Episode 28: Spread Your Wings

Silence...

All around the area was nothing. Nothing but blankness and white. Not a sound was made or any form of words. For some, they had limits as to how much silence they can muster without making much noise. However to Kameron, the quiet gave him peace. It gave him the chance to focus and concentrate on his training.

Camp Pines was...definitely an experience he won't forget. Aside from the revelations he uncovered, there were still days of normalcy Kameron got to have alongside his friends and girlfriend. The Meow Siblings were a unique quartet that left a nice impression among the kids and the teachers, though when it was time to leave Catherine took it the hardest due to how much she'll miss her "precious kittens." Her and Mrs. Cherry had another argument during the farewells due to Catherine showing her "love" to her kittens, which resulted in the students and the rest of the siblings keeping them away from each other until they calmed down.

Returning home, Kameron was greeted fondly by his family and asked him about his time at Camp Pines. Kameron merely shrugged and told them it was okay while heading toward his room. Part of him wanted to confront his family about what he discovered, yet he couldn't. One: he needed time to think it over and bring it up when the chance was given to him. Two: Though his thoughts were filled with questions about his findings, this...abyss had grappled onto his heart and mind. Bringing a deep sadness that he could not quell at the moment.

For now, he placed himself into The Void. A perfect place to train, but also the ideal area to clear the mind and release any given troubles that lingered within himself.

Standing up straight, Kameron spread his legs out slightly while raising up both his arms and curling his fingers into his palms. Shirtless, wearing only sweat-pants and a pair of old white sneakers, Kameron closed his eyes. Curling his fingers deeper into his palms, Kameron narrowed his eyes and gritted his teeth. His Gemstone began illuminating a faint green glow, but little by little the glow began to increase. All the while, a gust of wind then started picking up, making his hair flow.

Pushing his fingers even further into his palms, blood started to leak out and fall right out. But that was the least of Kameron's worries as his body got engulfed in a green aura. His Gemstone completely glowed and he raised his head straight above, opening his mouth in the process.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

A violent wail exited his lips, making the wind surrounding him grow and fluffed his hair rapidly. Opening his eyes, Kameron's pupils and irises vanished, leaving them glowing bright cyan. More and more wails exited him, making the aura grow larger and more blood dripping out. All this...pain. All this...despair. All...this sorrow. He could let it all out without causing any trouble for anybody. Yes, he had people he can talk to if he is upset or wanting to get something off of his chest, but...it wasn't that simple. Just like how hard it is for his family to tell him the truth.

The wails began to drop and the aura started to grow smaller and smaller until it ultimately vanished. His glowing cyan eyes started to dim, returning his pupils and irises. Retracting his fingers from his now bloody palms, the swirling started to calming down until they stopped. Sucking in some air Kameron let out a long sigh while lifting his hands to his goggles, slowly lowering them onto his eyes. His Gemstone's glow disappeared, but this wasn't over, not by a longshot.

Lowering his upper-body until his right hand touched the solid white floor, Kameron bent his knees and narrowed his eyes once more until... he pushed himself forward.

In a burst of speed, Kameron retracted his hand from the ground and ran. He just...ran. Step by step his speed increased the more he kept pushing on. Where was he going? Where was somewhere he could go? There was literally nothing here in The Void. Nothing to run to and nothing to run from, but...that was just fine. So what if there was nowhere to go? So what? He just wants to run. Just...run.

The more he ran the more wind picked up, hitting his face. A rhythm in his chest started going off, pumping his chest with hard beats. Back and forth his arms swung from the front to the back of his body with his fingers curled into his palms again. The farther he went his lips started to stretch upwards. This...speed. The...adrenaline. This...rush. For some reason, it just made him happy. Drawing pictures, hanging out with his friends, or just talking to those close to him gave Kameron happiness, but this...this type was entirely different.

His lips then stretched into a grin as he started lowering his upper-body. Pushing his right leg down and adding some weight to it, Kameron burst straight into the air. Once airborne he pushed his body back, making himself rotate as he started to descend. Rotating himself upright, Kameron landed on his feet, making him bend his legs. Pushing himself up, he went into the air again, only now he was rotating his body forward and raising out his right leg. Falling to the ground, Kameron slammed his leg right onto the white floor.

Twisting his body, Kameron stretched out his left leg next before twisting his body again and pushing out his right leg. Crouching down, Kameron pushed his left leg out and spun his body. Sweeping the air he slightly raised himself up, kicking the air again with his left leg before lowering it and twisted his body to push out his right leg. Twisting his body one more time while bending his knees, Kameron leaped into the air, twirling himself until he shot out his right leg in a millisecond.

Landing back on the ground, Kameron put his hands onto his knees and bent down.

*HUFF* *HUFF* *HUFF* *HUFF* *HUFF*

Large heavy breaths exited Kameron's mouth. Each breath made his bare chest rise up and down with an additional rhythm pounding in it too. Sweat emerged throughout his body, dripping off of his forehead, chest, and arms. Straightening his back he let out another heavy breath while putting a hand on his chest, feeling the beats inside.

Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!

A gasp left Kameron, making his body jolt at the sudden bell going off.

Turning his head a bright light emerged right in front of him and took on a rectangular form with an image of an hourglass at it's center. Walking up to the door as best as he could, Kameron raised out his arms and grabbed the hourglass before rotating it onto it's opposite side. Releasing his arms, he watched as the door opened itself up and giving him a way out. Without a second thought, Kameron walked straight through the door, leaving The Void.

Entering the Resting Area, Kameron turned his sights onto the nearest bed. Walking up to it he spun his body and landed right on his back while his head was placed on a pillow. Just after putting himself on the bed, small snores left his mouth. Spending a month in The Void really, really can tire anyone out, especially if they push themselves to their limits.

For now, Kameron deserved some rest.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Kameron's eyes immediately shot open before he raised himself up. Heavy breaths exited his mouth, but they were soon replaced with groans. Turning his head he spotted his phone on the charge and grabbed it before shutting off the blasting alarm.

Putting his phone down Kameron groaned again, but it later turned into a yawn. Smacking his lips he rubbed his eyes and blinked, but...when his vision started clearing up...something wasn't right. Blinking again he turned his head left to right and...he was back in his room. Huh... Maybe Citrine or his father found him downstairs and brought him here.

Grabbing his phone again Kameron checked the time to see 7:00 a.m. right on his main screen. Another groan left his lips. Seriously? Why did he need to wake up this early? Actually, come to think of it, why was an alarm set for 7:00 a.m. anyway?

