Part 1:

It was a few days away from spring when buzzing all around landsol was news of an indoor water park and hot spring opening up. This news caught the attention of Carmina member Tsumugi, who was looking to take her crush and friend Rei.

"Rei! Rei! You have to check this out!" the pink haired girl said to her friend excitedly.

"Hello Tsumugi, what has you all excited this morning?" Rei said in a calm manner.

"They're going to be opening up an indoor water park and hot spring in landsol! It's grand opening is tomorrow, are you available to come?"

Rei took a look at the poster advertising the indoor park and hot spring. The place did look promising and nice, with tons of water slides to go down, alongside pictures of the hot springs that look just as nice as the outdoor ones.

"It does look pretty interesting…"

"So? Are you able to go tomorrow? With me?"

Rei went quiet for a moment to think, leaving Tsumugi standing there, still excited and hoping that she would say yes. Luckily for her, Rei did just that, leading her to hug Tsumugi tightly.

"Alright, alright. Calm down Tsumugi. I want this to be a relaxing day for me. Me, Hiyori, and Yui have been running around doing all sorts of odd missions and jobs as of lately, so it would be nice to take a day off and have fun."

"And we will, I promise! I just would like to spend the day with you since it's been a long time since we've done anything together."

"My apologies, like I said, me and my guild have been very busy as of lately."

Alongside Rei and Tsumugi, Yuuki had also caught wind of the indoor water park and hot spring. He had brought the place up to his fellow guild members, but they sadly were already busy helping Pecorine out with the spring festival.

"Feel free to go without us my lord." Kokkoro said. "You've done more than enough around here to earn a day off."

Finally, there was one other person who was interested in this place, that being Misora.

"An indoor water park and hot spring huh? I wonder if I'll meet him there…only one way to find out…" she said with a giggle.

Part 2:

Yuuki looked around in amazement as he entered the indoor water park. The place was huge, with a ceiling that emulated the sky outside. Before Yuuki were water slides, lazy rivers, and beaches with both sand and waves.

"Man…this place is amazing," he said to himself. After getting dressed in his swim trunks, Yuuki took a look around to see what there was to do. As he did, he noticed both Tsumugi and Rei standing in line for a water slide. At first, Yuuki was about to go over and say hi to them, before he stopped himself.

Aside from the well known crush that Tsumugi had on Rei, Yuuki wasn't so sure about approaching any girls freely after Valentine's day, where he went on dates with three girls who had a crush on him.

Aside from not wanting to hurt Pecorine, Kayrl, and Yui's feelings, Yuuki didn't want to have yet another sit down chat with Kokkoro and Shefi about his outings with other girls. Before Rei or Tsumugi could spot him, he quickly turned around and went somewhere else.

Little did he know that Tsumugi did spot him however.

"It's Yuuki. He must have come to the waterpark too." she thought to herself. "Oh no…is he going to come up and say hi to us? If he does, Rei will most likely want him to join us. Oh…he seems to be turning around and going elsewhere. Maybe he didn't see us. Or if he did, he doesn't want to interrupt our date."

"Well, if that's the case, thank you Yuuki. I don't mean to be mean, but I really want to spend time with Rei alone."

"Hey, Tsumugi? Tsumugi!"

"Ah! Yes Rei?"

"The lines moving, come on."

"My bad Rei…I was just getting caught up in the scenery of this place." Tsumugi said getting herself together after being deep in thought.

"Yeah…it really is amazing. I'll have to ask Yuuki, Yui, and Hiyori to come here next time."

"And I'll have to ask Nozomi and Chika to come here next time."

As the two discussed how each other's guilds were doing, Yuuki took a seat in one of the beach chairs in the beach section. He laid back in the chair and looked up at the artificial sky, watching the clouds move above him.

"This place is big enough…I can manage to walk around without running into them…right?" Yuuki said to himself.

"Yep…but too bad it's not big enough for me to not run into you… ~"

Yuuki felt his heart drop to his stomach as standing over him was Misora, with a big grin on her face.

"I found you…"

Part 3:

Yuuki wasn't entirely happy to see Misora here, but wasn't surprised. It had been a while since he'd seen the trouble-some girl around, and he was wondering what trouble she was getting herself into these days.

Sadly, the answer came in her coming to the new indoor pool and hot spring to do who knows what.

"You looked troubled . Is me being here that troubling for you?"

"Yes." Yuuki simply said.

"Ouch…though I suppose I can understand why you feel that way. I have been a bad little girl lately haven't I?" Misora said, sticking her tongue out and making a cute pose.

"Misora, what are you planning to do?"

"I'm planning to have fun with you." she said, pointing at Yuuki.

"Me?"

"Yes you silly!"

Misora sat on Yuuki's beach chair, getting very close to him.

