Arthur rubbed my back soothingly. "I'm back..." Gaius said as he entered. "Thank god!" Gaius looked worriedly, to him. "What is that look of relief when I came in?" He asked as I continued dry heaving and feeling weak and dizzy. Arthur caressed my back. "She's dry heaving and unable to stop, she looks lightheaded and dizzy..." "Oh no..." Gaius said, examining her. "Damn it. Arthur, Gwen, go get some water!" They left, and Gaius said "Merlin, whisper this spell and mix it up." Once I took the herb, Arthur and Gwen arrived. "It's going to take a little bit, for the remedy to fully kick in. I'm going to be back in 10, I'm going to check on the king." We nodded and I said "Thank you." Arthur sat beside me, and wrapped his arms around me.

I got up weakly, as I groaned. "Morgana, where are you going come back to bed." "I'm going to be right back." I said weakly going to the bathroom. I must've slipped and hit my head groaning. "Morgana?!" I heard.

~Arthur's Prov~

"Morgana! Answer me!" I called, nervously. "Please!" I begged, still nothing. I broke down the door. "My god. Morgana!" I said kneeling beside her. "Honey can you hear me?" She groaned, in response. "Merlin! I need your help!" I shouted. Merlin entered. "Help me, I don't care how... Please..." Merlin placed his hand on my head. "Dear God. She's burning up... Worse than before..." Merlin lifted her up. "Go get Gaius." I nodded, as he laid her on the bed. I kissed her head. "I'll be right back honey. Gwen you are relieved from your duties for the day. Merlin, Don't leave her side." He nodded, as I left. "Gaius." I said, causing him to turn. "It's Morgana, she's terribly weak, and dizzy... She was even lightheaded. She went to the bathroom, and we heard a bang..." I felt sick. "I went to call her, and she didn't answer... I tried again, pleading, still nothing... I broke the door down, and the only thing I could get was a groan. Merlin carried her and is with her... but... I'm worried..." Gaius placed a hand on my shoulder. "I'm so sorry my son. I'll go to her now... But first... Your father... has asked for you... He won't last much longer..." I took a deep breath and said "I'll go see him, but please visit Morgana. Do whatever you can to save her and the child... By whatever means necessary... Even if it's magic..." Gaius nodded, as I went into the room. "Father." I said coldly. "My time is near my boy... Please.. Leave that wench! Marry a princess. Please." I said "Father, I love you, and I respect you, but I will not. She's my wife, and she's carrying my child." "that bastard child will be no more, along with it's mother." My heart stopped. "What did you give her?! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER!?" I demanded. "Yew mixed with Angel's trumpet." He said, shallowly. The servants entered.

"Tell Gaius, she was given Yew mixed with Angel's Trumpet!" I demanded, as my father took his last breath. I left the room angrily. "God... please don't let them die..." I whispered, as I went to the room. "Gaius. Merlin?" I said upon entering. Gaius turned to me. "Hey." I looked to Morgana. "How is she Gaius? And don't sugar coat it." I replied. "We got to her just in time, Thanks to you. We were able to reverse the effects." I said "Thank you. What about the baby?" Gaius said "The baby will be just fine too. But me and Merlin, had to use magic... 3 times total today to save her life, and the child's." I said "Whose the sorcerer or sorcerer's? I must thank them..." Gaius looked to Merlin who came over, and said "You just did, Sire." I looked between them. "You both posses magic?" "Yes. We're sorry to deceive you like we have been... But there's more..." They said together. I looked to them expectantly. "While we examined her, we learned she posses the magic too... Which also means the child may have some magic in his or her blood."

I looked to her, and smiled. "I owe my life to magic... If it wasn't for it... I would've lost them both. I don't care. I will bring magic back to Camelot. Just keep it quiet for now." They nodded. "We've kept it a secret for this long." I said "Thank you both. Anything else I should know about?" "Her concussion., was not bad... But now, it's more server, but it'll heal. Absolutely no over-exerting herself." I nodded. "I understand." "How's the King?" "He's gone... I'll make the announcement tomorrow and... I'll make arrangements for the morning after for the coronations..." They nodded. "We're sorry." I said "Thank you. Go now. Gaius, you have to tend to the body, and Merlin, help him. I'm going to tend to Morgana." They nodded. "I'll bring some food, for you both for dinner, after I finish helping Gaius."

