A/N: This was story I've been sitting on for a while... right now I'm kind of stressed and starting a new story always helps me. Yeah the internet hasn't been working so I've been using my phone like a wireless hotspot. It wouldn't be so bad if my land lord would just say something about it... so yeah... that's been stressing me out... Anyways enjoy the first chapter.

Chapter 1: This is a Weird Curse
Many years ago a baby was born. A baby that lit up like the sun. And that was just beginning. Many people have gotten power now known quirks all throughout the years.
By this point it was more common for people to have quirks than not.
And with super powers meant people becoming super heroes and super villains .
One such person who wanted to be a hero was Izuku Midoriya. However the problem was that he was Quirkless .
However he had caught the eye of the World Great Hero All Might who had the a Quirk that let him pass it on the new generation to the next.
All Might was also secretly frail due to an injury he had gotten years before. Most of the time he was in a very skinny form. But he could buff to his "Hero Form" if need be .
For the past few months Izuku had been training at the beach. Moving junk off the beach to make it nice for years to come.
However it was now the summer and there was mix in the training. He added swimming to the training along with moving the junk.
And that what was Izuku was working on at the moment.
Swimming laps in the ocean while All Might in his muscular form watched on.
However All Might was someone many villains wanted to take down.
Even if they used under handed tactics.
And a villain had gotten word that All Might was at this beach…
That was when All Might a very tall muscled man (well in this form) with golden bunny like locks of hair called out.
"Young Midoriya! It's time to take a break." Called out All Might.
Izuku who was a fairly short boy with green hair, big green eyes and freckles swam to the shore and dried off.
Before anything could be said between them.
"ALL MIGHT!" yelled a voice.
They turned to see a man wearing something that looked Chinese.
"You have been hard to find." Said the man with an evil smile.
"And you are?" asked All Might stepping in front of Izuku.
"I'm known /Jusenkyo Jin!" yelled the villain, "And I've gotten all sorts of targets with my quirk! I will make it easy for everyone to go after you from now on!"
"What is your quirk?" asked All Might.
"I'll show you!" said Jusenkyo Jin.
She shot out high pressured water.
All Might dodged and pulled Izuku out of the way.
"High Powered Water?" asked All Might.
"Yeah that's a dime a dozen! However it's not the water itself… this water is interesting…" said Jusenkyo Jin.
"What makes the water interesting?" asked All Might.
"You'll just have to find out." Said Jusenkyo Jin, "And to make it fun I won't know either…"
He shot out again and again.
Izuku stayed on the ground while All Might dodged.
However something that both All Might and Izuku knew… All Might had a bushy morning and he was at his limit.
"He can't keep dodging…" thought Izuku starting to sweat.
He watched at the muscle man kept dodging getting a bit slower with each other.
"What does the water do?" thought Izuku, "The water must do something. What if just hitting him hurt him…"
That was when All Might flinched.
He truly was at his limit…
"All Might!" yelled Izuku.
"Now's my chance!" yelled Jusenkyo Jin.,
He shot water at All Might and Izuku took the hit without even thinking about it.
"Young Midoriya!" yelled All Might looking at the body that just fell.
"A human spring! I'll remember that one because that's useless…" thought Jusenkyo Jin.
All Might gritted his teeth glaring at Jusenkyo Jin because for the second time Izuku's selflessness gave him a second chance.
But he wasn't sure if he could dodge.
"I don't know what will happen…" thought All Might Gritting his teeth.
"You know what I'm going to take away the randomness and give you something I know for a fact will take you out…" said Jusenkyo Jin.
That was when Izuku got up… he heard what the villain just said and for first the time in his life he felt a flaming hot anger.
HE got up ran over and yelled out "Don't you dare hurt All Might you jerk!".
Izuku then punched the villain as hard as possible. Neither Izuku or All Might knew that punch was powerful…
Like so powerful the villain was sent flying away.
Izuku blinked at this.
"Wait… did I just do that?" asked Izuku blinking in shock.
However that was when he noticed he felt off combined with the fact that his voice was a higher pitch.
"My voice…" said Izuku.
Then he looked down and screamed.
As when he looked down he noticed he now had breasts.
All Might looked at the person in front of him, the one who had stopped the villain.
It was a girl about the same age as Izuku.
She had short dark blue hair and brown eyes. Although she wasn't packed with muscle, he could notice that it was hidden muscles.
However the fact that this girl was wearing the same swim trunks as Izuku and the fact she was now covering her breasts as tears started to pour down her cheeks.
"Young Midoriya?" asked All Might.
"All Might? Why am I a girl?" cried the now female Izuku.
