Chapter 14

Walking through Lynbrook, Murasaki looked around at the gated community and mentally scratched her head. "Are you sure that there was a..." She trailed off and sweat-dropped upon seeing a skeleton dog wandering around. "Ah..."

Sailor Mars mentally face-palmed and pulled out a slip of paper. "Alright, let's wrap this up." She walked over to the dog and when the dog turned to look at her, she put the paper on the dog's face, causing it to let out a whine before falling into a pile of bones. Sighing as it was done, the raven-haired beauty looked around and tried to sense where the dog had come from. "Over here." After turning off the street, the two walked through a street that curved that, combined with similar streets on the other sides of Bradley and Farm Roads gave the impression that the area was a circle with the two aforementioned streets splitting the circle into four sections.

The two got to a house and gave each other a weird look. On the surface it looked like a normal house in a gated community, but Sailor Mars could sense something going on in that house. "What do you..?" Murasaki began when an explosion rang out that caused both girls to take defensive stances as the wall exploded outwards.

A single person walked through the smoke and debris that had Murasaki's eyes widening and her face going pale as she saw the person more clearly. "OBORO?!" She hissed as she saw the blood-splattered purple-haired woman who was licking the blood off of the back of her hand.

"I got tired of waiting." Oboro smirked as she stretched her arms above her head moments before the houses to the left and right of where they were all suddenly exploded. "So I butchered everyone in these houses, messed with the gas lines and well..." A savage grin came to her face as she lowered her arms. "Hahahahahahaha! You can see the results."

"You monster!" Sailor Mars yelled and Oboro sighed and looked to the East.

"I suppose so..." She looked back at Mars with an insane grin on her face and a glint in her eyes that had the Senshi pause in a mixture of disgust and fright. "But then again, I never caught any of their names, so I guess that means I just killed a bunch of meaningless background characters, huh?" She laughed even as Mars let out a yell while balls of fire surrounded her. "Oh? Magic?" Oboro smirked. "Go ahead."

"BURNING MANDELLA!" Mars screamed as rings of fire launched at Oboro, who simply smirked as the fire connected with her body and to both Mars and Murasaki's shock and surprise, the rings of fire shattered and dissipated, leaving flecks of flame in the air around Oboro.

"Was that all?" Oboro just dusted her arm off, so though she was cleaning some dust off of her. "Because if that is, I'll be beating you both down now." The only response she got was a gout of flame rushing at her, which hit her with all of the force of a water balloon as the fire just washed over her, doing nothing more than causing her clothes to flutter.

Sailor Mars growled as she saw that her second attack did the same as her first attack. "Something's not right, that fire can melt metal and rock with ease."

Oboro chuckled as she pulled out her machete. "Really, Mars, I'm here for you." She held the dark blade up to her lips and licked along the flat of it. "If you come with me peacefully, well, I won't need to kill anyone else. Seems like a win-win, no?" She said while lowering the blade. "But if you won't come with me," she shrugged, her breasts wobbling with the motion, "then I guess I have no choice but to kill some more."

Murasaki rushed forward, a large axe appearing in her hands and Oboro grinned as she dodged the slashed down at her, though she found herself quickly on the defensive as Murasaki proved that despite her weapon being large, heavy and even somewhat cumbersome, she could wield it as though it was a police baton. "You're an interesting one." Oboro grinned as she landed a punch on Murasaki's stomach, causing her to double over before she kicked the blue-haired woman in the jaw, knocking her over.

Suddenly Oboro felt something slap her back. She turned to see what it was and stiffened as she felt a surge of magic run through her body before a sizzling sound was heard and she chuckled and turned around to see Mars jumping back, a shocked look on the Senshi's face. "It's useless, I'm immune to your magic."

She turned and grabbed the handle of Murasaki's axe near the head as the taimanin jumped at her and swung her axe down. Murasaki growled as she felt her arms shaking while pushing down. Unlike most people, she could use all of the strength of her body, which was evident as the ground under Oboro cracked and splintered under the forces it was being subjected to. Despite that, Oboro was standing tall, grinning. "How?!"

