A strong wind blew across the field, swaying the Saiyan's long hair. The warrior slowly walked towards his opponent, who looked taken aback by Raditz's words. However, Ramon's demeanor quickly changed. Dodoria's fighter burst into laughter while clutching to the sides. Despite being ridiculed by the soldier, the Saiyan remained quiet. A fierce and determinate glint shone in his dark eyes as he approached Ramon, who ceased laughing and raised the same hand again.

"Oh, my! A joke worthy of a clown such as yourself... But, if you're serious, I must ask if you recently received a blow to the head. Your failures on the battlefield proved you to be the weakest Saiyan in history! No one cared when your pod got lost, especially Vegeta!"

Hearing such remarks from the green soldier didn't surprise the Saiyan, but it irked him a bit. "Enough talk. You should prepare for your demise, Ramon. It will be a painful one; I guarantee it!" He halted and shifted into a battle stance while his bandaged hand hung on the side.

"Hah! You're still spouting nonsense! There's no mistake; you must've hit your stupid monkey head when you crashed on Vampa! Don't worry, I've the right medicine for you, dea..."

Ramon shut his mouth when he saw the warrior charge at him. The speed of the long-haired Saiyan startled him so much that he panicked and fired an energy blast. While the smoke engulfed the site, Ramon let out a chuckle. His chortle lasted barely a second because Raditz emerged out of the smoke, thus closing the distance. Despite being surprised by the Saiyan again, Ramon reacted quickly and blocked the strike. Sweat rolled down Ramon's face as the impact damaged his quivering, bleeding hands. His pupils stirred towards Raditz, which was a mistake. The vicious glimmer in the Saiyan's eyes frightened the green soldier to the bone.

"What's wrong, Ramooon? Could it be you're scared of a low-class monkey?"

Upon hearing Raditz's taunting words, Ramon snapped. "Deluded fool! There's no way a mere Saiyan can compete with me! I've killed a bunch of you apes during the purge!" The soldier pushed the man away and swung his fist at him.

"During the what!?"

A rock-solid fist crashed into Raditz's left side of the face, forcing him to stumble back. While disoriented, the Saiyan opened himself, and Ramon took the opportunity. A couple of jabs and painful strikes caused Raditz to spill blood and suffer some damage. Before another hit landed, the tail unwrapped from the waist and slapped the enemy across the face. The Saiyan took this chance and jumped behind a nearby tree. Ramon shouted with anger and zipped at Raditz. The long-haired warrior kicked the tree at the incoming opponent and leaped over it while Ramon fired a blast, disintegrating the tree. While in the air, he kicked Dodoria's top fighter in the back of the head, compelling Ramon to bumble forward and cry. Raditz swiftly spun and grabbed the opponent by the large cranium. He pulled Ramon only to land a devastating knee across the spine.

"Aaghhaa!"

Ramon screamed while his eyes bulged out of the sockets. "D-Dirty little..." The soldier fared with the pain and swung his arm, hoping to strike the Saiyan.

However, Raditz felt it coming and ducked. He propelled himself upward and landed a ferocious uppercut. Teeth and blood flew out of Ramon's mouth as the man floated in the air. He was about to catch the enemy by the leg and slam him against the ground, but suddenly, the excruciating pain from the injured hand prevented the warrior from doing so. Raditz dropped to a knee and held onto the wounded hand, not paying attention to the opponent.

Ramon's consciousness came back, and the soldier became livid. "I can't be losing to an injured low-class ape! I am Ramon, a member of Dodoria's Elite Squad!" Consumed by anger and unease, he brought both hands above the head and manifested a yellow energy orb. With a strong shout, the soldier fired the blast at Raditz.

The long-haired Saiyan clenched his teeth and rose from the ground. He didn't have enough time to dodge, so he had no choice but to take the attack head-on. He placed a hand forward and held his ground. The warrior unleashed a tremendous growl and kicked the blast high in the sky. Ramon could only watch in fright as the energy exploded in the planet's orbit.

