It's cold and dark and thick, but the air is too thin to breathe at the same time. You don't get hungry or thirsty, but you do get tired. But you can't sleep. It's too quiet to sleep. When reality comes crashing down sometimes purpose is what keeps you alive

For anyone interested, I am in the process of cross posted this story to AO3. I'm not making any major changes, but I am attempting to clean it up a bit as I post it. Grammar, formatting, etc. I may add little details here and there as the thought strikes me just to make things more clear but as a whole, the story will remain the same.
