Disclaimer: Pokemon is owned by the Nintendo, Hakunon/Fate is owned by the all-powerful Mushroom(Nasu), and all that stuff.

Hakuno felt her back sweat as the two Pokemon looked at her, one hologram and one a small upset fairy. She surely will face repercussions in the future for it, but she will let them try out Ice Cream one day… in fact.

"Can't you ask Kurt to bring you some?"

"No," Elpis groaned as she flipped in the air, "Stupid Ball maker thinks it's bad for me! My future person will let me but like, I don't wanna waitttttt." She has learned a few things about the Time Traveling fairy in the last few days. Probably more than most people would ever know in their lives.

While Elpis can travel to the past and retain all her memories without a problem, traveling to the future and retaining them is a separate issue, she can bring people without a problem from the future to the past but nobody will retain their entire memories other than small parts that the God of Time doesn't remove.

And apparently, this particular Celebi messed a bit with Dialga at some point and removed 'fun' memories of her whenever she traveled back out of spite. Elpis assured Hakuno it was a prank gone too far, and the Concept of Time itself just took it the wrong way, but Hakuno had her doubts. She was lucky that Parcae made sure Elpis wouldn't look into her future too much, or else she would have to share more…

Hakuno stealthily ate the second-to-last piece of Ice Cream candy she had bought after doing a few small chores around town. For a town this large, there weren't many jobs for a trainer without a badge. She mainly had Nomia help smack things into place for a few smaller boats and scare off a pack of Wingulls.

She felt eyes upon her, a Green and a Pink Fairy looked at her with rage, the four eyes stared into her own brown eyes, she slowly raised the last piece and popped it into her mouth.

It was nice and Spicy.

"YOU DID HAVE ANOTHER PIECE!"

"TINKATINKKKKKKK!"

It tasted like Victory.

"Nomia brace yourself, keep your eyes closed." The small whirlwind gusts created by the Bird Pokemon buffeted the Metalsmith, and Hakuno kept her eyes firmly focused on the Flying-Type.

While Whirlwind was annoying it wasn't at the level of a true Gust yet, Hakuno watched as the Tinkatink did as told and using a Metal Claw jammed her temporary hammer into the dirt as she braced against the annoying winds.

"Keep it up Feather! You can do it!" The boy pumped his arms, and the little Pidgey got a Second Wind as it flapped its wings harder.

All it was doing was tiring itself out faster.

After a few minutes of watching the bird, Hakuno sighed as the little pigeon began to flag under its own weight. She had a good feeling that the Pokemon was still fairly young, or else how could a bird Pokemon survive if they couldn't fly for more than a handful of minutes?

"Nomia, it's your decision on how to finish this." Hakuno had decided to let the metaphorical leash go when the enemy was clearly losing as long as she was confident that they could win.

Feeling the winds slow down Nomia smiled as she opened her eyes, the Pidgey was beginning to just get in reach and Nomia toddler jumped and smacked the poor bird on its head.

"Feather… return." The bird turned to light as it was sucked into its ball, "Man that thing's really strong…" The boy smiled as Nomia preened at the attention, "But Birds are too amazing! Just wish someone would bring over a Pikipek."

Hakuno gave a small smile to the boy, "Steel resists both Flying and Normal," She thought for a moment before a girl in blue flashed in her memory, "I think I saw someone looking to trade part of her flock of Pikipeks for a few Pidgies that she likes over in the trading plaza."

The boy snapped his fingers, "Ah, sweet thanks! I know just the gal that would love to be trained!" The boy began to run but quickly turned back, "Oh here's your money." The kid passed her a handful of bills. "Next time we won't lose that easy!" The kid smirked before he headed to the town proper.

Hakuno reached down and patted the little fairy on her head as she preened at the attention and then climbed up onto her shoulder. While having a Pokemon on her shoulders wasn't ideal, she could make it work for a while, the little Tinkatink loved seeing things from her perspective.

It was the last day, the boat she was getting in was going to start picking up passengers soon. Hakuno wasn't too happy about leaving the town, and her friends she left Maizie behind, and now she will leave Sarah, Vincent, and Clara. Although she wasn't too close to the receptionist she will still miss her and the Nurse Joy, whose first name/actual name she never learned.

