The next morning, Marisa woke up, and was brushing her hair, while looking at Lori and Leni's mirror, to see how it was looking.

Marisa: I wonder how Lola and Lana are doing this morning?

After Marisa finished brushing her head, she went to Lola and Lana's, the Loud twins' room. She knocked on their door, and after Lola said, 'Come in,' Marisa came in their room, and saw Lola having a tea party, and Lana playing with her reptile pets.

Marisa: Good morning, Lola and Lana.

Lola/Lana: Good morning, Marisa!

Marisa: Would either of you want to do anything with me today?

Lola: (excited) Eee! I would love to hang out with you first!

Lana: Okay, as long as I hang out with Marisa next.

Lana left the room, while Marisa sat at a chair, and joined Lola's tea party. Lola and Marisa were sitting at the table. They both had some Danishes and some cups of tea. However, Lola saw that Marisa was looking a little chubbier...

Lola: Marisa, is your tummy alright?

Marisa looks down at herself, and was a bit surprised...

Marisa: I have been putting on a bit of weight recently. I'm just hoping I can get through the door.

Lola: Let's find a way to work out when our tea party is over.

Marisa: I'll do that later.

They both continued their tea party. Marisa ended up eating most of the Danishes. Cut to the end of the tea party...

Marisa: Thank you for the tea party, Lola. It was really fun.

Lola: You're welcome, Marisa.

Marisa left the room, and looked around the Loud House to find Lana. Soon, she went outside to the backyard, and saw Lana playing in a mud puddle.

Marisa: Lana, here I am!

Lana was excited, and got out of the mud puddle...

Lana: Are you ready to hang out together now, Marisa?

Marisa: Yes. What do you have planned?

Lana: I'm going to the animal shelter. Do you want to go with me?

Marisa: I would love to. But you might want to rinse off first.

After Lana washed herself clean with the garden hose, she and Marisa went inside the college girl's truck, and Marisa drove her and Lana to the animal shelter in her truck.

Soon, they reached the place, and Marisa took a good look at the building. The animal shelter was a beige-colored building with a white-colored roof.

Marisa: This looks like a nice place.

Lana and Marisa went inside, and they saw how busy it looked. There are many animals there: cats, dogs, birds, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, etc.

Lana: Let me show you some of the animals here.

Marisa: Okay. Let's start with the cats.

Marisa saw a black cat. She got a red ball of yarn, and rolled it to the cat. The cat played with the red yarn ball. Marisa sat with the cat for a few minutes before going to see another animal.

Marisa: How about we check out the dogs next?

Lana: Sure.

They went out to see the dog. Marisa saw a white miniature poodle.

Marisa: Oooh, it's a mini poodle!

Marisa went over to the poodle, and petted it gently. She then got a small blue ball, and rolled it to the left side. The poodle caught the ball with its mouth, and walked over to Marisa, and let go of the ball. Marisa picked up the ball, threw it again, and the poodle grabbed the ball again, and went back to Marisa. After spending a little time with the poodle went to the bird section, and she saw a green parakeet. Marisa held her right hand out, and the parakeet flew over, and landed on her finger.

Marisa: There's a small bell over here. Would you like to ring it?

The parakeet chirped...

Marisa: I'll take that as a 'Yes.'

Marisa carried the parakeet to the bell, and the bird rang it by biting and tugging the string. Afterwards Marisa bought the parakeet back to the bird section. Marisa then went to see the fish. She saw a orange goldfish swimming around the tank, with lots of other fish. She put some fish food in the tank, and the fish ate it all right away. Next, she went over to a small brown hamster that was in a cage, on a running wheel. There was also a food and water dish in the cage as well. Marisa looked at the hamster, who was running on the wheel...

Marisa: Ooh, it's cute!

The hamster gets off the wheel. Marisa took the hamster out of its cage, held it, and petted it gently, Marisa grabbed some pellets with her left hand, and then fed them to the hamster.

She then put it down on the floor, so it can run around. After the hamster run around for a bit, Marisa put the hamster back in its cage. Next, she went over to see a black guinea pig.

She picked it up, and also held it, and pet its head gently. Then, she put the guinea pig on the floor. While the guinea pig did run around, it didn't run as fast as the hamster did. Lana came over to Marisa...

Lana: You really like to watch animals run around, huh, Marisa?

Marisa: Yes, Lana, I think they're cute.

Marisa then picked up the guinea pig and put it back in its cage. Next, she saw a regular turtle. She picked it up, and took it out of its habitat. She put it down on the floor.

