Authors notes: Hi all and we're back with He-Man and the Guardians of the Veil, sorry for the long wait but my life is hectic at the moment one family drama after the next and I've been busy with my freelance work and finding a job. Plus after finishing Avengers Avatar Saga I just needed a break for a bit. So please understand I have many responsibilities in my life but I'm trying my best to balance it out and update my stories when I can and I greatly appreciate your patience and support in this and other stories. Plus with the email alerts down it has been difficult lets hope it'll be fixed soon.

Now onto the first part of the Guardians and He-Mans adventures to Eternia and lets just say they're in for one heck of a ride lets begin!

Return to Eternia PT 1

A new day dawns over Heatherfield, it was the weekend and everyone had plans to spend it. But for Adam and the girls of W.I.T.C.H, their weekend was gonna be spent on a trip to the world of Eternia.

Hale Residence:

At the Hale Residence Cornelia had finished packing her back pack with what she felt she might need for this trip, like a flashlight. She strapped up her bag and headed out. She left the apartment building and headed down the street to go meet up with the rest of the girls at the Silver Dragon.

"Cornelia!" Called a voice from behind her, and she saw Elyon running up to her.

"Elyon hey!" Cornelia greeted as her friend came up.

"Hey I just heard there's a massive sale going down at the mall, I'm meeting Alchemy there to check it out you wanna come with?" Elyon asked happily.

"Oh yeah I'd love to but I'm uh, going on a trip with the girls for the weekend." Cornelia explained.

"A trip to where?" Elyon then asked out of curiosity.

"To Adam's hometown, I mean he's been feeling a little homesick lately so Hay Lin's grandma volunteered to take him back for a visit to see how things are going." Cornelia explained. "So we decided to go with him for support."

"Wait today, the whole weekend?" Elyon asked very surprised but a little annoyed. "Why am I only hearing about this now?"

"I'm sorry Adam decided it at the last minute." Cornelia explained.

"You know you've been disappearing off a lot with the girls lately, and with Adam we're friends aren't we?" Elyon asked. Cornelia did feel a little down about that question and she began to see how hard it was keeping her other life a secret from her best friend. Makes her wonder how Adam does it?

"Of course we are, tell you what I'll make sure to bring back and awesome souvenir and when I'm back we'll go on an all out shopping spree my treat!" Cornelia told her best friend with a more upbeat attitude.

"Offering to treat me to a shopping spree?" Elyon said with a teasing raised eyebrow. "Okay who are you and what have you done with my friend Cornelia?"

The two girls shared a laugh between friends then they hug. "Well have a good time and give my luck to Adam." Elyon then said.

"Will do." Cornelia winked as she headed off. "Bye see you on Sunday!"

"Bye!" Elyon waved but deep down she was a little saddened she couldn't go with her, lately Cornelia,Adam and the other girls had been disappearing off without so much as a word. She did have an amusing thought that Cornelia was trying to make a move on Adam but she brushed it aside with a blush. Yet she did wonder why was this trip so sudden?

The Silver Dragon:

She wasn't alone, in the Silver Dragon Hay Lin had also gotten her things ready to go but her parents still had some questions about this sudden weekend trip. Namely the very worried parent type of questions.

"I really don't know about this a trip out of the blue?!" Hay Lins dad said very concerned. "You girls are too young!"

"Dad I'm not a little kid anymore!" Hay Lin protested. "Besides all the other girls are going and we really want to help Adam get over his homesickness!"

"Hay Lin we love that you want to help your friend, but I'm still unsure about you and your friends going on your own to this place?" Hay Lins mom said trying to be understanding.

"But we're not Grandma's going with us!" Hay Lin whined. And right on cue Yan Lin walks into the room hearing the commotion.

"Oh will you two relax, I'll be sure to keep an eye on the girls, I've already spoken to the girls parents and they agreed." Yan Lin said to them.

"Mom are you sure you can handle them?" Her son then questioned.

"Oh honestly you haven't stopped being worried since you were a boy. Everything will be fine relax." Yan Lin assured them both.

The two did seem a little hesitant at this at first, given that was standard parenting procedure. But eventually they had to agree with Miss Lin. "Okay well have a good time." Hay Lins dad smiled to his daughter who started bouncing up and down in excitement. Then her mother realised something.

"Wait where is Adam anyway?" Hay Lins mother asked.

The Basement:

The answer was, Adam was in the basement with Cringer and Orko, he stood before the magic mirror hanging off the wall. "Sorceress can you hear me?" Adam said and then seconds later the mirror surged into life and an astral projection of the Sorceress of Grayskull appeared before them.

"Greetings Prince Adam." The Sorceress greeted. "I sense I know what this is about."

"Then you know what I am about to ask." Adam said to her bearing a serious expression.

"Yes, you wish to return to Eternia." The Sorceress said with a solemn voice.

"Look, Beast Man showing up with Shadow Beasts is one thing but now with this recent attack from Count Marzo. I just can't ignore what's going on any more." Adam explained and the Sorceress listened to what the Eternian Prince was saying. "There's something going on back on Eternia, and its crossing over to this world I need to find out what, I know my mission here with the girls is important but my obligations are also to Eternia and its only a matter of time before Skeletor comes here himself."

"He's right Sorceress besides we are getting a little homesick I think we can afford a quick trip home for a bit?" Orko said. "And the girls even agree with us."

The Sorceress did take a moment to consider all that was said to her. She knew that the threat that Phobos posed in Meridian was a great threat, and may give rise to something more. However, at the same time with the awakening of The Heart of Kandrakar becoming known to the evil in Snake Mountain and now it was coming to Earth itself. She realised the prince was right there was something more at work.

"You do make an excellent case Prince Adam, and you say the Guardians agree with your decision?" She then asked.

"Yeah, in fact they've decided to come with us, as will Caleb and Miss Lin." Adam then said.

"I am unsure thats wise Prince Adam, the presence of the Heart on Eternia may tempt Skeletor to claim it himself." the Guardian of Grayskull said out of concern.

Adam had considered that possibility of the new interest of his skull faced enemy would then be closer to his grasp. "I know, but as long as we keep our heads down he won't be the wiser besides on Eternia we'll have the help of the Masters."

"Yeah and I sure like to see Skelebum and his goons take both teams on!" Orko cheered.

"I really wouldn't." Cringer shook with some fear of that.

The Sorceress smiled and shook her head seeing that Adam was solid in his decision. "Very well Prince Adam, when you and the Guardians are ready head to the place where you entered this world from, and use the sword to call out my name then I shall open the portal to Eternia."

"YES!" Adam cheered with joy as Orko and Cringer did their own happy dance. But the prince forgetting who he was in the presence of straightened up and cleared his throat. "Ahem yes uh thank you Sorceress."

Some hours later:

Will, Adam, Cornelia, Irma, Hay Lin, Taranee, Caleb, Blunk, and Yan Lin were all assembled outside the Silver Dragon with backpacks of stuff they thought they would need. Adam was now back in his Eternian attire as he would need it.

"Oooh this is so exciting!" Hay Lin beamed.

"Yeah but do you know how hard it was to convince my parents to let me go." Irma said. "But eh I wore'em down."

"Tell me about it." Taranee agreed.

"Yeah but it's a good thing my mom understood." Will said. "With a little puppy dog eye convincing."

"Yeah just be glad your folks aren't as strict as Hay Lins." Cornelia said and Hay Lin nodded in agreement.

"Okay so can we get going?" Caleb asked getting a little impatient.

"Whoa ever heard of being patient." Adam said and just then Orko came out in his earth attire and Cringer followed covered by a tarp.

"Okay we're ready." Orko said.

"Do I have to wear this cloak?" Cringer whined.

"Don't worry Cringer, we'll be driving in the van." Hay Lin knelt down to Cringer and stroked his head in comfort.

"So we just have to go to the alley you arrived at?" Will asked.

"Yeah and the Sorceress will do the rest." Adam nodded.

So the group got inside Miss Lins van with the girls, Caleb, Adam, Orko and Cringer riding in the back. The van then drove off from the restaurant.

After a long drive they parked up the van, and soon arrived at the alleyway. Adam stepped forwards removed the buckle on his belt which took on its true form of the Sword of Power.

"You, guys might want to keep your distance.I'm not entirely sure what's going to happen." Adam said to them a little unsure himself, and so the group stepped back a little.

Adam raised his sword and then spoke. "Sorceress, we're ready." He said and then seconds later a portal opened before them catching them completely by surprise.

"Wow, she must have very good hearing." Irma said.

"So uh..th…thats going back to Eternia right?" Cringer asked a little scared.

"Well there's only one way to find out Cring." Adam smiled as he then looked to the girls, Caleb, Blunk, Orko and Miss Lin. "Now, shall we?" He gestured to the portal, and the girls with smiles walked towards the portal with Caleb, Blunk and Orko close behind.

"Ooo new world means new treasures!" Blunk rubbed his hands with anticipation.

"Yeah well don't get any ideas." Caleb smirked as everyone passed through the portal which sealed behind them.

Eternia: Castle Grayskull:

On the other side of the portal, Adam, the girls, Caleb, Blunk, Orko and Yan Lin had emerged. Their surroundings were completely quiet and then appearing in magic smoke was The Sorceress herself.

"Welcome back to Eternia Prince Adam." The Sorceress greeted and saw the Guardians and their allies behind them. "And welcome to you too Guardians."

"Wow!" Irma whispered to the girls. "She looks even more beautiful in the flesh."

"I'll say she looks gorgeous!" Will whispered in agreement."

"Welcome to Eternia, Guardians, you now stand within the halls of Castle Grayskull itself." The Sorceress greeted showing them the main hall of the castle.

The girls were completely in awe of their new environment they were within the halls of the ancient fortress that Adam had described from his stories. Caleb was the most amazed for he was looking at the very fortress that was said to be a legend and yet here he was.

"Wow!" Hay Lin breathed in amazement.

Taranee being the history loving person she was, she couldn't help but admire the architecture of the main hall. "Wow, its like Egyptian architecture meets Medieval stonework its amazing!"

"I've heard stories of this place but to see it…i..its remarkable!" Caleb said equally amazed.

Yan Lin then walked up to the Sorceress. "Ah it's been so long since I saw you in the flesh Sorceress."

"Yes much time has passed old friend, I'm sorry I couldn't arrange our meeting sooner." The Sorceress smiled.

Just then Orko clicked his fingers and changed back into his Wizards attire while Cringer looked happy to see his home again.

As everyone looked around the hall Adam couldn't help but have a look of happiness on his face. He was once again on Eternian soil, it had been a long time since he'd seen the walls of Grayskull instead of the walls of a school or the basement of the Silver Dragon. Will noticed the look on his face and she was happy to see her friend happy. Unbeknownst to her however the Heart briefly glowed with a golden light then back to normal again.

They were wandering through the many halls of this castle with Adam, Orko and Cringer following behind. The Prince of Eternia saw the awed faces of the Guardians as they looked at the castle. Taranee took a special interest in the archive the endless rows and shelves of books containing the very history of Eternia itself.

"I trust Castle Grayskull has met your expectations Guardians?" The Sorceress said to them.

"Oh absolutely it's way more amazing than Adam described it." Will said.

"Yeah and that archive is amazing I could spend hours looking at those books!" Taranee said in full on geek out mode.

"You are welcome to visit the archive any time you like Taranee." The Sorceress said happily.

"Yeah but this Castle could use a coat of paint." Cornelia said.

"Uh Cornelia why do you think it's called Castle Grayskull?" Irma asked rhetorically.

"Well it looks amazing!" Hay Lin said.

Blunk was looking around and he even tried to snatch one of the books from the Archive, that is until Caleb stopped him by grabbing him by the hoodie. So for the rest of the tour he kept the duke of Blunk under control. However as they looked around Caleb did have something on his mind.

"Sorceress." Caleb spoke. "I hope you don't mind my asking this but, legend tells of this castle holding the power of the universe itself. I know from what Adams told me it exists but, do you think we could see it?"

"Caleb!" Will exclaimed silently.

"Don't you think thats pushing it a bit." Cornelia then whispered to him.

"No it's perfectly alright Cornelia." The Sorceress said holding her hand up assuring her. "I suppose it's time I show you the power at the heart of this fortress."

And so the group lead by the Sorceress headed deeper down into the castle, down a series of stairs and onto a bridge that lead to a very large looking chamber. The inside of it looked like the Roman colosseum but with a more mysterious feel.

"Ugh more stairs even Grayskull doesn't have an escalator!" Cornelia whined.

"Ugh girls." Caleb snarked sarcastically and they headed up the stairs until they were on the fourth floor and down a hallway until they reached the end where the Sorceress was waiting, then with three taps of her staff, the ground below the group began to move downwards, and what they saw next had them in even more awe than before.

For around them were towers of crystals in a blue lit room. It was the very heart of the castle itself. The girls couldn't help amazed at these beautiful crystals that now surround them.

"Beautiful." Taranee said amazed.

"Wow!" Hay Lin said amazed.

"Now this is what I call an underground scene." Irma said impressed.

"Okay this is officially where I want my wedding!" Cornelia beamed.

"You would." Caleb said sarcastically much to the blondes pouting. Adam was recalling the very first time the Sorceress brought him to this chamber when he first got his sword. Will just couldn't think of a response as soon the platform they were on drew closer to the largest of the crystal platforms.

The platform landed and everyone stepped off it slowly, aside from Orko who simply floated over. They approached the crystal spire which opened and revealed to them the very artefact this Castle was keeping hidden.

"What..what is that?" Will asked.

"This Will is the heart of the Castle, where the council of Elders hid their power and the secrets of Grayskull" The Sorceress explained and showed them the orb. "And this is the Crystal Orb, contained within it the vast power of the Elders themselves, all the magic that flows through Eternia…"

"Starts here." Will realised, they stood before the source of all of Eternia's magic.

