(Lily Vision)
Three days later, Alice came walking in the kitchen when she noticed Lily sitting at the dining table having her breakfast and finishing her schoolwork. Alice smiled and greeted Lily. Lily glanced up from her assignment, returned the smile, and said, "Good morning, Alice." Alice noticed that Lily was finishing an assignment for history class.
Alice walked over the refrigerator when she noticed that Lily's glass was empty and asked, "Do you want milk or juice to go with your breakfast?" Lily said, "Juice, please!" Alice opened the refrigerator and only immediately observed that the refrigerator was nearly bare. Alice was aware that she would need to go shopping to replenish Lily's food supplies.
Lily took a sip of her orange juice and continued working on her assignments, grateful for Alice's thoughtfulness. When Lily's rabbit came hopping into the kitchen, she started churping. Alice and Lily peered up to notice Lily's rabbit next to the food dish.
Lily said, "River, are you hungry?" Alice noticed the rabbit was black with silver fur. Alice asked, "Where did the rabbit come from?" Lily said, "River is my pet rabbit." "She is a silver fox rabbit, and there are less than 2000 of her breed in the world." Lily stood up from the table and moved across the floor to the cover in seconds.
Alice noticed that Lily was moving faster than normal humans. Believing must be one Lily ability as Lily reached in the cover to River Rabbit food. Alice asked, "How did you come to have such a unique pet?" Lily explained that "My grandmother had a friend who bred silver fox rabbits." "River to me as a gift for my thirteenth birthday."
Lily walked over River Food Dish, bent down, and started poor rabbit food into River dish. When Lily froze in place, her eyes turned red, and she began to have vision. Lily has been observing a man moving quickly through the woods close to the house. She saw instantly that it was a male vampire with pale skin, red eyes, and black hair. She also noticed that there was a V-shaped neckless around his neck. She also saw a few wolves chance male vampire.
Alice realized that Lily had frozen, but the rabbit food kept pouring out the bag. Alice placed her hand on Lily's skin to stop rabbit food from pouring out the bag. Alice started having the same vision that Lily was having. Jasper and Emmett came walking into the kitchen to notice Alice and Lily frozen in place. Alice realized the male vampire was Demetri, and he was a Volturi.
Alice quickly snapped out of the vision and informed Jasper and Emmett about the danger approaching. Alice peered at Jasper and Emmett, saying that Demetri is near the house; it would seem that he is tracking Lily. Because the wolves are also tracking him. Demetri is about five miles to the west of the house."
Emmett and Jasper dashed out of the kitchen, rushing to the front door of the house to protect Lily from Demetri. While Alice kept her eyes on Lily. Lily fell back on her buttocks and looked at Alice with fear in her eyes. Alice put her arm around Lily's neck and said, "Everything will be alright." Lily asked, "What just happened?"
Alice realized that Lily's supernatural ability was something Alice had never seen before. She couldn't help but feel that Lily's supernatural ability was more than anyone could have imagined. Alice comes to realize she needs to keep close eye on Lily in order to understand the extent of her powers and how they may impact their future. Lily, still in shock, looked up at Alice with wide eyes, realizing that her life was about to change in ways she never could have anticipated.
Alice moved her eyes back on Lily's face to notice she hadn't answered Lily's question. Alice said, "I have the gift of seeing future events." Lily's eyes widened even further, a mix of fear and curiosity evident in her expression. Alice knew she had to tread carefully with this newfound knowledge, unsure of how Lily would react to her own supernatural abilities.
Alice took a deep breath before continuing, "I can see potential outcomes, but the future is not set in stone. It's up to us to make choices that will shape what's to come." Lily nodded slowly, absorbing this new information with a mix of apprehension and wonder. Alice hoped that Lily would understand and accept her abilities, knowing that their friendship could be tested by this revelation. She reassured Lily, "I will always be here to guide you, no matter what challenges lie ahead." Lily smiled knowing that she made friend in Alice.
(Bella and Edward)
Lily begins to hear a male and female voice, unsure where it is coming from. Lily said, "Someone is coming." Alice looked at Lily with a concerned expression, unsure Lily was speaking about. Alice believes that was something that Lily had. Alice thought back three days ago; Lily knew they were coming to the house. Alice didn't realize that Lily was hearing Bella and Edward's voice in her mind.
When Lily stood up and walked over double doors that led out to the porch. Alice followed Lily to the porch when both heard the sound of tires on the dirty road leading up to the house. Alice believes that Lily must have heard the car coming up the driveway.
Lily turned to Alice and said, "No! I didn't hear the car." "I can hear male and female voices inside my head." Lily revealed something that surprised Alice: Lily had a special talent—the ability to hear thoughts. She questioned whether Lily's newfound authority would affect their friendship dynamic and how she would react to it.
Alice turned her head back to the driveway and could see it was Bella and Edward. Alice realized that she needed to care around Lily to discover that Lily also heard her thoughts. Alice didn't realize that Lily's gift was much different. Soon Alice would come to understand what Lily's real gift was.
