Finally! I am here! After so long I was finally able to complete this chapter. It wasn't my intention to take so long but I've had several inconveniences lately that prevented me from writing as much as I would have liked. And lastly, I desperately need a beta reader to help me with the grammar, if anyone wants to offer it I would greatly appreciate it. I hope you enjoy the chapter.

The episode begins with Twice next to Toga, who is still unconscious from her injuries. Twice mentions that Toga is growing and the measurements he had of her before are no longer useful, so he has to measure her again in order to create a clone of her, with which to save her through a blood transfusion.

"Eh?" Several people exclaim in surprise at the scene they are seeing.

"I thought we were going to see Shigaraki and Re-Destro's confrontation." Kaminari said in confusion.

"We all expected that, Jamming-Yay." Jiro said. "Though it looks like we'll see an update on the rest of the villains first."

"Bfff!" Bakugo exclaimed in annoyance.

"On the other hand Twice is still trying to save Toga." Uraraka said thoughtfully.

"Now he seems to be trying to create a clone of her, quite possibly to replenish the blood he lost." Said Recovery Girl thoughtfully. "It's a good idea but I don't know if he can pull it off without the necessary equipment and in that place."

"Let's hope not." Mirko said. "It would be one less to worry about."

"Knowing that Toga survived it's possible Twice was successful." Hawks thought.

Finally he is able to create a clone of Toga that is in the same condition as the original Toga, since he was in that state when he took his measurements.

The audience is surprised to see this, and Midoriya is quick to make notes in his notebook about this limitation of Twice's Quirk.

Twice wonders if Toga can heal, to which one of his doubles replies that Dabi will introduce him to a good plastic surgeon.

The audience laughs at these words, it is certainly a comical idea for Dabi to introduce Toga to a plastic surgeon.

Twice: You will survive. I swear.

"Unfortunately for us he wasn't wrong. He managed to save her." Hawks thought worried about this fact.

The scene changes. Now we see Spinner running over a wall, thinking about how to take some of the work away from Shigaraki.

"And now we switch to this guy." Kendo said.

"Yes." Ashido said.

"Well he's not going to have it easy." Said Nejire thoughtfully as she watched what's happening on the screen.

"Good for us." Mirko said.

Trumpet though surprised by his determination, mentions that someone with a weak gift like Spinner's won't accomplish anything, before pulling out a device that looks like a mask.

Some in the audience are annoyed by Trumpet's words about how people with weak Quirks won't get anything, which reflects beliefs about the power of the army, while some like Bakugo agree with him to some extent much to his chagrin.

"I wonder what that thing will be." Kaminari said.

"Probably a Detranet support item like the one Curious had." Said Power Loader, concerned about this fact.

Trumpet: Sevens Loud, manufactured by Detranet. [He puts on the mask, which gives him a somewhat frightening look.]

"Why yes, yes it was." Mandalay said.

"It really gives him a much more villainous look." Said Ashido upon seeing him.

"Definitely, ribbit." Said Asui.

Trumpet: Punish the enemies who threaten us! [Hearing this, the army members become more aggressive and determined to do what they were ordered to do].

Narrator: Koku Hanabata. Alias: Trumpet. Quirk: Instigation. The electromagnetic waves of his voice instigate those who trust him and empower their bodies and minds.

Spinner is surprised to see how the members of the army attack them with greater emphasis than before to the point that he can barely defend himself.

"Well, if there was any doubt left that he was using his Quirk to wreak havoc on their rallies, he just dispersed completely." Endeavor said annoyed as he watched Trumpet's actions. While Midoriya for his part notes that information in his notebook.

"Yet another charge to his list of crimes." Naomasa said annoyed.

Trumpet: Quirk, Gecko. [We see Spinner attached himself to a building thanks to his Quirk.] The only thing you can do is attach yourself to walls. You were a Hikikomori, weren't you? And they made fun of you for that. Are you here out of resentment?

"That guy really doesn't have a very strong Quirk." Ryukyu said.

"A Hikkikomori?" asked Shoji saddened by this fact, because he thinks he knows the reason why Spinner was a Hikkimori.

"Unfortunately it's not uncommon among mutants." Said Kamui Woods also affected. "Especially in rural areas."