Caleb couldn't help but admire the beauty of the orb, how it flowed with power. "So the legends were true, the very power of the universe itself." He said. "With this kind of power we could free Meridian from Phobos in no time!" He reached out only for the Sorceress to block his path.

"I'm afraid I cannot let you do that." The Sorceress told him. "For this power is not one to be taken lightly, I have seen before how it can be abused." She said as everyone listened to this tale, Adam knew what it was having heard this story before. "The Elders knew what danger their power could do in the hands of someone like Keldor as such their secrets and power were sealed here so no one could abuse it for evil."

"I guess that makes sense Caleb." Will then said to him. "I mean with great power comes great responsibility right?" She said.

"Indeed, while it maybe used for the greater good, its polar opposite is also possible. Which I why I stand vigil over this place to protect Grayskull and the Orb from those who could harm it." The Sorceress finished.

Caleb began to understand the Sorceress's message, it was true that this power could be used for the greater good. But the immense power of the Elders and the universe itself would come at a price, for power can often corrupt even the most noble hearts. Miss Lin understood this most of all, for she saw what obsessing over power could do to someone once before, and the dark path it would lead a person down. She briefly looked at an old photograph of her younger self with four other girls and a small tear escaped her eye remembering a time of long ago.

Everyone was soon back in the castle, outside the drawbridge was lowered and they walked outside to see the new world around them, and the jungle that lay before the castle.

"Wow, so this is Eternia." Will breathed in amazement.

"Yeah it's so much ah brighter than Meridian." Irma said but then realised what she just said. "Oh uh no offence."

"None taken." Caleb said, he gotta admit this place did have a brighter glow to it than Meridian did. "I will admit, it does bring back memories of what Meridian was like when I was a kid, until Phobos ruined everything."

Cornelia couldn't help but look sympathetic towards Caleb, but before she could try and comfort him. "Yes I remember well the majestic glow of Meridian." Everyone looked ahead of them and Adam beamed with a smile for it was none other than.

"Man at Arms!" Adam greeted, and it was indeed Man at Arms who had received word from the Sorceress to meet them at Grayskull.

"Prince Adam." Duncan greeted with a handshake. "Its good to have you back on Eternia."

"Man it's good to be back, I almost forgot what home looks like." Adam replied with a smile, and Man at Arms couldn't help but chuckle at that, it was then his gaze turned to the Guardians in their mortal forms and their allies.

"Hello Guardians, welcome to Eternia." Man at Arms welcomed.

"Hi Man at Arms its great to see you!" Hay Lin greeted with a beaming smile.

"Yeah nice to finally meet you face to face." Will greeted as Man At Arms shook her hand.

"As am I my friends." Man At Arms smiled.

Just then Orko came flying out from behind Hay Lin and floated towards Man At arms while Cringer walked out. "Uh hey Man at Arms." Orko waved.

"Well well Orko, I was wondering where you'd disappeared to, its been way to quiet without any mishaps or magical disasters?" Man At Arms said with a raised eyebrow.

"Hey I've actually improved thanks to the girls!" Orko exclaimed in his defense.

"I'm joking Orko, I'm just glad your safe and sound." Duncan chuckled. "Same goes for you Cringer." He then stroked Cringers head.

"Aww thanks." Cringer said.

"So this is the Man at Arms that Adam's told me so much about." Caleb said looking very impressed at the leader of the Masters.

"Oh, Duncan this is Caleb the leader of the Rebellion in Meridian." Adam introduced the rebel leader to the Master of Technology. "Caleb, this is Duncan, Man at Arms to the kingdom of Eternos and leader of the Masters of the Universe."

"Pleasure to meet you son." Man At Arms greeted as he shook Caleb's hand.

"You too sir." Caleb greeted. "Adams told me great things about you, and seems he was right."

"Glad to hear it." Duncan said and just then he landed his eyes on the Passling in his company.

"Oooh metal hand trade for candy on string?" Blunk asked holding up an old teabag. "Rare earth treasure yes?"

"Well I never, a Passling, now thats a rare sight even here on Eternia." Man at Arms said quite amazed.

"Yeah well just be careful you don't let him near any shiny objects." Caleb said jokingly.

"Rest assured I'm more than familiar with Passling habits son." Duncan chuckled.

"Ah not just a man of technology but a man of knowledge as well." Yan Lin then said coming up to him.

"Oh this is my grandma, and she's a former guardian." Hay Lin explained introducing her.

"The honour is mine, it's very easy to see how your granddaughter became a Guardian." Man At Arms greeted the veteran guardian.

"Ah yes the fates do move in mysterious ways." Yan Lin smiled.

Duncan smiled and nodded in understanding. Adam then came forward as he still had something on his mind. "Duncan, what's been happening in Eternia since we last spoke?" He then asked a little concern.

"A lot has happened." Man At Arms sighed. "Come on lets get to the palace and I'll explain on the way."

The Prince of Eternia nodded and everyone followed him to the Wind Raider that Man At Arms had traveled in to get here. Caleb was completely amazed at this vehicle, and the girls were surprised as well, to them it looked like something out of Star Wars.

"Whoa!" Hay Lin and the other girls beamed.

"Sweet ride!" Irma said very impressed Blunk's jaw dropped so far to the ground it looked like someone had put an anvil in his mouth.

Adam, Duncan, Caleb, Orko, Blunk and Yan Lin boarded the craft, with Man At Arms in the pilot seat, Adam in the passenger seat while Caleb and Yan Lin sat in the rear seat with Blunk in the middle, Cringer sat on the middle between Adam and Duncan.

"I'm sorry if there isn't enough room for you girls." Duncan apologised.

"Eh it's okay Man at Arms, we've got our own wings." Irma said.

"Uh we sure thats a good idea?" Taranee asked.

"Well we can't come here without doing a little bit of magic." Will shrugged as she pulled out the Heart of Kandrakar and as it glowed she said the magic words.

"GUARDIANS UNITE!"

With that the girls were surrounded in their own elemental spheres and one awesome transformation later they had assumed their identities as W.I.T.C.H.

"The Heart!"

"Water!"

"Fire!"

"Earth"

"Air!"

As the glow faded Man At Arms was taken completely aback to see the Guardians fully transformed. Adam could see he was impressed, for he remembered he had the exact same look the first time he saw them transform.

"Incredible!" Duncan breathed.

"Tell me about it." Adam agreed. With that Man At Arms fired up the Wind Raider and they took off into the sky, and the girls fluttered their wings and they flew into the sky and were easily fast enough to keep pace with the jet.

Snake Mountain:

Under the ever darkening skies of the Dark Hemisphere, Snake Mountain stood sinisterly. Within its walls Evil Lyn was conjuring magics with her staff. Just then the crystal orb in her staff glowed bright purple which told her there was a powerful magical presence on Eternia. Curious, Evil Lyn focused her thoughts and power onto her staff and soon an evil smirk appeared on her face. For she knew what it was.

In the throne room Skeletor sat on his throne with his sadistic smile and glaring red eyes piercing the darkness of his eye sockets.

"Hehehehahah!" Skeletor cackled. "Those pathetic Masters of The Universe can't keep this up forever, without He-Man they will fall and Grayskull shall be mine along with the power that has been denied me!"

"That maybe sooner than you realise Skeletor." He looked to see Evil Lyn standing before him.

"Oh and why do you say that my dear Evil Lyn?" Skeletor asked with curious interest.

"Well I have recently sensed a powerful magic, and it was the same magic of that crystal." Evil Lyn smirked. "Which means only one thing, the Heart of Kandrakar is here on Eternia!"

This peaked Skeletor's interest even more and broke out in cackling satisfaction. "HEHEHEHEHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH!" He cackled so much it echoed throughout the fortress and his Havoc staff surged with power. "Which means these so called Guardians that Beast Man spoke of are also here. This may yet provide us with an opportunity, for some good old fashioned HAVOC!"

Thunder blasted through the skies of the Dark Hemisphere as Skeletors cackling laughter echoed throughout the wastelands.

Meanwhile:

Flying across the sky, the Guardians had the chance to see the world below them, and they just couldn't help but look in awe. They looked and saw the mighty jungle that was before Grayskull and from a distance they saw what looked like birds in the sky but in squinting their eyes they saw they were people with bird wings. This was the Avionians of Avion the sky folk of Eternia, and Hay Lin couldn't help but look in amazement at their majestic appearance. Then appearing in the distance was a sight to greet them all, the Royal Palace of the kingdom of Eternos. The girls gasped at the sight of the golden towers that shone in the sky, and Caleb was in equal awe for seeing this place reminded him of what Meridian once was. Blunk was in a different kind of awe, the kind of a treasure hunter.

The girls were so excited to see the place they flew straight passed the Wind Raider. "Girls wait!" Adam called but it wasn't a joking call it was an alert call as they didn't know about a certain fact.

"Relax Adam we just want a look I mean what could happen?" Cornelia called back. Then at that moment a laser blast hit her and knocked her out of the sky, much to the shock of the girls, Caleb, Miss Lin and Adam.

"CORNELIA!" Caleb exclaimed. She was tumbling down until Hay Lin used her powers over air to catch her in a small tornado stopping her fall, the girls gathered round her.

"Corny you alright?" Irma asked hastily.

Cornelia stirred from her unconscious state, "Ugh I will be but if that laser messed with my hair whoever fired it is a dead man!" She said with a deadly glare.

Irma and the girls shared a raised humorous eyebrow. "Yep she's okay."

"You won't be!" The girls turned and saw hovering above them was Stratos and Buzzoff the flyers of the Masters of the Universe.

"So this is what Skeletor's resorting to now? Sending pixies to attack?" Buzzoff scoffed.

"Pixies!" Irma exclaimed.

"Wait listen we're not with Skeletor we're the Guardians of the Veil!" Hay Lin tried to explain.

"Yeah we're friends with Prince Adam!" Will then tried.

"Hmm, its a good act and you five play it well, but the Guardians are nothing but a legend and I think we would know if Prince Adam had fairies for friends." Stratos then said unconvinced.

"Its not an act! We're really the Guardians!" Taranee tried.

"Less talking more shooting!" Buzzoff took his axe which also doubled as a blaster and fired it towards the Guardians who quickly scattered to avoid the blast. Stratos thrusted the control rods for his jet pack forwards and blasted after them followed by his Andreenid ally.

The girls quickly avoided the laser blasts Irma was getting annoyed as was Cornelia. As the Water Guardian was forming water blobs to fire at them from the moisture in the sky.

"No don't fire at them they're the good guys!" Will called to them. Narrowly dodging a laser blast from Buzzoffs axe.

"Well they've sure got a funny way of showing it!" Taranee exclaimed as she was being pursued by Stratos. She swiftly turned round. "FIRE!" She launched a fire ball at the lord of the Avion but it missed, this was deliberate as she didn't want to hurt him.

"A fire wielder impressive, but not enough!" Stratos shot forwards and was about to catch up to Taranee when suddenly a gust of air blasted him off course, when he regained his balance with his wings he looked to the culprit namely Hay Lin.

"Oh sorry, but we need you to listen we don't mean any harm!" Hay Lin called. "We're on the same side!"

"My apologies young one, but I will not be deceived by one of Skeletors minions!" Stratos said.

"Hey do we look like skull faced minions to you!" Irma called from behind him and narrowly dodged a laser blast from Buzzoff.

"Why else would you be flying so close to the Palace unless you were scouting it out for Skeletor!" BuzzOff exclaimed.

Suddenly the Andreenid felt something tugging at his wrist and saw a vine that came from the ground below another restrained his other wrist. He turned round and saw a very angry looking Cornelia.

"No one messes my hair and gets away with it!" She exclaimed. Buzz Off flapped his wings faster and faster until finally he snapped the vines clear off. He fired his Axe at Cornelia who quickly ducked out of the way. The girls all gathered together with their respective powers at the ready. Buzz Off and Stratos charged towards them and it looked like it was going to turn into an all out dog fight.

Suddenly the Wind Raider flew between them. "EVERYONE STOP!" Adam yelled to all of them, this caused the girls to lower their powers and Stratos and Buzz Off to stop in their tracks.

"Buzz Off, Stratos stand down!" Man At Arms ordered. The two Masters looked at each other confused and it was then they noticed the Eternian Prince in the front passenger seat.

"Prince Adam?!" Stratos said in surprise.

"Why did you stop us from swatting these spies of Skeletor!" Buzz Off questioned.

"They're with me." Adam said.

"Prince Adam was sent by the Sorceress to the world that the Guardians hail from to aid them." Man At Arms explained.

"But how do we know for sure?" Buzz Off questioned.

"They are the Guardians of the Veil you buzzing ninny!" Yan Lin exclaimed.

"Yeah you must have flies flying around your brain I've heard that Andreenid's weren't exactly the best or brightest!" Caleb then said, after what that bug did to Cornelia he couldn't control his actions.

To say Buzz Off was pissed was an understatement. "You want to see what happens when you cross an Adreenid kid?!" He threatened.

"Hey hey cool it!" Adam said getting between them both. He then turned to Will and silently nodded to her telling her what to do. Will nodded back then addressed the two masters.

"Oh for goodness sake you want proof." She then materialised the Heart of Kandrakar from her chest and showed it to them. "Heres your proof."

The Andreenid and Avion looked at the crystal in shock, Stratos most of all having spent time in the Hall of Wisdom during the Great Unrest and hearing the tales of legends, this being one of them.

"I…could it be…The Heart of Kandrakar!" Stratos gapped. The very mention of that made Buzz Off look in shock and disbelief as well.

"B..but thats just a legend." Buzz Off said.

"Nope it's very real guys." Adam said. "Girls this is Stratos, Lord of the Avion, and Buzz Off leader of the Andreenids." he then introduced. "Buzz Off, Stratos, this is Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia and Hay Lin, the Guardians of the Veil." Adam gestured to each of the girls one by one.