Lily heard Edward's voice entering her mind more clearly as they came closer. She quickly realized that Edward was thinking about how much he loved Bella, which made Lily smile. As Alice observed Lily's reaction, she knew that their friendship would only grow stronger with this newfound understanding of each other's abilities.
Lily asked, "Who is Bella?" Alice turned her head and replied, "Bella is Edward's soulmate, the love of his life." Lily's eyes widened in surprise as she processed this new information, realizing the depth of the connection between Bella and Edward.
When Lily said, "It was wrong of you, Edward, to enter my mind without asking first." Edward could hear Lily's voice in his mind. He immediately apologized, explaining that he was only trying to help. Lily nodded, accepting his apology but making it clear that boundaries needed to be respected in the future. This incident brought them closer together, strengthening their bond of trust and understanding.
Edward tried to push deeper into Lily's mind. Edward felt a push in his mind, knocking Edward out of Lily's mind. Edward tried again to enter Lily's mind again, only to find a shield from him. The same way Bella's shield protects her mind from Edward. Edward realized that Lily had put up a mental barrier to protect her thoughts, just like Bella had done in the past. He respected her boundaries and understood the importance of mutual trust in their relationship. This experience taught him to always seek permission before delving into someone's mind.
Bella asked, "Something wrong, Edward." Edward said, "I tried to enter Lily's mind only to notice it shielded from me." "The same way that your mind is shield from me." Bella smiled, and said, "Interesting!" How can Lily do that? Edward said, "I am not sure. Put it's impressive."
Lily turned her head, peering at the treelind, and said, "Jasper and Emmett are returning to the house." Edward pulled in front of the house when Bella and Edward noticed Jasper and Emmett stepping out of the treeline.
Edward and Bella stepped out of the car, waiting to speak to Jasper and Emmett about Lily. Edward heard Lily's voice inside his mind and said, "If you are speaking about me." "Do it in front of me, not behind my back." Edward quickly turned to Lily and said, "We were just discussing how to best approach the situation with Jasper and Emmett. We value your input."
Emmett said, "Honeymoon over?" Alice watched Lily turn around, walking into the kitchen. Before Alice leaped over the rail and landed near them.
Jasper said, "Good to see you again, Bella and Edward." Bella said, "Carlisle called us, asked, us to come and check on Lily's well-being." So we agree and also document anything that might happen to Lily. Edward asked, "What can you tell us about Lily? Jasper said, "It would appear that Lily has many albities that we have never encountered before."
Emmett said, "Stop saying her name; just encase that Demetri overhears us." Bella, Alice, and Edward notice that Jasper and Emmett's behavior had changed suddenly, becoming more cautious and guarded when it came to Lily.
Bella, Alice, and Edward exchanged worried glances, realizing that there might be more to Lily's situation than they had initially thought. They decided to proceed with extra caution and keep a close eye on their surroundings.
Edward and Bella peered at the house; they could see Lily standing on the porch. Her posture was tense, and she seemed to be scanning the area for any signs of danger. Edward whispered to Bella, "We need to figure out what's really going on with Lily before it's too late."
Edward was going to test Lily to see what her powers could let her do. Edward jumped from the ground to land next to Lily. When Lily's head snapped around to view Edward, and putting her hand up made Edward freeze in place in the air. Jasper, Emmett, Alice, and Bella watched in shock as Lily's powers seemed to overpower Edward effortlessly.
Before anyone could do anything, Lily just peered at Edward when he heard her voice in his head by saying, "You failed to surprise me. Big brother." Lily moved her hand down, making Edward slam into the ground. The dust flowed up around him as he slammed into the ground.
Emmett and Jasper said at the same time, "Holy shit!" Bella and Alice just keep peering at Lily. Lily's control over Edward was both impressive and terrifying, leaving the others stunned. As Edward struggled to get up, Lily was still holding Edward down on the ground.
Bella and Alice notice Emmett and Jasper jump and land next to Lily. Jasper reached over, placing his hand on her hand, and said, "Let Edward up." Lily hesitated for a moment before slowly releasing her grip on Edward, allowing him to stand up. Jasper used his ability, calming influence seemed to soothe Lily's intense emotions.
Edward felt the pressure release him that held him to ground. As Edward stood up, peering up at Lily to notice she looked calm and sleepy. Edward found it impressive that Lily was able to exert such control over him, but also felt a sense of unease at her power. He couldn't help but wonder what other abilities she possessed.
Bella finally found her voice and asked, "What just happened?" Alice simply shook her head in disbelief. Emmett and Jasper thought it cute that their new little sister was able to overpower Edward so easily. Emmett reached down, picking Lily and carrying her back into the house.
Alice, always one step ahead, suggested they all go inside and discuss what had just transpired. Bella and Edward exchanged curious glances, eager to learn more about Lily's mysterious strength. As they walked back into the house, Edward couldn't shake the feeling that there was much more to Lily than met the eye.