"I-Imposiblle, that was my strongest attack... How can this be!? I'm getting overpowered by the likes of Raditz! The laughing stock of the universe! I won't have it!"

Fed up with the situation, Ramon fired an uncontrolled barrage of ki blasts. "I'm stronger! A Saiyan can't defeat me!" The countless detonations across the ground engulfed his hysterical voice.

Meanwhile, Raditz flew across the land and avoided the attacks. He continued flying amongst the trees until he floated above the lake. The Saiyan suddenly swirled and dashed upward. He soared higher while avoiding being hit by Ramon's attacks. Suddenly, his eyes glowed for a second, and he vanished.

"What!? Where did he go!?"

Ramon halted and quickly placed a hand over the scouter. "Locate the primate, you piece of junk!" Frightened, the soldier screamed while violently slamming the index finger upon the little button.

"I am right here, you bastard!"

Upon hearing the voice, Ramon turned around only to receive a painful blow to the rib cage. While pieces of the armor fell into the lake, blood dribbled out from a wound pierced by a bone. Ramon's pupils trembled while staring at the Saiyan, who approached again and struck him. While floating backward, he got caught by Raditz, who released a shout as they flew at full speed toward the ground. He didn't even have a chance to plead for mercy because the pain from crashing against the solid ground shattered his body.

Raditz held his injured hand while his opponent lay in the small crater. Despite the awful discomfort, he couldn't stop now. "Before I send you to hell, you'll explain what you meant when you said you killed a bunch of Saiyans during the purge!" He placed a boot on Ramon's spine and added more pressure, causing the soldier to howl.

"P-Please stop! Lord Freeza lied to you all! It wasn't a meteor that destroyed planet Vegeta; it was him! He feared the increasing strength of the Saiyans and the birth of talented warriors such as Vegeta, so he decided to get rid of you a lot! And those who were off-world at the time were hunted down and killed! I..."

Upon hearing this revelation, Raditz wasn't even aware that he had put all of his weight on the suffering Ramon. The soldier cried for help, but the Saiyan wasn't present. While he squashed Ramon to death, Raditz tried to comprehend what he had just heard and process the information correctly.

.

Screams rang all over the city's outskirts as scorching flames devoured anything before them. The poor people rushed to the gates and the walls, pleading for help, but none came. Some were so desperate to save themselves that they began climbing the walls. However, each one of them got shot down by the Royal Guards. Despite the bodies falling, the people continued to wail, bang on the gates, and climb the walls while more explosions detonated over the area.

While the tremors caused the houses to crumble, the old Shamoian held tightly onto his grandsons as they bore witness to the catastrophe. "There's no protection behind those walls... Maybe the safest place right now could be the forest." He gazed at his boys, who couldn't stop shivering and whimpering.

"Yakido! Chabo! We need to leave this place and go to the woods! It might be our only option to escape this hell!"

Yakido, the red-skinned boy, nodded while wiping away the tears. "Y-Yes, Grandpa! Give me your hand, Chabo, and don't let go!" He grabbed his younger brother's hand and followed the older male.

They ran as fast as they could through the flock of frantic people. The explosions became more frequent, causing the ground to break and open due to the constant tremors. Flames rose and created walls that were impossible to pass. Houses crumbled and fell upon people, but they couldn't stop. The grandfather grabbed Yakido by the wrist and pulled both boys to the side, saving them from falling into a dark pit. While they lay on rubble, the red-skinned boy shook his head and looked at the grandfather.

"T-Thank you, Grandpa... G-Grandpa! Are you okay!?"

Blood soaked the older man's robes, but the warm smile never left his bruised face. "O-Of course I am, boy! I'm your indestructible Grandpa, after all! This but a scratch!" The man rose on his shaky feet with the help of the staff while weakly laughing.

"Are you sure? You are..."

Yakido never finished the sentence because of a loud crash in the distance. "Enough! There's no need to worry about me, Yakido! Watch over your brother! L-Let press on!" He clenched his teeth and endured the pain while moving forward.

