"You summoned us, my lord?" Factoraze asked. He and the rest of the Empire's top fighters had been assembled in the throne room yet again.

Calios got up and walked down the steps of his throne, "Oh, you're gonna find out. For now, initiate separation."

The knight's top men glanced at each other before walking over to the computers in the room.

Their ship began separating into segments, with those segments deploying all over the globe.

Duncan and Brody stood silently in front of Fido's grave as a shadow loomed over them. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing?" Duncan asked as the spaceship that made the shadow flew toward the center of town.

"Yep," Brody nodded. "Call everybody. Let's follow that thing."

The team, along with the rest of the town's population, gathered around the ship segment. A screen of red magic appeared in front of the segment, showing Calios' face.

"Greetings citizens of…" the knight trailed off and read off an index card. "Shadyville? Really? Well, whatever. My name is Lord Calios, leader of the Destruction Empire. Any guesses as to what we're here for?" After a few seconds to let the crowd murmur, he laughed, "Ha! Gotcha! This feed is just one way, so I can't hear any of you. Anyway, we're the ones who've been sending the monsters that terrorize you people. But unfortunately, we've had our fun, so we're just going to kill you, and everyone else on your planet, the old-fashioned way."

Doors opened on the ship segment, revealing a large number of Shadows fronted by Factoraze, Moses, and Lensia. The three top fighters of the empire fired the first shot. Factoraze shot lasers from his cannon arm, Lensia fired blasts of magic all around, and Moses launched a high-pressure jet of water from his mouth.

Dozens of civilians were killed by the attacks while the rest of the crowd began running in terror with the Shadows chasing them.

Not wasting a second, Brody and Duncan morphed and charged in to confront the enemy bosses.

"I've called in the Cryos, they'll be here any minute," Carl reported.

Brody didn't have time to answer as he dodged shots from Factoraze and drew his Switch-Gun. Unfolding it into its sword mode, the Blue Ranger slashed at Factoraze, who blocked with his cannon arm.

"All these games you've played with us and now you're just gonna end it all?" Brody asked rhetorically.

"Precisely," the robot answered. He used his tube arm to squirt some black ooze at Brody's feet, destabilizing him just long enough for Factoraze to punch him in the face.

Meanwhile, Kenny and Cooper tried joining the fight, only for Lensia to blow them away with her magic.

Duncan gasped for breath as Moses held him in a headlock. Glancing at all the Shadows pouring out of the ship, he asked, "How did all those things fit on that ship? Is it like a clown car or something?"

"They can become 2D, remember? That lets them stick to the walls and ceiling of a vehicle. Saves a whole lot of room," Moses explained. He was forced to let Duncan go when the White Ranger managed to elbow him in the gut.

Meanwhile, Jane, instead of fighting any of the big bosses, was fighting as many Shadows as she could to help civilians get away. Unfortunately, due to sheer numbers, she wasn't having much success.

As if things weren't bad enough, hundreds of Shadows combined to form dozens of Super Shadows who began tearing apart every building in sight.

Some roars in the distance gave the team hope, though.

Seeing the Cryo gang appear to lighten the load a bit, Cooper called out, "Everyone, fall back! We need a game plan!"

None of the other Rangers liked the idea but were desperate enough to go along with it.

Seeing their enemies run off, Lensia chuckled, "You guys wanna spread out?"

"Oh, yeah," Moses grinned.

"Alright, we don't have a lot of time with everything goin' on, so shoot. Any ideas?" Cooper asked.

"I don't know," Jane shrugged worriedly. "Even if we stop the invasion and the top henchmen, that knight guy is still in space. What do we do about him?"

Duncan raised a hand, "Can't we just pilot the ship thing and get to him?"

"How would you even fly it?" Kenny pointed out.

"I don't have all the answers, man!" the ginger spat out defensively.

Brody interjected, "It might be a stupid plan, but it's the only plan we have."

"Okay, but who's gonna go? The knight's too strong for just one of us, and we can't all go 'cause someone's gotta deal with his inner circle," Cooper summarized.

The team looked amongst themselves before Duncan came up with an idea. He pulled out a coin, "I know how we'll settle this. We'll flip until we decide on two of us while the rest of us deal with the mini-bosses."

Brody grabbed his wrist and forced his hand down, "Just for that, you're going on that ship." Seeing Duncan groan, he grinned, "Don't worry, I'll keep you company."

Smiling at the little exchange, the rest of the team nodded.

Lensia hovered through a neighborhood. Spotting a straggler, she flicked her wrist, making the poor man burst apart.