All Might looked at his soon to be successor,
"Don't worry we're figure this out!" he said.
He reverted to his sickly form and ran over to his cell phone, he called the number.
"IS everything all right?" sked an old woman on the other end of the phone.
"No… there was a villain attack during Young Midoriya's training. He took the hit for me, but the quirk turned him into a girl." Explained All Might.
"Why is it always you…" sighed the voice on the other end.
All Might sighed.
"I'll check him out and see if it's reversable." Said Recovery Girl, "But bring the child here…"
"I will don't worry." Said All Might.
He hung up the phone.
He looked at the boy turned girls who was crying while covering her now breast.
"Young Midoriya… I'm sorry you had to go through this." Said All Might.
"You don't have to apologize All Might! I…" said Izuku.
"You still took the hit for me! And form the sounds of it there are worse possible outcomes…" said All Might.
Izuku nodded.
"I'm going to take you to someone to get checked out and see if there's a way to reverse the quirk… but first… you should be put on a shirt." Said All Izuku blushed even further covering her new breasts.
Thankfully All Might took the time to put on clothes while he put on his shirt.
"Where are we going?" asked Izuku.
"UA." Answered All Might.
"Really?" asked Izuku shocked.
UA was the top hero school in Japan. In the school he was training for.
"Recovery Girl might be able to figure out what the kid did." Said All Might.
"Really Recovery Girl! The youthful heroine!" said Izuku.
All Might chuckled at the reaction… even with a different body Izuku was still a diehard hero fan.
They took All Might truck and headed for the school.
On the way something really hit Izuku…
"I punched that guy far away!" she suddenly yelled.
All Might's eyes widened in realization.
"You did punch him far away!" yelled All Might in shock.
"Do you think it's because of the quirk?" asked Izuku.
"It must be…" sighed All Might.
Izuku's mind was reeling, not only was he turned into a girl but was super strong.
This was so strange…
"I'm sorry for this Young Midoriya…" said all Might apologizing.
"Um… why are you apologizing for me become super strong?" asked Izuku with a sweat drop.
All Might didn't answer… and just sweat dropped in response.
They got to UA and robot showed up with passes for the two of them to let them through the gate. And soon Izuku was seen by Recovery Girl who was not only a pro-hero with a healing quirk but a nurse as well.
She examined the newly made girl, taking vitals and such.
But found nothing wrong physically and no idea what to do as there was no way to determine what happened.
"Honestly I don't know what's going on. He seems healthy." Said Recovery Girl, "Did he say his name or Quirk."
"We didn't hear anything about the Quirk but he called himself Jusenkyo Jin." Said Izuku.
"Oh that explains it! You've been cursed!" said a voice.
Everyone turned to the doorway and saw an animal of indeterminable decent.
"Am I dog, mouse or a bear? But what really matters is that I'm the Principial!" said the animal who was Principal Nezu, the principal of UA.
"What do you mean he's been cursed?" asked All Might.
"Jusenkyo Jin is a villain gaining infamy." Said Principal Nezu, "He can summon water from a particular location… you see his quirk didn't cause the transformation but the water itself. In fact the water predates quirks itself."
"But how did cause me transform?" asked Izuku.
"Like I said you were cursed." Said Principal Nezu.
"You're joking right." Said All Might.
"No I'm not. Magic exists, but most people are too closed minded to notice it." Said Nezu.
"Are you serious?" asked All Might and Izuku.
"I am not kidding! The water is magic and curses all those who are hit by its water." Said Nezu.
"Is there a way to lift the curse?" asked Izuku.
"There is a way to turn back." Said Nezu.
"What is it?" asked Izuku.
"Hot water. Pour hot water on yourself." Said Nezu, "It doesn't need to be boiling but warm water will do."
Izuku and thankfully there was a tea kettle in the room. Recovery Girl poured warm water on him and turned back to being the green haired boy.
"So I'm back to normal…" sighed Izuku.
"Not quite." Said principal Nezu, "Unless the curse is lifted from now on you will transform into that girl."
"What!" yelled Izuku.
Nezu splashed Izuku this time with cold water.
"What!" yelled both Izuku and All Might.
"You see unless you lift the curse from now you will transform into a girl when hit with cold water and hot water will temporarily change you back." Said Nezu.
Izuku or rather Izuku-Chan sat there blinking.
"Seriously!" she cried.
Nezu nodded .
"You see the water comes from a place in China known as Jusenkyo. There are hundreds of springs each with a different curse. When someone or something drowns in one of their springs whenever someone or something falls they are cursed to turn into that thing." Explained Nezu.
