Chapter:- 2 Removing Immidiate Threat
It's been six months Naruto has travel back to the past and has joined the Konoha Shinobi Force and adopted Naruko. In this six months he had trained in all of his affinities as well as genjutsu and Dojutsu with the help of Shisui and Itachi. Naruto not only improved himself but also encourage and push both Itachi and Shisui to improve as well which both of them are greatful for. In this time the three of them became best friends to the point they are practically became brothers in all but blood.
Within the 2nd months of his training Third hokage has told him that he should join a team temporarily so he can participate in chunin exam that is held in Suna to which he had accepted as he has finally the chance to become a chunin which in the previous timeline he didn't get the chance to as the Chunin exam in Konoha was pretty much canceled because of Suna and Oto invasion and the 2nd time he had entered he accidentally used the sage mode which was prohibited in the exam leading to his disqualification. So he jumped the first chance he got so he can finally be promoted to Chunin.
Though Naruto was excited to become Chunin but he is also afraid how the team he is going to join for the exam will react to him. So with anticipation he goes to meet the team on their training ground which is Training ground 3. As he reach the training ground he was surprised to see his other teammate who both are girls are sparring to each other while their sensei was watching both of them spar. Though he didn't surprise that the girls having spar but he rather surprised because he identify who one of the girl is and who is the sensei because the girl is none other than Hana Inuzuka Kiba's older sister and their sensei is Genma who was the proctor of the final stage chunin exam in his timeline. Though he didn't recognize the other girl but he can see that the girl is an Uchiha and by the similarities she had with Itachi and Sasuke She is their sister as he had met with Sasuke one time when he came by to their training ground and he is in the same age as Naruko while this girl is clearly older than him. Naruto clearly remember his temporary team reaction to his presence and it was hilarious to say the least.
Flashback :-
Naruto came to the Training ground 3 and see that his supposed temporary jonin sensei is standing there while his supposed teammate are sparring with each other. Seeing his supposed team mate Naruto thought " What the isn't that Kiba's sister and the senbon chewing jonin what was his name? hmm oh right Genma but who is the other one?" as Naruto carefully observe the black haired girl and thought " Is Itachi and Sasuke has a sister in this timeline? 'sigh' Whatever let's go them I am dam sure that old geezer purposefully put me with them" With that thought in mind Naruto started to go towards Genma who didn't notice him. Well not that he can blame him or both the girls who are oblivious to his presence as well because he was already very good at stealth but in this two month training with Itachi and Shisui he became master to it to the point he didn't make any sound when he was walking and due to his pranking nature he supressed his chakra from them so he can see their reaction when they realise that there is another person with them.
With that thought in mind Naruto go towards Genma and stand beside him and to his surprise the senbon chewing jonin didn't even realise it. After waiting for ten minutes to see that if they realise he is with them but seeing none of them realise Naruto decide to make his presence known and said " They both are amazing don't you think sensei?" to which Genma who was busy to watching both girl spar answered " Yeah they are and I am proud of them" but soon realised that someone is with him and turn his head towards his right in a speed one would think he broke his neck and see Naruto there standing beside him. Sensing Genma is looking towards him Naruto look towards Genma and did a 2 finger salute and said " Yo" and the reaction to his greeting was hilarious because Genma screamed and jumped backwards gaining the girls attention who were equally surprised to see Naruto and they thought " How come I didn't sense him?" and they stop their spar and go towards their sensei who has recoverd from the shock Naruto had given to him and said " Holy shit kid how did you sneak up on me?" to which Naruto just shrugged and said " I am good at stealth sensei" to which Genma nod his head and said " That's good but don't do it again you almost gave me a heart attack" to which Naruto rubbed his head sheepishly and said " Sorry sensei" to which Genma nodded and turn towards the girls to order them to stop the spar but see that they already had stopped the spar and is coming towards him.
Soon the girls reach where Genma is standing and the Uchiha girl asked " You alright sensei?" to which Genma said " I am alright Kiyomi just surprised by our guests sudden arrival" to which now named Kiyomi nodded her head. After that Genma said " Well as you can see we have our new teammate so why don't we get to know each other" to which all of them nodded and sit down and started to introduce each other. Soon Naruto's turn came so Naruto started " Hello everyone I am Naruto Uzumaki. I love to train with my friends and spend time with them and my sister Naruko and eating Ramen with my sister. I hate traitor, Child abuser, rapist, those who didn't care about comrades and three minute that is need to make Ramen. My hobby is studying fuinjutsu and trying to make different type of seals. My dream is to take my clan to the level they once were and be a good clan head. I hope we can get along and pass the chunin exam together.
