3 months have passed*

Tony had finally managed to get away from his captors and was walking in the sand after crash landing in a suit of Iron. He heard the whirling of helicopter blade and he was happy to see it that he flagged it down then he fell to his knees as he saw Rhodey approached him with several others.

"Next time, you're with me." Rhodey said.

Tony just nodded but doubted it.

"By the way, Nix and Logan believed that you were alive. Logan told Nix to take care of Stark Industries until you were found and she gave hell to the employees, boardmembers, and Obadiah for losing faith in you that she actually quoted both Howard and Captain America. I am not sure why though." Rhodey said.

Tony chuckled because he could imagine Nix doing that since she had the training to do so which was MI6. He was taken to the military hospital outpost to get check before going home to the States; but his thoughts were of his sister, her husband, and of Pepper and Happy. He wondered how they were going to react to what he was planning to do since he learned that that Stark Weapons were being sold to the enemy to hurt the American Soldiers.

Several hours later...

The plane that was bringing Tony home was landing and Nix and Pepper along with Happy were there to greet him as he came down the ramp with Rhodey's help just a bit. As he came down the ramp, he saw that his sister and Pepper were crying tears of joy even Happy seemed to have tears.

"Did you guys miss it me?" Tony said.

"Of course, we did, Tony. You're sister literally scared the living crap out of the boardmembers and several employees a few times. I think I nearly had to Logan to come and calm her down." Pepper said.

Tony chuckled at hearing that and said, "Someone or something would have to push the right buttons to piss off Nix for you to call her husband."

"Don't start, Tony. You know Logan would literally hunt the person or persons who set me off." Nix said.

Tony chuckled and said, "That's true, sis."

Rhodey and Happy just shook their heads at the brother and sister antics that Tony and Nix were doing with just talking like the siblings that they were.

Nix looked at the center of Tony's chest and she wanted to cry.

Tony noticed this immediately and hugged his sister with his good arm then whispered quietly to her, "Sis, if Logan is up for it; I would like you to be around few more days."

Nix looked at Tony and nodded because she could see that Tony wanted to speak to her about something. Then her and Pepper got into the car with Tony and Rhodey while Happy got into the driver's side of the car to drive them.

"Where to, boss?" Happy asked.

"McDonald's!" Tony said.

"Tony, don't you think we should take you to the hospital?" Pepper asked.

"If I know my brother like I do; he likes to make an entrance." Nix said.

Tony chuckled and said, "You know me too well, sis."

"So, no hospital?" Pepper questioned.

Both Tony and Nix nodded.

Pepper sighed while Happy just chuckled.

"Nix, I had my eyes opened while I was over there and I didn't like what I saw." Tony stated.

Nix just nodded in understanding because it had been the same for her but a bit different in a way.

Pepper looked at at Tony and Nix then shook her head.

"Pepper?" Nix said.

Pepper looked directly at Nix and said, "Yes?"

"Thanks for standing by my side until my brother got home safely; even if I actually terrified some of the employees at Stark Industries because that shows how dedicated you are as my brother's assistant." Nix said with a wink.

Pepper blinked as she realized that Nix was possibly aware that she had feelings for Tony.

Tony looked between Pepper and Nix then said, "Did I miss something?"

Pepper laughed.

Nix looked at Tony and said, "No, Tony, you didn't miss anything. Pepper and I both may have literally been a terror to some of the employees but for different reasons that I refuse to tell you at this moment."

Tony pouted and then said, "Nix, are you going to inform Logan of what I asked earlier?"

Before Nix could answer, her cellphone rang and she answered it. Tony and the others watched Nix as she was talking on her phone. Apparently, she was absolutely stunned and said, "Are you absolutely sure, Logan?"

"Yeah, Draco confirmed it."

"So, are you okay with me being here?" Nix questioned.

"Yeah, even though I will miss you, babe; but I understand that Tony needs you. So, do what you do and give hell to my brother in law's tormentors for both of us and fight beside your brother."

Nix smiled and said, "Yes, sir, love."

"Also, I know you won't keep Tony in the dark about it either."

"Of course not, I never keep anything from family or true friends." Nix said.

Apparently, the conversation continued until they reached their destination and Nix had finally hung up.

Tony looked at Nix and said, "Do I need to know or are you planning on telling me, Nix?"

Nix looked at Tony and said, "Brother, remember when I said that I would hope that I would never have to gear up again?"

Tony nodded.