PING!

Right when Kameron was about to think it over, he was then given a text.

[MOM]: Good Morning, honey! Happy Birthday! *heart/kiss emoji*

[DAD]: Happy Birthday, Kameron! If you mean to question why an alarm went off on your phone, I am the one that set it.

Kameron cocked an eyebrow.

[MOM]: Today for our special Birthday-boy, we're gonna play a game.

[DAD]: Take a shower first. Then go to The Cathedral. The game will begin there.

[MOM & DAD]: You have thirty minutes. No powers, no buses, and no Warp Whistle. Good luck! :)

Kameron blinked at the message again to make sure he was seeing it clearly. Without wasting another minute he got out of bed and immediately went straight to the bathroom. Sure, he should ask his parents what this game is, but after the training he did and being that today was his birthday, he's just gonna wing it. For now at least.

*HUFF* *HUFF* *HUFF* HUFF* *HUFF*

With each breath leaving his mouth, Kameron kept his eyes forward while quickly dodging every person coming up to his line of sight.

Once he finished his shower he hurried downstairs to find...nobody. No-one was downstairs. His parents or even his siblings. As much as Kameron wanted to know where they were on a weekend, he was still under a time limit.

Leaving the house and locking it up, he ran right onto the sidewalk and pushed onward. Under normal circumstances it wouldn't be too bad reaching his destination thanks to a Warp Whistle or taking the bus, but due to the restriction he had to get there on foot instead. Though his parents didn't say anything about him taking a train, getting there manually was still the better option. Although there was...another problem.

The Evans Family were located in Lantern District, to which is in the center of Destiny City. Getting to The Cathedral by transportation would take roughly thirty-minutes without stopping at red-lights, but from home to there without transportation would take about...an hour. Yeah...an hour.

"Excuse me! Coming through! Sorry! Gotta be somewhere! In a rush!" Kameron quickly said to the people he passed by.

Those that he passed either looked at him in confusion, wondering where he was going. Or in annoyance from surprising them.

With his goggles on, having the warm wind hitting his field of vision wouldn't be an issue, but up ahead Kameron spotted a small group of children with a teacher standing near them at a crosswalk. Coming up to them, Kameron stopped next to the kids and the teacher while keeping his eyes on the red light and jogging in place.

"Hi!" a little girl said to him.

Kameron turned his head to her and nodded, "Hello." He said quickly.

The rest of the kids looked at him with some starting to giggle from the way he was moving. The teacher gave him a strange look while tilting her head to the right.

"Umm... Are you okay?" The teacher asked.

Kameron nodded, "Yeah. I'm in a big rush. Sorry if I'm distracting the kids." He added.

The teacher shook her head. "No, no. It's okay. In fact, I think you gave them an activity to do."

Turning his head Kameron glimpsed at the children copying him while continuing to giggle. His lips stretched into a small grin. Seeing them happy released a wave of joy around him, lessening his negative thoughts or worries. It's small, but it mattered a lot.

Turning his head back Kameron saw it turn green an he attempted to cross, but the teacher and children went ahead of him. Though part of him wanted to go first, it was for the best to show humility and because the kids were younger than him, so that was a universal rule he had to follow. Soon the kids and the teacher made it safely to the other side, giving Kameron the chance to cross the street next.

"Excuse me."

Stopping in his tracks, Kameron turned his head to see an elderly woman coming up beside him. She held a small adorable smile across her face while pushing her cane onto the sidewalk.

"Could you please help me get across?" The elderly woman asked politely.

Kameron turned his sights onto the light to see that it was still green before putting his attention back onto the elderly woman. He could say "no" since he had to rush on, but...his conscience wouldn't allow that since she needed help. Raising out his hand to her the elderly woman slowly raised up her hand and gently placed it into his. Making their way through the crosswalk Kameron had to decrease his movements so he wouldn't go too fast for the elderly lady, but kept his eyes forward and his hand in the lady's.

The elderly lady hummed with every step she could muster. Not many people take the time to help each other out anymore. It was such a delight to have someone continuing to show helpfulness for their elders. Slightly turning her head she gazed upon the young man helping her and took quite a gaze upon his hair. Oh, to be young and adventurous. Reminding her of when she dyed her hair blonde.

Reaching the other side, Kameron released his hand from the elderly woman. Right when he attempted to leave the elderly woman took hold of his sleeve, making him stop again.

"Thank you, young man. I want to reward you for helping me." The elderly woman said kindly.

Kameron calmly shook his head to her, "You don't have to. I just wanted to help without expecting anything in return."

The elderly woman shook her head. "Nonsense. I wish to repay you because I want to. But to do that I must whisper it in your ear."

Deciding it would better to just accept his "reward," Kameron bent over a little to see what the elderly woman wanted to tell him. The elderly woman slowly pushed her head to him, pressing her lips onto his cheek. A light gasp left his lips as the elderly woman retracted her lips.

"You're a good boy. Always keep that in mind." The elderly woman said softly.

Kameron turned to her to see her adorable smile. She then slowly turned her body and started moving onto the right side of the sidewalk.

A soft rhythm started beating in Kameron's chest. His lips slowly formed into a smile, watching the elderly woman go off. However, his smile soon vanished when he remember where he needed to go and started running onto the left side of the sidewalk.

Arriving at Angel District, Kameron continued pushing himself the more he ran. Turning a corner on Wing Avenue, he spotted his destination up ahead.

Standing tall and in the rays of the sun was a massive white building. The structure itself held two large tower-like placements with pointed-tips at the top while in the middle stood a large circular stained-glass window with an image of a white bird spreading it's wings at the center. On top of the middle-section of the building stood a larger tower with a humongous visible bell. At a glance, looking at the building would give anyone a sense of welcome, like protection again any form of harm from the world.

Crossing the street, Kameron approached The Cathedral and made his way up a small set of stairs before grabbing onto the handles of the front door and going inside.

Inside The Cathedral the main area was huge and beautiful. There were numerous benches place on both the right and left sides while the central area had a long white carpet placed on the wooden flooring. From left to right there where four large stained-glass windows on both sides with sunlight illuminating through them. On the left the four windows showcased a green whale rising from the sea, a red ox surrounded by flames and charging forward, a orange snake opening it's mouth onto a pack of rats, and a skull surrounded by bones. On the right the four other windows showcased a yellow bee raising it's stinger out, a blue bird spreading it's wings and shining a light onto a group of people below it, a octopus coiling it's tentacles around angry people, and two people embracing each other with a heart symbol behind them.