"How am I blocking this? How am I alive?" Oboro asked as she grinned at Murasaki. "Well, I guess it's because someone found my dead body and took my brain and put it in a robot body. I'm guessing that it was done to prove that it was possible to put a human brain in a robot body without needing a giant storage station for it." She mentally shrugged. "You should be able to tell why I can block this then."

Suddenly two arms wrapped around her waist and Oboro's eyes widened as she was being lifted up. "Block THIS THEN!" Mars yelled as Murasaki let go of the axe while Mars leaned backwards, bending at her knees, and dropping Oboro on her head hard enough to drive the purple-haired robo-woman into the ground.

"It's a good thing that's a leotard." Murasaki muttered as Mars let go of Oboro and jumped away. To her surprise, Oboro flipped over and pulled herself out of the ground, glarding at both Mars and Murasaki.

"Okay, I'm mad now." Oboro growled and rushed forward, ducking under a kick from Mars and jumping to the side as Murasaki dove at her. Sliding to a stop, she rushed at Mars and grabbed the Senshi by her hair, getting her to cry out before she spun around five times, increasing her speed and then letting go, causing Mars to fly off, screaming, until she crashed into the remains of a wall. Oboro ignored that and rushed at Murasaki, who had pulled out a ninja sword and swung it at Oboro, who used her black machete to block it. Oboro growled as she felt Murasaki forcing her arm back. "Well then..." She grinned as her right forearm suddenly bulged up, causing the skin to break apart, revealing a metal arm underneath with two small tubes and holes pointing right at Murasaki. Before the taimanin could respond, two tentacle cables rushed out, one wrapping around Murasaki's neck and one around her left breast, squeezing hard before a surge of electricity ran through her body, causing Murasaki to drop her weapon as her muscles cramped up.

"DIE!" Oboro laughed and stabbed her machete into Murasaki's stomach, just under her ribs, causing blood to slowly ooze out of the wound.

"Ah, ah... Ah..." Murasaki twitched and then let out a scream as Oboro pulled the blade back, but put pressure towards the back of the blade, causing the saw portion of the blade to cut up her insides before she pulled with all her strength, tearing the side of Murasaki's body open with blood and ichor while her damaged organs spilled out of the wound.

"Hahahahahahahaha!" Oboro gleefully kicked Murasaki in the ribs as she kept pouring electric energy into the badly wounded taimanin. "Cry! Scream! Just bleed out and..." She couldn't finish what she was saying as she was kicked in the head by Mars so hard that her body was launched several blocks away. The cords that were wrapping around Murasaki let go as Oboro was sent flying.

"Murasaki!" Mars yelled and put her hands on the gaping wound. "Just hold on! I can..."

"D-don't..." Murasaki gasped painfully and slapped Mars's hands away. "I'll be fine. I've had worse injuries. Oboro won't stay down, go finish her off."

"But you're..." Mars protested and Murasaki shook her head. "But..."

"I heal fast, go!" Murasaki groaned as she clutched her side. "Still hurts like a bitch though."

Suddenly a haunting laughter filled the air and Mars turned, staring in a growing mixture of dread and anger as Oboro was running at her while more houses exploded. "Fine, I'll stop her." She focused on her anger as rushed at Oboro, feeling that it was better than dread at that moment. She tried throwing a punch at Oboro when tentacle cables wrapped around her extended hand, stopping her mere centimeters from Oboro's mouth. "D-Damn you."

"And what are you going to do now?" Oboro asked with a smug grin on her face, only to blink in confusion as Mars pointed, her finger getting into Oboro's mouth.

"FIRE SOUL!" Mars screamed as she poured all of her magic into the attack, causing Oboro's eyes to widen as the inside of her body was quickly overheated while the flames turned from red to yellow. "You might be immune from the outside, but what about the inside?!"

Oboro's eyes widened as the fire turned from yellow to white as Mars screamed in rage. The attack lasted several seconds before the tentacle cables that were holding her up let go and she fell to her feet.