"I wonder if that will be their motivation." Midoriya said thoughtfully. "We know he's a sympathizer of Stain's ideology, but could there be something else there?"

"Who cares!?" Bakugo exclaimed in annoyance. "We shouldn't care about whatever it is that motivates that guy!"

Trumpet: Unfortunately, I doubt you'll ever accomplish anything worth mentioning.

"You shouldn't underestimate them. Even if he doesn't have a strong Quirk you shouldn't say such things." All Might said annoyed with the members of the army and their view on how power is everything.

In another part of the city we can see how the tower where Giran was standing collapses, much to Spinner and Trumpet's surprise.

"Ah right, this is what they were doing while the events we saw of the tower earlier were happening." Kaminari said.

Spinner takes advantage of Trumpet's distraction to try to attack him but is prevented from doing so by a member of the army injuring him. Trumpet in turn orders the army members to go to Re-Destro to help him and an army member throws Spinner to his feet, who although injured manages to grab his sword.

The audience tenses up as they watch what is happening on the screen, and are also a bit surprised to see Spinner's determination to help Shigaraki and the League despite being at a disadvantage.

Spinner recalls Trumpet's words about how he will never do anything noteworthy and responds that he knows that better than anyone. We are also shown flashbacks to his past, where Spinner was alone next to a television and video game console.

The audience is shocked and surprised to see Spinner's statement and the images of his past. Some (those who have mutant Quirks mainly) feel moved, because it is a reality that is not alien to them.

Spinner: I don't like anything, like Toga. Nor do I want to do anything in particular. But that day... [We see an image of Stain on the TV in the flashback] something lit a flame in my heart. [We also see a flashback of Shigaraki's words about destroying everything]. Hearing it, I thought I wanted to see the future he has in mind.

Now the audience is shocked and horrified to hear these words from Spinner. It also gives them a new perspective on Spinner and why Stain's ideology resonated with some people, because while not everyone who sympathizes with Stain's ideas are villains, there are people who believed that what he was doing was right. Some civilians (particularly members of the mutant community) sympathize to some extent with Stain and the League, for various reasons, and some, like Spinner, took action.

"You want to see the future Shigaraki has in mind? He's completely insane." Tokage said in surprise.

"Especially considering that Shigaraki only yearns for destruction and nothing more than that, ribbit." Said Asui in horror.

[Spinner finally stands up.]

Spinner: I'm a nobody who always depends on others. That's how I am! And what's wrong with that!? There's nothing wrong with that! It's the same for you guys, isn't it?

Trumpet: You're putting us on the same level?

The audience is greatly surprised to hear these words, about how Spinner is not only aware of what he is, but recognizes and accepts it, and even sees the members of the army as similar to him in that.

"I don't think so. Members of the army strive to become stronger. It's the basis of all their beliefs." Yanagi said, to which several nodded in agreement.

Spinner: I will help Shigaraki in any way I can.

The audience tensed at Spinner's determination to help Shigaraki no matter what.

In the wreckage of the tower, Spinner realizes he is still alive.

"Of course he is." Aizawa snorted in annoyance. "Guys like him are like cockroaches, extremely sneaky."

"So you say Shota." Answered Present Mic.

Re-Destro [Whose body is swollen due to his Quirk.] gazes at Shigaraki who doesn't flinch at what he sees.

The audience tenses up at what they are seeing.

"We're finally back with your bosses." Bakugo said.

"God! That guy!" Shiozaki exclaimed in horror at what she sees.

"Definitely the army leader has a transformation Quirk." Amajiki said worriedly. "Although we still don't know how it works exactly."

"Hopefully these tapes will reveal it to us." Midoriya said.

Shigaraki: How do you feel now? How many were there? 110,000? You were watching from above as we fought them. You thought we wouldn't get to you. How does it feel that we brought you down?

Some in the audience chuckled at these words, certainly finding it ironic how Re-Destro was confident and sure of his army, but still the League caused him more trouble than he originally anticipated.

"Okay, this is really funny." Kirishima said with a laugh.

"That bastard really didn't expect it!" exclaimed Mirio, amused at how things went wrong for Re-Destro.

"He made a big mistake by underestimating them." Gran Torino said seriously. "And we must be careful not to repeat his mistake. We have already seen how dangerous they can be even at a disadvantage."

"Hubris precedes ruin." Tokoyami said.