But it was part of what she decided her Journey would be, to see more of the World she now inhabited it was sad she had to keep leaving people behind her, but… They had their own lives to live.

Just as she did now.

Dawn of the final day, Hakuno got dressed in her coat and shorts, she let Nomia sleep in until it was time for her bath and subsequent polishing, the little Steel/Fairy-Type will be surrounded by salt water soon so she had to make extra sure she was ready before heading to the cafeteria.

"Heading out kid?" Hakuno blinked, it was the cop from before, Charles he was sitting beside Nurse Joy and Clara. A seemingly strange combination to her.

"I reamed him out for you after we got home," Nurse Joy Smiled slyly, "Kids on her first little journey remember when we were that age?"

Charles groaned, "Joyce we were like ten, if I remember right you kidnapped a Happiny from your clan and proclaimed you were going to be the Champion." That earned him a swat from Joyce.

"Hey! I'm the one supposed to be making those jokes! You and your Misdreavus were a menace back then." Hakuno heard a small light cackling come from somewhere. A single glance underneath the table let her see red glowing eyes.

"Auntie…" Clara coughed, "Public remember?"

"Ah right," Joyce sighed, "Anyway, today's your last day, isn't it? Can't convince you to intern here as our receptionist?" The Nurse Joy gave her a tired look.

"Sorry…" Hakuno couldn't stay in the town too long to much to do to much to see, maybe one day she would come back and visit, this town was interesting. Who knows, maybe this time next year she might have found a few Pokemon that want to explore other regions with other people and bring them to be traded.

"It's fine," Clara swatted her Aunt's hand, "We know you're out and about, a provisional license and all that. Always surprised this town never tried to get a gym."

Charles chuckled, "Two decades ago they tried, the poor sap ran away crying after his first loss to a kid. Something about losing his win streak."

Hakuno couldn't help but chuckle at that, now that she thinks about it, ever since she met Nomia while there have been… close calls she hasn't lost a Pokemon Battle… its something to think about how she would handle watching Nomia faint…

Something to ponder and prepare for later.

It didn't take too long to find the boat, she didn't have much in the way of possessions either, she was packed and had the tickets as the sailor, an older man wearing a pristine white and blue uniform, punched a hole in as she passed it to him as he passed back a pamphlet.

She was somewhat sad she couldn't find Vincent or Sarah before she left, but the two kids weren't behind the Pokecenter, Beryl's Junk Yard, or the Ice Cream shop. Nomia finally got to taste a small amount of Nome Ice Cream, which to her taste buds tasted exactly like a lemon.

She decided she would like to stay on the deck of the boat, according to the pamphlet there was even a small battling court, so maybe she could watch a few matches while they journeyed. She heard a mild amount of shouting coming from the docks and ignored it until she heard a familiar pair of voices.

The Boat lurched as it began to raise anchor, now that she thinks about it, this would be the first time she has been out to sea, wouldn't it? She doubts the Lunar Sea would even count for a 'first visit to the ocean.' At least she wouldn't have to face anyone to get rest on their small cruise she did have a few days to relax before they got to Cianwood and another day before the excursion.

"Hakuno!" Her eyes flickered to the dock, she could hear their voices over the loud whistling of the boat. The Ocean Waves misted the two kids that were on the edge of the dock, and an old man with a large purple mass stood behind the pair and their Pokemon.

"See you soon!" Both Vincent and Sarah were waving alongside their Pokemon, the Smoochum and Mankey having the time of their lives as they put everything into waving.

"KICK CHUCK'S BUTT!" Sarah's voice eclipsed Vincent's momentarily, "OH, AND MORY!" Hakuno watched their fleeting vestige as Vincent pushed Sarah playfully(?).

"MORY WILL KICK YOUR ASS! BUT I'LL SHOW HIM UP!" Hakuno gave the pair a rueful smile and a small wave her eyes never left them as their waving forms became harder and harder to see.

Leaving was getting harder and harder every time she did it, this world might be supportive of exploration and traveling but she wasn't yet used to it. Entering and exiting people's lives in the short span she has been isn't something she is used to yet, which is ironic as this is the longest she has been around people since her birth.

