Chapter 2 : The Spring Has Come, But The Cherry Blossom Doesn't Bloom In His Heart.

—OoOoO—

Youth is a lie. It is just another form of evil. For those of you enjoying your youth, you are actually deluding yourself about the situation around you. You will try to run away from the reality around you and see it as something positive. In fact, when you make a mistake that can even take your life, you will be understood and considered a small note in your youth life.

For example, assume some young people commit criminal acts such as stealing or vandalism. In that case, they will be called 'identity seekers'. If they failed the test, they would say the school was not the only place to study. So, as long as they are in their youth, they can say any reason that sounds reasonable even if their actions are against social norms.

Freedom, lies, secrets, evil, and even failure are just the spice of youth. In such darkness, they will find an oddity in their failure. They concluded that failing is natural for youth and an absolute disaster for those who are no longer young.

If failure can be one of the hallmarks of youth, isn't it strange not to consider those who fail to make friends as experiencing the height of their youth? Nah, they won't acknowledge that.

What they said was just bullshit. It is just a world created by opportunists. Therefore, all of this is full of shit, full of lies, deception, secrets, and fraud. Thus, the perpetrators should be punished.

If adult people are a group who do not hesitate to throw curse words at others, youth is a form of the curse itself. Forms of delinquency that are considered normal under the pretext of youth, emotions that overflow out of control just because they think youth is a time of passion, justified failures, and many other things. Something they do not realize has done a lot of harm to others by their standards of fairness.

Youth is a vicious cycle, a cursed cycle that will curse themselves and society. Basically, they were all just a bunch of bad guys. Then, as ironic as it may sound, those who do not glorify their youth are those who are walking on the right path.

In conclusion, those who enjoy their youth just go fucking die.

"Hikigaya Hachiman, huh? Do you know why I called you here?"

From the teacher's point of view, the level of the students can at least be divided into several clusters. However, basically, you can divide them into three groups. The first group is typical students who are often considered to exist and not in teachers' eyes; their existence is not that important. The second group is students who are always labeled as problematic students. Their problematic nature will give headaches to the teachers. While the third group is the teacher's favorite class of students. There is one fundamental similarity between the last two groups. Both of them are often called and deal with teachers.

As for me here, sacrificing my lunchtime to stand next to a female teacher, I never thought that I was the teacher's favorite student. Especially since it was my first day in this school. In other words, whatever I did to this woman who looks like having premenstrual syndrome, I seem to have been labeled a problem student by her.

"If I had known, I wouldn't have come here, Hirasaka-sensei."

"It is Hiratsuka, not Hirasaka," said the woman quickly, "So you are that type of kid, huh? Okay, I understand."

A female teacher whose name I just found out was Hiratsuka, not Hiarasaka, snorted softly at me. While sitting in her chair, she looked for something on her desk and left me standing without knowing anything like an idiot.

"So, Hikigaya, what was the assignment I gave you in class earlier?"

"Something like writing an essay about your point of view about high school life?" I replied.

The teacher in front of me is a Japanese literature teacher and my homeroom teacher. When I glanced at the nameplate on her desk, I just remembered that this teacher's name was Hiratsuka Shizuka. For a literature teacher, especially Japanese literature, her appearance caused a bit of misunderstanding.

Generally speaking, the clothes are the same as teachers in general. She wore a white shirt and purple tie around his neck and was layered with a sleeveless black blazer that matched her style. She also wore black pants and fit-flop sandals as footwear. However, what made it different was the white coat, which was a coat commonly worn in laboratories from wherever you looked.

It is confusing; why do Japanese literature teachers wear laboratory coats? If I hadn't known that she was a Japanese literature teacher, I might have thought she was a biology teacher or something.

"Right, the assignment is to get you to write essays about youth, not a threatening letter like this. Really, what are you? Terrorist? Or maybe you are just an idiot?"

While saying that, she also smoothed out her long black hair. Seeing the scene presented before my eyes, I couldn't deny that this teacher was a charming woman. In addition, Hiratsuka-sensei is more suited to be a grand mistress than being called a female teacher. Because some parts of her body look erotic, and her aura seems pretty bold.