Shigaraki: I asked you a question! [Attacks but Re-Destro dodges.]

Re-Destro: How do I feel? [He hits him with his huge punch.]

"And how do you think?" Bakugo asked sarcastically.

Re-Destro: I'm angry, obviously. I'm used to accumulating anger. [Shigaraki goes flying from the blow.] That's why I have these spots. [The spots expand on his face.]

"Well actually that was a pretty dumb question, ribbit." Asui said.

"Of course that guy would be angry. Under those circumstances anyone would be." Kodai said.

"I don't know if he should want to be crushed or not." Nejire said confused.

"Let him do it! Then we'll have one less villain to worry about!" Mirko exclaimed much to Ryukyu's annoyance.

"Interesting." Midoriya said as he takes notes in his notebook. "That reveals a bit more about his Quirk. It will be very useful if we have to face him."

Re-Destro: They came here by killing many warriors. You work evil... with this hand? [He catches him with his huge hand and grabs Shigaraki by the arm].

The audience tenses up as they notice this exchange between the two villains.

Narrator: Rikiya Yotsubashi. Alias: Re-Destro. Quirk: Stress. He accumulates stress and transforms it into power. The more he accumulates the bigger and stronger he becomes.

Now the audience is greatly surprised to hear this description of Re-Destro's Quirk.

"Oh wow." Komori said in surprise.

"That Quirk is really very strong." Said Monoma surprised.

"Definitely." Said Midoriya worriedly, while making a note in his notebook. "It's certainly going to be a very difficult opponent. Not only does he have a very powerful Quirk, but he also knows how to use it very well."

"You're telling me, ribbit." Asui said worriedly.

"Fortunately Re-Destro seems to have suffered some damage in his fight with Shigaraki. Though he still shouldn't be underestimated." Hawks thought, remembering seeing Re-Destro in Gunga along with the rest of the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Shigaraki tries to attack him but Re-Destro stops him.

Re-Destro: Don't judge someone's temperament by their Quirk. That's a good lesson. I was raised that way.

"That's really debatable." Midoriya thought, thinking of Katchan.

Re-Destro: But Quirks are personality related. You destroy anything you touch with the 5 fingers. [Let me ask you Tomura Shigaraki, what do you carry and what do you want to create? Or are you an empty shell that generates nothing and only yearns for destruction?

"It just wants to destroy everything." Hagakure said still trembling at the memory of Shigaraki's determination to destroy everything, as did the rest of the audience.

For their part All Might and Gran Torino wonder what Shigaraki is carrying, even though they know that Nana's grandson was raised and manipulated by AFO, they still want to know how that happened in the first place.

We see one of Shigaraki's hands on the ground, and he is surprised to see it.

Shigaraki: Hana's hands...

This scene greatly surprises the audience.

"Hana?" several people ask in surprise.

"We knew that Shigaraki's hands belong to members of his family, So this Hana was related to him?" Uraraka asked in surprise.

"It seems so, ribbit." Asui said.

All Might and Gran Torino are saddened at the thought of the fate of their beloved Nana's family.

In a new flashback AFO hands young Shigaraki his family's hands and mentions which members of his family each pair belong to, his mother, grandparents and father.

All for One: The mind is very well done. Negative feelings such as anger and sadness heal over time. Carry them with you at all times. Then those feelings will not erode.

The audience is enraged to see this.

"That damned wretch!" All Might exclaims in anger at the actions of his nemesis.

The flashback changes to a sunny day.

Girl: He scold you again?

The audience is surprised to see this change.

"Eh? And this?" Kaminari asked in confusion.

"I think it's another one of Shigaraki's memories." Midoriya said surprised and intrigued by his nemesis' past.

"So it seems." Said All Might also surprised, due to the girl's voice being very similar to that of her beloved mentor. Just thinking about it makes him want to cry.

The image focuses on the girl's face and Shigaraki identifies her as Hana, his older sister.

Now the audience is shocked and surprised to find out who Hana, Shigaraki's older sister.

"Shigaraki had a sister?" asks Shoto surprised by this fact.

"It seems so." Asui said in surprise.

Both All Might and Gran Torino are surprised and saddened to see Hana. Nana's granddaughter is so much like her that it is painful to watch, especially knowing that they are both dead.

