Authors note: Alright another chapter. I definitely need to not have a day split into two chapters for this fic again, makes the flow feel weird I think.
Hope you enjoy!

Coming out of the R&D building Aggy found herself strangely refreshed. Her mind was still in turmoil and her emotions muddled from everything that had occurred within, but she was feeling weirdly good. Perhaps it was knowing that nothing was wrong with her that couldn't be fixed, or that it had been far less invasive than she had expected.
"Well, that was less invasive for you than I thought it was going to be."
Something Helena seemed to think as well.
"Yeah, it was a little odd though," Aggy admitted as she rubbed her throat, finding that the one test, where Vestal had her speak or give commands to a hunk of blue rock made her throat feel funny.
"Vestal would not do anything untoward to anyone unless it was truly necessary, "Warspite said simply before suddenly sighing. " I had planned to give you more of a look around the base and find some things for you but it appears that might be difficult."
Both Aggy and Helena looked confused, right up until they noticed Belfast approaching at a graceful, yet slightly speedy walk. She stopped just shy of two meters away from the three of them and gave a respectful bow. "Lady Warspite, her Majesty wishes your presence to prepare for a meeting with the Commander."
"Likely the meeting the commander himself mentioned I would suppose," Warspite said with a nod. " Very well I shall be along presently."
"Her majesty also requests that," Belfast paused as she looked at Aggy. "That you be present for the meeting as well, Milady."
"That won't be necessary," Warspite said instantly before looking at Aggy and Helena. "I'll deal with the meeting, so do as you like for the day, okay?"
"Um, okay?" Aggy answered in slight confusion.
"Good, Belfast, let us be off," Warpsite said as she stepped up to Belfast.
"Of course, however, are you sure it wise to not bring her along when she was requested?" Belfast asked as she glanced over at Aggy.
"It is fine. Her majesty simply does not seem to understand what people have said is all," Warspite said as she began walking off, forcing Belfast to accompany her and leaving Aggy and Helena standing there.
"Uh, does that happen often?" Helena asked.
"I would not know," Aggy replied with a sigh. "though those maids seem to appear a lot just to pass on messages. Doesn't anyone here have phones?"
"We do, but all of us also have our radios that we use for instant communications. Our phones are more our connection to the rest of the world via the internet and for casual talks like with juustagram," Helena said as she motioned toward the inner area of the base. "Did you have any plans for the rest of the day?"
"Um, no, not really. Mo- . . .Warspite just was giving me a quick tour before we started coming this way and met you.," Aggy said simply Helena began walking and she followed beside her. "Um, what is juustagram?"
"Oh, it's our social media platform for Shipgirls and Azur lane Base Personnel," Helena said before suddenly stopping in her tracks. " hmm, it's about lunch time, do you want to get some food and then maybe get yourself an account?"
"You just said it was just for Shipgirls."
"Which you may be," Helena said carefully. "I get that you aren't, really sure about all of this. You don't have to if it feels too odd, I 'm just thinking you might want to talk to some of the others on the island."
"I, will think about that," Aggy said with a sigh. "I, was never very social. I had like, two friends throughout all of school, and one of them died in a car accident in elementary. Most of my spare time was spent reading or doing things alone."
"You never went out with your friends?"
"Not often no, they, moved on from me. Found me too odd I guess," Aggy said with a shrug. "When I was going to university I went Bar hopping quite a bit. It was easy to get free drinks, and I never seemed to get drunk anyway," she explained before shaking her head. "No I, need to stop being so pitiful. Uh, lunch?"
"I know a place nearby, c'mon," Helena said with a smile as shew grabbed Aggy's hand and pulled her along.

Warspite calmly followed Belfast across the base until the two of them reached the Royal Dormitories and entered, heading into the central garden where they found Queen Elizabeth, Illustrious, Prince of Wales, Hood and Ark Royal all present around the table. cups of tea before each of them while a small tray of biscuits sat in the middle of the table, and while it would normally be a calm and wonderful scene, Warspite could tell that there was a tension in the air, and in the posture of a few of those present.
"You requested my presence, your Majesty?" Warspite spoke up as she approached the pearly white gazebo that shielded them all from the midday sun high above.
"Yes, I did, thank you for coming Warspite, please take a seat," Queen Elizabeth said before turning to glance at Belfast. "Bel, if you would please."
"That will not be Necessary Belfast, I am not in the mood for tea," Warspite said as she sat down, her words earning her a horrified look from Illustrious and Queen Elizabeth.