When I think about many things, I feel sharp eyes that seem to through my eyes.

"If I look closely, your eyes are like rotten fish eyes," she suddenly commented.

"Really? I think it sounds like I am a smart person because fish contains a lot of omega-3."

The movement of her mouth that seemed to press her jaw was a clear sign that she was getting more annoyed when she heard my answer.

"Explain to me why are you writing an essay like this," she said, ignoring my ramblings just now.

As a beautiful woman, Hiratsuka-sensei has a sharp gaze. The look in her eyes felt like someone ready to throw a knife at me. As an ordinary teacher, she can show a strong expression, which makes you attracted by her aura. In short, this teacher looks scary.

"Well …, isn't my essay reflecting the life of youth, isn't it? In fact, what I have written has exceeded the standard that a high school student can write."

"Usually, an essay theme like that would make students write down their experiences in it, right?".

You are right. I also included my youth experience in the essay, you know?

Writing an essay about high school life or youth, to be honest, was a complicated task for me. Although I learned about jujutsu when I was 12 years old and attended a public junior high school, the youth life I saw was completely different from that of others.

From my point of view as a jujutsu sorcerer, writing about youth life full of emotions and passion cannot be separated from the fact that these emotions are the primary source of cursed spirits. So, what I wrote is a complaint against these savage young people. Of course, I wrote it in ambiguous language so that Hiratsuka-sensei wouldn't know that I was a jujutsu sorcerer and about the existence of cursed spirits.

"It is true, the theme is like that, Sensei. If Sensei gives a more detailed theme, maybe I can write something that matches what you want to read," I commented with a slight shrug, "However, if it doesn't meet sensei's expectations, doesn't it mean sensei's fault for not giving a more detailed theme?"

"Are you trying to lecture me, brat?"

"Brat? Well, if compared to your age, someone like me definitely looks —."

Before I could finish my words, I felt a gust of wind in front of my face. As it turned out, it was a punch, a straight punch that was released without any initial movement. It was an incredible punch, which only stopped a few miles in front of my face.

Even if I let my guard down, a punch from a professional boxer is nothing to me, a jujutsu sorcerer. However, Hiratsuka-sensei's punch can make me gasp.

"Next, I will make sure this punch lands on your damn face," she said with resentment and finally returned to her seat again.

Swallowing hard, I replied, "Yes ma'am, next time I will make sure to write again seriously."

"You better do that. Because if the association finds out about an essay containing a threatening letter like this, you might end up being regarded as Geto Suguru's henchman."

"Association? Geto Suguru?" I replied in confusion.

How can I not be confused if suddenly she mentions the association and even about Geto? I don't know what Hiratsuka-sensei meant. It was clear that she was a person who also learned about the ins and outs of the jujutsu society. However, why would someone like her be here? Also, who is this woman?

"Looking at you being confused, looks like I will have to introduce myself from the start, huh?" she said with a soft snort, "My name is Hiratsuka Shizuka, a Japanese literature teacher at Sobu High School and a grade 1 jujutsu sorcerer."

After being silent for a while hearing her statement, I finally got myself under control.

I looked left and right, ensuring there was no one in the whole room. It would be very troublesome if her statement was heard by others.

"You are … a jujutsu sorcerer? Wait, what is someone with grade 1 doing in a place like this? Besides, how come I have never heard of your name?" I asked.

In the jujutsu society, those who are certified as first grade sorcerers level have reached the highest standards set by the association. In other words, grade 1 is the most ideal and is considered the face of a jujutsu sorcerer itself.

Of course, special grades are in a completely different league. They cannot be compared to grade 1 because these special grades are already considered an anomaly in the world of jujutsu.

"I only operate in Chiba Prefecture and have hardly been to Tokyo Jujutsu High since my graduation. Well, even so, there are critical times when I take part in big missions like the Hyakki Yakou incident. I am in the same class as Nanami, you know? Has he never told you about me?"

If I think about it, I feel like I have heard Nanami-san complain about his female colleagues who are troublesome and difficult to handle. Could it be that he meant was Hiratsuka-sensei?