Hana holds out a hand to her brother, and tells him that it's enough if he doesn't say anything. Hana: I just tell him that I want to get married and that's it.

Hana takes her brother by the hand and they walk together.

Shigaraki: Yes, it's true. Whenever I cried she always grabbed my arm. Hana was the only one who supported me. They were innocent words from a child, but...

"She's so sweet." Shoto said in surprise. Hana reminds him of Fuyumi to a certain extent.

Several in the audience nod in agreement, finding Hana to be a good big sister, comforting her little brother. Although it also makes several wonder what happened to make young Shigaraki sad, and that his sister is the only one who supports him.

Back in the present Hana's hand lies on the battlefield.

Shigaraki: My brain keeps spinning. The memories come back one by one.

"So, we'll finally see Shigaraki's origin?" Kaminari asked.

"It looks that way Jamming-Yay." Jiro said.

"I really want to know what happened." Said All Might grieving over the fate of his mentor's family.

Re-Destro crushes Shigaraki's hand making him scream in pain.

Re-Destro: You are no match for me.

Shigaraki: An unknown anger floods my being. Missing memories fall into place. Emotions now accompany experiences.

Shigaraki touches Re-Destro activating his Decay, to the surprise and pain of Re-Destro, who throws it away from him.

The audience tenses as they watch the scene before them.

Re-Destro looks at his Decay-affected hand and is surprised that Shigaraki was able to activate his gift without needing his 5 fingers. He wonders if it's due to having bad information about Shigaraki's Quirk or if it's something else.

"O...okay that's a good observation." Yaoyorozu says in panic, while Midoriya takes n

"B...but how is it possible that he managed to activate his Quirk?" Awase asked in terror.

"Please don't tell me he also had a Quirk Awakening." Komori said grounded by the idea, as did the rest of the audience.

"Whatever it is it's not good." Said Ragdoll.

Shigaraki tries to sit up and as he sees another of his hands another memory comes back to him. This time of a beautiful woman smiling tenderly at him.

The audience is surprised and saddened to see this new flashback of Shigaraki's past.

Shigaraki with blood on his face smiles maniacally as he says his head is going to explode.

"Agh!" Several exclaim in disgust.

"And here I thought it couldn't look any worse." Hagakure said in disgust.

Re-Destro: Some experiences can trigger the evolution of Quirks. Geten was able to control the temperature of the ice when I accidentally burned myself. Is that happening to him right now?

"So, that ice guy, Geten also has a Quirk Awakening?" Iida asked in surprise since he wasn't expecting it.

"It seems so, ribbit." Asui said.

"Then it's not a sub ability like we thought." Shoto said surprised.

"No, it's not." Said Midoriya as he makes a note in his notebook. "And apparently in his case the experience that triggered it was Re-Destro getting burned." He said somewhat surprised by that fact, as were several in the audience.

"Possibly it was her concern for him that triggered his awakening." Nezu theorized to which several nodded in agreement.

"But what a stupid thing to say." Bakugo snorted in annoyance.

Shigaraki quickly attacks him to Re-Destro's surprise, though he manages to dodge it.

Re-Destro: He doesn't waste a single move. He's as agile as a cat. With those physical skills, he could have touched one or two heroes on Kamino and it's happening with his Quirk. Did he train? [Shigaraki returns to the attack] These moves can only be achieved by surviving in a hostile environment on a daily basis.

"That's definitely not the same Shigaraki we faced in Kamino." Said Kamui Woods who remembers the incident perfectly.

"Thank goodness it isn't, otherwise I don't even want to think what would have happened." Mt. Lady said nervously as she imagined it, as did the rest of the audience.

"That guy's not wrong though." Gran Torino said. "The reason Shigaraki has improved so much is largely because he spent almost a month facing that giant." This startles the audience.

"If facing that thing isn't a hostile environment I don't know what that means anymore." Kaminari said.

Re-Destro: I also trained my Stress. That's why I know. [Becomes even bigger than before.] I shouldn't have underestimated you. You didn't disappear even after taking so much damage. You are real. Release 80%. The games are over. [Attacks him] I'll put an end to the festival. [Throws a ball of energy that causes major damage.]

"Oh wow!" Pixie-Bob exclaimed in horror.