The two masters looked at each other and realised their mistake, well mainly Buzz Off. "Our deepest apologies, it is quite clear we jumped to conclusions."

"You think!" Cornelia exclaimed but Taranee put a hand on her shoulder telling her to calm down.

"Ah its okay we've all made the same mistake." Will assured. "We probably should've stayed with the others instead of flying ahead unaware."

Stratos then looked to Prince Adam. "Prince Adam, we had heard you left Eternia to aid these Guardians, but I must confess we are surprised to see you here."

"Yeah it's one of those days." Adam sighed. "I heard what was going on back here with Skeletor so I had to come and see if everything was alright."

"Well it was nothing we couldn't handle, but yeah Skeletor has become more relentless lately, and it's not just at Grayskull." Buzz Off explained. "My people reported seeing Webster trying to steal Ambrosia from us, we barely managed to recover it. Could've gotten it all if He-Man was here."

Adam could see how bad He-Man's absence was affecting Eternia and it was hard to hide his guilty face. Will put a hand on his shoulder telling him they were with him and it was going to be okay.

"Still, the King and Queen will be Elated to see you Adam." Stratos then said.

"Well we best not keep them waiting, I'm kinda excited to see them." Adam said and it was true after weeks of being on Earth and helping the Guardians and the Rebellion in Meridian he had thought of his parents, but he felt dreadfully nervous inside.

So with that Stratos and Buzz Off escorted, the Wind Raider and the Guardians to the palace. Moments later they were walking down the great halls and were soon arriving at the throne room. The girls were very nervous they were about to meet actual royalty.

Will turned to face the rest of the girls. "Okay girls now remember best behaviour this is a real king and queen we're dealing with here." The girls all nodded in agreement.

"Oh don't worry girls, I have seen my fair share of royalty when I was a Guardian." Yan Lin said. "This won't be any different."

Then the doors to the throne room opened, and the group entered and were greeted to the sight of the most beautiful and majestic throne room ever. And on the thrones were Randor and his Queen Marlena. The two royals were talking to the guards when Marlena saw some familiar faces enter the court.

"Adam!" She cried and it wasn't long until Randor had seen his son had returned to the kingdom along with Cringer and Orko.

"Son!" He said in surprise.

"Mom! Dad!" Adam called as he wasted no time running to them and they in turn run to him and pulled him into a hug.

"Adam, it's so good to see you." Marlena said happily as she couldn't stop hugging him.

"Its great to see you too gah!" Adam cringed as his mother was hugging him rather tight.

"Ohh..okay Marlena don't hug him too tight let him breath." Randor chuckled as the two released their hug on the young prince, just then Orko and Cringer approached.

"Ah and how have you been Cringer?" Randor asked.

"Oh me uh fine." Cringer said bashfully.

"Hi your majesties." Orko hovered and waved.

"Ah Orko, I was wondering where you had disappeared off to I was beginning to miss your magic shows." Randor chuckled.

"Oh Randor really." Marlena giggled too.

"Yeah cut Orko some slack Father he's been a big help to me and Cringer." Adam said chuckling while the Trollan just looked very bashful at this praise. "And to our new friends."

The King and Queen looked very befuddled by their sons words. Their answer came when he gestured behind him and thats when they saw the five guardians and their allies.

"Ah I see we have guests." Randor realised.

"Father, Mother, this is Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia and Hay Lin." Adam gestured to the girls one by one. "The Guardians of the Veil, they were the ones I was sent to help by the Sorceress."

"Your majesties." Will said as the girls kneeled before the Eternian Royals. "Its an honour to meet you."

"The honour is ours." Randor greeted with a smile. "I used to hear the stories of the Guardians during my time at the Hall of Wisdom but I thought they were nothing but a legend."

"It is an honour to meet you all." Marlena greeted.

"Thank you your majesties." Taranee thanked rather bashfully.

"Oh and these are other allies that we've made." Adam continued to introduce the group. "This is Yan Lin, former Guardian of Air, Caleb leader of the Rebellion in Meridian and Blunk a Passling from Meridian."

"Blunk a rebel too!" Blunk proclaimed while Caleb just elbowed him a bit.

"Your majesties." Yan Lin bowed as did Caleb and Blunk.

"Meridian." Randor recognised. "Now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time, I have been there once before myself even came to know of its rulers."

"Well let's just say a lot has changed since then your majesty." Caleb said.

"Yeah it has it's a pretty long story." Adam said.

So Adam, The Guardians and Caleb told the two royals all that has happened in the past few weeks, such as receiving the Heart of Kandrakar to fighting a rebellion against Prince Phobos in Meridian. Will explained how she and the girls hailed from Earth though this did bring an air of confusion to the king and queen, the latter of which did seem very interested in that At Arms explained how due to the Veil being raised, the Sorceress couldn't send Adam to Meridian directly but she could send him to Earth where the evil was leaking into.

"It sounds to me you have all been through a great deal." Randor realised. "I never would have imagined that this Prince Phobos could be capable of such horrors."

"Wait so you met Prince Phobos your majesty?" Cornelia asked.

"Indeed when he was a small boy, but that was a long time ago." Randor said.

"Then surely you must have known that they had a second child, the true heir to the Meridian throne." Caleb said with some hope in his voice.

"I wish I could tell you yes Caleb, but sadly the heir you seek wasn't even born by the time Duncan and I traveled there." Randor said with some remorse that he couldn't help the Rebel leader in identifying the heir. It was rather disappointing for the latter as well, Cornelia put her hand on his shoulder for comfort.

"Hey chin up, we always knew it was a long shot especially after we talked with Duncan about the heir." She said.

"She's right Caleb we'll find another way to locate her." Will said.

"Cornelia and right, not two words I thought could go in the same sentence." Irma joked and everyone chuckled at that.

"Ha ha very funny." The blonde snarked back sarcastically. "See if I don't say I told you so in future."

The Queen couldn't help but smile at the girls personalities and how they interact with each other. "So Adam what have you been learning while on Earth?" She asked with curiosity.

"Well that its defiantly different than Eternia, but I have been attending their school and learning of its history." Adam explained.

This seemed to perk Randors interest. "Really and what have you learned?"

"Its had its share of wars and conflicts but, it's also grown a lot as well." Adam explained. "Plus I did take part in this Community service day helping Will and Hay Lin paint over something called Graffiti apparently it's a form of art on Earth."

"Yeah and we've been learning a lot from Adam as well, its why we decided to come to Eternia with him, and your world is just as beautiful as he describes it." Hay Lin then said.

"Thank you and we're glad to see Adam has learned a great deal during his time on Earth." Randor said to them.

"Yes you raised your son well your majesty, he talks a great deal about you and this world." Yan Lin said.

Randor had to admit, he was impressed by what he'd heard, perhaps his son and heir was beginning to prove his royal skills. Maybe his time on Earth has proven to be the perfect teaching tool for him. However there was something on his mind.

"Adam I have a feeling it's not just homesickness and showing the Guardians our world that brings you here?" He wondered.

"Yeah, I heard from Duncan how Skeletor was pressing his attacks everyday." Adam then explained. "I had to come and see what was happening for myself, and from what Stratos and Buzz Off have said it's worse than I thought."

"Yes Adam it is true that Eternia has become rather restless since your departure, but we're also worried as to the whereabouts of He-Man." Randor explained.

Man At Arms found it hard not to hear those words and frankly so did Adam. The Prince of Eternia sighed in sadness. "I should've been here, I'm sorry if I've failed."

Just then he felt his fathers hand on his shoulder. "On the contrary son, now I feel you are much stronger you don't owe us any apology." Randor assured him as Marlena then approached him.

"But while your here maybe you should talk to Teela." Marlena explained which did seem to make Adam wonder at that statement. "Your absence has been particularly difficult for her."

"Though she'll never admit it." Man At Arms agreed.

"My absence, or He-Mans." Adam thought to himself though he'd never say that out loud. He knew Teela had a special bond with his alter ego, while always teasing Prince Adam which is only natural. "Yeah I better had, she'll be wondering what I've been up to on Earth. Where is she now?"

"Last I saw her she was in the courtyard training." Man At Arms explained.

"When is she never." Adam realised and so got up from his seat and was about to head to the courtyard.

"Hey we'll come with you Adam." Hay Lin offered.

"Yeah I kinda want to meet Teela." Irma agreed.

"Same here." Cornelia said.

"Actually girls I best talk to Teela myself, she's not really used to strangers. Plus she might think I've become a girl magnet while I was away." Adam then shrugged.

"Girl magnet?" Randor wondered.

"Its a saying from Earth your majesty." Will explained.

"Yeah they confused me too." Caleb agreed.

"Well in the meantime girls, Caleb, Miss Lin how about a tour of the palace." Marlena then suggested.

"Sounds good to me!" Cornelia said excitedly, namely about knowing where the Eternian version of a spa is.

"Yeah point her in the direction of the spa." Irma whispered to Orko who giggled quietly.

"We'd be happy to tour the palace your majesties." Yan Lin bowed.

"Very good, Duncan would you mind showing them round old friend?" Randor then asked his trusted friend.

"Of course your Majesty." Man at Arms smiled and so he lead the Guardians and their allies out of the throne room while Adam headed out to the courtyard to find his friend leaving his parents alone to talk. Randor noticed that Marlena couldn't stop smiling and he knew why.

"Does hearing of their home bring back memories my dear?" Randor asked.

"You know me well Randor, yes I guess it's been so long since I've heard of Earth." Marlena said.

"Yes and I can see it's having a positive impact on Adam, seems helping to fight a rebellion has improved his fighting skills." Randor said.

"Perhaps." Marlena said but began to wonder. "Randor, maybe…maybe it's time we tell him the story of how we met, the full story." The King of Eternia knew what his wife was referring to namely the relevance of what the world the Guardians hailed from had to her. He cupped her cheek smiling.

"You maybe right Marlena, maybe he should know." He said as he gave her a kiss.

The Courtyard:

The Prince of Eternia soon arrived in the courtyard and just as he was gazing at the statues of Eternia's Elders. Zoom! A small orb swooshed past him at great speed it was a practice drone, and it didn't take Adam long to deduce why they were flying around.

In the centre of the courtyard Teela stood with her staff at the ready facing against seven drones. The drones swooped in firing their lasers at her. With one twirl of her staff she deflected the laser blasts and then fired an energy blast from the tip of her staff destroying one drone, leaping into the air and with one slash destroying three in one strike. In landing she heard the last two drones swooping in they fired their lasers at her. Teela used her agility to leap and roll in the air and with one slash unleashed an energy wave from her staff destroying the remaining drones in one strike. She landed on the ground in triumph.

Teela took a deep breath in some exhaustion mixed with a little frustration too. Just then she heard a voice. "Awesome skills as always." She turned round and saw Prince Adam clapping his hands very impressed.

Her frustration seemed to suddenly vanish to see a familiar face she hadn't seen in weeks. It was replaced with a small smile. "Adam!" She greeted with some surprise and Adam was very surprised that she was glad to see him but he ran over to him and she to him, she was about to hug him when suddenly she realised what she was doing and just punched his shoulder.

"Ah uh hey…what…what are you doing here last I checked you were on another world trying to train warriors." Teela cracked trying to act all tough.

"Nice to see you too." Adam chuckled. "I see your still in top form."

"Well what do you expect unlike some of us we're on alert with Skeletor pressing his attacks constantly." Teela said.

"Hey I'll have you know I've been training the new generation of the Guardians of the Veil and helping to fight a rebellion in Meridian." Adam explained before his expression turned soft. "Besides I missed you and Eternia. Plus I heard from the Sorceress about what was going on I had to come back and find out for myself."

"Well all the same, welcome home." Teela said with a softer expression she had to admit she was glad to see her best friend again.

"Yeah thanks." Adam replied in a softer tone. Teela then put her arm around his shoulder in a friend type way.

"So what's been happening where you are?" Teela asked.

"Well a whole lot." Adam said as they walked and talked about what the Prince of Eternia had been up to in his absence.

Meanwhile:

W.I.T.C.H, Yan Lin, Caleb and Blunk we're taking in the sites of the Royal Palace. The girls were completely in awe of everything most of them namely Cornelia had always dreamed of living in a castle and now they were walking through one on another world a royal one at that. They soon came to a long hall which looked out at a long balcony. The girls and Caleb went to look and they were completely amazed, the view was spectacular it gave a clear view of the land beyond the castle and of the village below. It was official Eternia was beautiful.

"Wow." Hay Lin beamed. "This view is beautiful!"

"I am so having a vacation here!" Cornelia agreed.

"Toto we're defiantly not in Kansas any more." Irma agreed.

Yan Lin had to agree, this view really brought back good memories of when she was a Guardian seeing countless worlds beyond her own. Worlds like Eternia that had its own beauty, but those were the days long before the veil was raised, none the less, the memories were still dear to her.

"Eternia is so beautiful." Taranee said before she looked to Man at Arms.

"Yes it certainly is." Man At Arms agreed. However the beauty of the moment was then shattered by a loud chewing sound which took the Guardians by surprise. Caleb was about to draw his sword until Man at Arms stopped him.

"Uh what is that noise?" Will asked a little spooked.

"No look at Blunk!" Blunk protested. They looked around to find the source of the sound and it was coming from the dining hall. It didn't take a crime scene investigator to figure out what that noise was, as Man at Arms knew what it was all too well given the time of day there was only one thing it could be.

They looked through the dining hall doors and saw Ram Man gorging himself on food. "Ahem!" Man at Arms cleared his throat causing the large Master to turn round and see him and the Guardians, he still had a large chicken leg in his mouth.

"Another mid moon snack Ram Man?" Man At Arms asked.

"Uh yeah, I couldn't help myself." Ram Man said taking the chicken leg out of his mouth, it was then he noticed the Guardians in the room along with their allies. "Oh uh who are they."