"I don't know, I don't think so? At least, I never heard Nanami-san say your name," I replied, "By the way, that is not the case, is it? Why are you here? I mean, did I come to this school was planned by my mother or something?"

Hiratsuka-sensei looked pensive for a moment. However, a second later, her expression turned slightly irritated.

Wait, did I say something wrong?

"Gojou-san didn't tell you anything?" she asked me, and then I shook my head slowly.

"Based on your mother's request, Gojou-san suggested your mother enroll you in Sobu High and have you work under my supervision," Hiratsuka-sensei explained.

"Wait, if that is the case, how is it different from me still in Tokyo? I thought, I now become a professional sorcerer and take the missions as my will."

"Of course, It is different, Hikigaya. First, I am not your mentor, but your supervisor. So, I won't be teaching you many things like in Tokyo. If you want to grow, learn at your own pace. Well, maybe I will still give you some simple advice or something. Second, even though you work under my supervision, you still have the right to refuse missions. However, you have to remember, if you keep refusing to work with me, I will probably never give you a recommendation for a promotion."

It was a short and clear explanation. However, the threat in the last sentence accompanied by her sinister look made my palms sweat cold.

"Actually, I am not even interested in advancing to the first-grade level."

"It is not that case, right, Hikigaya? However, interested or not, you have to get to the first-grade level. Gojou-san already told me everything about you and your current situation, you know?"

You damn blindfold! How much did he tell this woman? It is a little irritating when someone else is sniffing out your personal problems, you know? I mean, I don't mind if someone else offers their help to me. However, I also had a lot of help from Maki and the others while I was in Tokyo. But it would be a completely different case if the person was a stranger I had never met before.

Even so, this female teacher said that she was Nanami-san's classmate, right? Well, if she really is Nanami-san's friend, I guess she can be trusted, maybe?

"One more thing. I probably won't take an active role as your mentor in jujutsu matters. However, I am still your teacher at this school. Besides, Gojou-san wants me to fix your personality. I heard, your promotion was suspended just because you offended Headmaster Gakuganji and some of his people, huh?"

Jujutsu sorcerers don't have to rank up sequentially from fourth to first grade. Basically, as long as your skill is strong enough for a certain level, you have the right to advance to that level. When I officially registered last year, they immediately gave me a second grade. However, specifically for first grade and above is slightly different from other ranks below it. To get to grade 1, you need at least two recommendations from first grade sorcerers or above. With a note, those are not your mentor, your close friend, or the person who brought you into the jujutsu society. In other words, people like Principal Yaga, Nanami-san, and Gojou-sensei wouldn't be able to recommend me.

In this way, the recommendations are expected to be as objective as possible. Well, even though there are lots of bribes and political interest in practice, seriously. Like, for example, Maki. When it comes to strength alone, Maki is at least worthy of being at grade 2 or even semi-grade 1. However, because her heavenly restriction was against her clan's traditions, it caused the Zen'in Clan to intervene in the association's judgment against Maki. However, although Maki has a very minimal amount of curse energy, her gorilla physique is strong enough to throw a car when she's angry.

And in my case, back then, Kusakabe-san and Todo Aoi were the two people who gave me recommendations. Well, although due to some reasons, my promotion was suspended.

"It is an embarrassing story, please don't talk about it. However, out of all the people, Gojou-sensei is the one who wants my personality to be fixed? The person with the worst personality like him, wants me to fix my own personality?"

"From my brief observation, your personality is no less rotten than his, you know?" Hiratsuka-sensei replied.

"Instead of being rotten, it would be more appropriate to think of me as a youngster who is aware of problems in the social environment and has critical thinking," I replied with a slightly proud tone.

"Critical thinking your ass. What you are doing is just insulting people here and there. I wouldn't be surprised if someone said that you are the embodiment of all negative emotions yourself."

Uwaahh … that is a bit of a blunt reply, you know?

Before replying again, I chuckled slightly when I heard Hiratsuka-sensei's last words.

"The embodiment of all negative emotions, doesn't it sound like I will become a great jujutsu sorcerer?" I replied.

