(Okay, we're back! Miyo's turn! Haha! Also, since I forgot to explain Layla's thing, it's more like she's a childhood work friend of Vincent, it's why she's a lot close with him. She's just a very aggressively-passive person. Like, a standoffish loner. She'll be brought up soon. I've got a lot I wanna make.)

(Also, Klonoa, I LOVE that idea. Believe me, I've always found that trope a little adorable with the fanart I've seen of Rocket and Groot, or the dynamic between Po and Mr. Ping. I feel like u'd like the MHA fic I made, it kinda ends up within that archetype of "little parent, big child". But I'll see if I can figure it out! With all that outta the way! Enjoy!)

Miyo has been working on the interior design for a yukata she'd been working on. It was a gift she wanted to make for her husband's birthday. Yasuo wanted to pick out the colors. "Momma, you picked the blue and green, right?" The young Oshawott asked his momma.

"I did, sweetie. I'm glad you remember Dada's favorite colors." Miyo said, working on the stitching. "Can you make me a toy, Momma?" Yasuo asked.

"Maybe on YOUR birthday, Yasuo." Miyo said, realizing Yasuo's birthday would be coming soon, too.

"Okay…" Yasuo whined, "Trust me, I'll make a toy after I finish working on your Dada's birthday present. You go clean up your room. Your cousins will be over, soon." Miyo explained.

"Momma, I don't want to." Yasuo said, "I know you don't, puppy. But Auntie Eve and her brother are coming over, so we need to prepare. Put your toys away for now, too." Miyo advised. Yasuo nodded his head and cleaned up some of the stuff for his dada.

(Meanwhile)

Ahonui had finished settling the foundation for the stadium. "Ok, now we just need to sent the wires through." Gabe said, leading a team of electricians to start hooking them up.

"John, we all good beneath the floor?" He asked over his radio. "All good, Mr. Destello. My team will get to work setting up. You send the wires down." His colleague said over the radio.

"Okay, good. I'll have Parkin work on that right now." Gabe explained to John.

"I'll start assisting with the supports." Ahonui said, going off to the scaffolding to help fix the support beams.

"Ohh, I can't wait to get this ready soon! Once this all gets set up, I can only imagine Yasuo asking me to take him to see the battles and games here." Ahonui said, only thinking of how fun it'll be to take his son here. It combined Yasuo's love for battling and his love of building.

"Miyo wouldn't really want to be here, though." Ahonui realized, but maybe he could see if he could ask for a few seats at the skybox. He remembered a few of the announcers to be were huge fans of him back in the Octagon. Maybe he could curry their favor, that way it could be a family thing.

"My wife would KILL me if I negotiated like that." Ahonui said. "Besides, I'm not supposed to plan things without her." He realized that he's still only thinking of himself here. He knew he and Miyo should decide it together. It might be more romantic for the both of them.

"It's my own birthday, and all I can think about is Miyo & Yasuo…" Ahonui smiled as he continued to work.

(Back with Miyo)

Miyo had heard a knock at the door, "That must be Eve & Vin." Miyo said to herself. "Momma, I wanna open it! Please?! Please?" Yasuo begged, "No, honey. It could be a stranger." Miyo said, "Okay!" Yasuo said, still walking up to the door. "No, I'm still opening the door." Yasuo just grumbled in annoyance.

"I never get to open the door." He whined, as Miyo rolled her eyes and opened the door.

"Miyo!" Evelyn had smiled and held her arms out for a hug. "Good to see you, Eve." Miyo hugged her, "Hey, sweethearts!" Miyo said to her niece and nephews. Kazuki babbled on and giggled, "Hi, Aunt Miyo." Mai said.

"Hi, Auntie Miyo! Is Uncle home yet?" Sunny asked, "He's not, yet. But Yasuo's in the living room. Go say hi to him." The two child Pokemon had wandered off to go play with their cousin.

"Hiro…" Miyo hugged her brother-in-law. "Hey, Mimi. How're the clothes coming?" Hiroshi asked.

"It's taking a while, but I think I can finish it before Ahonui comes home." Miyo explained. "Aww, Felix! Hello!" Miyo said, hugging the Lucario & Pichu. Felix giggled while Vincent gave a small smile. "Allow me to help if you need it." He said, "Thanks, Vin. By the way, who's this?" Miyo asked.

"My name's Carmen. I'm Vincent's girlfriend." The Meowscarada introduced herself.

"Oh my gosh…" Miyo was shocked to hear this, "Okay, we'll talk more. Make yourselves at home. I'm almost finished with the stitch work and can move on to the design." Miyo said, letting her family in before time wastes.

(Later)

Ahonui was walking through the city on his break. He wanted to go get some coffee to help give him a boost of energy, so he had 20 minutes to look around stores and drink. He walked around and then came across some dresses that were on display at a clothing shop. One dress in yellow looked so familiar to him. "Oh…that's…very similar to the one Miyo wore when I met her." Ahonui thought to himself. He remembered Miyo wore a dress similar to the one he was looking at. It was something she had made once.

