Here we go again! Time to continue this story!
Chapter 9: The Second Meeting of Two Opposites.
Almost a Moon Later:
Firestar awoke as the moon's light hit his pelt. He got to his paws and stretched, his back cracking multiple times. He licked his lips and said, "The Full Moon is tomorrow. I need to prepare to head back to the Moonstone. I can not believe that finally after five moons, I finally have a lead on where that bastard is! The Full Moon will reveal the path. So close to finishing this! However." His eyes wandered towards Sunnypelt's unconscious body.
Firestar sighed and muttered, "Neither of us has said those three words yet. Is it because of my fear of falling in love? Probably." He sighed sadly and continued, "I also believe that this search is far from over. But I may find more things about Tigerstar's plan."
Firestar walked out of his den and greeted Sharptooth. Sharptooth asked, "What's bothering you, Firestar? And don't even think about lying and saying nothing. I can feel your pain just by looking at you."
Firestar chuckled and answered, "Fine. I am the furthest thing from okay. Every day, I struggle to get out of bed. Every day, I contemplate saying fuck it and ending it then and there. Every day, I struggle with the feelings I have for Sunnypelt as well, because of Tigerstar! Every fucking day, I battle against the demons in my mind. And I am starting to lose that battle. Every day, I want to just cry and let it all out. But I can't. Because of the way Twoleg Society was. Even though I am a Warrior now, it still weighs on me. I think the moment I let myself actually feel sad and depressed and talk about it, everyone will just toss me to the side because I won't be Superman anymore. I will just be that guy that broke and showed everyone that I actually have feelings aside from providing for and protecting the ones I care about. How about everything I've ever been through? Both as a Warrior and as a Twoleg? The fuck am I supposed to do about that?"
Sharptooth mewed in understanding, "You are not a machine, Firestar. You're a Warrior. And Warriors are allowed to show emotion. If you want me to say it the Twoleg way, I will. You aren't a machine, Firestar. You're human too, man. And Humans have feelings, wants, needs, and such. No one around you will ever judge you for letting your pain out. And you need to let your pain out of that bottle you've been putting it in. You need to let it out before that bottle explodes and becomes violent anger. You need to let your pain out before it kills you. Talk to Sunnypelt about it. Being vulnerable with the ones you care about can only bring you closer."
Firestar argued, "Being vulnerable can only bring her and I closer eh? Anytime I've been vulnerable with anyone, they told me to man up. Walk it off. Or even better, they called me weak and began ignoring me! How about the time I was vulnerable with a chick? She went out and cheated on me that same day because I showed that I was human too!"
Sharptooth mewed matter-of-factly, "You are no longer a part of that world, Firestar. You're in the world of Warriors now. And no bullshit like that is in this world. In this world, Toms and She-cats alike are allowed to be vulnerable, express their feelings, express their pains, etc. I am sorry you went through the bullshit of Twoleg society, but you are no longer a Twoleg! You also need to keep in mind that since Starclan plucked your soul the moment you died, they had to have been watching you since you were born as a Twoleg. Meaning they know all about the trauma you went through as a Twoleg and as a Warrior. It's come to a point where I need to say this to you, so listen closely."
Firestar listened intently as Sharptooth mewed, "When it rains you can drown or you can be baptized. When you hit rock-bottom, you can cry or climb. Crutch or a crown, only you decide! Victim or Survivor? Be born by the battle or just wave a white flag. Deciding not to die, that might be all you have. You can make that choice or you can be your past. Victim or Survivor?"
Firestar asked, "The fuck that come from? Sounds like lyrics." Sharptooth answered honestly, "When you talked about the music of Twolegs with Starclan a quite a few moons ago, that wasn't written about, Stripestar and I may have started listening to Twoleg music from all times to try and understand why you enjoyed it so much as a Twoleg. Past, present, and future. Both he and I understand why you enjoyed it. Music is powerful and lets you relate and cope via the lyrics. That was the chorus of a song from the future. It made sense to tell you currently." Firestar thought about the chorus and mewed, "You aren't wrong. I did need to hear that. It sounds like a song I would've loved as a Twoleg. Well. Okay. I got it. Thank you."