"Well, apparently I was wrong and I am going to gear up once more because in a way my family was threatened!" Nix stated seriously.

Pepper and Rhodey were completely confused then they heard Tony say, "I am guessing that Logan found out something and wasn't exactly happy about it?"

"Yes because when Logan and I married; we secretly vowed to one another that we would protect our true family and friends no matter the cost. He informed me that your captors were hired by someone and that Draco had checked it out to see if some rouges from Britain were in on it as well." Nix said.

"And?" Tony questioned.

"It was confirmed that there was in fact some British rouges involved as well." Nix said.

Tony looked at Nix and could tell that she wasn't exactly happy about the information that she had been given. However, he was secretly shocked that there were possibility of some rouge witches and wizards from Britain working for the Ten Rings; which also made him wonder if some rouges of the Magical Community even worked for Hydra during the time that Aunt Peggy and his father were friends with Captain America.

Nix looked at Tony and said, "I will always fight for my true family and friends which includes you, Tony as well as those you consider true family and friends."

Tony smiled at Nix. Then Nix leaned in whispered in Tony's ear saying, "I will even fight by your side, brother."

Tony was surprised but didn't show it and said quietly for Nix to hear, "I would gladly to fight beside you and Logan anytime, sis."

Nix smiled and said, "Siblings will always look out for each other; regardless of blood or not, Tony and you have always been my brother because you accepted me for who I am and you accepted Logan as my husband."

Tony looked at Nix and said, " I am guessing some people didn't like you marrying Logan?"

"That's understatement, Tony." Nix said.

"Will Logan be upset with me, Nix?" Tony asked.

"I don't think he will, Tony as he has an update on things to make sure that I am okay as well as you being okay." Nix said.

"Tones, what is she talking about when she says 'gearing up again' and please tell me the truth?" Rhondey said.

Tony looked at Rhodey as did Nix and said, "Remember when Nix told us about her life in Britain?"

Rhodey nodded.

"Well, we didn't exactly tell you everything because it was considered classified with Nix's job before we were actually aware of the fact we were siblings." Tony said.

"Huh?" Rhodey said.

Nix laughed and said, "Rhodey, my job is/ was classified at the time because I answered directly to the Queen of England and my boss of British Intelligence."

Rhodey's eye went wide with shock but asked, "Was it before or after you and Tony found out that you were siblings?"

"It was before Tony and I found out that Tony and I were siblings." Nix said.

(So, Nix and Tony never mentioned about her work in MI6 to Rhodey.)

They continued talking on their way to the Stark Industries Compound in Malibu for the Press Conference that was going to be held. On the way, Nix called Logan to let him know what was going on.

Back in New York at the school...

Logan had just finished his class for the day when Jean, Scott, and Storm walked in.

"Logan, have you heard from your wife?" Scott asked curiously.

"She's kept me updated on everything, Scott. As strange as it sounds, I have a feeling that she be staying with her brother a bit longer because she'll probably be gearing up again." Logan said.

Scott, Jean, and Storm were confused by what Logan was saying; when Logan's cellphone was ringing. Then they heard Logan say, "I'm guessing that's her calling me in order to let me know that she'll be staying in California with her brother and I will be able to see her when I can."

Scott, Jean, and Storm blinked then they heard Logan answer, "Hello, Honey."

"Logan, my love, I'm afraid there's been a new development concerning my brother's MIA situation and it involves a group known as the Ten Rings. Plus, there's a possibility that there are some rouges from the magical community of Britain that may have joined them along with an organization known as Hydra that existed during World War II."

"So, I guess that means that you're having to gear up again considering something or someone is threatening family?" Logan said.

"Yes and this probably going to be more dangerous than helping you retrieve young mutants who need a safe place."

"I understand, Sweetheart. Just come back safe and sound. By the way, was the situation that Teddy mentioned before he left?" Logan questioned.

"It was a miscarriage. There wasn't exactly anything developed inside the embryo. I secretly had Jarvis check."

"Are you okay, sweetheart?" Logan asked concerned.

"I am somewhat okay, darling; but I guess I am still in a bit of a shock because even though I had Jarvis check, I also had a personal doctor check and the doctor confirmed it. Which was done secretly, by the way. Now, I have my brother and the others curious as to what I am referring to."

"Apparently, it's the same here on my end as well, Nix." Logan said, "But if you want, we will keep trying and hopefully we'll succeed next time, okay." Logan said.

"Okay, Logan. I will let Tony know then."

