Hello, everyone! It's Jack!
You might have noticed the three updates to chapters you have already read. Yeah, that was me trying to fix a mistake I made in a previous chapter, and no matter how many changes I make to the document, it's still there.
So, I'll keep this brief: the three-month delay has been life tossing me around, obviously, but nothing will stop me from continuing this series. This website, however, is certainly trying. So, if these issues persist, I'm going to have to move this work and ATTWO to AO3, since these two are my main focus. I'm also still uploading on Royal Road, which has accepted my new document. So, you can read the "pure" version of this story over there.
I'm still going to post here, but unless frequent issues get fixed, then I'll have to go elsewhere. It's also the constant bots that follow and favorite me, then PM me to tell me how beautifully my story could be translated into a comic for money.
Actually, since I got you all here, I have to ask for a favor: any new followers and favorites, can you leave a review when you choose to keep up with this thing? I'm sorry, but it gets aggravating to have a follower pop up, only to see a Private Message that gushes over my [INSERT THING HERE] with promises to make a comic if I commission them to do it. It'd be nice to know that not only bots have eyes on my fic. It doesn't have to paragraphs long, it's okay if you don't want to write that much; you could just state a moment that stood out to you or a question or anything nice, just as long as I know you're a person behind a screen.
But, you know, there's a difference between constructive criticism and pure hatred. I just realized I had to clarify before someone took advantage of this request.
Also, I've found my passion for this story again, so the next chapter shouldn't take too long to finish —maybe in a week or two. Thank you all for being patient, and I'll see you in the next chapter!