As Naruto finishes his introduction both the girl look towards Naruto with cold eyes and Hana said " How can you leave your sister alone? Where were you till now when she needed you?" then Kiyomi continue " You said you were Naruko's brother but I didn't see you with my god mother Kushina" to which Naruto flinch and look down and said with sadness " You are correct Kiyomi I am not biological son of lady Kushina but adopted son. I am really ashamed of myself for leaving but I don't had any choice. Jiraya sensei was found me in a small village in the broder of fire country where I used to live with my parents but they died protecting me from the bandit raid. After that Jiraya sensei bring me to Konoha and take me to Yondaime sama and told him how he find me and he suspect I am an Uzumaki so they asked me about my parents which I told them as I remember My father said that he is an Uzumaki who was managed to survive the Uzumaki clan massacare with my paternal grand parents and My mother was a member of Yuki clan of Kirigakure who escaped the civil war. Hearing that I am a part Uzumaki Yondaime sama take me to Kushina sama and explain everything to her. Though she was sad that one of her clan member died before she can know him but happy that I was survived she hug me and asked me " If I was okay with her adopting me as her son as I am basically an Uzumaki with all my feature which I accepted after some hesitation but I didn't get her motherly love for long as after 2 day they adopt me Kushina sama gone in labour as Naruko was about to be born but as you all know Kyubi attacked that night so after battling Kiyubi Yondaime sama split the Kyubi in two part and seal Yin half in me and send me with Jiraya sensei so he can teach me how to control it's chakra which I protested but he reassure me that Kushina sama would be there to take care of Naruko so with reluctance I left with Jiraya Sensei and I just returned 2 monthes age when I learn I again lost my mother and my sister is orphan like me so I go to sandaime and explain everything and give evidence as well. After that I fill up adoption form and adopted Naruko and try to give her the childhood she deserved."
As Naruto finished his story Genma look at him with pity while both girls had tears in their eyes as they didn't know that their new teammate go through this much and they both put a hand on his shoulder to which Naruto flinched but look up. As Naruto look up they saw that Naruto is trying his best not to cry. So Hana said " I am sorry Naruto it was unsenseble for me to treat you like that before knowing the truth but I hope you understand Naruko is like a little sister to us and while we can't do much we try our best to look after her but when you declare you are her brother I was just angry and thought that you had abandoned her" to which Kiyomi also nod her head and said " Sorry for doubting you Naruto" to which Naruto said " It's alright I understand you were just looking after Naruko and thank you for looking after her" to which they smiled soon Naruto felt a hand on his head so he look up and see Genma is smiling at him and he said " Naruto you are a fighter just like your sister I hope we can became a strong team" to which Naruto smiled and said " Thank you Sensei but I can't compare myself to Naruko because her will is more stronger than mine" to which all of them chuckled and both of the girl is quite estatic as they can now directly communicate with Naruko unlike before where they were prohibited from contacting her. With that being said they started to train together to perfect their team work.
After training in teamwork exercise for a while Genma decided to see what level Naruto is in by letting him spar with Kiyomi to their surprise Naruto is clearly at Jonin level because of that Kiyomi is struggling quite a bit because she is at mid Chunin level same as Hana so deciding to push Naruto to limit and see if he had Hyoton or Ice release which he would have gained from his mother Genma told Hana to join in spar as well which push Naruto quite a bit as he is limiting himself to low jonin level but seeing that he is getting cornered Naruto decided to use Yoton / Lava release much to the shock of everyone they expected Hyoton not Yoton but both girl manage to dodge it and prepare to attack him again but stopped when Genma said " Ok that's enough you guys" to which all of them complied and stop the spar.