Although what caught Kameron's attention the most was what at the very front of The Cathedral. At the very front was a titanic stained-glass window, only this one displayed an image of...his father, raising a large sword with a large woman standing next to him, having pink hair, wielding a large pink shield, and...having a pink Gemstone on her stomach, surrounded by a star.

Taking a few steps forward, Kameron continued keeping his gaze on the largest stained-glass window. His father... His...aunt, Rose. Together with weapons in hand. Looking at it gave Kameron a warmth in his chest, on that made him place a hand there. Slightly gripping his shirt, Kameron closed his eyes and sucked in some air into his nose before slowly exhaling it out of his mouth. The storms in his mind began to quell and evaporate, giving him some clarity and calmness.

"Welcome, Kameron."

That voice... it was...unfamiliar. Opening his eyes, Kameron lowered his gaze onto the altar of The Cathedral. There, he noticed two individuals standing near the steps of the altar. The first was a light-blue-skinned woman with short ruffled blue hair and dark-blue eyes. The woman wore a dark-blue sleeveless crop-top with long dark-blue pants, was barefoot, had a blue Gemstone in the shape of a water-droplet above her bosom, and wore a silver bracelet with a bird symbol on it on her right wrist. Next to the woman was a young blue-skinned bald man with blue eyes. The man was shirtless while wearing white pants with a white belt, white slip-ons, and had on a silver bracelet on his left wrist.

Kameron slowly approached the individuals. Keeping his eyes on them, questions started coming into his mind. First was where these two came from. They were Gems, so that was easy to decipher based on their appearances, but were they also survivors after The Great War? That's a possibility, though it made Kameron wonder why they were showing up now. Second, something about them seemed...familiar. This is his first time meeting them, yet looking at them was giving him a calming sensation. He's now sure who they are, but the best way to find out is to ask.

"How do you know my name?" Kameron asked, stopping in front of the altar.

Both individuals turned to each other before looking back at Kameron. They both smiled at him and began descending the steps. Once they reached the bottom their eyes continued looking at Kameron while their smiles never vanished.

"My name is Zuli." The woman said, bowing her head.

"I am Cobalt." The man added, bowing his head as well. "We know a lot about you Kameron." The man added.

Kameron raised his hand onto his goggles, raising them onto his forehead and raising an eyebrow on Zuli and Cobalt.

"Prove it." Kameron asked.

Cobalt hummed for a moment, cupping his chin. A small chuckle exited his lips as he removed his hand from his chin. "At five years old, you injured your knee after falling off of your bicycle."

"At the age of seven, you were taught how to swim. Although it took a few tries, you managed to never give up and kept going." Zuli added.

Kameron's eyes soon widened at their answers. They...were right. But...how? The only person who was there during those times was... Right then and there a set of gears started rotating in Kameron's mind. Yeah... That made sense and it was a sensible answer.

"Do you two know Azurite?" Kameron asked.

Both Zuli and Cobalt turned their gazes onto each other and started giggling. Putting their attention back onto Kameron they both gave him a nod.

"Indeed, we know her. And she has been waiting for today so we could meet you." Zuli said.

"Now that you are older, it is time for you Kameron to learn a special ability Gems are capable of doing." Cobalt added.

Kameron tilted his head to them. A special ability Gems are capable of doing? From what he already knew, Gems had their own unique abilities catered to them depending on what type of Gem they are born as. From his family and the Crystals, the only shared abilities they had were super strength, speed, agility, durability, longevity, and didn't require substances or liquids to survive. So hearing about an ability he's never heard of sounds interesting.

"What is it?" Kameron asked.

"Before that, may we provide you with a gift?" Cobalt asked.

Kameron shrugged and both Zuli and Cobalt approached him before wrapping their arms around his body, putting their head onto his shoulders. Kameron stood still, though he felt a little stiffed from their unexpected embrace. With both arms he placed them on each of their backs. This was...weird, to be honest. But hugging them gave Kameron some calmness. Even though he just met them, they didn't seem like bad people. It is naive to think like that, but...Kameron could just tell they weren't up to something malevolent.

Soon both Zuli and Cobalt separated themselves from Kameron and took a step back.

"Apologies if this is abrupt, but I'm afraid we must say farewell." Zuli said softly.

Kameron blinked at them. Already? He just met them, but...looks like they might have something urgent to do."Oh..." Kameron replied.

Seeing him frown, Cobalt raised out his hand and placed it gently on Kameron's shoulder. "Don't be sad. We will meet again once the game is complete. For now, may my wife and I present you with our other gift?"

Wife? Kameron looked at Zuli then Cobalt then back to Zuli. They were married? But...he didn't see a ring on either of them. Maybe they didn't need them, though then again...Azurite also told him she was married and she didn't have any rings on too.

Kameron nodded. Releasing his hand from him, Cobalt turned to his wife. Zuli nodded and both took a few steps back from Kameron before turning to one another an engaged in a embrace. Shortly after...their bodies started admitting a blue light, covering both of them in. They both turned their heads to Kameron as he watched them. Their smiles never vanishing as they closed their eyes the blue light engulfed them both, merging them together. Kameron neither knew or understood what was going on and just continued staring at the light in front of him.

The blue light started to dim and from that light...Azurite made herself known to her beloved brother. Opening her eyes the sight of Kameron brought a smile to her while she unraveled her arms from her body.

"Happy birthday, Kameron." Azurite said softly.

Kameron blinked and...couldn't find the words to best describe what just happened. He just met two unfamiliar Gems who somehow knew him, then they got engulfed in a light and one of his sisters came out of it. Yeah...just when he thought there wasn't anything at could surprise him anymore.

Azurite continued smiling at her young brother. It is a natural response for him to react like this after meeting Zuli and Cobalt. To begin the game, now is the time for an explination.

"I am a Fusion." Azurite said calmly.

Kameron blinked again. "A Fusion?"

Azurite nodded. "Yes. Zuli and Cobalt... I am born from them." She added, intertwining her hands together.

"So... You're a combination of them?" Kameron asked.

"I am indeed." Azurite answered. "I have memories they have, but I have my own memories as well. I apologize for not introducing them to you sooner. I thought the best choice was to wait until your birthday came." She added.

Kameron then tilted his head to the side. He could somewhat understand that, though this is a brand new concept he hadn't heard of before. Guess there's another thing to add to the list.

"Um... I...have a lot of questions to ask." Kameron asked.

Azurite approached her brother and cupped both of his cheeks with her hands. "I'm sure you do. But for now, it is your turn."

"My turn?" Kameron questioned.