"Are you sure you are quite alright?" Illustrious asked in worry.
"I am fine," Warspite answered as she looked to Queen Elizabeth. "May I ask what the reason for this meeting it, your majesty?"
"Well, there have been rumors going around, so I hoped you would confirm them for those present before I go and speak to my servant about the one in question. And, I was perhaps hoping I could have you-"
"If you are about to ask me to help you convince the Commander to change his choice in regards to my daughter, then we are done here," Warspite interrupted, much to everyone surprise.
"So, the rumor of you having a daughter, with a human, are true then?" Ark Royal asked calmly.
"Yes. We were recently reunited, and while she is my daughter, the exact proof of her existence, either human, or Shipgirl, has not been found one way or another as of yet," Warspite explained as she looked at those present. All but Hood were paying rapt attention as she continued. "She is taking some tests with Vestal at the Commanders request to discover what she counts as for his paperwork, but he has also stated that even if she would be marked as like ourselves, she would still have a say in what she does, as she is very unsure of the idea of being a Shipgirl at this time."
"A sensible thing considering she was raised by your husband," Hood said with a nod.
"And, is her father, here then?" Illustrious asked in an oddly curious tone.
"No, he, has passed already," Warspite admitted solemnly, causing both illustrious, and Ark royal to look saddened for her.
"Which is why I am going to be speaking to my servant," Queen Elizabeth began, her tone cautious as she eyed Warspite. "She had a Wisdom cube even if she did not have a vessel, and with war on the horizon she needs to be taught how to fight as we do, both for the sake of the royal Navy, and herself."
"You are trying to force her through a situation she is still very reluctant to even admit is happening to her, trying to force her to do something she at this time has no intent upon doing," Warspite stated seriously as she stared dead into Queen Elizabeth's eyes.
"No one wishes to engage in War Warspite," Illustrious spoke up softly. And I think I understand you trying to protect her, but if she is a Shipgirl like us, combat will come and she should be able to defend herself, no?"
"illustrious, I am not against her being able to defend herself if that is what she wishes," Warspite said as she turned her gaze to illustrious, making her look nervous with the way she was looking at her. " What I am against, is her Majesty acting as if she is already one of her subjects to be commanded and controlled, to have her fate decided by another."
"Warspite, if she is your daughter, and one of us, then-" Prince of wales began to say, only for Warspite to suddenly stand from her seat.
"She is my daughter, but her father was human, I will hear nothing more of this conversation, and I will not change my opinions on this matter, your majesty," Warspite said seriously as she stood tall. "I also in return shall be requesting you to return the shard of her cube that you possess, with haste."
"And if I believe she only needs it if her training is to commence?" Queen Elizabeth asked, only a second later binging a hand to her mouth in shock as she realized just how bad her words had come out. "I, not that I would mean to keep it from her of course I simply-"
"Then I would meet with the commander and get his order, in writing, for you to return it," Warspite said, her tone almost a threat.
"Would you like the shard I hold then as well?" Hood asked simply, pulling attention away from herself before Illustrious or Prince of Wales could speak their minds as they looked like they wanted to from how Warspite was speaking. "I can ask Belfast to fetch it from my room if it is needed now."
Warspite looked at hood, her expression softening. "She does not need it instantly, but Vestal wants her to have then to fuse them one at a time over the next few days as she completes some tests."
"How often are these tests?"
"Vestal wants her to take them daily at the research and Development buildings."
"I see, then I would like to return it to her personally the day after tomorrow or sooner if allowable," Hood asked.
"I do not see issue with that and will inform her and Vestal when I can."
"That may be an issue."
All eyes turned to the doorway to the garden to find the commander standing there, Sheffield standing behind by the door clearly as the one who let him enter.
"My servant, whatever do you mean?" Queen Elizabeth asked calmly, though her surprise at the commanders presence was obvious.
"There has been an attack all across the western seaboard of the union," the commander stated as he walked up to the table. "Unknown bombardments that have damaged many naval yards. No civilian targets were hit, but all union harbors have been damaged, and we know who did it."
"Who and how?" Prince of Wales asked calmly, though her expression was tense.
"The Sakura navy," the commander said seriously. "Hawaii was hit, and Yorktown left her bed specifically to try to stop the attack. She engaged a pair of Sakura submarines and a carrier."
"In her already injured state?" Illustrious asked in clear worry. "Is she alright?"
