Chapter 50 Confrontations

Both Sam and Dean continued to stand there with their mouths hanging open after Becky dropped them the biggest shock that neither still couldn't believe.

"Your sister!" they both cried out at the same time not caring if any of the bystanders hear them.

"Yeah, that's' right, Jenny here is my big sister who I haven't seen in years and thought I would never see again too bad that didn't happen" Becky replied in snarky tone.

"Yeah, well good to see you too little sis" Jen fired back with a smug look.

Sam was still trying to process all of this in.

"Your sister, I never even knew you had a sister" he told Becky.

"Well, I guess it just didn't come up for me to tell you all about my family history" she reminded him.

"Becky is your kid sister, I still can't believe it, I mean uh…..Becky, really?" Dean replied to Jen.

"Yeah, well she was adopted" Jen replied in sarcastic tone.

"That is a bull-faced lie" Becky cried out.

"Okay, I was adopted" Jen said again being sarcastic.

"That's BS too" Becky said annoyed.

"Okay, okay neither of us were adopted but sometimes I always wondered if I was" Jen said.

"Yeah, I always wondered that too, you never seemed to be the same race, meaning the human race" Becky replied being sarcastic herself.

"Wow, good one there Becs, you must be proud you come up with such a comeback, a real improvement for you" Jen said snarky.

Both Sam and Dean were beginning to tire of the back and forth between them.

"Okay, okay, enough of the cat fight, lower your claws girls, there is more important press than this little family reunion" Dean replied.

"Yeah, to get back with my first question, how did you end up living in this itty bitty town way out here, I mean never thought you leave Pike Creek let alone move out in town of Mayberry?" Jen asked.

"Well, there are a lot of things you don't know and for the record I was here living with Aunt Doris" Becky said.

"Aunt Doris, you mean she lives here too?" Jen asked curiously.

"She did live here; she passed some time ago and left me her house and money and even her car being the only available relative and all" Becky shot back at her to see her reaction which she didn't have.

"Woah, Aunt Doris is gone too, didn't know that nor would I think she would live in a place like this" Jen said.

"Like I said, there is a lot you don't know since you haven't been around for so long" Becky replied snarky.

"Hey, I know it's been a long time and I have to say you have changed some. You actually do look great, a real improvement I must say even if you still dress dorky and nice to see you not a fake blonde anymore Becs," Jen replied in a sarcastic tone.

"And you haven't change either, still dress like a criminal but that is to be expected considering and you're a red-head, this time, I mean the last time you had purple hair, and I think blue hair and striped hair before that, I'm surprise you remember your real hair color" Becky fired back at her.

Both Dean and Sam just rolled their eyes as they were totally over their friction by this time

"Alright now cool it now, we don't have time for the feuding sisters act, remember why we are here" Dean replied lowering his voice so the bikers wouldn't hear them.

Jen just sighed. "Yeah, Dean's right here, Becs, look there is so much that's going on that you wouldn't understand and trust me that it is dangerous for you to be here right now and speaking of, why are you exactly here and with Dean's brother?" Jen asked.

"You mean Jen is the hun…." but Sam shushed her real quick. "Ssssh…. Becky not so loud, not front of the crowd here" he told her lowering his voice also.

Becky looked around looking a bit embarrassed as she didn't want to blow anyone's cover, so she lowered her voice.

"You mean my big sister here is one of you guys?" she asked.

Dean nodded his head. "Yeah, she is and is here for the same reason as us" he told her.

"Hey, my little sis here already knows all about the situation?" Jen asked.

"Yeah, she does and she's more involved than you know'" Sam said.

"And she knows about what we are?" Jen asked again.

"I sure do, more than you think but I never thought you could be part of all of this of all things, you?" Becky said as she was still trying to process all of it.

"Well, there is a lot that you don't know about me too but how in the hell did you get mixed up and how do you know these guys?" Jen asked.

"That's a long story for another time but I can only say I've known about everything it for years now and I've met Sam and Dean here some years ago" Becky replied.

"I say still can't wrap my head around it Becs, you're the last person I picture mixed up in all of this" Jen said.

"The same can be said for you and don't call me Becs, you always know how much I hated that Jenny" Becky told her.

"Likewise, the name is Jen" Jen told her.

"Okay come on already, let's do the sister rivalry thing later right now we have a bigger problem here and they are right in this bar" Dean replied as he lightly glanced toward where the bikers were some of them still at the table no longer looking at them but in conversation with each other while the leader was still talking to the bartender.

"So, all of them are still here?" Sam asked. Dean nodded.