"Please do and send me video of his reaction because his reaction may be different when it actually happens again." Logan said.

Nix laughed and said, "Will do, love."

Logan hung up as Storm asked, "What's going on, Logan?"

"Nix will have to stay in California a bit longer." Logan said.

"I don't think that's what Storm meant, Logan." Jean said.

Logan huffed and said, "Nix was pregnant but apparently nothing had formed in the embryo causing a miscarriage."

Storm , Jean , and Scott were stunned to hear this.

"Will Nix be okay, Logan?" Jean asked concerned.

"Yeah and she's probably explaining things to her brother right now as we speak; which his reaction will probably funny as well as serious." Logan said.

Back in Malibu...

Nix was indeed explaining the situation to Tony, Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey inside the car. Once, the explanation was done; Tony took gold of his sister's hand and said, "Nix, thanks for telling me that I was going to be an Uncle even though it ended up being tragic let down for you and Logan. But I am also happy that you and Logan won't give up regardless of this bit of tragic news."

"Thanks, brother." Nix said with a small smile.

"You're welcome, sis and when the time comes that you and Logan succeed then I will still be unnerved but happy Uncle." Tony said.

Nix laughed at that but said, "I'm glad to have you as my brother, Tony and I always will be because even your childish antics along with your sarcasm is a good thing."

Tony chuckled and said, "I guess I have to be prepared the horrible horde of the Press."

"Yes, but you won't be alone." Nix said.

Time Skip*

Several days after the Press Conference; Tony and Nix were both dealing with the black lash of Tony closing the weapons department at Stark Industries and Nix was dealing with the back lash because she had agreed with Tony whole heartedly.

Tony and Nix were in Tony's lab. Nix was helping Tony out as were his two robot kids as Nix called them.

"Tony?" Nix said.

"Yeah, sis?" Tony said.

"You secretly told me how you escaped from your captors but I want to let you know that I am behind you a 100% because we are family and if you want me to; I will also help you with hand to hand combat if you don't have your suit." Nix said.

"So, this will be a sister and brother sort of duo in the hero business?" Tony questioned curiously.

"Only if you want it to be, Tony and Logan understands after all he has own superhero stuff to deal with on occasion." Nix said.

Tony chuckled and said, "Saving people is what you did very young. So, you would like to return to field and fight beside your brother; instead of your husband?"

"Logan knows that I like saving people but at the same time I liked teaching as well." Nix said.

"And now?" Tony questioned his sister.

"I'm not sure because I'm torn between the two, Tony." Nix said.

Tony stopped what he was doing and asked, "Does Logan know about this?"

"I think he does because he's been able to manage both which I thought that I could as well; but now, I am not sure if I can." Nix answered.

"So basically, how I am reading this; is that your husband has more experience balancing his work and his heroic career?" Tony said.

"Well, I am not sure if I can balance both." Nix said.

"Well, you managed heroics and school but you are right about it being a bit different because you had the training now but you're unsure if the schooling environment is what you really want?" Tony said.

Nix nodded and said, "I really thought I was done except when I helped the X-Men on occasion with a few missions; but most of the time I taught in the classroom."

Tony chuckled and said, "Sis, I think you were more use to working alone in an environment that was more dangerous than anyone could imagine at the time you were fourteen and now you have that urge to do it with family but a little hesitant at same time that's what it sounds like to me."

Nix sighed and said, "I'm sorry, Tony. I really don't know if I can balance the two the way that my husband does. Does that make me a bad wife to Logan?"

Tony was stunned to hear his sister question herself as a good wife to Logan. He quietly to Jarvis to contact Logan and explain what's happening.

Jarvis did as Tony asked because Logan appeared on screen and said, "Nix, you are not a bad wife!"

Nix turned immediately to see Logan's face on screen and said, "But?"

"No buts, hun. Even I could tell you were sort of restless because you were so use to being out in the field all the time and apparently the domestic life isn't exactly your thing at the moment. Even when we first met; you seemed on edge from trying to be domestic for once in your life. However, Nix , I will admit that you had this Firey passion in your eyes and it seemed like it was slowly going out of; but you sort of found it again."

"What do mean, Logan?" Nix asked.

"I mean you found spark of fiery passion again when your brother was in trouble and I know you thought everyone here as friends but I think you were missing family regardless of the living in Britain that true to you but you also discovered your brother, Tony who was completely shocked to learn that he had a sister that I married and now you have true family and friends in the states now. So, I am okay thatyou want to fight by your brother's side and if you both need back up; we will be there for you."

