Bombing the Battle and Stopping the Bomb
This was it. Sabretooth, the man with the deadly fangs and claws along with a sharp mind ruined the Grand Magic Games when it came to the final day with his idea of bombing the entire capital with a big Lacrima that could destroy everything if he is not stop.
Wolverine and the others searched everywhere; the Brotherhood stood in their way but some of the other wizards were able to stay behind to fight them.
"Holy shit, that is one big bomb!" Hibiki gulped.
"Seeing it up close, that thing could really blow up all of Crocus." Minerva narrowed her eyes at the Lacrima bomb.
"Not if we have anything to say about it." She-Hulk glared at Sabretooth.
"I see you brought in some special party guests, this should make this a very interesting time for us, little brother." Sabretooth smirked.
"They're just here to stop the Lacrima bomb while I give you some shit with my claws all the way up in your ass!" Wolverine threatened with a glare and his claws pointed at Sabretooth.
"Hold it, I don't think it's wise for you to fight him alone." Kagura stated.
"He's right, this guy fought against a Wizard Saint, one of the strongest wizards in all of Fiore, meaning he might be more than you can handle." Minerva added.
"I fought this guy longer than any of you, we have history of fighting each other and now we're about to again." Wolverine said.
"Well, now I'm feeling bad about leaving your friends out of this party." Sabretooth said sarcastically with a chuckle.
"Oh wait, I just remember that I brought these little guys along." Sabretooth pulled out what appears to be little knight dolls from his pockets and threw them onto the floor.
"What? You're making to make us play a fantasy game until we die from boredom?" Squirrel Girl asked laughing.
However, the laughter soon died when the little knight toys glow gray and evilly-like aura then growing bigger about the average size of a human along with having their shields and spears looking very sharp and deadly as well. And they also have glowing red eyes from inside their helmets.
"…Oh shit." Squirrel Girl realized they might be fuck up.
"I decided to make this a more interesting challenge with having you guys fight off the knights while trying to stop the Lacrima bomb from going off at the same time. Sounds fun, right?" Sabretooth grinned evilly.
"What are those things?" Bacchus asked.
"I'm not sure, but they are going to be a pain in the ass." She-Hulk glared while cracking her knuckles.
"Those things are called Knight Troopers, magical items that can be carried around in small size and can become an army in seconds when you pour some magic in them." Hibiki informed while looking into these knights with his magic.
"Now then, let's have our own fun!" Sabretooth smirked at Wolverine.
"I was just waiting on you, bub." Wolverine growled.
The two charge at each other with their claws collided into each other that causes a powerful shockwave from the clash, Sabretooth was able to react faster than his little brother by grabbing his arm with the claws piercing the flesh and threw him to a wall, then he rams him through the wall causing them to fall out of the tower.
"Wolverine!" Squirrel Girl gasped.
One knight charge forward to pierce its lance at the girl with the big fluffy tail only for She-Hulk to stomp her foot on the lance, causing it to be crushed and she gave the knight a backhand slap that knocked its head off defeating it with ease.
"Don't worry, our man will be fine. We just need to focus on stopping that Lacrima bomb while the rest of us fight off the knights." She-Hulk pointed out.
"Hibiki, you're going to be the man who will stop it." She-Hulk grabbed hold of Hibiki by the back of his shirt.
She jumps over the knights and kick away several others that were in the way making her way to the Lacrima bomb then place Hibiki right in front of it.
"Think you can find a way to stop it?" She-Hulk asked.
"Now that I'm this close to it, my Archive Magic should work without that interference, but it's going to take some time which is what I'm afraid of since we only have about 23 minutes left." Max said with the timer showing on his magic screen.
"Then you better get to work right now!" She-Hulk threw a punch at one knight that was coming at them, sending it flying to crash through several more.
"You heard the green lady, start beating up those tin cans!" Bacchus laughed as he goes in fighting off at least ten knights.
The knights try to attack the drunken man with their lance only for them to miss every single time as he dodges them with his weird movements, and that's when he fought back with his hands sending each one flying with one strike.
Kagura also fought off a dozen knights using her sheathed sword, smashing through their armor and sending one at Squirrel Girl who punch through it.
Minerva looked around herself seeing there are a lot of knights begging for her attention, but she rather not get any close with these knights as she blows them away with her Territory Magic destroying into ashes.
But one knight managed to get behind her to thrust its lance at her back only for the Lady of the Sabretooth guild to disappear and is suddenly punched away from the right.
"If these are the best Sabretooth could do with these toys then he should get a refund for how poor they are in their performance." Minerva stated of how weak these knights are.
"I don't think them being strong is the point. Sabretooth left a bag that seems to contain a lot more knights coming out!" Hibiki spotted the bag and more knights came out.