Once again, they carried on. They sprinted as fast as they could, but their momentum steadily faltered. Yakido and Chabo led the line while their grandfather walked behind them. The red-skinned boy stopped and turned to see their grandfather's shape. Before he could call out the older male, a desperate group of people rushed over the wrecked street and hit Chabo across the head. Because they were holding hands, both boys fell to the ground. Chabo cried as the blood glided down the child's forehead. Yakido immediately approached his younger brother and hugged him while more and more people ran near them.

"W-Watch where you're going! Don't worry, Chabo, it's just a scrape! Soon..."

Suddenly, hands wrapped around Yakido and Chabo, lifting them from the ground. Yakido gazed up, shocked that their grandfather had the strength to carry both of them at such a fast pace. He wanted to say something but remained quiet once he noticed the amount of blood that the robes absorbed. Yakido shut his eyes and clenched his teeth, trying to stay strong. However, they didn't manage to cover lots of ground. Suddenly, a loud, painful howl escaped from Grandfather's mouth as a laser bullet pierced the man's left leg. Yakido and Chabo rolled across the ground until they hit a rock. While the boys were perplexed, their grandfather turned around at the sound of a familiar voice.

"Well, you're in quite a hurry, old man Onagadori... Did you really think I wouldn't come after you because of this apocalyptic event!? I always collect my debt, and you, old man, have lots of it! Because of you, my hideout got exposed, and I lost many men!"

The old man completely ignored the wounds and only had one thing on his mind: To save his grandsons. "D-Do with me whatever you like, Cochin... but please, I beg you, let the boys go! They have no... Ahhh!" Onagadori screamed with terrible despair because the crime boss slammed his talon upon the wound.

"What!? Do they have no responsibility? Is that what you're trying to say!? Surely you jest! It's because of them and you that those freaks found my place and caused all kinds of trouble for me!"

Cochin applied more pressure to the injury, causing the blood to flow out and the grandfather to scream in agony. "I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I will take your precious little brats, have them work all their life for me, and when they think they paid their debt, I'll extinguish their worthless lives!" A sinister laugh escaped the despicable man's mouth as he got up and stepped back.

"And as for you, this wretched place consumed by flames will be your grave!"

Cochin gestured to his two subordinates to pick up the boys while he dealt with the older male. Onagadori arose through sheer will and need to protect his grandsons, surprising Cochin. While their grandfather tried to come up with something, Yakido came to his senses and, driven by instinct, bit the approaching hand. While the henchman was holding onto the bleeding hand, Yakido rushed to his brother's aid and snatched him from the other man.

The boy breathed heavily while adrenaline rushed through him. "I-I won't let you bully my brother and Grandpa! Leave us alone!" His shout lasted a mere second because he got slapped.

"Yakido! Stop this nonsense, Cochin! You can do whatever you want, but I beg you, we need to get away from here! We will die if..."

Grandfather Onagadori's eyes suddenly twitched while he had a strong urge to cough. As he coughed, blood fell on his wrinkled, dirty hands. He looked down and saw a tiny hole in his chest. Darkness began to consume his vision as he fell to his knees. With a last bit of strength, he turned his weary head to the side to see his grandsons. A smile surfaced despite the pain.

"B-Be strong... D-Don't forget the stories I told you about our ancestors, and believe in yourself... I lo..."

The light in grandfather's eyes vanished as he fell to the ground. Tears slid down Yakido's bruised and dirty face as he stared at the unmoving body. His lips quivered while the henchman grabbed him and carried him to the boss. Chabo wailed and called for their grandfather, but unfortunately, it was in vain.

"I think we should get the hell out of here, boss! It's too dangerous to stay!"

Cochin nodded and glanced at the boys with a wicked grin. "Get over it fast, runts, because from now on, I own you!" The merciless Shamoian let out a chuckle as he stepped forward.

