Class A were in their dorms for the night, still coming down off the highs of the school festival. Especially since their class was the talk of the school festival due to the concert they put on. That made Class B a little jealous, minus Kendo as she was more focused on the beauty pageant at the time. Plus she wasn't one to hold grudges, unlike some of her classmates, especially Monoma.

Kirishima grinned as he sat down on the couch, "Man, we rocked! If they gave out prizes for which class was the best, we would for sure win!"

Tsuyu noted, "I think the school doesn't do that because they want to promote togetherness, or something like that."

Bakugo scoffed, "We won, who cares?"

Mina then shouted, "Oh, I almost forgot. You know what's coming up soon? Halloween!"

Several people cheered. Danny asked, "Wait, you guys celebrate that here in Japan?"

Izuku answered, "Sort of. It's more about the costumes and parties more than anything. Some scares here and there."

Danny chuckled, "I guess trick or treat isn't a thing, then. Figures."

Mina then announced, "We should throw our own Halloween party, right here!"

Ochaco beamed, "Oh, that's a great idea! We can decorate the entire dorm! And we can all wear spooky costumes!"

Bakugo scoffed, "Count me out. Halloween is a joke."

Danny looked over at Bakugo, "What's the matter? Too chicken to celebrate a spooky holiday?"

Bakugo growled, "Shut your mouth, Fenton! I can decide what I want to do."

Danny muttered to himself, "I think he'll come around."

Tenya then said, "We probably have to ask permission from Mr. Aizawa first."

Momo nodded, "Agreed. We have to approach this delicately."

Mina scoffed, "Don't worry. I'm sure Mr. Aizawa will sign off on this. I'll start the preparations right away!"

The class asked Aizawa the next day, and he reluctantly agreed that they could have the party, but not to do anything too crazy. Eventually the word spread and multiple classes decided to do their own parties in their own dorms.

Monoma from Class B was seething, "Class A thinks they're so superior for coming up with this. Well, maybe it's time that they get put in their place. It is Halloween, after all."

The morning of Halloween, Class A was busy getting ready for the party. Momo was generous enough to make materials for costumes using her Quirk.

As classes let out for the day, Danny was stopped by All Might. The old pro hero sighed, "I'm sorry to have to do this, but we need to meet later."

Danny asked, "But what about the party?"

All Might said, "You'll have to miss the first part of it, but not the whole thing. Let's just say I got a message, from you know who."

Danny guessed that he was referring to Clockwork. "Fine. I guess this means more training?"

All Might nodded.

What the pair didn't know was that Monoma was listening in. He grinned, "So Fenton will be out of the way for a while. This will make things easier." He went back to report to his class.

That night, the party was in full swing. Danny had to explain to his classmates that he had to meet with All Might for a bit, but that he'd be back soon. Izuku asked for more information, but Danny just gave him a look, and Izuku backed off. Danny then left to meet with All Might.

Everyone else got into their costumes and the Halloween music started to blare through the dorm. Mina was the first on the dance floor, dressed as a witch, and started the dance party.

Suddenly, Kaminari ran in from outside, carrying a VHS tape. "Guys! I just found this sitting outside the door. It looks like it's a scary movie. Let's put it on."

Tsuyu asked, "Aren't you even a little suspicious that a random Halloween tape just happens to show up at our dorm?"

Kirishima walked over, "Come on, Tsu. Lighten up a little. It's Halloween. What's Halloween without a scary movie?"

They put it on as a creepy girl came on the screen. She said, "Those of you who watch this tape are now cursed. None of you will survive until the end of the night. Spirits will now haunt you. Will you make it until dawn?" The tape then ended.

Several people screamed. Tokoyami sighed, "I doubt this is legit. Although I appreciate the darkness of it."

Sero shouted, "We're all cursed now! Thanks a lot, Kaminari."

"How was I supposed to know?" Kaminari shouted back.

Izuku got everyone's attention, "Guys, calm down. This is probably just a prank. Nothing to be scared of."

Suddenly the lights went out. People screamed.

Bakugo walked over, "What gives? Who turned out the lights?"

Shoto suggested, "Maybe something tripped the breakers."

Kirishima grinned, "Kaminari can just go out and power them back up."

Kaminari shook his head, "No way, man."

Kirishima replied, "Relax. I'll go with you. Come on."

Kirishima dragged Kaminari outside to where the breakers were. But a few minutes later, Class A heard some screams, then silence.

Sero was freaking out, "They've been taken by the curse. It's real!"