"Yeah, and so far, nothing has happened, except one of them seems to have a deep conversation with the bartender over there" he said as all of them looked towards the leader and the bartender who were still talking.

"It could be nothing but just them talking" Sam replied.

"Yeah, but we have seen them talking before and it seemed quite serious and considering the bikers are new here and don't know anybody, it does seem fishy" Dean said.

"You think the bartender may be involved or something?" Sam asked.

"I don't know but it does seem a bit fishy to me" Dean replied.

"Yeah, I've been noticing that too, but how the heck can could the bartender be involved if they don't know each other already?" Jen asked.

"Your guess is good as mine, so all the same we just hang low and keep tabs on all of them bikers and the bartender" Dean replied.

"Cool, we can stay and watch while your brother takes my sis here about to the motel and then come back and we can all keep watch" Jen said.

"Hey, I'm not going anywhere, and Sam said I could stay here too" Becky fired back.

"Hey Becs, I don't care how much you know, this is still beyond what you can handle, little sis" Jen replied.

"Hey, I said don't call me Becs, and I've already handled a lot more than you think" Becky said.

"Look, Becky's right I said she could stay with us" Sam said.

"Why did you bring you decide to bring her here?" Dean asked. "Let's just say something unexpected happened at her place which I will explain to you letter right now she stays, and we will all keep tabs on them, they won't do anything in public" Sam said.

"Okay, but if any of them leave or they all leave, me and Jen will follow them out. They will likely head back to the motel first, I don't they will go out hunting for prey on their bikes. Of course, we have to be discreet so we will take my car" Dean said.

"Hey, and leave my bike out here?" Jen replied.

"You can pick up your bike later or tomorrow, I doubt anybody is going to touch it" Dean said then he turned to Sam.

"And Sam, you stay here with Becky and if any bikers remain behind you can keep an eye on them" Dean said.

"Why do I get to remain behind while you go with her?" Sam asked.

"Because, I need you to stay here with Becky" Dean said.

"Hey, I don't need a babysitter" Becky replied bothered by the fact that she needs to be watched.

"Hey, look you didn't want to wait back at the motel alone so you can stay here with Sam to keep you safe if that makes it better, but there is no way Sam is bringing you along on this mission it is too dangerous" Dean told her.

Sam just nodded in agreement. "Dean is right" he said.

"Okay, I get it" Becky told them.

"You're better off being out of this as possible, so are we, don't need to watching over you while keeping tabs on those freaks" Jen said.

"Oh, how nice for you to worry" Becky said sarcastically.

"Hey, that was being kind" Jen said.

"What do we if some of the bikers remain behind wind up leaving too, it's not like they are going to be in this place all night?" Sam asked ignoring Becky and Jen's remarks.

"You can contact me to let us know and then you and Becky just head out and walk back motel, it's not far from here at all probably get here between ten and fifteen minutes" Dean told him.

"What if we run into some trouble, there isn't any guarantees and then there is that bartender?" Sam asked.

"You still have our gun of silver bullets, don't you?" Dean asked him.

"Yeah" Sam said.

"If there is any trouble at all then don't hesitate to use it" Dean replied.

"That I'll do" said Sam.

"For now, we just keep our tabs on those bikers, perhaps separately to ease the tension" replied Dean he glared at both Jen and Becky.

"That would be a good idea" Sam added.

"Good, me and Jen will remain here at the pool table, Sam why don't you and Becky sit down at one the tables, maybe get a beer" Dean suggested.

"That's good idea and take care Dean" Sam said.

"You too Sam" Dean replied back.

"Hey same here" Jen replied.

"Yeah, you too" Sam said.

"Come on Sam, let's go" Becky replied.

"Hey, is that all you have say at this time?" Jen replied.

"Oh, yeah I'm sorry, good luck to you Dean" Becky said then turned away as she grabbed Sam's arm as she gently pulled him away and Sam followed as she let go and they both headed for a table.

"Wow, I guess I shouldn't have expected any different" Jen said.

"Well, I have to say, you and your sister don't have the best welcoming" Dean said sarcastically.

"Now what gave you that I idea" Jen fired back also being sarcastic.

Sam and Becky fund a table further away and sat down.

"Hey, you good?" Sam asked her.

"Not exactly, I mean after everything else I'm dealing with, I have to deal with my big sister here, of all people, my sister, my day doesn't get any better than that and to top it off she's a ….hunter" Becky said whispering the word hunter to make sure nobody else around heard. "Seriously a freaking hunter, of the things she had to be why did it have to be that. Couldn't she have been something like a trucker, a member of a gang or a con artist, I don't care but a hunter" she continued still in a whispering tone.