Soon Genma is come infront of them and said " Well done guys you all did great" to which all of them smiled. Genma then turned towards Naruto and asked " Naruto how did you manage to use Lava release if it's Ice release I can understand because you said your mother was an Yuki but how Lava release?" to which Naruto sighed and said " I gained it from my father" to which Genma asked " So your father was a half Uzumaki?" to which Naruto said " Well you can say that though I don't tell him as Half Uzumaki" to which Hana asked " Umm Why if your father has Lava release but also an Uzumaki then shouldn't he be a half Uzumaki?" to which Naruto sighed and said " In normal case it would have been but in this case it's not" to which Kiyomi asked " What do you mean?" to which Naruto said " Well according to what my biological father had told me my great grandmother was raped when she was on a mission and gave birth to my grandmother who had inherited Lava release from that bustard who had raped my great grandmother while my grandfather was a pure blodded Uzumaki who later married my grandmother and had my father who had inherited lava release from my grandmother so in a way my father is three forth Uzumaki and I gained both Lava and Ica release from my parents but Sandaime sama ordered me if I am going to use my bloodline in Chunin exam then I should only use Lava release as he didn't want Kiri to start problem with Konoha" but he sweating in fear of his lie being caught because this is the final story He and Hiruzen came up with Strom release being the genetic mutant with Naruto awaken it himself from the lightning release he had gained from his father through his grandfather gene who had Water and Lightning release.
Hearing Naruto's story Genma said " Damm that means you have 4 chakra nature Fire, Water, Wind and Earth" to which Naruto shake his head and said " No I have all five chakra nature and 3 sub elements Lava, Ice and Strom" to which all of them wide eyed and Kiyomi asked " Ok how did you get Strom release?" to which Naruto just shrugged and said " I awaken it myself though my father did said my grandfather had Water and Lightning nature so might be genetic mutation because I know that neither of my parents had Strom release and if their stories is correct then neither of my grandparents had it as well."
Hearing this Genma rubbed his temple and said " Kid if you manage to master all of your bloodline then you would be unstoppable" to which Hana and Kiyomi nod their head but Hana said " That and you are one lucky bastard to have 1 bloodline sub elemental at that is rare and you have three and if I am not wrong you would be the first person to wield sub elemental bloodline since 1st Hokage isn't that right sensei?" to which Genma nod his head in agreement and said " Ok then that's all for today we will continue tomorrow dismissed" with that they left the training ground but before they left Naruto said " Guys please don't tell anyone about my bloodline sandaime decided to keep it a screat until he introduced me to the council I just told you guys because you are my teammate and with this I am putting a lot of trust in you." to which all of them nodded and left for their home.
Present Time :-
After that Naruto is stayed with the team for another month before Chunin exam where he had completed mission with them and trained with them. After the moth was over they participate in Chunin exam in Suna where they had passed with flying colour with all of them being promoted. Though Naruto was directly promoted to Jonin and the girls to Chunin.
After the Chunin exam was over Naruto was called to the Council where Sandaime introduced him as Uzumaki Clan Heir and where he had also demolished Danzo and chew out the Civilian Council with the help of Itachi, Shisui, Sandaime and Jiraya whom Sandaime had contacted and explained everything and bring into their circle. He still remember the shock on the war hawk faces when He gave all the evidence which he managed to gather with the help of Itachi and Shisui from root base.
Flash Back :-
It's been 3 month Chunin exam ended and Naruto is busy with mission and training Naruko. In this time Naruto has visited the academy and threatened the chunin's if they did not stop their discrimination he will kill them which they thought Naruto was joking but stopped when he killed Mizuki to prove the point which scared them but the headmaster was quite daring so he thought that if he complained about him to the sandaime then he would be punished but that backfired severely. Naruto was called to Hokage office next day as he entered the Hokage office he saw the academy headmaster smarking at him but he pay him no mind and asked " What do you need of me Jiji?" to which Hiruzen said " Naruto kun I heared that you had kill an academy teacher is this correct?" to which Naruto nod his head in positive. Seeing this the Headmaster said " You see Hokage sama this brat has unnecessarily killed a chunin he deserved to be in jail for killing a fellow leaf shinobi and threatened others." To which Sandaime said " Do you have anything to say in your defence Naruto Kun" to which Naruto said " Jiji as you have given me mission to see if we had any spy in our village and if we have then you have gave me freedom to kill the spy" to which Hiruzen nodded and Naruto continued " So with my investigation I found out that Chunin Mizuki was spy for S rank rougue nin Orochimaru of the Sanin and he is targeting Naruko Uzumaki to use as pawn so he can manipulate her to steal Forbidden scroll of sealing and after killing her he took the scroll and fled the village so I did what any of the shinobi would have done in my place"
Hearing Naruto's explaination The headmaster paled as he see that it was backfired totally but before he can say anything Naruto said " And beside that When I visited academy to know how my sister is doing they started to threatened me a Jonin and break your law about and openly called her demon so as her brother as well as Clan Head I have full right to kill them all but I didn't only threatened them and any way they have to pay compensation for transgression against a Clan Heir don't you think Jiji" to which Hiruzen said " Of course Naruto Kun you are right so what do you think will be compensation will be?" to which Naruto said " I want all of the prejudiced teacher to be removed and in their place assign teacher that are not narrow minded and give extra class to Naruko so she can catch up to rest of her peers" to which Hiruzen nodded and said "I will see what can I do about it" to which Naruto nodded his head and left the office.