"Ram Man, these are the Guardians of the Veil with their allies, Yan Lin, Caleb and Blunk." Man at Arms introduced. "Girls this is Ram Man one of the Masters of the Universe."

"Ram Man is right he's huge!" Will exclaimed in amazement.

"Yeah he could so take on a wrestler in a match!" Irma said amazed too.

"Uh hey." Ram Man greeted waving his hand.

"Okay I gotta ask, why are you called Ram Man?" Hay Lin asked curiously.

Ram Man smirked. "Thats easy cause I Ram down anything or any Evil Warrior in my way!" He demonstrated as he charged to the right and smashed a hole in the wall much to everyones amazement while Man At Arms looked unamused.

"Ram Man you didn't have to smash a hole in the wall." He said sighing.

"Heheh sorry Duncan I just wanted to make a cool impression on the girls." Ram Man said bashfully as he came out of the hole.

"Well you made an impression alright?" Cornelia said amazed looking at the destroyed wall.

"Wow you must have a very hard head." Hay Lin giggled in amazement.

"Yeah a metal head." Ram Man said knocking his head for empathis.

"He'd kill at bowling!" Irma whispered to the girls. However unknown to them something approached them from behind.

"Uh who are these girls?" Said a voice causing the girls to jump in fright as it was a man with a long mechanical neck which returned to his body.

"Mekaneck." Man at Arms welcomed. "These are our guests and friends of Adam."

"Oh yeah I heard from Stratos that Adam was back and with friends." Mekaneck realised.

"And thats us." Cornelia said waving her hair around.

"I'm Will, thats Cornelia, Hay Lin, Taranee and Irma we're the Guardians of the Veil." Will introduced.

"But you can just call us W.I.T.C.H." Hay Lin pointed out.

"WITCH huh thats a catchy name." Mekaneck said impressed.

"Thanks I thought so too." Hay Lin said with a smile.

"Yeah it is." Orko agreed.

"Girls this is Mekaneck another of the Masters, and specialises in recon." Man At Arms introduces.

"Wow that neck looks very useful, you must be a master at getting the last cookie in a jar." Irma said impressed.

"Thanks…I think." Mekaneck said a little confused.

"A very impressive display." Yan Lin said impressed.

"Yeah defiantly could do with something like that in Meridian." Caleb agreed.

"Ooo!" Blunk said amazed and pulled out an old lollipop stick. "Trade long stick for long neck yes?!" He asked.

"Ah no thanks Passling, learned the hard way never to trade with strangers." Mekaneck said nicely much to Blunks disappointment.

"One of these strangers wouldn't be Count Marzo by any chance would it?" Irma asked.

This took Mekaneck and Ram Man by surprise just how did they know that name? "Wait how do you know about Marzo?" Mekkaneck asked.

"Oh we met him a couple of days ago when he tried to steal the Heart from Will to make him super powerful, but we managed to stop him before that happened." Cornelia explained.

"Yeah its true guys." Orko said. "I was there."

"Wow thats pretty impressive for some rookies." Ram Man said impressed. "Say you guys wanna meet the rest of the Masters?" Ram Man asked.

"Yeah I wanna see if they're as good as Adam says they are." Hay Lin said eagerly and in all honesty the other girls were wondering the same about the Masters as was Caleb and Blunk.

"I too would like to meet these great warriors that Adam speaks so highly of." Yan Lin agreed.

"Of course follow us." Man At Arms said and the WITCH girls, rebel, Passling and Veteran Guardian followed the three Masters down the hall.

Snake Mountain:

In the throne room of the sinister fortress Skeletor had gathered his Evil warriors, discussing his next evil plan. "We have been presented with an opportunity to finally crush those Masters and to claim the power of Grayskull once and for all!"

"Uh no offence Skeletor but you've said that statement loads of times before but it never happens." Whiplash stated the obvious.

"Yeah like every single time." One head of Two Bad named Tuvar said.

"Thats mostly your fault!" Said Baddrah the other head.

"No its defiantly yours! I could've smashed He-Man but you had to stop me!" The Tuvar said. Before an all out argument could start Two Bad and Whiplash were hit by a blast from Skeletors Havoc staff the owner of which looked very angry with his red eyes glowing.

"Would anyone else wish to speak freely on the matter?!" Skeletor addressed his forces with a fake smile.

"Uh no!" Trap Jaw said.

"We're fine" Tri-Klops and Merman said.

"Not me!" Clawful said.

"No no no no" Stinkor said very panicked.

"Not at all!" Beast Man said.

"No of course not." Evil Lyn said.

"Good." Skeletor then said. "This power lies in the hands of the Guardians of the Veil who have come to Eternia, and once I seize it I will have all the power I need to claim the power of the Elders!" Skeletor proclaimed. "First though we must draw them into the open and rid ourselves of those pathetic Masters at the same time!"

"Uh how are we gonna do that?" Tri-Klops asked.

"Something they will never see coming!" Skeletor smirked before cackling with evil echoing through the walls of this evil fortress and lightning crashes down from the sky.

Eternos:

Adam and Teela were walking down one of the many balcony hallways, and were talking as well. The Prince was telling his friend about his time on Earth and all that he's learned during his time away.

"So come on what's Earth like?" Teela asked.

"Well its defiantly different than Eternia thats for sure, no flying wizards of giant green cats. You know when I first arrived I was nearly arrested by a policeman." Adam chuckled in remembrance.

"Policeman?" Teela asked.

"Oh they're the law enforcement of their world, and the teenagers there are so weird they have a strange way of talking, not to mention there's this thing called graffiti on some of the walls." Adam explained. "Plus the way they represent creatures like dragons in their literature they're defiantly not like the dragons here on Eternia."

"That sounds….exactly like the kind of place you would want to be." Teela said with a teasing smile.

"Yeah but it is a beautiful place and I've been at their school while I am there too learning about their history." Adam said.

"You learning history? Thats a first?" Teela said genuinely surprised.

"Hey I'm full of surprises." Adam joked but then his look turned saddened. "But it's not all good in Meridian. I've seen what they deal with under Phobos, they live in fear, starving, their crops and homes plundered and destroyed all for his rule." Adam described it.

This did make Teela look a little disheartened at hearing this. "I mean it kinda makes me see what could happen to Eternia if Skeletor ever got his way."

"Well the way things are going, it maybe getting closer." Teela said feeling a little frustrated.

The Princes mood had changed at that. "Yeah Man At Arms told me what was going on here, how bad is it really?" Adam asked with concern about his people.

"Believe me it couldn't be any worse, the Evil Warriors press their attack on Grayskull more and more each day, and limit our abilities to help the other kingdoms, Karnivous's tribe was attacked, the Anndrinids hive raided for Ambrosia!" Teela said as they looked out from one of the balconies and her mood got even more bitter. "And the worst part is He-Man didn't show up once to help!"

Adam did flinch as he could see how badly his or rather He-Mans absence had taken on Eternia and its people. It was hurting Teela most of all. "I mean he's supposed to be the protector of Eternia yet he fails to arrive when we need him the most!"

"Well you know Teela, He-Man has other obligations beyond Eternia." Adam tried to explain.

"I've been told this over and over again but do these obligations prevent him from helping us against Skeletor! When he's destroying our home day after day!" Teela snapped in anger taking her friend by surprise. She soon realised how harsh she was speaking. "S..sorry Adam I just…I'm just so frustrated with this!"

"Hey its alright, and your right Eternia is vulnerable without He-Man, but it still has the Masters and you." Adam said out of some comfort. "I've seen them they're powerful warriors even without He-Man backing them up, and well being a champion of Eternia is about defending those who can't defend themselves no matter what we're up against."

Teela was rather surprised at Adams words, she'd never seen him this humble. "Wow when did you become so eloquent?"

Adam did give a slight chuckle at that, though he had to hide his alter ego he couldn't help sounding like him at times. The two looked at each other for a while, but deep inside Adam still felt a sting of guilt of what's been happening to Eternia, for a long time even against the Dark Council he wanted to tell Teela of his identity, even now he was greatly tempted so she'd understand what was at stake.

"Teela…I…" Adam was about to say something when. "Adam!" Called a voice and they turned to see the girls, Caleb, Blunk and Yan Lin arrive with Man At Arms, Ram Man and Meka-Neck.

"Hey girls I see you've met Ram Man and Mek." Adam smiled seeing his friends.

"Hey Adam welcome back!" Mekaneck greeted.

"Yeah welcome home Prince Adam." Ram Man greeted with a pat on the Princes back which did hurt a little but not a lot.

"Heh thanks guys." Adam chuckled.

"So." Teela then asked with a smile and raised eyebrow. "Who's the pixies?" Referring to the Guardians.

"Hey thats Guardians to you." Irma pointed out and Adam got between them.

"Ah yeah, girls this is Teela, captain of the guard of Eternos, second in command to the Masters and of course my best friend." Adam introduced then gestured to the girls. "Teela, this is Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia and Hay Lin. They're the warriors that the Sorceress sent me to help the Guardians of the Veil."

"Well, so this is the badass warrior we've all heard about." Irma said.

"Hi Teela it's so nice to finally meet you." Hay Lin greeted with a hand shake which Teela accepted. "Adams told us so much about you."

"I dread to think." Teela said with a teasing look.

"Oh no no he said nice things, really good things." Hay Lin said.

"Yeah like how you used to wipe the floor with him in training." Cornelia said a little teasingly towards Adam while the Captain of the guard chuckled.

"Well at least Adam got that part right." Teela chuckled.

"Ha ha, remember I'm still improving." Adam pointed out with a sly smirk.

"He's been a great teacher, too and he speaks a lot about how you and your dad trained him." Will also said.

"Indeed, it is an honour to meet the daughter of a great defender." Yan Lin spoke.

"Oh Teela this is Yan Lin, Hay Lin's grandmother and former Guardian of Air." Caleb and Blunk then approached as Adam introduced them.

"Thank you Elder." Teela said humbly.

"You've defiantly got a warriors build Teela, and from what Adams said you'd defiantly give Phobos's forces a run for their money." Caleb said impressed Blunk then eyed the snake staff on Teela's belt.

"Oooo gold snake head trade for gold disc?" Blunk offered.

"A passling?" Teela said surprised.

"This is Blunk he's a Passling from Meridian, and he's been of…some assistance to them." Adam then introduced, then they looked to Caleb. "and this is Caleb, leader of the Rebellion in Meridian."

"The honour is mine." Teela nodded. "Adams told me about what's been happening to your home, I can't imagine how badly you've had to endure all that you have."

"Thank you and no it hasn't been easy, but with the aid of the Guardians and He….uh Adam we might stand a fighting chance to take back our home and find the rightful heir to the throne." Caleb said with some hope.

"Adam and aid, now there's two words I never thought I'd hear in the same sentence." Teela said surprised.

"You shouldn't underestimate Adam you know." Caleb said.

"Yeah I'll have you know he's helped us face off against the worst that Phobos has thrown at us even a giant snake monster." Cornelia then jumped to Adams defense which did surprise Teela a little and the Prince couldn't help but smile.

"Showing his warrior skills at last, shame he doesn't show it on Eternia where the action is." Teela teased the prince.

The girls didn't like the way that the captain of the guard was talking about Adam, Will and Irma especially. They knew that the prince of Eternia had to keep up the appearance of a warrior who hardly ever fights but to see his so called best friend belittle him like this was something else.

"Well Meridian is where the action is and…" Before Caleb could finish his sentence Man at Arms stepped in.

"Anyway, Teela, we're heading to meet the other Masters in the courtyard would you two care to join us." He said.

"Of course father." Teela acknowledged.

"Yeah be good for the girls to meet them." Adam agreed and so they all headed to the courtyard while the girls and Caleb hung back behind them with Blunk.

"A wise idea Duncan." Yan Lin whispered to Duncan who nodded in response behind the group the girls talked among themselves.

"Man looks like we just met this worlds version of you Corny." Irma said referring to Teela.

"Hey I'm not that obnoxious." Cornelia protested.

"I know Adam said he had to keep up appearances so no one knows he's He-Man but he doesn't deserve to be treated like that!" Hay Lin said.

"Well remember girls this is a land of warriors where they fight a great threat." Caleb said. "Plus from what he's said, they need every warrior on the battlefield even the royal ones. But I've seen people like her before, they're blind to what's around them, not to mention underestimate ones abilities."

As they spoke, Will noticed how Taranee was lost in thought it seemed she was thinking about something. "Hey Taranee you okay?"

"Huh?" Taranee said as everyone looked to her. "Oh yeah sorry its just. Has anyone noticed that Teela looks a little bit like the Sorceress?"

"Come to think of it yeah she kinda does." Will realised.

"Well minus the wings and all." Irma agreed.

"Please most people look a lot like someone else, I mean how many times has someone mistaken me for Princess Rapunzel." Cornelia said flipping her hair back showing off her beauty.

"Literally never." The girls then laughed their heads off much to Cornelia's pouting and for some reason Caleb couldn't help but see how cute she looked but wait why was he thinking this?

"Come on guys this is like how Teela is with Adam sometimes friends bust and tease on each other." Hay Lin tried to look at this positively.

"Yeah but it seemed more like insults than teasing how can Adam endure it?" Will wondered.

"I guess he has to for the sake of protecting his home and Grayskull." Caleb then said.

"Humpf! Teela stick in the mud!" Blunk huffed in agreement with the girls.

It wasn't long before everyone was gathered in the courtyard of the palace. All the Masters of the Universe were present much to the girls amazement, SyKlone was practicing his mastery of the wind, Man-E-Faces was having his normal chess match with Roboto as they sat opposite each other on a large chessboard with holo chess pawns in blue and green.

Mekka Neck and Buzz-Off were practicing their skills in a sparing match while MossMan was tending to his plants. "Wow look at them all!" Taranee said amazed.

"Yeah each of them from the different corners of Eternia, some have been serving since the Great Unrest." Man At Arms explained.

