10/15/2656- Prolar Protectorate Declares Independence From The Union

"Today, the Chairman of the Prolar Protectorate Assembly gave a joint statement from the entire assembly, declaring the Protectorate's independence from the Union and the reformation of the Prolar Federation. He continued on to order all Union military and government forces to leave the new Federation's borders immediately, offering a ceasefire for any forces attempting to leave, but stating that any forces that remain will be treated as pirates and executed. Union representatives have rapidly requested the Federation's demands, stating that the area remains under Union control and reinforcements will soon arrive to put down the rebellion. When asked where these reinforcements would come from with the Union's current military situation, no representative gave an answer."
