A/N Yes, eventually they will figure out that the Munsters aren't wearing costumes and aren't celebrating Halloween. They'll also figure out that Grandpa and Lily are a very different kind of vampire than the vampires of the Scoobies' reality were. How long can I keep this story going? Until I burnout on it, I'm thinking, which could be awhile since I'm having so much fun with it. I hope you are too. 😃
Time to see what a totally different Sunnydale could look like. Possibly a plot bunny for a future story? 😏

"Okay, Dawn, concentrate on the goal." Xander coached. "Focus your thoughts on one thing, a portal to the school." This was tricky because Dawn still couldn't open a portal that allowed her to travel within her own reality, everytime she opened one, either accidentally or on purpose, she ended up in another reality. Which, hey, if the world ever ended, that would be great, they could evacuate people to other realities and try to save as many as possible. But aside from that, her ability didn't seem to have much of a practical application. If she could figure out how to get around within her own reality, like Xander could by teleporting, the ability would be more useful. Dawn focused her thoughts on the school, where Buffy was waiting for her to, hopefully, appear as Cordelia and her Mom looked hopeful that this time she'd get it. A portal opened and to everyone's surprise, they could see Buffy. Thinking it was finally working Dawn, Xander and Cordelia stepped through.
"What the Hell?" Buffy yelled, backing away from the surprised newcomer's. "What the Hell is going on? Where'd you come from?"
"Great." Dawn groaned. "I got it wrong again "
"Well you're getting closer, maybe." Xander said encouragingly. "You found Buffy and you found the school. It's just the wrong Buffy and the wrong school. One out of three is better than zero out of three."
"How do you know my name? Who are you people?" Buffy asked, taking another step back and looking around wildly.
"Great, another reality where there's no me!" Dawn threw her hands up.
"Does that mean either she doesn't know us or there's no us here either?" Cordelia asked.
"Either one's possible." Xander shrugged. "Anyway, my name is Alexander Harris, people call me Xander and this is my girlfriend, Cordelia Chase and we know a version of you in another reality. Dawn, here, is your younger sister back home. And we got here because Dawn's got superpowers that let her open portals."
"Superpowers?" Buffy asked. "Like Magic?"
"Yes, do you know someone who does Magic?"
"Well, yeah. Catherine Madison did Magic and her daughter, Amy does Magic. Catherine was a witch and she used Magic on other cheerleaders because she wanted to be on the team."
"Yeah, that happened in our reality too." Xander nodded. "So, Magic, not a surprise to you, but you don't know us personally. Do you know a Willow Rosenberg?"
"Yes, she's my best friend." Buffy nodded. "Along with Jesse McNally."
"Oh good, a reality where Jesse wasn't vamped, that's good to know." Xander was cheered by that knowledge. "Do you know where he is right now? Maybe he knows something about me and Cordy in this reality. I'd love to talk to another Jesse."
"Um, they'll be in the Library, um training." Buffy pointed. "Yuh, I guess I can take you there, explain you popping in like you did." The three newcomers followed Buffy as she led them toward the Library. "So, you're my sister in another reality?" Buffy questioned the younger girl. "How old are you?"
"I'm eleven, you were six when I was born." Dawn told her. "My name is Dawn Arlene Summers."
"Mom's sister's name is Arlene."
"I know, I'm named for her." Buffy pushed open the Library doors.
"Uh, guys we've got company. They just appeared in front of me out of nowhere and said they're from another reality. One where Jesse got vamped, apparently and thought while they're here, they'll take the time to talk to another Jesse." She told the redheaded girl and tall boy. "He says his name is Alexander Harris and people call him Xander and this is his girlfriend, Cordelia Chase."
"Xander Harris?!" Jesse exclaimed, clearly startled.
"So there is or maybe was a me around here?" Xander asked.
"Yeah, until we were eight when your Dad died in a car accident and a month later your Mom won the lottery and transfered you to another school. We haven't seen you since then." Jesse told him.
"Not that we don't hear about you occasionally." Willow informed him. "You're the Captain of the swim team at Kent Prep, our swim team competes against yours."
"I go to a prep school?! Oi, did not see that coming!" Xander shuddered, uniforms!
"Kent Prep?!" Cordelia exclaimed. "The very exclusive Prep school?!"
"Yeah, that one." Jesse nodded. "But I don't recognize you, so I don't know if there's a you anywhere around here."
"Buffy said you guys were training, do you do Magic, Willow? If so, I've got a great spell I could teach you."
"You do Magic? And no, I don't and yes, I was training. Well, warming up, waiting for Buffy to get here so we could train together."
"Together? Is Buffy teaching you guys to fight? Our Buffy's been helping me learn martial arts, as back up to my Magic." Xander told them. "Being the Slayer, she knows a lot about it."
"No, Buffy and I spar together because we're both Vampire Slayers."