"So, he's trying to outdo us by sheer numbers." She-Hulk guessed.
"Can we really take on that many?" Squirrel Girl asked, feeling a bit worry.
"We just need to hold them off until Hibiki is done with the bomb and Wolverine with Sabretooth." She-Hulk said before she performs a backward swing kick at five robots.
"Yes, the man is a master of Archive Magic. So, he should be able to get it done soon." Minerva said with a scary grin.
"I'm getting a threatening feeling that I should get it done before I'm done for." Hibiki gulped, feeling fear from the scary woman.
"(Man, this bomb sure comes in with a complex system. But even so… I'm going to beat it!)" Hibiki thought determined as he start typing and typing fast.
(With Wolverine vs Sabretooth)
Wolverine and Sabretooth are falling high from the top of the tower they fell from as they continue to glare at each other, but they wouldn't remain close to each other for long as Wolverine moves himself to spin with Sabretooth and then threw him right through a window.
Wolverine quickly stab his sword onto the stone wall of the tower, he looks down to see how high he is right now.
"Nice view, too bad I can't enjoy it." Wolverine sighed.
"Not while I have a bastard to kill." Wolverine growled and climbs up to the window.
Wolverine jumps through finding himself to be in a large room that appears to be where important meeting are held, or maybe something like occasional parties.
He looks around to see that Sabretooth isn't around, probably hiding out or gone up to another level, but his nose knows better that he is definitely here.
That's when Sabretooth came down from the ceiling fast with his claws aim at the head and Wolverine move his body away from the spot and stab his metal claws in the side, Sabretooth growls in pain and swing his arm to stretch his chest with little blood coming out.
"Bastard!" Wolverine yelled and threw Sabretooth away.
"Come on, little brother. You used to love getting caught by me whenever we played hide and seek." Sabretooth chuckled.
"Maybe when we were little kids, but now we're two men in a constant war with each other." Wolverine stated.
"True, and now you have become nothing but a big pain in the ass for me." Sabretooth glared.
"An ass I'm going to cut off and make you eat it!" Wolverine threatened with a growl.
"You first!" Sabretooth growled back with his body glowing dark yellow.
Sabretooth and Wolverine would always butt heads with each other for a long time since they were always at odds for how they see things differently from each other, the brotherly bond they used to have is now nothing but a distance memory that may probably never be form again.
Sabretooth lunges at Wolverine who brace himself with his arms cross to block the attack then push him off, the savage man roars as he moves around fast and jumps at Wolverine as he swings his claws up though Sabretooth narrowly dodges it and slashes the shoulder as he goes past him.
"Don't think you can get me that easily." Sabretooth said.
"I know, you have always been more of a beast than a man with your Savage Magic that you hunt everything you think would be a fun game to you." Wolverine stated.
"Oh, believe me when I say I take every hunting I do very seriously. Like right now!" Sabretooth charged at his little brother again.
Sabretooth and Wolverine attack each other with their claws slashing onto their flesh causing the blood to spill on the floor and wall, but their healing factor heals fast and strong from every attack that happens to them though it's still a bloody battle between the brothers.
Sabretooth grabs his arm by using his mouth and swing Wolverine around like a ragdoll slamming him onto the floor two times, but Wolverine stab him in the neck forcing him to let go.
Wolverine goes slashing at Sabretooth in the chest area while pushing him back several feet, threw an uppercut slash to launch his enemy in the air and jump after him to slash him bac down.
Sabretooth roll out of the way to avoid a claw attack that stabs on the ground.
"(Time to remind you why my Savage Magic is fierce!)" Sabretooth thought glared with his claws from his right hand glows brighter.
"Hunting Slash!" Sabretooth swinged his arm unleashing a dark yellow flying slash at Wolverine.
Wolverine was about to react fast by channeling his Lightning Devil Slayer to cancel the attack though that was a decay then Sabretooth appeared right in front of him grabbing his face tightly.
"Time to show you why I'm the ultimate hunter!" Sabretooth slammed Wolverine down on the floor.
"Brutal Torture!" Sabretooth dragged his brother through the floor and tosses him into the air only to unleash a barrage of vicious slashes at Wolverine for a moment, then he stabs his hand into the stomach to slams him down one last time.
Wolverine has to admit, this hurts a lot, and he knew that Sabretooth would be good at bringing in the pain, but he wouldn't let him get the best of this savage man yet.
With a roar, Wolverine unleashed his lightning to shock Sabretooth before he could pull out his claws as he gets zapped and then sent flying against the wall.
"Some hunter, you can't even keep this pray down." Wolverine smirked.
"Allow me to give you another shock therapy!" Wolverine growled.
"Lightning Devil Arrow!" Wolverine launched himself with his claws together like he just became a human arrow.