"Hehehe, sometimes I love my job," the witch chuckled. She perked up, sensing something. Waving her hand she got a visual of the ship segment they'd arrived in, revealing the Red, White, and Blue Rangers all approaching it. Growling, she teleported in front of them, "What do you think you're doing?"

None of the heroes answered. Instead, Duncan and Brody tapped their morphers and assumed their power-up forms while Kenny aimed his Biting Gauntlet at her.

Lensia blocked the incoming stream of fire with a shield of magic, distracting her long enough for the Branson brothers to speed by her into the ship segment.

Looking over the controls, Brody clutched his head in a panic, "These keys have alien letters! How do we know which one does what!?"

"By hitting all of them!" Duncan said as he began mashing keys.

Brody wanted to call his brother out on such a stupid idea but as he spotted Lensia outside charging up an attack, his desperation kicked in and he pressed some buttons of his own.

Right as Lensia was about to kill the brothers, something grabbed her foot and dragged her to the ground. "What the hell?"

Holding her face to face, G2 fired his eye beam, scorching Lensia's face or lack thereof.

Screaming, Lensia let out a burst of magic, blowing away G2 as well as Kenny, who'd been trying to sneak up on her from her left. Rubbing her face, the witch turned around to see the ship segment ascending back into space. She took a deep breath and returned her attention to the red and gold duo, "Whatever. Calios will just kill them anyway."

"I won't believe that until I see it," Kenny glared, flames crackling from the mouth of his gauntlet.

"We know they'll be back," G2 agreed as he started circling around.

Lensia didn't bother responding as her hands glowed with red magic.

At the town square, Moses launched a water jet at a crowd of people being chased by Shadows. To his surprise, a second jet of water shot down from above, taking out the Shadows. He looked up to see Cooper standing atop a nearby office building.

The Pink Ranger didn't even bother addressing Moses as he fired on more Shadows, giving the remaining civilians time to escape.

Growling, Moses fired his water jet, cutting through the building and making it collapse.

Cooper simply leapt off the building and landed none the worse for wear. Seeing the glare on his enemy's face, he put a hand on his hip, "Someone's in a bad mood."

"You guys killed all my friends," Moses reminded him.

"In my defense, it was kill or be killed," Cooper shrugged.

As the Scotsman brandished his cannon, Moses grinned, "That won't help you much."

Cooper looked from his cannon to Moses. "Alright, if gettin' you wet won't work-" he tapped his morpher, shifting into his Flying-Type form, "-then I'll just blow you."

Moses relaxed his stance, "…You knew exactly what you were saying, didn't you?"

"Hehehe, yeah, I did," Cooper admitted shamelessly. Not wasting another second, he summoned his flail and swung it. To his surprise, Moses simply stepped forward and grabbed the cord section of the flail. Figuring Moses would reel himself toward him, Cooper took to the sky and swung him around.

Not letting go of the flail, Moses began pulling himself toward Cooper, keeping his grip even when the Green Ranger started swinging him into buildings and the pavement. Realizing this was taking too long, the Mosasaur fired off a water jet.

Because they were linked together by the flail, Cooper had trouble dodging and took the hit, causing both fighters to fall to the ground.

"You sure this is worth it?" Moses said as he got up, dusting himself off. "You couldn't beat me last time even with a friend helping you out."

Cooper dragged himself to his feet as well, getting rid of his flail, "So what? You expect me to just run away?" He cracked his knuckles, "No, I'm stoppin' you even if I have to break every bone in me hands punchin' you out."

The two fighters walked forward but before they reached each other, Cooper punched, sending fist-shaped bursts of wind at his enemy.

Moses dodged and darted around the air fists and closed in on Cooper. The Green Ranger raised his guard but Moses bit down on his left forearm and started swinging him around before throwing him into a wall.

Cooper groaned and peeled himself out of the imprint he'd made in the wall. Hovering in place, he brought his hands together and gathered wind, which he fired at Moses, "Derecho!"

Not worried at all, Moses fired his water jet. The two attacks collided and quickly cancelled each other out.

Not wasting a second, Cooper flew at high speed and hit Moses with a lariat, smashing him through the wall of a restaurant.

"Everyone, move!" Jane yelled. Realizing that shooting Shadows one by one wouldn't work on a swarm this size, she charged up her gauntlet and fired a darkness beam, wiping them out.

The group of civilians sighed and continued running.

Hearing an explosion, the Black Ranger turned around and saw smoke rising from- "Wait, that's where my house is!" She spoke into her morpher, "Todd, do you read me?"