Sharptooth nodded and Firestar padded towards the Fresh-kill pile and thought to himself, 'That whole chorus was quite powerful. I can turn my past into either a crutch or a crown. I can either be born by the battle or wave a white flag eh? When I hit rock-bottom I can either cry or climb, eh? Deciding not to die might be all I have? I can make that choice or be my past. So. What will I choose to be, a Victim or a Survivor?'
Firestar was able to think rationally and he thought about it. Firestar exclaimed, "Then I choose to be a Survivor. I will not let the past define me anymore! It's time to rise above it all! No more feeling sorry for myself. It's time I began living again! Starting with telling Sunnypelt how I feel about her! The question is when should I tell her? Maybe I should wait until she and I have known each other for a year. Yeah. I like that. It's been ten moons since she and I met. I just hope it's the right decision." He sighed and grabbed a mouse from the fresh-kill pile and ate it.
The Next Day:
Sunnypelt woke up as the sun hit her pelt. She got up and stretched. Sunnypelt didn't feel the familiar eyes watching her as she stretched and she teased, "Does my body not do it for you anymore?" She got no response and she immediately looked around the den, but didn't see Firestar anywhere.
Sunnypelt's mind raced and she muttered, "He wouldn't leave…. Right?" She bolted out of the den and ran into someone. The two rolled and she wound up on bottom. Sunnypelt looked up and sighed in relief as she recognized Firestar above her. Sunnypelt fought her instinct to reveal her body to the tom above her and Firestar asked, "Going somewhere?"
Sunnypelt answered, "I was worried you had left Skyclan." Firestar chuckled and said, "We both know I won't be leaving Skyclan anytime soon. I woke up around Moonhigh and couldn't fall back asleep last night so I dismissed Sharptooth and defended our den myself. I was actually coming back to the den after making dirt when you ran into me."
Sunnypelt pried, "Why couldn't you go back to sleep?" Firestar felt the breeze ruffle his pelt and he answered, "My mind was getting too loud." Sunnypelt mewed, curiosity clear in her voice, "Your mind was getting loud?" Firestar mentally readied himself for the humiliation and ridicule. He answered, "Yeah. Let's talk about it."
After a couple of hours, Firestar had finished explaining everything that was eating at him. Firestar went to walk away from Sunnypelt, but she rested her tail on his back and mewed, "There aren't words to describe how proud of you I am that you talked to me about this. Why are you trying to leave now?"
Firestar's eyes immediately welled with tears as he heard Sunnypelt say she was proud of him. He couldn't answer and Sunnypelt wiped Firestar's eyes gently with her paws. Sunnypelt made Firestar look at her and she asked, "What's wrong, Firestar?" Firestar opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out.
Sunnypelt immediately understood and clicked her tongue as she mewed, "You expected me to tell you to walk it off and man up after you let yourself be vulnerable with me, didn't you?" Firestar nodded, his tears flowing like a stream from his eyes. Sunnypelt sighed and asked, "Has no one ever told you they were proud of you?" Firestar shook his head no and Sunnypelt pulled Firestar's head to her chest. Firestar's tears drenched Sunnypelt's chest swiftly and she said sweetly, "Well. I am proud of you. So proud of you. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of mental and physical Hell you've been through. Especially if no one has ever told you that they're proud of you. Especially since you've obviously been hurt before when you were vulnerable with someone. I wish I could take all your pain from you. Every little bit, big and small even if your pain would kill me. But I need you to know one thing."
Firestar didn't say anything and Sunnypelt continued, "I am not going anywhere, Firestar. I will be by your side until the end, no matter what. I also won't ridicule you for not being a robot. You are allowed to express your feelings and everything! You aren't alone anymore! And I am so proud of you for finally opening up. I am sorry that everyone before me has hurt you when you were vulnerable with them. But I am not like them. I have a request."