"Thank you both. I appreciate you both." I said sitting beside her. "If she doesn't wake up in half an hour, send for one of us." I nodded, stroking her head lovingly. "I'm here sweetie. I'm here" I whispered, "please wake up my queen... Let me see your beautiful eyes." I sighed, and kept this up for half an hour. "How is she Sire?" I said "Gwen. Get Merlin... Or Gaius! NOW!" She ran off as I caressed her head. "Arthur." I heard Merling say as he came over." What happened sire?" "She hasn't woken up..." I whispered. Merlin placed a hand to her head. "Alright, let me work." I nodded and said "Do whatever you have to." Merlin whispered a few spells, but none worked. "Damn it! Come on..." "What if we were too late...?" I whispered. "No, Sire. We weren't late. The baby's heart beat is strong, so is Morgana's." He insisted, before he continued to try more spells. "ARTHUR!" Her screams happened. "Hey... Shhh... My love... I'm right here." I caressed her head.

~Morgana's Prov~

I curled up in his arms. "Shhh." He pulled me into his arms. "I'm here my love. I'm here." He held me tightly. "Shhh, That's it. Calm down." I calmed down in his chest. I felt him kiss my head as he turned to Merlin. "Thank you." He whispered. Merlin smiled and said "Nothing to thank sire." "I'll be back with some food." He left, as Arthur said "How are you feeling darling?" "Better. My heads a little dizzy..." He chuckled affectionately. "That's too be expected. You've got a bad concussion, now. But you and the baby are just fine." I said "What happened though?"

He took a deep breath and said "My father... He tried to kill you and the baby... He gave you a mixture of Yew, and Angel trumpet. He confessed it to me and I passed it along to Gaius. I broke my fathers absolute law. I let Gaius, and Merlin use magic... They both have it... They told me after the fact. I want to bring magic back. But they're keeping it on the down low for now. But they also said you have it and the baby would too." "You used magic, to save my life and our child?" I asked in awe.

"Yes." He whispered. "Thank you." I whispered, as Merlin and Gaius entered. "Hey, how's our champion?" They said, setting the tray on the bed. "Better. Thank you... Both of you." I replied. Merlin smiled, and said "Eat up. You need your strength." I nodded, but Gaius said "Let me check you over first." He was quick and smiled. "You'll be just fine. Along with the baby." I smiled, as I started eating. "Wait. Gaius... Merlin... Arthur told me everything you discovered... Is... Would it be okay... If I talked to one of you about it when I need it?" Merlin, and Gaius said "Of course! We're always available for you." I smiled, and said "Thank you." They hugged me tight. "Now get some rest. I'll check on you in the morning. Arthur, can I bring someone tomorrow?" Arthur nodded. "Of course." I snuggled into Arthur's arms. "Sleep now Morgana. Sleep. I'll keep you safe." I nodded as I fell asleep.

In the morning I woke up early. "Arthur?" He woke immediately. "Morgana? Are you alright?" He asked, sitting up with me. "I am now..." "Did you have a bad dream?" I started crying. "Morgana? What happened in your dream?" He asked drying my tears.

"We were somewhere nice, warm and cozy... with a baby, a sweet baby girl, I think... We were attacked... by what looked like a dragon... You got me to safety, you and our daughter weren't so lucky..." He frowned. "Honey, I will never let that happen, I will strap our baby to either myself or you." "Thank you. You made me feel better." Just then there was a knock, and Arthur called a come in. The door opened and Gaius entered with a woman. "Good morning majesties." "Morning Gaius. Hi, I don't believe we've met... I'm King Arthur Pendragon, this is my beautiful wife, Morgana." The woman smiled and said "Hi, I'm Alice." She shook our hands, and said "I'm looking to maintain a permanent residence here... With Gais... We... Got married last night..." Arthur said "Do you have any qualities that would put Camelot in danger?" She said "No Sire. I do have magic. Would that be a problem?"

Arthur said "Not at all, I'm currently working on bringing it back to Camelot. But for now please keep it on the down low." She nodded and said "Thank you, your majesty. I know basic medical training, too. I can help Gaius and you guys if he's not available." I smiled, and said "That would be a good option, especially with my pregnancy..." Alice said "I've actually taken care of lots of pregnant women, and I've delivered many babies." Arthur said "That would actually put my mind at ease, especially when you get further along."

Alice smiled and said "Thank you sire. May I examine you?" I said "Yeah of course..." She examined me, carefully. "Well you and the baby are very healthy despite the trauma... I hope you don't mind, Gaius told me of what happened to you over the past couple of days... He wanted me to see you." "That's fine, Thanks." I smiled.

"Hey sweetie, I hate to be a pain, but we're going to have to get ready... We got to make the announcement..." Merlin and Gwen entered and said "We're here to help." I said "Thanks..." Gwen helped me get dressed, while Merlin helped Arthur. "Whoa... Gwen, can... Can you call Arthur over?" "ARTHUR!" Gwen shouted, as Merlin came over. "Gwen, what's wrong?" "Merlin... I need Arthur..." Arthur came over, and said "Hey you okay?" I shook my head. "I'm dizzy... Lightheaded..." Arthur secured an arm around my waist, before he helped me to the bed. "You're going to be fine honey. I promise... I'll have Gaius, and Alice check you over, But I need you out there. 15 minutes at most..." "I'm okay now..." We got up and went to the balcony, Gaius and Alice were on the left, Merlin and Gwen on the right, While Arthur and I were in the middle.