But… seeing the dock slowly fade out of view, and a burst of light blue above at the least she still had Nomia, Parcae, and Elpis with her. Vincent and Sarah will be separated from her only for a week or so, and Maizie should be getting ready to take on Bugsy once the season starts.
She has no doubts her 'Rival' will crush Bugsy's bugs or Whitney's Normal types.

"Ti?" She felt her sleeve being pulled, and Hakuno looked down to see the little Tinkatink staring at her with her large silver eyes.

"Ah… I'm fine Nomia, come on, let's find our room. Oh, and don't try to mess with the ship, we need it so no tearing off a chunk to make a new hammer." The little Pokemon dispiritedly groaned in her arms.

She wasn't crying, totally wasn't.

She hardly knew the kids, there was a chance she would never see them again just like the others J̸̲̇u̸͔͘s̶̗͋t̶͇̾ ̶͈̓l̴̞̈ĩ̶͚ķ̸́e̷̲͊ ̴̖̇A̴͍̎ļ̵̉i̷̪̕c̷̡͗e̸̪͠,̶͔̽ ̴͚̓R̵̢̂į̶͆n̴̪̏,̸̤̈́ ̶̢̈Ŕ̷̜a̵̞̐ṋ̴͒i̶̧͒,̸͉́ ̶̙͆a̶̛͙ń̵ͅd̵̫͛.̷̗́.̷͋͜.̵̰̅ ̸̙͝ë̸ͅv̴̬̚ḙ̷͆n̷̏ͅ ̵̦̋h̴̡̄ę̴̛r̷͙̋ ̶̪̓b̵͕͛e̷̜̔l̸͓̎o̴̱̓v̸̟̉e̴̘͑d̷͇͝ ̷͕́Ŕ̴̹ö̶̗s̶̥̓e̶̲̅.̸̖̅ She was stronger than she was in the past. She can handle a world full of farewells.

It's part of the path she has picked. Even if it was reluctantly she can't let the little fae or herself down at this point. Hakuno descended the stairs deeper into the hull, where she guessed the rooms would be.

"Nothing new has happened in town?" He scratched the back of his head, "You sure? Not even like a weird Pokemon sighting?" By the Birds, these seats were absolutely terrible, no wonder the bar was nearly empty.

The bartender shook his head, "You're the weirdest thing to come crawling in." He held back a frown and kept a smile on his face. Staying calm always leads people to make mistakes.

"You sure?" Doing a simple magic trick as the coins appeared between his fingers and slid them on the bar. The Bartender rolled his eyes as he took the coins.

"I suppose Old Naoko was creepily cheery and the Bitch Jenny was pissed off, there was the whole kid's graduation fight a week or something ago." Ah, perfect. Something to go off of, he doubted the kids would be involved but an Officer annoyed? Now that was something he could use.

"Thank you kindly," He smirked as he tipped his top hat, "I'll ensure you have front-row tickets to our next show!" Not that there would be another show, not again. He had sadly left that life behind him, but surely a group of performers would appear sometime in the next few weeks he did his best to line up his schedules with a few of the smaller troops.

However, coming to this town in the middle of a blasted forest that worships Slowpoke wasn't his intended path. God he wanted to go back to civilization, but alas his higher-ups asked and he was more than willing to relent as long as the witch wasn't involved. He respected the leader but not too much those boring old scientists, too much science, not enough magic ah if only he could convince them to attend a show, he would even work with the Witch if they did!

Alas, this backwater town still had a working Police Force, and as soon as he got close to the town he felt the eyes on him from the hundreds of bugs. He couldn't even let out his Pokemon to 'inspire' someone to get more information!

But, he supposes he can take a gander around that Jenny, although he will have to figure out which one, and that 'Naoko' whoever that was. Maybe he can get lucky and find someone out of sight out of mind. He'll have to keep an eye out.

Twirling his staff as he exited the small bar he couldn't help but smile.

Doing what needs to be done for his future is all that matters. And boy did he enjoy it!

Author's Note: Uhhh, I'm back! Sorry about the short chapter! Training took longer than liked and I practically passed out day after day, but chapters should resume mostly normally, might not be able to do weekly but I will try my best! Worst-case scenario I start doing every other week. Lunar Thief should update next week at least, and we finally leave for her First Badge! Well, camp first, and boy do I have a fun idea for it.

Anyways see ya next time!