Firestar finally found his voice and he asked weakly, "W-What is it?" Sunnypelt answered warmly, "That you will continue to be vulnerable with me. Can you do that for me?" Firestar replied weakly, "I-I'll try." Sunnypelt smiled and said, "That is all I can ask of you." Firestar asked weakly, "C-Can we stay like this? For just a little while longer, before we journey to the Moonstone again with Boneclaw?" Sunnypelt replied, "Of course, Firestar."
The two cats stayed like that for another hour and Firestar separated himself from Sunnypelt. He flashed a genuine smile and said, "Thank you." Firestar's genuine smile took Sunnypelt's breath away. She purred happily and replied, "Anytime."
Firestar walked to the Warrior's Den with Sunnypelt beside him. He sat outside and Boneclaw left the Warrior Den. Boneclaw looked at them and said, "That time, eh?" Firestar nodded and said, "You're coming with us to the Moonstone. I told you, I would protect you until Tigerstar is dead. Well, I am doing that part of my side of the deal. I am still working on the other half." Boneclaw mewed, "I can tell. I've even gotten a couple of glances." Firestar chuckled and said, "Good. Let's go."
Several Hours Later:
Firestar, Sunnypelt, and Boneclaw arrived at Barley's farm. Firestar said, "A quick pit stop. Sunnypelt and I never got to sit our vigil for Barley and Ravenpaw." The sun had just begun to fall behind the horizon. Firestar looked for the moon and said, "It will only take us about fifteen minutes of constant running to get back to the cave of the Moonstone. Good. Meaning we can have this vigil for as long as we want."
Firestar and Sunnypelt sat a vigil for Barley and Ravenpaw for a couple hours. Firestar muttered, "I wish you two luck in the next life. I do hope you two find one another again." Firestar looked up at the Stars and growled, "You bastards up there better allow Barley and Ravenpaw to find each other again."
Firestar got onto his paws and mewed, "Come on. I have yet another reason to kill Tigerstar." Sunnypelt got to her paws and asked, "And what is it?"
Firestar spat venomously, "Because he made Ravenpaw terrified of him. And until Tigerstar's head is on a pike, Ravenpaw will not be able to truly rest in peace." Sunnypelt rested her tail on Firestar's back and she said, "Of course." Firestar looked at her and purred quietly. He mewed, "On me!" Firestar pelted away from Sunnypelt and Boneclaw. Boneclaw sighed and said, "You heard him. Let's go!" Boneclaw and Sunnypelt sprinted after Firestar.
After fifteen minutes of constant running, the trio arrived at the Cave entrance to the Moonstone. Firestar looked at the entrance and walked into it cautiously so he didn't set off another trap. He sighed in relief and said, "Come on in you two. No traps this time." Firestar padded down to the Moonstone, followed closely by Sunnypelt and Boneclaw.
All three cats sat before the Moonstone. It dazzled brilliantly from the light of the full moon. Sunnypelt gasped in disbelief and she muttered, "I-It's beautiful!" Firestar nodded his agreement and asked Boneclaw, "So. How long until the full moon reveals the path?" Boneclaw answered, "At the moon's peak, the path will be revealed." Firestar sat down and waited until midnight.
As it became midnight, the Moonstone erupted with beautiful, blinding, white light. Sunnypelt and Boneclaw shielded their eyes to prevent them from being blinded, but Firestar didn't. Firestar saw several beams of moonlight explode from the Moonstone. Firestar tilted his head with curiosity as the beams of light became one. Firestar followed the path of the single beam as it swirled around the cave.
Firestar's eyes widened in disbelief as the beam stopped on the furthest corner from the Moonstone and the wall there began to glisten. Firestar padded over and looked up, the light from the beam of moonlight just barely illuminating everything around the wall; and saw a small hole in the corner of the wall, just barely large enough for a cat to get through if they jumped and squeezed through. Firestar hissed, "Of course!" Firestar felt a breeze near the bottom of the wall and he muttered, "T-There's something behind here! That small hole isn't the only way to enter. I know. That's what she said."