"Attention Citizens of Camelot..." Arthur started. "It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce King Uther Pendragon has met his end last night. I know this is a tough time for all, Especially for me, and my wife, but Tomorrow evening, we will be having a coronation for me and Morgana." The citizens were saddened, but supportive. "We will see you all tomorrow afternoon around 4!" Arthur said as we turned and went back inside. "Arthur... I need to sit..." I moaned. "Gaius, Alice, can you meet us in our room? I need her to get checked out. Urgently." He lifted me up, as Gaius and Alice followed to our room. "So what's going on?" Alice said, as Arthur laid me on the bed. "She was fine this morning... When she was with Gwen, getting ready she was dizzy, and lightheaded... She's been leaning on me the entire time..." Gaius frowned, as he and Alice examined me. "Damn it. How did we miss this?" Alice said, softly. "What's wrong?!" I said, worriedly. "Morgana, you have very low blood pressure, We're going to give you an herb to take daily, for the duration, with frequent visits."

"Is this dangerous for her and the baby?" Arthur asked. "Yes. But with some herbs, she should be able to carry to term, and we will monitor her very closely, and if we sense any trouble, We will take care of it." Arthur looked to me, before saying "Thank you... For now what can we do?" Alice said "We're going to get the herb, but she will need to get some food in her system." I nodded. "I am hungry." Arthur smiled and said "I think we can fix that." I smiled, as Merlin and Gwen entered with food. "Here we go, dears." They sat the food on the bed. "Eat up. We're going to work on your outfits for the coronations, now. Please don't hesitate to call if you need anything." I nodded as we ate.

"We'll be back. Don't get up my lady, unless needed, and even then lean on Arthur or Merlin, or Gwen." "Thank you." Alice and Gaius left to get the herbs. "Arthur?" I asked. "Hmm?" He said, looking to me. "Can you help me to the bath?" Gwen and Merlin were working in our room, as Gwen said "I'll get the bath ready, my lady." She sat the stuff down, and went to get everything. "I'm sorry I'm such a pain..." I whispered. "Never. You are not a pain, my love, You are carrying our presious child, and I promise, I'll do everything I can to help you carry our child to term, I will."

Once Gwen exited I got up slowly, as Arthur wrapped an arm around my waist. "Let's go..." We went to the bathroom, where he helped into the tub. "Thank you." I whispered. "You relax now my love. Everything will be alright. That's a promise. You just rest now. I'll handle everything else." I felt him kiss my head. "Where's Arthur?" I heard the knights say. "I'll be back." He exited and said "I know! I'm coming I need 10 minutes! Merlin, Gwen, When she calls out, Gwen you help her, and get her back to bed. I'm going to let her know too." Arthur re-entered and said "My Love, I must go for a little bit. I'll be back as soon as I can. Shout for Gwen and Merlin. I left a pair of comfy clothes, for you they're on the sink. Lay in our bed. Okay?" I nodded, while he kissed me sweetly. "I'll bring your favorite treats, when I return." He promised before leaving.

~Arthur's Prov~

I worked hard along with the knights, making everything perfect. I was worried, for Morgana. She was so tired, and weak. "Sire, are you alright?" "Yes. I am. I'm sorry. I'm just really worried, about the queen. That's all." We continued working most the morning and afternoon. "Arthur! We have a problem!" Gwen said as she ran over. "What's wrong Gwen?" I said turning to her. "It's Morgana, sire. She's desperately not well..." A "Excuse me for a moment." I pulled Gwen to the side. "What happened?" I said urgently. "I'm sorry to disturb... Truly... But I'm worried about Morgana." "Why has something happened?" I asked.

"I don't know... I'm sorry... She hadn't called out to us for help... I knocked on the doorr to see and she just said to leave me alone... I've been trying with Merlin for all morning and most the afternoon! I'm sorry! She won't let us in... It's been hours..." I frowned. "Alright, Gwen. Don't worry. I'll come and try to get her to open the door. I'll be there in a moment. I promise." She nodded and said "Thank you." I turned to the knights, saying "Are we done for the day?" They nodded and said "Yes, go on." I nodded and thanked them. "Can one of you fetch Alice or Gaius? Tell them it's urgent." They nodded, as I ran to the room. "Hey I'm here. Any luck?" Merlin said "Gwen give us leave for a while." She nodded and said "I'll go get the washing done." She gathered everything and left. Merlin said "Me and Morgana as magic beings, we can hear each other in mind..."