(flashback)

Ahonui had decided to go home after signing a few autographs and making an appearance with Kekoa. He was really getting ready for a fight on Wednesday.

He bumped into someone, "O-Oh. I'm so sorry." Ahonui asked, noticing that the woman had dropped something. There she stood. A Gardevoir, in a beautiful yellow dress. Ahonui had blushed a little bit, finding her beautiful underneath the moonlight. "I-I'm sorry." She said to the Midnight Lycanroc. "U-Uh…no worries. It was MY fault, anyways." Ahonui was nervous, he didn't want to come off as creepy or rude. "I…I like your dress." Ahonui complimented her. The Gardevoir blushed, "…Thank you. I-I made it myself." She explained, and he was shocked. Her dress was so well made, like something you'd buy out of a store. Ahonui picked up a sewing kit she was carrying and handed it back to her.

"I think that's amazing…" Ahonui said, smiling happily. "I-I'm Ahonui." He introduced himself. The Gardevoir had nervously smiled. "My name is Miyo."

(End of Flashback)

Ahonui had smiled. It was that point on that him and Miyo had begun dating, getting into small arguments, until they had eventually gotten married and adopted Yasuo. It was Miyo's ability to make something so beautiful that Ahonui had fallen in love with her that night. Even changed his career for her and his puppy.

(Back with Miyo)

"So, what's going to be on the design, Mimi?" Hiroshi asked. "I think adding ice mountains would be a good design." Miyo said, "Yeah, Momma asked me to pick the colors to use for the mountains." Yasuo said.

Miyo had chuckled, "Haha. Glad I could count on you, sweetheart." Yasuo just smiled brightly at his Momma's happiness. "Still, why don't you just go buy a yu…uh…yu…" Yasuo tried to remember the word.

"Yukata?" Miyo asked. "Uh-huh. The malls and stuff sell everything, Momma." Yasuo said, relying on what he knew about the world. "Well, not everything, puppy. Besides, I'm working on this because I WANT to. Once I get the spark going, I want to make something." Miyo explained. "A spark? Like the thing Felix does sometimes?" Yasuo asked.

"No, a different kind of spark, sweetheart. Like…you know how you always wanna build the jungle or robots out of your blocks?" Miyo asked, "Ohhh…so you like building stuff like Dada." Yasuo said, thinking he gets it.

Miyo had pricked her finger with one of the sewing needles, "Oh!" Yasuo immediately ran up to his Momma. "Momma! Are you okay?" The young Oshawott asked, looking like he'd begin to start crying.

Miyo looked at her son, being reminded of a time. "She's fine, pup." Hiroshi said to his nephew. Those lines seemed to click back with her.

(Another Flashback)

"He's fine, Miyo." Hiroshi told her, since Ahonui was dealing with some pretty bad damage from his fight. "I know, but you saw how he took that last hit. That Chandelure wasn't letting up." Miyo said, rubbing some peroxide on some of the wounds. "Ah!" Ahonui grunted and took the stings of the peroxide. "You need to wash your fur when you get home, too." Miyo said.

"Miyo, I'm all right. You don't need to worry." Ahonui told her, urging her to stop being so upset. "Babe, you're bleeding and you took too many hits during that match." Miyo called him "babe", something the Lycanroc wasn't expecting.

"Wha…Miyo, did you really…?" Ahonui believed this was the first time he heard her call him that. They've been dating for weeks, but. "Stop focusing on that. Look, I like you, 'Hon, but you have more important problems right now." Miyo had felt her lips be touched by Ahonui's. He had kissed, and part of her had felt her ease into the moment, like she had consented, but then her sense got knocked back into her. "Babe! Injuries, and…your…brother's still here." Miyo told her boyfriend.

Ahonui realized he made a mistake, "I-I'm sorry, Miyo." Ahonui apologized.

"I'll be sure to leave you guys to letting your hormones do the talking." Hiroshi had said.

Ahonui looked to his side. "Sh-Shut it, Hiro." He said, now embarrassed. "Yeah, be quiet. Nasty." Miyo said, wrapping a bandage around his arm. The two of them had blushed, this moment was embarrassing. But it was this moment they knew they were in love.

(Miyo, head in the game, girl)

"I'm okay, sweetie." Miyo told her little puppy. Yasuo and went in to hug her, "Please be careful, Momma." Yasuo said. "Shh, it's okay. Why don't you go play?" Miyo asked. "O-Okay." Yasuo said, walking off.

Hiroshi had sat next to her as she began putting the finishing touches on the yukata. "Want me to go get you a bandaid, Miyo?" Hiroshi asked. "That'd be great, Hiro. Thanks." Miyo said.