"I've seen how popular you are with the girls, and I honestly just don't understand it. Yeah, it's great that you help them out and are kind to them, but you can barely hold things down on your own. You always need those poor girls' help when it comes to fighting monsters."

"Doesn't it make you depressed?" Misora asked, petting Yuuki's head.

"I know I'm making a mistake admitting this to you, but yes." Yuuki said with a sigh.

"Aww… ." Misora said, continuing to pet Yuuki's head before he brushed her hand away.

"Seriously Misora, what are you up to? I don't want anyone getting hurt or worse because of you today…"

"And they won't, not as long as I'm with you." Misora said with a smile on her face. "Like I said, I just want to spend the day with you …see what it is about you that makes all the girls swarm to you…"

Yuuki didn't know how to respond to that, nor did he have the time as Misora quickly grabbed his hand and walked with him towards a water slide.

The waterslide in question had riders get on a tube, before being carried down a slide with twists and turns. Usually, Yuuki would be down for something like this, but this time around he was nervous. Nervous mostly because he had someone who was known for being unpredictable and dangerous with him.

Misora on the other hand was excited, giggling all the way up the stairs with a yellow tube in her hand.

"Well , here we are, at the top of the slide. Are you excited?"

"Yeah…" Yuuki said in a voice that sounded like the opposite of said emotion.

"I hope you'll hold onto me tightly, I don't want to fall off the slide and get hurt."

Yuuki just nodded his head, knowing he was at the mercy of Misora. On the tubes, Yuuki sat in front of Misora, who was sitting very close behind him. So close in fact that Yuuki could feel her breath on his neck.

"I hope you don't mind me sitting close to you …" she whispered into his ear, followed by her wrapping her hands around his waist. The lifeguard manning the waterslide pushed the two's tubes into the water current, and away they went.

Yuuki clinched his teeth while Misora let out excited screams and giggles. After a couple of twists and turns, the two's tube came to a stop at the exit of the ride.

"Wasn't that fun ?" Misora asked as the two got out of their tubes.

"Yeah…that wasn't so bad."

"You sound a little shaken up ? Was that ride too intense for you?"

"I've gone on wilder rides…"

Just then, Yuuki spotted Tsumugi, waiting at a table. Not wanting to ruin her time with Rei aside, Yuuki knew that Misora would go off if Tsumugi or Rei had seen and confronted her. Looking around quickly, Yuuki spotted a sign for the lazy river in the opposite direction.

"Say Misora, why don't we go on the lazy river?"

"Sure. I suppose you could use a little slow relaxing ride to calm you down."

Quickly, Yuuki grabbed Misora's hand and quickly walked her towards the lazy river.

"My, my, how aggressive ~" Misora said with a smile.

Luckily for Yuuki, a crowd was forming, which was enough to cover up Misora from Tsumugi. Unluckily for him, Tsumugi was still able to see Yuuki in the crowd of people.

"There he is again." Tsumugi thought to herself. "I don't know why but for some reason it's bothering me that Yuuki hasn't said "hi" to me. True, I want to spend time with my one and only Rei, but he can at least stop over and say "hello" or "hey Tsumugi." And is that someone's hand he's holding? Who is he going on a date with now?"

"Alright, I'm back with our ice cream. Tsumugi? Tsumugi!"

"Oh, what was that Rei?" Tsumugi stated, snapping out of her thoughts.

"You OK? That's the second time I had to snap you out of a deep thought."

"I'm fine Rei…I just was thinking about the work I'd have to do when I get back."

"Well forget about it for now and just relax. I don't want you to burn yourself out." Rei said.

"Alright, thank you Rei-San."

Part 4:

Yuuki was sitting in a blue life saver as he went down the slow moving lazy river.

"I see why you wanted to go on this ride." Misora said. The troublesome girl wasn't too far behind Yuuki on a purple lifesaver.

"This is much slower and calmer than the slide ride."

"I don't mind fast rides…but sometimes I do like to ride on these types of slow moving ones. It's relaxing."

"I see."

The lazy river ride was going quite smoothly for the duo, with Yuuki and Misora passing through small tropical islands with palm trees and waterfalls. At one point, Yuuki looked back to how Misora was doing, only to notice that she wasn't there.

"Misora? Where did you go?"

All of the sudden Yuuki's tube lifted from the bottom and he fell into the water. The culprit who overturned his tube happened to be Misora, who was still giggling when Yuuki rose up from the water.

"Sorry Yuuki, but I was getting bored and wanted to do something fun on this lazy river ride."

"Come on Misora, get back in your tube. You'll get us kicked out of here."

Before any of the life guards could yell at him, Yuuki made his way into a purple tube that happened to be floating by. He put the tube around him and held onto the sides. Joining him in said tube was Misora, who at this point was really close to Yuuki.

"I hope you don't mind if I join you…" Misora said in a quiet voice.