"What have you heard?" I asked. "She started begging for you... About an hour agao, Screaming is better way to describe it. Her thoughts only gotten louder. Saying 'I need you to get Arthur. I know you can hear me. I'm tired and weak... Please get him.' I sent Gwen to you." I nodded and said "I'll go to her now. Relax." I went to the door knocking. "Morgana? Darling? It's me..." "She said 'Arthur please help me...'" "Honey can you use your magic to unlock the door?" I called. "Oh no. Her mind's gone silent. Arthur we have to get her out now." I broke down the door, as I ran over to her. "Morgana... Sweetheart... I'm here." I whispered. "Merlin I need your help... Can you hand me my shirt from the counter? He obeyed as I placed it over Morgana. "The pants too, and go wait out in the room for me." He obeyed. Once I had her dressed I lifted her up cradling her. I carried her to the bed. "She's unconcious." I whispered as I felt Merlin's hand on my shoulder. "Don't worry my lord. I promise, she'll be okay." Just then the knights entered, with Gaius. "What happened?" He asked. "I don't know. She was in the bath, and I went to work with the knights, prepare for tomorrow... I left her with Gwen and Merlin... She was in the tub a lot longer, than I thought, because Gwen came running to me."

I caressed her head, worriedly. "I came back right away. When I broke down the door, she was like this... Merlin handed me the clothes I laid in there for her..." Gaius said "Knights, go fetch Alice, please." I said "Gaius please help her." I watched worriedly as he examined her. "Arthur, I just remembered something." Merlin pulled me aside. "I heard her fall..." "When was this...?" "I can't remember sire. I'm sorry...I thought it was from another room..." He said. I placed a hand on his shoulder. "Don't apologize. Just knowing she might have fallen, is enough." We went over to Gaius, and Alice. "Hey, She might have fallen again..." I informed them. They said "Makes sense, this gash on her head, suggests that." I said "I don't know why she didn't just call out... I told her too..." I whispered. "It's going to be okay, sire. We give you our word." They promised, while they continued working. "This will heal her." I said "Use magic if you have too." Merlin came over and said "I'll do it." He whispered the strongest spell he knew. "We'll know by morning for sure. But it was the strongest one, I know of. Morgana would know the strongest ever if needed, we can use it in the morning. She just has to tell me it." I looked to him, and said "Thank you Merlin. Hows the Baby?" Gaius and Alice said "The baby's weak from the fall... We need to use magic to make a spell to protect the child, and make him or her stronger."

I looked to Morgana, and said "Whatever it takes. Do it." They nodded and did the spell. "It's stronger with Merlin's already working. We'll be back to check on them, in a while okay? Just stay with her." I nodded and said "Trust me I'm not leaving her side anything that needed my help has been handled, or can be handled by the knights now. Thank you both." I smiled sitting on the bed, as Morgana moved a little to curl up into my arms. "I'm here." I whispered, kissing her head.

~Morgana's Prov~

I opened my eyes a little after midnight. "Arthur?" I croaked out. My throat was sore, and I couldn't speak. I wasn't even sure if he heard me, until he moved to look at my face. "Oh thank God, your alright." he whispered. "I was so worried." I looked to him caressing his cheek. "You want a drink?" I nodded, as He got up, and getting some, and bringing it to me, and helping me drink. "There you go honey." He said kissing my head. "What happened?" I asked. "I was honestly hoping you would fill me in on that. You were unconcious when I got to you. Merlin said you might've hit your head..." I looked confused for a moment, before memories flooded back to me. "I was trying to get up... To call for Gwen... But I slipped, and fell head first into the tub, I managed, to get in a position. But I just wanted you... I can't remember after that." "That's alright honey. Do you remember, calling out for me in mind?" I said "I remember think about how much I needed and wanted you... I didn't think anyone heard that..."

"Merlin and you, and probably Gaius and Alice can hear too but I don't know how all that works. He heard you calling for me, for a while, but didn't think anything of it, until right before you started screaming apparently. That's when Gwen came to get me. When I knocked on the door he transleted what you said, until your mind went silent... I broke down the door. Merlin, Gaius and Alice treated you, with magic, and they made our child stronger, and healthy once more and put a proctive barrier, around him or her, to help protect it." I nodded and said "I feel horrible... I failed the baby..." Arthur said ""No. Never. Don't ever think that. Okay? I know you. Your magic helped our baby survive, and kept you alive, until the others could reach us Okay? You did more for our child, than you could ever know. Now you must rest. Okay? You've done plenty the past couple days. Tomorrow is our coronation, and I'll be right there. I promise. Now sleep." I nodded curling back up. "Arthur?" I said, as he said "Hmmm?" "Thank you... For taking great care of me the past few days." He smiled and said "My pleasure. Sleep now. I'll be here when you wake." I fell back asleep in his arms.