"No, she is not alright, but she did not sink. She fended them off long enough for the shore batteries to join in, however her injuries are so massively severe now that Vestal has been basically commanded by Union HQ to return to her to tend her wounds. Enterprise has also changed her route and instead of coming here, is heading to Hawaii. As is Hornet and the two forces they had been leading."
"Master, does that mean that the Union forces heading to join us here are not to arrive?" Belfast asked calmly. "You had been hoping for their arrival after all, had you not?"
"Yes, it means exactly that, neither our reinforcements, nor my secretary shall be returning anytime soon."
"Commander, does that not mean we should be preparing for war?" Warspite asked carefully. "First Helena was attacked, now the western seaboard. If we know it is the Sakura, we must be ready for them to attempt to strike us here!"
"Yes, that is why I am here, because there is another piece of information. " I've already been looking into this with the assistance of the maid corps, but the island has been infiltrated by a singular individual via a small submersible. This occurred the same time that Helena was attacked, so it is likely a Sakura agent. As none of our Dragon Empery allies are here yet, anyone of oriental descent is now to be detained for questioning upon sight and I want all Shipgirls ready for combat at all times until further notice. Understood?"
All the ladies present gave nods of affirmation.
"Good, then I will take my leave, unless there is some other question from any of you?" The commander asked.
"Why yes, there is, in regards to Warspite's daughter-" Queen Elizabeth began to say, stopping as the Commander put a hand up.
"No."
"P-pardon?!" Queen Elizabeth asked in surprise at being cut off.
"No. My decisions about her and her situation will not change. And furthermore, while she has been given a room in the royal dormitories, she will not be considered one of the Royal navy's Shipgirls until the two of us, herself, and myself, decide otherwise.
"B-but she has an improper understanding of proper etiquette and needs to know how to defend herself. If we are to be at war, it cannot be left too late!"
"If she needs etiquette for some reason or another, then it should be her family to teach it," The commander said simply. "And I admit, I saw no issue with how she speaks. As to combat, it will depend if she even is willing to join in on such a thing, if she even ends up capable of it."
"but-"
"I have given my answer," the commander spoke up, again interrupting Queen Elizabeth with his steely tone. "If there is nothing else, I shall take my leave."
"I shall accompany you," Warspite spoke up as she got up and headed over to the commander, the two of them leaving the garden with nothing else said until they left the royal dormitories. "Commander, the one who has infiltrated the base. Do we know if they are human, or Shipgirl?"
"Do we, Sheffield?" the commander as he looked behind, revealing hat Sheffield was silently following behind them both.
"Not as of yet," Sheffield stated curtly.
"I see. Then, please keep me informed," Warspite asked as she stopped and looked out to the ocean. "Anyone who would attack a ship carrying civilians is scum that must be eliminated after all."
"Technically Helena is still a military vessel, however I do share the sentiment," The commander said with a sigh. "Actually, I was hoping you could lead a wide range patrol to help make sure we are not taken by surprise here at the base."
"When?"
"This afternoon."
Warspite went silent as she thought it over. She did want to spend more time with Aggy, but she also knew that they were now in a position of being at war, even if it had not been publically stated as of yet. "Alright, I'll lead it. Just give me a bit of time to prepare. Who is partaking?"
"You, Javelin, Jamaica, Norfolk, musketeer and matchless," the commander answered quickly and without pause, making it clear he had their names ready at memory.
"I see, are we the only ones going out?" Warspite asked.
"Bunker Hill is leading a force of herself, Smalley, Alwin, Atlanta, Columbia and Sand Diego. I also have plans to send out a scouting force of Submarines as well, just in case."
"Understood. Where am I meeting them and when?"
"Pier four in," The commander paused and looked at his watch. "Thirty five minutes."
"Understood," Warspite said as she turned head off. "I shall prepare and head there immediately."
"Of course, please do not let me keep you. Oh, and I apologize."
"For?"
"Both taking away your time to spend with Miss Anderson, and for not making my decision on her more clear to avoid these issues."
"You are not at fault any more than I am for making the situation clear to her majesty," Warspite said simply as she walked off, taking out a phone she rarely used and awkwardly punching its keys as she went.
"Master," Sheffield spoke up a minute later as the commander continued walking back towards his office. "There has been a discovery."
"In regards to?"
"The infiltrator. Gloucester has reported just now that she has discovered some evidence of her locations."
"Where?"
"Most are military targets, our shore guns, AA emplacements and Radar. However she also reports that Edinburgh discovered proof of someone sneaking through the vents of the R&D facilities."
The commanders step faltered slightly as he stopped and turned to look at Sheffield? "The same facility Vestal looked over Miss Anderson in?"
