Tricky&Kitty: I have a TD that might work best with Morgana and a lot of our old gear that might work?
Hakunon: … What do you mean?
Tricky&Kitty: The twins link certain tarot cards to people, being Magician for Morgana, the TD helps in summoning stronger Personae? Personas? Of some arcana. If you can get something for Ryuji to… I can't imagine the arguments that will happen if one gets somethin cool first.
Hakunon: Hm Ok, that can work, I had a few ideas for both of them. What am I by the way?
Tricky&Kitty: That's good, and your the Seeker? I asked Chihaya and she never heard of it, she thinks its related to the Fool or Aeon or even Hermit… but its not something she uses. The twins call me a Fool, but I can't tell if thats them insulting me or not.
Hakunon: Probably both? But that's interesting…
Hakunon- Pirateboi
Hakunon: Can we go to Mementos today? I want to work on your Mystic Code, will need some input from you.
PirateBoi: Mystic Code? Sweeeeet! Ok, cya there!
Hakuno had found Akira on the roof as he had handed her a brick. Glancing at him he shrugged as he pulled out a few other small rings, belts, and random mirrors. The brick felt powerful…
But it was a Brick.
Akira shrugged. "They are old equipment… maybe you can find a use for them?" He handed her a list of what the items did… except there was a notable gap.
No information about the brick!?
Hakuno had stocked up on a few random odds and ends, she had a rough idea of what she wanted to do for the two outgoing members, but as they will be personal to them she should get some idea of an input from them.
Hakuno paused at what she saw, Makoto and Yusuke entered the Supermarket… the Artist looked elated holding numerous art supplies in his arms as Makoto carried around a bag of food…
Good for him.
A wash of azure flames covered her as she entered Mementos, she could faintly hear the chilling wind carrying two loud voices arguing. Perhaps… Perhaps they should have done theirs separately?
"What was that Cat!?"
"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU I AM NOT A CAT!"
For just a moment, Hakuno remembered the smell of intoxicating roses infused with soft lavender.
Hakuno sighed, a flash of blue as Avenger appeared beside the two causing them to fall over scaring them. "You two play nice."
They certainly fought like Caster and Saber. Though for completely different reasons.
Hakuno glanced at the pair, Justine nor Caroline were there which was mildly strange, but Hakuno knew they mostly looked after Akira for some reason. Luckily the faux station did have a few chairs and fake ticket booths.
"Not cool Magus not cool," Skull groaned, "Anyways, Magic Item?" Skull looked like he was a kid in a candy store, his eyes glimmered in a way that Hakuno's never noticed.
"Of course you would be scared Skull," Hakuno rolled her eyes, "And only worry about new weapons."
Hakuno spread out the accessories that Akira has given her… Along with the Brick, she knows the twins can do some strange things but still. It's a BRICK.
"Doesn't have to be a weapon…If you two have ideas I will listen, if not I have a suggestion for each of you…" Hakuno had a list of what she thought was possible, nothing outrageous as they mostly relied on the already cognitive-infused items that Akira had given her.
"For Skull, I was thinking of something to help his speed, and possibly help your leg. You should still be in the middle of rehab right?" Hakuno still wasn't too sure how injuries like his work, his leg was smashed to pieces from Kamoshida and healed but… She wasn't 100% confident she can heal such an old injury.
Her Magecraft worked really fast for injuries in the Metaverse but for some reason only slowly healed injuries in real life, she thinks the Magecraft had something to do with the body's natural healing process and only enhanced it…
Skull didn't speak for a moment, "Um… actually I never really started." Hakuno nodded, then it would be of great help, at least it should ease the pain he felt.
"And for Mona…" Hakuno had a few ideas, "I was thinking that because you are a car in Mementos and Joker and Queen liked to ram you into the Shadows you should have a weapon or some armor… Not too sure what exactly." Hakuno mulled it over, she did want to give Morgana a Portable Terminal collar-like thing, but… She just didn't know the technology well enough. More so if it would hook up to phone conversations…
Perhaps Futaba could help with that? Something for later… Perhaps during the Summer?
Mona looked in thought, "Give me some paper and I'll draw my idea." He looked at Skull when he spoke.
"Why don't you get your own!"
"I'm a cat." He waved his arms around like he didn't say he wasn't a cat all the time.
