Pechy Comet summoned her arch-nemesis, Amaya Shadow, in front of Queen Beta, Dawn, the Warrior King and the true Another Dimension Pretty Cure. Pechy still hated Amaya so much that she punched her with her dream-empowered fist, but the Warrior King calmed her down and accepted Amaya. While Prism left, the Prismatic Hunter fought the gang before receiving warning from the Darkbolts themselves, and so the Hunter followed Prism and both left. The gang picked a Zero-Point-crystal-embedded Sling Ring and escaped, falling into the Void of the TVA (Time Variance Authority), where the Warrior King got Pouchy and Pechy bringing the entire gang to Cassandra Nova's compound fortress, where the Exo Stranger and a Prismatic well lies. Receiving the paracausal and learning about them, the gang went to the now-barren-again Oasis, while damn-near all the mechas and respective pilots in existence got consumed and Taken by a storm, while a mysterious olden woman found out about the Wanderer, actually the doctor Victor von Doom.
"Oi, CXA! We've so much breadcrumbs!"
(*1) As if getting plucked out of my timeline and facing a mysterious force that happened to be connected to the ones plucking me out wasn't enough; we have to deal with several things and it seems that I wasn't the only one getting into the messiest existential crap possible; there's that one magical girl with a magical wand and a strange dreamcatcher, alongside a psychotic villainess with nightmarish powers.
"Kyon. Have you seen anyone wielding Prismatic powers?" Dawn asked.
"No, this is the second time I learn about Prismatic. The first time was those holograms and a voice."
Kyon then pulled out five blank Rider Cards, which Pechy waved with full paracausal aura to empower them. Resulting in turning them into Rider Cards with "AttackRide" below some words below some icons, one colored icon and some specific backgrounds for each.
"Arc, Solar, and Void."
"Stasis and Strand."
Dawn pointed out those Rider Cards, and explained how the paracausal powers and forces worked.
"I think I'll need to call some of my... friends. Yeah?" Sonic the Hedgehog called.
"What's going on with the hell?" The Warrior King asked.
"Mr. Warrior (*2), somebody stole your orb, though we currently cannot pinpoint nor identify. On a grander scale... some mysterious forces through the so-called Second Knife contacted us CXA."
Ms. Continuum just accidentally gave the King the bombshell. "What's wrong, mister?"
"Oh no... the Second Knife... And I know the Darkbolts. Those... omniversal terrorists." The Warrior King connected the dots. "Right. The Second Knife... the one first showing the freaked lightshow to me... works for Darkbolts!"
"Darkbolts... you mean part of the CXA's origin? You mean the Redvengers' enemies!?"
"Thinking about it... a few of companions there saw some visions about stuffs related to me and then... some robot king who seems to be an Exo (*3)."
"Where's Ron? Where's my boyfriend?" Pechy looked at the windows.
The mothership flew up into space, ready to to go warp to other dimensions and time point. Meanwhile, the Superjudge once again harnessed the rift powers, with his Lyla on the sides.
"The Ultimate Drift is back." Recalling when he had to survive.
"Nix Uotan. Lyla Michaels. Where we dropping?"
The Fire God of the New Era himself, Liu Kang, has come to go. "For there's so many places in need."
"You remember this fit? Ultimate Drift, seeing the slaughter of the Justice League Incarnate."
"Oh, that cracked fox mask too... Now I remember."
"I know, I did help the CXA and alliance end the Order of the Pariah. Good riddance to the Queen of Hearts."
"But first up, we have an email. It goes by the name 'Soyle'."
A mysterious email from "Soyle", which the CXA just received.
"Uotan, Lyla, go check it first."
Pechy also noticed the email as well. The holograms showed the email.
"Soyle..." Amaya noticed. "What's this?"
"An email, you see." Liu Kang and co. came by. "Let's see what it is..."
The email has a mysterious sender calling themselves "Soyle", and it says:
Hello, fellow fictions!
We've heard of you working with someone you used to try to kill and overcome. We were so close to fixing you, grant your wish. But you had to still defy us Darkbolts and then escaped. Without a trace! However, we know you're still there. Amaya Shadow... meet me at the Doomed Elyos (*4), for I have a nasty surprise for you... If you die, I'll just revive you and force you to receive that one! Hahahaha!

"Me? So they're targeting me for rejecting them and the escape?" Amaya scoffed. "Hmph."
"A nasty surprise? But I already brought back Amaya!" Pechy suspected. "And so... Dreamer or Kimi, or even both!?"
"Dreamer? That sis of mine?" Amaya realized. "Wait... could this be..."
"Looks like next stop is the ruined Elyos from another timeline or world (*4)." Ms. Continuum suggested. "Also, keep an eye on Nel and Rafal 'Nil', the Fell duo. We might need them."
"Uh... Fell... sounds like my villainy!" Amaya chuckled.
"Not exactly. Not all Fell Dragons are evil. And some can be redeemed." Ms. Continuum rebutted. "However, Grima is an evil one. That being said, it wasn't added to the mysterious army owned by Darkbolts. At least not yet."
"What about Alear and Veyle?"/"リュールとヴェイルはどうですか?" Kyon asked.
Ms. Continuum just shrugged, not considering Alear or Veyle important for this commission itself.
"Where we droppin'?" The Canon Bringers called.
"Alternate Elyos (*4)!" Ms. Continuum commanded.
The mothership proceeds to go to a nearby Outrealm Gate (異界の門, *5), finding one lying across the void. The mothership then boosted to the gate.
BGM: With Me (Sonic and the Black Knight, instrumental)
"What do you want!?"
A woman with mechanical, somewhat robotic lower half covered casually covered and also strapped a magical scabbard, and wears cropped black shirt covered in spectral aura of blue flames. Her feathery white scarf confused the real hedgehog, but the short and messy, dark purple hair, along with yellow-amber eyes and magic tattoos on her now-scarred face.
"You think it's funny to put me into a situation where I don't even know anything about? Look at me. Is this am I supposed to be? No."
This woman is stranded in a super-continent she doesn't even remember existed. Before her is a team of paracausal soldiers: a pair of quick and agile Hunters, two Warlocks slinging space magic and two hardened Titans.
"Miss, you're not supposed to be here. Not in this world." A Titan warned the woman. "This is your final warning. Or else... may the Second Knife take you."
"Take what?"
"You see, we have a lot of thing to do... for the sake of Darkbolts." A Hunter explained. "So if you don't kneel before us... expect no mercy."
"Right. We only fool around when we're safe and free." Another Hunter laughed. "Right, guys?"
The two Warlocks gave a thumb-up, much to the woman's annoyance.
"Who are you?"
"Just a fireteam from the Prismatic Fleet. The Second Knife's personal army." A Warlock revealed the whole team, while holding a tiny glowing black hole. "We are neither your friends nor your enemies."
"You drag this much longer, we will destroy you." Another Titan threatened the woman. "Merlina, the Dark Queen (*6)!"
The mothership appeared on the sky.
"You bitch, you know what?" Hunter #1 left out a psychotic laughter. "KNEEL OR DIE!"
"We've arrived. Let's drop in!" Sonic rushed out.
