Smurfocalypse Chapter 100: The Search for the Savant Cure Part 4: Hefty's Rage! The Battle of Blood Mountain Begins!
The knights immediately rose to arms to avenge Timber Smurf, and chased the Raptors deep into the woods. Chaos erupted around them as a war broke out in the forest. The Raptors scattered all over the woods as the knights chased after them. Hefty leaped high into the air and swung his sword into the ground towards Raptor releasing a torrent of wind which ripped through the foliage violently as it soared towards Raptor. Terry spread the wings of her armor which were apparently functional. She flew to Raptor Smurf and picked him up before taking off into the treetops.
"You bastard! Come back here! I'm going to rip you to pieces!" Hefty screamed.
Raptor and Terry had disappeared, but finally it seemed one of the Raptors was not afraid of Hefty and stood to oppose him. A Smurf dressed in a suit of bone resembling a triceratops stood between him and his pursuit of Raptor Smurf. By Hefty's side was Smurfstorm and Smurfblossom whose targets had fled into the darkness of the forest. Triceratops Smurf had a long spear in his hands and his armor included a helmet with long pointed horns extending like the actual dinosaur.
"If you wish to harm my master you must first cut me down." Triceratops said.
"Very well… If you wish to die here tonight then continue standing in my way." Hefty said.
"I'm afraid you've left me with no choice Hefty Smurf. I clearly must destroy you." Triceratops said.
"Then face me in glorious battle!" Hefty said.
Triceratops charges Hefty with his spear held out and Hefty smirked as the smaller Smurf ran towards him with his spear ready.
"That piece of junk you're holding will never harm me!" Hefty shouts.
Hefty stood firm and simply flexed his abs as Triceratops' spear collided with his bare stomach. The iron spear bent in half and the blade shattered upon impact with Hefty's Smurf essence enveloped body. Triceratops' eyes widened as he witnessed his weapon turn to scrap before his eyes.
"Whoa whoa whoa! Unbelievable!" Smurfblossom said.
Hefty then closed the distance between himself and Triceratops and bashed the Smurf so hard in the head with his shield he sent the Smurf into the air. Hefty then quickly leaped into the air and swung his sword into Triceratops' chest with such force a gust of wind sent the Smurf crashing into the ground. Hefty then crashes down on top of Triceratops with enough force to form a crater under where Triceratops lay. He then sheaths his sword and grabs Triceratops by the throat and begins pulling on his head attempting to rip it clean off. Triceratops screamed and his body shook as he tried desperately not to die. Hefty was mercilessly squeezing the life out of Triceratops while simultaneously trying to remove his head. However in his rage Hefty had forgotten to consider a very real possibility. Triceratops had the ability to use his Smurf Essence and as they struggled on the forest floor Triceratops' aura began to glow blue as he generated his Smurf Essence. All around him rocks and stones began to rise from the earth and hover into the air around Hefty. Hefty looked around him and scowled.
"A rock type Smurf Essence…" Hefty said.
"That's right! Boulder Barrage!" Triceratops screams.
The rocks in the air began to soar towards Hefty and Hefty let go of Triceratops and rolled out of the way of the attack. Triceratops gets to his feet quickly and Hefty gives him no respite as he charges the Smurf and grabs him by the waist. Hefty lifts Triceratops into the air with ease and Triceratops smirks.
"There is something you should know about my armor…" Triceratops said.
Triceratops thrusts his head forwards towards Hefty's chest and the horns pierce Hefty's chest. Hefty screams out in pain.
"It's been heavily enchanted!" Triceratops screams as throws his head upward sending Hefty off his feet and into the air.
Hefty is thrown into the air by Triceratops' horns. Before he could react Triceratops unleashed another powerful Boulder Barrage which buffeted Hefty in mid air as rocks and stones crashed into Hefty's body. Triceratops then leaps into the air towards Hefty head first and once again pierces Hefty's chest with his horns. Hefty responds by punching the Smurf so hard in the face that it sends teeth and blood flying. The attack dislodged Triceratops' horns from Hefty's body. Hefty then grabs Triceratops and throws him into the earth head first before drawing his sword and descending fast with it held out.