"So do you girls recognise anyone here?" Adam asked.

"Yeah some of them, based on your descriptions." Will said.

" I defiantly recognise bird and bug boy who ambushed us earlier." Irma whispered as they headed down the stairs to greet the Masters. The latter did see the girls approach, and Sy-Klone was the first to approach.

"Greetings friends." Sy-Klone welcomed.

"Girls this is Sy-Klone, last defender of the island of Anwat Gar a master of Wind." Man At Arms introduced.

"Wow thats a pretty cool form you were doing." Hay Lin said amazed.

"Thank you it is a sacred technique among my once great people." Sy-Klone said humbly.

"Cool I'm actually a Guardian of air too." Hay Lin then twirled her hands forming a small tornado and Sy-Klone looked with interest.

"Very interesting, you are gifted young one, if you wish I could show you how to hone your skills." Sy-Klone offered.

"Sure." Hay Lin beamed as she and Sy-Klone headed to the courtyard, Taranee meanwhile took an interest in the chess game being played by Man-E-Faces and Roboto, she went over to take a look. Man-E-Faces had his robot face as he made his move.

"Guard to Emperor D3."Man-E-Faces instructed and on of the space near the centre of the board. On the other side Roboto was deciding his next move.

"Clarric to Paladin B8." Roboto said and his green chess piece moved forward to counter his opponent. Taranee was rather impressed by this move Yan Lin soon joined watching the match, and then it was Man-E-Faces turn.

"Spire to Empress J7." Man-E-Faces said, and the blue spire piece moved to Roboto's empress piece which to Taranee would be like a chess player making a move to capture the queen on the chessboard. It looked like Roboto was going to lose however, Roboto was a cunning opponent he calculated his next move carefully.

"Paladin to Guard Q9." Roboto played. The Paladin piece moved and hovered over the board and fired a net capturing the guard. "Once again. Game match." Roboto said in victory.

"So it is." Man-E-Faces said in some defeat as his robot face shifted to his human face. "You always get me every time with that move Roboto."

"I am glad to see you may learn from each defeat." Roboto said.

"Wow that was an impressive move." The two masters attention turned to the Fire Guardian who was watching their chess match with Yan Lin.

"Uh who are you?" Man-E-Faces asked surprising Taranee a little.

"Oh uh hi…uh…" Taranee stuttered until Adam stepped forwards to introduce them.

"Man-E-Faces, Roboto this is Taranee Guardian of Fire, she's one of the warriors I was sent to train, and this is Yan Lin former Guardian of Air." Adam introduced them. Man-E-Faces face then switched to his monster face and gave a long sniff at Taranee, and fogged up her glasses.

"You smell funny?" Man-E-Faces said.

"Say what?" Taranee said a little as she cleaned her glasses with her cleaning cloth.

Man-E-Faces face then switched to his robot face. "My apologies I meant no offence." He apologised then switched to his normal face. "Its just the way I am sometimes comes with having more than one face."

"So I guess thats why your called Man-E-Faces?" Taranee guessed.

"Yeah talk about multiple personalities I bet you'd kill it at plays." Irma said as she came over.

"Oh this is Irma another of the Guardians." Adam introduced.

"Well it just so happens ah, Irma I'm something of an actor." Man-E-Faces said rather proudly.

"Yeah he is and a very talented one too!" Orko pointed out as he flew over. "I even help in his performances sometimes."

"That you do Orko." Man-E-Faces smiled.

"A very impressive gift you have my friend, but having multiple personalities can't be easy?" Yan Lin asked.

"It isn't at times, but I've learned to tame the beast within and my machine like ways." Man-E-Faces said humbly.

"Greetings." They then turned to see Roboto coming over to them, and Taranee was instantly taken in at the robot Master of the Universe. "I am Roboto, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

"Whoa, a multifunctional fully sentient automaton." Taranee said amazed. "This is incredible!"

"Yeah this is the kinda thing you'd see in the movies, but then again that describes our lives at this point." Irma shrugged but was still impressed by the robotic master of the universe.

"Thank you for your compliments." Roboto thanked.

"Roboto was once just a playmate for Man-E-Faces. Man At Arms built him to give him an interesting challenge. But when Eternos was under threat by Tri-Klops's multiplying skeleton warriors he upgraded himself and thanks to his actions we fought them off and he joined the Masters." Adam explained.

"A very brave warrior indeed, showing you are more than a mere machine." Yan Lin complimented. "It shows that no-one should be underestimated."

"Indeed." Roboto nodded in response.

Mossman was tending to his garden using his powers to spread his seeds helping the plants to grow and soon they bloomed into vibrant colours. "Wow, nice trick." He looked to see Cornelia looking at what he was doing.

"Hey so your one of these Guardians I've heard about?" Moss Man greeted standing up offering a handshake.

"Uh yeah I'm Cornelia." Cornelia offered her hand for a handshake but the moss being then simply kissed her hand all gentleman like.

"A pleasure I can tell your one with the green too." Moss Man smiled.

"The green?" Cornelia asked.

"Yes, its the very force of all nature and I can sense that you are connected to the green as well." Moss Man explained as he gestured to all his plants.

"Well I am the Guardian of Earth, so I guess it comes with the territory." Cornelia shrugged and as she did a plant vine grew next to her.

"True but there's more to it than that, and if you want I could help you understand it more, and as you understand it you could unlock your full potential like a flower in full bloom." MossMan asked.

In those flattering words Cornelia couldn't help but be a little flattered by this, from afar Caleb couldn't help but feel a tad bit jealous.

"Well looks like you got competition." Adam smirked.

"Ha ha very funny." Caleb said sarcastically. "Besides like a plant guy has anything on me, not that I'm comparing or anything." He then quickly denied.

Adam couldn't help but look smug at this situation, he could see Caleb was jealous though he wouldn't admit it. Meanwhile Irma was approached by Stratos and BuzzOff.

"Hey flyboys." Irma said jokingly.

"Very funny, you know I gotta admit you are one skilled flyer." Buzz Off complimented.

"Indeed you and your fellow Guardians did hold your own in a fight, not many stand up against us." Stratos complimented.

"Yeah well you should've seen us when we we're just figuring it out." Irma said.

"Understandable, it takes a while for flyers to fully grasp their wings." Stratos said understandable, but when we allow our wings to become one with the very current that guides us we are one with the wind."

"Yeah or like us Adreenids we are skilled in the air and in the navigation of the hive." Buzz-Off said a little cocky.

"Oh really like how you were nearly blasted out of the sky by five little girls?" Irma cracked and Stratos couldn't help but stifle a laugh at the water guardians wise crack.

Adam couldn't help but smile at how well the girls were interacting with the Masters. Plus seeing Irma out quip Buzz Off was funny to see, he went to join Irma. Man At Arms watched from afar smiling proudly at the young prince/champion of Eternia.

"You must be very proud of him Man At Arms." Yan Lin spoke as she joined him.

"Yes in a way I am, it was at a time like this when I saw a boy who was hesitant at taking on a huge burden, but now I see a man who is passing on his teachings to a younger generation." Man At Arms said.

"You and his father taught him well, and yet he's learned more from you in his other duties." Yan Lin said. "in a way you are his second father helping him to bear this burden of being champion to Eternia and all the while keeping this a secret from one you consider a brother."

"I have tried to do what is best for Eternia, and I have had to make sacrifices to ensure it." Duncan admitted. "For if anything were to happen to Randor, Marlena or my daughter if they knew Adams secret I daren't think of it."

"You have a strong heart Duncan." Yan Lin said. "I can see why Adam speaks so highly of you."

Man At Arms nodded in agreement at those words, as he saw Will speaking with Adam, Cornelia. MossMan and Teela. As they spoke however Roboto with his long-range scanners picked up something, he turned his head and zoomed in on what looked like a column of smoke.

"Man At Arms, attention please." Roboto got everyones attention.

"What is it Roboto?" Man At Arms asked.

"I may have detected a disturbance west of the palace." Roboto relayed. In response MekkaNeck extended his long neck to get a better view. In zeroing in on the column of smoke he saw it was coming from the forests to the west.

"Mekkaneck what can you see?" Man At Arms called.

"Its coming from the forests due west of the kingdom." MekkaNeck relayed. "Its close to Chief Carnivus's land."

"Could it be a forest fire?" Taranee wondered.

"Or maybe it's the Evil Warriors causing havoc again." Teela said angrily.

"Both are good suspicions and either way we can't afford not to investigate especially if lives are at stake." Man At Arms noted. "Stratos, Buzz Off fly ahead and scout the area the rest of the Masters and I will join you momentarily."

"Of course Man At Arms." Stratos nodded as he and Buzz Off take to the skies towards the blaze.

"Hey mind if we lend a hand?" Will then asked Man At Arms.

"Hold up, this maybe a bit much for you rookies Skeletors not like the beings you've faced back where your from." Teela said arming herself with her staff.

"Hey we fought off Marzo you know!" Irma said defending her friends.

"You got luckily facing Marzo." Teela said.

"Luck had nothing to do with it Teela!" Adam said to her. "Besides as a warrior you should know if Skeletors growing bolder you need every advantage you can get. Besides I've seen what they're capable of, they can do this."

Will and the girls smiled knowing Adam had their backs and believed in them. "He's not wrong, do not underestimate your allies Teela." Yan Lin agreed.

Teela was unsure of the Guardians capabilities but she also knew about underestimating ones abilities or not giving them a chance to show what they could do, given how she underestimated Roboto once. She sighed and decided to be flexible on this.

"Alright, let's see what you got ladies." Teela said.

"Aw yeah now we're talking!" Irma cheered and the other girls were ready for a fight.

"Okay but lets be careful if Skeletors worse than Marzo we need to be on our guard." Will said.

"Then get ready we'll be leaving in five minutes." Man At Arms said to them, and the Masters prepared themselves for a fight.

"Well so much for keeping our heads down." Adam sighed to Yan Lin.

"Indeed, but be on your guard for if Skeletor does seek the Heart meeting him in battle may prompt him to seize it." Yan Lin spoke.

"Don't worry we got this." Cornelia said confidently.

"Time we show these Masters of the Universe what He-Man and the Guardians of the Veil can do!" Irma said eagerly.

"Okay just don't do anything that I wouldn't do. And be careful Teela's right about one thing Skeletor's no push over." Adam said to the girls as they headed to the sky sleds.

The Masters boarded their sky sleds ready to leave and Adam boarded one as well with Teela boarding hers. "So ready to actually join the fight."

"You know Teela I think todays the day I surprise you!" Adam smirks. The Sky Sleds and Wind Raider roared into life and took to the skies, while the Guardians fluttered their wings and flew after them.

Meanwhile:

In the jungles close to the kingdom of Eternos and King Carnivus's tribal lands the trees were in a blaze a blaze created by Trap Jaws arm cannon firing flames over everything in sight while Tri-Klop's seeker drones fired their lasers destroying everything around them, while Evil Lyn channels the power of her staff to burn the trees with a ring of flames.

The cat tribesman of King Carnivus's tribe were fleeing in fear for their lives. Beast Man cracked his whip towards them causing them to fall to their knees. Whiplash lashed his tail to the ground sending a shockwave through it knocking down trees trapping any other fleeing tribesmen. Any who tried to fight back were easily over powered by Merman and his trident as it waved water from the atmosphere blasting them away. Clawful used his powerful claws to snap the tribesmen weapons in half like matchwood.

The tribesmen were completely at the mercy of these vile villains as Evil Lyn was about to deliver a final blow from her staff. BANG! A laser blast took the evil warriors completely by surprise, they looked up and saw the Masters of the Universe, along with Adam, Caleb and the Guardians of the Veil.

"We need to stop them and give the tribesman a chance to escape!" Man At Arms called as he jumped from the Wind Raider with Adam and Teela and formed his energy cannon firing at the Evil Warriors.

Roboto formed his multitude of weapons two energy cannons on his hands and cannons on his shoulder and fired upon the evil warriors. Trap Jaw and Tri Klopps fired their respective weapons as the three eyed villain switched to his laser eye and fired upon the Masters.

High above the girls were ready for a fight. "Come on girls lets show them what we've got!" Will exclaimed. They soared down and aided the Masters.

Ram Man was ready Stinkor unleashed his horendous ouders towards Ram Man blinding him and he crashed into a nearby boulder. Stinkor cackled but his victory was short lived.

"Peewew do you ever take a bath?" Stinkor turned round to see Cornelia hovering behind him.

"You want stink then try this!" The humanoid skunk quickly blasted his stink spray at her but she quickly ducked to avoid it.

"Eww no thank you!" Cornelia said and she slammed the ground with her palm. "EARTH!" the ground began to crumble as roots emerged from them and grabbed Stinkor by his ankles and lifted him into the air.

"HUH HEY!" He cried hanging upside down before Cornelia swung him around and around and around controlling the vine before she tossed him away only for him to collide with the ram of Ram-Man's helmet sending him flying into a tree breaking it in half.

"Not bad." Ram Man gave a thumbs up.

"Hey you know what they say line them up and knock'em down." Cornelia said back.

"I like the sound of that!" Ram Man agreed.

Merman was clashing his trident against Man-E-Faces mace, the latter switched to his monster face for strength and pushed the Aquatican back but the fish faced villain just snarled as he slashed his trident against the mace and suddenly slashed it in half, however Man-E-Faces retaliated by grabbing his trident mid slash and used his other arm to snap it in half.

However the villain wasn't out yet for he pulled from his belt a buckle which transformed into a sword. Man-E-Faces reverted back to his normal face and readied himself for battle when suddenly a laser blast hit him from behind, sending him crashing to the ground. He looked up and saw it was made by Tri-Klops who smirked at him sinisterly.

However before the two villains could strike him down with their weapons they suddenly glowed with heat and burned their hands crying in pain. They dropped their weapons and saw the cause of it.