Azurite releases her hands from her brother's face and took a few steps back. Once she was a few feet away from him she lowers herself to the floor and as she sits on her bottom she crosses her legs. Raising up her head she lifts her arms to her brother. Kameron walks up to her and got down as well before sitting on his butt and raising both of his hands to his sister. At the moment their hands connected both siblings intertwined their fingers together while locking their eyes on one another.

"Kameron," Azurite began. "To begin, I must ask for you to trust me. That is a core requirement for Fusion. Individuals must and need to trust each other to bring new people into this life. Without balance, the Fusion will suffer and ultimately break apart. I understand there are still many, many secrets we are still keeping from you. We will tell you, I promise we will. But please, Kameron, ...trust me."

Azurite slowly increased her hold on her brother's hands. He now knows about the Kindergarten and there will be more explanations in the future, but how he responses to them worries her deeply. The Spirits have assured her that her brother will be okay, though worry remains in her mind. What lies in the future is beyond her, though not unreachable. Garnet can provide insight, though it is only limited and something Azurite cannot rely on when a problem arises. Oh Spirits, please help us.

Looking into her eyes, Kameron slowly increased his grip on his sister's hands. It's true, there is so much he wants to ask and understand. But...right know, he needs to put those thoughts away for the time being. Today is a special day and he is learning a brand new technique with his sister. After the Kindergarten and what he discovered while at camp, trusting his family was gonna be a little rocky. However, right now what matters is trusting Azurite. Trust his sister. And it'll be okay.

The more the siblings gazed at each other the more their Gemstones began illuminating light. Little by little they were surrounded by auras of their respected colors and the auras themselves were glowing brighter by the second. At the same time their bodies were getting by their auras, though any kind of worry wasn't showcased on their faces. Closing their eyes their auras engulfed both of them completely and pushed their bodies together.

A vastly large light grew within The Cathedral, even shining through the stained-glass windows. Outside many civilians stopped where they were and placed all of their attention onto The Cathedral nearby. Most stared at it in awe, many with concern, and others a mixture of the two. Just what in the Universe is going on in there?

With each passing second the light inside The Cathedral started to dim. Shortly after the front doors of The Cathedral opened up and coming out of it was...a completely new person.

Coming down the steps stood a light-skinned woman around nine-foot tall. She has long waist-length spiky cyan hair styled with two long braids and had heterochromic eyes. Her right eye was cyan while her left eye was light blue. She wore Kameron's goggles on top of her head accompanied with a short cyan vest with a symbol of a white bird on the back, sea-blue jeans with a cyan belt and cyan sneakers, silver bracelets on each of her wrists, and a cyan Gemstone located on her right wrist, above her bosom, and her left palm.

Closing her eyes the woman sucked in some air into her nose and exhaled it out the same direction. Opening her eyes she raised up her arms and gazed at her palms. Aside from her Gemstone she took notice of...the scars. She slowly blinked and her eyes started shaking. Placing both hands on her chest she lowered her eyes to them.

"Brother... You do too much." The woman said with a soft voice.

"Miss?"

Hearing the nearby voice, the woman turned her head to the right to see a couple of people looking at her with mixed expressions.

"Are you okay, miss?" A woman asked.

"What happened in there?" A man asked.

Turning her whole body to them the woman removed her hands from her chest.

"Apologies." The woman replied. "Kameron and Azurite were performing Fusion and the result was...me."

The citizens gave her confused expressions. She told the truth, sure, but...despite that the citizens weren't sure what she was talking about.

PING!

Suddenly an abrupt sound entered everyone's ears. Recognizing the sound the woman reached into her right pocket, pulling out Kameron's phone and seeing a text.

[MOM]: Hello. Are you the new Fusion?

With both hands, the woman started texting back.

[KAMERON]: I am.

[DAD]: What is your name?

Her name... The woman paused for a moment and gave it some thought. After a few seconds her eyes lightly widened before her lips formed a small grin.

[KAMERON]: Amazonite.

[MOM & DAD]: Amazonite?

[KAMERON]: Yes.

[MOM]: That's a beautiful name.

[DAD]: Indeed.

[KAMERON]: Thank you.

[MOM]: Okay, Amazonite. It's time for your first trial.

[DAD]: Up above the world so high, you'll find a spire in the sky. From the thrust of a spear and the crack of a whip, together they'll give you an interesting trip. But be wary and a kind fellow, otherwise you will meet your end with an arrow.

[MOM & DAD]: You have ten minutes. No Warp Whistles allowed.

Oh boy... Ten minutes...without using a Warp Whistle?

Putting the phone back into her pocket, Amazonite's Gemstones started glowing in unison. From her back cyan crystals started coming out of her shoulder-blades and vest without ripping it. Little by little the two long crystals started growing and expanding while Amazonite lowered her goggles onto her eyes. Soon enough...the crystals stopped growing and spread themselves out, making them into large wings.

The citizens near Amazonite watched and couldn't look away at her wings. Some continued looking at her while others started taking pictures. She's only been born for at least a few seconds and already she has people gawking at her.

Amazonite paid no mind, although...her cheeks were starting to turn red. Bending her knees she lowered herself on the sidewalk and leaped straight into the air. Once airborne she gave her new wings a big flap, making her ascend even higher until she disappeared from sight.

Flap after flap with her crystalline wings, Amazonite soared within the deep blue sky. Although unlike the flights Azurite does, this felt entirely new. Turning her head she spotted the sun continuing to rise from the horizon and...it's light gave away a warm sensation on her body. Alongside that was the cooling air surrounding herself as she flew. Her lips raised themselves into a small grin the more she kept going. If this is how Kameron feels every single time he encounters the rays of the sun and the wind, then it's such an amazing feeling to receive.

For now though, she needs to focus on getting to her destination.

'Up above the world so high, you'll find a spire in the sky. From the thrust of a spear and the crack of a whip, together they'll give you an interesting trip. But be wary and a kind fellow, otherwise you will meet your end with an arrow.' Amazonite thought back.

Hmm...a spire the sky... Amazonite's grin stretched a bit further. Raising her wings up high she gave them another big flap, pushing herself further through the air at incredible speeds.

There was only one location that fit that description.

Squinting her eyes, Amazonite let out a small gasp. Coming up in her field of vision, she spotted a collection of large mountains with several rocks floating in the air. Near the end she spotted a larger floating rock with some ancient structure coiled around it. Though at the top she saw a large circle of water and...a very, very small house standing in the middle of it.