"That guy is going to be quite a challenge when we take him on." Egdeshot said worriedly. "Not only is he powerful, but he has very good control of his Quirk."

"He's definitely someone not to be underestimated. If he survived he's not going to be an easy foe." Endeavor said, to which the rest of the audience nods in agreement.

In another flashback we see Shigaraki's grandfather teaching his grandson some ohagi he prepared for him. We then hear his grandmother tell him not to cry as seeing him sad makes her sad. In the present Shigaraki remembers them as kind people, but he didn't want that.

The audience is shocked and saddened to see this new flashback and Shigaraki's maternal grandparents.

"They seem so kind." Uraraka said, surprised to see them.

Shigaraki: I remember everything now. What I wanted to hear was…

"Was it?" wondered Midoriya interested in this fact.

Re-Destro hears his cell phone ring and asks Skeptic what's going on.

Skeptic: Watch out Re-Destro! It's headed your way! [Several members of the army fly off.] They had a monster guy in storage! They hid him Re-Destro!

Machia appears heading at full speed towards Shigaraki, fending off the army members without any trouble.

The audience is shocked to see this scene, they are truly horrified to see Machia in action.

"AAH!" Several exclaimed in horror at the sight of the destruction caused by Machia.

"He finally got to Deika..." Komori said in horror. "That thing is..."

"A disaster of epic proportions." Naomasa said worriedly.

"Although I have no idea how those guys didn't realize the League had that monster." Mandalay said confused. "If they did have a satellite and were able to locate them I don't know how they could have missed that."

"That's actually a good question." Said Ryukyu also confused by this fact.

"It's because those guys aren't as smart as they want to believe." Said Mirko annoyed.

Re-Destro drops his phone in surprise.

Re-Destro: I extract stress with no problem. I materialize it and expel it in a wide area with Negative Discharge. It's pinnacle of my Quirk that I've been honing since I was a kid. It can't be dodged just by wishing for it. [He remembers how Shigaraki dodged his attack and realizes that he touched him at that moment]. He got rid of his defensive instincts to destroy me.

"This is good to know." Midoriya said as he took notes in his notebook. "It's going to be very useful in putting together a strategy against him." He said to which the rest of the audience nodded in agreement.

Shigaraki: All my senses are sharpened. I remember everything clearly. What do I want to create... [He pulls one of his hands out from inside his coat.] You got it right. I just... want to destroy everything.

Re-Destro: Then disappear! [A world without creation has no future!

Shigaraki: We don't need a future.

These words from Shigaraki made everyone in the audience swallow saliva, frightened by what Shigaraki plans and the fact that really all he longs for is destruction.

In another flashback Shigaraki's father punishes him by dragging him away for playing heroes while young Tenko cries.

Nao: Kotaro don't treat him like that! [She runs after him, but her husband ignores her].

Kotaro: If he doesn't like it, let him listen to me. [He continues to drag his son, ignoring his cries or his wife's pleas].

The audience is greatly surprised to see this new flashback and how Shigaraki's father treated his son.

"He punishes him like that for playing heroes?! But what the heck is wrong with that guy?!" Kendo asked in shock and horror.

"That's not manly at all!" exclaimed Tetsutesu and Kirishima enraged at Shigaraki's father.

All Might and Gran Torino for their part are saddened to see what Nana's son became, and wonder if his actions ended up affecting their son to make him what he is today.

Shoto is also horrified to see how Shigaraki's father treats his son, although it is not quite like how his father treated him, to a certain extent he identifies with Shigaraki.

Even Endeavor feels uncomfortable watching this scene because of how painfully familiar it is.

Shigaraki: At home, we had one rule. One rule, imposed by my father. [Young Tenko cries in a corner of his garden.] We weren't allowed to talk about heroes.

"What the hell was wrong with that man?!" Hagakure asked, surprised.

"What kind of rule is that?!" Kaminari asked. "What does that guy have against heroes?"

"Yeah! Wasn't his mother a hero?" Jiro asked, surprised.

"I think that could be the problem. Nana also thought her son might end up resenting her, but I really didn't think Kotaro would resent heroes as a whole." Gran Torino thought, saddened by this fact.

[A sign reveals that Tenko was 5 years old at the time.]

The audience is shocked to discover how old Shigaraki was at the time of the flashback.

