Marco moaned in contempt as he stretched his arm out for his lover, but felt nothing he raised his head and saw that he was alone, he looked around the room and saw that it was empty, he got up, got dressed, and headed out, he went downstairs, to find his mom in the kitchen.

"Morning Marco." She said, setting a plate of eggs down.

"Hey mom, oh thanks, hey have you seen…"

"Star? She stepped out, something about an important errand." She said,

"Ah ok." He said as he started eating.

"So how's Jackie? Usually you'd spend the night with her on the weekend?" Angie asked

"Oh yeah, it wasn't a good time for me to stay." He chuckled.

"Is that right, well I hope that she is doing ok." Angie said.

"I'll go check on her later." He said.

There sat Star on her bed, Marco was feeling dread, what was she doing here? Was all he thought about he then looked at Jackie who had an angry but worried look on her.

"Jackie what's Star doing here?" He asked, trying to stay calm, thinking how to take control of the situation.

"Marco, I told Jackie." Star said.

"T-Told her what?" He asked nervously. Jackie walked up to him with a serious look, and he knew he was in trouble. "Look Jackie, what Star told you is a complete lie, you know I love you." He said taking her hand his, but she pulled away

"Do you? You've been acting very distant and when I think about how you act towards Star compared to me." She said,

"Jackie this is nonsense, look can't we just talk in private about this?" He pleaded. Trying to grab her hand, but Star pulled her away.

"No Marco, this has gone far enough." Star said

"Stay out of this, you don't get a say in this!" Marco shouted to the unfazed Star.

"Marco Stop; look I care about you, you're fun, a great guy and not a slouch in bed, but if your heart's not in it, then there is no point in continuing whatever we have…" She started

"Jackie I…"

"But." She interpreted. "I'm willing to look past this and stay with you but, you have to end whatever you have with Star." Jackie said.

"Jackie there isn't anything going on with me and Star, she just…"

"Marco, choose me or Star?" Jackie said.

"Jackie this is crazy, there is nothing going on with me and Star there never has been, you think that I would choose her over you that is even crazier." He said, turning the gaze towards Star. "And you, what is your problem filling my girlfriend's head with such lies, what do you think I would leave her if you tell her all that crap?" He asked, but Star stayed silent. "Say something, for god sake, what's the point of doing all this?" Star remains silent, making Marco annoyed.

"Geez, my parents let you live in our house and you do shit like this, no wonder your parents don't want anything to do with you!" He exclaimed, Star eyes widened as she heard that, but she fixed her poker face, keeping the silence she just left. Marco knew he went too far but he couldn't go after her, less he wanted to lose Jackie too.

-Later-

Marco was heading back home, he told Jackie that he needed some space after this accusation, but really he needed answers why would Star try to ruin things with him Jackie even after everything, but those thoughts went away when he saw a car pull away from his house as he hurried up he talked to his parents.

"Hey who was that?" He asked

"Oh those were Star's parents, they came to pick her up." Rafeal said he and his wife waved goodbye.

"Sh-she left?" He asked

"Yeah, she said that it was time for her to head back home." Angie added, wiping a tear away.

"She did?" Marco said, looking at the car driving away. "She's gone…"