Soon after this incident Naruto was called to the Hokage office again where he met Jiraya and seeing him he can't control himself and promptly hug the man and starts crying but the man understood and hug him back and soon Naruto stop crying and separate from the hug. Jiraya then said " Well Sensei you are right he is looking like Minato but with red hair" to which Hiruzen chuckled and said " I have told you so I think it will be best to have him signed Toad contract don't you think?" to which Jiraya nodded and proceed to summon his summoning scroll but Naruto stoped him and said " Umm Ero sanin if you don't mind I would sign the contract same time as Naruko" which surprises both of them and they nodded their head but Jiraya said " Damnit don't call me with that nickname gaki" to which Naruto said " Then stop perving" to which Jiraya was about to scream but Hiruzen said " Jiraya we have to discuss other thing so stop it" which shut up the toad sanin.
Naruto then turned towards Hiruzen and asked " So what do you want to talk about jiji?" to which Hiruzen said " Naruto kun today Fugaku has visited me and asked about you I am guessing soon maybe tomorrow will be a Council meeting so I hope you have everything ready" to which Naruto nodded his head and said " Don't worry jiji I am ready and I hope with the revealing the crime of Danzo and other elders we also can stop the Uchiha rebellion before it goes any further" to which Hiruzen nod his head.
Next day as expected Council meeting was called and Naruto was called in the meeting as well. As both Shinobi Council and Civillian Council has gathered in Council chember waiting for Hokage to come in but they didn't have to wait for long as the door of the Council chamber opened and Hiruzen walk in the Chember and took his seat and asked " Hello everyone so what is this meeting about?" to which Danzo said " Hiruzen I heared there is another Uzumaki within our village and one that has more pure blood in him and also it came to my notice he had threaten academy teachers and killed one" to which Hiruzen look at Danzo with Neutral expression and said " Yes it's true and the chunin he killed was a spy for Orochimaru so he just killed a traitor and threatened other who even in lower rank than him try to threaten him and broke my law for Kyubi Jinchuriki" which Surprise them all.
After that Inoichi decided to ask " Umm Hokage sama What is his name and how did you find him?" to which Hiruzen said " 4 month ago he came back from Training trip which he was left 6 years ago and Minato send him in this training trip with Jiraya" and place a scroll which they created with Time dilation barrier and make it old in front of him which Homura and Koharu snatched and go through the content and with a stutter said " It said Naruto Uzumaki is going to be on a training trip with Jiraya of the Sanin to find a way to control Kyubi Chakra for new jinchuriki." To which Shikaku narrowed his eyes but said nothing.
After that a knock was heard and Hiruzen said " Enter" to which the door of the council room opened and Naruto entered the room with Jiraya , Shisui and Itachi. Seeing him they were surprised because he look just like Minato but had Red Hair.
As Naruto entered the room Fugaku and Hiashi activated their dojutsu and look at Naruto who payed them no mind and directly look into Hiruzen's eye. After few Minute of observing Fugaku said " this is his real look not henge" while Hiashi asked " Which tail beast you hold?" to which Jiraya said " My student here hold Yin half of Kyubi chakra" to which Naruto nodded and with that Homura and Koharu as well as the Civilian council started to grumbled about another demon brat in their village but stopped when they hit with potent Killing Intent as the look up fearfully they see Naruto is releasing Killing Intent and Glaring at them.