Firestar got onto his hind legs and swung his paw at the wall, as hard as he could. A loud BOOM echoed throughout the cave as if Lightning had just struck something. Firestar kept striking the wall as hard as he could, each strike making it sound like thunder crashed around the cave. Firestar felt the skin on his paws begin to flay and he growled in pain. Firestar hissed, each word causing him to strike even harder than the previous attack, his negative emotions fueling the power of his strikes, thus causing a crack to form and grow, "I! WILL! NO! I! MUST! BREAK! THROUGH!" As Firestar finished the last word, the wall began to crumble from the sheer force of Firestar's punches. Firestar got onto all four paws again and looked at his front paws. He was able to easily see his paw bones through the mutilated flesh. Warm blood poured off of Firestar's paws and onto the stone floor. The beam of light had begun to dissipate and he muttered, "Thank you Starclan. But still. Fuck all y'all."
Firestar raised his voice and said, "You can look now! The light is gone!" Sunnypelt and Boneclaw unshielded their eyes. Both cats' eyes widened in disbelief as they saw Firestar standing before a tunnel entrance. Sunnypelt ran over and felt her paws become wet. She lifted a paw up and sniffed the liquid. Sunnypelt immediately felt fear for Firestar's wellbeing overwhelm her as she mewed hastily, "Are you okay?! Do you know you're bleeding?! What happened?!"
Firestar winced in pain as he turned around and faced Sunnypelt. He answered, "I am fine. I do know I am bleeding. Loss of blood is expected when I punch a wall made of stones into pieces." Boneclaw mewed, admiration in his voice, "You punched the wall down? I thought those sounds were just because of a storm outside. Impressive. Your punches connecting sound like thunder. Talk about the embodiment of raw strength."
Firestar flashed a smile and said, "I found the path." Sunnypelt growled, " I see that, but did you have to punch a wall with your paws until it shattered?!" Firestar answered honestly, "I actually did. There was a hole on the top left of the wall, just barely large enough for a cat to get through, but I didn't want to risk not being able to find the hole again. So, I made an obvious entrance." Sunnypelt batted Firestar upside his head and hissed, "Mousebrain! Not the point! Your injuries aren't going to heal in a flash of fire because you caused them!"
Firestar said, "Technically the wall made of stone caused them." Sunnypelt opened her mouth to argue when she was interrupted with Firestar's lips meeting hers. She kissed back while blushing a deep crimson red. The two separated after about a minute and she mewed shyly, "Taking a page out of my book, I see. Touche." Firestar flirted, "I learned from the best!"
Firestar looked at his paws and chuckled as they healed in a flash of fire. Firestar mewed, "See. I told you. Technically the wall caused my injuries." Sunnypelt grumbled shyly, "Shut up. You know damn well that wasn't the point." Boneclaw asked, "So. Are we going to delve into the unknown tunnel? Or are you two going to continue flirting?" Firestar and Sunnypelt blushed red. Boneclaw shook his head and mewed, "Just fuck and get it over with. Sheesh. Anyone with half a brain can tell you two are madly in love with one another. Do us all a favor and stop beating around the bushes."
Firestar and Sunnypelt didn't argue Boneclaw's words and Firestar regained his composure. He said, "Let's go discover what was hidden from the clans." Sunnypelt had regained her composure and nodded her agreement. Firestar's pelt ignited with flames so the trio could see better and they walked into the tunnel together.
At The Gathering Island:
Dovewing was relaying everything Firestar had done to the she-cats around her and Honeypaw mewed, "Gods. He's a mousebrain. He seriously punched a wall relentlessly until it caved from his sheer strength?" Dovewing nodded and Honeypaw shook her head in disbelief.
Lionstar mewed, "I knew he was strong, but damn! I didn't realize he was that strong." Splashfur giggled and said, "Well. Since it took numerous full force strikes from Firestar, something tells me that someone didn't want anyone to get through unless they used the hole."
Windstream said, "Well, we all know how Firestar is. If he wants something or wants to get through something, we all know that he will get what he wants, no matter the cost."
Mistystar nodded her agreement and sighed as she said, "I just wish he didn't resort to pure strength this time. He hurt himself trying to get through."
