Chapter 13
Last Meeting with the High Lords
Holly stood with Eris with all the High Lords except Rhys and Tamlin. Lucien was there for Tamlin and Holly was there for Holly had earned all their trusts.
"So let's hope the human can do all of it." Beron said.
"Does the High Lord Night plan to keep with your promises to us, Holly?" Kallias asked. Holly had to work with him after what happened with the kids. But he seemed to trust Holly more then Rhys.
"He said he will. And if you have any messages for me to him, you can communicate with me." Holly said. Kallias nodded. Tarquin, Helion, and Thesan nodded. "If you need anything let me know and I'll get it back to Rhys. Soon as everything goes right. I'm going back to the Night Court."
"Isn't Hybern your home?" Helion asked.
"No. Its never been my home." Holly said.
"Let's get back to the party before Amaratha gets suspicious." Thesan said. Lucien looked at Holly.
"Can I have a word?" Lucien asked. Holly nodded as the others left. Beron and Eris ignoring Lucien as they left. "I know you know of the deal with Feyre and Rhysand."
"I do." Holly said.
"Will you be spending the week she's with you? Or leave her?" Lucien asked.
"That's why I been spending time with her and becoming friends with her. I'll be with her the week she's at the Night Court." Holly said. Lucien seemed to relax.
"Thank you." Lucien said.
"Rhys is not as bad as you think. He's like a brother to me. He won't hurt Feyre, Lucien." Holly said as Lucien went to leave.
"I believe you. Tamlin still won't trust him, but it puts less stress on me knowing Feyre have a friend there." Lucien then left. Holly sighed and left. Tomorrow was the final task and maybe just maybe a chance for freedom and being back with Azriel. The shadows seemed to feel her stress and stroked down her skin.
"Tomorrow. We have to survive till tomorrow.