"Correct."
"Fuck."

"I, have not had this much fun, in a long time," Aggy said with a panting breath as she and Helena were sitting on a bench by the Academy grounds. They had spent almost the entire afternoon going around to shops and places on the base, allowing Aggy to really get a feel for things. Food stalls with amazing sections, store with a better selection of music than the mainland had, stores with clothing she had never even seen before, it seemed that a large portion of the Shipgirls on the base would run businesses when not working themselves and there was so much on the base itself that there seemed to never be a lack of things to do.
"I'm glad, you looked like you could use it," Helena said with a smile, then giggling a second later. "Though I am a bit sad you are not the athletic type."
"Wh-why?" Aggy asked nervously.
"Because I could have brought you to meet Cleveland and her sisters. She sent me a text when we were in the music shop about coming and joining her for a game of basketball."
"Oh, uh, sorry."
"For what?"
"Well, you're here with me, when your friends are calling for you,"
"You are a friend, too, its fine," Helena said with a smile. "Though I think you should meet her eventually.
Aggy simply nodded. "It's not that I'm not athletic I just, don't care much for sports, especially team ones."
"So, solo sports then?"
"No, I, I don't know," Aggy said with a sigh. "None have ever really done anything for me. I've tried a lot of them too. Soccer, fencing, karate, racket ball, baseball, I don't even like videogames really. I guess, that's why I never had too many friends when I never found a lot of things to be really, me I guess."
"Well, I don't think you need to worry about that kind of thing," Helena said with a nod. "Just because you don't share all the same hobbies doesn't mean people cannot be your friend, anyone that does isn't worth the time."
"- I guess, I just-" Aggy began to say, right before her stomach let out a very angry sounding gurgle. "Uh, I, I'm sorry."
"Nothing to apologize for, why don't we get some dinner, it is around that time after all," Helena suggested as she glance between some buildings to see the sun starting to touch the ocean edge.
"Sure, are there any good places?" Aggy asked, before suddenly letting out a chuckle. "I suppose that sounds a bit odd considering everything else here."
"Maybe, there are a few less places open late though, since we often have multiple day missions and the like," Helena said as she stood up and hummed to herself. "You said you are used to Bars, right?"
"I am, why?"
"C'mon," Helena suddenly said as she pulled Aggy off the bench. "There's a Union Bar run by some of us that is really nice, both the food and drinks are great," she explained as she continue to pull Aggy down the street only to suddenly stop. "Though, how do you feel about rabbits?"
Aggy stared at Helena for a second before her response came out. "What?"
"You'll see, it's not that bad really, C'mon," Helena stated as she began leading Aggy toward the middle, public area of the bae that was to the edge by the union areas. "So, before the Civilian contractors came, a lot of us wanted a place to just chill and have a good time. Since a lot of girls are a bit attracted to both other Shipgirls, and to the commander, a handful of the Union Shipgirls came up with this idea for this bar, and in the last couple days since we've gotten all the other people on the island, it kind of has exploded in popularity," Helena explained before the two of them came around the corner and saw the front of a building ahead of them that very much looked like a bar.
And had a line nearly twelve meters long outside of various sailors and mechanics looking to get in.
"Uh, it looks like they are full," Aggy said as she and Helena's steps slowed, allowed her to notice the Bars name. Rabbits respite.
"No, they just take their time to let men in is all. Besides, the door for Shipgirls is over here," Helena said as she led Aggy across the road and to the building, then around to the left side where there was a second doorway with a neon sign that said Shipgirl entrance.
And there, sitting on a raised chair inset in the wall was a girl with brown hair, an outfit of black light purple and white, and what appeared to be a baseball bat wrapped in bandage hanging over her shoulder. "Yo, coming for a Drink Helena?"
"And maybe some food, yes," Helena said with a smile. "With my friend here."
"Oh yeah?" The girl asked as she hopped to her feet and seemed to look Aggy over for a second before smiling and offering her a hand. "San Francisco, New Orleans class heavy cruiser, nice to meet you!"
"Um, Aggy Anderson," Aggy said as she took her hand and shook it.
"Nice, good name! Also be nice to have some girls around here that are human and not just men ogling our boobs," San Francisco said with a dumb smile as he hopped back onto her chair. "What group you come in with? Mechanics?"
"Uh, no, I was supposed to be a secretary but uh, well-"
"Things have happened and her situation is a bit complicated right now," Helena said, explaining Aggy's situation, and saving her from doing it herself. "The rumor is going around already."
