"Lucy's been kidnapped!?" The members of Fairy Tail exclaimed at Natsu's story.

"Wizard Hunters…?" Makarov grumbled. "I don't know who they are, but they've already made a very grave mistake…"

"We have to go help Lucy!" Cynthia exclaimed.

"Yeah…!" Wendy nodded after Cynthia spoke.

"Oooooh no…" Erza said to the two girls, shaking her head in disapproval. "You two aren't going anywhere or doing anything."

"But…!" Cynthia began to object.

"No buts." Erza said while cutting Cynthia off. "You two aren't in any condition to be fighting."

"We don't have to fight…!" Wendy protested. "We want to help Lucy-san!"

"You won't be helping her if you end up slowing everyone down." Laxus stated. "Do as you're told, and let the adults handle this."

"Hmph…" Cynthia huffed in response, sinking back down into a seat.

"I'll keep a close eye on them to make sure they don't try anything…" Carla said while eying the two dragon slayers.

"I'm sure they know better than to not do anything," Mirajane said with her usual sweet smile.

"I'll take a small team to find Lucy." Erza said to Markarov, who gave a simple nod in response. "Alright, here is who I'll take: Natsu, because you'll have to show us where this all happened."

"Aye…" Natsu nodded, rubbing his nose. It still wasn't working like it should've been, but he figured it would return soon enough.

"Levy, Gajeel, Gray, I'll need your assistance as well." Erza said to the four mages, while Juvia glared at Erza for not including herself with Gray.

"M-Me?" Levy blinked in surprise.

"We're going to need to find some way to pin point the kidnapper's location, right?" Erza asked. "We'll need your smarts, of course."

"O-Oh!" Levy then gave a large grin. "You can count on me, then!"

"Guess I'll be following along too," Pantherlily stated.

"Natsu, Happy, can you lead us to where they attacked you?" Erza asked.

"Yeah," Natsu nodded, gesturing for the small group to follow behind him and Happy as they left the guild.

"The Wizard Hunters…?" Mirajane mumbled to herself while cleaning the bar.

Natsu lead the small group over to the general area where Marx and Marta attacked. Though, he was still unable to smell anything due to Marx's gas. Happy noticed this and turned to Natsu, giving a concerned look. "Natsu, are you okay? You've been messing with your nose ever since the attack finished."

"It's not working…" Natsu grumbled.

"Your nose isn't working?" Levy asked while turning to Natsu.

"Ever since that little kid threw that gas my nose hasn't been working like it's supposed to be…" Natsu complained. "Gajeel, do you think you can sniff out Lucy's scent?"

"Like I know what she smells like…" Gajeel grunted before giving it a go anyway. He sniffed around for a few moments until he picked up a scent, but it wasn't one he wanted to. He gagged before covering his nose with his hand, coughing a few times.

"Gajeel, are you okay?!" Levy asked with concern.

"Ugh…" Gajeel shook his head, using his hand to fan away whatever the smell was. "Whatever the hell that was smells rank as fuck."

"You don't look so good," Gray pointed out.

"Don't worry about me," Gajeel replied before sniffing once again, only to find that his nose wasn't working either. "The hell…?"

"What's wrong?" Erza asked.

"My nose isn't working either…" Gajeel said with evident frustration.

"How is that possible…!?" Pantherlily asked.

"I don't know!"

"A gas that temporarily negates those with super human sense of smell…" Ace said while appearing out of nowhere.

"Ace!" Everyone exclaimed at the same time, pretty surprised by Ace's sudden appearance.

"Heyo." Ace gave a slight wave.

"What were you saying before?" Levy asked while pulling out a small notebook and pen.

"I said that is was a gas that temporarily nullifies super human sense of smell, for example those of Dragon Slayers." Ace said with a nod.

"So our sense of smell is gone now!?" Natsu flailed while asking.

"Not gone…" Ace said. "Just…isn't gonna work for a while. Whoever used this gas knew what they were doing…"

"The Wizard Hunters." Natsu said to Ace, causing the rouge Dealer member to raise a brow.