Sam just sighed. "Look I get that you two don't get along" he told her.

"That is an understatement of the year" Becky fired back still angry.

"Hey, look I may be prying too much, and you can let me know if I am, but what is beef between you and your sister anyway?" Sam couldn't help but ask.

"Well, to make a long story short, we can't stand each other, we never could not when we were kids and not now and we never will" Becky answered anger still in her tone.

"I get that but you from what it looks like, I take you two haven't seen each other in a while now but maybe this could be your chance to overcome any problems you had in the past and probably have a relationship" Sam suggested.

"A sisterly relationship with Jenny or I mean Jen is never going to happen, I mean there is way too much baggage and I mean a lot talking extra, to being able to overcome anything with her. Just take it from me Sam, there is just too much you don't understand and wouldn't" Becky told him.

"Well, if you want to get if off your chest, I'm all ears" Sam said.

"You mean you actually want to listen to my problems?" Becky.

"Sure, I mean we are going anywhere anytime got plenty of time to spare right now" Sam said.

"What about the bikers, aren't we suppose to focus on keeping an eye on them?" Becky asked.

"We can do both, I'm good at listening and staying focused I be willing to listen after I get a beer, would you like something too?" he asked her.

"Only a drink a water" Becky replied.

"Fine" Sam said.

Soon he was up and went over to the counter and ordered a beer and a glass of water for Becky while he briefly glanced at the biker who had been talking to the bartender who was now silent and was glancing at him back. Sam just ignored it and took the drinks and after paying for it, he went back to the table with Becky. Then they were both taking a sip from their drinks and Becky began her story.

"You are so lucky Sam, you and Dean are so close, maybe a bit too close with the co-dependent thing" she told him while Sam just gave her a look. "Hey, a lot of the fans of the books say the same thing" she told him then went on.

"Anyway, I would say two are more than brothers, you're besties, you two could like each other even if you weren't related. Dean is like the perfect older brother that everybody wants, he really looks out for you no matter what and you look out for him, you two look for each other and always have the other's back. That's not the same for me and Jenny eh Jen. I mean we never had any of that, she was the big sister from hell in any meaning of the word. When I wasn't getting bullied by the kids at school, I was also getting bullied by my big sister and sometimes her rotten friends in ways you couldn't imagine.

I mean you could never imagine Dean forcing you to walk ten paces behind him to school so the other kids wouldn't see you two together or forbid you from even talking to him at school so nobody would know you two were related. Nor would you imagine your brother standing there doing nothing while the other mean kids are picking on and you pulling your hair throwing your books around, destroying your homework but instead leaves with his creepy friends.

Or then there is the time when I woke up with all most of my hair cut off because I wouldn't let her blame me for eating all the ice cream or when my cat when missing for over a week because I told our parents about her and her friends smoking cigarettes and wind up setting the rug on fire. Luckily, she found her way home but Jen said she would take her further away so she would be unable to find her away back if I snitched on her again.

Not to say about locking me in the garage for hours, claiming she forget I was in there when she left with her friends to hang most one night or letting her friends torment me whenever they came over like tying me up in a chair when they were bored and threatened to do something to my cat again if I snitched. And those were few of the many things she put me through" Becky said talking so fast anxiously while Sam just listened on in shock at some of the things he heard.

"What about your parents, what did they do?" he asked her.

"My folks didn't help much, I mean they weren't really good at the whole discipline thing, they were passive like me. I personally think they were afraid of her; she was quite hard to handle and then my dad died when I was twelve and it was just me, my mom and Jen. Mom had to start working later hours at the library to support us all and sometimes didn't get home until it was dark at night after we had our dinner and all and so I was stuck all day after school with my sister from hell and sometimes her lowlife friends.

I would sometimes hide upstairs in my room to avoid them or started sneaking out of the house until my mom got back. I mean it was hell living with her, when she finally left home after dropping out of Junior College, well really flunking out, I wasn't upset or was I going to miss her, in fact, I jumped for joy that she was gone, and I was finally free of her" Becky said.

"Wow" Sam said in an astoundment.

"Well, it's true and I know it's so different as night and day with your relationship with Dean, I mean I remember the books, when you left for college, Stanford as I recall, he actually missed you unlike me and Jen. In a way I envied you and Dean, you have this close sibling bond closer than I think anyone I've ever known who had siblings, it was like you two against the world. Maybe that's partly what drew me into the Supernatural books about your lives. Not just the hunting around the world adventures, but the close sibling thing. I mean I could even relate to you both in a way.