Tenko's father watches from inside his house, and his wife angrily asks him to let their son in for dinner, but he refuses until he apologizes, saying that rules are rules.

"What a strict man." Kodai said, surprised and uncomfortable, as was the rest of the audience.

Nao: Aren't you being too strict?

Kotaro: He doesn't have a Quirk yet. If he doesn't understand it, he'll be the one who will be unhappy. Aspiring to be a hero only brings misfortune. Please understand. [The rest of his family looks at him uncomfortably, but no one says anything.]

Now the audience is in shock at these words.

"Shigaraki didn't have a Quirk at age 5?!" Midoriya asked, surprised to hear this.

"Maybe he was a late bloomer." Uraraka said.

"Yes, possibly." Midoriya said, not entirely convinced. "Or maybe it's something else."

"Aspiring to be a hero only brings misfortune?! What the hell is that guy talking about?" Bakugo asked, annoyed.

"Well, it's a complicated profession." Mandalay said delicately. Kotaro reminds her of her nephew Kota to some extent. A part of her wonders if, if it weren't for Midoriya, Kota would have become someone like Shigaraki's father. "Maybe in his own way, he's trying to protect his son, especially if they thought he was Quirkless."

"It's possible." All Might said, distressed.

Shigaraki: My father was a businessman who amassed a good fortune at a young age. [We are shown a close-up of a large, luxurious house.] He had this house built to live with his in-laws.

This shocks the audience as they see how Shigaraki's family lived.

Nao: Don't scratch it anymore.

Tenko: But it itches.

Nao: It's a shame we don't know what you're allergic to.

Tenko: At home, it really tickles me.

"Shigaraki had that habit since he was a kid. Interesting." Recovery Girl said.

"She's really nice." Uraraka said, moved by Shigaraki's mother, as did several others in the audience.

Nao: Do you still want to be a hero, Tenko?

Tenko: Yes. In class, Mikkun and Tomo were ostracized. I told them we should play together. We played heroes, and it was a lot of fun. Mikkun said I could be All Might because I was nice enough to invite them. [Tenko hugs his mother.] Why does Dad say I can't play? He hates me? If I get a Quirk, will he let me?

The audience is shocked at these words. Imagining a young Shigaraki playing at being a hero and being kind to other kids is certainly strange, but without a doubt the most shocking thing of all is hearing Shigaraki's words about his father.

"I...I really don't know what to say about this." Ashido said, saddened at the thought of Shigaraki thinking his father hates him.

"What's really wrong with that guy?" Tetsutetsu asked, bewildered.

Some in the audience are saddened by this, especially All Might and Gran Torino, who can't stop thinking about what happened to Nana's family. If they had done something differently, perhaps everything would have been different, but now there's not much they can do. Midoriya, for his part, sheds a few tears upon seeing this, and Uraraka hugs him to comfort him.

Nao: He doesn't hate you. But your father knows how hard it is to be a hero.

The audience falls silent at these words, reflecting on them. It's true that being a hero isn't as simple as people often think; it's a hard and sacrificial life that isn't for everyone, and they know that Kotaro, from his personal experience, understands this perfectly. Some even reflect on this as an explanation for Kotaro's attitude and disdain for heroes. It's not that he hates them, but he lost his mother because of his profession, which to a certain extent caused him to reject them and completely refuse to let anyone else in his family follow in his footsteps. Something truly sad.

Shigaraki: The words of adults are sacred. [We see Kotaro screaming and Tenko crying. There are also images of family members comforting a sad Tenko.] That's why I wanted you to tell me... one thing. That house my father built, it gently rejects me.

This is certainly difficult for the audience to watch. It's truly hard to understand how sad Shigaraki must have felt about his father's attitude.

Hana: It's a secret.

Shigaraki: Children are simple-minded and unfair.

The audience is confused by these words and wonders what happened between Shigaraki and his sister for him to say something like that.

Hana takes her brother to their father's study to show him something, the photo of their father with their mother Nana, and tells him that she was their grandmother. To the surprise and delight of young Tenko, who finds out there is a hero in his family. This leaves the audience shocked and shaken. Seeing what Shigaraki has become, it's a shock to see him so excited that there was a hero in his family.

"He didn't even know." All Might said, saddened by the thought that Tenko hadn't even known about his grandmother Nana.