"The Wizard Hunters?" Ace repeated, blinking a few times rather cluelessly. "I can't say I've heard of them before…"

"Well for whatever reason, they decided to kidnap Lucy! We're trying to hunt them down, but without picking up her or their scent, we're stuck at a dead end…" Natsu said in an annoyed tone.

"Can you help us out, Ace?" Gray asked.

"Hm…" Ace clicked on his visor, looking around the area. After a few minutes, he gave a shrug and took off his visor. "No dice…My visor isn't picking up any kind of trail left behind."

"You mean we're really at a dead end….?" Levy gasped.

"Hm…." Ace tried again, this time looking for a different kind of trail. "Natsu, Happy, explain everything that happened here."

"Well…" Happy said, while looking around. "Natsu, Lucy and I were walking back to Lucy's place when she suddenly got caught by a rope!"

"A rope?" Erza tilted her head, looking at the structures of the buildings nearby. "There's no place to hang a successful rope trap in this part of town…"

"So it must've been a magical trap!" Levy exclaimed, writing this down, now taking over Ace's questioning herself. "What happened then?"

"Well…it snapped after about three seconds…probably because Lucy gained weight." Happy said with a slight snicker, before continuing with the rest of the story. He finished after a few moments, but it didn't seem to help that much with the investigation.

"They covered their tracks perfectly…" Erza said in annoyance.

"Should we regroup with what we know and head back to the guild?" Gray suggested.

"That seems to be all we can do. Thanks for your assistance, Ace," Erza said with a slight smile.

"Yeah, anytime. You're helping with Dealer so it's the least I could do." Ace nodded, and went back on his merry way.

"Marlene and Saeko have been gone for a while now…" Nami said in a worried tone.

"They just went out shopping, right?" Zalen asked.

"They should've been back by now, in that case…" Luke said while standing up. "I think I'll go look for them."

"Don't worry about it, I got it." Cygnus said while giving a nod, already walking to the front door.

"But…" Luke started, but Cygnus waved a dismissive hand.

"Last time you guys were coming home you got wrapped up in some battle! It's no fair if you guys get all the action!" Cygnus replied.

"It's not like we planned for that to happen…" Aira replied to Cygnus with a comical sweat drop.

"Let him go," Selene said. "I doubt anything'll happen to him."

"Well, it's worth a shot!" Cygnus stated with an odd grin before walking out the front doors.

"And here we go!" Marta happily exclaimed while throwing the captured Lucy onto the floor in front of Cain and Yukino. The impact with the floor caused Lucy to let out a small yelp of pain.

"Lucy?!" Yukino's eyes widened at the sight of her fellow celestial mage captured.

"Oh, excellent job, Marta," Cain said with a nod of approval and a voice full of praise.

"Ngh…" Lucy looked up through the magic sealing net at Cain and Yukino. "Yukino, you too? Who are you guys…? What do you want with us?"

"We got the same questions from the other three, too…" Cain said with a slight laugh. "I'll dumb it down for you, blondie. Basically, we're gonna sell you and your exclusive magic to our employers in the Pergrande Kingdom. The only thing that's keeping us in Fiore still is the fact it took us a while to get settled here, and we'd rather leave without a trace, yeah?"

"P-Pergrande!?" Lucy shouted in complete surprise. "What?! No way, there's no way you're doing that!"

"According to my calculations…" Marta said while tapping her scouter. "There is no chance of you being able to stop us, or any of the other captives, really."

"We're almost done cleaning up too, so try not to get too comfortable. We have a little less than a day before we're up and outta here." Cain nodded. "We don't want to keep our employer and leader in Pergrande waiting, now do we?"

"You know I personally wouldn't mind…" Lucy started.

"Yeah nice try," Marta cut Lucy off and lifted her up, carrying her off while using her free arm to drag Yukino off. "I'll bring them to their "rooms"".

"Perfect," Cain nodded as Marta took the two celestial wizards away.