"Ah ah ah boys you play with fire your gonna get burned!" Taranee said. Tri-Klops glared and switched to his laser eye unleashing a massive blast.

"FIRE!"Taranee retaliated by firing her own fire ball. The two collided creating a large explosion of light blinding everyone. Suddenly Taranee flew in from the light flash and landed a solid punch on Tri-Klops's centre eye and with a blast of fire blasted him into a large tree root. Merman had grabbed his sword and was about to strike the Fire Guardian down Man-E-Faces delivered a nasty uppercut with his Monster strength. He switched back to his normal face.

"Thats no way to treat a lady!" Man-E-Faces said smiling.

Elsewhere the battle was most fierce as Roboto fired his blasters towards Beast Man who was flying a griffin avoiding the blasts before he leaped down and struck the Robot Master with his whip creating a massive gash on his chest. While Man At Arms was fighting against Whiplash, dodging the devastating force of the Caligar's whip like tail. before he formed his arm cannon and fired back. Whiplashed swung his tail deflecting the blasts and punched the Master of Technology back.

He was about to strike again when all of a sudden Prince Adam leaped in rolled under the Caligar, and used his sword to trip him up by his legs knocking him on his back. Suddenly Clawful charged in and was ready to strike him until Teela came flying in and blocked his large claws pushed him back and performed a spin kick kicking the Karikoni to the ground.

"Never learned to mind your surroundings?" Teela said teasing Adam.

However her victory was short lived as Whiplash was getting back up and was ready to take her by surprise. Adam quickly leaped over her and delivered a sword strike on the Caligar's chest then jumped up again.

"Will now!" Adam called and as if on cue Will swooped in grabbed his hand swung him round and tossed him at Whiplash and hit his face feet first catapulting him into Clawful sending them rolling away.

"No more than you it seems huh Teela?" Adam smirked and for the first time Teela was surprised did the so called cowardly warrior actually fight back?

"Uh guys hate to interrupt but here comes more trouble!" Will warned pointing behind them seeing Trap Jaw charging in only to be intercepted by a Sky Sled crashing into him piloted by Caleb who leaped from the vehicle and drew his sword.

Trap Jaw chucked the Sky Sled and crushed it in his pincer claw, tossing it away and formed his energy cannon firing towards the rebel leader. Caleb skilfully dodged the energy blasts and then deflected a second with a slash of his sword and charged at the Evil Warrior. Trap Jaw transformed his cannon into a blade and clashed against the rebel leader as the two stared each other down.

"You got guts kid I'm gonna enjoy tearing them out of ya!" Trap Jaw smirked.

"Please I've faced the worst Meridian could throw at me even an overgrown lizard this is a normal day for me!" Caleb said as he pushed his attack kicking the Evil Warrior in his metal jaw.

"Thats one crazy kid." Teela said impressed.

"Well when you fight a rebellion in Meridian he's gotta be bold." Adam said.

Suddenly the two were blasted away by an energy blast. The two got up and saw it was Evil Lyn with her staff surging with energy. The dark sorceresss smirked at the two with glowing purple eyes. She fired an energy blast from her staff. Teela and Adam quickly dodged out of the way just escaping the blast.

Man At Arms quickly leaped in and formed a large shield from his gauntlet blocking Evil Lyns next energy blast.

"Teela go help Roboto!" Man At Arms told his daughter who nodded in agreement and went to help her fellow Master of the Universe and then Man At Arms looked to Adam.

"I think it's time a certain friend of ours returned." Man at Arms suggested.

"And I would but unfortunately there isn't a chance to change!" Adam said when Beast Man and his griffin charged towards the two but was suddenly hit by a large blast of water knocking the beast out of the air and sent the Berserker crashing down. He looked up and saw the Water Guardian flying above him.

"Hey fur ball long time no see, I guess your not hanging out with your shadow cousins lately?" Irma cracked.

Beast Man could only smirk and cackle in satisfaction. "Oh ho good I was hoping for a rematch!" He cracked his whip and lashed it at her only for her to barrel roll out of the way and fired a blast of water towards her opponent. "Water!" She exclaimed as the blast was deflected by Beast Man spinning his whip like a shield. Then out of nowhere the whip was wrapped around the guardians right leg and with one pull it slammed her to the ground then he began pulling her towards him.

"Ah ah big boy no touchy!" Irma blasted water at Beast Man but he didn't release his grip on the Water Guardian as he pulled on his lash. Fortunately for Irma help was at hand as Stratos swopped in and gave a powerful uppercut to the Berserker beast's jaw sending him flying only to be met by Buzz-Off's axe which struck him straight into the face and sent him flying into a griffin that had Teela and Roboto pinned down. Roboto was then attacked by Clawful as he blocked the attack of his claws before blasting him back with his energy cannons.

Irma was sitting up on the ground as Startos offered her a hand which she accepted. "Whew nice one fly boys." Irma said impressed.

"Your welcome." Stratos said humbly.

"You know if you or the guardians need some flying tips we'd be happy to teach you a few things." Buzz Off offered.

"Was that a compliment?" Irma asked not knowing the difference between a compliment or an insult from the Masters.

"Yes it is rare for Buzz Off to give them." Stratos chuckled.

Roboto opened fired upon Clawful however the Karikoni's thick armoured skin deflected the energy blasts coming from the robot Master. Clawful grabbed Roboto's left arm and it was crushed by his powerful claw snapping it clean off. Before it could attack again Teela blocked his attack with her staff before blasting him away with the tip of her staff.

"Roboto are you alright?" Teela asked as Roboto looked at his damaged body.

"The damage is minimal, my systems are still operating at full capacity." Roboto relayed.

"Not for long you aint!" Clawful got up and charged towards them. However at that moment Hay Lin dropped in, and unleashed a massive blast of air at Clawful but he blocked the blast despite him being pushed back. Hay Lin foccused her full force on the Evil Warriors. However he was pushing back.

"Mind if I lend you my assistance!" She looked to see Sy-Klone floating in and unleashed his own air blast combining it with Hay Lins sending Clawful hurdling backwards. Sy-Klone pushed back summoning an orb of air and he pressed it together and swung it at his enemy however he missed Clawful.

"Heh you missed!" Clawful smirked.

"You lack patience, and you forget to mind your surroundings." Sy-Klone said and then suddenly the air disk sliced through a tree which collapsed and landed right on top of the Karikoni trapping him under it.

"Whoa, that was so cool!" Hay Lin beamed in amazement.

"Your method is well executed Air Guardian, however the wind is a free force but when focused with enough precision it can be used most effectively." Sy-Klone said to her. "Focus and precision carves the sharpest of paths."

"Huh?" Hay Lin said a little confused.

"Thats Sy-Klone for you need to be more creative with your abilities." Teela translated. "And of course be flexible."

"Wow Adam did say you were wise and I can see why." Hay Lin said. In saying that she saw Adam, Man At Arms and Will avoiding energy blasts from Evil Lyn.

Will revealed the Heart and used it to create a flash of light blinding Evil Lyn just enough for Man At Arms to fired a large blast from his cannon knocking the dark witch back. Hay Lin had an idea when she saw the stones, roots and trees near where she was standing.

Hay Lin formed an orb of air in her hands and with Sy-Klones words and the words she remembered from Adam/He-Man she focused her power, and flattened the orb into a disk of air then with one toss it flew right into the boulders. Though it seemed like nothing happened, however suddenly the boulders cracked and suddenly they crumbled to pieces.

Evil-Lyn looked up and saw the collapsing tree and boulders, were tumbling down on her. Quickly she used her staff to form a protective shield but she was quickly buried under the rubble.

"Yeah!" Hay Lin beamed happily.

"Nice work Hay Lin!" Adam called.

"Great job!" Will agreed.

"Indeed." Sy-Klone said impressed and he wasn't alone Teela had to admit she began to see what Adam saw in these Guardians.

Tri-Klops and Whiplash charged towards Moss Man who suddenly vanished in a puff of leaves before their eyes as a gust of wind surrounded the two villains. Moss Man then reappeared and with a stretch of his hand giant roots rose from the ground and charged at them. Tri-Klops commanded his Doom Seekers to attack the Master of Nature, the small drones fired powerful energy beams at the roots completely destroying them and Moss Man quickly dove into the ground like a mole and then erupted from the ground below the two villains.

Tri Klops was about to attack when he was intercepted by Mekaneck swinging striking Tri-Klops's head with his mace. Tri-Klops drew his sword and slashed it at his enemy. As their weapons clashed Whiplash swung his deadly tail at MossMan striking him in the chest sending him crashing to the ground.

Whiplash was ready to strike a blow with his tail, just then he felt a sudden tug he turned back and saw his tail was caught in a vine. "Huh?" He gasped. Mossman smiled for flying above them was Cornelia, who with a wave of her hand summoned more vines restraining the Caligar by his arms and legs. Mekaneck swung his mace only to be blocked by Tri-Klop's sword, and quickly switched to his laser eye and blasted Meckaneck. However he was quick to extend his neck and narrowly dodge the blast.

He then saw MossMan who gave him a hinting wink as he extended his own vines below the ground. Mek got the idea and as he retracted his neck he dodged another blast from Tri-Klops and then delivered an uppercut with his mace sending his opponent high into the air and within minutes wild vines spread to restrain him.

"Hey Cornelia, care to help me spruce the place up?" Mossman asked.

"You got it." Cornelia smiled and so together the two of them used their powers over Earth to grow more and more roots over the two evil warriors. Then with a snap of his fingers Mossman spread seeds over the vines and leaves began growing on the vines and so a new tree was made at the expense of the two villains who were coughing up leaves.

"Hmm not bad, but it could use a little something." Cornelia admired his work then with a snap of her fingers red flowers began to grow on the tree creating a beautiful sight.

"A very nice touch, you got talent kid." Mossman admired.

"Yeah I know." Cornelia said with a shallow laugh and a wave of her golden hair.

However their victory was interrupted when they heard the sound of clashing metal. Caleb's sword clashed against Trap Jaw's bladed arm. The rebel leader leaped over him and tried to deliver a strike to his real arm however the mechanical villain caught the blade in his pincer then using his namesake he chomped the blade in half shattering it like glass. Caleb hit the ground and saw the damage done he was completely stunned.

"Heh surprised, I'm not called Trap Jaw for nothing!" Trap Jaw cackled.

"Really I thought it was because you talk too much?" Caleb cracked but this really pissed the Evil Warrior off and with that formed his cannon arm and blasted Caleb right into the opposite boulder.

"Caleb!" Cornelia cried in horror. Will and Adam saw what had happened and they had to act fast.

"Girls time for a power combo!" Will exclaimed.

"Remember just like we practiced on Earth!" Adam agreed.

"Taranee your up first!" Will exclaimed.

Taranee stepped up to the plate unleashing a plume of fire upon the metal jawed villain. The latter shielded himself with his mechanical appendage but it still glowed fiercely hot.

"Irma your next!" Will then ordered.

"When metal is boiling hot immediately apply cold water!" Irma said and fired a water blast on Trap Jaw who kept blocking the attacks however this wasn't an attack. Taranee began to see the combination of elements, and what they were doing.

"Cornelia, Hay Lin now!" Hay Lin and Cornelia unleashed a flurry of sand and wind blasting it upon the villain however Teela was still confused.

"I don't get it what good does this do?" Teela asked.

"Wait for it." Adam said.

The breeze and sand assault stopped but it only left Trap Jaw cackling however as he was about to attack. Something was happening a strange brown substance began growing on his arm. "H…hey what's going on!"

"Pop quiz, science 101, what happens to metal when in the presence of water and oxygen with a little humidity?" Taranee then asked. "Answer…"

Man at Arms soon realised it. "Rust!"

The rust grew on Trap Jaw's arm more and more he tried to fire his cannon only for it to fall to pieces. "And it doesn't help when one is made mostly of metal eh Trap Jaw?" Adam smirked.

All of a sudden the boulders that buried Evil Lyn were catapulted away by an energy blast in purple the shockwave catapulted everyone away and with one magic blast Tri-Klops and Whiplash were free from the tree. The Guardians and Masters looked at their foe.

"Nice try but it's time to see what you so called Guardians are really capable of!" With a wave of her staff Evil Lyn catapulted the Masters and Caleb away save the Guardians and then seconds later a large energy wall trapped them with the witch.

"No!" Adam exclaimed, and he ran to the shield and tried to slice it down with his shield while Man at Arms and Teela blasted it.

"Gah its no good its impenetrable!" Teela growled.

"Will are you guys alright?" Adam called.

"Yeah we're okay!" Will called back.

"Uh girls." Irma notioned as they looked towards the evil sorceress with her energised staff. The girls stood ready in a battle stance.

Evil Lyn twirled her staff and fired it upon the girls. "Go high!" Will exclaimed and the girls took to the air as Evil Lyn unleashed energy blasts from her staff which the girls did their best to avoid.

"They won't be able to hold out for long we gotta help them!" Adam exclaimed to the Masters.

"Agreed, but something isn't right." Stratos said.

"What do you mean?" Caleb asked.

"This attack without reason, but more to the point has anyone noticed a certain someone is absent?" Stratos asked.

It dawned on everyone just what or rather who the Lord of Avion was referring to. "He's right, its not like Skeletor to not show up for a battle." Teela realised. "Unless…"

Suddenly a loud boom echoed through the air and shook the ground. "What was that!?" Buzz Off exclaimed.

"Mekaneck recognisance!" Man At Arms ordered and so Mek extended his neck to get a better view and what he saw left him in horror.

"Oh no!" Mekaneck breathed for he saw in the distance the Royal Palace was in flames. He retracted his neck and looked to everyone.

"The Palace is under attack!" Mekaneck exclaimed.

Adam, Teela and the other Masters looked in horror as did the Guardians as they heard what was said as they narrowly dodged another of Evil Lyns attacks.