"Loud and clear, bro!"

"How soon can you get to me?" the girl asked. She suddenly felt the ground rumble, followed by a black and purple foot stomping down right behind her.

"What do you need, bro?" the Teratophoneus Zord asked.

Jane leapt onto her partner's head and pointed toward the smoke, "Give me a toss in that direction!"

"Whatever you say, bro!" Todd lowered his head before quickly raising it back up, launching Jane toward her house.

Hearing an explosion behind him, Todd turned around to see Andy approaching.

"What the hell, bro? You ditched me!" Andy scolded.

Todd shrugged as much as a Dinozord like him could, "Sorry, bro, Jane needed a favor."

"Well, speaking of favors, I told the other guys we'd fight all the big Shadows while they take out the little ones," Andy informed his bro.

Todd's eyes widened, "What!? Why would do something like that, bro?!"

"'Cause I'm nice like that, bro!" the Appalachiozord defended.

As if on cue, several Super Shadows rose from the ground while more approached the two Zords' direction.

Seeing they were surrounded, Andy asked, "To the bitter end?"

Todd nodded, "To the bitter end, bro."

Jane hit the ground in a superhero landing. Standing up, she confirmed her fears: her house, as well as several others were on fire. "Please be okay, please be okay, please be okay," she muttered as she ran into her house.

Getting to the second floor, she found her parents trapped by the flames. Thinking fast, Jane blasted a hole in the wall, then ran through the fire to grab her folks. "Sorry about this!" With no further warning, she jumped out the hole, landing safely in the backyard.

Her parents were a bit unsteady on their feet after the jump down, but once that passed, Jane's mother hugged her. "Have I ever told you I'm proud of you?"

"Sometimes, yeah," Jane joked.

"You wanna get the monster that did this," Mr. Dawson asked, to which his daughter nodded. "He only left a minute ago. Just head down the street and you should be able to catch him."

Jane nodded, "Got it."

As the girl ran off, Mr. Dawson wrapped an arm around his wife. "We've got a good kid," he smiled.

Running down the street, Jane spotted the arsonist, Factoraze. Lucky for her, his back was turned. She fired several shots, stunning him. She then charged up her fist and leapt in for a superman punch.

To her surprise, the black robot crouched down, causing her to miss and stumble. When she turned around, a black fist hit her in the face.

Factoraze followed up the strike by jabbing his cannon arm into her gut and firing, blowing the Black Ranger away.

Jane scrambled to her feet to avoid more shots. She began moving in, firing return shots of her own. Once she got in close, she hit Factoraze in the face with her Biting Gauntlet while he swung his tube arm into her side, knocking them away from each other.

"My house already got messed up a couple weeks ago, you jackass!" Jane shouted. "When we're done, I'm gonna sell you at a garage sale!"

Rather than give a threat of his own, Factoraze's visor glowed as he replied, "Am I supposed to be scared of a mere child?"

"Will this scare you?" Jane's right foot glowed purple and she jumped at Factoraze.

The black robot fired a solid beam of energy from his cannon arm, countering Jane's diving kick. For a few seconds, Jane made some headway but Factoraze amped up his beam's power, blowing Jane away once more.

"Alright, let's try this another way," Jane growled as she felt the ground rumble. She fired a darkness blast at the ground in front of Factoraze, creating a shroud of smoke and shrapnel.

"Vision impaired," Factoraze reported to himself. When Jane burst through the smoke, he parried her punch with his hand. "Ineffective all the same."

Jane faked a snap kick and switched to a roundhouse kick, finally landing a hit through her opponent's multiple arms and hitting him in the side. Not wasting this chance, she twirled around and threw a tornado kick, hitting him in the side of the head. Wanting to finish things off, she channeled dark energy into her right fist and punched.

"Just as calculated," Factoraze droned as he angled his tube arm to catch Jane's fist. The energy discharge destroyed his arm but gave him the chance to catch her wrist with his hand. He then swung his cannon arm upward into Jane's elbow.

CRACK

"AAAAH!" Jane fell to one knee, clutching her right elbow. She was so distracted by the pain that she barely noticed Factoraze pointing his cannon at her head.

"Any last words?" he asked.

Jane felt the ground rumble again. Her eyes darted to the side, spotting something helpful. "You might wanna step back," she warned.

"Very well." Factoraze took a step backwards, narrowly avoiding a gigantic blade of razor wind that flew in between the two of them. "Clever attempt but futile."

Jane sighed and called out, "Thank anyway, Pops!"

"Thanks for what?"

