A/N: Ever since GSF came out, I've been obsessed with the idea of Gundam SEED Justice. I'm not sure if it will ever happen so I wanted to write the plot that's been keeping me up at night.
This is going to be a challenge for me too as I don't write about mecha, weapons or battles so we'll see how this plays out.
Phase 0: Prologue
A picture of newborn twins and a folder of documents lay in front of him.
One had brown hair while the other was blonde. As he read through the documents, his eyes widened in surprise and excitement.
Names: Kira Hibiki, Cagalli Hibiki.
Date of birth: May 18, CE 55.
Biological Parents: Ulen Hibiki, Via Hibiki.
Adoptive Parents: Haruma Yamato, Caridad Yamato, Uzumi Nara Athha
This is it. This changes everything.
Ever since the battle with the Foundation, the fighting powers of Blue Cosmos reduced to a new low. It had already been bad enough after the second Alliance-PLANT war when most of their biggest backers have been apprehended due to that bastard Durandal exposing the identities of Logos members to the world. The Alliance also broken off from them as most officers and sitting leaders no longer supported their extreme ideologies.
Now after those wretched accords came into the picture, they were running dry, both in weapons and funding. They have been struggling holding their forts, sometimes losing even to small-fry resistance fighters that they should have been able to eliminate within minutes.
Previous supporters that aren't in prison want to lay low and refuse to associate with them. With the control of Blue Cosmos in such a weakened state, backers were no longer confident to work with such an organization where their safety and freedom was guaranteed.
The humiliation of what their organization has become almost became too immense to bear but he persisted for he hated coordinators with a burning passion. He'd rather burn if that meant even several coordinators burned with him. He was doing the world a favor by ridding it of at least one of them.
And persist he did and now it seems that his efforts were bearing fruit.
Holding the photo in his hands, a surge of energy flowed through him. Now it wasn't just technology, resources and funding that he stood to gain, if he played his cards right then it was possible to revive Blue Cosmos' power and influence. Then, finally rid this world of every single one of the genetically modified monsters.
Why fixate on those that went into hiding when someone more significant was there in plain sight? He didn't need to find that son that Ulen Hibiki was so proud of manufacturing nor that annoying idol princess that seemed to be another breed of nasty coordinators that claim to be the race that stands on top of humanity.
Before he got agitated thinking about these two previous targets, his gaze focused on the blonde that was in the arms of her mother and almost let out a sinister laugh.
"Cagalli Yula Athha…" Her name came out of his lips but with so much malicious intent that would send shivers down one's spine.
"I'll see you soon, princess."