"Rumor?" San Francisco asked curiously.
"If you haven't heard it yet you will in a few days probably," Helena explained. "Just, try not to make a big deal out of it when you hear it, okay?"
San Francisco looked confused but simply shrugged. "Yeah okay, go on in both of ya. Have fun, and remember, if a man touches you without consent you are free to deck em, just don't kill em."
"Sorry, what?" Aggy asked in shock at San Francisco's words.
"Don't mind her, it's just a reminder," Helena said as she stepped up to the door and gripped the handle. As she did a screen on the door began binging up information about her, and then pinged, let out a clicking noise, and the screen turned green. Then the door opened, and the sounds of a club echoed out into the street at even greater volume than it had been.
Helena stepped through the threshold first, holding Aggy's hand as she moved and dragging her in as well, and soon as they were inside, Aggy could not believe her eyes.
Aggy had been in a lot of clubs and bars in the past, more than she kind of wanted to admit, but none of them were like this place, as instead of a dark seedy bar, or a music club with more lights than actual décor, but instead it was like a cross between a dance club, a cabaret, and a fancy café. At the back wall to their left was the fancy bar, stone walls, wood paneling and a wide selection of drinks and food on display and a surprising amount of light. The main open area of the club was a dance and seating area, and at the back of the club, much to Aggy's surprise, was a stage where a blue haired woman of impressively attractive build wearing a bunny suit was pole dancing to the music.
"I, don't think you said it was that kind of place," Aggy stuttered a bit as her eyes were locked in the stage, only to notice a second later that many people were seated at tables around it, enjoying the show immensely as the woman swung around the pole in ways that both accentuated everything, and was a mind numbing display of agility, dexterity and balance.
"It isn't, at least not what you are thinking," Helena said as she guided Aggy over to the bar. "New Jersey and the others who work here may dress in bunny outfits', but touching isn't allowed at all under any circumstance."
"Or we smack em and toss em out!" A Dark brown haired girl in a bunny outfit with a frilly skirt said as she came over to where Helena and Aggy were, though she was on the other side of the counter. "Anyhoo, who's your friend Helena?"
"This is Aggy Anderson," Helena said as she gestured to Aggy, but as she opened her mouth to continue, the one before her spoke up instead.
"Ah, the Warspite lookalike from the rumor eh, nice to meet ya, names Ingraham, Allen-m Sumner Class destroyer of the Eagle union."
"l-lookalike?" Aggy asked, caught off guard by Ingraham's choice of words.
"Well you do, right?" Ingraham asked before shrugging. "Eh, that's only part of the rumor anyway, no sense in spreading it around. So, what can I get you two?"
"My usual," Helena said as she looked to Aggy, seemingly curious about what she would drink.
"Uh, can I get a dark'n stormy?" Aggy asked.
"Sure," Ingraham said as she half turned away and then stopped. "That's the one that a mix of Rum and Ginger beer, yeah?"
"Yes."
" cool!"
"A rum cocktail?" Helena asked in a surprised tone.
"I uh, like harder alcohol. I can't stand beer."
"That's fair, to each their own and all that," Helena said as a sudden cacophony of cheering caused both of their eyes to turn over to the stage where the blue haired woman, who Aggy assumed was New Jersey, was pulling off acrobatic stunts on the strippers pole that made her head spin. "Wow."
"Yeah, New Jersey is a little bit crazy sometimes," Helena said as Ingraham came over with their drinks and place them on the counter in front of them.
"So, can I ask a question?"
Aggy turned to grab her drink to then realize that Ingraham was speaking to her. "Uh, about what?" She asked in response before picking up her glass and taking a drink that in one gulp almost ended up being a half of the entire glass, much to Helena and Ingraham's surprise.
"Wow, good drinker . . . right question. I'm not going to spread it around but, are you just a lookalike or…?" Ingraham asked, leaving the question dangling.
"It's, complicated," Aggy said as she stared down at her drink and the, very suddenly, downed the rest of the not small glass on one go. "she is, my m- . . . my parent."
Ingraham seemed to freeze as she looked at Aggy with an expression of surprise.
"Oh, that is a very interesting thing to say, though I'd be carefully how loud you say it, wouldn't want more rumors floating about just yet, right?"
Aggy and Helena turned to their left to see a girl with short pink hair sitting on a bar stool beside them a bright almost neon blue drink in one hand as she rested her head on the other and the bar itself.
"S-Saratoga?!" Aggy said in shock, much to Helena's surprise.