"Shatter was right, you should've saved Camelot (*7)." Hunter #2 mocked her.
Sonic dropped in fast, typical for him and his super speed. He quickly fell to the scene.
"Are you serious!?"
"Hmph. Ol' Queen of the Underworld. You pay the price." Warlock #1 declared. "Not just for giving up, but also for stalling us."
"Fireteam... attack!" Warlock #2 shouted.
The entire fireteam charged towards Merlina, and pulled out their guns.
Suddenly, BAM! Sonic crashed down the ground, near the wizard and knocking the whole fireteam away by resulting shockwave. Merlina stays on the ground thanks to her cybernetic implants.
"Sir Sonic? You've returned!" Merlina is surprised.
"Merlina? You're..." Sonic noticed her. "Wait... you looks like... after the Hyper Genesis Wave knocked us off and into the unified world! Shattered Mobius!"
Sonic is confused. "How? You should've returned to normal! Why are you the same!?"
"The one and true King Arthur? Where's your Excalibur?"
"I don't have the holy sword this time. In fact, I was just running, until the Flash brought me in. I dropped here from..."
Sonic pointed to the mothership. "Yep. It's the Continuum Exploitation Authority!"
"The CXA!?" Merlina is shocked.
"And what's wrong with yourself? Still has the cybernetics?" Sonic then looked down to her leg. "And yeah, you still look like some renegade girl from a future (*8), minus the helmet."
"Oh, right. I may have been back to my world, the story, the legend. But my body's still patched." Merlina shook her head.
Cure Supreme and Cure Puca landed down and went to Sonic.
"Hedgehog, is this your friend?" Supreme finally meet Merlina.
"This is Merlina. I was sucked into the Arthurian legend, where the false King Arthur, the Black Knight, lives. Merlina tried to use the scabbard's Underworld power to save and preserve Camelot. So I got the holy sword and defeated her, before teaching her about... life at the fullest."
"I realized I should just let the kingdom fall to its bleak fate, and live my life to the fullest instead." Merlina then bowed down. "Also, hi there. Who are you?"
"I'm Preme. Cure Supreme. And this is Puca."
The fireteam recovered and got up, clearly pissed at the intervention.
"Fuck you!" Titan #1 threw a burning hammer (*9).
Sonic immediately pushed Merlina out of the way, while Preme just evaded the hammer. The hammer crashed elsewhere on the way, exploding on impact.
"Oh c'mon!" Hunter #2 is frustrated.
"Uh oh." Puca realized.
The fireteam charged to the bunch. Merlina summoned a spectral manifestation of a literal black knight, which then morphed into a dark sword. Wielding this dark sound, Merlina clashed the Titans. Titan #2 froze their fist, and smacked down the ground, erupting crystalline walls. Merlina breaks through one wall with the sword, but Titan #1 emerged and went to crash down with an electrified punch. The Dark Queen evaded, but Titan #1 impacted and caused an electric shockwave, briefly electrocuting her. She recovered quickly, but they went for a green threaded gauntlet with woven claws. She blocked the claws with the blade, and they went "Thread off!"
"You're too slow!" Sonic simply evaded the Hunters, with true super-speed. Not even the agility alone helped the Prismatic out (*10).
The hunters simple couldn't react Sonic's movement, so they resorted to spamming their frozen kamas and a bunch of gravity smoke-bombs (*11) to keep Sonic at bay. Hunter #1 unloaded their Golden Gun, burning some of the smokes to try and set Sonic aflame. Sonic found the Stasis effect supressing his speed, so the Blue blur himself got very careful, as to avoid getting shattered from his own exertion. Hunter #2 threw a frozen shuriken, misses, but it exploded into spawned a bunch of pure Strand creatures (*12) to attack Sonic.
"No, you don't!" The Warlocks unloaded their elementals onto the Cures.
"Nonononono-" Warlock #2 suddenly got hanged up by literal Strand as they're still attacking the Cures.
"Pechy! Here you are!" Stasis-slowed Puca is extinguishing Solar flame on her body.
Warlock #2 was entangled and suspended with Strand. Their Threadlings (*12) tried to retaliate, but Pechy - in her Dreamcatcher princess form - instead force-fed the Light onto them, turning those Threadlings into Prismatic-made creatures.
"Lucent Threadlings, go!" Pechy pointed at Warlock #1.
Those turned against Warlock #1, who summoned a bunch of normal Threadlings and then tried to put the Lucent down with Light counters and Darkness, but the so-called Lucent was just too durable. That Warlock quickly got caught in and burned from the Light, where not even Solar heals could keep up. Warlock # 1 in desperation pulled out their SMG and shoot, but their wriggling undone the accuracy of the shots, causing the SMG to coils uncontrollably, spraying bullets all over the place.
"Finally!" Hunter #2 finally caught Sonic, using rope dart to entangle the hedgehog. "Any last-"
"HELP!" Warlock #1 screamed in agony.
"Who-" Titan #2, still with both the axe and the frozen fist, turned around.
Cue Pechy headshotting Titan #2 before they could react, with her own Golden Gun.
"Is that... Pechy!?" Hunter #1 noticed. "PECHY COMET!?"
A circular Void shield (*13) manifested in Pechy's head, and it deflected Titan #1's burning hammer. Cue a "HOLY FUCK!" from the latter.
"Sorry, you're not worth it. Please leave us alone." Pechy shook her head.
The girl jumped up and used the shield to crush Titan #1. Hunter #2 retaliated with their rope dart, only for Pechy to intercept that with her own rope dart. Both Hunters unloaded their Golden Guns together followed by joint Shadowshot, but Pechy's own dream power deflected the bullets, and she evaded the Shadowshot, leading to the enlarged Void projectile to hit Warlock #2 instead, killing them, much to the Hunters' horror. Pechy threw the full Sentinel Shield (*13) on them, decapcitating Hunter #1.
"NO! HOW COULD YOU!?" Hunter #2 is horrified. "A Darkness-wielding Lightbearer... just like us Guardians, but without a Ghost! How!?"
As the Hunter #2 drops down in horror, and Pechy giggles. She pointed the Golden Gun to the Hunter, holding them at gunpoint (*14).
"You see... I wasn't originally a Lightbearer. In fact, I wasn't even from your Earth. I'm the Dreamcatcher princess. I got this paracausal power from a disfigured Exo who lent me and some of my accompany powers, without relying on the Ghosts. Oh, it seems you relied on your Ghost to get you up and fighting yourself. But then again... uh..."
Pechy, knowing that she isn't native here or there (but Galaxy Land in her universe which belongs to an entirely different multiverse), simply cut off her monologue here. "Nevermind. Any comment about my world? My friends? My allies?"
"How's your daughter?"
Cue Pechy pulling the trigger.
"Fuck you!" Warlock #1's Ghost emerged. "The Second Knife will- AAAAARRRGH!"
The entire fireteams' Ghosts where suspended in Strand by Amaya.
"Duh. You're getting extracted." Amaya took the ghosts. "Thanks, you manipulative."
KAMEN RIDE: NEXT DECADE!
