Doctor Who X RWBY X Justice League III:
The Doctor: Welcome back, sweetie...
Weiss: *wipes my tears* I missed you. H-How long has it been...
The Doctor: 2 weeks. Which means it had been a month since the fall of Atlas and the others falling.
Weiss: Huh. And here I was expecting longer.
The Doctor: Now! Where are the rest of my family?
Weiss: They're inside catching up with the others but Doctor, I don't know if Ruby and Yang want to see you...
The Doctor: *sighs and looks at her* About Summer, I know. Did not expect Ruby to lash out at me like the way she did. I used psychic link to connect with her and help her return to you lot. Unfortunately, she saw when I took Summer and Raven to what would lead to Summer's passing.
Weiss: Doctor...we've...learned a few things...are you keeping any other secrets?
The Doctor: *sighs and nods* I have been since the day I got my memories back. But these aren't secrets that would be gossiped around, these are secrets to the universe that the human mind could not handle. It's not that I want to keep secrets but I have to.
Sora: It's true, Weiss. Even in my time, the Doctor keeps secrets and tells lies to protect others and prevent knowledge from being passed around that could be used for malicious intent.
Weiss: Is...that why you didn't want to tell me about Atlas falling?
The Doctor: *nods* I knew what was going to happen but that is why I always interfered with your plans so that the main focus would be getting everyone here to Vacuo.
Weiss: *sighs deeply* I'm not a fan of secrets and lies, you know that. But, if it means that these secrets could result in the destruction of Remnant or the universe, keep it to yourself. The question is...what are you going to tell Ruby and Yang.
The Doctor: Well, that is if they let me complete a sentence then I'll know what to say.
Blake: Doctor!
The Doctor turned around and was instantly welcomed by a strong hug by Blake which he happily returned. Unlike Weiss, he truly believed he lost his three sisters when they fell and now after years for him have passed, he finally felt that hole patch up.
The Doctor: Oh how I have missed you all, Blake! I truly thought I lost you all.
Blake: I thought the same...*sighs in relief* I'm so happy to see you again, Doctor.
The Doctor was all smiles with Weiss and Blake until he looked ahead to see a cold stared Ruby Rose and an angry Yang Xiao Long. Sora, Weiss, and Blake all noticed and were about to speak up until the Doctor raised his hand up.
The Doctor: It's okay. *Walks forward* Ruby...Yang...I'm happy to see you guys again and back home.
Yang: *scoffs* Would have been happy smiles and hugs...if we didn't know the truth. Fortunately for you, we don't want to make a scene out here. So why don't we settle this in the TARDIS?
Blake: Yang?!
Weiss: You two are taking this too far!
The Doctor: Alright, let's go inside and let's clear out the air.
The calmness of the Doctor was unmatched to the frustration and anger of the sisters which made Sora, Weiss, and Blake believe this could be resolved sooner than expected. They all made their way inside the TARDIS and things were going to get heavy...
The Doctor: This court is now in session. Ruby, Yang, you two have the floor first.
Ruby: *breathes and looks at him* Tell us what you knew.
The Doctor: Well, it is a long way to explain-
Yang: We noticed. Tell me what you knew, Doctor, or else I'll smack you so hard you won't regenerate.
Blake & Weiss: YANG?!
The Doctor: *sighs* Time Travelling can be a really funny yet dizzy effect to the mind of one. I wasn't expecting a phone call from both your mothers, I assume it was a catch up or a Team STRQ adventure. When they told me what it was, I was left in a pickle.
Yang: Honestly, do you have music playing in your head when you say rubbish like that and don't get to the actual point?
The Doctor: It wasn't my decision to make. I had ideas to delay it but when I figured what it was, there's no point in changing a fixed point.
Ruby: Then why didn't you do it? Why didn't you stop my mom from walking out to her last day of living? And don't give me that bullshit time travel consequences!
The Doctor: *sighs* Ruby. I've said many times, I can't do much to prevent or change a fixed point in time. Your mother's passing was already canon before I even came to this universe. If I had the power or the knowledge to change it without causing the universe to collapse, I would! But I couldn't. All I could do was try to talk to them and stop them.
Yang: So just all talk but no action, huh? Do you even realize how painful it is to know that our mother's death happened and YOU were right there with her and Raven!
The Doctor: I am not responsible for Summer's passing and trust me, her death is another scar added on me because I could have done something but I couldn't. That's what I need you two to understand.
Ruby: Do you know what? Shut up! I am so sick of listening to you!