Nix still looked troubled and Tony sighed as there was still doubt in Nix's eyes.

"Babe, listen to me, we will start a family but right now, you need to be helping your brother recover and like I said; you both have back up if you both need it. I love you, Nix and I'm proud to you my wife and mate but domestic isn't exactly for you right now."

Nix smiled and nodded in understanding then said, "It really is all new to me, Logan because I'm not sure how to really balance it."

"Hun, it takes time to balance both. However, you need to be with your brother as for long as needs his little sister's help with things because I have a feeling that he will need your help learning the steps of being a hero."

Tony pouted but said, "Logan is right, sis. You're the best to teach me that and how to handle along with my somewhat normal life."

Nix smiled. Then Logan hung up once he saw that his wife was understanding that he was proud of having her as wife and mate.

Tony was watching his little sister and noticed that she was now genuinely smiling and feeling a bit better. Then he asked, "Are you feeling a bit better, sis?"

Nix faced Tony with a look in her eyes and said, "Yea, I am dear brother."

Tony gulped in fear because he had no idea what his sister had planned for him at all.

Meanwhile...

Stane had secretly left and went to engage the people that he had hired to kill the Stark heir but now he had to deal with a Stark heiress as and somehow, Howard had kept her hidden because Tony hadn't even known that he had a sister.

He fussed with these people and told them that he gave them a single job to do; however, he stopped his rant when one of the men showed him what Tony had created while in the cave. So they continued to talk.

Back in Malibu...

Both Tony and Nix were in his workshop/lab when a news bulletin flashed across the screen telling them where an attack was happening. They both looked at each other and knew what they had to do.

Another Time Skip final fight against Stane*

Tony came up from his lab followed by Nix when they were both ambushed by Stane. Nix was the first to fall then it was Tony, but what Stane didn't know was that Nix had been prepared for the attack; however, Tony didn't want to believe that Stane was responsible for his kidnapping.

However, he knew that he had to get downstairs or his was going to die. He suddenly felt his arm being put around someone's neck and another arm around his waist; he looked to see that his sister was helping him.

"Sis? How?" Tony questioned.

Nix smiled and said to Tony, "I was prepared, Tony. It comes from working with British Intelligence as well as British Royal Navy for years."

Tony chuckled weakly and said, "This is what I get for having a little sister who is like a female version of James Bond."

"Yeah but let's get your old reactor that Pepper took care of; shall we." Nix said.

"Yeah and I am happy to have you as a sister, Nix." Tony said.

As they made their way to the lab; Dume was there waiting for them. Nix helped Tony with his reactor when Rhodey came rushing in and explaining everything to both Tony and Nix.

"Well, brother, it seems that we are both going to have to suit up for this." Nix said looking at Tony.

Tony chuckled and said, "I guess so."

At that moment, Rhodey looked at the siblings and realized that if you hurt one of them then the other one will retaliate in some way.

Tony immediately took off because he needed to get to Pepper.

Rhodey looked to see that Nix was wearing something that seemed very comfortable and yet it seemed that she was dressed to kill.

"Hum...Nix, why are you dressed like that?" Rhodey questioned curiously.

Nix looked at Rhodey and said, "Rhodey, I am married Colonel Logan Howlett aka Wolverine but I am also the top MI6 agent and known as a female version of James Bond but the only person that I had sex with was my husband."

Rhodey blushed at the tale end of Nix's confession or was a statement. Anyway, Nix told him that she had to go and help her brother. He watched as Nix took off and thought to himself, Don't ever piss off the Stark siblings.' Then he followed a bit later wanting to help.

Meanwhile at the Compound...

Pepper and several SHIELD Agents were entering the compound. They searched for whatever they were looking for when suddenly they were attacked then out of nowhere; they heard a female say, "GET OUT OF THERE!"

The next thing that Pepper and Phil were confronted by Stane in an Iron suit of sorts with a people holding sticks in their hands. Then they heard the female voice say, "Avery! Stay away from them!"

Stane looked to see Ms. Stark approaching and she was wearing something that he couldn't place. Both Pepper and Phil watched as a woman dressed in attire that made her look like an assassin but it was a bit of a British like style.

"Do I know you?" Avery questioned curiously.

"You should considering I was there when his darkness was defeated." Nix said, "Everyone thought I was a Potter but I was actually the long lost daughter of Howard and Maria Stark!" Nix said.