"We're all doomed!" Sato added.

Momo made some flashlights using her Quirk, "Come on. We need to go outside and find out what's going on."

Tenya nodded in agreement, "Right. As co class rep, we need to get this sorted out."

Tsuyu asked, "Shouldn't we just go get Mr. Aizawa and tell him what's happening?"

Mina shook her head, "We can figure this out ourselves. Come on. Let's go!"

Bakugo walked away, "Count me out. I'm not getting involved in this."

Izuku sighed, "Kacchan, we need to do this as a class."

Shoto suggested, "Maybe he's just scared and doesn't want to admit it."

Bakugo turned around, "Shut up, Icy-Hot! I'm not scared of anything!" He grumbled, but came along. Class A was in for the fright of their lives.

In the Ghost Zone, Danny, having transformed into Phantom, was with All Might and went to Clockwork's tower. Clockwork and Sir Nighteye were waiting for them. Clockwork smiled, "Greetings, young Phantom. You came exactly when I knew you would."

Phantom sighed, "Let's just get this over with. My class is having a Halloween party, and I would like to join it."

Clockwork nodded, "Understood. We wanted to let you know that the ghost council will be meeting soon. As the prince, you have to attend."

Phantom asked, "And you couldn't just come and tell me yourself? Why did I have to come here for it?"

Nighteye answered, "Because it's urgent and has to be kept secret to most. It involves the Nomu."

All Might was shocked, "The Nomu? Why would you ghosts be concerned about them?"

Nighteye answered, "Because of their nature. The dead were used to make them, and as ghosts, that concerns us."

All Might said, "Yes, I remember Tsukauchi mentioning that the Nomu I defeated was a criminal that went missing. He must have been killed and his corpse was used to create that Nomu."

Clockwork then grimly said, "This horrendous act of reviving the dead goes against nature itself. Preventing souls from moving on into the afterlife. So as you can see, young Phantom, this concerns the ghosts considerably."

Phantom nodded, "I understand. When will this meeting happen?"

Clockwork answered, "You will know when the time comes. Right now, I have sent certain ghosts out to collect as much evidence as possible. I will send someone to collect you when the time comes. Now, go on and enjoy your Halloween. It's the favorite holiday of most ghosts, after all."

Phantom nodded, and Clockwork opened a portal that Phantom and All Might went through.

They arrived in front of Class A's dorm and Danny transformed back into Danny. Suddenly, screams could be heard.

Danny asked, "What the heck is going on?"

All Might said, "Let's go check it out."

They ran to the dorm and found the lights out. They followed the sounds and Danny lit one of his fists with ecto energy for light. What they found was an interesting sight indeed.

Several members of Class A were on the ground, shaking with fright, some crying. Izuku looked up and saw the pair, "Danny, All Might."

Danny knelt down to the ground, "What happened?"

Sero muttered, "Cursed tape. Lights out. Scary ghost."

All Might sighed. He saw the breaker nearby and switched the electricity back on. "Fenton, let's get your classmates inside."

Danny and All Might got everyone inside. Danny had to carry Bakugo as he was unconscious with a giant goose egg on his forehead. Momo and Tenya were able to tell them the events that happened. The class watched the tape, the lights went out, Kaminari and Kirishima went outside to check on the breaker, then disappeared. The class all went outside to find their classmates, and one by one, they were all scared by the ghost of the tape.

Danny walked over and grabbed the tape, "I'm not picking up any ghostly vibes from it." He quickly watched it on the TV. "Yeah, this is fake. This is just someone dressed up like that girl from The Ring and probably the same person who made the tape. It's clearly homemade."

Tenya sighed, "Then this was all a prank. I should have noticed. I've failed as a co class rep."

Momo put her hand on his shoulder, "It's fine, Tenya. We're all OK, that's the important thing."

Shoto walked over, "I was knocked out like Bakugo was. I guess whoever pranked us wanted those powerful enough to see through the prank out of the way. I did manage to grab this as I was falling." He handed Danny a camera.

Danny walked over to the laptop and plugged the camera in. He pulled out a flash drive that Tucker made for him long ago and started to type away. "I can track where the signal for this camera went. It looks like….the signal is coming from another dorm. Class B's to be exact."

The class was shocked. Kirishima growled, "Those guys have always had it out for us. Well, some more than others."

Sero deduced, "I bet Monoma was behind it. He's always had it out for our class."

All Might sighed, "I'll go over and alert Vlad King about what happened. Since he's their homeroom teacher, he can choose their punishment for this."