"So this attack was a diversion to keep us away from the palace!" Taranee realised as she ducked to avoid another blast and retaliated with some fire blasts from her right fist which Evil Lyn deflected.

"Grandma! Blunk!" Hay Lin breathed in horror so much she was hit by one of Evil Lyns energy blasts.

Man At Arms growled in frustration it was all a diversion. "Grr he knew we would go to help Carnivus and leave the palace venerable!"

"We gotta get back there!" Ram Man exclaimed. However a laser blast on the ground caught their attention, and they saw the Evil Warriors had recovered and were ready for another round.

Realising there was no time to lose Adam knew what he had to do, he looked to Man at Arms who knew exactly what he was thinking and nodded in agreement. Without another thought Adam ran from the scene towards the sky sleds.

"Adam where are you going!" Teela exclaimed.

"I gotta get back to the palace and help my parents!" Adam said as he mounted the sky sled.

"Not without me your not!" Caleb said as he joined the prince on the sled. However Adam couldn't help but look at the girls and how they were facing Evil Lyn alone. Will turned and saw the look in his eyes he was uncertain.

"Go save your parents Adam we'll be okay!" Will called.

"Yeah we can handle this wannabe wicked witch!" Irma agreed.

"Make sure my Grandma's okay!" Hay Lin called.

"Go and hurry!" Cornelia agreed.

"Adam go!" Taranee exclaimed as she was hit by another energy blast.

He didn't like it but he knew what he had to do so with an assuring nod from Caleb he fired up the sky sled and the two took to the sky back to the palace.

"And here I thought he'd changed he's still running from a fight!" Teela growled.

"He leaves because he must Teela." Man At Arms reminded her.

"Yeah and wouldn't you do the same if your dad was in danger!" Cornelia exclaimed launching vines towards Evil Lyn. However as the orb on her staff glowed she blew on it releasing a plume of purple fire which burned the roots to cinders.

"Ah smells like pine wood!" Evil Lyn sneered as she pressed her attack on the Guardians.

The Royal Palace:

The Palace was in smoke, and walls had been completely blasted off it was like the first attack on Adam's birthday all over again. Said Prince and rebel leader soon arrived and landed in the courtyard seeing the devastation before them.

"No." Adam breathed.

"Adam!" Called a voice and they looked to see Orko,Blunk and Cringer near some rubble and saw Yan Lin was trapped under a huge stone. Cringer was trying his best to lift the stone but without his enhanced strength he couldn't lift it.

Without hesitation Adam and Caleb hurried to them and together lifted the stone off of the veteran Guardian as Orko helped support her to the bench.

"Miss Lin are you alright?" Adam asked.

"Eh yes past experience as a guardian helped a little, I'm just a bit winded." Yan Lin breathed trying to regain her bearings.

"What happened?" Caleb asked.

"Skeletor happened he came out of nowhere and tore up the place!" Cringer said very afraid.

"Bone faced scary guy showed up, and blasted things with magic stick he scarier than Cedirc on good day!" Blunk exclaimed.

"Where are my parents?" Adam asked very concerned.

"I…I don't know we were separated as the ceiling beam collapsed in the main hall." Yan Lin explained.

"So what do we do?" Orko asked very afraid.

"Orko go to the girls and help them, they're facing Evil Lyn and the Masters need back up!" Adam said.

"Right!" In a flash Orko disappeared without a trace.

"And I'm guessing we're dealing with old bone face." Caleb asked.

"Yeah, but Caleb you need to understand, Skeletor isn't like anything you've faced before he's the lord of all evil here on Eternia." Adam had every ounce of seriousness in his voice.

"Adam trust me I've faced my fair share of tyrants before." Caleb said.

"Maybe but Phobos is no Skeletor." Adam said and the rebel leader began to realise the seriousness of the situation he could see it in the princes eyes.

"So its time that he and everyone else on Eternia know…" Adam drew his sword of power from his back. "…that He-Man is back!" He swung it into the air and said.

"BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!"

The sword hilt clicked and twisted as Grayskull itself blasted with power hitting the tip of the sword and after one spectacular transformation Adam was fully transformed into He-Man.

"I…HAVE…THE POWER!" with one point of his sword Cringer was transformed into the mighty Battle Cat who let out a roar.

He-Man looked to Miss Lin. "Will you be okay here?" He asked her.

"Yes I'll be fine now go!" She told the champion and so he along with Battle Cat headed into the palace.

"Blunk stay with her!" Caleb exclaimed as he followed.

"Yes Blunk stay and help good plan yes!" Blunk agreed.

The two hurried into the ruined hallways of the Palace and looked around for any signs of life. Battle Cat sniffed the air to try and pick up at least a scent. Caleb saw a downed guard and his sword next to him, he looked and saw the guard was alive but injured. So he picked up his sword and it was then he saw an axe on the wall and pulled it from its mounting.

However just then Battle Cat picked up something as he rushed forwards. "He's got something!" He-Man realised and they followed the beast.

Hurrying down the hallways as fast as they could they found what Battle Cat had picked up, and then they heard it. "Help!" It was a voice but not just any voice it was a woman's voice. He-Man's pupils shrunk he knew who's voice it was.

"Mother!" He-Man breathed silently.

Caleb inspected the rubble and got a glimpse in a crack, he saw Queen Marlena she was trapped under a pile of rubble. "I see the Queen she's trapped under the rubble." Caleb exclaimed. "Your majesty can you hear me!"

Marlena heard the voice but was very weak. "Hello is anyone there!"

"Its Caleb and I've brought help!" He cried just then they heard an explosion and the sound of metal clanging. It was the sound of a battle.

"What's that noise?" Caleb asked.

"It sounds like a battle!" He-Man realised. "My father must be facing Skeletor!"

"Then save your mom, I'll go help the king!" Caleb said.

"No I'm not letting you face Skeletor alone!" He-Man denied he knew the rebel leader had no chance against him.

"I'll buy your dad some time but right now your mom needs you!" Caleb reminded.

"But…" "ADAM!" Caleb interrupted him. "Your moms not gonna survive without your help right now she needs He-Man. I'll help your dad and I'll try and hold out until you get there but if you don't help her soon she won't make it!"

He-Man didn't like the idea but the rebel leader was right, he didn't know how badly hurt the Queen his mother was. Though Skeletor was a grave threat he knew his father was a skilled warrior and could handle him and Caleb was a capable fighter as well.

"Your right go and take Battle Cat." He-Man told him. Caleb nodded as he mounted Battle Cat.

"Lets roll cat!" Caleb said and with a roar Battle Cat rode away as fast as he could to the battle. He-Man set to work using his strength to pull the rubble away to save his mom.

The Throne Room:

Randor was catapulted across the throne room floor. He picked up his sword as he faced his old foe. Keldor but is now known as Skeletor who stood over his enemy wielding two swords with sai like prongs on the hilt.

"Struggling until the end you always were the more honourable one Randor!" Skeletor glared with his eyes glowing in fury. "Your as weak as the weaklings you fight for even during the Great Unrest!"

"And you fought for nothing Keldor, and that is why you will never win!" Randor defied as he stood up wielding his sword again.

"Keldor is no more there is only SKELETOR!" Skeletor charged at the king slashing his swords and Randor was quick to block and parry each blow that came his way.

Randor however was a skilled warrior he dodged another sword slash from Skeletor and with a decisive move he leaped over his opponent and slashed him in the back with his sword causing him growl in pain. Before Randor could press his attack Skeletor blocked his sword with his own as their swords clashed and clanged in this all out duel between two equally skilled warriors. A battle that has lasted since the time of the Great Unrest.

The two pushed back against each other glaring down each others eyes if Skeletor had eyes which were glowing red. With one great effort Randor performed an under haw deflecting Skeletors twin swords out of his hands leaving him open. Using this opportunity Randor performed a flying roundhouse kick and sent Skeletor crashing to the ground.

The King of Eternos stood over his defeated opponent however just as Randor was about to strike him down. Skeletor swept round and fired a powerful energy blast from his palm hitting the King dead in the chest and sent him crashing into a pillar and hit the ground. The villain cackled as he drew his Havoc staff which surged with evil energy.

"Hehehehahahah poor predictable Randor, I shall not miss you! Brother!" He pinned down his old rivals arm with his foot and aimed his Havoc staff at Randors head. He was ready to finish off his foe when suddenly a roar echoed through the throne room and leaping in was Battle Cat. Randor was shocked could it be. Instead of Eternia's champion Caleb leaped from the beast and kicked Skeletor away.

"Your majesty are you alright?" Caleb asked the downed king.

"Yes I am okay, thank you Caleb." Randor said but was still weak from the blast. "But where's…"

A loud yell suddenly got their attention, Skeletor had recovered from that strike and he looked seriously pissed. Caleb drew his new sword. "Caleb no he's too powerful for you to fight alone!" Randor implored.

"Good thing I'm not alone huh Battle Cat." Caleb said looking to the big cat who stood ready for a fight.

Skeletor found this pointless courage rather amusing. "Hehehaah witless boy, do you know who I am. I am Skeletor conquer of worlds and future ruler of Eternia! You will taste no victory!"

"You know Adam was right your even uglier in person!" Caleb smirked as he flashed his sword. Enraged Skeletor unleashed a flurry of energy blasts from his Havoc Staff towards Caleb, but the Rebel was quick to dodge the strikes as Battle Cat leaped out of the way.

"Whoa scarier too!" Caleb breathed but he wasn't giving up he charged at Skeletor as he fired his power towards the rebel leader. The clash between the two had begun.

The forest:

Back in the jungles of Eternia the Masters were holding their ground against the Evil warriors. Roboto and Man At Arms opened fire upon Trap-Jaw and Tri-Klops who took cover behind the boulders and fired back with their respective weapons. Though Trap-Jaws arm was rusted it still had fire power.

Moss Man unleashed a flurry of thorns towards Whiplash and Stinkor. Stinkor unleashed his sting blasts practically turning the thorns to ash while Whiplash swung his tail and slammed it into the ground sending a surge through the ground.

Mekaneck clashed his mace against Calwful but when he tried to strike him the Karikoni grabbed his staff in his claws and snapped it in half and he swatted the Master away. Mekaneck was now at the mercy of Clawful but then Stratos and Buzz Off swooped in and with their combined force they punched the villain away.

Meanwhile Ram Man was ramming at the energy shield over and over again while Teela and Sy-Klone hit the shield with their respective weapons and powers. But their efforts were in vain the shield was dealing with the punishment the Masters were throwing at it.

"Man this is one tough shield!" Ram Man exclaimed.

"We've got to push on the Guardians won't be able to hold out against Evil Lyn for long!" Teela said. "Keep pouring it on!" So the three Masters kept attacking the shield.

On the other side the Guardians were still battling Evil Lyn. The witch formed powerful energy spheres which unleashed a powerful blast of energy towards her enemies.

"Cornelia cover us!" Will exclaimed and Cornelia used her influence over Earth to erect a large boulder between them and Evil Lyn. The boulders blocked the energy blasts.

"Man this witch is crazy!" Irma exclaimed.

"Really your seeing this now!" Cornelia said sarcastically.

"We've gotta make a stand, its like Adam taught us we've gotta use our powers." Will said.

"So whats the play?" Taranee asked.

"Taranee cascade with Irma, Hay Lin, Cornelia keep her pinned down then we'll take her down together!" Will strategise. "Go!"

The girls blasted out of their hiding place and Evil Lyn sneered in anticipation. She twirled her staff firing blasts of her dark magic towards them. Irma and Taranee flew up high to avoid her attacks. The two then fired blasts of water and fire towards her while maintaining their momentum. Evil Lyn twirled her staff deflecting the blasts.

"A valiant effort but I want to see more!" Evil Lyn's eyes glowed purple and unleashed a powerful blast wave which caught the Fire and Water Guardians in tendrils of energy. However she didn't see this coming. Vines suddenly restrained The dark witches right arm that held her staff she she tried to free herself only for her other hand to be restrained as well.

She looked and saw Cornelia was the cause of this before she used her powers to restrain her legs in vines. "Hey you could use a breath of fresh air."

Out of nowhere Hay Lin charges in unleashing a Tornado of air at Evil Lyn forcing her to drop her staff and sent her flying in the air. Suddenly Will appeared and delivered a drop kick from the air sending the witch crashing to the ground with an almighty crash.

Evil Lyn struggled to get up but just as the Guardians prepared their powers for a joint attack she unleashed a massive shockwave sending the girls crashing into the shield taking the Masters by surprise.

"I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF TOYING WITH YOU FOOLS!" Evil Lyn was supercharged as she recovered her staff.

The girls groaned as they got back up. "I hope Adam and Caleb are doing better than we are!" Will said grimace.

Royal Palace:

He-Man was pulling away the boulders that were keeping him from his mother. Using every amount of his strength he lifted one massive boulder and tossed it away.

"Hang on your majesty I'm going to get you out!" He-Man called but he got no response he only heard a faint groan.

With no time to lose He-Man punched a boulder that was in front of him with his bare hands landing punch after punch blasting through the rubble like a wreaking ball on overdrive. One last obstacle stood in his way, it was a downed pillar and it stood between He-Man and his mother.

He grabbed the pillar by its end and using every ounce of strength he had he began lifting the pillar. Under the trapped rubble the queen began to hear the sound of crumbling rocks. Her eyes slowly fluttered and heard a faint voice. "Your majesty!"

She saw a blurred figure lifting the pillar away and was running towards her. He-Man hurried to his mother and saw she was pinned under a large slab of rock, he lifted it off of her and saw she wasn't hurt.

"Your majesty are you alright?" He asked her her eyes fluttered and from her perspective she couldn't make out who it was but for a moment she thought she saw.

"A…Adam." She breathed but when her full sight had returned she saw it wasn't her son but rather.

"Your majesty are you hurt?" He-Man asked.