The turtle walked very slowly.

Marisa: (facepalms) I should've saw this coming.

She went to get a piece of algae from the habitat, and the turtle ate it. Marisa then looked at the small snakes, then the lizards, and finally, she picked up a breaded dragon, and pet it carefully with her finger.

Marisa: Well, Lana, we need to get back to your house in time for lunch.

Lana: (waves to the animals) Okay, bye animal friends.

Marisa and Lana walked out of the animal shelter, and went back to the truck. While Marisa was driving, a conversation between her and Lana happened...

Lana: You did a great job having fun with the animals, Marisa.

Marisa: I also loved seeing them, too.

Lana: Which one was your favorite animal?

Marisa: The brown dog.

Cut to Vanzilla being back at the Loud House.

Soon, the truck was back at the Loud House, and Marisa and Lana got out. Then they went inside the house, and to the kitchen for lunch, where Lincoln and the Loud sisters were sitting at the table. Rita and Lynn Sr. brought out spaghetti and meatball, with pieces of garlic bread, and salad, and milk to drink. While eating lunch, a conversation happened...

Lola: Marisa, what did you and Lana do?

Marisa: We went to the animal shelter, and had a good time there.

Lana: Marisa got to look at a lot of the animals there, plus, she held them, fed them, and played with them!

Everyone finished eating their lunch. Afterwards, Marisa thought to herself, 'I think I'll hang out with Lisa next.' The college student went upstairs to Lisa and Lily's room, and went inside, where she saw Lisa starting to work on a scientific volcano...

Marisa: Lisa, how are you doing?

Lisa: I'm doing alright, college specimen.

Marisa took a look at the volcano...

Marisa: Are you making a real volcano this time?

Lisa: (nods) Yes, I'm doing very well with it.

Marisa: Do you need any help?

Lisa: Yes, that would be very appreciative.

Lisa was wearing safety gear, and went to get Marisa a pair of that same gear as well: an orange helmet, plastic blue goggles, a white lab coat, and brown gloves.

Marisa put the stuff on, then assisted Lisa with her volcano. Things was going smoothly. Marisa helped pour the baking soda, vinegar, and other stuff into the volcano. After a few minutes, the stiff had settled completely, and they both saw that the 'lava' was pouring out of the volcano. Lisa was impressed...

Lisa: Thank you for the help, Marisa.

Marisa: Lisa, it's been a pleasure helping you.

Marisa then walks out of the room to go see Lily. She soon find Lily downstairs, in the living room, sitting on the couch watching TV. Marisa sat next to her...

Marisa: Lily, do you like to do something with me now?

Lily: Wes, Warisa! (Yes, Marisa!)

Lily climbs off the couch, and waddles over to Marisa.

Marisa: Do you want to go to the park?

Lily was excited, and nodded 'Yes.' They walk outside to Marisa's truck, and Marisa got Lily in the back seat, while Marisa herself went in the front driver's seat. Cut to them arriving at the park. Marisa got out of her truck, went to the back seat, picked Lily up, and set her down outside. Then they both walked into the park.

Lily: (points to swing set) Swing!

Marisa: Oh, you want to go on the swings, Lily?

Lily nods.

Marisa: Alright, then.

Lily sat on a swing, then Marisa pushed her. Lily was on the swing for 10 minutes. When she was halfway high, Lily started to slow down. When the swing was close to the ground, Marisa came to the other side, held out her arms and Lily jumped into them!

Marisa: How fun was that, Marisa?

Lily: Weal run! (Real fun!)

Lily pointed to the slide...

Lily: Slide! Slide!

Marisa: Oh, you want to go to the slide now?

Lily: Ya!

Lily ran to the slide. The slide was a red twisty tunnel. Lily went up the stairs, sat down, and then went down the slide. Marisa was waiting to catch her at the bottom.

Marisa: Was that fun?

Lily: Ya, ya!

Lily went on the slide another 5 times, with Marisa catching her at the bottom each time.

Lily: I want to play monkey bars!

Marisa: Alright, do you need help?

Lily: No, I climb up!

Lily went to the adjustable steps, then climbed up the jungle gym, grabbed onto the bars, and swing all the way across to the other side. (Marisa was close by) Then the toddler climbed down, off the jungle gym.

Marisa: Lily, do you want to take a walk through the park?

Lily: Ya!