Sabretooth quickly move out of the way though he did get a little scratch on his side, but Wolverine didn't stop as he spread his arms and spin fiercely to get a few more scratches on him.
"You always knew how to make things interesting." Sabretooth chuckled.
"You're amuse." Wolverine said sarcastically.
"Seriously? Why even waste your time hanging out with these fools in guilds when you could be the monster you were always meant to be?" Sabretooth proclaimed.
"What would being in a guild do for you when all it would do is make you weak like a little man?" Sabretooth believed as he goes into attack.
"You really think you're strong?" Wolverine asked.
"I know I'm strong!" Sabretooth roared.
"Twister Death!" Sabretooth jumped and spin horizontally fast making himself an incoming twister with claws.
Wolverine charges in as well doing his own lightning spinning attack clashing against his opponent causing a spark of red-black and dark yellow lightning to emit from the two, and they were push away from each other.
However, Sabretooth wouldn't let him go that easily as he blitzes to pierce his claws right in the heart.
"You could've been so much more, even when you were given the power of Devil Slayer years ago that you could be the most dangerous monster in the entire world with me side-to-side as brothers!" Sabretooth started throwing some punches in Wolverine's face.
"But what you're doing now is pathetic, caring for others will be a waste of time when you can only count on your survival instincts and hunt whatever stands in your way!" Sabretooth stated.
"You should know what feeling better than anyone!" Sabretooth said.
"You're right, I do…" Wolverine admitted.
"Knowing that deep down, I'm a monster with claws stained in the blood of those I killed, knowing that my sins will never leave me." Wolverine said.
"Good, you're finally seeing the light!" Sabretooth smirked evilly.
"Knowing my flaws and what I am… Is exactly why I'm going to stop you!" Wolverine pierced his right claws into Sabretooth's arm that he was using to repeatedly punch him a second ago.
"Becoming a monster is how I determine to live my own life, never letting others take control of my life like you and others had tried!" Wolverine moved forward pushing Sabretooth back.
"And being with others isn't a weakness, that kind of thing can give you strength more than you could ever imagine, and there are people who has accepted me. All of me, even as a monster." Wolverine stated strongly as he glares at Sabretooth with determination.
(Battle Against Toad and Blob)
Blob shouts as he charges at Risley who enters a power struggle against his brute strength, but she smirks upon using her Gravity Magic to make Blob float in the air for Toby to sting him with his jelly green claws and Ogre comes in with an electric kick that send him flying.
"You may think being in a guild is stupid, but it's a whole lot of fun than whatever bullshit crap you're going."
Toad is struggling to deal with the idiots trying to stop him, but he ended up getting hit by a ton of snow by Eve and both Beth and Yuka blasting him from both sides sending him flying.
Pyro shouts in rage to get those stupid goody wizards to die only to be met with much more resistance by Sherria and Lyon using their magic together against his fire, Pyro launches himself into the air thought that was short live when he was slammed down to the ground by Rufus sending a giant iron fist at him.
"These people can even surprise you when you least expected, like when working together."
Avalanche is looking very angry as he is still having trouble with Jura and the two Dragon Slayers from the Sabretooth guild, he causes the buildings they are between to crumble and thrust at the three only for Jura to use his magic to defend allowing Rogue and Sting to attack him together as he tries to defend himself.
(Top Tower)
"Even under pressure, they can push past the limit and become even stronger."
"Almost got it!" Hibiki said while getting through the lock system on the Lacrima.
One knight ran past Bacchus who was not paying attention after destroying another two dozen knights, it almost came at Hibiki but that was stop when Minerva blew it up.
"And… Done!" Hibiki finished shutting down the Lacrima bomb while Minerva destroyed the bag that carried the knights.
(Back with Wolverine vs Sabretooth)
"You better believe I'm going to keep on fighting you, to show you that even a monster like me can have a life unlike you." Wolverine said.
Wolverine sparked his devil lightning magic into his forehead while stabbing his other clawed hand into Sabretooth's shoulder to keep him from moving.
"If you don't like it, then fuck off!" Wolverine shouted.
"Devil's Lightning Bloody Headbutt!" Wolverine unleashed his headbutt attack onto Sabretooth that definitely knocked him out with blood coming from his forehead.
Wolverine drops the unconscious Sabretooth onto the floor and look out the window to see that everything is still in one piece, must mean the others were able to stop the Lacrima bomb in time and now the danger is finally over.
"Heh, some final day." Wolverine commented.
KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
The battle to save the Fiore Capital is over with the Brotherhood no doubt being defeated by the other wizards while Wolverine have finished his battle with Sabretooth, even going deep with that speech which I find it to be moving to me. Hope that moves you guys too, a little shocking as well.