Returning her focus to the fight, Jane grit her teeth through the pain of her elbow and charged up her gauntlet, firing a beam of darkness. Like before, Factoraze met her beam with one of his own.

"Can you believe it, man? We're in space," Duncan commented as he peered out the window.

"Yeah, even after everything we've been through, this is a new one," Brody agreed, enjoying the view. Hearing a beeping noise, the Blue Ranger turned back to the controls, "I hope that means we're docking with the main ship soon."

"Looks like we are." The White Ranger pointed.

Brody followed his brother's finger and saw the bridge, "Huh, looks almost like the tip of a sword."

Once their ship segment docked with the bridge, the twins made for the door. However, they both stopped and sat down with their backs to the wall.

"You nervous too?" the two asked at the same time. They both sighed.

"Look at us," Brody commented, "Just last year, we were two random guys. Remember that?"

"Hehe, yeah," Duncan chuckled. "Hey, remember in middle school when I couldn't pronounce 'isosceles' and I said 'Islamic' instead?"

"And then we had to spend a half hour after class convincing the teacher you weren't racist? Yeah, I remember," the brown-haired teen nodded. "What about that time when we were kids, and we tried giving each other haircuts?"

"Pfft!" Duncan could barely stop himself from cracking up. "Mom and Dad were so pissed at us."

Brody's smile faded under his helmet, "You think we should stop stalling?"

Duncan shrugged, "Well, as long as we're sitting here, we may as well come up with a game plan."

"Sure. First things first, don't start the fight with your power-up," Brody instructed. "Whenever Kamen Riders try that, they get their asses kicked."

"Save power-ups for later. Got it," his brother nodded. "Let's go."

The twins got up and opened the door. After that, it was only a short walk until they entered the throne room. Besides the throne in the center, there was a series of hatches on the right side of the room along with a control console.

Standing up, Calios descended the 12 steps of his throne to the ground, "You know, after all the times I've sent stuff at you, it feels kinda weird to have you guys come to me." He held up his shield while drawing his sword, "Now, I'm gonna do what I could've done this whole time."

"Don't you mean 'shoud've' done?" Duncan pointed out.

"I know what I said," Calios asserted.

Duncan and Brody drew their Switch-Guns and tapped their belt buckles, summoning their shields and sword respectively. "Maybe we should've thought up some combo moves before we come in here," Duncan muttered.

"Too late now!" Brody flicked his gun into its sword mode and charged in first. He threw a right slash with both of his swords at once.

Calios blocked the strikes with his own sword, and when Brody thrust his drill, the knight simply blocked it with his shield. He knocked the drill away with his sword hit and Brody with a side kick.

"Now say good night!" Calios' sword gained a silver aura as he slashed sideways.

Duncan chose that moment to join in. He brought his forearms together to combine his shields and leapt in front of the slash. After blocking the attack, he brought his own sword down, landing a hit on Calios' chest.

Everyone paused at how Calios showed no sign of damage.

"Uh, shouldn't that have done something?" Duncan asked nervously.

"It might-" Calios kicked Duncan in the thigh and then bashed him in the chest with his shield, sending him skidding. "-if you weren't so fucking weak."

Brody charged up his swords with ice energy, "Is this weak!?" He threw a volley of slashes, doing his best to attack at random angles. With a roar, he slashed with his Carnage Sword. The spinning drill clashed with Calios' sword for a second before actually cutting through it.

Calios withdrew a couple steps and looked at his now-broken weapon, "Okay, that's new."

The distraction gave the two Rangers a new chance to attack. At first, Calios blocked their strikes with his shield and half-sword, but then Duncan followed up one of his slashes with a Ranger Punch.

The impact of the glowing blue fist actually made an indent in Calios' shield. However, it also left Duncan shaking his left hand in pain, "Owowowow!"

Calios dropped his sword. "Alright, now this is getting interesting." He threw his dented shield at Duncan. Next, he took off his cape and threw it at Brody, blinding him. The knight moved in and hit the Blue Ranger with several haymakers.

Returning his attention to Duncan, Calios' fists glowed silver. As the White Ranger threw another slash, Calios shocked him by punching his sword, knocking it out of his hand. He then grabbed Duncan by the head and pulled it into his knee.

Calios released Duncan and dove forward, dodging a slash from Brody. The knight rolled over to Duncan's dropped sword. However, rather than use for its intended purpose, Calios threw the sword. The split second it took for Brody to block the attack, Calios moved in and grabbed him by the throat.

Shaking off the face shot he'd taken, Duncan moved to rejoin the fight, only for Calios to throw Brody at him.