Silverstream mewed, "Keep in mind, Firestar was probably punishing himself with that. He still thinks he killed Heathertail, Olivenose, and Spottedleaf."
Ivypool nodded her agreement and said, "Indeed. But I am curious as to where this leads. Will he find those three?" Dovewing answered somberly, "We all know it won't be that easy. All I can smell from his current location is lavender. Meaning that Tigerstar thought this out. The lavender will hide any and all scents. Depending on the size of the tunnel system in the Old Forest, it could take moons for Firestar to fully explore them. So unless he gets lucky, he won't find those three anytime soon."
Mistystar asked, "Any idea why he keeps saying he only has seven mates when he has eight aside from Heathertail, Olivenose, and Spottedleaf?" Dovewing purred in amusement and answered, "He probably thinks I don't love him anymore. He knows how far my senses can stretch and probably knows that I have been spying on him. He probably thinks I don't love him anymore because of what I have heard, but I know the truth. Besides, we all know he'd never actually hurt us, unless we're kinky like that. That also means that we all know he'd never kill any of us."
Back with Firestar:
Firestar led Boneclaw and Sunnypelt to a wide area of stone. Firestar took a whiff of the air and hissed, "It's useless. All I can smell is Lavender! Why is there so much lavender?!" Firestar was able to think rationally and thought to himself, 'Because Tigerstar is hiding something! I bet it's Heathertail, Olivenose, and Spottedleaf!' Firestar shook his head and growled, "How extensive is the tunnel system in the Old Forest?! Son of a bitch!"
Firestar looked around the area that he was in and saw several tunnels. Boneclaw whistled and said, "This all looks natural. Smart choice by Tigerstar to use these tunnels as his base of operations." Firestar couldn't argue against what Boneclaw said and Sunnypelt mewed, "We should try to find a trail!"
Firestar said, sadness creeping in his voice, "No use. There is no dust anywhere. Meaning no trail of paws to follow. Of course the bastard thought everything out!" Sunnypelt rested her tail on Firestar's back and he sighed weakly. Firestar asked, "Did you hear anything else, Boneclaw? Anything at all that might point us in the right direction?"
Boneclaw answered honestly, "I wish I could tell you more than this. All I heard was that the tunnel system is quite extensive, making it easy to get lost in them. Tigerstar has areas set up for everything. Food, Mating, Making Dirt, Places for the Queens to rest and nurse their kits, places for the Warriors to sleep, a place for him to sleep, places for his Medicine Cats, a place for Prisoners' of War; but I don't know why he'd need that."
Firestar's mind was overwhelmed with rational thought and he fell to his stomach. Sunnypelt mewed, "FIRESTAR!" Firestar got to his paws shakily and said, "I-I'm fine." Sunnypelt said, "I doubt that. But did you hear what Boneclaw said? A place for Prisoners of War! We need to find that! We could save so many cats! Maybe we could find some of the Skyclan cats that are allegedly K.I.A!" Firestar chuckled and said, "A twoleg term? Seriously?"
Firestar looked around and muttered, "This place is clean. Too clean. Could be a red herring." Sunnypelt's voice reached his ears and she said, "Maybe we can even find Heathertail, Spottedleaf, and Olivenose." Firestar's heart raced as he listened to what Sunnypelt had said and his psyche erupted with the hope he had lost many moons ago. He muttered, "M-Maybe we could."
Firestar's gaze wandered over the holes in the walls that he assumed were tunnels and he growled, "If only Rock were here! He could lead us through this maze!" Firestar got an idea and he said, "I have an idea. A bad one, but an idea nonetheless."
Sunnypelt asked, "What might that bad idea be?" Firestar immediately turned towards Sunnypelt and said, "I am gonna let that bastard know I am here. Take Boneclaw away from here and run! GO!" Sunnypelt hissed, "That's a stupid fucking idea! Let Tigerstar know you found him?!" Firestar argued, "You have any better ideas?!" Sunnypelt opened her mouth to argue but Boneclaw mewed, "Our deal, Firestar. You are to protect me from Tigerstar and put in a good word with a couple she-cats. Meaning that I will not be leaving, for it is your duty to protect me."
