Part 1:

"AWWWWWOOOOOOOO"

Yuuki was running as fast as he could through the forest, dodging tree branches and rocks.

"AWOOOOO!"

The sound was getting closer, and Yuuki was getting desperate. He didn't want to get caught by the creature that was heading towards him.

"I'm almost out of the forest! I'm almost out of the forest!" he said to himself, only to trip and fall hard on the ground. Yuuki tried to get up and run once more, but it was too late.

"There you are!" Miyako said with a smile on her face. The ghost girl was all ready for Halloween, wearing a werewolf outfit that came with fluffy gloves, feet, and ears.

"Were you running away from me Yuuki?" she asked with an angry look on her face.

"Well…yeah. I didn't have any pudding on me and I knew you'd want some."

"Oh, I see. You were just trying to find your way out of the forest so you could get Miyako some pudding!"

"Well…I was trying to get away from you." was what Yuuki wanted to say, but he bit his tongue. It had been a while since the ghost girl had harassed Yuuki about one of her favorite treats in the whole world. Yuuki had hoped that this meant he wouldn't have to worry about being harassed by Miyako anymore, but sadly, that all came to an end today.

It shouldn't have come as too much of a surprise though, as Shinobu had warned Yuuki that Miyako was looking for him earlier that day, leading the boy to try and lay low from the ghost girl. Once Miyako caught sight of him as he walked around Landsol looking at all the Halloween festivities that were going on, it was over.

"By the way, how did you like my werewolf howl? Did you think it was scary?"

"It seemed kind of cute to me honestly." Yuuki said, getting up and starting to walk towards the town once more.

"Oh…that's no good. I need to sound scary."

"I mean you are a ghost, Miyako. Isn't that scary enough…"

"True…but for halloween I want to be something different, so with Shinobu I chose this werewolf costume. It cost me pudding money, but it was worth it."

"Really?" Yuuki said, sounding somewhat surprised at the fact that Miyako would say such a thing, knowing full well of her pudding obsession.

"It was a sacrifice I had to make in order to get more pudding!" she said with a smile.

"Oh…I see…"

Just as the two were continuing to walk, Yuuki suddenly found himself getting pulled by a rope and hung upside down.

"Well I'm certainly having a day…" Yuuki said, annoyed at the trap he found himself in.

"What the heck! Why would someone put a trap out here like this?"

"Beats me…"

"Don't worry Yuuki, I'll get you down quickly, so you can get me pudding!"

"Not so fast!"

Before Miyako could let Yuuki down, Tsumugi popped out of the bushes.

"Yuuki! I should have known! You're the werewolf that's been going around terrorizing people haven't you?"

"You're a werewolf, Yuuki?" Miyako asked with a look of surprise on her face.

"No Miyako, I'm not a werewolf. Tsumugi, what's going on?"

"There's been reports of a werewolf terrorizing people in the woods of Landsol, and because of this said werewolf me and Rei can't go on the spooky walk that's begun in these woods. So I've made it a mission to try and hunt down that damn furry creature and take care of it myself."

"I see…well I hate to break it to you but I 'm not the person you're looking for."

"I highly doubt that…" Tsumugi said, placing her hands on her hips.

"You may not be a werewolf, but you are a wolf, a creep, and a player! I've been looking for an excuse to do something about you before you steal Rei's heart, and now looks like the perfect opportunity! I'm handing you into Nightmare!"

"But haired lady, if you do that, Yuuki can't give me pudding." Miyako said in a pleading manner.

"Trust me little girl. I'm doing you a fav-" Tsumugi stopped mid sentence when she noticed something off about Miyako, that being that she was floating in the air.

"Say…you're floating. What type of magic are you using to do that?"

"It's not magic Tsumugi…she's a ghost."

"A…a…ghost?" Tsumugi said, her face turning pale.

"Yep! Miyako is a ghost who loves pudding!"