As the two Rangers landed in a heap, Calios cracked his neck, "You think you're the first heroes to make some 'epic last stand' against me?" he taunted, using jazz hands for the "last stand" part. "I've destroyed one planet after another, and there's always an idiot or two who think they have a shot at stopping me. And you know what I do?"

"…You put them in time out?" Duncan guessed as he and Brody got up.

"Heh, you must think you're funny." Calios' fists glowed silver as he charged at the brothers.

Cooper and Moses crashed through the wall of the restaurant they'd been fighting in, with the two fighters landing on their sides.

Not even bothering to get up, Cooper gathered air between his palms and fired it at Moses, launching him through the wall of- "Well, whaddya know? He landed in me favorite bar," Cooper commented.

The Green Ranger leapt through the hole in the wall. As soon as he did, Moses attacked from the side, breaking a bottle over his head.

Before Cooper could recover, Moses got him in a headlock with one arm and used his free hand to pull his helmet off. Though, he only managed to scratch him once before the Ranger squirmed free.

Cooper stared down his enemy, with Moses taunting, "You know this is hopeless, right? No one can match the Destruction Empire!"

"So what?" Cooper shrugged, "We Scots have fought all kinds of enemies: Welshmen, Englishmen, the Japanese, other Scots. You?" He rolled his shoulder, "You're just another name on the list." He threw a right cross, which Moses ducked under. Next thing Cooper knew, he was being thrown across the bar into the assortment of drinks sitting on the other side.

Play "F*k Tha Police" by N.W.A.

Moses leapt over the counter just as Cooper was righting himself. He grabbed a bottle and broke it over Cooper's head like before. To his surprise, Cooper struck back immediately, hitting him back with a bottle of his own. Growling, Moses grabbed another bottle.

Blood and alcohol dripped down his forehead as Cooper raised his left forearm. Twice over, he blocked a bottle before responding with a right hook.

With a roar, Moses tackled the Green Ranger to the ground. Using a broken bottle, he tried to stab Cooper in the face, but Cooper parried the attack and put his palm against his chest, blasting him off with a strong jet of air.

Both fighters got to their feet and, with a battle cry and charged. Moses grabbed Cooper by the head and tried to knee him in the face, but Cooper blocked the knee with his forearms and hit him with two gut punches. Not slowing down, Moses brought his elbow down on Cooper's back, knocking him to the ground.

Cooper grunted as Moses stomped on him. Flipping himself onto his back, he threw an air punch, hitting Moses in the chin. Springing to his feet, the Green Ranger got Moses in a clinch and repeatedly jabbed him in the side.

Growling, Moses brought his right hand to Cooper's cheek and scratched hard, leaving several deep cuts. As the Scotsman recoiled in pain, Moses kicked him in the junk, bringing him to his knees.

Cooper didn't stay down for long, though. He blocked Moses' knee strike and hit him in the gut with a jab. Getting an idea, Cooper gathered pockets of air in his palms. He then sprung forward and palms into either side of Moses' head, "BANG!" The force of the resulting blast knocking the Ranger back against the wall.

Song end

Sliding down the wall, Cooper shook his head and raised his guard. He relaxed, though, once he saw the damage he'd done to Moses. The Mosasaurus was literally dead on his feet, having two large indents in his head where Cooper had hit him.

As his enemy collapsed, Cooper got to his feet, panting.

"You did it, Cooper!" Pops cheered through his morpher.

"Damn right," Cooper nodded.

Suddenly, Moses' body pulsed red and, in a burst of energy, he grew in size as he returned to life. "Guess who's back!?"

The Green Ranger wasted no time in calling for help, "Pops, Dickson, anyone? I could use a hand."

"Sure thing!" Pops yelled as he swooped in. After Moses dodged his first divebomb, the Paranthozord did a front flip, sending some razor wind blades at the Mosasaur.

Before Moses could try and retaliate, a yellow blur zipped all around, scratching him all over. Knowing who was behind it, Moses used his water jet to soak the ground around him, making his attacker slip up.

Alicia cursed as she tumbled to the ground. Her anger turned to sick satisfaction when Moses made the mistake of firing another water jet at her. In response, she let out a beam of lightning from her mouth. The lightning traveled through the water and shocked Moses. With the ground still soaked, Alicia moved in at normal speed to attack.

Before she could bite him, Moses grabbed her by the jaws and spun her around, making her take a tail swipe from Pops.

Pops gasped, "I'll teach you to use my grandma as a shield!"