"Cain," Aeon asked while walking in after Marta. "Weveal, Marta, Yumia, Yukia, Bass, Rajaron, and myself are all accounted for. Where is Marx? He knows he cannot stay out too long less we leave without him."

"Oh, don't worry about Marx," Cain replied, unable to hold the slightest of smirks back. "I had him handle a last second special job…it should make things around here more interesting. And for Marta's sake, it'll make her calculations in the future run smoothly…"

Meanwhile…

Marta tossed Lucy (out of the net she was in) and Yukino into a room closing the door after and leaving. Lucy landed on something rather soft, yet cold. "Ugh…" She groaned, rubbing her head. "At least the floors are soft…a little cold though."

"You're not laying on the floor you idiot…!" Diamond grumbled, causing Lucy to leap away to the opposite side of the room almost. Diamond's eyes widened when she realized who she was stuck with. "You…!"

"You're…!" Lucy started.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Diamond huffed, taking off her hostile attitude.

"I should be asking that to you!" Lucy replied.

"This is Diamond Ice of Dealer, right…?" Yukino blinked a few times, rather confused. "What is she doing in a place like this? Were you captured, too?"

"Oh, shut up," Diamond immediately replied to Yukino. She then looked over her shoulder, noticing Saeko and Marlene coming to. "Oh, you're waking up now…"

"What's going on…?" Marlene asked while looking around in a confused manner.

"We've all been captured by the Wizard Hunters," Diamond scoffed.

"They plan on taking us all to Pergrande, then?" Yukino inquired, though once Diamond heard this news, her eyes widened.

"Wait, what? That's what they told you? I was told I was here ask food for some Rajaron!" Diamond shouted. "No, no, this can't be happening! They can't find out about this or else I'm dead…I'm so dead…" Diamond began to pace around the room while entering a state of panic. "Why did I have to get stuck with you guys of all people!"

"Hm…" Saeko eyed Diamond while communicating with the stars at the same time. It all began to make sense to her now.

"They said we have less than a day…" Lucy grumbled. "I don't believe this…"

"Isn't there anything we can do to stop them?" Yukino asked.

"That Marta girl said we couldn't…" Lucy replied, slowly running out of ideas.

"Ugh, this is bad, this is realllly bad…." Diamond continued, choosing to ignore the elephants in the room. "Joker's gonna slaughter me…"

"…Wait, I have an idea!" Lucy beamed, a light bulb appearing over her head.

"What is this idea?" Marlene asked while making her way to Lucy.

"I'll need everyone's help on this…" Lucy stated first, turning to Diamond, who happened to hear the "everyone" part.

"What are you looking at me like that for?" Diamond asked while raising a brow rather high.

"We'll…need your help on this, Diamond…" Lucy struggled to say. She didn't really want to work with a member of Dealer, but given the circumstances, there were few options.

"W-what?!" Diamond shook her head multiple times. "Nu-uh, no way. I'm NOT working with you legal guild scum…"

"Well that's not a very nice word…" Marlene commented.

"I'm not a nice person!" Diamond nearly shouted at Marlene.

"The stars beg to differ on that…" Saeko said in a matter of factly voice.

"E-Eh…?" This caught Diamond's attention. She turned to Saeko, looking at the pinkette curiously. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"You're not as bad as you're trying to make yourself out to be…" Saeko replied. "You're actually a really nice person, and I'm starting to doubt if you really have a bad bone inside you…"

"S-Shut up!" Diamond objected Saeko's claims.

"Stubborn one, isn't she…?" Yukino whispered to Lucy.

"Too stubborn…" Lucy sighed. "Listen, Diamond. If we don't help each other out, it's going to be bad for all of us. Which is why we're going to call a truce…right?"

Diamond stared at Lucy for a few seconds before letting out a defeated sigh. "Fine, fine!" She huffed, crossing her arms after this. "I'm only doing this so I can save my own hide, just so you know."

"She still won't admit to it…" Saeko thought before shrugging the thought off. "So, Lucy-san, what's your plan?"

"Okay, okay…" Lucy huddled with the other females. "Here's what we're going to do…."