"Wind Cutter!" Hefty shouts as his sword collides with the earth just in front of Triceratops.
The resulting gust of wind sent the Smurf flying backward into a tree trunk. Hefty charges Triceratops and swings his sword with all his might at the Smurf. Triceratops avoids the attack with a quick dash to the right and Hefty's sword collides with the tree slicing right through the trunk and causing the entire tree to fall. Smurfstorm and Smurfblossom flee as the tree comes crashing down onto the ground where they stood.
"What incredible power!" Smurfblossom shouts.
"This must be Hefty's true strength… He truly is the strongest Smurf in the universe." Smurfstorm said.
"An impressive feat, but not one I wasn't expecting!" Triceratops yells and he leaps towards Hefty with his horns extended.
As Triceratops charged Hefty his Smurf Essence began to generate from his body. Hefty swings his sword into Triceratops' chest and just as he was doing so a protective layer of Smurf essence generated rock enveloped Triceratops' entire body.
"Statue Point!" Triceratops screams as Hefty's sword harmlessly rebounds off his body.
As quickly as the rock came to defend him it was gone giving Triceratops mobility again. Triceratops thrusts his head forward again towards Hefty. Hefty blocks Triceratops' horns with his shield and the force of the attack caused the horns to fully penetrate it. Hefty swings his sword at Triceratops' neck and Triceratops quickly grapples Hefty's arm with both hands causing the Smurf to drop his weapon. Triceratops then effortlessly lifts Hefty's bulky body high above him by lifting his head.
"Time for my Cave Pile Driver!" Triceratops screams as he flings his head downward.
Hefty is sent into the ground hard by Triceratops attack. His shield was still stuck in Triceratops' helmet causing him let it go when he suffered the full force of the Cave Pile Driver.
"Rock Coffin!" Triceratops screams snapping his fingers.
Jagged rocks shoot up from the earth around where Hefty lay, and as Triceratops' attack was being carried out he grabbed the shield lodged in his armor and tossed it aside. Hefty found himself surrounded by jagged rocks that shot up from the earth and completely entrapped him inside a prison of stone.
"I'll crush you to death with my Rock Crusher!" Triceratops yelled as he once again snapped his fingers.
Upon his fingers being snapped the rocks surrounding Hefty began crushing him. Hefty had little time to think of a way to counter the Rock Crusher technique. He pushed with all his strength against the imposing rocks and then began to crack. Finally Hefty was able to completely destroy the rocks much to Triceratops' horror. His attack was completely countered as Hefty busted his way out of the Rock Coffin and charged once again at Triceratops.
"I've had enough of these games!" Hefty shouts as he literally grabs Triceratops and lifts him above his head.
In just a few seconds Hefty lifts Triceratops Smurf above his head and lifts his knee before slamming Triceratops' spine into his knee. A loud sickening cracking noise echoed throughout the forest as Hefty had destroyed his opponent's spine by literally busting it over his knee. Triceratops screams in agony before being thrown to the ground on his back. The battle was over. Hefty had completely destroyed his opponent.
"Master Raptor… I die so that you can be safe…" Triceratops said.
"Don't die with that ridiculous thought in your head! I'm going to see to it that your entire group is destroyed." Hefty said.
Triceratops grinned.
"Even if your forces could kill us all. Master Raptor will not perish. He will kill you all one by one unless you leave this place." Triceratops said before succumbing to death.
Hefty was covered in wounds from head to toe from his fight with Triceratops, but he was not about to stop his pursuit. Once the fight was done Smurfstorm runs to Hefty, a look of genuine concern on her face.
"Hefty… Your wounds!" Smurfstorm said.
"Mere scratches and bruises won't put an end to our assault." Hefty said clutching his bleeding chest.
"Hefty your power really is unbelievable! The stories don't do it justice at all!" Smurfblossom said.
Hefty grins at Smurfblossom's compliment.
"Those cowards couldn't have gotten far. Let's find out next opponent." Hefty said.