Alicia raised her foot and clawed at Moses' thigh, making him release her.

"How'd the sea monster guy grow huge?" Jane choked out as Factoraze held her by the neck, "No way Kenny lost to that witch lady."

"Unlike the monsters we send out weekly, Moses, as well as myself will grow automatically if defeated," Factoraze explained, "It's an automatic spell Lensia cast, so she doesn't need to be present or even aware." As the black robot aimed his cannon arm at her face, he noticed her charging up a blast with her Biting Gauntlet. "I can counter that attack."

"I know. That's why I'm doing this!" Jane aimed her gauntlet at the elbow of the arm holding her, severing it. This made Factoraze drop her and miss with his own blast. The Black Ranger chuckled, "Look at that. Now we've got one good arm each."

"I only need one." Factoraze aimed his cannon arm at the girl. "Any last words?"

Jane didn't say anything. Instead, she fired a darkness bullet while Factoraze shot back. The blow made Jane skid along the ground while Factoraze was knocked back a few steps. "Hehe, sucker," Jane rasped.

Factoraze tilted his head. "What do you-" he paused as a shadow loomed over him. He looked up just in time to see Moses falling onto him.

"I love it when a plan works out," Jane sighed. She scrambled to her feet as Factoraze resurrected as a giant.

"All the ways I could have perished, and you kill me by accident," Factoraze droned angrily.

"Shut up," Moses growled. The two of them stood back-to-back as the rest of the Zords converged on them.

Factoraze aimed his cannon at Carl, only for Kelly to erect a wall of earth to block the attack.

Carl drilled through the wall, striking back at Factoraze.

Meanwhile, Moses caught Pops' tail and swung him into Carl.

"Take this, jerkface!" Kelly shouted as she and Chazz charged in. Moses stuck out his arms to block their charges, but this left an opening for Alicia to hop onto his back.

Factoraze shot the yellow Zord off his teammate's back, but before he could fire at any of the other Zords, Pops flew in, spinning like a buzzsaw and severing his arm.

"Everyone, move!" Dickson called out. As soon as everyone was clear, he swung his neck, slamming into both of their foes. "Chazz, Carl, finish it!"

The blue and white Zords nodded and combined into the Paleo Force Megazord.

As the Megazord revved up its drill arm, the other Zords made their preparations. Kelly made a slab of earth pop up from the ground, stunning Moses with a hit to the chin. Meanwhile, Pops and Alicia fired elemental beams, knocking Factoraze back so he stumbled right behind Moses.

With its drill glowing sky blue, the Paleo Force leapt forward, with Chazz and Carl calling out their attack, "Cryo Drill Breaker!" The drill pierced through the two villains easily as the Megazord plowed forward.

Moses could only stare down at the drill impaling him while Factoraze spat out his last words, "Even if we fall, Lord Calios will-" He didn't get to finish as he and Moses both exploded.

Dickson nodded, "I think we've done enough here. Everyone, let's keep herding civilians to safety."

"Goodbye, you two. You won't be missed," Lensia shrugged. She returned her attention to the so-called "battle." Given that she could block attacks and deal damage with a literal flick of her wrist, her opponents had resorted to cycle of running around, hiding, and trying to snipe her.

The faceless witch sighed, "Alright, this isn't cute anymore." She waved her hand, creating a screen of red magic that acted like a radar. "There you are." She thrust her palm out, releasing a massive wave of crimson energy and decimating the whole block. "Let's see if you can hide-what the hell?"

The source of her confusion was a scorching red hole in the ground just ten meters away from her.

Lensia perked up as an idea hit her. Performing her scanning spell again, she saw two dots representing her foes moving toward her.

Kenny burst out of the ground right in front of her, his entire right arm wreathed in flames. He growled as his punch stopped just short of hitting her face.

As the witch focused on holding the Kenny back, G2 popped out from behind him and fired his eyebeam.

Taken by surprise, the beam hit Lensia in the shoulder.

Seeing her stunned, Kenny used his Biting Gauntlet to launch a stream of fire, blowing Lensia away.

Even as she skidded along the ground, Lensia raised a hand and snapped her fingers.

Kenny and G2 quickly lost whatever good mood they had when small explosions erupted all over their bodies. When it was over, Kenny dropped to one knee while G2 collapsed outright, with his left eye and right arm falling off in the process.

"Hehehehe," Lensia chuckled sinisterly as she got up. "Now, which Ranger do I kill-" she paused as her enemies began to rise as well, "Oh, you've got to be kidding me."