"There it is, your resemblance to Gojou-san! Both of you are not aware of your own rottenness," Hiratsuka-sensei said while massaging her temples.

The female teacher stood up from her chair and looked deeply into my eyes as if those eyes were filled with irritation.

"This conversation is just going to be bullshit. Follow me, Hikagaya," she said as she walked past me.

"Where?"

Hearing my question, Hiratsuka-sensei stopped her steps and slightly looked back to face me.

"To a place where you can reflect on your rotten nature," she replied in a masculine tone, "And don't forget to fix your essay. Just watch out if you write something stupid again."

"Yes, ma'am!" I reply quickly.

Wait, why did I instinctively reply with such an attitude? Does this mean I have entered the disciplinary phase or something? Wait, the word 'discipline' doesn't sound right here. It actually sounds a little erotic if you connect it to the fact that Hiratsuka-sensei has a beautiful face and a nice body. Nah, forget it. It is not like I am into BDSM or something.

Well, whatever. I will just make sure to write an ordinary essay this time. Write something full of the flowers of youth, not offend anyone, and make that demoness teacher happy. I don't really understand, though, how to write something filled with beauty if my daily life is only filled with damned cursed spirits. However, I can copy the writings of gravure idols and seiyuu, usually written on their blogs.

"Oi, hurry up!"

Hearing her orders, I reluctantly started to walk and follow the woman's steps. Watching her walk in front of me, I realized that even if the seasons had changed. This cursed youth of mine would continue.

—OoOoO—

When I first saw the floor plan of Sobu High School, I always felt that the shape was a little strange. Well, it is not as odd as the Tokyo Jujutsu High building. However, this is quite strange for one of the most favorite high schools in Chiba Prefecture in terms of academics.

The school building will basically form a rectangular shape when viewed from above. In fact, if you add an audio-visual room, this school will look like a bird's eye. The building that serves as the classroom is on the side close to the highway. While the special building is opposite the classroom building. There is also a long hallway on the second floor that connects the two buildings. Making the school look like a rectangle divided by two.

In my essay, the empty areas surrounding the school are sacred places for youngsters who should have died. When it is lunchtime like now, the students will have lunch together and flirt with each other. Accompanied by the bright light of the spring sun and the background of the school building, they will talk about love while looking at the clouds blown by the sea breeze.

Seriously, damn it!

From an outsider's point of view, they were just like a pair of animals in their mating season. And for those damn animals, an outsider like me would probably look like trees or something. This is a little annoying. Because it reminds me of my elementary and middle school days, where I always played the role of Tree-Of-the-Forest-B whenever there was a play in my class.

Following Hiratsuka-sensei's footsteps from behind, I heard the sound of her footsteps walking towards the special building.

By the way, just as the name, the special building means it is a multi-purpose building. I mean, there would be something like a room for music classes, a science lab, a function room, a room for clubs, and many more. At least, that is what the student manual says about this particular building.

Actually, I had a bit of a bad feeling. Hiratsuka-sensei said she would take me somewhere to reflect on my behavior. If it turned out to be something in this special building, I couldn't help but think that she would make me move the piano, lift the couch, or something. In other words, she wanted me to do something like manual labor. It is annoying. Even though the physique of jujutsu sorcerers is above the average of normal people, still doing such lifting work is not very good for me.

If that is the case, I will have to develop a plan and escape from this situation.

"Sorry in advance, Sensei. Actually, I have a chronic disease under my back. If I am not mistaken, the name is her ... her ... herpes? Yes, I think that is the name of my illness."

Without turning her head or just stopping and looking at me, Hiratsuka-sensei just kept walking as if my excuse was just a passing wind to her.

"I thought you meant a hernia. However, take it easy, you won't be doing manual labor," she replied later.

So, does this mean a job that requires brainpower? I mean, something like an office job? Well, whatever it is, work still sucks for me. If you liken manual labor to torture to dig a hole, then office work is another torture that forces you to enter and be buried in that hole.

The point is, work is shit. Trust me, dude.

"About the work you mention, I feel like an unpleasant pressure," I lamented.