(Later)

Ahonui had pulled into the driveway and gotten out of his car. He was exhausted a little, but he hoped for a good day at home with his family. He wondered if his wife had a surprise party planned. Only one way he could find out. Ahonui had opened the door to find the lights out.

"Surprise! Happy Birthday!" His family had all come out and wished him a happy birthday. "Oh, you guys!" Ahonui said, putting his things down to the side.

"Happy Birthday, Dada!" Yasuo ran up to his father and hugged him.

Ahonui lowered himself to pick up his little pup. "Thanks, Yasuo. This is so sweet." Ahonui kissed his forehead.

"Happy Birthday, honey." Miyo said, smiling kindly.

Ahonui wrapped his free hand around his wife and kissed her on the lips. "Thank you, dear." Ahonui said.

"You're also welcome for us being here." Hiroshi said, Ahonui smirked and rolled his eyes. Evelyn had hit her husband's arm. "Thanks for being here, Hiro." Ahonui said, before he saw Vincent and someone else he didn't recognize. "V, you have a girlfriend?" Ahonui asked.

"Don't ask me like it's the oddest thing you can think of." Vincent retorted, while Felix just giggled in his Papa's arms. Carmen just giggled being a little coy.

(Later)

"Open this one, Uncle Ahonui!" Sunny had suggested, holding up the box from Evelyn & Hiroshi.

Ahonui chuckled. "Thank you, Sunny." Ahonui said, looking at the present. He wondered what his jerk of a brother had bought for him this year.

He opened the box carefully and in it was a big set of an architecture building blocks set. "Oh, it's a replica of Mesagoza! Thanks, bro." Ahonui said, knowing he'd have fun.

"You're welcome, just hope you'll have time to build it." Hiroshi said, before he saw Ahonui get blasted with pink paint. He had put a prank bomb in the present, after he pulled out the box of blocks.

"I hate you." Ahonui said, giving a deadpanned look while Hiroshi burst out laughing.

"Hiroshi Ito!" Evelyn punched her husband in the arm. "S-Sorry, honey!" Hiroshi said, "Happy Birthday, bro!" He then told him.

Ahonui had grabbed a towel to clean himself off. Yasuo giggled, "When I get the chance, we can build the set later." Ahonui said, which made his son's eyes light up. "Yeah! Come on, Dada! You gotta open Momma's present for you!" Yasuo ran trying to pull his dada's arm. "Okay okay, slow down, son." Ahonui said, happily.

Miyo had sat down next to her husband and Ahonui had sat Yasuo down next to him.

Miyo was a little unsure of whether or not her husband would like the yukata.

"H-Here, honey." Miyo said, giving a more sheepish smile. "Thank you, Miyo." Ahonui smiled, putting the box in his lap. He could feel it was very light. When he unwrapped it, he opened the box to find a black yukata, with blue and green diamond-shaped stars trailing down the yukata.

"It-It's beautiful." Ahonui said, stuttering. He recognized the sewing work as Miyo's. "Ahonui, if you don't—"

Ahonui had smiled and hugged his wife. "I love it, honey. Thank you." Miyo had embraced her husband and they had kissed once again. "Eww!" Yasuo said, giggling at how gross the kissing was. "Don't forget Yasuo, he picked the colors of the stars for you." Miyo said.

"Oh did he?" Ahonui asked, playfully. "Dada…" Yasuo knew what would be coming.

Ahonui picked him back up and kept him in a tight squeeze.

"Dada! Dada, sto-hahaha-op!" The young Oshawott asked his father, trying not to laugh

"I will squeeze you with love and thankfulness!" Ahonui laughed, happily. Miyo just laughed at how much fun the two of them were having.

(Later)

After the party, Ahonui had Yasuo sleeping in his arms. He rested next to his wife on the couch. "Today was the most fun I've had, honey." Ahonui said, smiling. "I'm glad you liked it." Miyo said, "Now I gotta make sure I go big for YOUR birthday." Ahonui said.

"Wait, why?" Miyo asked. "I need to show you I love you just as much as you love me. Miyo…you…inspired me to make rather than break." Ahonui explained.

"Hon…" Miyo didn't know what to say, "I love you, Miyo." Ahonui said, resting his head next to his wife. Miyo had kissed her husband's cheek. "I love you too, Ahonui." She said.

Ahonui then thought of an idea. "Yasuo will need one when he's old enough. Would you…wanna work on it together?" He asked, while he wasn't good with sewing or clothing design, he still wanted to show Miyo he loves her and her creativity.

"I'd love it. Just let ME handle the stitch work." She said. Ahonui just chuckled a little, "Of course, dear."

(Okay, we're finished! Whoo, I wanted to go all out with Miyo's chapter. I didn't do Ahonui enough justice when he got a focus, so I'm rectifying that with equal attention with Miyo. I hope you guys like it! Anyways, stay strong and awesome!)

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