First, HUD displayed "Masked Ride", followed by "Next Decade" and the year "2009". Then, twenty Heisei Rider symbols appeared in a circular pattern. Three holographic watch bands were enshrining and encircling around him. Light bluish thunder would suddenly sprout from the center of the driver, as a security measure.
The Heisei Rider symbols would quickly turn into 20 silhouettes that would slam into his body, forming a greyish-scaled armor with a pair of light blue lenses. The most notable detail of the armor was a large X forming across his chest and onto his left shoulder pad before 9 cards, which sprout forward from the center of the driver, would head back and slam into his helmet, finishing off the look as it made his face look like a barcode, with a yellow gem on the middle card. The armor would suddenly receive color, with cyan blue on the sides, black in the middle, and bright yellow on the insides of the arms and legs. The three watch bands would eventually disappear as his armor had now formed.
He landed point in three-point, and the impact cracked the ground and the leftover Stasis walls.
"Kamen Rider... Next decade."
It was Kyon. At the same time, Liu Kang, Geras, Nix Uotan and Lyla Michaels descended down as well.
"We're in the Elusia Castle, capital of Elusia... or at least, what's left in this timeline." Liu revealed. "Our plan is to pass through Gradlon, the sunken crap surrounding our destination: Lythos."
"And besides..." Supreme looked around. "The calciforms! All over the place!"
Indeed, the alternate Elyos is slowly being reshaped.
"Why Lythos though?" Beta shrugged.
"Lythos's capital looks completely wrong. this is the Agency (*15), not a divine castle." The Superjudge pointed it out. "And there's a system simply called... The Device (*15). It seems it is going to activate at any moment. And this time..."
He looked at the sky. "I have a feeling that it will succeed this time, spreading the Loop so thin across timestreams, the Darkbolts will be able to weaponize the loop everywhere, and we won't survive. There's no stopping it unless we get to Lythos."
"Using the other capitals as the powering towers? the same kind found within a time (*16)?" Beta have no idea.
"Let's get going." The Warrior King moved.
Meanwhile, in the Agency replacing Lythos's capital... in the underground...
"Amaya will so regret defying us." A woman a long white hair and red eyes, wearing a lab coat. "This one is fine!"
"Progress?" An armored super-soldier came by, speaking with a very deep tone.
"Yes, mister?" She spoke in a dual-toned voice.
"Payback to Amaya Shadow. What did you got, and how far has you go?"
"It's almost done. She should be awoken within a few hours. Besides, our doomsday device (*15) is similarly, almost ready to go."
"Good. Us Darkbolts will be proud." The super-soldier gave the woman a cross-rounded ring with half-red half-blue gem embedded in it. "Here's your Divine Dragon. The goddamned Ring of the Connector. THE Fire Emblem, that I finally tamed."
The woman received the ring, and wear it on her left hand. "Thanks."
"Sastifying events. Here we win. Good work, Soyle."
"Procedure complete. Safety check complete. Finally!"
The team crossed through, with the CXA mothership staying invisible for reinforcement purporses, already readied the Canon Bringers.
"Guess what?" The woman suggested. "We're turning her to be like us Darkbolts. Be something Amaya refused to be."
The voice somehow got picked by the experiment pool, thus reaching the subject's ears.

The subject's hands briefly twitched.
Soon enough, the gang began crossing through Gradlon. As it turns out, the water became hyper-crystalline and literally perfectly smooth at the same time.
"More calciforms. the Second Knife must have done a lot to this alternate world." The Superjudge navigated through calcified Gradlon.
"You see, the Final Shape is the end simplification of an universe, as decided by the Darkness itself in respective universes." Dawn explained. "We've reached up to a mysterious version of Exo Stranger, real name Elizabeth Bray. This Exo Stranger were disfigured by the contact with the Vex radiolaria, and unlike some prime Elsie, she's Prismatic."
Dawn explained all Elsie told and showed the initial gang and Pouchy, to the Superjudge and co. as the whole gang walks through Gradlon.
"Wakey wakey, the Divine One?"
"Say 'Emblem Engage', Soyle! Nearly forgot that one." The super-soldier then left.
"Oh, we were carried away..."
"If you fail, we'd be facing more diffculties! Good luck!"
The super-soldier disappeared.
"Why did my family get enlightened, and got to guard the golden Emerald (*17)?" Amaya checked the Legend Emerald.
"They've redeemed themselves and betrayed you. They're my allies and friends nowadays." Pechy recalled. "They're currently the guardians of the golden, angellic Legend Emerald."
"Shadow familia... Why should i be a black sheep, aside from the fact that I'm evil?" Amaya shrugged.
"Another water. Only friction there is ours." Superjudge tapped the calciform. "We're over halfway there."
"I can see Lythos now. Albeit patched up." Dawn squinted.
"That's because the Agency builds doesn't belong to Elyos. It belongs to the Island." Liu noted.
Pechy and the Warrior King has been using Stasis on the surface to grips the whole gang on, so nobody slips.
"The cold bites, indeed." Beta looked down to the surface.
The woman stands before two glitched beings, which she recognized through their respective silhouette. "The Divine Dragon... oh, there's two of you..."
BGM: The Next Decade - Gackt (MV)
The outer regions suddenly glitched out physically, spliced up further and floated in the air. revealing an eldritch machinery for each regions. The four machines rise up, surrounded by the reshaped pieces of the realms' remains. The gang approached the Agency which replaced the Lythos castle and sitting on a patched hill shoddily placed in where the castle originally was.
"Gotchard, Steamhopper." Next Decade pulled out a KamenRide Card with the words "Gotchard".
He flipped the card and slipped it to a dark blue driver that was attached to his waist. The driver itself had various symbols found in a circumferential pattern that signified all of the Heisei Kamen Riders, and the voice of an announcer was heard.
KAMEN RIDE: GOTCHARD!
First, the driver's HUD displayed "Masked Ride", followed by "Gotchard" and the year "2023".
Gotchanko! Steamhopper!
Grasshopper and steam locomotive basically got sucked into a massive flask-like zone. And so, the armor transformed into one with what appears to be a furnace on the chest. And the compound eyes? Shaped like arrows colliding each other.
Kamen Rider Next Decade Gotchard.
"Hop!" Kyon leapt out like a superpowered grasshopper.
Far and high, then landing on the land of the Agency, Kyon exclaimed "Here!", and then pulled a green-thread-themed Rider Card.
ATTACK RIDE: DARKNESS STRAND!
Kyon is imbued with Strand. "Whoa."
"Uh... I think I have a more efficient way to bring all of you."
Pechy suspended the rest of the gang, and immediately formed her star platform to fly to where Kyon landed. Kyon responded with a grapple using the Strand to pull the star platform to the place and bringing the gang across.
"Yes!" Beta exclaimed. "Woo-yah!"
"Get going!" The gang entered the Agency.
"You are... Nel? Rafal?" The female one woke up. "Wait... you-"
"It's still us. Remember when you invited us to Somniel (*18)? When we fought alongside other?"
"You are..." The male one kinda recognized.
"It's us. The Fell duo you invited. We're now one. We are in unison now. And finally... we together becomes the ultimate Fire Emblem."