Hana also tells her brother that she supports him and that they can become heroes together, much to Tenko's excitement.

This makes several in the audience excited to see how Hana supports her little brother, although they also feel sadness knowing the fate of Hana and her family.

The next thing we see is Tenko playing with his dog Mon.

Tenko: You know what, Mon? Now I can overcome any obstacle. [He throws the ball he was playing with again, but something strange happens and part of it disintegrates.]

"His Quirk." Monoma said, surprised by what he was seeing.

"Shigaraki must definitely have been a late bloomer." Iida said thoughtfully. "Because he's obviously not Quirkless."

"Unfortunately." Mirko said bitterly.

"Or was it something else?" Midoriya thought uneasily. He doesn't know what exactly, but something just doesn't add up. As someone who has observed and analyzed Quirks, there's something about Shigaraki's and how it has affected him that isn't normal. And knowing what he knows about AFO, he definitely has reason to think so, although if it were true… AFO would be involved in this much deeper than he ever imagined. Just thinking about it makes him want to throw up, along with immense sadness and anger, feelings that baffled him to a certain extent.

Shigaraki: It was very hot that day. [Tenko looks at the ball before being distracted by her father's furious call.]

Kotaro: You came into my study!? Did you see it?! Shigaraki: That made me itch and want to scratch it. That's how kids are. [Tenko is terrified to see his father so angry. The rest of the family watches in fear, and Hana cries, hugging her mother, blaming her brother for coming in to see the photo.] I even felt an itch in my stomach.

"Uh-oh!" several people in the audience exclaim, frightened by what's happening on the screen.

[Kotaro grabs his son by the shirt, as his family looks on in horror.]

Kotaro: She's not your grandmother. She's a heartless woman who abandoned her son.

The audience is horrified by Kotaro's attitude, and he, like the rest of the family, is paralyzed with fear.

"Oh, Kotaro." All Might said, covering his face with his hands, trying to hold back his tears. It's simply unfair that this happened to Nana's family, that her own son thought that about her, and that her grandson grew up to become a villain.

Gran Torino feels great sadness and guilt for what happened. While he didn't agree with what Nana did, he understood the reason for that decision and knew that Nana had suffered immensely because of it and that Kotaro had carried that pain, which eventually led him to act the way he did, and which resulted in Shigaraki being the victim. Now he wishes he had done things differently, but he knows that's impossible.

Tenko: Help me. Don't just stand there watching. Help!

The more sensitive members of the audience cry when they see this. Tenko's fear truly shakes them. Shoto, in particular, feels terrible watching this because it brings back bad memories from his childhood. He's truly shocked by how similar he and Shigaraki are to each other. Endeavor also feels remorseful seeing this, knowing what he did to his son.

Kotaro: Heroes save strangers and hurt their families to do so! [Kotaro hits his son.]

Shigaraki: This is the house my father built.

The audience is so horrified and shocked by what they see that it takes them a moment to react.

"Oh Kotaro..." Gran Torino says, struggling not to collapse. Something All Might fails to achieve, and he collapses, covering his face with his hands so they won't see him crying over what happened to Nana's family.

"Is that what you think of heroes?" Kodai asked, surprised.

"But that's not true! Heroes never hurt others!" Komori exclaimed.

"Let alone their own families!" Asui exclaimed.

"They think so?" Shoto thought, deeply shocked by Kotaro's words. They are so painfully familiar that he can't believe it. With the only exception: his father didn't do what he did to help anyone, but for a much more selfish reason.

Endeavor, for his part, is deeply shocked and ashamed by the fact that Kotaro's words apply perfectly to him. Midoriya, for his part, feels great sadness upon seeing this.

Later that night in his study, Kotaro reads the letter his mother left him.

Nana: I'm sorry to say goodbye so suddenly. Mom has to face someone very bad. That bad guy might hurt you, so I have to stay away from you, Kotaro. I never acted like a mother. I'm sorry. [Kotaro becomes saddened when he remembers his mother and the moments he spent with her.] You may end up hating me, but I will always love you. I hope you can live happily and smiling. Mom will always watch over you from heaven.

Kotaro: It would have been better if you hated me.

"Oh, I see." Recovery Girl said sadly. "That's why you don't like heroes."

"Nana had been afraid that her son would resent her for her decision, but she believed that in time he would understand." Gran Torino said sadly.

