Wash Woo finally arrives at the Station, still bruised from his encounter with the ticket keeper.

"Oh. You're actually here? I took you for dead." Woo Hoo notes as he opens the door, gesturing for Wash Woo to come in. The moment Wash Woo is inside, though, a drizzle begins within the room, as fog rises from the floor, concealing Woo Hoo in shadow. As it would turn out, all Woo Hoo needed to do to reclaim November Rain was drink all of the water from the Water Robit, so he has now gained his Stand back fully. Wash Woo hears the door slam shut, and when he turns to look at it, he sees Wasted Woo blocking the exit, Whappin' Stick in hand.

"The hell? What's going on here?!" Wash Woo demands.

"We did some digging while we were waiting on you, and linked you back to several cases over the past decade. It seems like you have or at some point had ties to some kind of mafia organization, and played a role in covering up evidence. Do you mind if we check the trunk of your vehicle?" Woo Hoo explains.

"Of course I mind, that's a violation of privacy!" Wash Woo growls.

"We have probable cause." Wasted Woo notes. "There's enough circumstantial evidence that we could lock you up as is, the only thing this could do for you is clear your name if we don't find anything suspicious."

Wash Woo attempts to escape with Crimson King, but the effect of November Rain prevents him from doing so, so he just runs for the stairs instead. Wasted Woo sees this, and bolts across the room to tackle Wash Woo to the ground before he can get away.

"Wash Woo, you're under arrest." Wasted Woo states, putting Wash Woo in handcuffs. Wasted Woo brings Wash Woo down to the basement, where a detainment cell has been set up. Woo Hoo comes down as well to ensure that Wash Woo remains under the effects of November Rain, as Wash Woo is thrown into the cell and the door is locked.

Meanwhile, Kira has returned to the World Crime League building to investigate the secret floor that Windsor mentioned. This time, due to the front door being locked, Kira enters through the roof. Kira remembers that Windsor mentioned that the way to access the secret floor involved the elevator, so he begins examining the interior walls of the elevator for any sort of secret buttons or panels. He eventually finds that the back wall of the elevator actually seems to be another elevator door, but there's no clear way to open it. After more searching around, Kira finds two specific spots that, when pressure is applied, cause the back wall to slide open. This reveals that, behind the elevator on the second floor of the building, there is a secret office, which is currently vacant. It seems to belong to one of the original architects of the building. Of note is that one of the walls is a large mirror, which Kira promptly investigates. He finds that, upon touching the surface of the mirror, his hoof passes through it, creating a sort of ripple effect. Upon passing all the way through the mirror, Kira finds himself in a dimly lit room, presumably some sort of basement. Kira examines his surroundings, finding nothing of particular note, just a bunch of shelves full of random junk. Kira heads upstairs, and sees a figure standing at the counter in the kitchen, eating from a mug.

"Tell me your secrets." Kira demands, approaching the figure.

"My secrets? I believe you've already found one of them, seeing how you're here right now." responds the figure as he turns to face Kira.

"Not that one, obviously." Kira states.

"Well, I don't have too many more, and you're not being very polite. You didn't even ask for my name. I'm Vespot."

"Hi Vespot, I'm Dad!" says Dad.

"Ah, dad, a pleasure." Vespot nods at Dad, before looking back at Kira.

"I don't care about your name, I just want to know your secrets." Kira says bluntly.

"Well, that mirror is probably my biggest secret, assuming you came here from that legislative office."

"No longer a legislative office, but yes, that's where I came from."

"Oh? Did they finally lock up that Windsor fellow?"

"Is that the orange one?"

"Yes, I suppose you could describe him that way."

"Then no, they didn't."

"A shame. Perhaps I should pay a visit back there sometime soon."

"Secrets. Now."

"Alright, you've forced my hand. Follow me." Vespot leads Kira back into the basement, and takes an old camera off of a shelf, blowing the dust off. He then turns around and snaps a picture of Kira with it. Kira watches as the photo develops, and while he himself remains unchanged, the surroundings are altered significantly, with the layout being quite different, and the furniture even more neglected than it currently is.

"Interesting. What exactly is this showing?" Kira inquires.

"The future, I think. I've never really had much of a use for this thing, it's just kind of cool to see."

"Let me see it." Kira takes the camera, and then proceeds to exit through the mirror with the camera. Vespot watches him do this, and follows after him, passing through the mirror and back into his office.

"Hey, wait, that's my property. If you wanted it, you could have at least asked, and not just taken it." Vespot says, but Kira doesn't even acknowledge him. Vespot thinks on how he can get Kira to pay attention to him. "You said you like secrets, right? If I show you more secrets, will you give me my camera back?"

"Depends." Kira turns to look at Vespot, his interest having successfully been piqued. "It better be something just as good or better, though, or I'll just take it, too."

"What makes you feel like you have the right to my belongings?"

"If this camera really takes pictures of the future, it will be useful in my line of work."

"Okay, well maybe it's useful to me, too."

"You just said you never had much of a use for it."

"Okay, it's still mine. I'd be willing to give it to you if you gave me something for it, I mostly just don't appreciate being stolen from."

"Are you going to show me the other secret or not?"

"Fine, fine, come back through the mirror." Vespot returns to his house, and Kira follows him. Vespot takes another camera off of his shelf.

"What does this one do?"

"Well, let's take a picture and find out." Vespot snaps another picture of Kira, and when it develops, nothing seems out of the ordinary.

"This looks the same."

"No, you don't get it. It takes pictures of the past."

"How far in the past?"

"I don't know, I've never tested it."

Kira sneers, and just heads back towards the mirror with the future camera, clearly unimpressed.

"Wait, wait! I have one more secret, this one will knock your socks off!" Vespot exclaims, desperation present in his voice.

"What, does this one show the present?"

"No, it's not a camera."

"What is it, then?"

Vespot thinks, not having an answer ready right away.

"Okay, I don't have another secret, but just know I have ways of getting that camera back."

"Then I guess you have no reason to care when I take it." Kira leaves back through the mirror, and Vespot doesn't follow him this time, instead just staring at his own reflection, disgruntled.