"Only one when it helps you…" He mumbled as he dug around in his pockets, Hakuno having already tossed him a pen and handed the list of what she guessed/knew the items that Akira had given them could do. Skull had pulled out a notebook before handing it to the cat as he began to draw.
"So… I was thinking of a leg brace? Something you can wear without raising any suspicion."
"That would work, can you make the design somethin like this? Something a bit rugged?" Hakuno nodded, his mask's motif was simple perhaps something like his scarf? She wasn't too sure how rugged worked but perhaps something like Li Shuwen's outfit?
She selected a few of the accessories; a Regen patch, Skanda Belt, and a bolt of cloth, she looked at the trio of items as she had a decent idea of what to do…
Watchin her work was weird, cloth should definitely not bend that way, or should it combine like some sort of liquid clay. And it changed colors startin at blue it quickly became black, red n yellow.
Even the Cat stopped drawin and stood up to take a look, watchin her work kind of felt like they are fightin? Like the energy that came off of her was the same? He didn't get it but, Futaba or Joker would.
She needs a code name… Goggles? Nah… Alien? Hmm… Decent idea, Pharaoh! Yeah sounds good, He'll suggest that.
Her Persona thing seemed to be good at info gatherin, leagues above Mona ever did…
But...
He supposed he had to hand it to the Cat, he did make a good car. Would've been cooler to be a sports car but, one of those couldn't fit the team nowadays.
A miniature explosion knocked him out of his thoughts as Magus went flying into the wall. "You ok dude?!" Magus had smoke coming off of her as she was coughing.
"Zorro!" The huge Persona came out as the Cat healed her. He helped her up off the ground as she dusted herself off.
"Just made a mistake…" She mumbled before getting right back at it? He knew that the girl was stubborn… But man, the look in her eye reminded him of Akira. Ryuji didn't have any idea how her 'magic' worked but explosions probably aren't a good sign?
But… Ryuji knew better, Hakuno was many things from as reckless as him to as smart as Makoto, but the number one thing that he knew was she was as stubborn as Ann.
"You sure you good?" Skull asked as Hakuno nodded, she let her od get too close to one of the other rings, apparently, Akira had given her a few that contain spells. Luckily the fire was weak and just singed the actual Mystic Code.
Reading the data of the 'Mystic' Code it seemed finished, the skull motif was barely there perhaps the singe would make it seem more 'rugged?' Hakuno at least thought it might be considered that…
Going once more over, it did seem like the agility section was slightly damaged, the speed didn't seem to work right but the accuracy seemed to be fully intact. The healing from the Regen Patch was perfectly fine, so it should fulfill its basic purpose.
The Red cloth sported a black skull on one side and an electric yellow design that tugged at a memory that Hakuno felt she couldn't remember… Hakuno shrugged, as she pulled out a ruby, the specific ruby attached to the Ember Ring that caused the mini-explosion. A flash of warmth covered the brace as the Mystic Code finalized.
Handing it to Ryuji she stretched focusing for so long as a human was different than an AI… Ryuji seemed… Bashful? "Thanks, Magus." Hakuno nodded as she yawned, "This means a lot…"
Her reserves were still decent and as long as she had a bit of rest she should be able to make whatever Morgana thought of… Hakuno glanced at the paper Morgana was drawing…
It was of him as a bus with a large triangular plow in front and two miniguns on either side of him…
Hakuno guessed it might be possible. Not too sure about the gun aspect, maybe Iwai has some miniguns they could make? But the plow was certainly possible. "Plow is fine… minigun maybe later?" Morgana slumped at that. "Now… turn into a van please."
Turns out? Her idea of making something that he could wear in metaverse form and then have it transform into the plow didn't work out so well… the scrap pile of metal lay in a corner of the terminal. Having something connect to their base thief outfit was easy enough as long as they were wearing it when they last transformed it sort of melded as the armor did.
But as Morgana actively transformed from Metaverse Outfit into a car, she needed a way that it would also appear in the right spot. Ryuji had to leave soon after the creation of his brace, his mom wanted him to pick up a few things before coming home.
The brick came in use though in a way she wasn't expecting, it seemed to have a focus on physical defense which was the perfect thing for them. And it was surprisingly malleable to her energy, perhaps treasure demons are more susceptible to it? She wasn't sure why exactly…
Maybe the twin's weird rituals? Something about a chainsaw? Perhaps they would let her watch them one day…
Refocusing on the plow, she managed to work the brick it was hollow but it should serve its purpose, the brick was weirdly sturdy and was enhanced by a few of the strange rocks Akira had handed her.