A greenish light soared into the sky as the crime boss stepped forward. Once it faded away, a large explosion erupted in the distance. A powerful shockwave blew away Cochin, his subordinates, and the boys. All of them screamed, terrified for their lives until they fell to the ground. The first to open their eyes was Cochin. However, the moment he opened them, a sharp pain coursing through his body caused him to cry. He looked down and located the source of pain. A wooden fragment from the crumbled house pierced through his side, causing severe blood loss and pain.

"D-Dammit! How could this happen to me!?"

Meanwhile, Yakido opened his little eyes because of the faint tremor and loud noise in the sky. As he got up, he placed a hand over his head, and the world began spinning. He leaned against the wall and stayed like that for a few seconds until everything stabilized. His pupils stirred to the right, catching a glimpse of his younger brother lying on the floor. He was about to get to his sibling, but something else caught his attention. A weapon was right before him, ready to be picked up. He crouched with some ache and took the abandoned gun. His eyes remained glued on it until he heard distressed moans. He gazed at the source and saw Cochin. The moment his eyes laid upon the troubled crime boss, dark thoughts and intentions consumed the young boy. Without even having a chance to think for a second, he approached the older male.

Cochin shouted for help, but no one could hear him. His minions were nowhere to be found, and he was stuck. "Curses!" He wanted to shout more but noticed Yakido walking in his direction. An overconfident smirk appeared on his face, but it died the second he saw the gun in the boy's hand.

"B-Boy! Oh, thank Goddess! Come, help me! I'll bleed out if you don't..."

The crime boss halted upon witnessing the glint in Yakido's eyes. Cold sweat rolled down the man's temple while the boy lifted the weapon and pointed at him. "D-Don't do anything you might regret, boy! You don't know what it's like when you take another's life! Be rational and lower the gun... Help me, and I promise to let you and your brother be!" His words seemed to reach Yakido, who slightly lowered the weapon.

Troubled by the emotions and constant picture of his grandfather's body, the tears began to flow down his face. "I-It's all your fault! Grandpa's gone because of you! W-Why shouldn't I have the right to punish you for what you did!?" Yakido's voice carried much weight and sorrow while staring at the puddle formed beneath him.

While Yakido was looking away, Cochin used all his might and pulled himself off the wooden pike. "Y-You damn brat! I'll kill you just like I did, your worthless grandfather!" With the blood splattering all over the floor, Cochin leaped at Yakido, and the two fell to the ground.

Yakido screamed while Cochin was on top of him, trying to take the gun. However, the boy wasn't willing to let it go. He thrashed around, causing the two to roll across the rocky ground. As they continued to move, the gun went off by accident in the skirmish. There was no movement for at least a minute until the red-skinned child pushed the crime boss off him. His face was covered in blood while he stared at the wall of flames with wide-open eyes. There was a constant ringing in his ears. His vision was hazy, but as he looked around, he came to his senses once he saw Chabo.

"B-Brother!"

He rushed to his younger sibling but stumbled over a rock and fell. Yakido shook off the ache and got up. He ran to his brother and dropped beside him, placing a hand under the boy's head. "Chabo! I'm here, Chabo! Wake up, brother..." He stopped talking as he felt a thick liquid on his hand.

As he pulled up the hand, Yakido stared at a bloodstained palm. "It's nothing Chabo! Don't you worry; I'll find some help and make you better!" He picked up his younger brother, and with bloody tears sliding down his cheeks, he walked through the fire-infested area.

.

A couple of minutes back, Gorman, a member of Dodoria's Elite Squad, floated above the city with a diabolical look in his eyes. Without wasting a second, he ignited his ki and threw an energy ball towards the highly populated area. While the bright light illuminated his face, Gorman couldn't hide the satisfaction of hearing the shrieks from the innocent people. He also lifted the other hand and began bombarding the entire area. His sadistic laughter rang across the sky while he flew over the inner city and continued to eliminate anyone in sight. However, his heartless playtime was put on hold when the gentle Saiyan abruptly appeared before him.

"Huh? What are you doing here, monkey? How did you even get past my cousin and those other imbeciles?"