Sunnypelt mewed, "Your other half of the deal was to put in a good word with a few of the she-cats of Skyclan about him?! Why?!" Firestar answered, "To make a deal. He tells me everything about Tigerstar's plan that he can and that he remembers, and I protect him from Tigerstar and get him started on the right track to finding a mate. He was single in Bloodclan. It's a good deal!" Sunnypelt shook her head in disbelief and sighed as she mewed, "I wish I could say I didn't believe you about the deal, but with the path you've been going down, it makes sense. You're lucky I know this isn't like you, or I would have left your ass here immediately after hearing that you're potentially lying to she-cats about this tom so he can get laid!"
Boneclaw said, "I am actually a Decent Tom. I can promise you that. I was just on the wrong side of the war. But now I am on the right side. You wouldn't believe some of the things Tigerstar has been making Bloodclan do. It disgusts me. I am one of the very few decent cats that is…right that was in Bloodclan." Sunnypelt opened her mouth to ask something but Firestar said, "Don't ask. You don't want to know. It's bad enough that I know. It makes my skin crawl. Boneclaw has given me more than enough reasons to kill Tigerstar, even without my personal vendetta."
Firestar sighed and said, "I wish I could say I was surprised by Tigerstar's deeds, but it makes sense since he is the Infernal Cat of Domination. Everyone in Bloodclan is terrified of him, so they listen, no matter how despicable the command is."
Sunnypelt immediately understood and hissed, "Kill him slowly." Firestar answered honestly, "That's the plan. Now. You two, stay behind me! I'm about to get the party started." Firestar took a breath and his pelt ignited with pure white flames. Sunnypelt and Boneclaw got behind Firestar and he roared with all his might, "TIGERSTAR! I AM HERE YOU BASTARD! I'VE COME FOR YOUR HEAD! I'M RIGHT FUCKING HERE!"
With Tigerstar:
The cave began to shake and Tigerstar heard Firestar's voice echo throughout the entire tunnel system. He growled, "He's here. Take his mates and leave. Remember. You are not to hurt them in anyway. You are also not to touch them sexually, or we all die this instant, because he will know. Do I make myself clear?!" A tom gulped in fear and mewed, his voice trembling, "L-Loud and clear Tigerstar." Tigerstar hissed, "If I do not meet you at the rendezvous point in a few hours, enact the final part of the plan. Don't forget to give them the herbs that keep them knocked out and fed, or all hell will break loose. DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?!" The tom nodded his understanding and ran to grab Heathertail, Olivenose, and Spottedleaf.
Tigerstar watched the tom leave. Tigerstar cracked his neck and growled quietly, "Time to kill this asshole that keeps preventing my revenge on the forest." Tigerstar leapt from his hill of bones and began to walk towards where Firestar was in the tunnels.
With Firestar:
Rocks had fallen from the roof of the tunnels and Firestar sat down, waiting for Tigerstar to show himself. After about twenty minutes, Firestar saw a big, dark brown tabby tom with unusually long front claws, and amber eyes pad towards him. Firestar spat, his voice filled with rage, grief, hatred, despair, and disgust, "Tigerstar."
Tigerstar cackled and said, "Welcome to my humble abode, Firestar. Is there something on your mind?" Tigerstar laughed and said, "Oh right! Of course there is. How could I forget?! The vision I gave you. Such a shame that the vision happened too. However." Tigerstar licked his lips and growled, "You've gotten strong because of it. Revenge is one hell of a motivator, ain't it."
Firestar spat, body tensing with rage as he struggled to prevent himself from attacking Tigerstar outright, "Shut your fucking mouth!" Tigerstar looked at the cats behind Firestar and cackled as he said, "Another she-cat? I thought we learned our lesson, Firestar. When you get close to someone, you end up killing them! Such a shame you haven't learned that. Tell you what. I happen to be feeling generous, so I'll kill her for you; so you don't have to feel the blood of yet another loved one on your claws." Tigerstar vanished from where he was. Firestar tracked Tigerstar's movement.
