki burned off the right side of his uniform.

"You okay? You went all-out with that attack," Decade said.

"I'll be fine," Todoroki said as he stood up. He looked down at his left arm before clenching it. "I guess I still have a lot to learn about accepting my other side, but thanks to you, I think I have a different outlook."

"Hm, good to know," Decade said. He pulled open his buckle and de-transformed

Both he and Todoroki walked through the same exit. There stood Endeavor. Kazuhiro felt the tension between them and he decided this wasn't his conversation to be a part of.

"I think, I'll let father-son hash things out," Kazuhiro said as he walked away. He quickly turned the corner but stuck around to listen.

Thinking that they're alone, Endeavor speaks up. He crossed his arms and said, "So, not telling me to get out of your way this time?

"Without control over your flames, unleashing them at that capacity is dangerous," Endeavor explained. "Put aside this rebellious phase. You're ready to replace me. Hell, you're on the road to surpass me. Work by my side when you graduate! I will put you on the path to supremacy."

"I won't put aside anything. As if I would be so easily turned," Todoroki said. He looked at his left arm once more. "In that instance, I forgot about you."

Todoroki walked past Endeavor with one final word. "Whether that's a good or bad thing is something I will think about."

Kazuhiro started to move away as he wasn't going to be spotted eavesdropping on Endeavor. On the other hand, Kazuhiro is glad that Todoroki is looking past his past to move forward. For now, he needed to rest up as much as possible because he now has less time to rest in between matches. After the next match, with the finale he had a feeling he knew who his opponent was.

I'm going to keep reiterating this that I'm not going to re-write every single story bit from the original series. I intentionally had Kazuhiro resting as much as he can before the upcoming rounds. Anyways, I don't really have a lot to say this week. Just sorry for the late upload!

MKH301 (from chapter 12): Yeah, there were too many stories where the whole plot kicks off with a character being isekai'd with a Kamen Rider toy. Granted, this story is technically an isekai but that's because of the nature of it being a Kamen Rider Decade story. Nothing against them, I just don't click with them because I would rather have stories where the two series that crossover exist within the same universe. It doesn't apply to this, but that's expected for a Decade story.

The idea for Kazuhiro's growth is intended to be slow at first. As Narutaki said, it will become exponential so when he gets the ball rolling it will be going ROLLING. First, he will need to learn how to use his forms without any repercussions on his body and gradually there will be less time for a card to recharge to be reused again.

As for your question, summoning Riders is a Legend/Diend thing. So transforming into them will be the main thing for now.

Pyrovian03 (from chapter 12): It's going to be an original final form.

christianrajapaksa345 (from chapter 12): In order to overcome the limitations, he's going to need to undergo training. Using these forms is like driving a race car or flying a plane. You have to train your body in able to use drive them effectively.

KingKam (from chapter 12): I can work with the firs two movies. World Mission might be difficult to write but we'll see when we get there. I'll just say this now, when this batch of chapters are done, that will conclude "season 1". When the next batch of chapters comes around it will begin with first movie.

FlameFireZero X (from chapter 12): There is a love interest I have in mind. As the series progresses, you'll see the connection between the two.

GokuSS400 (from chapter 12): I intend chapters to be around 4000-6000 words just so that readers have an easy for future readers to remember where they left off. I know the mobile app allows you to bookmark specific points but I'm trying to compensate for computer users.

SparkfireX (From chapter 12): The Final FormRide cards are still a part of Decade's kit, he just hasn't found a good excuse to use them yet. I will admit, there won't be any use of them in the first season but I am experimenting with the idea of using them. As I said before, I do plan on branching Kazuhiro's power to stray away from being a complete copy and paste of Decade. I do plan on having a mid-season form and an exclusive final form for Kazuhiro.

IzukuIchimonji (from chapter 12): PuToTyra was always considered to be OOO's final form. It's what was always shown alongside other Riders in their final forms.

Betterkys (from chapter 12): Kazuhiro's power is labeled as "Transformation" to uthe public.

Many people are going to take notice of Kazuhiro's powers. His presence in MHA will be amplified by his appearance in the Sports Festival. There are many prominent characters that will be interested in his powers.

Guest (from chapter 12): I thought about using Double but it was more interesting to use Ryuki.