Gorman's words didn't reach the Saiyan. Broly's eyes focused on the chain of explosions set off by Gorman. The agonizing cries and pleas for help turned Broly's worry into anger. His eyes became sharper and fiercer. While tightly closing his hands into fists, he frowned at the teal man before him.

While his wild, messy hair swayed on the wind, Broly opened his mouth and spoke. "The people below us don't deserve to suffer like this! They didn't do anything to you for you to do something like this to them! You're a bad person!" He pointed his index finger at the Gorman, who blinked, stunned by Broly's words.

Gorman shortly after released a chuckle. "A freaking Saiyan telling me what's right and wrong!? Now, that's a surprise! Tell me, are you sure you're a Saiyan?" He tried to provoke the man, but to his surprise, Broly disregarded his words.

Instead of attacking, Broly did the unthinkable. Gorman's eyes widened out of shock as the Saiyan flew towards the ground. Naturally, the soldier went after the wild-haired man. "Hey! Just what are you trying to do!? I thought you'd come here and fight!?" He crossed his muscular arms as he flew next to the man.

"I'm going to help them. I won't hurt you if you don't hurt anyone anymore."

Once Gorman heard that, a wicked smirk surfaced. "Oh? Well, I'd like to see you try, you cocky ape!" He uncrossed his arms and shot a ki blast at Broly, who smacked it back at Gorman.

Dodoria's cousin had to react quickly and dodge his attack. He glared back at Broly, who already landed. "Just who the hell do you think you are!?" Both of his hands began to glow with orange light. A few seconds later, he fired a barrage of ki blasts across the surface.

As the energy attacks approached the ground, Broly suddenly vanished. The Saiyan took it upon himself to deflect every one of them further from the city and the outskirts. His eyes drifted upwards, locking onto Gorman, who couldn't believe his assault failed. However, the evil soldier had another idea. Broly could feel the energy discharge was imminent and immediately dashed toward the inner metropolis. Just on cue, Gorman fired a large ki blast at the city. The gentle Saiyan got in between in time and got ahold of the sphere.

"Good, just where I want you!"

Gorman flew towards Broly, but he fired many blasts in every direction before doing that. While the Saiyan pushed the large blast off the planet, Gorman appeared behind Broly and kicked the man in the back. He seized the green fur and pulled the opponent closer, only to deliver a shot to the abdomen. Gorman laughed as he landed a few hits, and the explosions detonated across the ground. However, it was short-lived. Fingers curled around Gorman's head, squeezing the man's cranium.

"G-Get your hands off me, you dirty Saiyan!"

Gorman tried to punch Broly, but the Saiyan blocked it with his forehead, thus breaking the soldier's hand. Much to the soldier's dismay, there wasn't even a scratch on the Saiyan's face. His attempts didn't affect Broly at all. At this time, cold sweat rolled down Gorman's temple and face as his pupils quivered while the Saiyan's dark eyes shone with a vicious glint.

"M-Mer..."

A devastating knee to the gut forced Gorman to cough and spill a bit of blood. Broly let out a tremendous roar and dashed towards the ground while holding the barely conscious soldier by the back of the head. He slammed the opponent against the solid ground and let the rocks bury the man. While the flames surrounded them, Broly picked up the evil soldier and threw him into the air. He was about to lunge at the limp body when more of them showed up.

In the air, Cranbo held a battered, unconscious Gorman while Angol and Dodoria floated right next to each other. "Dodoria, sir... Your cousin requires urgent medical attention. I don't think he'll survive unless we ship him to the nearest station." Cranbo glanced at the leader, who slowly moved up front.

"S-Sir, the Saiyan's power level spiked higher than any I've ever seen... I think he might be stronger than all of us put together!"

Angol's shaky statement reached Cranbo, who yelled at the man, "Impossible! The scouters must be malfunctioning... A Saiyan could never be that strong!" The second in command looked at Broly and couldn't help but have a bit of doubt.