Lowering herself, she flapped her wings and began descending toward the mountains. Locking her eyes onto an open area with a Warp Pad, she made her way toward it with another flap. Closer and closer she was getting to it until she quickly raised up her body and landed right on the ground.

Raising her head, Amazonite placed her gaze on the path ahead of her and began to traverse toward the Sky Spire. Though she herself have never been here before, memories not her own started entering her mind. Approaching a selection of stairs she started ascending upon it. With every step the memories becoming more clear. Azurite bringing Kameron here during his early days...and of how frightened he was due to the shear height of this place.

Reaching the top of the stairs the sound of rumbling leavings entered her ears. Turning her head she spotted a bush moving and narrowed her eyes. But...a mere mountain goat jumped out of it, turning it's attention onto her.

"Why hello there." Amazonite said, raising her hand to it.

The goat walked up to her and rubbed it's head onto her palm. Amazonite hummed, caressing the goat with her touch. She soon tickled it's chin before removing her hand and walking pass the goat. As much as she wanted to resume petting it she need to progress on.

Despite having wings, when Amazonite approached a large wall she instead began to climb it. Raising up her arm she reached for an opening and grabbed right onto it while using her legs to push herself upward. Further and further she climbed, feeling how tight her muscles become when grabbing a ledge or pushing into the rocky surface. When her foot rested onto a holding, the holding itself broke apart, making her gasp and quickly grasp onto her position. A few breaths exited her mouth, causing her chest to go up and down. Lifting her head she narrowed her eyes and continued on.

Reaching the top she spotted a stream of water in front of her with several dry rocks standing in the water. To her right was the edge of a waterfall, and what lies below if she were to fall...was something she didn't need to know. Approaching the stream, Amazonite leaped into the air and landed on the first rock without much trouble. Adding some pressure to her foot, she quickly made her way toward the next rock, and then the next until she reached the other side.

Walking away from the stream she passed by some trees and soon found a long bridge. Walking up to it she placed her hands onto the rope and started making her way across. Every step she took a squeak erupted from the wood. She kept her eyes forward, never looking down or even thinking about it to any degree. By the last step she exited off of the bridge, letting out a sigh of relief.

The more she walked the more she thought about this "trial," and so far nothing abnormal has transpired. Though that shouldn't mean she should have her guard down. However, her grin never left her lips and she couldn't help but get excited on what it might be.

Upon reaching the end of the path, Amazonite found herself staring at several floating rocks and the Sky Spire straight ahead. Spreading her wings she started bending her knees and lowering her upper-body, but...she then straightened her upper-body and spread her legs outs. With her wings she could easily get over all of this, though...she decided to use...a different method. Jogging to the edge of the path she jump into the air and landed right onto one of the floating platforms. The platform started shaking slightly, but Amazonite didn't wait for it to stop and move onto the next. One after the other she landed right onto a platform with no trouble or even an ounce of fear, but with a playful grin.

Leaping into the air, Amazonite rotated her body forward, flipping herself over and with both feet she landed right onto the entrance of the Sky Spire. Without a delay she went inside the structure and began making her way up. Upon making her way to the top she then stopped in her tracks at the sight of Pearl and Amethyst standing near the entrance to the open area.

"Wow. Gotta say, you are definitely a looker." Amethyst said with a smirk.

Pearl's eyes widened as looked at Amazonite. Her lips slowly formed into a smile as she walked up to the Fusion. "It's is very nice to meet you, Amazonite."

Amazonite's eyes started to widened. Though only for a short while as she could tell that Green and Christie have told them her name already.

"It's nice to meet the both of you." Amazonite replied.

Amethyst gave off a sinister grin and made her way to the area while Pearl turned around and walked toward it too. Amazonite followed her and as kept her eyes on the two Crystals she soon stopped in her tracks again as they both turned to face her.

"Alright! It's time to rock." Amethyst said.

Pearl rolled her eyes before hers and Amethyst's Gemstones started glowing. Pearl raised both of her arms up and gave herself a twirl while Amethyst shook her hips side to side. Pearl then moved to her left and twirled once more with Amethyst moving to the right and ultimately taking Pearl's hand, spinning her until she dipped. Soon after both were engulfed in a enormous light, making Amazonite cover her eyes.

Shortly after the light started to dim, Amazonite removed her arm from her face. When she did her eyes expanded and her jaw dropped.

Pearl and Amethyst had vanished and in their place was...their Fusion. The woman had periwinkle skin with light-blue eyes, a pointed-nose, puff-lips, and large white hair in a pony-tail with two small pigtails. The woman was very tall, even taller than Amazonite herself and wore a sleeveless teal crop with fuchsia pants, light cyan drapes with a star near it's end, and yellow boots. Most notably, she had four arms and a Gemstone on her forehead and above her bosom.

"Amazing." Amazonite said in awe.

"I am Opal." The Fusion replied with a soft voice. "And now, you must face me."

Amazonite blinked her in confusion. But before she could respond Opal summoned out both Pearl's spear and Amethyst's whip from her Gemstones. Then in a flash she combined them into a large bow and smiled at Amazonite.

Thinking his must be her first trial, Amazonite spread her wings and took flight. Lowering her sights on Opal, Amazonite gave her a nod. Time to see what she can really do.

Opal pulled back her string and a arrow of light emerged. Letting go of the string she fired the arrow straight at her opponent. The arrow surged straight through the air, but midway toward it's target it broke apart into a plethora of arrows, but kept the momentum going.

Watching the arrows coming at her, Amazonite quickly flapped her wings and moved out of the way. However, upon missing their target the arrows swarmed around and pushed on toward her. Seeing this, Amazonite immediately pushed herself through the air with a big flap. Bursting through the air she took a few glances back to see the arrows continuing to chase her. Ascending up high, Amazonite kept going higher and higher until she pushed herself back started to descend. Lowering her head she watched as the arrows resumed going after her.

Okay... so what can she do? These arrows are made of light- And...right then and there, Amazonite found the solution to her troubles.

Turning around she rotated her whole body and crossed her arms while covering herself with her wings. Then...one by one the light arrows came right at her. But...instead of shattering her wings the arrows went inside of them instead.

Opal watched from a distance as each of her arrows were literally going inside of Amazonite's wings. Her lips slowly formed into a grin with a few giggles exiting out.

"Looks likes you've got some interesting tricks, Amazonite." Opal said to herself.

With the last arrow into her wings, Amazonite spread them out as they released an enticing glow. Turning her head she spotted Opal and flew to her with incredible speed. Coming up to her Amazonite landed near the taller Fusion.

