(A/N): Hey Guys! So um... I'm sorry for not updating in so long. I've been doing Camp NaNoWriMo for the past ten days, and I know that isn't really an excuse, because I've been putting this off for so much longer than that, but here's a few chapters to make up for it.
Disclaimer: I own nothing but my various characters with stupid ass names that are ridiculously hard to spell and pronounce.
Lisbet
After Leo made me promise not to invite any of his friends around to help the twins build a tolerance to human blood, I wrote a letter to Elaine.
Elaine,
Leo doesn't know I'm writing this letter- in fact, he made me promise not to, but I have a proposition for you. See, the Twins (Jo and Danniel) need to build up their tolerance to human blood, and... Well, you can see where I'm going with this, right?
We should have them safe (enough) by some time near the end of the summer holidays, and I wanted to ask you if you would perhaps help us by lending your services as a full human. You wouldn't be in any danger, Nicholai, Shari, Leo and I would all be there. I understand if you don't want to, but I'm begging you to at least consider it.
Lisbet
Not very long later, I received a reply.
Lisbet,
I'll help, and I won't tell Leo either- after all, he wouldn't tell us if it were him.
Elaine
I knew Leo wouldn't be happy with me, especially because it was Elaine I had chosen, but it was for the best- even if he didn't forgive me for it.
(A/N): So, what did you think?
Yes, I know it's short, I'm sorry.
Please review and/or check out my other stories!
This chapter has had edits made to it on 7/2/25 - formatting and reconfiguring of sentences. Not a long chapter, and pretty much entirely letter, so it was very quick to edit. Oh, hey, if I was doing Camp Nanowrimo while I wrote this chapter, that means I was writing Travellers! Neat!