Meanwhile, Dodoria sneered at his soldiers. "Stop sniveling like a bunch of brats. It doesn't matter because a monkey could never defeat me, the Mighty Dodoria!" He cracked his knuckles as he began to descend to the ground.

"Sir, what about Gorman!?"

The pink soldier didn't even bother to look back. "Do what you want. I've pressing matters to attend to. After all, this Saiyan defeated that idiot Cui. I might have fun fighting a monkey for the first time!" He chortled as he touched the ground and stared at Broly.

"Hm. There doesn't seem to be anything unusual about you, Saiyan... Other than a missing tail. You should feel honored; it's uncommon to have Lord Freeza so invested in someone other than that arrogant little prince."

Broly ignored Dodoria's ramblings. He worried about the kids and their grandfather. There was a twisted feeling in his gut that he didn't like. He wanted to fly over and search for them, but these guys just wouldn't let him. His patience with these evil people was growing thin by the minute. Dark thoughts began to consume his mind, which terrified him. He shook his head and told himself to deal with them quickly so he could go and help the ones in need.

In the sky, Cranbo observed his leader and the Saiyan. Doubt began to creep into his mind more as he stared at the scarred warrior. "Tsk! Let's get down there, Angol! I don't want to believe it, but the Saiyan might be different from the rest of his kind!" He began to descend, and Angol followed.

"And Gorman? Since Dodoria doesn't care about him, should we drop him on the ground and let him die?"

Cranbo sighed as he landed and gazed at his wounded companion. "As much as I hate his guts, Gorman's a valuable soldier of the Freeza Force. However, this is a battle we can't afford to abandon!" He lowered the unconscious soldier to the ground and shifted his focus onto Broly.

On the battlefield, Dodoria placed a hand over his neck and pushed his head to the side, causing a cracking noise. "You're a silent type, huh? That's quite something, considering your kind likes to brag and spout nonsense. Since you don't wanna talk, how about I make you scream!?" His expression darkened as he bent his knees and lunged at the Saiyan.

Dodoria's fist met with Broly's arm, producing a loud bang and a shockwave that blew away the nearby fire. A chuckle escaped from Dodoria's purple lips as he stared at the frowning Saiyan. The evil soldier pulled his punch away, only to spin and swing his massive, spiky arm. Naturally, Broly stepped back and avoided the strike, annoying the opponent. Freeza's officer shouted as he launched his massive fists at the Saiyan. His jabs and strikes were fast, but Broly blocked each one. Getting tired of his failure to hurt the wild-haired male, the soldier grabbed the Saiyan's arms.

"Now you're mine!"

Broly stared at Dodoria, primarily confused as to why the man would grab him and then open his mouth. It didn't take long for the Saiyan to sense a sudden rise in Dodoria's ki. Broly lifted his knee and struck the soldier in the jaw, thus shutting Dodoria's mouth and making the blast explode within. While his opponent cried out of pain, holding the mouth and walking backward, Broly approached Dodoria and punched the soldier in the abdomen.

"Paahh!"

The Elite soldier dropped to his knees, holding onto his gut while he spat out the blood. While gasping for air, he gazed at the Saiyan with quivering pupils and scowled. Dodoria clenched the few remaining teeth and jumped at the wild-haired opponent. While he was back on the assault, his men watched the fight from the side.

While Angol trembled like a leaf on the wind, Cranbo's right eye twitched. "In just two hits, Dodoria's power level dropped considerably! I-I think we're way over our heads here... Cranbo, maybe we should retreat?" Angol stepped back, clearly overwhelmed by the Saiyan's might.

Upon hearing such a thing from his companion, Cranbo hesitated momentarily. He shook his head and closed both fists tight. "Never! We're elite Freeza Force soldiers and Dodoria's Elite Squad members! We can't allow a lousy monkey from some backwater planet to defeat us!" Consumed by frustration and anger, he dashed forward and leaped over Dodoria.