"H..He-Man?!" She said surprised and soon remembered what had happened. "Y…yes I I'm alright." He-Man offered her his hand which she accepted as he helped her to her feet. "Just a little shaken."

"Well your safe now thats all that matters." He-Man said in some relief as it was Adam talking. Just then they heard a loud explosion this meant Caleb needed help.

"Go help my husband." Marlena said to him. "And He-Man….Its good to have you back."

"Will you be okay here?" He-Man asked looking in some concern and Marlena could see he was genuinely concerned for her well being she could see it in his eyes, but she also saw something else something familiar but it couldn't be could it?

"I..I will be fine here, go." She told him. The champion nodded and headed towards the battle in the Throne room Marlena was alone with some kind of concern for the champion but she still couldn't shake this feeling but why?

Throne Room:

Caleb's sword was flung from his hand, and gasped as he quickly rolled out of the way of an incoming blast from Skeletor's staff. The villain charged at the rebel leader and slashed his staff only to be blocked by the axe Caleb picked up and slashed upwards knocking him back.

Battle Cat roared and lunged at him only to be tackled to the ground by an unknown force. He looked and saw it was a purple coloured Panther with a greyish green saddle on its back it was Skeletors pet Panthor. The two cats growled and sneered at each other as they clashed like the wild animals they were slashing and hitting each other with their claws.

"You do have skills boy, but it will take more than that to match my power!" Skeletor said to his opponent as they circled each other. "Yet you do not seem of Eternia, your garb and manner says it all."

"At least I actually have a face to look at." Caleb smirked.

"Take a good look, it will be the last thing you ever see!" Skeletor cackled as he fired a massive blast from his havoc staff, but Caleb was quick to deflect the blast with his axe then tossed it like a frisbee at the skull faced villain however he simply grabbed the axe in his free hand and then in seconds it melted into molten metal.

Caleb was completely taken aback, just how was he able to do that. Looks like Adam was right Skeletor was no Phobos, this creature had a lifetime of conquests and suffering behind him.

"A valiant effort but rather pointless." Skeletor readied another blast from his Havoc staff but then *SLASH!* The blast from the staff had been deflected by a spinning object which bounced off the wall and returned to the hand of the one person he was waiting for.

"Ah He-Man at last!" Skeletor cackled loudly as he faced his arch foe the very person he hated more than Randor. The latter was completely taken aback, could it be true had the Champion of Grayskull and all of Eternia really returned. He couldn't believe his eyes.

"You've caused enough destruction for one day Skeletor!" He-Man pointed his sword at his enemy.

"I haven't even started!" Skeletor exclaimed as he unleashed a powerful energy blast from his staff but He-Man was quick to deflect the blast twirling his sword before he charged towards Skeletor and likewise he did the same. The two clashed in battle Skeletor swung his staff at the champion but He-Man parried the attack with his sword and leaped up to avoid another strike from his enemies staff. He landed a solid roundhouse kick to Skeletors face blasting him back but Skeletor fired blast after blast from his staff. He-Man sliced through them and with one slash of his sword he deflected one right back at Skeletor.

Caleb couldn't help but see how equally matched Skeletor and He-Man really were seeing the villain slashing at his foe as the staff and sword collided with each other. He-Man pushed Skeletor back as he slashed his Havoc staff at He-Man with a powerful blast seeing him crashing into a pillar. The champion quickly recovered and bounded at Skeletor who leaped up drew his two swords and spun in mid air slashing at He-Man who quickly parried each strike.

Caleb hurried to the king and helped him to his feet. "You okay your majesty?" Caleb asked.

"Yes I'm fine." Randor assured him.

Skeletor was ready to unleash another blast from his havoc staff but then suddenly Panthor crashed into him with such force knocking him to the ground. Battle Cat appeared at He-Man's side revealing he had sent the bone faced villains pet flying.

He-Man wasted no time hurrying to the king/his father. "Your majesty are you hurt?" He asked.

"A little battered but alive." Randor breathed before he turned to He-Man. "Thank you He-Man you return to us in our time of need."

"I'm sorry I couldn't be here sooner." He-Man said in full remorse.

"It doesn't matter your here now." Randor said and He-Man was glad to hear it however it was interrupted by the sound of a screeching from above. They looked and saw a demented griffin crash through the ceiling of the throne room.

"Is that a…a griffin!" Caleb exclaimed.

"Down!" He-Man yelled and everyone ducked out of the way as the griffin swooped down and grabbed Skeletor and Panthor in its claws as it flew away with Skeletor cackling like a mad man.

"HEHEHAHAHAHAH Savour your empty victory He-Man! for right about now Evil Lyn and my minions will have procured the very thing I want from your little friends who are just dying to see me!"

"Little friends?" Randor wondered.

As the villain flew away it left He-Man wondering what did he mean by that? Suddenly it hit him and Caleb like a speeding train, why the Evil Warriors attacked the jungle, and why attack the palace. It was all for one purpose. A diversion!

"Will!" He breathed and with no time to waste He-Man mounted Battle Cat before turning to Caleb. "Caleb stay with the king and tend to the wounded!" He called realising there was no time to argue Caleb nodded in agreement. "Battle Cat we ride and fast!"

Battle Cat roared as he leaped from the throne room window and jumped from tower to tower until he landed on the rural grounds of the jungle where he ran and ran as fast as he could. He-Man could only pray he'd get back to the battle in time.

The Jungle:

As the Masters continued to battle the Evil Warriors, Evil Lyn was beginning to close in on the Guardians. Taranee and Irma unleashed a flurry of fire and water while Cornelia, and Hay Lin fired a flurry of air and stone. Will summoned all the energy the heart had and unleashed a powerful blast. But this was all deflected by Evil Lyn who with one wave of her staff blasted the Guardians down to the ground.

They were venerable. Evil Lyn smirked as her staff surged with power and was ready to deliver the final blow and fired a powerful surge of dark magic towards the five Guardians however the blow never came. The girls were shocked for the blast was being held back by an invisible force much to Evil Lyns surprised face. Then suddenly the culprit revealed himself to be Orko he was using his magic to hold back the dark witches power.

"Orko!" Hay Lin beamed.

"Yeah way to go little guy!" Irma cheered on.

The Trollan held back the witches power as best as he could but Evil Lyn focused more and more of her power to over power him. "You…will not hurt my friends!" Orko grunted trying to hold her back Evil Lyn snarled as she focused even further.

All of a sudden an incoming blast from the air struck the small wizard making him fall to the ground. The girls were horrified. "NO!" Hay Lin screamed.

"Oh honestly Evil Lyn." They all looked and saw descending from the sky, was Skeletor himself on his Griffin. "Did you not say you could handle the likes of these whelps?"

Man At Arms blasted Trap Jaw back as he saw the arrival of the Evil Warriors master. "Skeletor!"

Skeletor descended from his griffin and stood with the dark witch. "Well it seems I must do everything myself." Skeletor smirked with his boned teeth.

The girls all looked in horror at who they saw before them. "Oh boy." Irma cringed.

"Is that…" Taranee said in disbelief.

"It must be the big man himself!" Cornelia realised based on Adam's descriptions.

"Its …its him.." Hay Lin said a little terrified.

"Skeletor." Will breathed. "Girls come on we've gotta fight back!" They all quickly got up and stood ready for anything.

Skeletor swung his Havoc staff around and around. "Take him down!" Will exclaimed and the girls unleashed all their elemental powers on him in one blast of water, earth, fire and air even the power of the Heart itself. However with just a wave Skeletor deflected their attack with one stroke.

The girls were completely taken aback. "What the!" Will breathed in horror.

"How the hell!" Irma exclaimed.

"Th..thats not possible!" Taranee exclaimed.

"Adam was right this guy doesn't mess around!" Cornelia realised.

"No joke!" Hay Lin breathed. Then suddenly Skeletor formed a massive energy hole behind him with his staff and from it large tentacles emerged and in seconds ensnared the Guardians in their grasp they yelped in horror.

"Oh no!" Teela gasped in horror seeing them restrained. "We need to bring this barrier down now!" Teela exclaimed.

"Roboto, Buzz Off concentrate your fire on that barrier now!" Man At Arms yelled and so they fired all their weapons on Evil Lyns barrier.

Not too far away He-Man riding Battle Cat were running through the jungle at top speed. He-Man had determination in his eyes he had to reach the girls before the Evil Warriors claim that which the Sorceress warned should never fall into enemy hands.

"Faster Battle Cat! Faster!" He-Man exclaimed and his friend gave it everything he got into his running speed leaping over a deep ravine.

Will, Cornelia, Hay Lin, Taranee and Irma were completely restrained at the mercy of the lord of Snake Mountain who looked at them unamused.

"Pathetic these are the so called Guardians of the Veil! I was expecting great warriors not puny pixies!" Skeletor said.

"Hey we beat your buddy Beast Man didn't we?" Irma struggled.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAH! You fought a simple foot soldier but you are nothing in the face of a true foe!" Skeletor exclaimed.

"What about your old pal Mazo he was as powerful as you and we took him down and we will stop you!" Will exclaimed to him.

"Hmm you ladies have fight in you I will give you that but ultimately your efforts are futile! I knew it was only a matter of time before you fools tried to venture to Eternia no doubt with He-Man's help and the guardian of Grayskull." Skeletor taunted each of them. "The power contained in that fortress will be mine! And your going to help me!"

"We'll never help the likes of you!" Will spat in his face.

"Oh I wasn't asking your permission, I just need that which gave you power. I want the Heart of Kandrakar!" Skeletor said with his eyes glowing in rage. He extended his hand to Will and it began to glow and suddenly the Heart materialised from Will's chest.

The Masters poured on all their power and weapons on the barrier but it was no use. The barrier was impenetrable. "Its no use we can't get through!" Stratos exclaimed.

"We've got to keep trying we can't let the Heart of Kandrakar fall into Skeletor's hands!" Man At Arms exclaimed.

"Forget it you've lost this fight!" Trap Jaw taunted as the Evil Warriors closed in on the Masters but just as they were about to attack. A thundering loud roar was heard and leaping in from a clearing was He-Man and Battle Cat.

"Don't count us out just yet Trap Jaw!" He-Man exclaimed drawing his sword.

The Masters particularly Teela couldn't believe what they were seeing it was him. "HE-MAN!" Teela exclaimed.

"Hes back!" Stratos breathed in disbelief.

"Oh boy you guys are in trouble now!" Man-E-Faces smirked.

The helpless Guardians looked and saw their friend had arrived on the scene. "He-Man!" Hay Lin cried.

He-Man saw Skeletor was trying to take the Heart he needed to act now. "This outta even the odds!" He leapt from his loyal friend and with one strike to the ground it sent out a shockwave sending the other Evil Warriors flying into the sky in a flash of light.

Will and the girls struggled to break free from the tendrils and could see themselves starting to revert back to their human forms flashing back and fourth the further the Heart got from Will.

"Will fight it fight back!" Irma called to her but despite Wills best efforts she couldn't fight the strain.

"GRRR NO!" Will exclaimed and the Heart was close to Skeletors grasp.

"Finally!" Skeletor smirked.

He-Man yelled in fury as he charged to the barrier at full speed. "NEVER!" He yelled and suddenly his sword glowed in a golden light and with one slash he unleashed a powerful golden energy wave and with one strike the barrier was shattered blasting, Skeletor, The Guardians and Evil Lyn flying across the ground. The Heart was released from Skeletors grasp and it hit the ground a distance away from the fight. The Masters were blinded by the smoke. He-Man hurried through the smoke only to find Irma, Cornelia, Hay Lin and Taranee returned to their normal forms which meant only one thing. He knelt down to check on them and they were unharmed just unconscious. All of a sudden he heard an evil laughter and he saw Skeletor and Evil Lyn. Skeletor had Will in his arms completely helpless.

"Farewell He-Man my victory is nye and you delivered it to me!" Skeletor cackled. He-Man ran to attack him but Evil Lyn lifted her staff and they were gone in a flash of purple smoke as were the other Evil Warriors.

Just before He-Man could do anything else he heard groaning from behind him. The girls had regained consciousness and were trying to stand up. Orko had just regained his senses and saw the girls were back in their earth forms and attire. He floated over and helped Hay Lin to her feet. He-Man came over and helped the girls to their feet.

"Are you all okay?" He asked.

"Yeah ask me when my head stops ringing." Irma groaned.

"Ugh last time I got a migraine like this it was in last years school tests!" Cornelia groaned.

"Skeletor he..he got Will." Taranee breathed in horror.

"And the Heart!" Hay Lin breathed.

"I know but we will get them back!" He-Man told them however in that moment.

"What is this?" He heard Stratos voice, they saw the Masters were gathered in shock and surprise seeing the four Guardians not in their Guardian forms.

"They're…they're just kids?!" Ram Man said greatly surprised Teela looked in disbelief the so called Guardians of the Veil are not warriors but mere children? Why would the Sorceress have their prince train children in battle? He-Man and the girls could see their startled looks of confusion and shock.

"Oooookay this is awkward." Was all Hay Lin could say. For now it seemed they had a lot to explain.

Authors notes: DUNDUN DUN! Whew that has got to be the longest chapter I've ever written I'm making this a personal record! So the girls are now aquainted with the Masters. Now I'm sure you've noticed in past chapters I'm having Adam not act as the cowardly prince that he has been in the canon series because I think its good that Adam shows his fighting skills every once and a while plus no one could tell the difference between him and He-Man anyway other than that Grayskull wisdom. Plus the WITCH girls will bring out more confidence in him as you'll soon discover in later chapters.

But now they've got a lot of explaining to do and now Skeletor has Will and the Heart (or does he have the heart) What will happen next how will the Masters react and more to the point what will become of this revelation. So see you in part 2 where things are gonna get intense! Hopefully this notification issue will be fixed soon. Oh and you won't be seeing the moral until part three of this long chapter. I will try and update when I am able so...