Silence fell across the TARDIS as Sora, Weiss, and Blake were left speechless by Ruby's sudden outburst. The Doctor stayed calm but his eyes displayed the pain and he knew it was coming to him. Tears were silently falling from the sisters' eyes.
The Doctor: It's never my intention to hurt any of you. I connected to your mind Ruby to try and get you out of the dark place you were in because of the danger you were putting yourself and the others. I didn't know you were going to see what happened on that night. This was me trying to protect you. Protect Yang. Because it is what Summer would have wanted.
Ruby: *sniffs* Oh really? Was it? Yeah, well, protected is not how we feel.
Yang: Betrayed and Lied to sounds more like it! You kept this from us! You knew about Atlas falling! And you LIED that you were not going to regenerate! Do you even hear yourself sometimes?! Or is it that in your eyes we act like bloody idiots?!
The Doctor: Language.
Yang: Oh, don't you ever tell me to mind my language. Don't you ever tell me to take the stabilizers off my bike. And don't you dare lump me in with the rest of all the little humans that you think are so tiny and silly and predictable.
Ruby: You walk our planet, Doctor, you breathe our air. You make us your friend, and that is your home too. And you can damn well help us when we need it.
The Doctor: I have helped-
Yang: What? By clearing off and always doing things your way?
The Doctor: Yes-
Ruby: WELL THEN CLEAR OFF! Go on. You can clear off. Get back in your lonely, your lonely bloody TARDIS and you don't come back!
Yang: Let's go, Rubes...It won't do much to him if we keep talking.
The Doctor only remained silent while the three girls watching were left in shock and disbelief by all of this outburst as Ruby and Yang made their way out of the TARDIS. When they returned, they were expecting warm reunions and happy moments...
Not this...
Weiss: RUBY! YANG! STOP!
Ruby: *sniffs then turns and looks at the Doctor* You go away. Okay? You go a long way away.
And with that, Ruby and Yang made their leave leaving the Doctor, Weiss, Blake, and Sora all speechless but it was the Doctor who remained calm but there was enough pain to show in his eyes. Weiss and Blake both looked at each other with frustration fueled up as they agreed on the same thing and were about to march out of the police box until-
The Doctor: Don't...you'll only anger them even more.
Weiss: Doctor! You can't just let them lash out at you like that and not give you a chance to fully explain!
Blake: You even admitted to finding a way to stop Summer and Raven from leaving!
Sora: It's sadly their emotions at the moment. It'll...take them a while to get it over with...
The Doctor: You all just got back from the Ever After...I know a lot has happened...but I think it's best that you get some rest.
Blake: *looks at him* You don't know yet...do you?
The Doctor: *looks at Blake* Know what?
Weiss: *looks at Blake then breathes* Doctor...in the Ever After...We...We came face to face with the Master...
The Doctor: *eyes widened* You what?...
Blake: The Master...he was there as well...but he was disguised as the Curious Cat...then he possessed Neo temporarily...but we were able to come together and defeat him.
Weiss: Barely...when he found out about my regeneration, he tried to steal it from me...but like Blake said, we came together and we stopped him.
The Doctor: Are you sure he was stopped?
Blake: We...saw him get ripped apart by some Jabblewalkers.
The Doctor: *thinks* Hmm. Well...that certainly does sound like a gruesome death. You lot must still be exhausted after what's probably been a few weeks for you.
Blake: Well, before Weiss arrived, it was- You know what? I'm too tired to think.
The Doctor: *chuckles softly* At least I can still get a chuckle out of something.
Weiss: *sighs softly* We'll find a way to resolve all of this.
The Doctor: I know we will. Just...try not to go over. I don't want the two of you having a strained relationship with them as well.
Weiss: Don't worry about us. We handled being on our own in a different world. *Puts my hand on his cheek* What are you going to do?
The Doctor: Duty calls, sweetie. Times like these serve as good breaks before I pop up and across the universe I go. But, I'll definitely try and be back by breakfast. While there were some bad things about that world, I still want to hear some good from it. *Whispers to Weiss* And I've missed you very much.
Weiss: *whispers* And I've missed you too, my silly madman.
The two share a soft kiss before Weiss bid goodnight to the Doctor as he clicked gears and the TARDIS disappeared in seconds while Blake and Weiss still worried that what occurred with Ruby and Yang wouldn't affect him terribly.
Sora: He'll be fine. It sucks...it hurts...but for him to know that not everyone is angry at him, especially his closest people keep him okay. Trust my word.
Blake: Well, you said you are from the future so I gotta ask without spoiling anything impactful; Do Yang and I tie the knot?