"How was that?" Amazonite asked.

Opal nodded. "Impressive. I'd figured you might try something that would counter my arrows, though I didn't expect you to use your wings like that."

"I believed that since Kameron can absorb energy, I can do the same." Amazonite said. "Was that my trial?"

Opal tilted her head gave her a confused expression. "Your what?"

Amazonite blinked at her. She then tilted her head. "Um... That is why I came here?"

Opal soon blinked a couple of times before letting out a gasp, "Oh... Yes. Yes, that was indeed your trial. I'm sorry, I can be forgetful."

Amazonite hummed a little. Guess she was too focused on watching her deal with the light arrows.

PING!

Soon an abrupt sound made both Fusions gasp. Recognizing it, Amazonite quickly reached into her right pocket and pulled out Kameron's phone again.

[MOM]: Have you completed your first trial?

[KAMERON]: Yes, I have.

[DAD]: Excellent! Now, your second trial awaits.

[MOM]: From a place of origin and pain, may your next course fill you with disdain. There your next challenge is strong, though can you last for very long? With the crack of the whip and the strength of a gauntlet, this foe might give you an outlet.

[MOM & DAD]: You have five minutes.

After reading the texts, Amazonite quickly put the phone back into her pocket.

"I apologize, Opal, but I must leave immediately." Amazonite said as she took flight and stormed off.

Watching her leave Opal merely waved goodbye before making her way down the spire.

Bursting through the air, Amazonite kept her vision straight onto her next course.

'From a place of origin and pain...' She thought to herself.

A small hum exited her mouth as she gave her wings another flap, delivering another burst of speed. There was only one place that fit the description.

Down below Amazonite found an empty field of grass, but the more she raised her head the more she found her next location. Raising up her body she began to descend toward the ground and land right in front of the entrance to the one place that made her new stomach turn.

"Of all places... The Kindergarten." Amazonite said with a low voice.

Going inside, Amazonite removed her goggles and placed them on top of her head. With each step she turned her eyes onto the myriad of holes in the walls and the Injectors. Her eyes narrowed as she kept walking. This is where Amethyst was born. And not just her, but other Gems too. And the others... Her fingers started to curl into her palms as she soon stopped in her tracks. Closing her eyes she sucked in some air and exhaled it out. Raising up her head she reopened her eyes, pointing her gaze at the gray skies above.

"You asked me to trust you, but...you'll just keep on lying, won't you?" Amazonite said to herself.

"The truth isn't always what you may assume it is." She replied to herself.

"Tsk. Why do I even bother?" She said to herself. "I just want to know what's going on so we can stop it before anyone gets hurt."

"Very noble. Yet it is not so simple. In time your answers will be given." She replied to herself.

A sigh exited her mouth. But right when she was about to lower her head she spotted a figure in the sky. Squinting her eyes she couldn't tell what it was, but with every passing second it began getting bigger and bigger. Then once it got big enough she immediately pushed herself back before the figure hit the ground.

BOOOOOOOOOOOM!

In a violent gust of wind, Amazonite got pushed back even further with several rocks coming at her. Crossing her arms she covered herself with her wings, blocking each rock, but also pushing her further and further to the ground. As soon as her feet touched the ground she started skidding back, but the more her feet got buried the more her momentum started decreasing. Gritting her teeth her momentum finally came to a halt, however...an enormous object got launched right at her, impacting her wings.

*shattering sound*

Getting knocked off her feet, Amazonite could only watch as her crystalline wings broke apart into pieces before she got sent back and crashed into a nearby Injector. Right when her back hit the machine she gawked and fell right onto her stomach. Several grunts left her mouth as she raised up her head to see the one responsible for destroying her wings.

The being was huge with magenta-violet skin, purple shades with a single eye on her forehead, and large purple-black hair. She wore a purple bodysuit with a shredded-hole opening, revealing a purple Gemstone, purple and black leggings with stars on the knees, and magenta-violet shoes. Lastly the she had four arms and held a giant flail on her right shoulder.

"Now that's how you make an entrance!" The being cheered. "Sugilite is in the house, baby!"

Amazonite slowly picked herself up while keeping her attention on Sugilite. She's twice as big as Opal and that boisterous smile was already a sign of trouble.

Looking down, Sugilite grinned at Amazonite and stepped up her. "I heard it's somebody's birthday today, and I see a pretty sexy Fusion too."

Hearing the word "sexy," Amazonite's face started turning red. Great... First her wings get wrecked and now this...

"Now, why don't you give me a good time." Sugilite said before throwing her flail at Amazonite.

Jumping out of the way, Amazonite rolled on the ground and quickly picked herself up. Okay... looks like we're really doing this, though despite being a complete contrast to Opal, going up against Sugilite has opened up an interesting opportunity for Amazonite.

Clapping her hands together, each of her Gemstones began to glow. Spreading her arms out a long cyan light made itself appear in front of her. The light soon dimmed a bit, allowing Amazonite to grab it. When she did the upper and lower portions of the light broke apart, but where still connected by crystal chains. Twirling it, she then grabbed it with her other hand, continuing to spin it until she placed the middle section onto the back of her neck while holding both the upper and lower portions with her hands.

Sugilite smirked at her and pulled back her flail, "Nice toy, but mine is bigger!" She added before flinging her flail at Amazonite again.

Watching it come, Amazonite started bending her knees and then pushed herself forward. Jumping into the air she leaped over the upcoming flail, but by it's end she placed her feet on it pushed herself even more. Shooting herself through the air and aiming straight at Sugilite's face, Amazonite removed her weapon from the back of her neck and pulled it back before launching it at Sugilite's cheek.

WHAM!

On impact, Sugilite's face shifted to the left while she stumbled back. Turning her head a growl exited her mouth as she watched Amazonite fall. Reeling in her flail she quickly threw it at her target. This outta show her who's the top bitch here.

Lowering her head, Amazonite took notice of the flail coming at her. Rotating her body back she landed on the moving flail and started running. Bending her knees she leaped into the air started coming right at Sugilite once more.

"I ain't gonna fall for the same trick twice." Sugilite announced as she pulled on her rope hard.

Hearing this, Amazonite's eyes widened before she looked behind her to see the flail coming at rapid speeds. But then...her lips slowly went up, smirking at the colossal before she started diving toward the ground.

Sugilite was about to ask why she would do that, but her answer was presented...by the upcoming flail heading straight for her.

"Ah shit!" Sugilite yelled just before her face got impacted.

Amazonite landed back on the ground with a loud THUD before she looked up to see Sugilite hit the large wall behind her.