Cue the wall exploding in front of the three.
"What are you?" Amaya emerged.
The gang emerged from the smoke of the shattered wall.
FORM RIDE: GOTCHARD BURNINGGORILLA!
Gatchanko! Burninggorilla!
Kyon tackled the woman down in a pragmatic move to get her down.
"Alear!?"/"リュール!?" Puca is shocked.
"They're... both glitching! Ruined Emblems!" Liu Kang stepped in.
"Warrior Dreamcatcher... Smashing LIGHT!" Pechy blasted the both versions of Alear.
At first, they dissipated. But quickly enough, the Emblems just reconstructed back.
"Why do you hate the granters so much? Our wish was granted." Male!Alear chuckled.
"What wish?" Pechy got suspicious.
"No. We fight. Cannot waste our time seeing the Doomsday Device at work!" The Warrior King pulled out his gun.
"We are the Fire Emblem." Female!Alear pointed her sword on the gang. "GET OVER HERE!"
The gang immediately go combat. Both versions pull no punches in that regard, proving each of themselves very capable, trading the blows and then just avoid our guests' (*19) blasts altogether, with little damage to show for it. Pechy and gang were able to keep up though by experience, reinforced by the paracausal power that some wields. While Kyon was holding the woman down, the Alears was already psuedo-shoddily sliced Liu's shirts, wounded Beta in a single slash, gave Supreme and Puca a pretty hard time, and being full Emblems so therefore were very resistant, and finally, had to be strangled in Strand and briefly set aflame by Solar, among others.
"Warrior Dreamcatcher Smashing LIGHT, Radiant Golden Gun!" Pechy decided to load her dream magic onto the Golden Gun.
"Good fight! We still have one more." Female!Alear gasped in exhaustation, showing she's been pushing.
"Oh, the other me, they're so stubborn indeed. And pretty powerful." Male!Alear got up.
"Shut up!" Pechy fired Stasis with her wand, inflicting cold on the two Emblems.
"Damnit. And what about Kyon?" Beta looked around.
KAMEN RIDE: KABUTO! FORM RIDE: KABUTO MASKED!
Henshin!
Cue the armor themed after a pupa.
"Kyon! We have a problem!" Liu Kang warned Kyon. "An Engaged problem!"
"Damn!" Male!Alear clashed against the Superjudge.
Kyon pulled out a Rider Card with "Kabuto" in. "Cast Off!" *inserts to Next Decadriver*
KAMEN RIDE: KABUTO!
Cast Off!
The armor exploded into knocked pieces, knocking the woman away and even one piece flying hitting Female!Alear on her head.
"What the!?" Male!Alear turned around.
Change Beetle!
"Heaven's not waiting anymore." Kyon knocked the woman off with his kunai-gun (*20) in kunai form-mode.
"No. You cannot take our Divine Dragon away." The woman pulled out a shiny axe with some specifically-shaped blade (*21). "We as a whole, we fight for the Divine Dragon, we fight alongside the Divine Dragon, and you will not stop us. Also, where's Amaya!?"
"You took down one of our favorite fireteams!?" Male!Alear noticed Amaya holding a Strand-chain of the Ghosts of the fireteam the gang Pechy took down earlier.
Male!Alear violently tried to decaptiate Amaya.
"Amaya! He's raging!" Beta warned Amaya of Male!Alear
"You're... Soyle?" Kyon caught on.
An annoyed Female!Alear shockwaved (*22) her counterpart and the gang out, minus Kyon, to the outside. The woman quickly did a rapid combo with the axe.
"Yeah, that's right. We are Soyle! We are two halves in one, two Fell Dragons unified, and we! ARE! with the! DIVINE! DRAGON!"
"Clock Up!" Kyon avoided all the swings and then pulled out.
ATTACK RIDE: CLOCK UP!
Soyle just kept swinging, but they phased through Kyon's place, with the Rider blitzing evasion to make the picture seems only riplling with each attempted impact (*23). A few swings later, Soyle went for a decaptitation, only for Kyon to blitz out.
"Heh? Clock Up? How do I stop this?"
And suddenly, Kyon is strangling Female!Alear, horrifying Soyle.
"So you're just a fusion, huh?" Kyon pointed out. "Then... how do you split yourself?"
"Not worth it!" Soyle pulled out a literal hand cannon with a slightly extended magazine, a rectangular holographic sight, mounted laser and a full muzzle brake. (*24)
She aimed it at Kyon as Kabuto. While the gang continued against Male!Alear but it's a bit easier because he's by himself now, Kyon simply grabbed a "Final AttackRide". "Scram."
FINAL ATTACK RIDE: K-K-K-KABUTO!
1, 2, 3!
"Rider Kick!" He pushed Female!Alear away.
Rider Kick!
Kyon jumped up and performs a tachyon-powered flying side kick. Soyle managed to fire a few bullets on him, but she couldn't do any visible damage with it whatsoever. He jump flew to kick her in the chest.
"AAAAARRRGGGHHH!"
The impact sent Soyle to a wall behind the experiment pool, cracking that specific spot and leaving Soyle bleeding. Soyle groaned in a distorted mix of two tones.
"NEL! RAFAL! NO!"
Female!Alear is distraught of what Kyon has done to Soyle, but he simply caught on and figured it out.
"So she was originally two persons, huh..."
"What have you done!?"
"Oi, Alear girl!"/"おーい、リュールちゃん!"
"FUCK YOU!"
Female!Alear struck Kyon, damaging him normally even though the suit looks unscathed.
"Emblem eternal."
KAMEN RIDE: ZERO-ONE!
To-bia ga rise! Rising Hopper! A jump to the sky turns to a Rider Kick.
Kyon leaped out to avoid Female!Alear's slash. A backflip and then bouncing out of the building, Kyon got back to the gang, who were just combating hard against Male!Alear.
"Thanks goodness!" Pechy noticed.
"Your rift is sharp, but my sword is sharper!" Male!Alear just successfully countered the Superjudge.
"No." Kyon noticed.
Female!Alear went to the outdoor scene, but Kyon is already boosted.
FORM RIDE: ZERO-ONE SHINING HOPPER!
The rider kick increases the power by adding to brightness. Shining Hopper! When I shine, darkness fades!
Female!Alear misses Kyon completely, whiffing her sword onto the ground as he has blitzed to the side.
BGM intensifies.
ATTACK RIDE: ARC LIGHT!
Kyon's entire suit and armor is suddenly covered by Arc paracausal current.
"Shut up already. We are Fire Emblem!" Male!Alear diverted his attention to Kyon.
"We don't care. You're supposed to side with us." Liu Kang commented.
The rest of the gang paused the combat, letting Kyon fight and then allow them to finish the Alears. Kyon constantly countered both Alears by himself, dodging all slashes and then counter with martial arts from unexpected angles, easily overwhelming both. It also helped that the gang fighting actually tired the two down, even as the Fire Emblem themselves summoned by Soyle herself. It was already too late for both - Kyon simply overloaded them.
"They're... creative!" Female!Alear finally kneeled, and she glitched even more.