"Is there a way to remove the curse?" asked All Might.
"There is a permanent cure… however it's too dangerous." Said Nezu.
"How is it dangerous?" asked All Might.
"In order to get cursed you must go Jusenkyo and fall into the proper spring itself…" said Nezu.
"That should easy! I can take Young Midoriya to the springs to fix this." Said All Might.
"Unfortunately it's not as easy as it sounds… As Quirks became more prevalent, parents started to become disappointed that their children didn't have quirks. So these parents started to bring their Quirkless children to Jusenkyo to curse them of purpose." Said Nezu, "The local people there have come to agreement to stop them… If an outsider goes anywhere near the spring from now… they will die."
Both Izuku-Chan and All Might paled dramatically.
"So I'm stuck like this for the rest of my life…" said Izuku-Chan
"It could be worse…" said Nezu, "If anything you have gotten off easy."
"I'm a girl…" cried Izuku-Chan.
"You're still a human that can talk." Explained Nezu.
Izuku-Chan blinked.
"Jusenkyo Jin has been quite the trouble maker the past few years. He has had dozens of victims… some of them were experiments like you… others were targeted with a particular spring. Most springs are that of animals. Animals not like myself. Normal animals. Everyone cursed have the mental capability to speak. But the mouths and vocal cords wont' let them. One of the teacher's here was one of his previous victims…."
"Which teacher?" asked All Might.
"You'll find out eventually…" said Principal Nezu, "But his forms tuns him into a small animal… he's unable to talk in that form only able to answer questions nonverbally."
"That's horrible." Said Izuku-Chan.
"He's already figured out how to use on certain missions, also he can still use his quirk. Oh and I've found out he enjoys just lazing about in his cursed form…" said Principal Nezu.
This fact made Izuku and All Might sweat drop.
"Not only that but this form might help you in the future. Because you weren't hit by Spring of Drowned Girl." Said Principal Nezu, "This spring is one of the human springs that turns you into a particular human…"
"What do you mean?" asked Izuku-Chan.
"You see there is a Spring called Spring of Drowned Girl that would turn you into a girl but a girl version of you." Explained Nezu.
"But this looks nothing like me." Said Izuku.
"That's because that spring turned you into a clone into the girl who fell into the spring originally." Said principal Nezu, "Before Jusenkyo become dangerous to approach that spring one of the most popular for people to use…"
"Why?" asked All Might.
"You see the person who drowned in the spring was a formable young woman at the age she drowned… it was a non-lethal drowning I should point out. But she was known for her power strength, especially for punching men away in her rage." Said principal Nezu.
"That's what I did!" said Izuku-Chan in shock.
"You punched him away in anger?" asked Recovery Girl.
Izuku-Chan blushed and covered her face.
"Past victims of this curse has been known to get her occasionally rage, and "tsundere-ness"… but other than that the curse isn't as bad as others." Said Principal Nezu.
Izuku sighed at principal Nezu, he did feel a bit uncomfortable in this body but at the same time… she felt stronger than a boy.
"If you're in a pinch when you have One for All this body would be able to handle it much better than your true form." Said Nezu.
"Wait! You know!" yelled Izuku confused.
"We both know…" said principal Nezu.
Izuku-Chan realized he was also referring to Recovery Girl.
"I see…" sighed Izuku-Chan glad he didn't have to hide it while there.
"By the way do you want to change back?" asked Recovery Girl.
"Yes please…" sighed Izuku-Chan.
Izuku knew that he had got to get used to this as there was no way to get a permeant cure…
"Well maybe one day we might be able to cure you. But considering he can turn ordinary people into animals with just a splash of water he hasn't been about to be caught." Said principal Nezu.
"Not to mention there is no guarantee that he would even agree to cure victims who are able to be cured…" said Recovery Girl.
Izuku sighed.
"How am I going to tell my mom what happened?" asked Izuku.
"Perhaps you can tell her the entire truth." Said Principal Nezu.
"You mean?" asked All Might.
"What were you going to tell his mother who knows all about his Quirkless diagnosis." Said Recovery Girl.
Both of them were silent.
"You didn't think about what to tell her…" said a rather amused Principial Nezu.
"I'm half tempted to tell Gran Torino about this…" sighed Recovery Girl.
"Please don't…" said All Might shaking.
"She does diverse to know the truth… and she would already be in danger." Sighed Principal Nezu, "Have her know won't change very much… it might even be a good idea."
All Might sighed knowing he was right about that.
"Come on Young Midoriya…" said All Might .
"Wait before you leave there is a possible aspect to the quirk you should know about…" said Principal Nezu.