POOF!

In the fraction of a second Sugilite erupted into a huge purple explosion, and in her place Amethyst and Garnet laid on the ground. Dismissing her weapon, Amazonite ran to them and got down on one knee.

"Garnet. Amethyst. Are you okay?" Amazonite asked.

Amethyst raised herself up, but soon groaned while putting a hand on her head. "Ugh! I've got such a headache." She added.

"You did well, Amazonite." Garnet said, picking herself up. "*groan* That was a nice strategy."

Amazonite grinned at the comment, but looked at Amethyst with concern while she moaned. Raising up a hand she placed it onto Amethyst's head, making her look at her just before a cyan light illuminated from her hand. The light soon vanished, making Amethyst blink. Amazonite removed her hand from her hand and gave her a small smile.

"How does that feel?" Amazonite asked.

Amethyst rubbed her head a little, but realized...her headache from earlier...was gone.

"I...feel better. Thanks." Amethyst replied.

Amazonite nodded and stood back up. Though a rhythm started beating in her chest. She felt...excited. That thrill of going against someone like Sugilite gave her a rush. And...she wants more.

PING!

Hearing that familiar sound, Amazonite quickly pulled out her phone from her pocket and saw a new text.

[MOM]: Are you okay? Sugilite didn't hurt her much, did she?

[KAMERON]: I am okay. And I managed to defeat her without receiving much damage.

[DAD]: Interesting. Well then, your final trial awaits.

[MOM]: We are glad that you had fun, however the show has only just begin.

[DAD]: Lights! Camera! Action! Come on over for a stellar reaction!

[MOM]: Don't be scared or fall into confusion. But to start this trial, it requires some de-fusion.

[DAD]: With the power of gauntlets and the thrust of the spear, this particular hub is amazing to hear.

[MOM & DAD]: You have one hour.

Amazonite soon placed the phone back into her pocket and turned to the Crystals.

"Go. We'll be okay." Garnet assured.

"Yeah, and Kameron is definitely gonna love this part." Amethyst added.

Wondering what the final trial will bring, Amazonite grew more crystals on her back, repairing her wings. Once they were back to their original state she flapped them hard, ascending into the air and heading towards her last destination.

One hour? Huh... At least Amazonite was given some extra time instead of being in a full-throttle rush. Though her lips soon frowned at the texts given to her. She was brought into this life by Kameron and Azurite, but soon...she'll have to disappear for a while. Then after that, when will she be able to come out again?

"No... Don't think like that. I'll have another chance to come out." Amazonite said to herself. "I will miss this wind on my face, but...I can't keep Kameron and Azurite from seeing those they care for. That wouldn't be fair."

Closing her eyes she slowly ascended into the air before taking a dive. Stretching her wings out to the fullest she began rotating her entire body. Over and over she spun herself until she opened her eyes to see the ground in her sights. Lifting her body she nearly avoided hitting the ground, merely letting the blades of grass touch her instead.

With another flap she greatly pushed herself up into the clear skies. For now, she needs to decipher where her final location is.

The text messages said something about a hub... Right then and there gasp exited Amazonite's lips. She soon smirked and began flapping her wings more.

Lowering her head, Amazonite found the last location. Standing tall in a desert-esque place was a large tower-like structure. However, the tower itself was dark yet showed strange and unusual patterns on it's pillars.

Descending onto the sands, Amazonite landed next to a Warp Pad and took a few steps forward. Lifting her head, her gaze laid onto the structure.

"I guess...this is goodbye." She said to herself.

Raising up her hands she clasped them together, intertwining her fingers in the process. Closing her eyes all three of her Gemstones started to glow in complete synchronicity. Soon after a cyan-colored aura covered her body. A gust of wind spiraled around her, making her hair flow in the air. Increasing pressure on her hands, Amazonite's lips formed a smile as her body started getting engulfed in a cyan light.

Shortly after, the cyan light started to split, letting both a green light and blue light come out. The wind started to decrease and disappear with Kameron and Azurite returning back. The siblings looked at one another, their hands holding each others before releasing them. Kameron chuckled a little while Azurite blushed and smiled at her little brother.

"That was... Wow... That felt amazing." Kameron said.

"Yes. I have never something like that before, but I am glad it was with you, brother." Azurite replied.

PING!

Both siblings soon and shuttered at the abrupt sound. This time Azurite reached into her pocket, pulling out her phone and seeing a text.

"What's wrong?" Kameron asked.

Reading the text, Azurite smiled at her brother and placed her phone back into her pocket.

"Apologies, Kameron. But I must leave." Azurite replied.

Kameron blinked at her. Leave? But, but the game wasn't over yet. However, Kameron frowned, believing something came up that she needed to handle.

"Is it the hospital?" Kameron asked.

Azurite nodded, but she then approached her brother and cupped his cheeks, lightly squishing them. "I am sorry, Kameron. But be assured that I will return. Please don't be sad."

Kameron continued to frown, but gave her a nod. That's the cost of having a job. Whenever your boss calls you, you gotta go back unless otherwise.

Removing her hands from her brother, Azurite summoned her wings and took off. Though here she was, lying to her brother again, only...the reason here was simple and would have a good payoff.

Watching her leave, Kameron turn his attention onto the structure. Raising out his right arm his Gemstone began to glow and from it a small sphere of light came out before it started to vanish, revealing a sketchpad and a sharpened pencil.

"At least I got something to do." He said before opening the sketchpad.

Sitting down on the sands, Kameron marked on his sketchpad and began to draw. As he drew his thoughts went toward Amazonite. Being one with Azurite was...so unreal. It was like...they were becoming a new person, but at the same time like that person was being born into this life. Is that how Zuli and Cobalt feel when they become Azurite or is it something else entirely? Kameron wasn't so sure about it, but now...he's got to wonder how it'll feel when fusing with anyone else.

Guess time will tell.

Just as Kameron was getting the layers of the structure in front of him, he looked up to see it get illuminated. Putting away his sketchpad and pencil, Kameron stood up and stepped forward at the structure.

"HAPPY...BIRTHDAY...KAMERON!"

A gasp exited Kameron's lips, making him turn his head to see who said that. Lifting his head Kameron took notice of a large entity standing right at the top of the structure. The entity was a large vermilion-skinned female with apricot-colored hair, and though she wore a visor, she showcased four eyes with two small ones in the corners and bigger ones at the center. The woman wore a black, tailcoat tuxedo-leotard with a tangerine bow and a small, black star underneath her bosom. Accompanying this are mauve-gray leggings, gloves on her upper-arms that expose her hands, gloves on her lower-arms reaching up to her elbows, and crimson-tipped slip-ons. Lastly, the woman had vermilion-colored Gemstones on her forehead and in the palms of her upper-hands.