Oboro's body stumbled backwards and fell down, smoke covering her mouth and head, obscuring everything.

Mars waited until the smoke cleared away, revealing the flesh around her head was burned away, leaving just a little skin around her right eye while the rest of her skull was revealed to be metal. Oboro's jaw was molten and dripping, sizzling on the ground. "Good, now..." She turned to look at Murasaki before something touched her leg. Turning, she didn't have time to react as Oboro sat up and grabbed Mars by the throat with her right hand before standing up and her one eye was glaring at her.

"That really, zkkkt, fucking hurt." A mechanical, though slightly feminine voice from the back of Oboro's throat was heard as she squeezed Mars's neck hard enough that Mars's eyes opened wide and her mouth went slack.

"Ah...Ah...Ah..." The next thing Mars knew, Oboro grabbed her tongue with her left hand and pulled on it hard. Suddenly two wires popped out of her Oboro's left arm and poked the top and bottom of Mars's tongue and Mars felt her body going slack. "Whaaa..?"

Oboro smirked as a symbol appeared on Mars's tongue. Another tube popped out of her left arm and a thin needle popped out and jammed its way through the center of the symbol on Mars's tongue. "Too bad, zkkkt, for you, this stuff, zkkkt, fucks up magical users." She let go of Mars, who fell to her side and twitched and spasmed as her body jerked and thrashed. After a moment, Mars's transformation wore off and Rei Hino was left on the street, still twitching.

A large rock hit Oboro on the back and she turned to see Murasaki glaring at her while panting. "Let... her... Go you bitch!"

"Hmm?" Oboro tilted her head. "How are you, zkkkt, not dead yet?" She looked at the wound that Murasaki had and saw that it was healing rapidly. "Oh! Right. You have that, zkkkt, Immortality power, don't you?"

Murasaki let out a yell as she ran at Oboro, stumbling the entire way before cable cords extended from Oboro's arms and wrapped around her legs, tripping her and causing her to hit the ground hard. Oboro then started to flip Murasaki like a pancake as she lifted the taimanin up and slammed her down, face-first onto the ground before doing it several times over and over and pulling the now out cold taimanin close to her.

"I don't, zkkkt, need you warning your, zkkkt, friends." Oboro said as she stepped on Murasaki's head. "Then again, zkkkt, even dead bodies have their uses."

She then stepped down really hard, crushing Murasaki's skull under her foot, which covered her foot in blood and brain matter. She waited until Murasaki stopped moving before grabbing her and throwing the dead body over her shoulder and then walking over to Rei, who wasn't moving. "Temporary, zkkkt, paralysis." She pulled out a cell phone and dialed a number. "Mission, zkkkt, complete. Get me, zkkkt, out of here."

A circle appeared under Oboro and Rei, the two of them and Murasaki disappearing just as police and rescue services made it to the area, missing them by moments.

Reappearing in the hotel room, the first thing Oboro saw was Ingrid covered in thick ice that was starting to melt. "You're a, zkkkt, mess."

"And you'd be dead if not for that anti-magic virus that you were given when you got that body." Oboro pointed out. "What's with the headless corpse?"

"She, zkkkt, was a problem." Oboro said and dropped Murasaki's corpse on the ground while Dr. Kiryuu looked at Murasaki's body. "What?"

"Nothing, it's a waste that she's dead."

"She'll, zkkkt, revive in a few days." Oboro told him and he looked at her in surprise. "Her, zkkkt, body can revive so long as her brain or her heart are, zkkkt, in tact."

"Interesting..." Melinoe said as she walked over to Murasaki's body and nodded. "She still has her soul, if she was dead she wouldn't have it." She smirked as an idea came to her. "I have something that might prove interesting. Anyway, put these two in pods. I need to find that object of mine."

Dr. Kiryuu nodded as the Fallen Angel maids picked up Rei and Murasaki's bodies and a magic circle appeared under all of them as took the bodies to where Dr. Kiryuu's lab was.

"I need to, zkkkt, recover." Oboro said as she walked off to her room. "Get me, zkkkt, some titanium and steel."