"Oh, is it like the Long Nose Sniper every time he encounters an enemy? You know, don't you? I mean, one of the members of the Straw Hat Pirates."

So, she also reads the One Piece, huh?

Whatever, I don't mind doing the work myself. After all, my cursed technique is a pretty versatile type of cursed technique. So, I can use my cursed technique to finish this job quickly.

"We arrived," she said suddenly and stopped right in front of the classroom.

This room on the third floor does not have any weirdness at all. Even the door looks like an ordinary classroom door. However, when I lifted my head to look at the room's name, I found no sign on the board above the door.

Without waiting for a signal, Hiratsuka-sensei just slid the door, so a loud 'srreeekk' sound was heard. Right after that, she entered it as if it was nothing. Like before, I followed Hiratsuka-sensei from behind, entered it, and looked around the room.

Lots of chairs and tables stacked in such a way back there. Due to the sheer number of useless tables, I would even immediately think if this room was a warehouse or something. However, the thought that this space was a warehouse was dispelled entirely when I found a girl staring at the two of us.

The girl has a beautiful face, even if combined with her long black hair. However, I feel like I have seen that face somewhere.

As a human, I have trouble remembering people's faces and names. However, if I had seen such a beautiful face before, there was no way I would forget that beautiful sight. The deeper I dig into the memories and sort through the layers of my brain, the more I remember something. That day or yesterday, to be more precise, a woman in her early adulthood who was very beautiful had been cursed in the daytime.

Yes, this girl in front of me resembles that cursed girl.

"Hiratsuka-sensei, can't you knock first?" the girl protested.

"Even if I knock, you won't answer, Yukinoshita."

"That is because you went straight in without waiting for my reply."

Hearing the name Hiratsuka-sensei spoke made me even more convinced that this high school Yukinoshita had some connection with the cursed Yukinoshita whom I accidentally met yesterday.

When I heard Yukinoshita's name for the first time yesterday, I felt that the name was familiar to me. Even so, I never thought that I had acquaintances from the Yukinoshita. So, I researched and asked Maki, Okkotsu, and Inumaki about the Yukinoshita name. As a result, Yukinoshita name is a name that is very familiar to jujutsu sorcerers, especially Japanese sorcerers.

I gave Hiratsuka-sensei a questioning look. I demanded a lot of explanation from her. Because I hope, I don't want this to end with the job I had imagined.

"By the way, who is that guy who's been furrowing his brows with that idiotic expression earlier?" asked high school Yukinoshita.

Wait, really, what kind of weird expression did I have, huh? Doesn't she know that Komachi thinks I am cool while exorcising cursed spirits while wearing this expression?

"This brat is Hikagaya Hachiman, he will join the club," Hiratsuka-sensei replied as she turned to me, "Hikigaya, the girl over there is Yukinoshita Yukino, the president of this Volunteer Club."

Club president … of what?

Wait, you still have not given the most essential explanation, Sensei. You should have explained your reason for bringing me before this Yukinoshita girl.

"Don't worry, It is not what you think. This has nothing to do with that either," Hiratsuka-sensei replied quickly,

"This? That?" squeaked the girl in confusion.

I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard her ambiguous explanation, which made Yukinoshita confused. It is a pretty clear answer for me, as vague as it sounds. I didn't feel sorry for Yukinoshita's confusion either. No, I didn't even care about her in the first place.

Yukinoshita family, if you search on the internet, you will find that the head of the Yukinoshita family is a member of the national parliament. Not just an ordinary member of parliament, Yukinoshita's father is one of the closest people and has entered the cabinet of Prime Minister Abe's government. Meanwhile, his wife is the one who holds Yukinoshita's business empire centered in Chiba Prefecture. In fact, from what I read, they also have an international scale business.

That makes the Yukinoshita family the most respected family in Chiba. It is no exaggeration to think of it as one of the conglomerate families in Japan.

That is the result you will get if you search on the internet. However, there was another secret held by the Yukinoshita family—or rather, secretly kept by the head of the Yukinoshita family that the rest of the family didn't know.