"You pushed us way over the edge..." Male!Alear tried to blast off. "Engage Bl-"
"Exhausted? Finally!" Kyon threw Male!Alear to his female counterpart. "Scram. Get off Darkbolts. They are the ONE pushing you over the edge."
Both Alears ended up lying, and then suspended with Strand.
"Warrior Dreamcatcher... Smashing LIGHT!"
Cue a massive glow of white adding to the interior's illumination through the cracks, which Soyle noticed while she's getting up struggling.
"No..." Soyle couldn't believe what's happening. "No, no, no..."
Both Alears lied down, defeated and slowly fading. The ring given to Soyle nearly stopped glowing. Soyle took that as the gang trying to kill Alear altogether.
"The Divine Dragon... I'm coming!"
But the gang got back up to the interiors.
"Now we know the truth." Kyon revealed. "Somebody corrupted Alear as an Emblem, and prior, also fused you, Nel and Rafal, into one Soyle, the one behind the so-called surprise."
"If you don't want me to grind your face, tell us the truth." Kyon threatened Soyle.
To drive the point further, the Superjudge showed a printed copy of the email.
"How did you know? This wasn't for any of you besides Amaya the traitor?" Soyle dismissed.
"We were Amaya's enemies, but she works for us right now." Pechy explained. "Besides, you never said only Amaya should arrive."
"Amaya, you rejected your chance to have your wishes granted once and for all, and you let yourself be controlled by Pechy. The Pechy Comet!" Soyle revealed.
"So you're manipulating Amaya into getting all of existence destroyed?" Beta called Soyle out. "I was manipulated by Amaya, sure, but neither I nor she succeeded. And as I learned, that was the better. You're just forcing Amaya to succeed in her original villainy for no reason."
"We wished the witchcraft nightmare (*25) came true for real." Soyle had enough. "Now you've not only ruined it long ago, but your dest-"
"What's wrong with you? Cannot speak genuinely coherently anymore?" Kyon squinted.
Soyle just screamed afterward, as the dark aura consumed her. Her body morphed into a large dragon - breaking the celling in the standing - with snake-like heads, two legs, clawed wings and a grabbing tail, all black with accents of red and blue across.
"A Fell Dragon..." Lyla recognized this.
"Now we know... it's actually Nel and Rafal fused together!" Liu Kang realized. "Geras, stop this beast."
Geras tried to freeze time around the dragon, but it didn't work. It took that to make Geras realize that time powers don't work properly here. "No. This place must have been in forced flux-"
The Fell Dragon whacked Geras out of the way, and then roared. The Warrior King immediately unloaded, but the dragon just tanked the bullets.
"Shit!" The Warrior King runs out of ammo.
The dragon tried to grab the Superjudge, who used rift powers to teleport him and Lyla out. It ended up grabbing the Warrior King instead.
"No! No!" The King couldn't use his strength to break free, since his body is grabbed hard.
KAMEN RIDE: ULTRAMAN ZERO!
The background here shines behind Kyon, and two ultra-sharp yellow eyes appeared on the compound eyes. the armors morphed into a red-and-blue being with two curved blades on the head. The driver remains.
"Help!"
And Kyon then fired two spectral blades from the head with his own hands, causing those blades to strike the tail, stunning the beast and freeing the King.
"Kyon! You can become an alien?" The Warrior King noticed.
"An Ultraman." Kyon clarified, and tucked the blades in. "This thing's have 20,000 years (*26) left in it."
ATTACK RIDE: ULTIMATE AEGIS!
An armored weapon was in Kyon's left hand. As the Fell Dragon roared, he pulled another "Final AttackRide". "Stay back, everyone!"
FINAL ATTACK RIDE: ULTRA-M-M-MAN Z-Z-Z-ZERO!
Kyon pulled the weapon into the form of a bow with strings made of energy, and when he pulls it, the construct charges with massive amounts of energy.
"Beta, step back!" Pechy warned Beta of impending attack.
"Amaya, the blast!" Liu pushed Amaya out of the way.
"Final Ultimate Zero!" Kyon released.
The Fell Dragon breathed deadly miasma against the arrow which launched itself to the dragon's head. The fires clashed and stalled as the energies countered each other on impact. Kyon has one more up though...
FINAL KAMEN RIDE: GRAND ZI-O!
Suddenly, there's a bunch of golden statues of Kamen Riders.
"What!?" Amaya noticed one of those.
Kamen Rider Zi-O! Grand Time!
Orchestral rock blared out, as the statues got shrunk and flew to become part of the armor itself. Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Bla~de! Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Deca~de! W! OOO! Fourze~! Wizard, Gaim, Drive~! Ghost! Ex-Aid! Build~!
"Damn!" Beta is shocked.
Iwae! Kamen Rider~! Grand Zi-O~!
"Enough of this, Nel and Rafal."/"もういいよ、エルとラファール"
FINAL ATTACK RIDE: Z-Z-Z-ZI-O!
Finish Time! GrandZi-O! All Twenty Time Break!
Kyon as GrandZi-O jumped up and then merged with summoned 19 previous Heisei (平成) Riders summoned mid-air. He went for a Rider Kick straight to the head. The dragon reacted by leaning back, moving its head up on motion, diverting the Ultimate Aegis (that armored weapon) upwards to fly elsewhere and instead have the breath intercept Kyon right mid-air, cancelling the Rider Kick and blasting him.
BGM stops.
"AAAAARRRGH!"
The form exploded, and Kyon fell down to the ground, reverted back to his base form. He fell just right before the very presence of the dragon itself.
"KYON! NO!" Puca is horrified.
"Mister!" The Superjudge witnessed the moment.
"No!" Pechy suddenly shouted.
Pechy and her arch Amaya then silenced out. Supreme noticed the expressionless faces, and then turned at the dragon. Kyon crawled out and struggled to get up, but he refused to yield down.
"You got me... But I have some more..."
Cue the Fell Dragon grabbing kyon, forcing him back to civillian form.
Amaya is shown holding the golden Legend Emerald. "Fuck."
Said Emerald glowed.
"Transform me." She muttered.
"Star light, star bright..."
Two massive glows overlapped and the two females floated up in the air, distracting the dragon. Roaring in annoyance, it averted its sight, but could still feel the light magic. "My goodness... Is that..."
The combined glow can be seen up in the sky, barely bright enough for the Canon Bringers outside at the mothership to see.
"Pechy... Amaya... You have..." Kyon saw the transformation.
On one side, a girl dressed in elaborate gown colored white and gold, crowned with a reflective tiara and all is glowing and shiny. Her eyes and her hair glowed gold like the bright star in the dark sky, complimented by fairy wings that now glowed like golden stars. On the other, a woman with a twilight palette, combining the dark and evil red with the angellic gold similar to the Legend Emerald itself, all in another elaborate glowing dress. Her hair is similarly re-colored, and her eyes glowed golden, with only dark red irises in place of a full red eyes from before. She also sprouted red horns, red monstrous hand, and also a pair of partially-clawed but otherwise angelic wings with red accent on the underside.