"I'm sure you've wanted to get this close to me in battle, either to beat me up for being a naughty girl, or get a good look at my cute face."

Yuuki's face was getting bright red, and he couldn't help but notice eyes staring back at him. To make matters worse, he heard the familiar voices of Rei and Tsumugi.

The two girls were currently crossing over a bridge. One which Yuuki and Misora were about to go under. Quickly, Yuuki got out of the tube and got under the bridge, preventing Rei and Tsumugi from seeing him. He also made sure to grab Misora's tube and pull it along so she wouldn't get spotted by the two.

"A lazy river?" Tsumugi said, cocking her head to the side.

"Yep. It's not very exciting, but it is relaxing. All you do is get in a tube and float down the river."

"Can you and me share a tube?"

"No Tsumugi. "It's not allowed and there's plenty of tubes on the river to be used."

"Can we at least hold hands then so we don't get separated?"

As the two walked off, Yuuki looked out to see if they were still there.

"I find it interesting that you're protecting me." Misora said. "I thought you'd use that opportunity to rat me out, or beg the girls to help you get out of this situation where you're forced to spend time with me. But instead, you decided to hide under the bridge with me. You're very unpredictable, you know that ?"

"Well, aside from not having a fight break out, I also don't want to upset Tsumugi. She has a crush on Rei. I suspect that if Rei spots me, she'll want me to join her, causing Tsumugi to get mad at me for crashing her date."

"I see…so that's why you hid from them."

"I want to keep everyone happy…but it can be hard sometimes…"

"I can't help you with keeping people happy, but I can at least help you keep out of sight…" Misora said with a smile.

Part 5:

Yuuki and Misora were sitting shoulder to shoulder in the warm water of the hot spring. The hot springs were located on the far side of the water park and inside a smaller building. At least 5 hot springs were available inside said building.

Though Yuuki and Misora were wearing their swimsuits, Yuuki was still a bit flustered being in a hot spring with a girl. Misora's whispering didn't help either.

"The water feels nice doesn't it?" she said in a soft tone.

Yuuki couldn't wrap his head around it. Misora was a troubled girl, always wanting to cause chaos and harm that got in her way, yet she also had a soft side to her. Yuuki didn't want to set her off, but he had to ask the question.

"Misora…why are you…well…"

"A bad girl?" Misora said, finishing his sentence.

"Yeah…"

"I have my reasons. Though I do wish you'd remember them."

"Remember them?"

"Maybe I am just a crazy evil villain girl who deserves to be locked up…but I know that I've met you before. I know that in the past you've saved me from trouble. Not in this world of course…but the other world."

Misora looked at Yuuki. Though she was smiling, Yuuki could notice a hint of sadness in her eyes.

"I'm jealous of them . They're the ones who get saved by you whenever they get in trouble. No matter what the situation, you'd always be there to save them. Yet when I needed a knight to come and save me…nobody came."

Misora slowly got out of the hot spring and headed towards the exit. Before she did, she slowly turned around to Yuuki.

"I don't want you to get hurt, Yuuki, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to do that. You need to understand…you can't make everyone happy, just like how you can't save everyone no matter how hard you try…"

And with that, Misora left the hot spring. Yuuki got up to go after her, but by the time he exited the hot spring building, she was gone. Yuuki sighed and went back into the hot spring. Not long after he got comfortable, Tsumugi walked in.

"Yuuki! I knew you were here!"

"Hey Tsumugi." Yuuki said casually.

"How long have you been at this park? I could have sworn I saw you earlier, but you turned around."

Yuuki explained to Tsumugi that he didn't want to be seen by Rei or her, as he didn't want to ruin Tsumugi's day out with Rei.

"Oh…so that's why." Tsumugi said. "Well…I appreciate you for being considerate. I don't mean to be selfish but I really did want to spend the day with Rei."

"Man…now I feel bad for being so mean to Yuuki in the past." Tsumugi thought to herself. "The fact he'd go out of his way to think about my feelings…"

"You know…I don't mind if you want to join me and Rei now. I've spent a good amount of this trip alone with Rei…and I think she'd be happy to see you. Just don't do anything weird, OK?"

Yuuki nodded.

"Alright, let's go find Rei-woah!"

Tsumugi accidentally slipped and fell into the hot spring. Yuuki quickly rushed over to pull her up.

"You OK?"

"Yeah…I'm fine. Thanks for that." she said.

"Tsumugi…are you OK?" Rei said, running into the area, only for her to slip and fall into the hot spring and right into Yuuki, chest first, knocking him out.

"Ah! Yuuki!" Tsumugi said, pulling him up from the water.

The two girls carried Yuuki to the water park care center. While Yuuki may have been able to avoid a fight with Misora…he wasn't able to avoid getting knocked out by a girl. At least it wasn't a misunderstanding this time…
