"Wow, this place is amazing." Roy said as he looked around the Barracks after Team Arrow returned to their base where Luke and Abby were waiting.

"So, we're bringing another kid into the fold?" Luke asked.

"At least this one is over 18, unlike you young lady. That arm looks like it's hanging on by a thread. Medical bay now." Abby said to Silver Arrow.

"I'd argue, but my arm is currently killing me. Can't you just zap it back to normal?" Silver Arrow asked her.

"No, because I only do that if I deem medically necessary and as the team doctor, I do not. Med bay now." Abby said.

"One sec. First, I think Roy's earned the right to know who we really are, since he risked his life to help us tonight. He passed the final test." Green Arrow said as he removed his hood and mask, to reveal the face of Oliver Queen.

"Wait, Oliver Queen is the Green Arrow?" Roy asked as the other members of Team Arrow did the same.

"And my fiance Laurel Lance is the Black Canary, her sister is the White Canary, my sister is Red Arrow, my best friend John Diggle is Spartan, my bodyguard Tatsu Yamashiro is Katana and my foster daughter Artemis Crock is Silver Arrow." Oliver said as she gestured to Abby to take Artemis to the medical bay.

"And I can tell you right now that she's not going to be shooting any arrows any time soon with this arm." Abby said as she tended to Artemis's arm.

"How bad?" Oliver asked.

"Definitely broken. She's lucky a broken arm isn't worth being confined to bed for, but she's not jumping off rooftops until I clear her." Abby said.

"Are you sure it's not worth bedrest for, because I have a history test tomorrow that I'd love to miss." Artemis said and Oliver chuckled.

"You've been spending too much time around your Aunt Thea." Oliver said.

"Like you weren't just as bad when you were her age." Thea said.

"Anyways, Dig, can you give Roy a full tour of the Barracks?" Oliver asked.

"On it. Not to mention we need to get him fitted for a suit of his own if he's gonna be out there with us." John said.

"I think it's a little too soon for that, since Roy still has a lot to learn before he can get to that point, but some day." Oliver agreed.

"Hey Oliver, can I talk to you for a second." Luke said and Oliver nodded, since he was pretty sure he knew what this was about.

"Let me guess, your trip to see your dad made you realize that you weren't as satisfied working at QC or with Team Arrow as you thought you'd be?" Oliver asked with a chuckle.

"How did you know?" Luke asked.

"Because I keep in touch with other members of the Justice League, including Kate Kane in Hub City." Oliver said, referring to Batwoman.

"So you know." Luke said.

"About the armor plans your dad told you about and how she offered to make you her partner in Hub City?" Oliver asked with a smirk.

"Yeah. That." Luke admitted.

"Luke, I get it. You're more than just a techie, you're a soldier and you're tired of sitting on the sidelines. Especially after finding out that your dad built you a batsuit from your drawings as a kid." Oliver said with a smile.

"So you're not mad?" Luke asked.

"Luke, I always knew that you were just on loan from the Bat Family. You were never really mine to begin with." Oliver said.

"What do you mean?" Luke asked.

"Bruce loaned you to me until I could fully get this operation off the ground and now I have. Which means that I can find someone else to take over to allow you to become who you were meant to be. But that doesn't mean that you won't always have a place here in Star City and on Team Arrow if you want it." Oliver said.

"Thank you Oliver." Luke said.

"You're welcome. And thank you for everything you've done, we couldn't have gotten this far without you." Oliver said and Luke smiled.

"I appreciate that. And does that mean that you'll waive my noncompete to allow me to take over the tech division at the Wayne Subsidiary in Hub City?" Luke said.

"I already did. But you can't think that we're going to let you go without giving you a proper sendoff." Oliver said with a smile.

"And I'm not leaving without giving you one last gift from my genius." Luke said.

"Does that mean you finished it?" Oliver asked.

"Yep. After all, what kind of genius would leave without finishing their latest work?" Luke asked as he led Oliver over to a mannequin covered by a sheet.

"A pretty sloppy one." Oliver agreed as Luke pulled back the sheet to reveal a sleek black catsuit.

"I tried to base it on the images Laurel showed me of her grandfather's suit and tried to design this one to be as close to the original as possible." Luke said.

"I think that it's perfect and that Yolanda will love it, but how will she carry it around?" Oliver asked, since while they did have suits on mannequin displays in the bunker, those were backup suits to use if their originals were damaged, since he, Laurel, John, Thea, Artemis, Sara, Tatsu and Helena all kept their suits on them at all times, thanks to new microtechnology developed by their friends at Argo Enterprises, they all kept their suits in portable storage devices.

Oliver, John and Tatsu wore special watches that served as nanite carrying cases, Laurel, Sara and Thea had necklaces with their respective insignias on them and Artemis and Helena had bracelets.

"Like this." Luke said as he tapped the cat symbol at the center of the chest of the suit, causing it to retract into a necklace with a cat charm on it.

"Nice." Oliver said.

"Thanks. Now we just need to give it to Yolanda." Luke said.

"We'll bring her here tomorrow to officially indoctrinate her into Team Arrow and see if she wants to join Young Justice like Artemis." Oliver said and Luke nodded.