Surprisingly, Cranbo's punch connected with Broly's face. The man's smirk grew, but it quickly faded once he saw that the Saiyan was fine. Cranbo dropped to the ground and took a step back. A look of terror and fear all over his face. However, the man snapped out of it as he screamed. He put both hands forward and fired a barrage of ki blasts. The smoke enveloped the area while the quakes damaged the ground even more.

Meanwhile, Dodoria gathered his wits and jumped in the air. He raised his hands and charged an orange energy sphere. "Just go down already! Maximum Buster!" He brought his hands forward and unleashed a massive attack as he shouted.

While Dodoria's blast moved fast towards the target, a green flickering light shined within the smoke. Suddenly, a greenish blast flew from the smoke, colliding with Dodoria's attack. The small orb consumed the opponent's sphere and continued its trajectory toward the sky. A green glow engulfed the atmosphere once it detonated high in the sky. Cranbo, perplexed by what he had just witnessed, ceased firing and stood frozen while a deluded Dodoria rushed at Broly.

"I won't ever admit defeat! Not to a Saiyan! Never!"

Dodoria poured out all he had in the last-ditch effort, but it wasn't enough. Broly caught the soldier's hands and headbutted him. While the pink man cried, the Saiyan spun and slammed him against the ground. As he released the hold, Dodoria bounced in the air, and Broly kicked the evil soldier, sending him flying like a ball. Dodoria collided with Angol, who didn't have time or reflexes to evade. In the collision, Angol's helmet broke, causing the man to suffocate.

The only one standing was Cranbo. His quivering orbs shifted from his fallen leader and companion to Broly. "J-Just what the hell are you!? You can't be a regular Saiyan! There can't be a Saiyan this strong! It can't be!" His desperate voice rang across the destroyed city while Broly remained silent.

Suddenly, the scouter came to life, warning Cranbo of an approaching power level. He immediately turned around, seeing the long-haired Saiyan land before him. "R-Raditz? How? Ramon should've disposed of you!? What is going on!?" Furious and frustrated by today's events, Cranbo yelled as he swung his muscular arm.

The low-class Saiyan ignored the man's ramblings and inspected what occurred in his absence. "I see these guys were no match to you after all... Broly, leave the rest to me. You go and search for them. I've some stuff to discuss with this scum!" Raditz sounded angry while his tail constantly shifted around the waist.

The expression on the gentle Saiyan immediately changed. A smile appeared on his face as he nodded. He immediately turned around and ran away, leaving Raditz to deal with Cranbo.

A wind blew across the ravaged land, swaying the men's hair. The first to break the silence was Cranbo. "You! How could a coward, a disgrace to his race, defeat Ramon!? Somehow, you must've tricked that fool! After all, you were always a tricky little bastard!" His angry voice rang across the field as he stepped forward.

Raditz glared at the approaching soldier with pure hate and anger in his black pupils. He shifted to the side and slowly raised a hand. "I've had enough of all of you... I'll make you and the entire organization regret what you did to my planet and me!" While the energy sparked around his arm, his talking turned into shouting.

"Hmph. I see Ramon said too much, as per usual... But even if you know the truth, there's nothing the likes of you can do! A low-class insect and a mute won't bring down the illustrious Freeza Force!"

Cranbo shifted gears and started to run. He leaped into the air and gathered the energy in his hands. "I'll make this world your eternal rest! Hyaahh!" He unleashed the attack with all he had.

Violet energy swirled around Saiyan's arm as he lifted it and aimed his palm at the incoming attack. The energy gathered before his palm and grew in size. The soil beneath him crumbled under the heavy pressure from the expelled ki. Raditz fired the blast with an irate shout, creating powerful shockwaves.

"W-What!? The power level is..."

Cranbo watched in horror as Raditz's attack pushed his blast. "No, no! I can't be losing to a wretched mo..." In a desperate attempt, he fired a barrage of ki attacks, but it didn't help. The soldier quickly flew out of the way and avoided getting consumed by the blast.