"I am the next generation of wishing. I am the Goddess of the Wishing Star." Pechy goes golden. "Thank you, Laelynn."
"So... this power... all the light of the Legend Emerald..." Amaya perceived the transformation. "I'm enlightened... just like those..." (*27)
Both descended down to the ground, much to the Fell Dragon's aggravation. The whole chaos up until that point caused the subject to be wriggling a little more.
"Amaya... you've finally been enlightened. Just like Akia, Kumi and Liam." Pechy commented. "You look beautiful, Amaya. And powerful, too. You could've been like this trailer if you just redeemed yourself in the first place."
The Fell Dragon fired miasma once again, but it has no effect. Not at all. The two just tanked it out.
"This... is the Goddess... of the Wishing Star!" The Warrior King couldn't believe it in his eyes.
Amaya fired an Arc slash with her now glowing-golden scythe, whacking the tail and freeing Kyon. The boy rolled down away from the season, while the beast itself got electrocuted.
Amaya flicked a gesture towards the dragon with the power of both Stasis and Strand, calcifying it. "That's what you get for messing with me!"
Amaya and Pechy's held their hands together, this combining their powers - the dream and the nightmare, coagulating into a supercharged wish - and Pechy moved her other hand's palm towards the beast.
"Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight..." Amaya chanted.
"Warrior Dreamcatcher... Smashing LIGHT!"
Pechy blasted the calcified beast, causing the indoor scenery to explode into a colossal glow, extremely bright enough to not only be able to be noticed by the CXA's Canon Bringers outside in the mothership, but also a mysterious iridescent, cracked-glass texture, pyramid-shaped ship way above. The sound from the blast was extreme loud, almost deafening at close range, and causing big shockwave of whiplashed sound that rippled across this Elyos.
"Hm? That light... Suspicious."
A lightly armored being wearing an exorbitant longcoat and a crystalline helmet reinforced with some seemingly random alloy, is sitting at a transcendent-looking throne. At this moment, the same super-soldier who gave Soyle the Ring of the Connector arrived.
"Sir Warlock, the progress of The Device (*15) has been going very smoothly, and in fact is almost complete. Now, it's just a matter of time before true activation."
"Timemaster (*28), did you notice a suspicious glow?"
"Eh, no. I have left right after I gave Soyle the Emblem."
"That glow... I want you to check what's happening." The Warlock suggested. "The glow can be none other than the Goddess of the Wishing Star at the very least."
"Who?"
"Pechy Comet. Reports revealed that she took Amaya Shadow, an useful asset for the Darkbolts as a whole, away from us. A Hunter from another fireteam of ours showed me the internet. Allowing us to learn who Pechy and Amaya are."
The Warlock then proceeded to explain who Pechy and Amaya are.
"Huh. So they must have been messing around with the Fell companion of mine."
"You've been gifted with immortality you once seek. Now, you can put it to good use. You must check Soyle and her systems. We will wait for your good news."
"Thank you, sir." The genius super-soldier bowed down in and out of respect. "I'll drop back in."
Timemaster walked away, but then...
"Also... where's one of my favorite fireteam?"
The Warlock is worried. That fireteam were actually taken out by Pechy's gang, and their Ghosts were chained by Amaya herself. But so far, the Warlock has yet to know any of that.
"It's the job for... TIMEMASTER!" The super-soldier left.
The glow subdued and faded away, leaving an almost-broken zone where the builds used to stay. Out of all nearby builds and walls and some rooms, only the experiment pool and the nervy ground floor were intact.
And there, beyond Kyon who just finally got back up, there's Soyle, lying down, reverted and defeated.
"Yare yare..." Kyon catched his own words, and recovered. "Thanks goodness."
"So you both are actually goddesses. Holy goodness." Liu Kang stopped averting. "You're so powerful. You probably rival... me, the Keeper of Time."
"What happened?" Geras got back through sand. "Thanks. You're all safe."
"Pechy became the Goddess of the Wishing Star. Amaya got... enlightened." Beta called.
"And the Fell Dragon too. In actuality, Soyle is strong and powerful." Lyla sits down, trying to lighten the mood up as she recalls. "How about-"
"No..." Soyle looked at the ring.
Geras noticed, and examined. "Something's wrong with the Emblem."
"That's why Alear were evil when we confronted them?" Pechy asked.
"Must be it." Geras approved of the response.
ATTACK RIDE: SOLAR LIGHT!
The driver transferred the power of Solar to heal Kyon. "That's pretty convenient. Never remembered doing AttackRide in my human civilian form by myself."
KAMEN RIDE: ULTRAMAN COSMOS!
Kyon got risen into a blue metal-alien of sort, dubbed Ultraman Cosmos. (*29)
"That's gotta be healing." Kyon pulled out yet another "Final AttackRide".
"Doomsday, Engage." Soyle smirked, seething with desperation.
FINAL ATTACK RIDE: ULTRA-M-M-MAN C-C-C-COSMOS!
"Full Moon Rect."
Kyon fired from his right palm, quiets excitement and calm emotions in Soyle. This finally caused Soyle - who was panic-attacking and breathing profusely and rapidly from fear and defeat by the time she's done saying - to finally go unconscious. The beam also reached the ring.
"Well, you know what?" Pechy shrugged. "Once she - or rather, they - wake up, they'll regret trusting Darkbolts and finally join us."
"Urgh!"
The subject wriggled and shaken even more, knocking off the life support tubes. Her arms are twitching, revealing her knuckles for some truly nasty surprise... just as Soyle originally intended.
"What?" Amaya noticed the experiment pool.
The subject's arms grew a pair of claws, with three metallic blades each. And then...
"GROOOOOAAAAARRRGH!"
The subject lifted herself out, freeing herself from the needles and revealing herself with messily cut blonde hair and beautiful human body alongside the claws. (*30)
The subject opened her eyes, wildly screeching. She has heterochromia, with dark purple eyelids, one red eye and one purple eye, both with yellow undertone and starry irises. She bared her spiky teeth with actual fangs as well. (*30)
"No...!" Pechy is shocked.
"That's...!" Amaya is shocked.
"There you are... Dreamerine." The super-soldier has arrived. "And that... wow."
Pechy easily recognized the subject, and is shocked at what she has become. Ditto, Amaya!
"Wait... What have you done to Soyle!? The Divine Dragon!? And that one fireteam!?"
"Who are you?" Liu Kang spotted the super-soldier.
"I should've existed in all time. But now, the Darkbolts have me all the chances I need!" The Timemaster revealed himself. "And as for myself... I am the TIMEMASTER!"
"It's time versus time then." Liu bursted in flame.
Cue the Fire God fighting the Timemaster himself in an improvised brawl, with martial and fire blast against the forceful combat and the arsenal. At the same time, the subject immediately pounced to Amaya.
"No! No! Sister! It's me! Amaya Shadow! I may not have been redeemed, but I have been enlightened!"
The subject tried to slash Amaya down, forcing the latter to block using her scythe.
"Dreamer Light! It's us! We're back! We're here to save you!" Pechy in desperation, blasted the subject with dream power.
The subject blocked the blast with her own claw, which ended up absorbing it.