Sora: *giggles* Already thinking about it, I see. *breathes* You two have a beautiful future ahead. There will be some ups and downs like everyone of course but the strength and bond you two have will always be the unbreakable part. You will love each other forever...and there will come a day that you two will be wonderful mothers. *Smiles softly* And they will never forget that strong, smart, silly moms they got.
Blake blushed deeply at Sora's word but had a big smile on her face and thanked Sora before making her way back in while Sora watched her leave and took a deep breath.
Weiss: You okay?
Sora: It's one thing to learn about the past, another when you learn it right in front of you. I'm gonna enjoy being here and learning.
On the island of Barcelona, the sun has yet to appear while the TARDIS landed in the forests near the house that the Rani lived in. For Time Lords, sleep was a very rare thing they needed. Sometimes a 2-minute nap for humans is a 5-hour nap for Time Lords so as expected, the Rani was still wide awake as she made her way outside to be confronted with the Doctor.
The Rani: It hasn't even been a day. What more trouble did you bring?
The Doctor: Something Cinder wouldn't like and something we won't like.
The Rani: Is that so? She's erased completely from me so might as well bring it up.
The Doctor: Team RWBY and Jaune have returned.
The Rani: Of course they did. You bring wonders to people that you infect them with your survival knowledge. No wonder you are like a happy puppy.
The Doctor: They told me about Neo...
The Rani: *pauses and closes my eyes* She...didn't make it...did she?
The Doctor: She did...but she chose to stay behind. I'm sorry.
The Rani: The wrong person is apologizing and the apology is for someone who isn't here...anymore...*looks down*
The Doctor: This is the part you won't like. The Master...he was there.
The Rani: *eyes widened* No, No. That's...That's impossible.
The Doctor: And they claimed that he got killed there as well.
The Rani: *crosses my arms* You and I know very well that he doesn't die easily, even in the hands of your human friends.
The Doctor: That is the worrying part. Even if they saw him die, he still had a way to escape and make it back here. This is where you are going to come in.
The Rani: *gasps* Me? The Doctor needing my help? My, My, Doctor, you sure have stumbled down upon us Time Lords.
The Doctor: If teasing me and looking down on me is your way of helping, I'll have to get use to it.
The Rani: Guilty as charged. *bows* So, what'll be our next plan in finding the Master?

Elsewhere, far from the gang, far from Vacuo, even far from Remnant...
In another universe that is; Earth has its mightiest heroes protecting them but, in this moment, they are about to come face to face with a new and difficult threat.
They are known as the Justice League and they have just returned from their virtual coma in which they came face to face with Kilg%re disguised as The Flash. Each of them woke up, a few stumbling to the ground while others tried to clear their head and remember what happened before they were transported.
Superman: Are we back?
Black Canary: *runs inside* Oh, thank God! You guys okay? What happened? The last thing anyone knew, you were fighting Kilg%re in Central City and then collapsed. Green Arrow and I lugged you guys back before we got the alert. It's getting worse; We really needed you guys. I've never seen monsters like this.
Wonder Woman: Wait...Canary...slow down...
Vixen: *groans* I had the weirdest dream.
Cyborg: It wasn't a dream. Team RWBY, Team JNR, The Doctor, it was all real. We were in Kilg%re's digital world.
Black Canary: Kilg%re's what now? And what were those team names?
The Flash: Then he got away. *Falls to one knee*
Black Canary: *helps the Flash* Here you go. We've got bigger problems to worry about.
Superman: Hold on, you said monsters. Never seen monsters like what?
Black Canary: A bunch of the reserve members have been on rotation watching you guys, hoping you'd get better. That's why I'm here.
Batman: *sighs* We're too late.
Green Lantern: *looks at Canary* Canary...where is everyone?
It truly felt like they were all back in the digital world but instead the monsters they have faced are now in their world. An entire swarm of Grimm all across the world as the Justice league watched on in shock.
Green Lantern: Grimm...
Black Canary: Yeah, not pretty.
Cyborg: No, that's what they're called.
Vixen: As in, "the Brothers".
Wonder Woman: There are so many of them. How did this happen so quickly?
The Flash: Kilg%re.
Black Canary: *scoffs* Really?...Seriously? But, that guy's a joke. He just wants to kill us. He's not some evil mastermind.
Superman: But he is working with someone stronger, dangerous.
Batman: Someone smarter and we might know who.
Black Canary: Then...what do we do?

Ruby: Ahhhhhh! I feel so much better and brand new!
Yang: No kidding, Rubes! That heat was killing us the moment we arrived and I am LOVING this new style for me!