She ended up having Mona stick to his car form and when he turned back into his metaverse form with the plow attached, it made a weird full-face helmet appear. Hakuno paused at that development.
Morgana then began to run in circles.
Huh.
DONG Morgana ran headfirst into the turnstile.
Hakuno helped Morgana up as she removed the helm, "It'll take some getting used to, but it should work right if we add something for your eyes…"
"Thank's Magus…" Morgana mumbled something else… Hakuno couldn't make it out… But if Morgana had something on his mind he would tell them… Wouldn't he?

Futaba had texted her informing Hakuno that she will be busy… With Ryuji and Ann.
Makoto had drawn up a plan to get Futaba used to being with the group one without Hakuno to ensure she can be fine without her, and Futaba had bravely decided to take them up on the offer, tomorrow will be Makoto and Yusuke.
Apparently, the Artist has been busy being helped by the Student Council President in budgeting, which to be fair, Yusuke needs all the help he can. Something about him learning to buy things online?
Hakunon: You busy?
Tricky&Kitty: Uhhhh, I can make sometime later tonight whats up?
Hakunon: Hmm, not too sure.
Tricky&Kitty: I can make some time, meet ya head to Jinbocho?
Jinbocho was a good idea, the last time she was here was when Akira introduced her to the fortune teller, she didn't have much time to do any actual shopping.
In the past, she used to come here, her father used to take her and Futaba on trips when they were children. He had a habit of expanding on stories that he found, making up tales and stories.
Even insane things like King Arthur being a woman.
… Then again Nero was a woman…
"So…" Akira seemed awkward, admittedly Hakuno didn't really have a plan for the night, something small in the back of her mind urged her to talk to the Fool. Most of the stores were even closed due to how late it was.
The pair were walking down past the shops as they closed, She paused as her eyes hovered over a single old leather-bound book lying on a table in front of a tiny shop.
Deus Ex Machina, An Expression of Hope.
No author was listed, the book was old, the cover was in tatters the cover was mostly gone but… Hakuno could see the faint glimmer of her rose, faint vines peaking out from beneath.
"Nero… told me a story, an absolutely horrible play. She used that exact phrase." Hakuno could admit it, the play was way too convoluted. She slept through half of it. Probably more, as she doesn't remember really anything between the four-hour-long prologue and the very end.
Maybe in this alternate world, Nero managed to write down her play? If so…
"About… Deus Ex Machina? Something about god?"
"Apò Mēkhanês Theós, God from the Machine, it's when an unsolvable problem gets instantly solved by something outrageous, and… as much as Nero loved outrageousness she actually disliked how common they are used in theater."
Hakuno picked up the book, she could feel the age. Her heart was set even if it wasn't her story she will buy it, she went to the only person on staff, a slightly older man reading, hair so black it shined. His red and black outfit blended into the numerous books. "Hrm?" the most striking part about him was his dead black eyes.
Hakuno hasn't felt eyes this lifeless sense… She actually couldn't it was as if… if the man had lost all care for where he was. Even TWICE had flickers of hope in his eyes.
"We would like to buy this." Hakuno held out the book in front of her, the man looked her over without her speaking before sighing and rubbing the back of his neck.
Something flashed, the owner sighed, and the lights flickered back on. "That kid really owes me for watching over this shithole…still can't believe the kid snagged her." The man was mumbling, but not really hiding his complaints.
Hakuno let loose a breath she didn't know she held, even Akira looked slightly stressed, she quickly paid and left the building, leaving the strange man.
Author's Notes: Hakuno ready for rank-up ~. Although, I will say her Max will be a bit like a certain redhead… Not the same but something close but distant from it.
Wonder who the mysterious man is?...
I also know about the Stone of Scone, but… Hakuno was just handed a brick with no explanation. So of course she wouldn't know.
Wondering if i will need to put the fanfic to rated M or not with whats going to happen soon…
And also Momkoto is now in charge of a certain artists budget! He wont be starving! Well, I say that but I mean just won't fall over dead levels now.

Ability: Slow healing, old injuries take a longer time and only heal by increasing the natural healing of a person. Helps focus sight as well. Makes someone hungrier.