However, the scouter couldn't detect Raditz's movement because the Saiyan was too fast. He appeared behind Cranbo and bashed his fist into the horned soldier's back. The Saiyan screamed and released a ki shot while the enemy gasped for air. The attack engulfed Dodoria's second in command, who got carried to the ground upon which the blast exploded.

Sweat rolled down the Saiyan's exposed torso as he breathed strenuously. The warrior winced out of pain as he lowered to the ground. He held gently onto his injured hand while trying to endure the ache. His dark pupils drifted to the side, where he could sense a faint energy. Despite the hurt, he lifted himself and approached the fallen soldier. His eyes locked onto Dodoria, who lay underneath Angol's corpse.

"H-Help... H-Help me, and I'll join you... Y-You'll need someone as strong as me... I-I'll tell you the truth about..."

Raditz placed a boot over Dodoria's chest to prevent the soldier from talking. "Shut up! I know everything! I know Freeza destroyed planet Vegeta after ordering everyone to return to the planet! I know he also ordered you bastards to hunt down any Saiyan that could've been off-planet during Vegeta's destruction!" He lifted his leg and kicked the man in the rib cage.

While Dodoria hollered, Raditz shouted again, "I want to know why he let the three of us alive!" Exhausted, the Saiyan dropped atop the soldier and tried to endure the pain.

"He did it because of V-Vegeta... V-Vegeta's talents and potential intriqued Freeza... H-He left you and that bald idiot alive... so Vegeta can have someone to boss over... Y-You were nothing more than a tool... for Vegeta to..."

Raditz's dark orbs quivered while he bit his lower lip so hard it began to bleed. The Saiyan got up and aimed his palm at Dodoria, who tried to beg for mercy. Naturally, Raditz didn't consider it even for a second. He blasted a hole in the man's chest and turned away. Memories of serving the Emperor surfaced as he walked across the devastated area. His expression twisted each time the tyrant's face appeared before him. An image of his world crumbling between Freeza's hands sent him into a blind rage.

The fury he felt at the moment numbed the pain and exhaustion. "FREEZA!" A gust of wind erupted from the Saiyan as he shut his eyes and screamed.

The pain in his throat forced him to stop shouting. Raditz opened his eyes and glared viciously at the ground. His body trembled out of wrath and pain that returned. However, the man took hold of himself once he remembered why he was on this planet. He coped with the pain and flew across the demolished city, trying to put the thoughts about Freeza and his destroyed world aside.

"Tch! Those bastards really went overboard... I hope the ship didn't sustain any damage during the battle!"

Raditz continued to fly until he finally located the gentle Saiyan. He landed just behind Broly, who helped the people stuck under the pile of rubble. "Too much death and dipping energies. It's hard to find them like that." Spoke the long-haired warrior as he approached Broly.

The wild-haired Saiyan nodded while he helped an old couple get out of a crumbled house. "Yes. But they should be somewhere nearby..." Broly looked desperately around, but suddenly, he halted.

Raditz gazed in the same direction as Broly, but his eyes widened at the sight of Yakido. The boy walked in tattered robes, burnt talons, and a bloodstained face, carrying his younger brother on the back. Broly approached the child, whose eyes seemed devoid of life. The gentle Saiyan looked baffled because Yakido ignored him. Before he could open his mouth and speak to the boy, the young Shamoian let his voice be heard.

"W-We're almost home, Chabo! You'll get better once Grandpa takes care of you! H-He'll make us his famous soup and lots of delicious meals!"

While Broly blinked in confusion, Raditz finally got to him. The Saiyan immediately realized what was going on. He gently touched Broly's shoulder and said, "The boy's brother and grandfather are gone, Broly. They must've got hit in the attack." His eyes met with Broly's, who instantly looked back at the child.

The gentle Saiyan clenched his teeth and closed both fists tightly while the child continued to walk past them and talk to his younger brother. Broly surprised Raditz when he suddenly walked over to the boy and hugged him. The long-haired warrior stood silently while the child's cry rang over the devastated area.
