Mr. Electrical Outlet picks up his communication device as he sifts through some files.
"Hey, Paramedic, we've got a bit of a situation. You remember Target number 2, right? How he disappeared after the HQ was destroyed, and we took him for dead? Well, thankfully, he's not dead, but he is out and about, and we need to make sure we get him back in containment. He was at the Baldie Convention in Costa Brava, and won the taco eating competition, which probably isn't very healthy for someone of his age."
"So, what you're saying is you need me to knock his heart out and keep it safe?" responds the voice of Angelica on the other end.
"Yes. You might want to bring someone to help you out, just in case things don't go as planned."
"Roger that."
Angelica gets on her store-bought motorcycle and drives out of the parking lot she was stopped in. She gets ready to scout the entirety of Costa Brava if necessary, and starts by driving over to the local hotspot known as the Beaten Meat Deli. She doesn't see the target in question inside, but she does spot Archeo walking out through the doors, and quickly gestures for him to get closer.
"Hey, you. Get on, we have a mission."
"Uh, okay…I wasn't really ready for that, but, uh…" Archeo responds in confusion.
"Just get on. No questions." Angelica demands, and Archeo complies. Angelica begins racing around town again, looking for any signs of the target. Eventually, she ends up on Easy Street, and sees that a stunt ramp has been set up in front of the massive sinkhole. Approaching the ramp at a steady pace is an old man in a wheelchair, with a blue cape blowing behind him.
"Oh shit, there he is! We gotta make sure he doesn't jump!" Angelica rides towards the man, but he hears her coming, and kicks his wheelchair into second gear, accelerating significantly. Archeo realizes that now is a perfect opportunity to make himself useful.
"Despacito!" shouts Archeo, as his Stand appears next to him. The old man suddenly finds a series of walls appearing between himself and the ramp, forming an elaborate labyrinth.
"Quit running away, Max Jones! It's not safe for a man your age to be left unattended!" Angelica yells, chasing Max into the maze. As Max drives away from Angelica and Archeo, he glances back at them over his shoulder, and points a wrinkled finger towards them.
"You do the hokey pokey, and your lungs begin to drown…" Max Jones begins, and his Stand, Hokey Pokey, appears above him as a trio of cartoonish humanoid animals to finish the line.
"THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!" the three bodies of Hokey Pokey say in unison. Angelica begins to cough as she feels a tightness in her chest, but she doesn't slow down as she closes the gap between herself and Max, bringing out Heartbeat to have at the ready. Just as Max is about to turn a corner, Angelica drives past him, and Heartbeat sends his heart flying out of his chest, causing his body to slump down as his wheelchair crashes into the wall. As Max loses consciousness, Hokey Pokey deactivates, and Angelica's breathing returns to normal. Angelica catches Max's still-beating heart out of the air.
"Damn, looks like we were lucky to have found him in time at all. He had cancer." Angelica notes, looking over the heart, before putting it into her pocket. With the target of Despacito incapacitated, the labyrinth walls also disappear, and Angelica drives away from the scene, dropping Archeo back off at the Beaten Meat as she leaves.
The Inu Palace Guards drag Camryn all the way to the palace's throne room, where the Nameless King is seated. The guards hold Camryn in place as they stop in front of the King, who looks up at Camryn with intrigue.
"Could that be the legendary thief, Camryn Sanfrancisco? What an honor. I can't imagine what would have brought you to our humble island, though." the Nameless King says. "Go on, tell us why you're here. This doesn't need to get violent."
"Well, I know that you guys have somehow found a way to steal things that don't exist in a physical form, such as names. Naturally, I take interest in that, because with that sort of power, my skills as a thief could expand to brand new horizons, and never-before-contemplated possibilities." Camryn responds after a few moments of silence.
"I see. So it is indeed our greatest treasure which you seek. Unfortunately, I cannot simply give that to you. I hope you take no offense in my lack of trust in the world's most notorious criminal."
"Second-most, actually." Camryn corrects.
"You get what I mean. I will only allow you access to our treasure on my terms, and I will require your full cooperation."
"Let's hear 'em."
"The reason we all disposed of our names is because of one individual, the identity of whom we are not aware. This person wields an Artifact of great power, known as the Brown Note. With this Artifact, this malefactor is able to wreak havoc on anyone of whom they have the name. But when we relinquish our names, as the collective of Inu, we are freed from the fear of this Artifact."
"I'm a thief, not an assassin. If you expect me to kill this unknown person, it's not exactly up my alley."
"The person doesn't need to die. They just need to lose the Note. If you can return to me with the Brown Note in your possession, I will offer you a trade. I will give you the treasure that allows us to steal the non-physical, and you will give me the Brown Note."
"Alright, I don't really have a choice here, but that seems reasonable anyways. Do you have any lead whatsoever on where this person might be, or will I just have to search the entire planet?"
"Unfortunately, I've already told you all that we know. He's certainly not off-world, I can assure you of that."
"Great, that really narrows it down. Fine, I'll do what I can. Deal."
The guards release Camryn, and she dusts off her sleeves, before walking out of the throne room. Camryn glances behind her, meeting eyes with the Nameless King again, before turning a corner out of sight.
Down on the beach of Costa Brava, Magnum Mustang guzzles an ungodly amount of ocean water down its muzzle hole. The water level drains enough that the Death Moon is beached, and Magnum Mustang spots the enormous vessel, before elegantly leaping through the air and landing in the loading bay. The Sea Turtle Oligarchy is once again thrown in a panic, desperately looking for anything they can use to fend off the intruder.
"Hey wait, why don't we just call up that hand that helped us out that other time? If it could throw a moon, surely it could wrangle a horse." one of the turtles suggests. The rest agree to follow through with this plan, and Disaster Hand is called to the scene after its phone number is located, with the help of several hand-related buzzwords to get Disaster Hand interested. Magnum Mustang senses the impending threat of Disaster Hand and turns to face it, just as it crawls through the opening of the loading bay. Magnum Mustang fires a shot at Disaster Hand immediately, but Disaster Hand catches it out of the air between its index and middle finger. Magnum Mustang wastes no time in following up with a second shot, this time piercing a massive hole through Disaster Hand's palm. Disaster Hand tosses aside the first bullet as it writhes in pain, before standing up on two fingers and running towards Magnum Mustang at full speed. Magnum Mustang freaks out and starts flailing about, and Disaster Hand grabs it around the neck, before dragging it all the way to the far away peak of Velcro Mountain, figuring that this location would be far enough from any coastlines for Magnum Mustang to do this same thing again. Magnum Mustang is trapped atop the peak by an endless onslaught of vultures, and Disaster Hand starts to head down the mountain, but trips on its own fingers, and gets itself trapped on a tree which fits perfectly through the hole in its palm.