Blake: It definitely gives off fiery vibe for a fiery babe.
Each of them exiting a fitting room, Team RBY were now back and with new clothes as well to match the climate of Vacuo. It is scorching hot and their Atlas outfits were melting them inside.
For starters, Ruby was the one with the least amount of changes to her outfit. The black and red lined lace-up corset stayed but instead of sleeved blouse, she went sleeveless on her arms while now having a buttoned red shirt beneath the corset. Her red skirt remained the same as well with now ripped leggings and some new kick ass black, thigh-high steel-toe boots.
Ruby: Ruby Rose, Vacuo Edition COMPLETE!
As for the newly Bumbleby couple, they completely changed their outfits and gears entirely as Ruby squealed in awe of the couple's new looks. For Blake, gone was the winter catsuit and welcoming a purple tank top beneath a long, buttoned up, rolled up sleeves, black shirt accompanied by a black corset vest. It was accompanied with black pants and black high-heel boots.
And lastly, Yang displayed a whole new look as well with her hair now tied up in ponytail style. Displaying her muscular shape with a sleeveless white tank top, yellow on the edges of it, brown forearm sleeves with yellow buckles, and followed with brown cowgirl pants with fringe included, and brown cowgirl boots.
Yang: SMOKIN!
Blake: *kisses her cheek* No kidding.
Ruby: Soooooo is Weiss paying for these? Cause I got empty pockets.
Blake: They were already paid by her in advance while we were trying them out. She left with the Doctor afterwards.
Yang: Mmmmm, way to ruin the mood.
Blake: *sighs* How long is this going to go?
Yang: I don't know. How about forever? Or at least until he "regenerates".
Blake: Yang...
Ruby: He did something that he should have been a part of and worse, he kept it a secret from us. Though, I was kinda hoping Weiss would understand and still wanted to do some activities with us...
Blake: Look girls, Weiss...she isn't exactly the same Weiss we knew when we all first met. She isn't even entirely human anymore, she's...a piece of time itself. And considering she's been gone for 5 years with the Doctor not to mention she spends the most time with him, she understands him the most.
Yang: So what? She just doesn't give a damn about hoe we're feeling?
Weiss: She does. Believe me, she was hurt to know what happened to your mom but she also understands the Doctor's reasoning to not say anything. Look, if we want Team RWBY to be entirely together again, we need to figure this situation out and be back on good terms. ALL of us. Let's not forget we have a war that's coming.
Yang could only scoff and cross her arms before making her way out while Ruby had a mix of sadness and irritation with The Doctor's secret and Weiss standing by him. Until something came to her mind involving her sister and future sister-in-law.
Ruby: Yang! Blake! Wait a second.
Yang: Wassup sis?
Ruby: *sighs* Look...I know things happened in the Ever After and...not all of us were okay...I know what I said back then about you two confessing your feelings but that was in the heat of the moment. In reality, I am so sooo happy for you two. It was kinda obvious from a mile away but to finally see you two together brings me so much joy and I personally believe there's no greater match than each other. Blake...make sure you make my big sister loved and happy.
Blake: *smiles softly* I promise you on that. And thank you Ruby...for this.
Yang: Thank you sis and just because we're a couple, it doesn't mean I'll stop being your big sister, especially now.
The three share a group hug as it feels like everything between them especially with Ruby is starting to get much better. It was starting to feel like the reunion at Haven Academy.
Except only one was missing...
Weiss: Any luck down there?
The Doctor: Besides some left behind items by you lot and liquid spewing out from her, it doesn't seem that the damage is very severe. Khan, give me a report up there.
Dalek Khan: The liquid that spewing out is also boiling out. It would seem that the TARDIS has decided to finally give in from all the troubles, hits, and travels she has taken.
The Doctor: *sighs* Really, girl? After all of that and you finally exhaust yourself for a vacation.
The TARDIS felt annoyed by the Doctor's comment as she spewed out more liquid but the Doctor just dodges it on time as he falls back on the floor, causing giggles from Weiss and the TARDIS itself.
The Doctor: Ha. Ha. Very funny.
Weiss: *walks downstairs* So what's going to happen? No travelling for a while?
The Doctor: Not until we can get this fixed. And since there is no Gallifreyan tech to repair this, Khan and I will need to do the repairs from scratch. If all goes well, maybe about 2-3 weeks she'll be ready again. After repairs, she needs some rest as well.
Weiss: Awwwwww. And here I was thinking we could finish our remaining 7 years left in Tatiana.