Stane was surprised because apparently Howard had someone else raise his daughter but to know that he had the late Lord Potter and his wife to raise Tony's sister was shocking.

"You lie!" Avery screamed.

Nix moved her bangs to the side revealing a lightening bolt scar.

Avery screamed in rage and started firing spells and the Tony showed up blasting Avery with a repulsor from his hand. Then Stane and Tony began fighting while Nix fought the other people that had been with Stane.

Pepper and Phil were completely stunned to see Ms. Stark fighting the people with the sticks; while Tony was facing Stane.

After several hours of fighting; it finally came to an end with an explosion of blue light .

The next day...

Tony was with his little sister and Pepper getting ready for the Press Conference. Tony and Nix noticed that they were both being called Iron Man and his sister, Iron Maiden; which they both found amusing and had no doubt that the X-Men especially Logan was going to hear about this.

Phil had given them both Qu cards to read over but Pepper had a feeling that the Stark siblings weren't exactly going to follow them at all.

So, when both Tony and Nix stepped out onto the podium for the Press Conference was going well so far; until they both figured that the Qu cards pointless and announced that they were Iron Man and his sister, Iron Maiden.

Nix stood beside her brother and quietly said to him, "Logan is going to probably be furious but he will want to see us both because of what you've done, brother."

Tony looked at his sister and said quietly to her, "Sorry, I dragged back into something that you left behind, sis but I believe the world still needs you and I am sure Logan would agree."

Nix sighed and said, "Back into the dangerous life, I go and into the unknown."

"That's kind of catchy, sis." Tony said.

Back at the school...

Logan as well as the rest of school had watched the Press Conference. Rouge noticed that Logan was grinning but at the same time; he was upset and apparently, she wasn't the only one that noticed Logan's reaction because the others noticed as well.

"Logan?" Jane questioned.

Logan didn't look at Jane but said staring at his wife on TV standing next her brother, "Nix talked to me about her life before she had met her brother. She told me that she never wanted to get involved again unless there was a reason."

"What do you mean, Logan?" Xavier asked.

Before Logan could answer his phone rang, he answered, "Hello?"

"Um, Mr. Howellett, this is Jarvis. I'm uncertain what to do because I'm an AI but Mrs. Howellett seems very upset with sir."

Logan blinked and said, "How upset is she?"

"Would taking one of sir's cars and literally blasting with the repuslors then magically setting right again then doing it over again be considered very upset?"

"Yes, it would be and where is Stark?" Logan said.

"Trying to calm his sister down even though he's aware of his stupidity, Mr. Howellett."

Logan heard in the background of the call, 'I just thought that it would give something for Nix to do?! NIX , I AM SORRY, I SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT THROUGH!'

"How long has Nix been doing this?" Logan asked.

"Since after the Press Conference, Mr. Howellett."

"It sounds like my wife was brought back into the dangerous unknown; even though, she wasn't exactly sure if wanted to go back into it." Logan said.

"Yes, Mr. Howllett. It would seem so, but wanted to if you would come and calm her down."

Logan was actually surprised and said, "I was the one who told my wife to stay and help her brother for however long he may need her, Jarvis. But, I guess I should bust my brother-in-law and see just exactly how Nix reacted to being thrown into the dangerous unknown again."

"Thank you, Mr. Howellett."

Logan grunted and said, "You're welcome, but I get this feeling that Nix felt like she wasn't exactly ready to get back into the dangerous unknown again until her brother literally made it that she would also be fighting. It may take a while for Nix to calm down after being brought back into the fray of danger."

"I believe you are correct, Mr. Howellett and please hurry."

"I will be on my way and I believe a few others will come with me." Logan said hanging up before the AI could respond.

"What was that all about, Logan?" Xavier asked.

"Apparently, my wife isn't exactly happy with her brother at the moment and I may have to head to Malibu to calm her down before she does something that she'll regret." Logan said.

"Do you want someone to go with you?" Xavier questioned.

"Well, why don't Rouge, Elsa, and Bobby along with Scott and Jane because I think someone will be shocked just how dangerous my wife can get when she wasn't sure if she wanted to return to her lifestyle that she lived before." was all Logan said.

Jane looked at Logan and said, "Is it that bad, Logan?"

"I can only say that from what my wife confided in me about how she grew up before realising that she was a Stark was a way that no child should have grown up and her brother knows about it as well that he should have possibly understood her reaction a bit better." Logan stated.