First of all, let me explain. As an organization, the Jujutsu Sorcerer Association naturally had a steady stream of funds coming in. There are at least three primary sources of income for associations.

The first is, of course, an independent company managed by people from the association. Those companies are bona fide companies of international scale, which are legal companies run according to the constitution. With notes, the higher-ups of this company were the associates themselves, while the subordinates were normal people.

The second comes from investments made by the Ainu people of Hokkaido. On the surface, the Ainu might be a tribe whose existence is threatened with extinction. However, they were quite an influential tribe in the jujutsu society in the underworld. They have gold mines in Northern Hokkaido and oil drilling in various countries. In essence, the relationship between the Ainu people and jujutsu sorcerers in Japan has been quite good since the middle of the Edo Period.

The third, of course, comes from the Japanese Government itself. Although jujutsu sorcerers have always lived in the shadows, that doesn't mean we are shutting ourselves off from bilateral relations with the Government or other organizations. In fact, the relationship with the Government itself dates back to the Heian Period. Not only that, the Kamo Clan, which are one of the three great clans in the Japanese jujutsu society, are a descendant of Emperor Sutoku, a Japanese Emperor who died and became one of the Three Great Vengeful Spirits in Japan.

Because of that, the relationship between the Jujutsu Sorcerer Association and the Japanese Government, especially the Imperial Family, was already very close to the point that it had become a particular tradition since ancient times.

Meanwhile, in the ranks of the National Parliament, the Prime Minister and several trusted people in his cabinet were entrusted with the mandate to maintain good relations between associations and the Government. They have been sworn in and bound by binding vows to not divulge information about the association. In exchange, the association would protect them and cleanse the government buildings from cursed spirits.

Just so you know. The parliament building and several other government buildings, which are places of intense discussion and sometimes even insults just to pass laws, are inhabited by many cursed spirits. Exorcising them exclusively makes the meeting conditions much more conducive because it is free from the negative energy possessed by the cursed spirits. That is one of the reasons behind the success of the Japanese Government to date.

While some people in the cabinet and the Prime Minister himself received special protection from the association, that didn't mean their families—who were ignorant of the existence of jujutsu sorcerers—had received the same service. However, there had been several cases where those people were given the special right to request to guard their families for being the target of hired cursed users from their political or business enemies. However, from what I know, the activities of illegal jujutsu sorcerers—sorcerers who are not registered under the association—have decreased considerably since Gojou-sensei actually became the strongest.

Because of that, I had a misunderstanding and thought that my mission was to protect this girl from the threat of illegal jujutsu sorcerers or something.

"So, what do you want from me? Besides, what club was this club again?" I asked Hiratsuka-sensei.

"Volunteer club, you can ask Yukinoshita for details later. Basically, you have to work hard and be active in this club as your punishment. I don't accept protests, rejections, or questions. You should reflect on your attitude here."

She turned to look at Yukinoshita and continued, "From a quick glance, you must be aware that he is a corrupt, cunning, and very troubled brat. Can I leave him to you, Yukinoshita? My request is that you fix his corrupt and cunning nature and make him more open."

Wait a minute, why do I have to get rid of my corrupt and cunning nature? Don't you know, with my cunning tricks, I can survive in this shit jujutsu society until now, you know? In fact, I once won against a big idiot like Todo for relying on my cunning tricks.

"In that case, why don't you discipline that thing strictly from the start?" Yukinoshita replied firmly.

That thing, you say?

"I also have a problem that I need to solve myself, you know? In addition, physical violence is not allowed here."

Wait, doesn't it sound like you're trying to dump your responsibilities onto this Yukinoshita? I mean, from the start, the one that Gojou-sensei entrusted me was you, Hiratsuka-san.

"Even so, I have to refuse it with a heavy heart. The look in his eyes seemed to have a hidden intention of putting my life in danger," Yukinoshita replied as she looked at me and adjusted the collar of her uniform.

What? Why are you suddenly looking at me like that? Do you think I am attracted to that super flat plain you call chest? I mean, yesterday I just met a superior version of you, you know? So, where am I interested in your flat chest if your sister has a more excellent chest?