All of them shivered When they hear Naruto's cold voice said " Shut up you mongrel because of this attitude Tail beast gained hatered for Humans I have work hard to befriend him and remove that hatered so don't give him reason to do so and be grateful my sister has strong mental fortitude because the torture you filthy people had subjected her I am surprised she didn't lose it and wipe this village of the map". Hearing this they paled as white as ghost.
Danzo then asked " You said you have remove Kiyubi's hatered so does that mean you can control it" as he was thinking ways to exploit it to which Naruto look at him coldly and said " Yes but don't insuate him like a dumb beast hell bent on killing because he has feeling just like us and Danzo don't think I don't know what you are thinking" to which Danzo show his surprise for a moment and glare back at Naruto well as threating as a half glare can be and asked " Oh then please do tell what I am thinking?" to which Naruto smiled coldly and said "With pleasure you are thinking ways to exploid the fact I am a Jinchuriki so you made me a emotionless weapon and used me to dethrone the Hokage so you can be Hokage isn't that right? After all you want the Power of all 3 royal Clan that's why you basterd sell out Uzushio's defence to enemy Nation so my adoptive mother Kushina have her full loyalty to Konoha. You basterd with the help of other two lacky of yours deliberately send Senju's to Suicide mission so they die and you use that opportunity to make Tsunade sama into breeding stock that has failed and now with the Kyubi issue you deliberately force Uchiha to move outer section of village and spread rumours about them so people would avoid them which will lead them to rebel and you would use Itachi or Shisui or both to massacare the clan and collect the Sharingan's then you would send your lacky's to kill them so you can take their Sharingan isn't it?" to which Danzo look at Naruto with wide eyes as one thought going through his mind " How did he know?"
As this was going on all of the Shinobi council mainly Fugaku is glareing at Danzo. But before Danzo could say anything Naruto continue " Not to mention you use one of you lackey to kill Kiana Uzumaki who was in Ame and later with Hanzo you and your root has attacked Akatsuki an organization who want peace for Amegakure so you kill them and gained Uzumaki Nagato's Rinnegan the most rare Uzumaki Bloodline and great job now Akatsuki were a criminal organization that is going after biju with infront Nagato was their leader but in shadow it was the same person who attacked Konoha with a genjutsu controlled Kurama."
As Naruto is accusing Danzo Tsume stopped him and asked " Wait Naruto san how did you know of all this?" to which Naruto said " I have infiltrated Danzo's base where I found many evidence as well as the inherit memory I gained after awakening the true Rinnegan" to which all of them look at him surprised but Fugaku said " Wait if Rinnegan is Uzumaki clan bloodline then how come we didn't see it when Uzumaki's are alive?" to which Naruto sighed and said " My clan didn't want to be targeted because of Rinnegan so they hid it but that didn't mean everyone had it because Fugaku san like your clan not everyone can awakens Rinnegan and I awaken what they called Pure Rinnegan so I have gained the memory of previous users" to which Fugaku nodded.
After that Danzo asked Naruto coldly " You have accused me so where is the proof?" to which Naruto nod his head towards Jiraya, Itachi and Shisui who nodded back and they present all the document that they gathered to the Hokage as well as Shinobi council much to Danzo's surprise as he thought Naruto didn't have any evidence so he motion for his root to Attack Naruto but Itachi and Shisui subdued him and Naruto tell "Well well why are you being jumpy Danzo and would you look at that isn't it Fu Yamanaka and Torune Aburame that you had kidnapped during Kyubi attack what a coincidence." Hearing this both Inoichi and Shibi became enraged and shouts " WHATTTT ? you basterd kidnapped our clans man to be your puppet" to which Danzo tried to deny it but Naruto said " Don't try to deny Danzo your crime list is very long" to which Danzo try to escape but can't as Naruto had placed a space time seal to seal of the room. Seeing there is no escape Danzo said " I did everything for Konoha" to which Naruto said " Wrong you did everything for yourselves basterd"
Soon every one finishes reading the document and Hiruzen said " With all the evidence Danzo as well as both elders are sentenced to death Naruto kun if you do the honour" to which Naruto said " With pleasure" and used his black lightning to kill the elders. After that Hiruzen asked Naruto to release the seal which Naruto did and Hiruzen ordered Anbu to arrest the civilian council members for the crime they did behind his back.