Sunnypelt's eyes widened in fear as Tigerstar's claws were a mere mouse-length from her eyes. Sunnypelt saw a flame orange paw that had gripped Tigerstar's foreleg, stopping Tigerstar's claws from killing her. Firestar hissed in pure rage, "NO ONE'S ALLOWED TO LAY A SINGLE PAW ON HER!" Tigerstar whistled at Firestar's action and mewed, "My oh my. I didn't know she meant so much to you." Sunnypelt blushed lightly and Tigerstar asked, "Mind letting go of my foreleg?"
Firestar answered, his voice teeming with hatred, "Sure thing." He crushed Tigerstar's foreleg with his paw and Tigerstar hissed in pain. Firestar threw Tigerstar across the cave. Tigerstar landed against a massive stone wall, putting a noticeable indent in. Tigerstar fell to the ground and spit a mouthful of blood to the side. Tigerstar cackled and got to his paws as he said, "I didn't realize how much stronger you've become! I gotta say, I'm proud of myself for giving you motivation."
Sunnypelt looked at Tigerstar, shock clear in her face. Tigerstar cackled and said, "Right. I suppose she doesn't know. I am possessed by the Infernal Cat of Domination. So, my injuries heal almost instantly, much like Firestar's. And this battle won't end until one of us can no longer continue. Firestar here, is possessed by the Heavenly Cat of Hope. He and I are exact opposites, destined to kill one another. My mission is to kill the Heavenly Cat of Hope before they banish both The Heavenly Cat of Hope and the Infernal Cat of Domination forever. My mission is to make sure this battle keeps happening, whereas Firestar's mission is to make sure this battle never happens again. You up to speed, Dear?"
Firestar hissed, "You talk too much." Firestar vanished from where he was and clawed Tigerstar's flanks deeply. Tigerstar cackled and dug his claws into Firestar's pelt. Scarlet littered the ground below the two. Tigerstar threw Firestar back towards Boneclaw and Sunnypelt. Firestar landed harshly, but rolled to his paws almost instantly, his wounds healing in a flash of fire.
Tigerstar mewed, "Now now, Firestar. You and I both know this isn't the final confrontation, so why don't we talk?" Firestar yelled, "TO HELL WITH THAT! I WILL MAKE THIS THE FINAL CONFRONTATION! YOU SENT ME A VISION ABOUT ME KILLING HEATHERTAIL, SPOTTEDLEAF, AND OLIVENOSE. IN THAT VISION I ATE THEIR BODIES TO PREVENT BEING FOUND OUT! AND THEN IT HAPPENED THE NEXT DAY?! YOU WANNA TALK?! WHY THE FUCK WOULD I TALK WITH YOU WHEN I CAN JUST KILL YOU! YOU CAN TALK TO THE GOD OF DEATH ONCE I AM THROUGH WITH YOU!"
Tigerstar cackled and said, "Come now. You sure you wanna do this in front of them?" Firestar growled, his body trembling, "Sure. Why don't we do this once more?" Firestar stomped on the ground and invisible fire circled Boneclaw and Sunnypelt. Tigerstar whistled and said, "Smart. Even I can't get through that to hurt them. I'd die instantly."
Firestar growled, "Stay put you two. Don't try to move too far, or you'll die. Trust me." Firestar locked eyes with Tigerstar and Tigerstar smirked. Tigerstar entered the Infernal Drive without saying the chant, his entire body black and red, same with his eyes. Firestar growled, "This is how we are playing it? Cool. You're not the only one who can do that." Firestar entered the Heavenly Drive without saying the chant as well. Firestar's body was pure white and gold, same with his eyes. The air around the two Toms felt heavy, both of their killing intents so strong, you could see it radiating off of them. Tigerstar whistled, "My oh my! A nonverbal activation?! You have become so much stronger. Let's dance!"
There we go! Another chapter down! Damn. I am just rolling through these! May Starclan watch over you all! Until next time, HappytheExceed16, logging out!