Wait, the adult Yukinoshita I met yesterday is indeed her sister, right?

"Don't worry, Yukinoshita," Hiratsuka-sensei replied nonchalantly, "Even though his eyes and soul are rotten, he still has a fairly common sense that wouldn't make him do anything that could get him into trouble with the law. At least you can think of him as a pathetic criminal."

"Pathetic criminal, huh? I think … I understand," Yukinoshita replied while pinching her chin.

"How could you agree on that part right away?" I said.

Does this mean that Hiratsuka-sensei has managed to tame her? No, from her words, it was my pathetic criminal-like appearance that she believed in. I don't know. I am not entirely sure either. To be sure, the current Yukinoshita already thought of me as something I didn't even want to imagine myself.

"If that is Sensei's request, what can I do? Well …, I will accept Sensei's request," said Yukinoshita.

Hiratsuka-sensei smiled in satisfaction and said, "Okay. Then, I leave him to you, Yukinoshita!"

Wait for a second. Why are you putting on a thumbs-up pose after saying that, Sensei? Did she think that this was a classic scene in a shounen manga, where the main character and his partner had to separate because in front of them were a mediocre villain? If so, doesn't it sound like I am the mediocre villain that needs to be defeated here?

"Then, I will go," said Hiratsuka-sensei, who immediately looked away and walked towards the exit.

Is that all? She left me alone with that girl who seemed to hate me to the bone? Honestly, it made me a little nervous.

The last person who always gave me a glare like that was Maki. The way she looks at me with all his cynical remarks also reminds me of Maki. In fact, to this extent, I think that the damn Maki virus is spreading everywhere. That is right. If I think about it, the first thing that affected Komachi and made her believe this onii-chan was useless was because of Maki, right?

Seriously, if I ever run into that female gorilla again, I will definitely kick that damn chick's ass.

As I was about to get my words out to greet Yukinoshita, I felt something vibrate in my right thigh. Without needing to check it, I already knew that it was a vibration from my smartphone.

"Ah, looks like a message came into my phone. I will read it in a second," I said, asking Yukinoshita for permission.

The girl just nodded slowly while still looking at me with a cynical gaze. Maybe, she will think I am a coward trying to run away with the excuse of checking the phone or something. However, I don't care even if she thinks of me that way. In fact, I am very grateful to whoever sent the message in this awkward situation.

After taking my smartphone from my pants pocket, I pressed the power button and saw an incoming Line message. I swipe up to unlock the screen and tap the Line icon on my phone screen. I saw a message at the top with a stupid name I didn't recognize at all.

Who is this idiot who named his account after this Zuka?

Without needing to linger, I tapped with the thumb of my right finger where Zuka was and read the message inside.

'Meet me in front of AEON Mall Makuhari at nine tonight. We have work to exorcise cursed spirits. It is your first day, just watch out if you don't come. — Hiratsuka Shizuka.'

So, this stupid-sounding Zuka account name belongs to Hiratsuka-sensei? Wait, does she want to look cute by naming her account after Zuka? Does she think that she is a cute idol?

Well, whatever. In the end, I still have to exorcise the cursed spirit as a jujutsu sorcerer, huh? This sucks. Being a jujutsu sorcerer is sucks. Being alone in the same room as this Yukinoshita girl is also really annoying.

Damn, I want to go home and lock myself in my room.

Author Note : Hello. This is the translation of chapter 2, what do you think, guys? Anyway, thank you to all of you who read and review this story.

Well, I took this chapter title from the idea of what happened between Hachi-Yuki in their first meeting. Whatever Hachiman denied about his feeling back then, it was obviously that he was mesmerized from Yukinoshita's beauty and that was the beginning of his "cherry blossom" bloom in his heart. while in this fict, the cherry blossom doesn't blow because he was not mesmerized at all from Yukinoshita's charms.

And for the information, Hachiman in this fict is the version of season 2 Hachiman. In other hand, he likes to be alone but he is not a loner. I mean, he has friends like Maki, Yuuta, Inumaki, Panda who share their life with him in every missions they took.

For the reviews, thank you so much for your advice,