"I'll go with you," Danny said. "Momo, Tenya, make sure everyone is alright. Then work on getting the party started again. We won't let those pranksters ruin Halloween." Tenya and Momo nodded.

All Might and Danny walked outside towards the Class B dorm. Danny then stopped All Might, "Hey, All Might. I think I have an idea of a punishment for their class."

All Might sighed, "Fenton, I understand you may want revenge, but let's just leave it to Vlad King."

Danny smiled, "Don't worry. It's just a little payback. Ghostly style. No one will get hurt, and no one will know who to blame. And I have the perfect person to pull off this payback. Do I have your permission?"

All Might thought for a moment, then answered, "Fine. I'll give you ten minutes. Then I'm going to Vlad King."

Danny nodded, "Understood. Fright Knight."

The ghostly knight appeared in front of Danny and knelt to him, "How may I be of service, Your Highness?"

Danny answered, "I'm sorry to call you away from your duties, as Halloween is very important to you, but I have a mission for you. It involves some Halloween scares and revenge."

Fright Knight asked, "I see, what do you want me to do?"

Inside the Class B dorm, Monoma was laughing his head off, "Oh, man. You should have seen their faces. They were all so scared. My plan worked!"

Several people laughed along with him. Kendo sighed, "Monoma, if I had known you were planning this, I would have put a stop to this. Do you have any idea how much trouble you could get in if they reported this to the teachers?"

Monoma laughed, "They're too scared to say anything. They all thought it was real. Thanks to Reika and her Quirk."

Reika sighed, "I only agreed because you said Danny would be there. But you lied."

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Awase went over and opened it, "Uh guys, you might want to come and see this." The class walked to the front and saw a pumpkin with a sword sticking out of it.

Kendo said, "That's weird. Why is a sword sticking out of that pumpkin?"

Monoma replied, "Who cares? Shiny sword is mine!"

Before anyone could stop him, he grabbed the sword and pulled it out. Suddenly, ghostly wails could be heard all around them.

Tetsutetsu shouted, "Monoma, what did you do?"

But before Monoma could answer, a ghostly voice called out, "So you are the one who pulled out my sword." Suddenly Fright Knight appeared in front of them. "No one touches that sword. It is mine, the ghost of Halloween!"

Reika was shaking, "A ghost. A real ghost."

Monoma scoffed, "Come on, guys. It's obvious just Fenton in a costume."

Fright Knight chuckled darkly, "You are mistaken, human. You are the one who disturbed the Soul Shredder. Now you must pay the price!" He grabbed the sword out of Monoma's hand and used its power to make Monoma disappear.

Class B freaked out. Kendo shouted, "What did you do to him?"

Fright Knight chuckled darkly, "He is suffering the fate of those who mess with me. Now, let's see who else must pay!" Class B screamed loudly.

After ten minutes, All Might came storming into Class B's dorm along with Vlad King. They found some members of Class B on the ground, shaking with fright, those who were part of Monoma's prank. Those who had nothing to do with it, like Kendo, were holding their heads like they were hungover. Monoma had it the worst. Even though he physically was there, his mind was still trapped in the dimension that Fright Knight sent him to.

Vlad King shouted, "What happened?"

Kendo answered, "I don't know. The last thing I remember was confronting those who pranked Class A and…"

Vlad King interrupted, "Yes, All Might told me what happened. Are these ones the people who played a part in it?" He pointed to the ones who were shaking with fear. Kendo nodded.

Reika murmured, "Ghosts….real….."

Vlad King sighed, "It seems whatever happened, they got a taste of their own medicine. They will be punished for what they did. I suspect Monoma was the ringleader. He's getting extra detention with me. But for now, let's get these guys to bed. Halloween is over for everyone here." Those who weren't affected sighed.

Outside, Danny chuckled. He turned to Fright Knight, "I'm impressed. Good job, Fright Knight. So, will they remember anything?"

Fright Knight shook his head, "No, Your Highness. When those affected will wake up, they will all think it was a dream. But they will never forget the frights they are seeing now. The secret is safe."

Danny nodded, "Thank you, Fright Knight. I'll let you get back to your Halloween duties." Fright Knight nodded, then disappeared.

Danny walked back to his dorm and went inside. He saw that thanks to Tenya and Momo's help, the party was back in swing. Mina saw Danny come in and pulled him to the dance floor, "Our savior, everybody!" Everyone cheered.

Danny chuckled, "Happy Halloween!"