After that Hiruzen sighed and turned towards Fugaku and bowed and said " Sorry Fugaku kun for all the problem my inability causes if you want you can transfer Uchiha district to the previous location" much to the shock of Fugaku who didn't think that Hokage will apologise to him and bowed to him. He then turned towards Naruto and asked " Naruto san thank you for claring my clan Name but I want to ask why did you help me?" to which Naruto smiled and said " Fugaku san my clan is the sibling clan to both your clan and Senju clan and cousin clan to Hiashi sama's clan so I can't let my sibling clan to be destroyed like how my clan and our sibling clan Senju was destroyed not to mention both Itachi and Shisui are my best friends as well as Kiyomi my teammate and another friend so as long as your clan didn't go against village I will support your clan" which surprises Fugaku and with this statement Naruto also prevent the Uchiha rebelliaon and Uchiha massacare.
Hiashi then asked " Naruto san you just said my clan is cousin Clan to Your and Uchiha san's clan would you explain it" to which Naruto said " Sure as I already mentioned I have gained all the previous usere's memory" to which everyone nodded and Shikaku asked " Yea you said that but what have that to do with this?" to which Naruto said " I also gained memory of Rikido Senin as well turns out his eldest son Indra's decendent are Uchiha's while his youngest son Asura's decendent are Senju and Uzumaki and his younger brother Hamura's decendent are Hyuga's" which surprised everyone.
Choza then asked " Naruto san you said Kushina sama was your adoptive mother right to which Naruto nod his head so Choza continue " How did you meet her I mean this is the first time I have seen you so when she adopted you and what happened to your parents?" to which Jiraya said " Choza just two day before the Kiyubi attack I had found Naruto in a small village near Fire country's broder and he was the only survivor of the Bandit raid so I take him to Minato and explained everything to him and as I said Naruto can be an Uzumaki Minato was shocked but when he asked Naruto it turns out he is a half Uzumaki with his father being Uzumaki and his mother being a Yuki. After that Minato took Naruto to Kushina and explained everything to her and she can't let Naruto live alone so she adopted him later we found out Naruto not only has Yuki's Ice release but Lava and Strom release as well when I asked Naruto he said to me his biological father said to him that his grandmother was a half Uzumaki who was conceived due to rape of his great grandmother while his grandfather was pure blodded Uzumaki and due to genetic mutation he had awakened Strom release as his Grand father had Water and Lightning affinity."
Hearing this all of them was shocked and Shikaku said " Damm I didn't expect this" to which all of them nodded. Hiruzen then said " Naruto Kun here decided to rebuild his clan thus he is in CRA and after gaining some experience he will take Uzumaki clan seat" to which all of them nodded but Fugaku said " Naruto san, Hokage sama I want to offer my daughter Kiyomi to this CRA program so we can have a better bond with each other and be integrated with village again" to which Naruto bowed and said " I am honoured Fugaku san but I want Kiyomi's opinion as well if she agrees I don't have any problem" to which Fugaku nodded Tsume then said " I also want to offer my daughter Hana to you Naruto san" to which Naruto bowed and said " If she agrees then I don't have any problem Tsume san" to which Tsume nod her head. Hiruzen then said " Ok then from now on both Kiyomi Uchiha and Hana Inuzuka is engaged to Naruto Uzumaki Fugaku Kun , Tsume chan tomorrow come to my office so we can sign official contract" to which both of them nodded.
Present Time :-
That day in the afternoon both of them met with him and he was scared that they will be angry but to his surprise they had hugged and kissed him as they had formed a crush on him with their time together and it became solidified when he saved them in chunin exam's 2nd stage but they didn't know how to confess but they are happy they can be with him and didn't mind that they have to share him. From that they both girls engaged to Naruto much to Naruko's jellousy who also has a crush on Naruto as she is quite sad but Kiyomi and Hana said to her that if she want she can be with Naruto because he have to take more wives any way but this agree was not known to Naruto as he is busy finding a way how to prevent destruction as well as retrieve Karin from Kusa.
