Chapter 1 (remake)

"Stop right there!" I yell out as I run after Robin. We ran for a few more seconds before he stopped suddenly. He turned around so quickly that I didn't have time to comprehend what was about to happen. In a flash I was punched to the ground like a sack of potatoes. I, still trying to regain focus, was pinned to the ground by the tip of Robin's gun.

"What are you gonna do? Shoot me?" I grinned as Robin gave a cocky smile.

"You know I wouldn't do that to you BB, I cherish you too much."

Now you're probably wondering why Robin knocked me on the ground and gave me some cheesy line. Well it's a long story but I think if you're interested enough from the part I just told then you'll be able to find what I'm about to tell you interesting.

Beastboys pov:

I was walking through the hallway of the T tower when I suddenly heard someone yell. I quickly ran towards the direction of the voice and stood to the side when I saw who it was yelling. Since I was sick I had only assumed they were yelling because of the recent mission they've went on.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME CYBORG!? YOU DIDNT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAID!"

"YEAH BECAUSE IT WAS A DUMB PLAN!"

"OH REALLY DUMB WELL YOU NOT LISTENING AND FOLLOWING THE PLAN CAUSED THE CONVICT TO ESCAPE!"

"Tch. That was because of you."

After cyborg said that Robin started stating that he wasn't at fault for what had happened. Now of course I don't know what the fuck had happened so I just stood there along with Starfire and Raven who seemed tired of the situation.

"You know I don't even know why you're the leader! You've betrayed us twice, that's not something a good leader does. Not that you know anything about being a good leader." Cyborg said Coldy. Everyone excluding Me were stunned by Cyborgs words, although the person it hit most was the person it was towards.

Robin couldn't bring himself to say anything so he just left.

"You went too far Cyborg." Raven said with a stern voice. Cyborg looked at Raven, still having the angry look he had towards Robin, but then it changed to a regret look.

"I.. Yeah. I think I have." I was gonna walk up there to comfort Cyborg, since he was still in his regretful state, but then I backed off and walked towards Robin's room.

"Robin needs more comfort than he does." I thought as I walked up to Robin's door. After a while of hesitating I knocked.

"Come in unless you're Cyborg then don't." Robin said, and to be honest it was kind of funny. I walked in the room and saw Robin sitting by his bed. He had made a little desk next to his bed so that he could work in his room, it's kind of annoying since he's not only working in the other room but now here.

"What is it that you wanted." Robin's voice sounded soft and it made me feel sympathetic towards him.

"Oh I just wanted to ask if you're okay. I saw that cyborg really went out on you." I giggled a bit hopping my 'bad' jokes will change the mood atmosphere.

"Hah.. yeah I mean..I did go to hard on Cyborg.. so technically it's my fault." I nodded not really agreeing with the idea it was his fault.

"Oh okay.. well I think that it wasn't just your fault, you both said something that was offensive and that caused things to escalate. So technically it's both your guys fault." I tried explaining why I thought they were both at fault but I just couldn't come up with the words. Robin giggled a bit before getting up off the chair.

"Thank you beastboy, usually people don't check up on me when I'm down."

"Really?" I questioned although Robin just brushed it off and gave me a hug, before I left.

Something about what Robin said about people not usually checking up on him kind of hurt me. I mean since we've met I don't think I've tried to hang out with him. Like just the two of us.

"That's it! I'll hang out with him more starting tomorrow!" I thought, stoked about what I'm gonna do.