"What is it?" asked Izuku.
"That you might attract water." Said principal Nezu.
"What?" asked Izuku.
"It's unknown if it's part of the curse but… there's a believe that it naturally attracts water to trigger the curse…" said Principal Nezu.
"Are you serious?" asked Izuku with a sweat drop.
"It's just a rumor… but from what I've seen from the teacher, it's very much possible." Said principal Nezu.
Izuku stared at Nezu unsure how to respond to that.
Nezu thankfully gave him a packet about Jusenkyo as well as his curse. Apparently the curse was one of the newer ones and information about the curse wasn't that hard to find.
Turned out the girl who drowned made a blog post in the early 21st century for people who were unfortunately cursed to turn into her what to expect from the curse and prepare for it.
So that was when going to help him with the curse.
As they were walking back to the car Izuku sighed, Nezu had given him a few thermoses of hot water in case of emergency.
"You really don't think that whole thing about attracting water is real?" asked Izuku.
That was when suddenly a bucket of water from who knows where hit Izuku.
"Okay…" sighed Izuku-Chan, "I take that back."
Thanks to the thermoses he was able to turn back to being a boy.
And thankfully didn't get splashed with cold before then.
They got to the apparent.
"Do you think you can hold your form for long?" asked Izuku.
All Might buffed up before Izuku could enter the apartment.
"I can hold this long enough so that we can explain things you your mother…" said All Might.
Izuku nodded.
He opened the door.
"Mom! I'm home! And I bought a guest." Said Izuku.
"Really who did you bring?" asked Inko who was a short pump woman with her son's big green eyes and green hair.
That was when she saw All Might.
"All Might!" she gasped.
"I am here to discuss things about your son!" said All Might.
"Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" gushed Inko.
All Might chuckled at her reaction.
Once she calmed down.
"Ever since the Sludge Villain incident I have been training your son! When I saw him save that other boy I saw a spark in him that I haven't seen in a long time!" said All Might.
"Really! You're the one who gave the him the diet plan and exercise plan?" asked Inko.
"I am! Ad I have been helping him training ad Dagoba beach." Said All Might.
"With All Might's help I have been cleaning it." Said Izuku.
"Oh wow…" said Inko.
That was when something struck her.
"Did… did something happen during training?" asked Inko.
"A villain tried to attack me today with their quirk… however Young Midoriya took the hit." Said All Might.
"Izuku… are you okay…" said Inko.
"I'm fine… mostly… I'm just literally cursed to turn into a girl now…" sighed Izuku.
"What?" asked Inko.
"It's true… fortunately…" sighed All Might.
The two of them explained that there were indeed magical spring water in china and the villain's quirk let him summon it.
Izuku even triggered both sides of the transformation.
"Izuku…" cried Inko.
"It could be worse… on the way home I read about how someone who knew about the curses seen people turn into various animals that couldn't talk…" said Izuku.
"Oh my…" said Inko.
She looked at her son revealed that it was that bad compared to that.
"Is that all you wanted to tell me?" asked Inko.
"Well…" said All Might.
He began to steam, which was sign he was about to turn back.
He then coughed up blood and Inko cried seeing before he deflate .
"What just happened!" cried Inko.
"There's a lot more I need to tell you." Sighed All Might.
He explained about his injury and about his quirk and how it could be passed on Izuku.
"Don't worry! I will protect and when the time guide Young Midoriya with my life…" said All Might bowing at her.
"Of course…" said Inko unsure really how to respond.
There was an awkward silence as no one knew what else to say .
"Um… do you want to stay for dinner?" asked Inko.
"Oh I wouldn't want to intrude… I also have a strict diet." Said All Might.
"It will be fine." Insisted Inko.
"I'm going to use the bathroom." Said Izuku.
Thankfully he learned that part of the curse was that he had to be drenched to hang and just touching a little water was fine…
So washing his hands was find.
However as he was watching his hand suddenly the faucet erupted and he was absolutely drenched.
"IS everything fine?" asked All Might.
"The sink exploded…" sighed Izuku-Chan.
"What?" asked All Might.
Izuku-Chan just sighed… completely unaware just how insane her life was going to become…
Next Time: Summer Vacation ends and he has to explain to his class about the whole curse thing... will his class react? And especially his bully? Find out next time!
A/N: I plan for more characters to be cursed in the future... don't worry... plus like I said a teacher is cursed plus I plan for a member of Class 1-B to be cursed! That's not all, I'm planning for characters to also be decadents of Ranma characters... but I plan to introduce this fact somewhat slowly... Izuku just turns into Akane, he's no one's decedent, just getting that out of the way...