"Ooh, you know Sister Sara already?" Saratoga asked with a big smile.
"i- I'm a fan, of your music," Aggy admitted, turning her head down, as if she wasn't allowed to look.
"Oh thank you!" Saratoga said with a sly smile. "Though, you may want to be careful who you talk to so freely, they might play a prank on you!"
"That uh,-"
"What do you need Saratoga?" Helena spoke up, interrupting Aggy before she could speak.
"Boo, you're no fun Lena," Saratoga pouted as she sat up and downed a portion of her drink before smiling. "I just wanted to meet the one who's making the royals all split and concerned."
"Split?" Aggy asked in confusion, suddenly worrying if this was a political meeting, not mere pleasant happenstance
"Yep, the Royals are all split about what to do with you," Saratoga said as she took another drink. "Some are following QE and think you should be getting trained immediately since war is likely pretty soon, while others are backing Warspite and the commander. Well, those who know of you that is."
"How, do you know that?"
Because, Saratoga is the leader of the Eagle Union Shipgirls," Helena said with a sigh, taking a small sip of her drink.
"Mostly because no one else wants to do it," Saratoga commented with a shrug.
"I thought enterprise was supposed to hold that position, wasn't she?" Aggy asked.
"She did, for about a week," Saratoga confirmed with a nod. "And publicly she does, but she's only really good at fighting, and she's not great at giving orders to others, or at all."
"About two weeks ago all of us put it to a vote-,"
"A nice democratic answer," Saratoga said, sort of interrupting Helena's words.
"-and Saratoga, New Jersey and Shangri-la ended up as the three most likely ones to hold the position. Saratoga gave solid reasoning for her to do it, and the others were fine with it."
"Just means I will be staying at a desk or strategy table more often, not a big deal for an idol like me!" Saratoga said gleefully as she took another drink. "Oh, and Vestal just left the base an hour or so ago."
"What, why?" Helena asked in surprise. "Wasn't she supposed to leave at the end of the week for the mainland?"
"Yes, but things have become a bit complicated," Saratoga aid as she took our what looked like a credit card and slid it across the bar, it stopping right in front of Helena.
Helena very slowly took the card and slid a finger across its edge, causing a small part of it to glow. "You want me to head out then?" She asked after a couple seconds of silence between the three of them. The bars music still as loud as it had been.
"Commander has already sent out some fleets, but I'm worried about their deployment and the lack of proper long range scouting."
"So you want me to head out with some others just in case," Helena said in understanding. "When?"
"Whenever, it doesn't matter right now," Saratoga said with a wave of her hand. "Especially when you're hanging with a friend who isn't part of it."
"Not part of what?" Aggy asked curiously. "Is this some kind of, union secret? Do I need to go to a corner for a bit so you can talk?"
"No, you don't need to do that, "Saratoga said with a smile. "The western seaboard of the union got hit by numerous long range bombardments to a number of navy ports, and we mostly know who did it, so war is going to be called officially in a couple days probably, that's all. Shipgirls are being sent out for scouting patrols so the base doesn't get hit too."
"Oh. . . . . .Who is it?" Aggy asked quietly.
"Sorry, can't tell you that yet, confidential and all that," Saratoga said with a shrug. "I just figured I'd tell you about Vestal, as one of the R&D guys will be meeting you instead of her tomorrow."
"Oh, uh, thank you."
"No problem, it's only fair," Saratoga stated as she finished her drink and put the glass down daintily before taking out a card and placing it in front of Aggy. "See you later."
"Ah, but what is . . .this," Aggy said, only for Saratoga to have darted off faster than she could follow. She then looked down at the card and picked it up, her eyes going slightly wide as she did.
"What is it?"
"It's, a business card with an autograph on it," Aggy said as she looked to Helena. "Do you, think the one who attacked you are responsible?"
"It is very likely, yes," Helena said as she sipped her drink. "I should probably head to bed; I'll need to head out on a patrol in the morning to keep everyone safe."
"Oh," Aggy muttered as she looked at her drink, then, to Helena's surprise, grabbed it and downed the rest of it in one go. "Okay, let's go then."
"You, don't need to head out with me,"
"I'm going to," Aggy countered as she got up off her stool. "Being alone in a Bar is pretty depressing anyway."
Helena looked at Aggy for a moment before smiling "Alright, Ingraham, please take our drinks off my tab, were heading out."
"What? Oh, right, okay, come back anytime," Ingraham said as the two girls left the bar, heading off toward the eagle union Dorms with the evening sky turning black all around them.