Getting his attention, the four-armed woman jumped off of the structure and rotated her lower arms rapidly, turning them into a makeshift propeller. Little by little she descended below until her tip-toes touched the ground. Slowing down her lower arms, the woman approached Kameron and raised her lower arms to him.

Kameron was entirely confused seeing her, but her smile kinda gave him the okay to trust her, at least for the moment. Walking up to the woman he hopped onto her hands before she raised him up, meeting him face to face.

"I am so happy to finally meet the birthday-boy. How are you?" The woman asked.

"Uh...okay, I guess?" Kameron answered, unsure on how to respond to this one. "Who are you?"

The woman gasped, "Who am I? Why I am the lovely Sardonyx. I am here to turn your frown upside-down." She added, rotating her entire upper-body around.

Sardonyx then raised her upper-arms to him and with both of her index fingers she squished his cheeks. "Nobody should be sad on their birthday, especially you Kameron. So the family and I have one last surprise for you, and trust me you're gonna love it. Wanna see?" She told him.

Kameron gave her a nod. Might as well see where this goes.

Sardonyx smiled at him. Then as she removed her fingers from his cheeks she lowered her lower-arms and launched him high into the air.

Kameron let out a gasp and a yell, getting shot way up high. Lifting his head his eyes shot open at the sight of black portal opening up above him. Without given time to react, Kameron went right into the portal before it closed itself up.

Soon enough Kameron reappeared in another location, landing on something with a loud THUD! However, he was shrouded in darkness, barely being able to see anything. Groans exited his mouth, but before he could utter a word lights started turning on, making him cover his eyes. Slowly lowering his arm, Kameron's vision began to heal and... and... his eyes slowly expanded from what was in front of him.

It was...his girlfriend, Elizabeth. Only...she was wearing white eye-shadow, white lip-gloss, a white choker with a white crop-top, a white skirt with small white shoes, and white nail-polish.

Some more lights started turning on and to Elizabeth's right was Brittney, wearing a similar outfit to hers but everything was silver. To the left was Lepidolite, again wearing a similar outfit but everything was dark-pink.

[Song Start]

Lepidolite: Flat line, come alive.

Shock me, see the spark.

What's next, try to flex.

Open up your mind.

Brittney: Hear that, listen up.

Feel the spark.

Is it us?

Hit the switch, start it up.

Now I think it's time.

Elizabeth: Everybody we're going in.

It's alive!

Soon an array of lights shined on the trio before they started dancing.

Shaking their hips back and forth, Kameron could only watch as the music was entering his ears and the trio had their eyes on him.

But...as he watched them, his own body started to levitate.

Elizabeth: It's alive!

The trio then jumped into the air, getting closer and closer to Kameron.

Elizabeth: Flat line, come alive.

Shock me, see the spark.

What's next, try to flex.

Open up your mind.

Brittney: Hear that, listen up.

Feel the spark.

Is it us?

Hit the switch, start it up.

Now I think it's time.

Lepidolite: Everybody we're going in.

It's alive.

Lepidolite grabbed Kameron's cheeks and kissed his left side before twirling and giving him to Brittney.

Brittney: We've gotta find a sign.

Lepidolite: It's alive.

Brittney cupped Kameron's cheeks and spun with him for a moment before giving him to Elizabeth.

Elizabeth: Not gonna let you die.

Now you're pulsing.

You're beating.

You're moving.

You're breathing, tonight.

Elizabeth hugged Kameron close to her as they started rotating in the air.

Elizabeth: It's alive.

Elizabeth released Kameron, but took his arms and tossed him high into the air.

Brittney: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Lepidolite: It's alive.

The trio soared up high, coming to Kameron before Lepidolite took his hands into her own.

Lepidolite: You're my lifeline.

Movin' me, all the time.

All parts, so fine.

Lovin' your designs.

Twirling with him for a moment, she passed him to Brittney.

Brittney: Better than Lemon Pie.

Having a tasty prize.

You've been running.

Make your mind.

Now I think it's time.

Brittney took his hands and spun him around a bit before giving him to Elizabeth.

Elizabeth: Everybody we're going in.

It's alive.

Lepidolite: We've gotta find a sign.

It's alive.

Brittney: Not gonna let you die.

You're pulsing.

You're beating.

You're moving.

You're breathing, tonight.

Elizabeth hugged him once more, only now she was joined by Brittney and Lepidolite.

All Girls: It's alive.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,

It's alive.

The girls then released Kameron and pushed him away, watching him float down while they stared at him.

Pushing themselves forward, the girls descended with him, each putting a hand on his chest.

Lepidolite: You're alive.

Brittney: We're feeling a good sign.

Lepidolite: You're alive.

Elizabeth: Not gonna let you die.

All Girls: You're pulsing.

You're beating.

You're moving.

You're breathing, tonight.

...

You're alive!

[Song End]

With the song coming to an end, Kameron soon felt his back feeling a surface while his eyes never looked away from the girls. They soon fell on top of him and closed their eyes, hearing the rhythmic beats in his chest.

"Happy birthday, Kameron." Elizabeth said softly.

"Hoped you liked our song." Brittney added.

"Love you always, little brother." Lepidolite added.

Hearing this, Kameron's lips began to raise up. Closing his eyes, Kameron let out a sigh and felt good with the company he had. That solitude he had moments ago... Sure, being alone is nice once and a while, but...after today, everything he experienced made him realize that he isn't truly alone, even if he thinks he is.

Even though he still wants to know about the hidden truths about his family, it's best to save that for another time.

Just wait...and see what happens, then they'll deal with it.

End of Episode 28.

I'm sorry that this took so long. I got sick a couple days ago, so I needed to take care of myself for a while before picking up where I left off. Again, I'm sorry to keep you all waiting.

So... Yeah, I really want to introduce a new Fusion here. Amazonite. And I know it was a stretch introducing the three big Fusions here, but I wanted to get that out of the way. I know they didn't do much here, but I'll have them playing some roles in the future.

Also, there will be Rainbow Fusions too, but they will come in time.

The song here is It's Alive from Shake It Up. I really, really wanted to use this song somehow and I am so happy I figured out how. I do not own the song.

Now, I'm gonna need a break after this long episode. But I won't be gone for too long this time.

See you all soon. :)