"GRRR... You..." The subject turned on Pechy. "You... knew...?"
The Warrior King shot the subject with his gun, but she just shrugged and healed it off, none worse for wear.
"Must be adamantium! And that tissue!" The Warrior King is shocked.
Liu Kang was trading shots and blows against the immortal Timemaster. But knowing about the gang's journey so far...
"Pechy defeated that one team, and Amaya chained their units. Kyon neutralized Soyle, and it is right. We're right. Darkbolts cannot be trusted. They're terrors beyond timelines."
"What?" Timemaster caught on. "Your... friends defeated the fireteam!? CHAINED THEIR GHOSTS!?"
"No choice." Liu started brutalizing the super-soldier.
The subject left out a wild laughter at Amaya. "So... you're Amaya... Amaya Shadow?"
"Dreamer Light... stop!" Pechy blasted the subject again.
A name-drop followed by another dream blast. This time, it also doubles as a distraction, allowing Amaya to knock the subject away and injected her nightmare. This gave the subject a brief seizure.
"An enlightened nightmare. I'm the enlightened nightmare!" Amaya got it. "Dreamer Light. Dreamer, please stop. I have had enough. The Darkbolts is more evil than I could've ever be."
"Argh... Me... Dreamer?" The subject is dizzied.
Pechy and Amaya rushed, and together together hugged Dreamer and a joint embrace.
"I missed you." Pechy sobs.
"You're back..." Amaya cried. "I'm enlightened now."
"My... stars..."
"Dreamerine! Help us!" The Timemaster was overwhelmed.
"Huh. It seems you're fully immortal." Liu sighed. "Very well..."
Suddenly, the Fire God was stalled by time freeze, but Timemaster himself was worried. Since Dreamer wasn't brainwashed and Soyle got defeated, he had to do something quick.
"If this don't work, it's the Energy X's fault!" (*31)
The Timemaster tried to take over the facility in this area to not only get Dreamer brainwashed, but also to accelerate the doomsday. By that point, Dreamer has mellowed up towards Pechy and Amaya.
"This is the end of you!" Timemaster declared.
"Hey, Gerald Morris lookalike!" Kyon pulled up another card.
KAMEN RIDE: KUUGA! FINAL KAMEN RIDE: KUUGA ULTIMATE!
BGM: BLACK SUN (Kamen Rider Black Sun)
Kyon calmed down as he transforms.
"You got to be kidding me." The Timemaster is annoyed.
Kyon extends out his arm towards the super-soldier and causing it to ignite and burn fire. (*32)
FINAL ATTACK RIDE: K-K-K-KUUGA!
Kyon jumped to do a flame-coated Rider Kick to the Timemaster, hitting him in the chest. Cue the super-soldier crashing to the experiment pool that Dreamer was in.
"Urgh..." The super-soldier had to call.
KAMEN RIDE: RIDERMAN!
Kyon becomes Riderman himself with that, and spitted into the experiment pool. "Scram."
KAMEN RIDE: BLACK SUN!
Kyon metamorphed. The Timemaster saw the Rider who's about to beat him up until somebody find a way to erase his existence.
The eldritch machinery started powering up. The Warlock is starting to grow impatient.
"C'mon, do something..."
"We bid you a subject." A trio of Hive Gods came to the area.
"Savathun. Xivu Arath. Oryx. Do you know who is Pechy Comet?"
The Hive Gods shook their heads, having literally no idea who Pechy even is. So the Warlock had to explained what Pechy and her accompanies are. They told them they got the infos from the internet, specifically a Hunter finding out.
The transgender one, Oryx (*32) brought a black-metal humanoid with a literally smoky face (*33). The Warlock seemed to be pleased.
"Ah, the Witness (*33). Once again, you're busted. We make our own fates. You never did."
"No." The Witness couldn't believe it. "How did you..."
"It's us from the future. We've already destroyed you countless times." The Warlock casted a bluish-white flame on their right hand. "You have no right to rule over our world. We are far better than you in every way."
"No! No! NO!"
The Witness was Taken, with the Warlock easily hijacking the collective consciousness using combined light and dark and the power to Take.
"Savathun, the Light!"
"We-I-I..." (*34)
The Witness just vaporized into light, leaving only Echoes - Light and Dark combination of its memories - in the wakes. The Warlock commanded the Hive Gods to take the Echoes in the storage.
"We remember the first time we destroyed the Witness... (*34) That our Ghosts over-exerted just to fire it all out to destroy the Witness once and for all... Ah, good times."
"NOOOOOOOOOO!" The Timemaster screamed as the doom flag is being reached.
"Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish that soldier got erased from existence!" Beta took the Wishing Star.
Suddenly, Timemaster started facing away into a glow. Kyon responses to the react by stopping the best down and detransforms.
"Here lies the super scientist across a timestream." The Superjudge left the super-soldier to die.
"Fuck you! I don't wanna be trapped in the deepest ends of Retconnian-"
"Timemaster. It's already time you pay for your villainy." Pechy shook her head.
"Wait... the Wishing Star can kill immortal is wishing then out of existence?" Beta is confused.
"No... looks like I have cancer that just... jiff out." Dreamer noticed her body differently. "What's going on?"
"You've been experimented on. Let me assess." Lyla scanned Dreamer's body.
"Please. Why this experiment?" Dreamer is distraught of the setup. "Why am I to become a monster, as bad as Amaya?"
Note: The Pechy's gang is expanded. Starting with the Century King timeline's Kyon, the Next Decade, as well as Sonic the Hedgehog himself! Both had experience with events that stopped happening thanks to the victory capped by CXA leading to purging lingering paradoxes and traces of respective crises. Sonic in particular is quite confused that Merlina stayed a cyborg despite the restoration of her reality. The cybernetics still helped, as shown against the fireteam and later against both versions of Alear from Fire Emblem Engage. This chapter in particular takes place after the events of Fell Xenologue DLC, after the ruined version of Elyos were rendered extinct with all the survivors migrating to Somniel. Here, the Elyos has been mostly calcified, with the Elyos Castle (the capital) replaced by The Agency from Chapter 2 Season 2, complete with improvised setup for the C2S2 live event, The Device. The mastermind behind this and the Weapon X recreation is Soyle, who's revealed to be the fusion of the natives of this ruined Elyos, Nel and Rafal. Spoilers for the Xenologue: Rafal was impersonating Nil as per the real deal's dying request, so while the real Nil - the true twin of Nel - was just timid, Rafal is prideful. For more info on how Soyle came to be, please refer to the following chapters. Thank you.
The gang fought Soyle and the glitched version of the Fire Emblem ones, being both genders of Alear. Precisely how Alear (once again) got corrupted will be explained in the next chapters. The genius super-soldier, the Timemaster from Freedom Force games, was granted immortality that he once seeked (he was afraid of his mortality after all). His armor make him look like the terrorist Deimos from Rainbow Six Siege since year 8, complete with mask. I can confirm that this Timemaster is still a terrorist, and in fact is more of a terrorist than he ever was in canon. Once Liu Kang noticed the immortality, Queen Beta caught on and heard the fact, app when Kyon beat the Timemaster down at the climax of this very chapter, Beta used the Wishing Star to erase the Timemaster's existence, bypassing the immortality and killing him. Smart move, Beta. As for Soyle, Kyon did a good fight, but the Fell Dragon that Soyle was transformed from were smart enough to lean back, diverting the Ultimate Aegis and intercept Kyon, even as GrandZi-O. So as enraged as it is, Soyle still can think. Ditto before Kyon got them unconscious, as Soyle voice-activated the Device itself, which explains the eldritch machinery elsewhere at this Elyos powered up.