Next thing Miyako and Yuuki knew, Tsumugi had let out a scream and ran for her life away from Yuuki and Miyako.

"What's her problem?"

Yuuki shrugged his shoulders.

Part 2:

After getting released from the trap Tsumugi set, Yuuki and Miyako headed back to town to find some pudding, and some answers. Yuuki started by questioning the organizer of the spooky walk.

"I'm afraid those rumors are true…" he said with a heavy sigh. "Me and the team had spent hours and hours making this spooky trail, coming up with props and ideas to scare people walking through the woods, then all of the sudden this giant wolf that has to be over 7 feet tall comes out of nowhere and starts attacking us."

"Because of that damn beast we had to close down the spooky walk." the owner continued. "We don't want to, but we just can't risk anyone getting hurt."

"I understand. Do you know where this beast was last spotted?"

"Why? Are you going to try and take care of it?"

Yuuki nodded.

"R-r-really? Oh man…I'd appreciate that. Last place I personally saw the damn thing was in our spooky lake section. That section has a little fountain we made with smoke coming out."

"Alright, I'll take a look around there." Yuuki said.

"Best of luck man. I promise a big reward if you can get rid of that thing and get this trail up and running again."

Yuuki and Miyako made their way into the forest, with Yuuki having his guard up for the wolf.

"This is exciting. I get to go wolf hunting with Yuuki and eat pudding!"

"Now keep it down a bit Miyako…I don't want the wolf to sneak up on us."

"Don't worry Yuuki, I"m not gonna let that big bad wolf get to you! Because if he does, then who's going to buy me pudding, or spend time with me?"

Yuuki's heart melted a bit at the last part that Miyako said. It was nice that the ghost girl was seeing him as more than just someone who brought her pudding all the time.

The two made it towards the spooky lake section in question. Before them was a small fountain no bigger than a tree stump, spewing water from it. Yuuki took a look around the place, trying to see if there was any evidence of the wolf being here.

"You see anything that looks out of the ordinary MIyako?"

"Hmmm…oh! I see something!"

MIyako pointed towards a tree that had claw marks on it.

"Do you think this could be a decoration, or is it actually the big bad wolf's doing?"

"Possibly a decoration, but I got a gut feeling that this is the werewolf."

Yuuki and Miyako continued to look around the haunted trail, unaware that Tsumugi was watching from the trees.

"I know you're behind this Yuuki…" she said to herself quietly. "You may not be a real werewolf, but you're a pretend one, trying to stop this walk so I can't be with Rei-san…I bet he's using that ghost girl to scare off everyone. She is dressed like a werewolf after all…"

And so as best as she could, Tsumugi continued to stalk the two as they walked through the trail…

Part 3:

It had been a while since Miyako and Yuuki had gone werewolf hunting, and Miyako was starting to get fed up.

"Man…this is getting us nowhere! It's been hours and we still can't find that big scary werewolf."

"Well, what do you suggest we do?"

"I say we lure it out…"

"How?"

"Simple."

MIyako started to howl like a wolf, the same howling that she did when she started to chase Yuuki through the woods.

"MIyako, do you really think this will work?" Yuuki said, stopping MIyako from howling for a second.

"It's got to work! The big scary werewolf will hear my cries and come on over to see what's up. That's when you'll attack the beast using your sword, and then Miyako will use her shovel, and then we'll win a lot of pudding!"

Miyako continued to howl, while Rito grabbed his sword and started to look around, seeing if he could spot anything in the thick of the trees.

"Alright, that's quite enough!" Tsumugi said, popping out from the trees.

"I've seen enough Yuuki…you and your ghost daughter are coming with me."

"She's not my daughter…" Yuuki said in a defensive tone.

"What are you talking about papa? Don't you recognize your own ghost daughter?" Miyako said.

"You two are responsible for all the werewolf attacks aren't you? You knew that me and Rei were going to do this walk, and wanted to stop us!"