"Ore wa Hayashi Kento! Paleo Red!" the teen ground out in his native tongue, taking a fighting stance.

As his master's gauntlet caught fire, G2 took a fighting stance alongside him, "Boku wa G2! Combat robo!"

"Who fucking cares?" Lensia growled.

Knowing what was coming, G2 kicked his severed arm at Lensia, distracting her long enough for him to run forward with Kenny following.

Just as Lensia was about to cast her spell, Kenny jumped, using G2's shoulder as a stepstool. "Ranger Shoot!" He launched his supercharged beam of fire, which Lensia blocked. As he fell toward the witch, Kenny threw a Ranger Punch with his other hand, making her barrier explode and blowing them in opposite directions.

Lensia shook her and regained her senses just in time to see G2 standing over her. "Oh, fuck this." Before the gold-colored robot could do anything, she teleported away.

Kenny groaned as he got to his feet.

"Do you think she's gone, Master?" G2 asked, looking around in concern.

"Let's find our friends. They can help us if she's still around," Kenny instructed. With that, he and G2 left the scene.

Lensia sighed as she materialized in the "break room" of the Empire's ship. She walked over to a monitor to check on the overall invasion, "What to do now? Maybe I should-" The witch stopped cold when she saw what was on the screen, "No way."

Duncan hit the ground hard, with Brody landing on top of him.

"Well, that was fun," Calios said, cracking his knuckles.

As the knight began to ascend back onto his throne, Duncan quietly asked, "Time for power-ups?"

"Time for power-ups," Brody nodded. He panted as he and his brother got up and tapped their morphers.

Hearing an explosion, Calios turned around to see the brothers on their feet and in their upgraded forms. "Okay, I guess this is still happening." Seeing Brody disappear in a blur, Calios raised his guard. He was caught off-guard, though, when the Yellow Ranger destroyed the steps behind him, making him fall backwards.

Brody didn't waste a second as he ran up the wall and onto the ceiling. From there, he jumped down and stomped on Calios before rebounding back to the ceiling. With his speed, he repeated the process at least a hundred times before his exhaustion forced him to stop. He put his hands on his knees to catch his breath and turned around to look at the small, smoking crater he'd made in the floor. Unfortunately, he quickly learned that he'd failed to finish things.

With his chest plate cracked, Calios emerged from the crater, hitting Brody with a glowing, silver punch. He then grabbed Brody by the shoulder and hit him in the gut with several more punches before kicking him away. "Now I'm pissed," he growled.

Suddenly, a fist hit him in the side of the head. Turning to face Duncan, he found himself on the defensive as he blocked and parried the Brown Ranger's punches.

Although he was feeling tired himself, Duncan kept up the momentum and began moving forward, forcing Calios to give ground. The ginger teen growled and picked up the pace. In the span of several seconds, his arms began moving so fast that they became brown blurs. Eventually, one of his punches got through, landing right in Calios' face and making him stumble back. The Brown Ranger saw this as a chance, and reared his fist back for one, final punch.

Calios regained his footing and ducked under the punch and lunged forward, grabbing Duncan by the throat. "This isn't fun anymore." He held out his other hand just as Brody sped toward him, causing the Yellow Ranger to run into his palm chest-first. "So I'm gonna need you two to lay down-" Grabbing Brody by the neck, he slammed the two brothers' heads together, "-and fucking die." He shoved them both back and fired hand blasts at them, sending them flying and knocking them back to their base forms.

"Great plan, Brody," Duncan groaned, "I think I only cracked one rib."

"Come on, we roughed him up, didn't we?" Brody replied, pointing at the crack in the side of Calios' helmet. "We can still do this."

Duncan shakily pushed himself to his feet, "Alright." He and his brother stared down the knight, "Then let's do this."

The two Rangers charged forward with Duncan throwing the first punch.

Calios blocked the punch and batted Duncan away before Brody tried to tackle him, the Blue Ranger couldn't bring the knight to the ground. Forcing Brody upright, Calios aimed his palm at Brody's face, only for Duncan to shove his forearm shield in between them and stop the blast.

This gave Brody the chance to hit Calios with an icy roundhouse kick.

While stunned a bit, Calios blasted him back. Seeing Duncan coming, Calios and the White Ranger both threw punches, hitting each other in the face.

Each fighter took a quick second to collect themselves. Duncan and Brody nodded at each other as their feet glowed blue. The two ran forward and jumped up, angling their legs for a kick.