You lost your mom real young, and it was just you, Dean and your dad, and I lost my father as a kid and it for a while it was me, Jen and our mom, you were the younger brother who was sort of the book smarts of the two with the cooler older brother. I was the younger nerdy sister with the much cooler older sister no matter how much trouble Jen was, I admit she was way cooler, gutsier than I ever was and I was the just the geek. And in way I could relate to Dean, since Jen left home young just like you did, while I stayed behind and was loyal dutiful child kind of like he was" Becky finished.

Sam just took it all in while he occasionally glanced at the bikers' direction, but they didn't budge the whole time. He couldn't felt be a bit intrigue by Becky's story as he feels like he's really seeing Becky beyond the nerdy obsessed fangirl she once was but really viewing her as a vulnerable person with her own set of baggage just like the rest of them and he was really starting to feel empathy for her as she was right, he could never in his life imagine having such hostile relationship with Dean. Since their parents are gone Dean was all he had for the longest time and yet Becky like them doesn't have any parent anymore nor her aunt thanks to the Darkness and now she doesn't even have her big sister the way he has Dean.

"Hey, look when we get through all what it is happening right now, maybe this could bring you two a bit closer and both of you could finally just hash out your problems, hopefully at least" Sam said in a sympathetic tone.

Becky just smiled. "You know that sounds like a nice sentiment, but it is likely not going to happen. I just feel like it's too late for us, there is just so much baggage" she said.

"A lot of families have a lot of baggage; trust me I know a lot about family baggage but doesn't mean you can't get pass it or your just doomed to never have a relationship again if you both are willing" Sam told her.

"Yeah, I get it but it's not just what she put me through over the years, but also how it affected our mom. You know when she left, I may have been relieved, but mom wasn't and the worst part of it was Jen basically cut us out. She never contacted us, never visited once, not even on holidays and we had no way of contacting her. I know that it hurt her, and I tried to make amends being the loyal daughter who stayed with her, doted on her and when had that cancer in her brain, I stood by her until the end.

I couldn't even contact Jen to let her know that she was dying or when she passed and then she just showed up two months after she died and I was about to sell the house because we had been heavily in debt, all Jen cared about was getting half the money from the sale. She stuck around long enough to get her fair share and then took off again and that was the last time I saw her" Becky said with a sigh.

Sam paused for a moment before speaking again. "Again, I get it and take it from someone who knows, your sister probably felt she had to go her own way, find her own path on her own terms and maybe she figured your mom wouldn't approve" he told her.

"Sam, this isn't just a matter of leaving home to go off to college, she just took off galloping around god knows where and just cut us out her life, she made that choice not us, and only came back when she needed money and right after mom was dead" Becky told him in a frustrated tone.

"Well, I'm not defending her but I'm sure she had her reasons. If this is really bothering you maybe you should just ask why she did it, hear her side of the story. There could be more to it than you think. Maybe if you did it could help resolve some of the issues between you two if not all it. And you know even if it doesn't change a thing between the two of you, isn't it still better to try, or to at least know her side to it and then finally to let her know how you feel about all it" Sam explained.

Becky just smiled again. "You know, you have a way of seeing and optimistic side of things and getting through to people. I always admired that about you" she told him.

"Yeah, well I'm no shrink or anything just tell it like I see it" Sam said.

"I think if you didn't become a hunter, you definitely would make a good therapist" Becky said.

"I take that as a compliment" Sam told her jokingly.

"It was" Becky fired back.

Just then Sam realized he was so wrapped up in listening to Becky he almost forgot about the bikers and then he turned their way and saw that they were still now all five of them were sitting at tables drinking and joking around. He felt relief that they didn't leave without his notice but then again if they did Dean would have told him. He turned to look at Dean who was still at the pool table playing the game with Jen and they seem to be having some fun over there.

"Well, I gotta say, looks like your sister and Dean are enjoying themselves" he told her.

"Of course, one thing Jen is good at is knowing how to have a good time and getting people to like her, she was always the cool one, I admit that is some of the traits about her that I envy" Becky said.

"Wow, I think that is the first time I heard you say something good about your sister" Sam told her teasingly.

"Yeah, and if you tell her, I'll deny not, it will be your word against mine" Becky said being sarcastic right back.

Sam just smiled and have to admit he like this side of Becky when she is not being over the top and can just calm down and be chill. They both continued to sip their drinks as they just chatted like old friends in the bar as the time passed on as Sam was waiting for the moment that he and Dean would have to make their next move regarding the pact of werewolf bikers if they wanted to stop them once and for all.