"Of course not!" Yuuki said.

"Yeah, we just wanted some pudding!" Miyako added.

"Well, the jig is up. You two are coming with me!"

"Uh…Tsumugi…" Yuuki said, pointing to behind the pink haired girl.

"What? Do you think you're going to pull a fast one on me and try to get out of this?"

"No…but?"

"But what!?"

It was at this moment that Tsumugi felt someone breathing down her neck, heavily. A cold chill ran down her spine, and she slowly turned around to find a 7 foot tall werewolf standing before her. The monster had white for eyes, jet black fur, and massive fangs.

"See? Told you the howling would attract the werewolf!" Miyako said proudly.

The werewolf made the first strike, trying to attack Tsumugi before she jumped out of the way. Before the creature could do anymore damage, Yuuki swung his sword at it. The creature used its sharp claws to block the sword attack from Yuuki, and knocked him back a bit.

"Hey! Leave papa alone!" Miyako said, swinging her shovel at the creature. Her shovel did connect with the top of the head of the creature, but that didn't do much to stop its rampage. Before things got any more dire, Yuuki used his princess powers to power up Miyako and Tsumugi.

Tsumugi used this to try and tie the creature up with her string, but the creature broke through it like it was nothing.

The monster once again launched itself at Tsumugi, but once again, Yuuki was able to stop the attack. This time however, he was knocked back by the creature, his body went flying as well as his sword.

"Yuuki!" Tsumugi shouted.

"Alright, enough is enough! I'm not going to let you hurt Yuuki anymore!"

MIyako closed her eyes and started to glow a flaming blue. Appearing above the werewolf was a giant pudding. The pudding plopped itself down onto the werewolf, trapping it inside. Before it could claw its way out, Tsumugi used her sharp string to cut both the creature and the pudding up into pieces.

After one last howl, the creature disappeared, leaving only the pudding that Miyako summoned left behind…

Part 4:

"Amazing! Amazing!" Those words were coming from the man in charge of the spooky trail, after hearing the news that Yuuki and co were able to get rid of the werewolf. As a reward, the man gave the three a voucher that could be used at any of the stores open for the halloween festival. Right away, Miyako used this to buy herself pudding.

"Hey…" Tsumugi said to Yuuki in a quiet voice.

"I'm sorry for thinking you were behind the werewolf attacks." she said in a quiet tone.

"It's alright. I just hope from now on we can trust each other more. I don't want to be your enemy."

"Oh…there he goes again being so kind and nice to me." Tsumugi said, blushing with embarrassment. "Maybe I should take Rei's advice and trust him. Besides, Rei wouldn't let him try to get with me when she loves me, and her friend Yui loves Yuuki."

It was at this moment that Rei started to walk by. Yuuki called out to Rei and said, " Hi.

"Oh, hello Yuuki and Tsumugi. What are you two up to?"

"Nothing, just enjoying the festival that's all…" Yuuki said, leaving out the part about the werewolf and Tsumugi thinking he and Miyako were behind it. Even with that not mentioned however, Yuuki would still find himself in hot water.

"Papa! Papa! You should try this pudding!" Miyako said, floating over to Yuuki.

"Miyako…please don't call me papa…" Yuuki said in a pleading voice. Sadly, it was too late.

"Papa?" Rei said to herself.

Yuuki tried to get away from Rei, but tripped and fell. This is in part due to Tsumugi's string she quietly laid down around Yuuki's feet.

"Listen Yuuki…that's something that's also been bothering me…" Tsumugi stated, looking down at Yuuki.

"Why is that girl calling you papa?"

"And I suggest you answer honestly too…" Rei said, pointing her sword at Yuuki's throat.

From this point forward, Yuuki promised himself to keep his distance from Rei and Tsumugi. Not just because he didn't want to interrupt their date, but because every time he did run into them, it would always end up with him almost getting killed by the two…