Marisa took Lily's hand, and they both walked through the park, first stopping at the pond. Marisa got a bag of oats, and poured them into Lily's hands...

Marisa: Lily, you can feed the ducks with these oats.

Lily: Yay!

Marisa: You can throw them into the pond, and the ducks will eat them there.

Lily walked over to the pond, and threw the oats in there, which several ducks swam by to eat the oats Lily had thrown. Marisa laughed at seeing that. After looking at the ducks, and pond for a while, Marisa asked, 'Lily, do you want to get some ice cream?'

Lily: (excited) Wes, Warisa!

They went to an ice cream truck. Marisa got a strawberry ice cream cone for herself, and a chocolate ice cream cone for Lily. They ate their cones as they walked to see the trees and different bushes. When they returned to Marisa's truck...

Lily: Whank you, Warisa!

Marisa: You're welcome, Lily.

Marisa helped Lily in the back seat, then got in the front driver's seat, and drove back to the Loud House. Soon, Marisa was back, and after helping Lily get out of the back seat of her truck, they went inside. They went to the kitchen, where everyone else was. There was a dinner of Lynn-sagnas, cornbread, corn on the cobs, and salad, plus grape juice, and for dessert, mixed apple and cherry pies. While everyone was having dinner, a conversation happened...

Rita: Marisa, what did you and Lily do today?

Marisa: Oh, Rita, we played in the playground, then we took a walk, fed the ducks at the pond, and had ice cream.

The whole family was happy for Lily, who was smiling...

Lincoln: Lily seems like she really had fun.

Leni: Ooh, Lily looks happy!

Luna: It's nice that Lily made a new friend!

Lola and Lana nodded in agreement. Marisa and Lily smiled warmly at each other. After everyone finished dinner, Marisa asked the Loud siblings, 'Should we hang out in the living room together?' They all said, 'Yes', and headed to the living room.

Marisa looked through some stuff, before getting a game out...

Marisa: I found Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo Wii! Anyone want to play?

Lincoln: I'd like to play.

Lincoln took a Wii controller, and joined Marisa at playing the game. Both players did a good job at it. However, Lincoln's character died just before he go to the flag. Marisa's character, however, reached the flag and won the level. Marisa did a little bit better than Lincoln, who was impressed...

Lincoln: Wow, Marisa, that was great.

Luna: Hey, can I get a turn next?

Leni: (raises her hand) Totes!

Lincoln and Marisa gave Luna and Leni the Wii controllers. As the older Loud siblings started to play Super Mario Bros. on the Wii, Lincoln and Marisa walked out of the living room, and went upstairs. In the hallway, a conversation happened...

Lincoln: You're doing really well at bonding with my family, Marisa.

Marisa: Lincoln, thank you and your family for making me feel welcome here with you all.

Lincoln: You're welcome.

Lincoln quickly came up to Marisa and gave her a hug. Marisa then hugged Lincoln back. Then they went into Lincoln's room together.

Lincoln: I've got some David Steele comics. Do you want to read them together?

Marisa: I'd like to.

Lincoln and Marisa sat on Lincoln's bed, and read 10 David Steele comic books together. Cut to them finishing the 10th Steele comic. Marisa turned to Lincoln, and asked him, 'How are you able to read that many comics at once?'

Lincoln: I just enjoy the series of comic books I have.

Lincoln and Marisa then walked out of the room, and went downstairs to check on the others.

In the living room, Luan and Lynn Jr. were currently playing Super Mario Bros. against each other. L.J. got to the end of the game level before Luan did, and L.J. celebrated her victory by shaking her behind while dancing.

Lincoln: Tone it down, Lynn.

L.J.: Oh, yeah.

Rita comes in...

Rita: Alright, it's time to get ready for bed!

Lincoln: I'll put the game away.

While the Loud siblings went upstairs to their rooms, Lincoln took the game out of the Nintendo Wii, and put it back in the case. He gave the game case to Marisa, who then put it back on the shelf. They then both went back upstairs to the hallway...

Lincoln: What will you do tomorrow, Marisa?

Marisa: I might hang out with your parents in the morning.

Lincoln looked a little surprised...

Marisa: But we'll all hang out together in the afternoon.

Lincoln: (smiles) Okay, then.

They both went separate ways to get ready for bed. Marisa went into Leni's room, wondering about what to do with the Loud parents the following day. Cut to her wearing her pajamas, in bed...

Marisa: Goodnight, Leni.

Leni: Goodnight, Marisa.

Marisa and Leni then went to sleep.