The Doctor: Well, it's actually 6. Gotta remember our final year there is our honeymoon. But, later we can go for a nice ice cream date and walk around the night lights of town.
Weiss: *smiles and kisses your cheek* Anything as long as it's us, I am completely okay with.
The two shared soft smile until Weiss's scroll rang with an alert message of a Grimm attack a few miles from where they were. Weiss wasn't feeling at best to see Ruby and Yang but duty calls to save people.
The Doctor: You should go. Right now especially, Remnant needs its protectors. And I'll still be here, working on her.
Weiss nodded and gave the Doctor another kiss on the cheek before running upstairs and heading out of the TARDIS, activating her Time Angel form, and flying off to meet with her team in stopping the Grimm attack.

The city was in complete ruins and infested with Grimm. They were growing in numbers, growing in different forms, and outnumbering the heroes of this world. But if there is one important thing about the Justice League: They never give up!
Center of the city, with the unexpected aid of Killer Croc, Batman has been dealing with the Grimm and even taking a few of them down. But the numbers game continued to increase. That is until Vixen arrived to the scene and were able to finish the beasts off.
Vixen: Hey! Was this what you thought you'd be when you grew up? Or were you just a young bat pup donning the cowl before your voice cracked?
Batman: *scoffs* How's Gotham Square?
Vixen: Riddler, Catwoman, and I secured it. Nice of them to help.
Batman: Killer Croc too. Can't work with the Grimm, so they'll work with us.
Vixen: Mmm-hmm. They're real amiable when they can't save their own asses. *sighs* Any word from Flash and Lantern?
Batman: No. No contact with Remnant yet. They are now figuring of a beacon signal that could be detected by the Doctor.
Vixen: We saw a bit of what he can do but he certainly knows how to get it done.
Batman: His quickness and intelligence was helpful for Weiss and I to break the code and figure out who was behind the simulator. Unfortunately, her scarred reaction was the reason we also found The Master.
Vixen: By the looks of things, The Master is here with Kilg%re. We need to figure out who is the third member behind this.
Batman: And that third member is the reason for Grimm being here. *Looks up* MOVE!
Both Batman and Vixen moved back instantly after a large stomp nearly crushed them both. They were now face to face with a Grimm Goliath, an elephant Grimm as it continued charging towards the heroes.
Vixen: You know, it's bad all over, but why does it feel like they have it out for us?
Batman: Cyborg, get here! We need backup!
Cyborg: I got you, Batman!
Cyborg arrived just in the nick of time, landing in between the heroes and the Goliath before launching a device near the beast, creating a force field around it and trapping it.
Vixen: *chuckles* What's that do? Beam it up to the mother ship?
Cyborg: I got the idea from Kilg%re's digital world. That should hold it while we-
CRACK!
The heroes moved back a bit after Goliath tried to stomp on the force field which resulted in a small crack.
Batman: Hmm. Needs work.
Cyborg: It's a problem with the coding, I can't seem to figure-
Kilg%re: JUSTICE LEAGUE!
That voice came right from the Goliath as it began to glitch out. The three heroes realized they were now face to face with Kilg%re in disguise. The Goliath breaks free of the force field, only to be met with a crucial punch by Cyborg.
Vixen: Did that thing just talk?
Kilg%re: *glitches* Not. Escape. Me. Again!
Batman: Kilg%re!
Cyborg: How are you doing this?
Vixen: *groans* Got a plan?
Batman: Yes. Distract him. The body he's in is cracking.
The three heroes got to work as Batman runs towards the alleyway while Vixen and Cyborg fight Kilg%re as a distraction.
Unbeknownst to any of them, especially Batman, he is being watched and followed...
Batman approaches from behind the Goliath and waited for the open shot until he heard a hiss from behind and it was too late for him when he turned around...
STING!
A painful scream followed by crashing to the ground, Batman had been ambushed from the shadows by another Grimm, a deadlier one, the Death Stalker as it vanished once again in the shadows.
Vixen: BATMAN!
Both Cyborg and Vixen run towards Batman's aid as Cyborg scans the injury and finds out the wound has poison spreading at a fast rate in Batman's body.
Batman: *grunts in pain* The...The stinger...Poison...
Kilg%re: He's changing them...To fight you...
Cyborg: WHO?
Vixen: The Master...
Kilg%re: What A Time To Shine.
Kilg%re laughed as he made his leave. Vixen fueled with anger was about to charge forward but Cyborg held her back as the situation with Batman was much worse...and deadlier...
Cyborg: We have to get him to the Hall of Justice. He's fading fast!
Batman felt the pain grow and his body completely shut down as everything faded to black...