"It's so sad." Uraraka said, moved.

Nao: I can't take it anymore.

Kotaro: I overdid it. How are you?

Nao: If you raise your hand to them again, this is over. [Nao and her parents are standing at the studio door, watching Kotaro.] You said you wanted a happy family.

Kotaro: This isn't what I wanted. [Kotaro regrets his actions, and we can see he has pictures of his children in his studio.]

"Kotaro..." All Might says sadly, as does the rest of the audience, who are also moved and saddened by what happened.

Tenko is in the garden, crying and hugging his dog.

Tenko: I hate you all! [At that moment, his Quirk activates, killing his dog, which crumbles to pieces, to Tenko's surprise and horror.]

Now the audience is horrified as they watch what's happening on the screen. Watching Shigaraki's Quirk activate for the first time is truly terrifying. Especially since you can imagine what will happen next.

Hana: Tenko. [Hana heads towards her brother.]

Hana: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to... It was my fault... [Hana stops in horror at the sight of the dead dog, screams, and tries to run away, but her brother grabs her.]

Tenko: Hana! Don't go! Help me this time!

"Oh no, please don't," Gran Torino says, though he knows it's useless.

Shigaraki: I thought we were being attacked by an evil villain. When Mon disintegrated... [Hana disintegrates after being affected by her brother's Quirk, suffering the same fate as her pet.] And when Hana disintegrated, I still believed it was the villain's fault. [Tenko is horrified to see his sister's death and his hair changes color, and he also vomits next to the corpse.]

Hana's death scene is so horrifying that no one can contain their pain; several cry, and even the most sensitive members of the audience vomit from the sheer horror of the scene.

"Oh my God!" Shiozaki exclaims, horrified by the horrific tragedy, while praying for Hana and her family's souls.

"It's much worse than I ever imagined." Hawks says, horrified by Shigaraki's past.

His mother and grandparents are horrified to see what's happening.

Shigaraki: Or maybe not. Now that I think about it, it's possible I already understood what was really going on. [Tenko reaches out his hand toward his mother and grandparents, but upon touching the ground, his Quirk activates again.]

"Oh no, them too." says Gran Torino, horrified by the cruel fate of his friend's family, though resigned. Beside him, All Might cries uncontrollably.

Shigaraki: Why did they defend my father? Why did they just tell me not to cry? Little things pile up. [The cracks spread and reach his mother and grandparents, also affecting them with Decay.]

Tenko: I hate them all!

Nao: Tenko... [Tries to reach her son, but disintegrates before she can reach him.]

"What a disgrace," said Pixie-Bob, horrified.

"That wasn't how it was, Tenko." said All Might sadly. "They wanted to help you."

"It's a shame he didn't see it that way." Mandalay said sadly, especially since Shigaraki's father reminds her so much of Kota.

"So that's where it all started. His hate for everything…" Midoriya thought sadly.

Kotaro finally comes out and is horrified to see what happened.

Nana: I hope you can live happily and smiling.

Tenko: D...dad... I'm sorry… [He hits the ground again and the house collapses behind Kotaro.]

"It almost seems like a bad joke," Gran Torino said, horrified to see the scene.

Tenko tries to reach her father, who grabs the first thing he can find in an attempt to defend himself from his son, and proceeds to hit him with a gardening tool.

Kotaro: Stop it, Tenko!

Shigaraki: At that moment, I acted with the intent to kill. [Tenko, enraged, leaps toward his father and touches his face, killing him.]

Tenko: Die! [He has a crazed expression on his face.]

Shigaraki: An indescribable pleasure ran through me. A part of me always wanted this to happen. [We see the Shimura family home finally collapse, while Tenko smiles with his blood-stained hands.] And nothing itched anymore.

The audience falls into a horrified silence as they try to process this new information about Shigaraki's origins. No one says anything, as the next episode begins to play.

Whatif-inator: I agree with your opinion; the ending of MHA isn't bad, but it is disappointing. And yes, the heroes will see that the villains aren't as simple as they think, that there's much more to them than just doing evil for the sake of it.

Diablo4005: Yes, it is very true.

Guest: No, I don't think so, I can barely cope with the stories I already have and my personal life.

Anime100: Oh I'll just say it will be something interesting to see.