In response, Calios' fists glowed as he thrust his fists forward. His punches met their kicks in a brilliant burst of silver and sky blue. As the seconds passed by, cracks started spreading down Calios' wrists onto his forearms. The knight was incredulous, "This is impossible! You two are just nobodies!"

"So what if we're nobodies!? We never let that stop us before!" Duncan shouted.

"And we're not stopping now!" Brody added.

Amping up their power the brothers called out, "Raaaangeer Kiiick!"

That did it, and Calios was blown away. He flew through several walls and various pieces of tech.

Song end

Lensia had no time to react as a speeding object crashed into her. Once the dust settled, she saw that it was Calios of all people. She attempted to push herself to her feet, but with the injuries she'd taken from her fight with Kenny, this had been the final straw. She had no strength left.

"I guess you were right, Lensia," Calios casually admitted from his spot on the floor, "We should've just gone and killed them all from the beginning." He turned his head in her direction, "Speaking of killing, what happened with the rest of our forces? I was waiting to hear back on that."

"They were wiped out," the witch informed him. As Calios' eyes widened, she continued, "We didn't notice sooner because we were too focused on this one town. We didn-"

"Spit it out already!" Calios demanded.

"There are other Power Rangers."

At first, Calios had no words- "Hehe. Hehehahaha!" -then he devolved into a maniacal laugh, "HEHAHAHAHAHAAAA!"

Before either of them could pick themselves up, explosions began occurring all around the room.

"The fuck is happening?!" Duncan asked, shielding himself from a burst of debris.

"We must've knocked him into something important!" Brody guessed. "Let's get out of here!"

They started running back to the door where they came in, only for the entire wall to start crumbling.

"Fuck! Now what do we do!?" the Blue Ranger panicked.

"We're in a fucking spaceship! There's gotta be an escape pod in here somewhere!" Duncan guessed. Quickly scanning around the room, he spotted something. "Those tube things might help!"

"What if that's just a garbage shoot!?" Brody pointed out.

Duncan ran over and mashed a few buttons, hoping to make things work. "I'll take that chance! Now are you coming or not!?"

After a few seconds, Brody made his choice, "Oh, fuck it."

Cooper punched out the last of the Shadows he'd been facing. Hearing some noise, he turned around to see the Cryo gang doing their "team spin" maneuver. "You and the Zords get the last of 'em?"

The Cryolophosaurs nodded as Dickson chimed in, "Indeed, with all our enemies taken down, we've-"

An explosion in the sky distracted Cooper from his partner's report. Squinting his eyes, he spotted twin streaks descending from space, "Kenny, Jane, everyone, I see somethin' headin' for the outskirts of town. Meet me there."

The team, Zords and Rangers alike assembled at the crash site. "Please let that be Duncan and Brody," Jane begged.

All their worries faded away as they spotted a blue and a white figure stumble out from the smoking crater.

"Ugh, that wasn't fun," Brody groaned, holding his head.

"Agreed," Duncan nodded, nearly falling over.

"LADS!"

The brothers perked up as Cooper ran straight to them and tackled them to the ground in a hug. Chuckling, the two got out of his grip and regrouped with the rest of the team. As Kenny and Duncan fist-bumped, Brody noticed Jane's arm, "Shit, what happened to you?"

"That robot guy," Jane answered simply.

"Um, everyone?" G2 asked. Once he had the Rangers' attention, he pointed behind him, showing that the entire town had assembled to meet them.

After a few awkward seconds, Duncan broke the silence, "Good news, everyone! We killed the last of the bad guys! We don't have to deal with them anymore!"

"You serious?" Jane's dad asked.

"Hell yeah, I'm serious!" Duncan answered.

That was all the rest of the crowd needed to hear as they all started cheering.

The Rangers received the celebration in different ways: Kenny and Cooper happily absorbed the praise, G2 and Jane were a bit shy about this much attention, and Duncan and Brody took it in stride, having gotten this kind of attention from the city before.

The next day, as reconstruction to the city began, the team gathered on the hill Duncan liked getting high on, having been patched up since the battle.

"Man, first we're fighting monsters, and now we're going to college soon," Duncan commented, "Crazy how things change."

Jane gestured to the cast over her arm, "It wasn't all pleasant, but I don't think I would've changed it for anything."

"Same with me," Kenny smiled. His smile dropped a bit, "So what now?"

"We could wait for more monsters to attack?" G2 suggested innocently.

"That's not something you should hope for," Jane scolded playfully.

Cooper shrugged, "It's no big deal. We all had lives before all this, didn't we? Let's go live 'em."

As the group walked off, Brody agreed, saying "I'll drink to that," making everyone laugh.