And finally, Dreamcatcher enhanced! Pechy assumed the form of the Goddess of the Wishing Star (first seen at the climax of The Last Dream Wish), while Amaya finally got enlightened by the Legend Emerald just like her old family were (firstly The Legend of The Emerald). Because Amaya is literally a child of a magic warrior and a dream incarnate, that power of her is unleashed and supercharged with angelic power of the Legend Emerald, turning her into an enlightened nightmare, complete with mixed appearance and full-blown wishing energy, specifically her nightmare. The looks is shown to be based on her nightmare demon form and Shadow familia's enlightenment (both seen in The Legend of The Emerald), as well as Amaya's pre-Shadow-familia appearance (as shown in the flashback of The Legend of The Emerald). Dreamer Light, Amaya's sister, finally appears, now she's experimented on like Weapon X facility and has become Dreamerine (portmanteau of Dreamer and Wolverine), complete with the claws and the healing factor. The next chapter right after this will show more, but really, Dreamer was affected by everything and became savage, so both Pechy and Amaya had to hug her (and in their strongest forms thus far, no less!) to calm her down. Dreamer is the Big Good (the trope) of the Dreamcatcher by Laher78/NeonSunflower02/NeonStarFlower, so Pechy didn't want Dreamer to be brainwashed to work for Darkbolts like Timemaster and Soyle.
Towards the end of this chapter, Soyle is pretty much purified by Kyon's Full Moon Rect. This means once they wakes up, Soyle will betray Darkbolts and join the gang, alongside Alear. Alear won't be corrupted much further (no pun or canonical term intended). And finally, that Warlock in the ship above near the climax is confirmed to be the Second Knife. The Witness - the First Knife - fears the Second Knife. The Second Knife and their fireteam finally took over Oryx's throne, long after Oryx has been slain? Yes, and the Second Knife has the power to Take - fitting for the new Taken god (also explains why Xivu Arath, Oryx and Savathun, three powerful Hive Gods, are now servants). In fact, as Taken power is of Darkness and the Second Knife (and the Guardians in general) are Lightbearers, this allows them to effectively intrude the collective consciousness and thus easily and quickly destroy the Witness from the inside out, leaving only Echoes. You heard that right - the Second Knife one-shotted the Witness! And they remembered the first time their fireteam destroyed it! And the deepest of all, the Second Knife still insist the Guardians still make their own fates, and that the Second Knife and their Prismatic Fleet are far better than the Witness and its disciples and the Black Fleet! More on the Second Knife on the coming chapters, complete with flashbacks that shows how the Second Knife exactly came to be. (Spoiler hint: they were the Young Wolf!)

(*10) - The Guardians aren't consistently shown to have any prolonged, genuinely supersonic feats in combat. The average Guardian is at best peak human in reaction speed, with only a few outliers here and there.
(*11) - Snare Bomb: Throw a Smoke Bomb that attaches to surfaces and pings target radar, then detonates into a disorienting smoke cloud, weakening nearby targets. Targets within the smoke cloud take Void damage over time.
(*12) - Threadling: A creature woven from pure Strand matter that seeks and attacks, dealing damage. When a threadling is created, it is called a "threadling egg" while in flight, which hatches into a treadling on contact with the ground. If threadlings cannot find targets and their creator is a Warlock, they return to their creator and attach themselves to them, becoming "perched". One can have up to five perched threadlings. Perched threadlings will automatically deploy to seek out targets that their master attacks.

When Sentinel Shield becomes active, the player's visual moves to third person, their weapons are stowed, and they gain a shield on their left arm; the Guardian glows with purple Void Light. Performing a light attack starts a three hit combo, and can be used in midair to move foward sligntly; Using the Block button blocks with the shield, and generates a large Void wall. Blocking damage with this wall generates Orbs of Power and increases its duration, while allies that shoot through it gain increased weapon damage; Using the Grenade button throws the shield, which goes through weaker enemies and bounces around to track them.

(*22) - Shockwave Grenades are a Utility item in Fortnite Battle Royale, first added in Chapter 1 Season 5 (2018). Shockwave Grenades are thrown by the player using the arc provided. Once thrown, they will knock back anyone inside of the blast radius, be it the player, an opponent, or a squad member. They will also knock back vehicles, and wildlife. If caught in the blast radius, the player will be blasted away from it at a high velocity. If the player is blasted near a structure, they will destroy it for a few tiles (10,000 max structure damage), allowing the player to launch someone or themselves through a few layers of structures. It will only destroy a structure if it blasts a player through it, else it will deal no damage and does not work through structures. Whoever is affected by said blast will not, however, take fall damage, unlike Impulse Grenades.

But having discovered the key to his eternal life, he has embarked upon a quest to find a power-source mighty enough to enact his plans. To that end, he has observed the movements of his Earth's super-powered beings with great interest. After his defeat in both of his home games, he was granted his wish of immortality by the Darkbolts themselves, turning him into a genius super-soldier who also happens to be an expy of Gerald "Deimos" Morris from Rainbow Six Siege.
(*29) - Ultraman Cosmo is an Ultra known for his calm and gentle fighting style, and his compassion for monsters. Between his titular series (2001) and three tie-in movies, Cosmos had traveled to his universe's Earth multiple times and bonded with Musashi Haruno.

(*31) - Energy X is a mysterious form of energy the Domain released upon Patriot City during the events of Freedom Force games (2002-2005). Its effects upon matter are wildly unpredictable, but in most instances of contact with humans, it mutates them into super-powered heroes and villains of all varieties. In the ending of Freedom Force Vs. The Third Reich (2005), Energy X appears to be a sentient being as well. It is only seen for a brief time while talking to The Alchemiss, complimenting her on the unique use of her powers. Exactly what (or whom) Energy X is is left unexplained.
(*32) - Aurash, the eldest of the Hive/Krill sisters, got the king morph from the Worms and became the male Auryx (present day: Oryx), the king of the Hive.
(*33) - The true villain of the Light and Darkness Saga (2014-2024) from Destiny franchise. Originating from the first known civilization uplifted by the Traveler, it was the product of an entire species having merged into one entity through the mastery of the Darkness, their minds bound together into a single gestalt consciousness. It spent eons chasing the Traveler as part of its eternal pursuit to impose "salvation" upon all reality through its vision of the Final Shape, and along the way, it was responsible for the destruction of countless civilizations across the universe, either by its own hand or through the actions of its Disciples, the Dread, and other subservient enemies that were forced to serve its cause. It is the overarching main antagonist of the entire Light and Darkness Saga, the first saga of Destiny.
